(I honestly don't know how I managed to get this done in just over two and a half days XD)
Anyhoo, here's Light for the Thorns & Thrones AU! (Seriously, when it came out I was just drooling over it since fantasy is one of my all time favorite genre XD)
As I was trying to figure out how to put her into the lore I got this idea of making Light a Cybertronian version of an elf since it just seemed to fit the fantasy aesthetic so well so I just rolled with it (no pun intended) 😅
Plus, I wanted to use the concept I've been toying for a while that she's half Con and it definitely worked for this, that's for sure. And experiment with heterochromia for a character for a change as well 😄I thought about having both her optics being purple but the two colors definitely convey her half Con side better and cause the troubles she's gone through growing up.
I hope you all enjoy this and I'll see you all next time!
Thorns & Thrones AU belong to the ever lovely and talented @pastelpaperplanes

Whew, I am happy to say that a project that has been sitting collecting dust (blame short attention span and art muse jumping at the next new art idea) has finally been finished!
It's Light Ray's new design for 2022 and beyond! I've changed up a few things here and there, such as her pede designs, her helm (look taken from her IDW design) and reducing the size of her optics to give her more refined and elegant look to her.
And since the pose was perfect I decided to give her a pretty kimono-style dress that makes her personality on the inside and out blossom (no pun intended XD).
If you use CSP I tell you the Assets function is a life saver to find what you need to make an awesome fabric pattern. Love it!
And that's it from me! Now that this project is finally done and dusted I'm off to make more art! So I'll see you all next time!
