Jughead was never really into guys.I mean- he once admitted to Betty in high school years that hes realised that hes bisexual.He was working at pops, as a waiter.He and his old friends are trying to make Riverdale alive again, and he barely had any money, so he had to work as a waiter AND a teacher.As you walked in he sighed, while greeting you and giving you a menu.You ordered and while he was taking your order he realised how cute you were.Your voice, your hair, your eyes, your nose, your lips...He found them perfect.Even hot, actually."Hey- arent you the guy who wrote that book?I think its name was-" "the outcasts?Yeah thats me." He finished your sentence.He smiled at you softly, too.He liked you even more now. "hey- mind if i sit down with you while you eat?I doubt any customers will come in." "No, actually, i dont.Feel free." "Thanks-...." "M/N." "Right, M/N....Hey, another question...You wanna come to mine after my shift?Its almost over." Jughead sighed as he sat down in his seat at the terminal, setting his chin in his hands. He wasn’t the only one going home. There were at least two dozen of them finally going home. All of them had been there for different amounts of time — some nine months, some twelve (like himself) other six.

Reggie sat down beside him and he clenched his jaw. “You’re going home right? After they kept you for months,” he chuckled and Jughead forced one of his own. He wasn’t interested in talking or comparing how long they’ve been deployed and who was going to have more sex or drink more beer.

He couldn’t get his mind off of finally getting to see Betty again. While deployed, he only got access to wifi a few times a month. And when he did, he and Betty took full advantage of it. They would talk for hours, even if everything they had to say was boring.

She always left him with a handful of pictures, too. There were some he could flaunt, some for himself. Over the course of the year, she had changed. The details were minor and normally he wouldn’t notice, but anytime he got to actually see her, he hyper-analyzed everything about her in an attempt to correct her vivid image in his head.

He hadn’t notice Reggie hadn’t said anything more to him after the few words they had exchanged. He had turned to the other guy sitting next to them and they were discussing the first things they were doing as soon as they landed.

Jughead didn’t land until late the next night. When he got home, he wasn’t doing much of anything besides a shower and sleep.

Ras posted a BA still where Betty smile at Archie like she never did to Jughead but yeah it's an AU 😂 And they both don't want to build a life together and they don't want their baby. LOL

I could find 10+ scenes where she smiles at Jughead more than she's smiling here but why bother? You're embarrassing, please stop, we're all cringing around here.

If we can go to the 50s, have the characters become teenagers again and forget stuff (except for Jug who is now a 26 year old stuck in a 16 year old’s body) then we may as well just go back to 4x17 and undo the thing that lead to all of this crumbling. There are no rules of what can and can’t be done at this point.

One of the (many) things that annoy me this season is how they tease us with Bughead crumbs to keep us invested but never more than one episode in a  row. They give us Tabitha in Rivervale being jealous of Betty and then nothing, they give us Bughead making out to save the universe and everyone forgets what happened and we go back to Riverdale. They give us Bughead working together for an episode and Jughead getting a flash of their “best of” moments but it’s never followed up on. Now in this last ep we have Ethel yell at writer!Jughead about still loving Betty and again I suppose next ep we get nothing (though at least this was Jughead in a different universe who may need to face Ethel’s wrath there).

I have no doubts of Bughead being endgame and I’m not oppose to these crumbs but it’s annoying that they keep giving us these hints just to then pretend they didn’t.

HOW insane the writing of Riverdale got

I still love that show so much. And I am still not ready to say goodbye, even though it is now over.

I'll never see Cole Sprouse as Jughead again

I'll never see Camila Mendes as Veronica again

I'll never see Lili Reinhart as Betty again

I'll never see KJ Apa as Archie again

I'll never see Madelaine Petsch as Cheryl again

I'll never see Vanessa Morgan as Toni again

I'll never see Casey Cott as Kevin again

I'll never see another promo again

I'll never get the feeling of excitement again when a new episode airs

I'll never get to see some random ass new plot ever again.

This show has been my home for years. I found it when they were half way through season three.

There will never be a show like Riverdale ever again

There will be no cast like the Riverdale cast again

I'll never see new Choni scenes again

I'll never see new Bughead scenes again

I'll never see new Barchie scenes again

I'll never see new Varchie scenes again

Riverdale is over, and never returning. I won't get to wait a year or so, and be excited for a new season. No. There will never again be a new episode.

I'll admit, some of the ending was amazing, some of it was not.

Kevin and Clay got their happy ending, which was amazing.

But they put Jughead, Archie, Betty, and Veronica in the quad? For zero reason. That was irritating.

I think the death of Betty was beautifully portrayed as well.

But my favorite part of the ending?

Cheryl and Toni got their happy ending. After season five and six, I am so happy. They even had a son, named Dale. Hell, I will never get over them using Vanessa's son River to play a character named Dale. Absolutely genius!
