Void/ shifting for the lazy ass mfs, a "too easy" sleep challenge for 7 days.

Hey y'all, are you the type to call your yourself lazy? Can't wait to enter? Don't wanna try and just wanna sleep and enter? Think it's easier for you to be the careless mf and enter tonight? Here's a sleep method that literally can make you wake up in the void regardless of what the fuck is happening.
I call it, the "too easy" challenge bc mf the effort is not even there, like I'm not gonna even tell you to lay still or yada yada, I entered the void through it some years ago when I was in my shifting phase and didn't know it was the void, and it's my fav method so far, and y'all, you'll seriously shift or enter the void during those 7 days bc y'know how powerful this shit is???
Now I've seen a lotta people whine and say they lay back, try for it, and "don't enter" which is obviously your assumptions that you can't enter is in the way, so I thought, how about letting them know they can skip this part and just sleep and wake up there? Fun eh?
If anyone remembers, this is actually something a lot of shifters used to do back then, but the toxic shifttokers would be like "NO YOU CANTTT, YOU GOTTA PUT EFFORT TO SHIFTTT" nah fuck you, then how come some ppl shifted through it, like be fr and how "effortless" it was. 🤨
What will you need?/
ONE affirmation of choice:
I always wake up in the void state aware.
The void is too easy to wake up in.
Why do I always wake up in the void aware?
No matter what I do, I still wake up in the void aware.
I just gotta sleep and I'll wake up in the void aware everytime.
I always wake up in my home. (Aka DR).
I always shift in my sleep.
I can always shift by sleeping.
Sleeping helps me shift anywhere I want.
Shifting is too easy for me, I can do it in my sleep (fav).
A subliminal you like:
Can be anything, choose something you like that is either for shifting or the void state, doesn't even matter which or what, just choose something that you love and stick to ONLY ONE.

Absolute suggestibility booster:
Yes, credits to "absolute power subliminals" for making this goldmine but oml, it's fucking good, either way, this is before you loop the sub we chose overnight, BUT REMEMBER LISTEN TO IT ONLY ONCE BEFORE LOOPING IN THE SUB!!! It helps to open the subconscious for the affirmations. 1
And lastly, assumption:
that you can do it during those 7 days, bc mf you definitely can tf you mean you're trying this with hope...
Let's get into it 🤭.
For the affs, repeat it as though you're REMINDING yourself something, not trying to convince yourself something, you get me? During the days and the nights and literally through anything, just affirm without needing anything, like, your wish if you wanna do robotic affirming or feeling with it while affirming, just remind yourself your goal, Go about your day repeating ONE affirmation, and this can be anything, the reason I'm saying one is bc you don't need a bunch, just one, choose one from here based on what your goal is, shifting or the void?, the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep repeat it whenever you like.
Now, this is optional, but if you like, you can loop the desired subliminal you chose during the the day, it's as you wish if you want to.
Now, sleep comes around, right? Listen to the suggestibility subliminal I provided there only once, simply once, now grab yo favorite earphones or whatever and loop the SUBLIMINAL overnight.
Don't think about it, literally don't, don't say "will this work or whatever" nope, trust and know, loop the sub in the background while you sleep, and in that moment, repeat this specific affirmation.
Subconscious mind, I command you to wake me up in (desired reality/ the void).
That's literally all....

ELECTRA’S SIMPLE
MANIFESTING CHALLENGE!

★ step one
know what you want, you don’t need to write anything down but at least have a basic understanding of what you want and who you want to be. Don’t hesitate to add anything, this is your reality so get as creative as possible!
★ step two
this is the main premise of this challenge and is what will get you what you want: Keep your inner speech in check. Make sure you’re thinking as if you already have what you want, when you have a negative thought just remind yourself of the power you have and that negative thoughts have no power over you.
★ step three
as soon as you wake up vaunt! Vaunt when you wake up and before you go to bed, you can also visualise while doing this. You can also vaunt 5-10 minutes every hour. You can have a vaunt written out, but I would recommend just saying what comes to mind.
★ step five
Create a playlist! Make a playlist of songs that make you feel good or even remind you of your desires! You can listen to this playlist while visualising or doing whatever methods you enjoy. Instead of doing this you could create a subliminal playlist.
★ step six
optional, but for at least 10 minutes once or twice a day do whatever method you enjoy most, completely immerse yourself in it and feel the wish fulfilled!

