You’re currently wedged between two bookshelves in the living room of your house, eyes trained on the words in your book, giggling to yourself when the plot takes a funny turn. Meanwhile in the background, Jungkook and your brother Taehyung, both a year older than you, the two ten year old boys play fighting in your parents backyard, their game was way too rough for you to even watch, you decided.

That’s always the way it’s been since you were young, Jungkook’s mum dropping him off at your parents place as he spent time with your brother, mostly roughhousing like they are now, and you, at nine years old, simply tucking yourself in another fairytale, which to you seemed like a much better way to past time.

You never truly spent a lot of time with the two of them when Jungkook would come over, besides the once-in-a-while moments where your parents would make you guys bond a little through board games or card games which the two elder boys would never take seriously, the games always ending in them either throwing the board game pieces at each other or stacking the cards into a pyramid.

When it came to school, you tried your best to stay away from bumping into your brother at school, but you’d always end up being teased in front of your friends by him and Jungkook, making fun of your two pigtails or your very glittery pink bag you had just gotten as a birthday gift, but you were used to it anyways, having grown up with a brother.

Four years go by and now you’re finally completing your last year in middle school, Jungkook and your brother having moved on to high school, and as expected, they end up attending the same school, as they have done their whole life.

But since four years ago, a lot has changed. You’ve grown much closer to Jungkook, having gone on quite a few trips with his family, and you could even consider him a close friend. Most importantly, he’d grown from being a kid to a teenager, even though he was only a year older than you, the 14 year old boy suddenly became someone you always wanted to hang out with. To you, you saw him as someone cool. Instead of teasing you along with your brother, he now would defend you from your brother’s teasing, treat you to ice cream on the weekends and even teach you the video games he played with your brother.

“And then he let me get as many toppings as I wanted,” You tell your friends, clicking the buttons on your phone to show them the picture of your ice cream, filled to the brim with all sorts of toppings because Jungkook said you could.

“You’re so lucky, I wish I had a boyfriend like that,” Jiyeon sighs, pouting her lips as she sulks.

Your face turns red, tip of your ears warm as you quickly deny, “He isn’t my boyfriend! Just a friend… In fact he was my brother’s friend first,” No, you couldn’t even begin to try and imagine Jungkook as someone more than your friend!

“Well, but you should definitely confess to him on valentine’s day, it’s in like six months,” Yuji twirls her hair, nudging your leg slightly as she giggled.

To the three of you, as 13 year old girls, having a valentine was a big deal, especially since the whole idea of a crush and all was new to you guys as teenage girls.

“No! I don’t have feelings for him! He’s just nice to me I guess,” You frown at Yuji, just because she confessed to her crush and now apparently has a boyfriend, doesn’t mean you need to do it too, you decided.

You didn’t have a crush on Jungkook right?

You push away the thought quickly, this whole topic was so taboo to you, it made you feel squirmy thinking about it. No, you didn’t have any sort of feelings towards the older boy, never.

So that day when you arrived back at home, spotting Jungkook and Taehyung sitting at the table and doing their homework, you decide to take a seat away from the certain boy.

“Huh? Why are you sitting all the way there? Come back here,” Jungkook hums, pulling out his earphones in bewilderment, you had always sat next to him whilst the three of you would do homework together after school, nudging him here and there to ask for help with a math problem.

“I- okay,” You scooch towards the chair next to him, dragging your books along the table as you avoid eye contact. Your cheeks heating up again as you remember your conversation with your friends in school earlier, it made you feel all tingly inside, but why were you being so weird in front of him?

“You’ve been staring at that math problem for ages, need help?”

You jump up in surprise at Jungkook’s voice , letting out a small yelp as your brother snickers at you from across the table, you kick his shin in response, sending his hands flailing to the injury, mumbling some cuss word you don’t understand.

“Yeah,” You only muster out a whisper, handing over your pencil to the boy, who finds your behaviour a little off but nonetheless, doesn’t comment on it.

And while he explains the solution and working to find the value of X, you can only notice his eyes, his nose, the mole under his lips, the scar on his cheek from when he fought with your brother years ago, his lips.

And then you for yourself to snap out of your daydream when his eyes lock with yours in confusion as to why you’re staring at him instead of your workbook.

But then five months later, opportunity for valentine’s day didn’t even come for you anyways, as you pack your bags to move miles away from the place you once called home, since your father had been posted to a new country for his work.

The whole idea of leaving your life behind and all the people you’ve ever known since young was such an overwhelming feeling that you didn’t even think once about your feelings for Jungkook anymore, or maybe you did once, but it didn’t matter.

So when you tugged your luggage and watch your brother sadly hug his best friend goodbye at the airport, reality struck, you wouldn’t ever get a chance to even properly assess your feelings for Jungkook anyways, so you simply wave him goodbye, not looking back so you don’t think further than a goodbye.

