Recipe for Lentil Tacos Lentils are used in place of ground beef in this vegan take on the dish, along with other flavors that are so delicious you won't even notice the absence of meat. 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/4 teaspoon ground fennel seed, 2 teaspoons olive oil, 2.5 cups cooked brown or green lentils, 8 vegan corn or flour tortillas, 1 cup guacamole, 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 1 medium lime cut into 8 wedges, 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander, 2 teaspoons ground ancho chile powder, 2 tablespoons water or as needed, 1 teaspoon adobo or hot sauce, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1 small onion minced, 1 cup shredded lettuce, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 3 tablespoons tomato paste, 2 canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce seeded and minced

i'm not used to hanging out with people for the whole day anymore save for like my two besties when we hang out we can spend literally 10 hours a day together and never run out of things to do or say or make but like other people are a wild card for me because after a couple of hours i just wanna go home and so today we were walking aimlessly with this girl i met earlier this year and all that time i was thinking god pls let me walk by a metro station soon so that i can dip... anyway it didn't happen for another couple of hours i ended up hitting 10k step as well and now i just don't wanna see anybody for at least a couple of days which is perfect cuz I'll be alone at the office until Friday teehee

I already don’t eat much red meat (or meat in general) but I think I’m ganna cut out all meats that aren’t fish, chicken and turkey for the most part and only eat them plus things like grains and potatoes for special occasions/treat yo self meals cause they’re so so yummy but my body just hates them all and I also need to figure out if nightshades and alliums are okay or not cause I know there’s some veggies that cause flares and bloating but I haven’t figured them out yet just the starches/carbs and red/heavy meats

Good thing I could eat tofu for every meal, love beans and also just really love my veggies in general lol cause those three things are ganna be my main diet
