Figure-8 Circuit's Location

So in Mario kart DS there is a track called Figure-8 Circuit, and it has the same blocks in the background from Super Mario Bros. 3. This places Figure-8 Circuit in the Grasslands, particularly in the area from SMB3. This also reveals that these blocks are actually literal part of the Mario World, and not props for a stage play.

Mario Kart: Super Circuit was the first game in the Mario Kart series to use ranks to grade the player's performance after a Grand Prix, with the ranks introduced in this game (3 stars, 2 stars, 1 star, and A through E) becoming standard for the series going forward.

However, the game also contains early unused graphics for the ranks (top row; finished ranks on bottom row for comparison). From this, two interesting observations can be made: 1. If these ranks were used, it would have been possible for the other games to base their ranks on them instead, so that the entire Mario Kart series would have used the industry-standard SSS, SS and S ranks instead of the stars in that scenario. 2. The black smiley face is actually the letter C graphic but with a different palette. While it is most likely that this palette was never intended, it is notable how it coincidentally results in the letter appearing as a smiley face.

in fact all that stored up anger makes her incredibly good at sniping people with items

Molly knows about a few shortcuts but doesn't really use them because she's too worried about ruining her race by failing them

mains Toadette (and Isabelle but technically she isn't really a Mario Kart character but I'll ignore it since she's in the game)

her favorite track is Maple Treeway

actually she doesn't even really RACE at all, because it's irresponsible to drive a vehicle at these speeds

ALWAYS picks Daisy Circuit because of the statues of Luigi and Daisy together (she thinks they're very adorable)

Trixie knows ALL the important game breaking things. Shortcuts, best item spots, what would theoretically be the best combo, you name it

I think they'd prefer the bikes over the karts

favorite tracks are Coconut Mall (the Mario Kart fandom will understand why), Mushroom Gorge and Boo Lake

has to intentionally play bad so people don't stop playing with her at all

if anyone has a perfect rating in all cups at all speeds it's Trixie

I don't think he has fully figured out how a race works, even though he was told multiple times

this man right here plays as a Mii racer, you can't change my mind

he likes playing together with Phoenica. They don't race, they just drive around the courses and look at the pretty scenery together

if he ever gets any speed item in the item roulette he will cause chaos

probably drives backwards and against walls as we're speaking

the way he plays makes you think he's really bad at hiding that he lets you win

.....oh wait no, he's actually worse than thought-

he's oddly competitive even though his skills aren't the best but will intentionally play even worse when he knows someone is having a bad day

mostly uses King Boo, Waluigi and Birdo

favorite tracks include: Excitebike Arena, 3DS Neo Bowser City, Waluigi Pinball and Choco Mountain

he also has terrible luck in this game

loses most of his good items to shocks or gets hit over and over again

oh PLEASE he's way too adult for childish games like these

if you invite him over he'll spend the entire day infront of this game, experiencing inhuman joy whenever he gets a top spot, but he'll never admit it

Summary: So many questions were dancing around Wally's head but the man infront of him seemed to short circuit his brain everytime he looked at him. Such an awful punishment...

M/n was sitting in front of Wally with his legs crossed softly blowing his tea before taking a sip. He kept his eyes on Wally waiting for him to start his question that were so clear he wanted to ask but everytime he looked up he lost all his words and looked away again. M/n raised a brow and stood up to fetch another shirt which made Wally let out a sight he didn't know he was holding in the first place.

"Do you have no questions or are you perhaps considering your odds at killing me?," Asked M/n while taking another gulp from his tea while smiling softly seeing how Wally started stumbling on his words denying ever thinking of hurting him which provoked M/n to laugh at his reaction.

"I just don't know how to ask," grumbled Wally softly while looking at the ground which made M/n's smile grow at the "intimidating" and "dangerous" man behavior. M/n looked at him and Wally finally asked the question, without looking at him as a countermeasure to not, temporarily, forget how to talk.

"Why are you a singer in your own bar of your own mafia group? Why all the ruse with that Mario guy?," Asked Wally making M/n smile and finally take the last sip of his tea before setting it down. The sight of M/n slightly leaning in and looking him down almost made Wally combust and have a heart attack while M/n looked at him through thick eyelashes.

"Having someone act to be the leader of Hidden Pictures is comfortable, he is targeted instead of me by my enemies and I get to sing as an "innocent bystander", pretty genius right?," Said M/n now leaning back towards his chair still keeping his gaze on Wally, it was a soft gaze and he had a playful smile on his lips.

"It is quite the genius move," said Wally while looking away from M/n, he seemed unable to even hold contact for more than a second with him.

"I suppose that you want to break the alliance?," Said M/n not looking bothered at all but his eyes held some type of discomfort. After all it wasn't that often that his alliances were as handsome as Wally Darling himself. Wally smiled softly before answering M/n.

"No, that is not going to happen anytime soon,"