He did make sure to exchange his Instagram and Facebook with you, promising you and your brother to keep in touch, which you agreed to. Maybe there was a part of you that wanted to cling onto the idea of him, but you didn’t let yourself believe that anyways.

it’s friday night and you’re sitting in your best friend’s living room. the two of you and other close friends come together some weekends to hang out. you guys have been laughing, drinking (despite being underage by a year), watching TV, or playing games. in the middle of laughing, you feel your phone buzz repeatedly underneath your thigh. you lift your leg to retrieve it, seeing an incoming phone call from your boyfriend matt.

“hey, sorry. mind if i take this?” you ask the group, lifting your phone so they can see the screen.

you haven’t seen matt in over a month because he’s been touring with his brothers across the country. you couldn’t be more proud, but you guys miss each other like crazy.

“did you win?”

“damn right i did, baby,” he says hoarsely. he sounds a bit strange to you, but you shrug it off as exhaustion. doing shows almost every day can wear somebody out.

but oh boy are you wrong.

on the other line, matt sits on his bed in the tour bus with his hand wrapped around his dick. your recent post on instagram is displayed on his screen as you talk about your day on the other end, having no clue what’s happening.

Hi!!! You went to the PinkPop Festival? How was it? I love reading fan experiences of Louis' shows (if you want to share of course if you don't ignore my ask).

Hiiii! Yes I did!!

So I have to say after the first day I absolutely hated everything and wanted to go home, and never wanted to do another festival again 😭

Our parking lot was cancelled the evening before we drove all the way to the Netherlands, the car rental didn’t have our car so we had to choose between a fiat 500 and an electric car to get us four plus camping equipment there - so I drove 9 hours, we arrived past midnight, had to set up the tent in the rain past midnight and I had to walk 45 minutes with my stuff after parking the car SOMEWHERE.

It rained the entire first day, but we wanted to go see Kawala because I had seen them open for Giant Rooks in Stockholm and Prague and they were lots of fun! Even though they were on first. I also met them on the festival grounds!! They’re really sweet, well, Daniel and Ben are, the main singer isn’t really my vibe tbh haha.

Then I went to go see Yungblud and DAMN! What a great show!! The energy is amazing, his voice and show is amazing, he came down to the barricade to sing with the fans and after the show he came back again and took time to take photos and talk to the fans. I was really impressed and started listening to more than just the one song I knew!

After I went back to the tent because I was utterly exhausted and completely freezing in the rain. Everything was muddy and our tents and sleeping bags were wet bc they couldn’t withstand all that rain. It was so disgusting. I was sad that I missed Måneskin and Avril Lavigne, but I was physically not able anymore.

Next day we didn’t manage to get to the entrance as early as we wanted to so the gates were already opened and we went straight to Louis’ stage, we slowly managed to get to the third row with people leaving after the sets, which was great.

First act was Joost Klein, and the vibe was so cool bc he had so much fun, it was completely crazy and the Dutch went NUTS! I actually enjoyed the Beatles cover band after him, but my friend fainted so I had to get out and stayed with her a bit at the medics centre before going back in. I didn’t enjoy Froukje so much to be honest, but it was the last act before louis!!

So I celebrated my birthday that weekend and when louis came on stage— the pit was PACKED and the crowd was sooo loud and all the non fans were so shocked the audience was so engaged at 6 pm haha! He looked incredible, and it was so fun to see him perform during the light of the day!! Steve didn’t even have a top on when they came out and that was awesome.

I had a bit of space and very small people in front of me so right at the beginning louis made eye contact with me and I gassed him up and he pointed back at me in a similar manner and it felt so special to get to interact with him again, it’s been a long six months without him 🥲

He was very focused on getting the singing right and tbh I think this was definitely one of his better shows when it comes to the singing haha, but it did make him a bit held back and stiff.

And although I understand that he chose to sing three 1D songs bc that’s what non-fans would recognise and be more inclined to look him up, I would’ve personally preferred tk her more of his solo stuff. The intros and arrangements have been changed a bit from when I saw him late last year, so it took a little while to actually believe it that he chose to sing 7 lmao, I was so “no it can’t be??” That I didn’t recognise it properly. During the teenage wasteland interlude he was going nuts again and he liked that, nodding to me hehe.

I also thought he wouldn’t come down to barricade, but he did although it was an awfully long way!! And then he was just gone and it felt like something had happened? And everyone was confused and no one applauded or cheered bc it was so confusing that suddenly he wasn’t there anymore.

After that I was super exhausted but happy!

We went to see Nothing But Thieves after and OH MY GOD I fell in love immediately and have been obsessively listening to their songs and I’m so glad I saw them life!! Conor looked soooo cool and comfortable on stage and with the crowd, we were seriously impressed.

Calvin Harris had a big nostalgia factor in it for me for my clubbing days in the 2010s 🥲 but it was a bit boring besides that bc he literally just DJs.

The last day was another early start for Sea Girls, I didn’t listen to them much bc I skipped the London show where they opened for louis last tour, but they were a lot of fun! And I’ve been listening to some of their songs as well.

