Currently writing a Wilmon fic where they’re college neighbors and it may or not already have 58 pages on my Google doc as I scream onto the void cuz I started liking the show two months ago and know absolutely no one in the fandom to talk about it

2&3) Seperate flats for when the lived in each their own apartment
4) Shared flat when they got back together
So be prepared >:)c

It's really funny to see Rei just struggling with video games and such, even more if the other two attempt to help him (and to little to no effect)
He may be bad with hand held modern consoles BUT not when its an older console! ... actually all three would be good at it so the playing field evens out (Remy is incredibly adaptable, kinda scares me)
at least theyre having fun 🤩

Good Morning.
Wanted to be nice and draw Serizawa getting a good night's rest. I imagine Serizawa is really into some classic retro animes/media so I added Space Battleship Yamato and Super Sentai posters.
I could have just decided on a light source like a normal person, instead I did a layout of Serizawa's studio apartment.

PLEASE DO NOT GIFT ME BADGES
Tumblr is getting rid of avatars and no longer showing where a reblog comes from in post headers to “afford more room for badges.”
I always felt kinda bad when I was gifted badges and then didn’t use them, cuz people spent actual money on them. So I’m asking, please do not gift me badges, or any other tumblr merch for that matter.
I threw them a bone last year and paid for the ad-free because the ads and blazed softcore porn on the app were infuriating, but I’m canceling it. They’re not getting anything from me anymore. I’ll have to switch back to using the Firefox mobile browser. Hopefully the new dash un-fuckers that are going around will work on mobile.

The Paris Apartment by Lucy Foley
I knew that he felt the same way: that was the important thing. I just wanted to be a part of it, this world, his world.

Gamer's obsession with player counts at least made sense when discussing live service flops, but then they started talking about single player games and. Why. Who cares how many people are playing at once when there's not any "can you find someone to play with" utility to that
It really goes hand in hand with the idea that the game of the year is whatever sold the most copies, and if you dare suggest a game that sold well and has lots of players can be less than a masterpiece it's sus. Commercial success and critical success are one in the same. This entered the conversation last year when they got mad all the game of the year awards went to Baldur's Gate 3 and nobody nominated the open world Harry Potter game for anything
Of course, they also tie this into a panic about "wokeness", even though most of the live service flops failed bc, well, they were ripoffs of already popular live service games that added nothing new to the table. They're pretending flops are down to radically alienating core gamers when most of them were decried for being derivative since it turns out "get Overwatch players to play a game that's just like Overwatch" is as poor a strategy now as "get WoW players to try our WoW clone MMO" was in the 2000s
Anyway they're now obsessively comparing the player counts of Black Myth Wukong, the fastest selling game of the year, to...some indie game called Dustborn, so low-profile it doesn't even have a Wikipedia page. They're sharing this as if the info that a relatively obscure indie game and the most highly promoted game of the year have vastly different player counts is a revelation of great import and not something obvious to anyone who knows anything about anything. At least they were talking about actual flops before, this is just a small game so small it doesn't have a Wikipedia page, and which I haven't heard any mention of outside of gamers mad it exists, and a handful of articles reviewing it, largely in response to them. It was a backlash in response to something few people would know about except for the backlash. Ya did it, ya cracked the case. Small thing less popular than really, really, really big thing. Who woulda thunk it

Ooh have you ever made a floorplan of the sckl apartment? I’m a bit confused by Harrow’s loft area, is it above the kitchen? :0
i planned to make the floor plan on the sims but i’m out of practice with building so for now i’ll share the floor plan i drew to use as a reference. i want to apologize in advance for 1) my handwriting 2) the ugliness 3) harrow’s “staircase” i can’t draw for shit. this makes the apartment look bigger than it should but i drew this up pretty quickly and it was mostly just to get an idea of where everything is
but anyway, harrow’s loft is above gideon’s room. it looks more like a flag but the box with the X is meant to represent the little platform at the top of the stairs 😭
this is just how the layout looks to me personally, everyone’s free to picture it however they like ofc

rewatching good omens in preparation for season 2 and holy shit i could write a whole essay on the significance of the way aziraphale's bookshop and crowley's apartment are decorated etc and how they directly contrast the appearances of heaven and hell because it's one of the only things they actually have control over