★ some advice
if you feel as if you’re about to spiral take a couple deep breathes and tell yourself the new story, maybe even meditate and remember to fulfil yourself in imagination. If you do end up spiralling don’t tell yourself you’ve ruined everything, use this to your advantage and tell yourself that spiralling helps you manifest! You must persist, make sure you’re thinking in your favour but don’t stress yourself out. Remember that manifestation is instant, leave the 3D alone and work on your 4D!

The list method is a law of assumption method—obviously—where you create a list of your desires. Once the list is finished, you affirm that you have everything on the list, or everything that you want!
II. HOW TO DO THIS CHALLENGE
create a list of your desires (in your notes app, on paper, whatever works best for you)
affirm that you have everything that you want! you can saturate, but it isn’t necessary to successfully manifest. Even if you only affirm a few times a day, you’ll still get your desires if that’s your assumption!!
Get your desires! Self-explanatory, in my opinion.

Day 4 @hrrtshape manifesting challenge success!
Okay so guys!! I only posted about my day one success but I did succeed in the previous two as well, I was just too lazy to post about it, but this one is too cool to ignore lol.
So day four is all about ‘getting whatever you want’ and I decided hey, I would really fuck with some jolly ranchers right now. So I affirm that I have a bag of jolly ranchers. The day goes on, I go to school, forget about it completely. By the time I get back home I remember what I was manifesting and tbh I wavered a bit, I said to myself ‘girl tf you don’t have it yet’ and ‘I guess todays a fail cause it’s already like 6pm and no jolly ranchers’ but Emma taught me better so I flip my self talk and continue to persist that I have the candy.
My dad then spontaneously walks into my room, keys in hand, saying to come with him to get snacks for tonight’s bonfire. We go to the grocery store and we get to the candy aisle. He grabs the sour patch kids. And then the frickin jolly ranchers. Guys. We freaking did it. I’m sucking on em rn (ew sorry)

Wake up with your dream life: affirm & relax challenge
.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・。.。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.
This is a challenge suggestion created by @leilth that I expanded upon ❤️
This challenge is going to help: calm your anxiety & stress, remove negativity, help reprogram your mind for manifesting your dream life, shifting, or entering the void.
Most beneficial for people with: overthinking tendencies, overactive minds, stress & anxiety, difficult circumstances
Why affirm & relax?
Most people have heard about affirm & persist, which has a lot of baggage attached, and may be seen as “robotic” or a chore. We’re switching that mindset up now.
We’re affirming because thinking positive thoughts makes us feel good. We’re thinking all the time anyway, we might as well be thinking thoughts that make us happy.
We’re relaxing because we know our dream life is on the way and we don’t have to do anything to deserve/earn/achieve it.
We’re not forcing ourselves or doing techniques to “get anything”. Like doing a yoga class or getting a massage - we’re doing it because it’s relaxing & makes us feel good.
We already know our desires belong to us, the techniques are just calming the doubtful human mind to make the transition easier.
We are relaxing and not obsessing about a deadline or time crunch because we know time is an illusion and our success is inevitable.
Challenge steps!
1) Decide your focus/intention. Do you want to wake up with all your desires? Master the void? Shift to your DR? Decide now and make your script or desires list, if you haven’t already. Got it? Alright, it’s yours! All you have to do now is sit back and relax and wait for your reality to conform.
In the meantime, here’s what you can do to relax and embody your desired state until it materializes:
2) Pick a sub playlist or make your own. I have curated a couple playlists with trusted subs you might want to try:
If you have a lot of negativity and unfortunate circumstances in your life, this playlist is for releasing negativity, curses & toxic people and manifesting a better life.
I collected a bunch of subs for this challenge that include topics like waking up with your desires, manifesting overnight, shifting, self-concept, blockage removals, boosters and more. The first sub in the playlist is one that can be looped overnight to wake up with your desires.
Subs for the void state
Pick the ones most relevant to you and make your own playlist to use daily.
3) Listen to your playlist 30-60 minutes a day. Try listening once in the morning and once at night, but any time works. You can also loop your playlist in the background throughout the day or night and listen while doing other things.
For about 10 minutes of your listening time, try to relax and breathe deeply while sitting in the psych-k position.
4) Listen to an aff tape for 10 minutes while doing psych-k or another calming exercise. Instead of psych-k, you could also try SRT, tapping, breathwork, lying under a weighted blanket, or any other calming exercise. If you do it with psych-k then do it 5 minutes each sides.