After I went to see The K’s, they were charming but had some tech problems, and surprise! Andrew Cushin’s sound tech also did their sound! So we missed meeting him for a beer but he let us know that The K’s had a gig in my hometown the next day so I promised I’d try driving back super quickly to make it in time for their gig (I did lol and went for Kebap with them as well and tbh the front singer is a bit of a dick, but the guitarist was really sweet!).

We only half listened to Loreen which wasn’t really my thing and to James Arthur, who is super pretty? And had a great voice but I was so exhausted and frankly needed some alone time.

And then honestly the grand finale.

Hozier came on stage and maybe it’s something about the tonality of his voice with the way his guitar sounds? But it went straight into the back of my skull, down my spine and turning into violent goosebumps. I basically cried through his entire set but not bc I wasn’t feeling well or was sad I was just so emotionally overwhelmed by how physical and spiritual I felt his music right there live. It really was such a treat hearing him, and he seems sooo gentle and he’s sooo tall, and he brought out Ed Sheeran for Work Song which was crazy! The tears just wouldn’t stop coming.

And then Ed Sheeran was also insane. I was already still sort of one bump from being back to crying and he just was on stage alone?? Just him his guitar and his looper??? I was SO impressed. And he was very emotional, too. But calm. And I just cried about everything again, the songs, what he said about his wife, then little seven-ish year old boy so happy to be there and on his dad’s shoulders to see Ed, the friendship groups that held each other and the couples that enjoyed it together. It was a really beautiful experience and I felt so fucking grateful for the fact that I can enjoy music so haptically, that I get to have the ability to feel it SO deeply and that live music is gorgeous.

Thank you for asking lovely! I’m sure you just wanted to know about louis, but I really wanted to talk about all the acts I saw at Pinkpop!

i promised to post some thoughts from both of the concert days at kulttuuritalo so i'm gonna be putting them under a read more :)

saturday 2.3.

i arrived at the venue some time before 9 am

i feel like i always say this but the people that i hang out with at concerts and while queueing are always super nice. i got to know new people, meet mutuals and hang out with so many people i'd gotten to know at previous gigs i'd been to

just remembered that i think i forgot to thank @king-krisu for letting me tag along to their apartment to warm up my pizza that tasted like cardboard so i'm doing it now, kiitos!

buying hand and foot warmers for the queueing was the best purchase ever

when we were let inside, the staff was apparently not informed on where the cloakroom was actually open and if people who were over 18 but didn't have the ticket could go to the +18 side and everything was just a mess and ppl were running around and didn't know where to go

i did get front row on kris' side and it was actually my first time there, i'd always been on jan and nace's side before that

i've listened to pilvet pilvet for a while now and i was so happy to actually see them live, couldn't ask for a better opener

jc stewart was also very good! i'd never heard of him or his songs before but i tried to learn some of them before the gig lol

i feel like we've all seen so much from the soundcheck and gigs from videos and photos that i don't really have that much to add

when kiki came to put the setlist right in front of us we were like no it can't be this short they're definitely gonna play more songs. and they didn't 🥲

it was so nice to see them all actually move around a lot more now that they could

kris kicked straight towards me multiple times during the show and i kept thinking what have i done to deserve this

as the first gig on tour i kinda felt like they were still warming up after not performing for a while but still it was so good and i loved this concert so much

after the concert i went out with some friends i first met at the gig in tampere on the nordic tour :)

sunday 3.3.

i was supposed to go hang out in the queue for the day but i slept so bad and i was honestly in a bad mood because of that so i just stayed in bed for the whole day until it was time to leave to the venue with my friend and we were there just before the doors opened

i have a lot of thoughts that i wrote down on monday about going to a concert as a fan with a non-fan vs. alone but i'm not gonna be yapping about it in this post

i was kinda far back and i'm short so i didn't really see that well and i made the mistake of wearing a hoodie instead of what i was planning to wear so it was also extremely hot

this setlist was more to my taste with barve oceana and padam

the new song took me straight on a cruise ship to sweden

when they announced ruisrock the response of the audience was so loud!

i had a fan with me and i was fanning myself during vse kar vem and i just saw bojan looking at me kinda worried but when he saw me singing along he smiled and i almost started crying

i feel like they were more relaxed during this concert and that's understandable with the first concert being more of a rehearsal as the first concert of the whole tour

when we got out literally everyone was freaking out about everything that happened and saying how much better it was than yesterday

i was so tired and felt kinda sick that we just went to get some food after sitting down for a while and then i went back to my hotel room and that was it

overall i had a such a fun weekend! thanks to everyone who i spent time with <3 would've loved to talk to even more of you guys! next up is london and of course ruisrock in the summer :)

ok so i started this ask earlier this morning and am just now getting aroundn to finish it so apologies if it's all over the place

vegas has been a lestappen weekend and I am thinking THOTs like honestly so much happened this race weekend and i am reeling

1. no1 vegas hater max verstappen saying that he's excited to go back i love him 😭😭😭 i'm so glad he had fun lmaoo. like i can just imagine him in the hotel with charles and reader the night before the race all huffy and upset because this whole weekend is a farce and he is NOT going to have a good time. and charles is just like "it's gonna be fine mon amour, i think at this point you're just determined to have a bad weekend and spoiling it all for yourself" and maybe yeah he is but in max's opinion that is NOT the point. anyways after the thrill of Racing™️ he's like "hmm okay yeah u weren't wrong, i had a good time" and charles is jsut liek "SAY IT WAS YOUR WHOLE CHEST PLZ !!!! I WAS RIGHT !!!!"

