Willow se sente perdida no mundo desde o divórcio de seus pais, como se nenhum lugar do mundo fosse realmente seu lar. E sua maior convicção é que precisa viajar o mundo todo para encontrar onde se encaixaria. Seu plano é começar com um intercâmbio em seu próximo ano escolar, mas ele acaba mudando quando sua mãe (que não é a mais presente do mundo) acaba levando ela até Salem, já que herdou uma casa de sua irmã, a quem Willow nunca tinha ouvido nem falar.

Enquanto isso Mason acabou de se mudar para a cidade das bruxas para mais um lar temporário, que ele troca como roupas íntimas desde que sua mãe perdeu sua custódia. Mas dessa vez parece ser diferente, já que a mulher que o acolheu é amiga de colégio de sua mãe. Mason é apaixonado pelo céu e pelas estrelas.

E é assim que eles se conhecem. Willow entra na casa de sua tia sem que sua mãe saiba, no meio da noite, enquanto Mason queria dar mais uma olhada no telescópio que viu enquanto visitara a casa de dia com seu “pai” temporário, que é o corretor. Desde então parece que seus destinos foram entrelaçados.

A escrita da Jenna segue um padrão, desde Amor e Gelato (que eu não gosto tanto assim não), e como me apaixonei por Amor e Azeitonas resolvi dar uma chance para esse. E ainda bem que dei. Até porque já fui bem obcecada pela história de Salem e tive minha fase querer ser bruxinha né. Inclusive as tias bruxas são a melhor parte da história.

A única coisa que eu mudaria era: fazer dois livros ao invés de um com dois pov. Eu normalmente amo livros de romance com os povs dos dois protagonistas, mas nesse caso as duas histórias eram TÃO interessantes que eu facilmente leria um livro sobre a família Bell e a bruxaria e um sobre a história do Mason e sua adaptação com a nova família, então isso me deixou um pouquinho tristinha, mas a história é ótima. Apesar do romance acontecer bem rápido, não me pareceu nada forçado ou jogado, achei muito lindinho de ler. Meu coração ficou completamente preenchido de amor após essa leitura.

will, i think, just likes ice cream and is down for pretty much anything (you live in texas and you take whatever heat relief you can get) but he’s fond of vanilla i think.

whenever he’s teased about it he goes on a twenty minute long rant about just how not basic vanilla is (you have to HAND PICK the pods INDIVIDUALLY from CULTURED ORCHIDS in ONE PLACE IN THE WORLD and LEAVE THEM IN BRANDY for like a whole ass YEAR to make vanilla extract and you wanna call that shit BASIC???????) until people are sorry they asked.

he’s also partial to sorbet. especially watermelon.

nico, on the other hand, is a Snob. he scoffs when people call american ice milk “ice cream”. he will literally only eat gelato or granita.

his fave gelato flavour is hazelnut, literally entirely because it makes him think of hazel. it is p good tho. when the seven were in rome he quietly bought her a cup of it (from an old italian lady who gave him a massive discount bc he smiled at her and talked in italian lol) and told her it was his favourite. she thinks about it whenever she gets insecure about being bianca’s replacement.

his fave granita flavour is lemon tho bc everyone’s fave granita flavour is lemon.

when he and will go on a date for the first time will takes him to a regular ice cream parlour bc he thinks he’s funny. nico, bc he is whipped, eats some even tho he complains the whole time.