5) EFT tapping for your desires twice a day. You can follow the basic script I provided here, but try to use your own words with whatever specific emotions you find coming up for you in the moment. Try to tap for around 10-15 minutes. In the morning just after you wake up & before you go to bed are the most powerful times.
You can also do quick mini tapping sessions throughout the day. It’s fine to just tap only on one point while repeating your affs for a positive tune-up.
6) Each hour say your affirmation 30 times. Set a repeating reminder on your phone with one blanket aff such as “I have all my desires” or “I woke up with my dream life” or “I’m in my desired reality” or “I have mastered the void” and repeat 30x when it goes off. It’s ok to repeat it in your head if you can’t say it out loud.
The specific number of 30 affs is based off Cleo’s 12hr movement challenge which was very successful for many people who tried it. Feel free to repeat more or less based on your preference.
7) As you are drifting off to sleep: imagine, affirm, or intend to wake up with your desires. You might picture a brief scene opening your eyes to your desires in the morning (if you’re good at visualization). You could repeat the same aff you have been repeating throughout the day, or pick a short phrase that would make you feel successful like “I did it!” to loop until you fall asleep.
8) Repeat daily until you wake up with your desires!
NOTE: You may or may not see 3D acting up but again it's a good sign that what you are doing is working. You can tend to the 3D but don’t react to it. That’s just the old story trying to pull you back. Treat those old thoughts and circumstances like unruly children, firmly tell them “no!” And don’t let them get away with anything!! You are the boss now!

Daily Activities Summary:
1) Listen to your sub playlist for 30-60 minutes. It’s fine to listen while doing other things. Try to sit in the psych-k position while listening for at least 10 minutes.
2) Listen to an aff tape while doing psych-k (or other calming activity) for 10 minutes. Just breathe deep and relax while listening.
3) EFT tapping for 10-15 minutes, once in the morning & once in the evening, more if you want!
4) Affirm with your main aff 30 times each hour you’re awake.
5) Affirm or imagine waking up with your desires as you drift off to sleep.
6) No identifying with 3D circumstances, tell negative thoughts “No!” and counteract them with your affs.

Why do we do each method?
Psych-k: we do psych-k sessions while listening to subliminals or aff tapes because it helps calm our nervous systems and connect both sides of our brains, releasing stuck stress and speeding up the process of learning the affirmations.
Tapping: we do tapping because it helps us to remove all blocked energy & emotions holding us back, replacing it with beliefs that say we already have our desires. It helps us shift our state to feel like we already have what we want and makes it easier to accept our new affs.
Repeating affirmations: we are repeating affirmations each hour so we saturate our mind as much as possible and remind ourselves of the new story. We’re doing this to calm the impatient overactive human brain that wants to keep telling the old story.
SATS/lullaby: Imagining your desires fulfilled or repeating affirmations as you go to sleep are some of the OG methods of loa manifesting. Whatever you think of right before you fall asleep is going to powerfully affect your subconscious mind.
How long is this gonna take??
Everything depends on how much resistance you have and your personal mindset and journey. We’re not making deadlines or limits because time is an illusion right?
But on average, both EFT and Psych-k have been proven to permanently change beliefs in about 7 sessions. So one week should be more than enough. Since we’re also doing tapping and affirming and listening to subs, it’s gonna work from all angles, speeding up the process even if you have doubts, fears, or limiting beliefs.
Now stop scrolling and go affirm and relax!! You’re gonna be living your dream life in no time at all! 💕

this is a manifestation challenge to strengthen ur mind and ur mastery of manifestation. its mainly an affirmations challenge so if ur into that kind of stuff then great, but if any of this feels limiting to u then just take what resonates and leave the rest.

THE CHALLENGE OBJECTIVE ;
the objective of this challenge as mentioned before is to strengthen ur mind and to simplify manifestation for u, by building up ur repetition and persistence game just as though u were building up a muscle.
GETTING UR REPS IN ;
i want u to download an affirmations counter app where u can keep track of how much u consciously affirm. choose a set amount of affirmations that would equal a rep and keep track of how many reps u do daily.
set a goal for a minimum amount of reps that u wanna do in that day and see if u can meet those goals/exceed them. for me, 100 affs were equal to 1 rep.
MENTAL DIET ASPECT ;
if ur into body building at all u know that its not only the reps that u do that get u the physique u want, but also the diet so lets talk mental diet.