2. obsessed with carlos being all kinds of protective big brother vibes to werewolf!reader. like he sees max and charles crowding her and is just like 🤨🤨 "alright alright we get it, you love her, but let her work pls. if you keep crowding her i'm gonna call this sabotage" but he's also the one who goes "i pretend i do not see it" when he catches max trying to wiggle his way into the ferarri turf

3. there are mould your own dildo kits called clone a willy (don't ask me how i know) but i can see max getting one as like a gag gift or something and he's just like haha ok whatev. but the days go on and really the more he thinks about it the more appealing it is to have a custom dildo bc then he can fuck his two loves with his cock at the same time. and also he needs to know what his dick feels like, you know for scientific purposes. so anyways he gets charles and reader to help him and it is SO messy, positioning is important, and the amount of effort it takes to stay hard is ASTRONOMICAL. his dick is stuck in a tube of goo, it's not sexy. but now if someone tells him to go fuck himself he can. so he stays winning 😘😘🤩

4. i also really hope lando gots a nice long sleep after the race. like he sounded horrible on the radio. he needs a nice cuddle stat. i feel like we don't talk about werewolf lando a lot but

1. there’s something so funny about max suddenly changing his tune😭he was probably just happy to do some actual racing and know that the whole weekend was over after it, but it’s still hilarious. and I could see charles and reader giving him such shit over it, teasing him that the elvis race suit put him in a good mood and maybe they should keep it all year round (no, they should not. it’s a cursed wee thing. I want it gone)

2. CARLOS BEING AN OVERPROTECTIVE BROTHER PLEASE😭even the idea that she’s upset with them over something, it’s carlos who she goes to and his driver’s room that she stays in🥲but he would be so supportive of their relationship and definitely help hiding it when he can

3. I have seen the clone-a-willy sets in stores here, it’s so😭😭😭I know it’s this hot concept or whatever but it genuinely makes me cackle at the idea of these boys trying to follow the instructions. like charles is confused and max is convinced he doesn’t need instructions and it’s just such a mess. it would be so fucking funny

I NEED A MAX WIN this weekend. And a Charles p2. And a lando blow that. Because I can’t anymore. 💔

To begin with, lando is closing in on max!! And I know the gap is still 70 points. But with everybody talking and calculating what lando has to do to win, it gives me stress. And it looks so possible…

Second, rb20 isn’t it. First I thought it can’t be THAT bad, but it is THAT BAD.😭 I don’t what they did with the car and why they have no clue how to fixed it but it makes me crazy.

And third, Lando’s car is a good car!! So if he doesn’t make a mistake I can see that he will win again this weekend. And that would be very dangerous because he will be closing in again…

Furthermore, I get the feeling max doesn’t want to keep doing this for longer if the car doesn’t show improvement. And am scared.

Am sorry for my stress rambling, but I had to get it off my chest😮‍💨

That's okay, definitely feel free to talk Max with me any time!! I definitely know how you feel. I would love a Max win so much this weekend or if not a win then just ahead of Lando would be enough at this stage!! 

I do think it could be a difficult block of four races (Zandvoort, Monza, Baku and Singapore) as it looks like Red Bull are working to identify the issues and reverse engineer the car a little bit. I have some hope that they can get to the bottom of it before the latter stages of the season though and we know Max only needs a competitive car to win, he doesn’t need the fastest. So hopefully things get better. We have seen teams have issues and then come back stronger towards the end of the year. 

Even if Lando does win this weekend I don’t think it would be time to panic too much. I just can’t see him winning all the rest of the races even in a dominant car, that would mean winning 10 races in a row … something Lewis never managed to achieve when he had a dominant car and I personally rate Lewis higher as a driver compared to Lando. 

We will just have to see. Max will do his best and hang on in there as much as he can and hopefully in the meantime they can at least give him a car to fight with. Hopefully the large gap last weekend was a lot to do with Max running the old floor to data gather and the fact they had practically no set up time (something we know Red Bull need in order to get the car balanced). Even then he still came in P2.

I know a lot of people want to see more ‘fighting’ talk from Max but I personally like that he is realistic and is saying that he will do the best he can with the machinery he has and then what happens happens. He is a multiple world champion, he has so many records to his name, he will go down as one of the greatest of all times. I think this season has shown what an amazing driver he is and what seemed like an awful weekend last weekend was P2!!

