A few months ago, Christ graduated me to a new way of self healing. He said that I do mot need Him to heal because I have the sovereignty in me to heal myself. It inspired me to research how to do that. I found Kryon! He is the way in which I have learned so much more about myself in every aspect of my physical and spiritual voyage. As far as self healing, this is what I've learned in a nutshell: The remembrance of the true you is so refreshing, it's like quenching a thirst for water after being dehydrated for so long. Some say the truth is hidden, the fact is, the truth has always been in you. It was never hidden, you simply forgot it was there all along. More than ever before, we are in the era to awaken to it. You no longer have to thirst for truth. Look inside, drink life and heal, rejuvenate, renew and recalibrate the best of you inside. The new energy is now being brought to your attention to develop a relationship with your healing engines inside. Your Innate is the bridge to your Cellular Structure, Higher-Self and Akash. Shower your love upon them and make your healing commands and they shall honor them. Be patient through the process because you are in for a beautiful healing ride. It can even be a quantum if you so choose to swiftly heal any affliction you want gone. Listen to Kryon because he knows! He teaches about every aspect of life in your physical and spiritual journey. Perhaps the tiniest details were overlooked, maybe looking closer will change the outcome, what if I could just zoom in and find where it all went wrong. Often, when my head hits the pillow, my mind takes a journey of all my percieved wrongs. What could I do better, how could I make others happier, who did I upset today and how can I make it right. The feeling that leaves me hanging on to the past, is my perception of what if's. Mainly the question, What If I could change what I said or did? Would the outcome change, could I take the pain away, is there a way off of the current path we are on. To truly move forward I must let go of this idea of examining and changing the past. Another #realpost and #inspirationalquote. I am so passionate about remembering who you are, and it’s largely due to the fact that for so long I forgot who I was. I believed the lies that society, peers, and mental illness told me about myself. I was too short, I wasn’t accepted for my “quirks” (which was a fatally deteriorating mental state), and if anyone knew I was popping pills to maintain my sanity- well, just forget about it. I got so caught up in caring about what others think and listening to all the wrong sources that now, years later, I am still paying the consequences. Last year, I finally said enough was enough and really focused on remembering who Morgan is. . . . It was hard work. I had to do a lot of soul searching. For years I had trusted my OCD and doubted everything I ever knew about myself. For years I tore myself down constantly because I wasn’t “enough”. For a very long time, I never thought something positive about myself. So yeah, it took a while to start the healing process. I’m still not there, but I am so much further along. . . . Remembering who you are is important. Your identity is individual and unique. If I can give you any advice it would be this; You are good enough- whatever shape or size, ethnicity, religion, personality, or state of mind have/are in. Don’t be blind to what you can improve on, but don’t be full of hatred and anger towards yourself. Learn about yourself. Love yourself. You are so important and valued.