the strictness of ur mental diet all depends on u and ur circumstances and capacities so take my word with a grain of salt but me personally, i recommend a stricter mental diet.
i've already gone in depth about mental diets in this post right here so if u haven't already read that i recommend u should. for this challenge tho i recommend a strict mental diet and consciousness towards ur thoughts.
THE THOUGHT BEHIND THIS CHALLENGE ;
the idea behind this challenge is just to simplify manifestation bcuz a lot of the time we overcomplicate it for ourselves or we consume content that does so when in reality the easiest thing to do (at least in my experience) is to affirm.
i got inspiration for this post from @esotericc-angel's post about the easiest way to manifest and it rly encouraged me so i recommend reading that post and doing this challenge. i'd love if u reblogged this post with results from the challenge to encourage and uplift others in the loa community and as always, HAPPY MANIFESTING GIRLIES ✨

sorry if this is too personal but what was your starting point for manifesting your desired body and how long did it take you to see results? im feeling discouraged again bc i feel like i havent seen any changes, but ive also been affirming and persisting
hii my luv ♡, I apologize for the late reply. Your question is not too personal don’t worry, I would be happy to answer it.
☆ — The main thing is I kind of just wanted to look different (?) I never really had any problems with my body, however I did want to look better and was honestly really bored. It took me a while to get body results because I used to OBSESS over results, and when I would start seeing the results I would lose them after a while 😭. I would spend my entire day listening to body subs constantly no stop for hours. With time I started realizing I just have to relax and stop looking for results after only listening once. At the time I would also affirm a lot but that didn’t help all that much.
The biggest advice I can give you is :
— ★ try focusing on your self concept for about a week. I know people are always telling you to do so but it’s really important especially when you’re having any type of “blockage”.
— ☆ for about a week listen to “reprogramming your subconscious mind” affirmations videos overnight, and during the day focus on your body playlist. Try shorten it down if you think it might be too long.
When I first started manifesting my body (even till now ) I only listen to Jessica Heslop on YouTube, but there are many different people that make those types of videos. I would recommend THIS video to help with any limiting beliefs.
—★ try doing fun challenges! When I did the 3dolc x Roe challenge it was during the time when I was struggling getting results but it worked even though I had many doubts. For my 🍒 I got my results in less than a week. For other parts like my hips it took longer but maybe a month or two. Please keep in mind that I am still working and manifesting my ideal body but the results I’ve been getting so far are great.

bunny's ✨digital detox✨ + manifestation challenge!

hi friends! i've decided to do a little "dopamine detox" so that i can become more present in my day-to-day, connect with myself and my passions, and apply the law. instead of leaving you without any posts, i thought i would turn this short absence of mine into a challenge so that you can join me if you're interested! this is going to be a very simple challenge that mostly focuses on regaining joy in your life, but i hope it can bring you inspiration and peace.
purpose of challenge: to help your brain enjoy simple things again and fill your life with more joy, to get off of social media and apply the law, and to manifest anything you desire. as you can see, this is mostly a challenge to reconnect with ourselves and what brings us joy, but manifestation is the added bonus of this challenge!

step one:
delete or hide apps on your phone or laptop that involve mindless stimulation. for me, this includes tumblr, social media, checking things that give me notifications like my email, etc. normally, tumblr wouldn't be included in this because i use it for learning about the law, but part of this challenge is about getting offline and actually applying the law, so for now i will be deleting it.
step two:
make a list of activities that bring you joy that don't involve mindless stimulation. here are some ideas of things that i like to do if you're having trouble coming up with your own list:
scripting my dream life and coming up with cute scenarios in my head
writing a letter to a friend and decorating it with my own art or stickers
reading a fiction book and getting lost in the story
reading a non-fiction book to learn things about my passions and interests
singing and playing instruments
journaling or filling out writing prompts
going for bike rides or long walks with music
playing fun video games, but not for hours on end like i normally would heh
step three:
decide what you are going to manifest and choose your favourite methods to fulfill yourself! remember, this challenge is about connecting with yourself and what you love, so pick the methods that make you smile. i really enjoy daydreaming about my desires and feeling every emotion in my body that comes up and knowing that my desire is real.
REMEMBER: this challenge is primarily about doing a digital detox to give our brains more happiness. the main goal isn't to manifest, but it is SO much easier to manifest when our brains aren't constantly stimulated and consuming information. our desires manifesting is an added bonus for this challenge!
step four:
as you engage with your life and connect with awareness (who you are at your core) and as you enjoy activities that bring you joy, remind yourself in whatever way feels best to you that you have all of your desires, and that this extra space you're giving your brain is allowing more space for your lovely desires to show up in your life
step five:
report back during the end of any three-day period from when you start this challenge with your results! results could include how you feel, what you learned about yourself, what you manifested or realized about your manifestation, how your days looked without constantly stimulation, or anything you wish to share!