I would love to say that he will definitely see out his contract but he threatens to retire all the time 😂. The good thing though is that he only really threatens to retire from F1, he always follows it up by saying there is other stuff he wants to do so I definitely think he will continue racing. Getting to see him build this huge racing legacy across other series will be so much fun to watch and is going to be so satisfying. And maybe he will race in a series where it is cheaper to get tickets 😂 Or maybe he will see what happens in 2025 and then give Toto a call if things aren't working out at Red Bull!

Max is doing amazing things this season and will continue to do amazing things 💕

Do you ever think about what BJ, Charles and/or Potter might've been like if they'd been early season additions?

I think Charles could actually fit in in early season MASH pretty easily and well. DOS is very very funny, and he'd be a nice compliment to Frank. Like I think they would actually play off each other really well in really funny ways, I think Charles would fully manipulate Frank while being slightly disgusted by him and they'd have a really funny dynamic as antagonists, I can fully imagine the way Larry Linvelle and DOS would play off each other and I wish it existed 🥲 In my ideal world, he'd be the fourth Swamp Rat, and the uneasy FrankCharles vs TrapHawk rivalry would free Margaret up for the sort of independent story lines she got after Frank left in the actual series. I'm not sure Charles himself would necessarily have the room for the softer character moments he got in the series in this scenario, but just on a character dynamics level I can fully imagine him fitting into the vibe of S1-3.

(This actually gave me a bit of a fic idea for this AU where Charles steals a weekend pass to Tokyo TrapHawk scammed off of Henry, and like we cut between Charles impersonating Hawkeye as he tries to get back to the hospital he worked at before being at the 4077th to beg for his old job and keeps running into people who vaguely know Hawkeye and Trapper trying to track him down and reluctantly talking him into coming back before he's caught and arrested for deserting his post, maybe with them getting one night of bonding over unseemly cavorting before going back...)

Potter, if Henry was still the CO, could actually be kind of an interesting recurring character I think? Like after The Trial of Henry Blake maybe the higher ups want a tighter more military eye on the 4077th, and Potter fills that roll of the outsider who doesn't quite get the madness and wants to impose some discipline on the camp- whether he then gets trolled or won over, eh. I think he could work, and it would be fun to see him interact with some of the characters, but I'm less interested in him than hypothetical early season Charles.

BJ I think would be the hardest fit- because he is, before anything else, a replacement Trapper and if Trapper is already there... Well, Charles can still be an antagonist even if Frank is there, but can BJ really join the TrapHawk axis without third wheeling? I think he'd ultimately suffer a similar fate as Oliver, where the writers wouldn't know what to do with him apart from letting him tag along... And I don't think he'd cause enough friction or drama to be interesting in that regard, you know? He'd be like a lot of the recurring characters we see in the early seasons- a nice guy our heroes like, but I don't think he'd work as a compliment to Frank and he wouldn't bring enough spice to be an interesting addition to TrapHawk since he and Trapper would both be filling the "best friend" role... I mean now I'm thinking on how you COULD make him work, maybe leaning fully into his stochastic prankster side and having him be a third power against both TrapHawk and FrankMarg, or giving him a new buddy to ally with and play off of like Radar or Klinger, but I just think he'd be the trickiest to fit in you know?

WIP Wednesday

I had a free week before Christmas and I wanted to write something festive for Levi's bday BUT I got super sick and couldn't finish in time 🥲 I am sick of getting sick 😭 IDK when I'll have time to finish this now. 😭😭 When someonestolemyshoes came to visit me, we found a plant shop right next to a tea shop. Levihan right?! I even bought a plant and named it Hange 😊 So this AU was inspired by those shops - Levi and tea, Hange and plants, but with my own spin on it. I spent way too long mapping out the street and not enough time writing lol. It's also enemies to lovers because I've never written it and thought it would be fun. Scuse typos!

Petra fiddled with the lock to her shop. Granny’s Fudge Pantry. Its pale pink and white exterior was kooky enough to convince the tourists to pay for extortionately priced fudge. At least it was good fudge.

“I’m rolling out the Christmas menu this week,” she said, gritting her teeth as she struggled with the lock. “I’ll bring you round some candy cane bites if I ever get this door open.”

The lock clicked and Petra bustled inside her shop. Hange stayed outside to relish the peace before she had to go inside and deal with the three hundred mini fir trees and potentially hundreds of christmas shoppers.

He came up the street in his long black coat, a white scarf round his neck and a briefcase in his hands. Huh, since when did Levi carry a briefcase?

Hange knew better than to try and talk to him, but pissing him off first thing on a Monday would make the start of his week slimy and ultimately, bring a lot of joy to hers.

“Good morning, Levi!” Hange called in her jolliest voice. He didn’t bother sparing her a glance. He stood metres away from her and just like Petra, he struggled to open the lock to his Tea Emporium. “Get up to much this weekend?” No answer. “Feeling festive yet?” No answer. “The boiler still on the brink in there?” No answer. “So what’s in the briefcase, you smuggling illicit tea or something?” No answer. “Talk to me, peahead.”

