Pointing this painting out to a friend and she was like "what would their kid look like?" I had to draw it. Love how the colors came out on this character ❤ Of course Fitz is gonna have a field day talking to this creature! What do you call a mermaid + centaur? A Hippocampitaur? (Mix of hippocamp (horse + fish) and taur????) have you seen any good movies or read any good books lately?

I don't watch a ton of movies, but I did see a documentary recently called The Search for General Tso about like, the history and origins of American Chinese food and like, what it even means to be "traditional". Been thinking of checking out The Iron Claw because that particular wrestling history story is fascinating to me, as well as Blue Giant and Gridman World, which I don't think there's a (legal) way to watch yet.

As for books, I've really enjoyed Legends & Lattes and its prequel Bookshops & Bonedust. Fantasy stories with a super chill slice of life bend. I've got a massive novel called Sword Catcher sitting on my shelf that I'm meaning to crack open but haven't started yet.