important note:
detoxing from constant stimulation is a HARD THING TO DO! they design apps to make us addicted, and your need for constant stimulation is not your fault. if at any point this challenge brings up feelings of shame or struggle due to the addiction of constant stimulation, make sure you are compassionate and loving to yourself; you're doing a wonderful thing as a gift to yourself and are a good person who is doing something very tricky, and you should be proud that you are even giving it a try. you are strong and badass and deserve the world and all of your desires! if at any point you need to dip out of this challenge, make sure to pat yourself on the back and thank yourself for trying it and know that you can always do it again in the future if you want to c:

The perfect manifesting challenge is here!
The challenge will start shortly, and it will go on for as long as we have manifesters ready to play!
The premise is simple:
1- Join the discord server:
2- Tell us about one or two manifestations you're looking to have. We'll start with 1-2 and grow from there as we go.
3- Pick a perfect stranger from the channel and manifest their desires for them while they do the same for you!
You have to commit to this part! We won't be checking in on you every second but we'll trust your integrity 🙏🏻

Manifest w/ me Challenge: Week 1
This week we are focusing solely on self concept. Don’t worry in the following weeks we will incorporate our manifestations as well but first we need to boost our self esteem to feel confident!
So this week I want you to:
write 5 things you like/ love about yourself.
It seems cheesy but pointing out what you like and or love about yourself will help the process of gaining confidence especially if you’re someone who doesn’t feel good about themselves.
self care!!
Omg I can’t stress this enough, take care of yourself. Treat yourself to a nice shower. Put on a face mask. Shave your body. Do your makeup. Just fully submerge in taking care of yourself. This also includes doing date nights with yourself where you paint and maybe have a glass of wine. Buying yourself some flowers. Do something you’d want someone else to do to you. Love yourself first because you’re amazing. You’re the queen(or king). You are the most important person and you need to even treat yourself like it.
Affirmations
Referring back to the things your wrote you love about yourself, use those and turn those into affirmations. I’m here to help so message if you need to! And then also get on Pinterest and get some good self concept ones that help you feel good. I have a board full of ones I love and I’ve linked it in a previous post!
Affirmation Rampage
I want you to go on an affirmation rampage using these new affirmations you have at least 1 time a day. Not including SATS if you chose to do that! Anytime you get down or you’re bored, affirmation rampage!!
Some additional things you can do:
SATS
You can look up more info on this but the way I do it is right before I fall asleep, in a drowsy state, I say affirmations. I believe this includes visualization as well in the original way to do it but I don’t choose to do this. However I might start I’ll give an update but if I do I’ll probably visualize me on top of the world. Me putting my crown on etc.
And then when you wake up the first thing you think and say should be your affirmations and visualize. Don’t do anything else!! It’s hard but you’ll get the hang of it!!!

🛸; It Gets to a point where you have to be sick and tired of being sick and tired of not being comfortable and secure in the life you currently reside in as someone who has struggled with my manifestation in the past but still being desperate and hungry for that big change you are the reason for change when you change your mind and thoughts and the reality around will change.
even if you think about your life right now if you feel like you wish you looked different or you have more money shift your thoughts to ones that think in your favor because if you keep sabotaging yourself your always gonna wish that you’ve done something about it earlier all of the success stories in the world,the motivational ones,the tumblr posts and the tweets aren’t gonna manifest for you until you assumption about your life shifts.
So many successful people have manifested their way to the top,manifested their dream lives,appearances,careers etc. do you think they were gonna let one little thing get to them or let it knock them down and ruin their self esteem?! NO. they got back up and kept persisting in the things they want because they’re hungry for it just like you are.
and this post is not to come off as harsh of like im punching down on people because im not i want to inspire you to change and actually get what you wants instead of stay in a spot you’re uncomfortable and insecure in. ANYTHING YOU WANT YOU CAN HAVE
you don’t need outside proof,your don’t more evidence,your don’t need motivation,you don’t need a coach,your don’t need a course,you don’t need a subliminal all you need to do is focus and shift your thoughts to positive ones and stay in the mindset no matter what the 3D throws at you.

hey so i just made a subliminal challenge for myself + wanted to post this to document + maybe help someone else.
i dont really have a title for it but ive been calling it "flopped so bad i had to shift realities" so if anyone has any ideas lmk
summary of the challenge ;
starting tuesday may 27, 2025 + ending tuesday june 3, 2025 i will be doing a one week long subliminal manifestation challenge. the challenge is inspired by u/That_quietStudent ‘s post on reddit here. along with a few others ive seen. 
in their post it says to basically make your own subliminal so thats what im going to be doing. i have set rules for myself which are included along with a full breakdown of the challenge if youd like to follow along or just check it out.
also in the doc is where ill be documenting my own progress + updating it every day / at least once a day.