“Morning, Levi!” Despite the cold, Petra had come back outside. She’d taken off her coat and had a festive apron around her waist.

“Morning, Petra.” He always replied to her. Hange rolled her eyes. Petra beamed.

“I’ve got some nice Christmas fudge out this week, I’ll bring you some!”

“I’d like that,” Levi said. With a thump, he’d opened his lock and quickly hurried inside his dusty shop.

Petra smiled at Hange, her eyes darting to the ground and her cheeks flushing. She hurried back into the warmth. Sure it was pathetic, but Hange couldn’t blame Petra for having a crush on Levi. She had once harboured a crush – a brief one at that – on Levi too.

I really loved the interaction between the amazing mom-daughter duo 🥺 Eve my love is such a mixture of her Father and Mother. (Will she also have traits of her uncle and aunt 🤔)

Secondly, The way you write Klaus. Yeah he is such an arrogant ass even being a prisoner. But I love that idiot for these qualities 🫠 ( Stupid me🤧)

I was tearing up when he asked Vincent about his Caroline 😭 ( My babies are missing each other so bad❤️‍🩹😭)

Finally, my guilty pleasure, Caroline and Elijah reunion🤧🥹. Oh how much I missed them both.

I have to give it to you, I don't know why but after Klaroline I crave for Care- Elijah scenes ( You made me become so addictive to their dynamic by your perfect writing 😅🥺)

Now I am really waiting for the reunion of My babies 🤧 They have been away from each other for far too long (which they don't deserve). And also for Klaus to meet his Little wolf after 5 long years (Oh the Dad-Daughter Reunion 🤧😭).

Chapters where I objctively don't have Klaus and Caroline interacting always make me double nervous. I'm a naturally anxious, obsessive person, but this really gets to me. It doesn't happen very often, but there were a couple throughout the story and this is another one. Even when they're together in a scene, I still try to make a point of making the whole thing always about them somehow (because who are we kidding, this is the sole reason I'm writing this), but I never know how successful it will turn out until I post it. I used to have a test audience, but I don't anymore so it's always a surprise. 😂 So reactions like this really make my day and help make me more confident going forward. 🥹

And thank you for bringing up Klaus actually. 😂 I had a lot more fun writing him being a level A little shit while imprisoned than I should. I especially made that whole scene with Alistair a lot more dramatic than it was. Klaus didn't kill half the people or said half the things he did there on the show. lol He went in a completely primal derangement state there and I really liked writing that part. So I'm especially glad that you enjoyed it!

And then of course we went from that to him asking Vincent about Caroline, so. 🥲 From 100 to 0 in a second. 👌

hello nero my beloved soulmate!!!

i have pride stories!!! i went to pride this saturday and it was so much fun i need to tell you all about it!!!

well first of all i really hate that i had to work in the morning because it made me so tired and it was the first weekend of sales so yea, not fun. but anyway, my friend picked me up at 3pm and we got to florence. we had to park pretty far from the meeting point and then take a bus, and it was amazing because we were totally lost looking for that bus and at some point we see a bus full of people with rainbow flags, glitter, signs, flower crowns, rainbow stickers and temporary tattoos and all of that. and we just went in, no questions asked. we just figured we’d follow them out of the bus too 😂 i love our people honestly. we were so colorful

anyway we got to the meeting point and it was deadly hot. i swear there were like 45 degrees. but it was so amazing to be around all of those people dressed in all colors and wearing all sorts of things we’d usually be judged for, it felt so safe. except that there was a religious protestor so we got to give him the finger like the heartstopper cast did :)

also my sister came with me. she’s always so supportive and it meant the world that she came with me. anyway the parade started and there were some amazing floats. there were rainbow families, drag queens, all the lgbtqia+ associations from our territory and we started walking behind this float that had amazing music, so we started dancing and singing and it was so much fun!!! we got to talking with some people, there were some amazing signs that were just perfect and i had to go there and tell them how much i loved them :) it was just so fun, i loved meeting random people and it was just the perfect environment. at night there was also a dj set and a band singing to keep the show going!!

then when we were walking back to the bus stop at night we got the whiplash of not being surrounded by queer people anymore. we got catcalled like fifteen times in the span of three minutes. i kinda wanted to punch everyone because we had such a perfect day and i hated that we had to go back to the real world where people are shit 🥲

but still i got so many amazing memories and now all i want to do is book a flight to london for next year and have you come with me so we can celebrate together and see the heartstopper cast!!!!

also, i got a new tattoo yesterday!! and i actually had red white and royal blue with me to distract me so i almost finished the book again and cried in from of my tattoo artist lol it took me the whole day again and it was so painful but so worth it!!! i got medusa on my leg 😻

also, as to our previous letter i just wanted to say that of course i believed in you!!!! i knew you could do it!! but i can definitely believe you had to close your eyes to open that message 😂 getting grades back is always so stressful!! now manifesting a spot for the exchange 🕯️🕯️🕯️ i really hope you get it!!! it’s an amazing experience, you’d definitely love it!!!

and i’m really glad you found someone who specialises in what you need. it can take a while to find the right therapist but i hope this one works out!!

