Today is the day...
Today is the day you are going to get up and start working out. You are going to start cutting out shitty processed food and prepping your meals. You are not going to give a single fuck about what anyone else thinks. You are going to not only enjoy being uncomfortable and sore, you are a going to eventually come to love it. You are going to lift heavier and run further than you ever have before.
Do you know why you are going to do all this? You are going to do it for yourself, to make yourself healthy, to make your body and mind healthy. You are going to do set a healthy example for your kids, a friend, or a complete stranger struggling to get healthy themselves. You are going to do it because you want to see how far you can push yourself. 
Trust me that one day down the road you will look at yourself in the mirror see different person.

All progress is good progress. Did you only lose one pound this week, or only add one pound to a 1rm? Maybe you didn’t make any progress this week. Don’t get wrapped around the axle about, because not everyday is going to be a victory in the gym. That’s the ugly truth about your fitness journey. There are going to be days that your workout just fucking sucks, or you gain few pounds back from not eating on your meal plan, or you just can’t get your shit together. You just need to put your head down, push through that shit dat, week, or month, and keep working your ass off. Change will come if you keep going.
