Loop Number 100

It takes only a hundred loops to have feelings for Eddie Munson. He'd had a crisis about it to Robin a few loops ago. Bisexuality might not fit him forever but it fit for now and it fit his feelings for Eddie.

Steve liked Eddie's eyes, big and wide, sure sometimes they were scared, but sometimes they were kind, sometimes they smiled, he didn't like when they were blank.

Steve liked Eddie's smile, it crinkled at the edges, he clearly had used it a lot in his life, Steve hoped he gave Eddie reasons to smile.

Steve liked Eddie's voice, he'd heard it say the same thing a hundred times and still wasn't tired of it.

Steve liked the names Eddie came up for him, it was strange, those changed the most between loops. It always started with at least one Harrington. Then Steve. Sometimes big boy, sweetheart, cutie, hot stuff. He liked when Eddie called him Stevie the most.

The first time Eddie called him Stevie it was Eddie's fifth death, Steve blamed it on the blood loss, but he used it again when he hotwired the RV the next loop. Stevie was definitely his favourite.

"You alright, Stevie? You're staring, not Vecna right?"

"Huh? Oh yeah, sorry, just thinking."

"Let me know if you think of something brilliant to get us out of this mess yeah?"

That was the other thing Steve liked about Eddie, he didn't think Steve was stupid. Maybe Steve was smart enough to figure out how to save everyone.

"You'll be the first to know, Eds."

There was that smile again, bright eyes behind it as he started telling another story to pass the time while they made their weapons.

If Steve had a choice, he'd loop this moment forever.

The Coordinator: It is alright, I was not very clear when I brought them up originally. However, four of the six of them are adults. I think it would be amusing to see their reactions to mortals flirting with them. You might find them intriguing because two of the elders have a different hair color than us.