(i’m also writing down sydney and melbourne for when i’m rich enough to visit 😂 i literally booked a flight for august and my bank account kinda yelled at me to stop spending money i don’t have lol)

okay, cece, i must let you know, because i said to myself i would let you know as soon as i could. but this morning, i woke up (quite late actually). i checked my watch for my notifications. i see an email waiting for me. i die a little inside realising it is from the exchange team at my university. i run out to grab my phone from where i charge it. i speed past my mum. i unlock my phone. i open my email and click on the newest one. and.... I GOT A SPOT EARLY!!! AT MY FIRST UNIVERSITY TOO!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT??? i'm still in so much shock and i thank you for your manifesting and belief in me!!! oh my god i have so much to do before then (mostly saving money ngl 😂) but oh my god cece, i'm going to england for exchange!!!!!!

so! i spent the weekend in sf visiting my baby sister and also making the last minute decision to go to the ooo meet & greet event because i couldn't handle the pcd. here's how it went :)

since it was a ~fan chat~ or whatever, the process worked totally different than the concert fansign. i checked in and then a little before 12, they started calling people by queue numbers to line up outside. why they did that? i don't really know because when they let you into the venue, they said it didn't matter what your queue number was so sit wherever you want in the first 5 or 6 rows, and fans behind me were running to fill up the first row. i didn't particularly care that much to be at the very front because i needed to mentally prepare myself so it was fine. the venue was so incredibly tiny and intimate, so there was no bad seat.

also i met an older lady right in front of me in line who was also from atlanta which was super cool! she was super sweet and gave me extra freebies, and it was nice having someone to talk to because there was A LOT of waiting and they were VERY strict about having no phones out for the m&g portion. kind of wish i'd gotten her contact info. she was fun. i hope her and his husband have a safe trip home.

anyway it was set up like a typical fansign and worked like you expect fansigns to work. they called 6 people up at a time to sit with each member for a minute and get their poster/album signed. i had literally packed a seOul cOllectiOn album to have signed in my luggage and then realized halfway on the drive to the venue that it was still in my luggage in my sister's apartment 🥲 if i had borrowed her car, i'd have gone back to get it, but i wasn't going to pay an uber to make another round-trip.

so yeah staff explained the rules and then the boys walked in and it got started immediately. the fansign order was yoojung, nine, mill, kb, rie, and junji. i had a ways to wait because i was in the 4th row on the left side but i was right at the aisle with nothing obstructing me so i was pretty visible, or at least my nagongie was because it definitely caught nine and rie's attention. i could see their eyes widen when they saw it lol. the nice thing about the fansign being longer was all the fanservice the boys did in the downtime at the beginning and end, especially yoojung and nine who were on my side. it was my turn after maybe an hour.

yoojung: since he was first, i was not prepared so it was kind of awkward. the nice thing about traveling for a show is that it's a talking point so i just started off with that, but then fumbled over everything else i was trying to say. he's not the most fluent in english so i don't think he understood me and i did not make myself easy to understand. i apologized for being nervous, and he said "why nervous?" and i didn't tell him it's because he's so fucking intimidatingly pretty that it rendered me speechless but i sure did think it. so he did make an effort to ask me questions instead. he asked me what my favorite ooo stage was, and i said all of them because it's true but i feel like maybe i should have been specific instead of giving a cop-out answer. then he asked if i ate breakfast. i told him i ate cereal and he was genuinely upset that i ate such a pathetic breakfast but well. there was a mishap that morning with a quesadilla and cheddar cheese and carrots that i just could not begin to explain. he told me he ate pancakes though. i told him pancakes were good but i lied. i only like waffles.

nine: my nagongie made him SO happy. for some reason, he thought i had a drink in it and before i even could say anything, he immediately, without asking, grabbed it and opened up the zipper. then he saw my wallet in there and apologized PROFUSELY. i don't know why he did that, but i'm kind of glad because it really helped dispel the awkwardness because i wasn't nervous at all after that. we had the most chill conversation and i could've kept talking to him forever. he told me his nagongie is smaller and only comes up to mine's chin, so i said mine is the big brother and he said it could be nagongie's dad. so yeah we're more than besties now. we're family. the rest of the conversation just flowed so naturally. he was the only one i ran out of time to talk to. i forgot to show him my daisy manicure which i got for the m&g 🤦‍♀️💔

mill: he asked me for my name, and for those who don't know, my name is maryam. so of course he turns it into a pun and begins to fucking serenade me?? something like "oh, marry marry marry me." like i know it's extremely typical yongsoo behavior but the AUDACITY to do that to my face??? i told him i think i'm too old for him. then he asked for my favorite song and i said dOra maar so he started singing to me AGAIN but it was the english version 🙃 i really adore mill's tone while singing and it's genuinely my favorite of the whole group so it was a nice moment even if it was so embarrassing for me. someone gave him a stuffed baby cheetah (or snow leopard?) to wear on his wrist and i wanted to pet it SO badly. i should've pet it.

