imagine an Observation Duty-type game, but there actually. aren't any anomalies. and if you sit through the full game doing nothing, the music will ramp up and you'll get multiple warning messages, but you'll still always win so long as you don't report anything. because there were never any anomalies to report in the first place
...but if you do try to report an anomaly, the second you do it, shit starts for real. you'll have walls changing texture, stuff falling from the ceiling, ghost intruders poking their heads through doors, the works.
it'll be immediate hard mode, ramping up to the point where the game is near-impossible, with sneaky anomalies along with very obvious ones, as well as some that the game will just simply refuse to fix, because fuck you that's why
and the streamers and the youtube gamers will suffer, and pull their hair out, and find themselves in an endless loop, never to truly feel the satisfaction of victory
because I don't think a single one of them could go the full length of a game without either imagining an anomaly where there isn't one, or getting desperate and guessing wildly out of anxiety and because they think it'll help
anyway I'd probably title it something like "Unobservant", because somewhere in the tutorial it'll have a guy full-on saying, "but don't worry! surely this house doesn't have any anomalies! >:3" and honestly, it's the gamers' own faults at that point if they choose not to believe him

We're all aware of the common thing in fanfics where Tim uses Bear as a nickname for Bernard, but I feel like we should give Tim a similar nickname.
I suggest Moth, cause his full first name is Timothy, and if you drop the first two letters and the last letter, you're left with "moth," and I think that's really cute.
Bear and Moth

What if instead of being batman
Mothman
Would the robins still be robins? Who knows.
Mothman is definitely fluffier and might be seen less often than canon batman but honestly who knows.
I do want to say that the robins are based off of other moths and butterflies whenever they start doing their own thing.
For example Nightwing could be based off of a blue morpho

what's ur process for identifying cars? like what features do u look at and so on?
oh hell yeah i assume you’ve seen my other blog lol, yeah a lot of it is just years of paying attention to them and design trends, so i can usually place a general era and brand based on what logos i see, what some companies design languages were at different times, body styles, stuff like that. so even if i can’t identify an exact model, i can look at a big long boxy sedan in usually rather muted colors with a long hood but sleek profile with rectangular headlights and a specific hood emblem and know it’s a cadillac from the 70s or 80s. if i don’t know more than a brand and general era i’ll usually have to do a bit of googling but just having that preliminary knowledge helps narrow it down.
for a lot of relatively common or newer cars i usually just recognize them, i’ve hyperfixated on cars for almost 20 years, used to get tons of car enthusiast magazines and still engage with a lot of enthusiast media, so i kind of just know a shit ton of them. then it’s usually just googling to check my work/intuition and get an exact year or range of years. like i identified a toyota 4runner and specific generation of it in a video where a lot of the more obvious identifying features were only visible for a second, but in that second i recognized it even at a glimpse because i am just somebody who could recognize a car from a taillight in the dark when i was like 9. or in cases where it’s a closeup shot, like the toyota highlander from the daffy duck fish sticker post, all i had was a cut off bit of the text and the bottom of a taillight, but i know the highlander model and could estimate the general era of car based on the shape and moulding of the body contours and taillights, and narrowed it down further based on differences in the tail light housings between generations
i know that was a long explanation that probably made only so much sense but the tl;dr is autism :3

i am literally The Mothman. i do not care what people say, i will chase after their cars while high pitched screaming. Mothman is no longer a cryptid, it is a lifestyle choice.

i wrote a silly little poem at work and now my brain is like ‘YES. TIME TO WRITE. TIME TO CREATE.’
which like, makes Sense. creating something no matter how nonsensical or small being the trigger to motivate and inspire even more creation.
but it still feels like a constant upwards battle to get my brain to even begin something.