kb: he also asked for my name and how to spell it. luckily my atl seatmate had a sharpie and i'd written my name on my lanyard in case there was moment like this, so i just showed him and he wrote my name on the poster. he kept telling me over and over that it was a beautiful name and that...it sounded like marry. so naturally he asked "will you maryam me?" it actually took a while to register because he's pretty mild-mannered and he just...said it so casually that i missed it and just started telling him about how i go by mary at sbux since they never know how to spell maryam. i don't know why i told him that, but then he apologized to me i think either for the pun or for not knowing the spelling either. i'm not sure 😔 but he said again that he thinks it's a beautiful name.

rie: i went in prepared for him this time. or so i thought. he held up both hands when he greeted me, so i went in for a double high five, but then he laced his fingers with mine 😰 like...sir, i don't know you like that. then he asked me what my favorite ooo choreo was, so i said designer because it was the first thing to come to mind honestly. but then he asked me WHY and suddenly i was afraid he was going to quiz me on the finer points of the choreo? i just said i liked the formations, fully terrified that he'd ask me to specify which particular formation i liked. so terrified that i didn't see this coming-

rie: i like angel choreography

me, wishing i'd said angel: oh angel is good! i love angel too!

rie: do you know why?

me: why?

rie: because you're my angel.

friendship ended with rie. now nine is my best friend. i also told him i saw him in atlanta which he was really excited about. he told me the atl crowd was very energetic. he told me the steak he had in atlanta was the best thing he'd eaten on the entire tour. he also grabbed my hands one more time before i left. now i'm just like...what are we?

junji: he's probably the least fluent in english so it was a bit difficult to communicate. he said my nagongie was cute and pointed out that he and i had matching hair. i mean, mine was dark blue back in july and i just haven't touched it up since then so it's a very faded green-ish color? and junji's hair is also a very faded green-ish color right now so i guess we are technically matching. i tried to explain it to him as simply as i could but i'm sure he didn't understand a word so he just smiled and nodded. i told him about seeing him in atl and i wanted to bring up his birthday but i think we spent too much time in awkward silence so we ran out of time 🥲 at least he was nice to look at.

after all that was over they did group photos but this time they had fans sit in chairs and the boys stand behind. i sat in front of junji but i didn't do a pose with him because he didn't offer and i was afraid to make a request but it's whatever because it was the last thing i cared about.

after that, they performed seOul drift, did a short q&a session, then did a sOng of ice & fire, which i didn't expect, and then it was over. i kind of wish they just did a q&a for the whole time and just saved their energy because they absolutely did not hold back for those two songs.

at some point during the q&a, they were asked what concept they wanted to try, and i forgot who responded but they said whatever concept lyOns wanted, and a lot of people started shouting for cute concept to which nine IMMEDIATELY went "no cute! i am not a teenager!" so it's confirmed, we're never getting another blOssOm.

mill performed a snippet of bOss and junji did a bit of picassO and i love them both so much for that. junji also did gaslighting and rie tried to strip him multiple times 🙃 nine talked about the four maple syrups he bought from canada. rie made sure to tell the whole venue about the steak in atlanta. one of the questions was "what would you do instead if you weren't an idol?" and nine said "i'd be bored." he's so valid.

and then it was snapshot time. i was lucky to get snapshots with everyone but nine and yoojung. someone was offering to trade a nine for mill but i couldn't give up mill 🥲 but maybe next time.

i went to kb first and at that point after seeing him face-to-face four times, i wasn't nervous at all. the most nerve-wracking part was choosing a pose because making decisions gives me anxiety. there was a bad glare from the window so i got to go back and take another picture with him which was nice bc i looked awful the first time but great the second time.

uhhh rie called me baby as i was walking up to him 🙃 i am once again asking...WHAT are we???? and yes i did do the cheek poke.

junji's line was long as fuck and never ending. i felt bad about having to go back to take another because the first was super blurry. he fist bumped me both times as i was leaving, and i truly appreciate that. yes, king, set those boundaries. friendzone only 🤜🤛

mill was, of course, the sweetest and cutest and loveliest person and i love him forever and ever. he had his arm around me while we did the M pose and then..as i was saying goodbye, he took that arm and reached up and he. PET MY HEAD LIKE A DOG. COMPLETELY UNPROVOKED. LITERALLY GAVE ME HEAD SCRITCHES. WHY DID HE DO THAT? I'M STILL SO BAFFLED. like i literally walked away with this reaction. how could he disarm me like that twice? next time i meet him, i have to assert my dominance 😤

so yeah that was a really fun experience, and i'd totally recommend it to anyone if the chance ever comes up again. i think i would do it again in a heartbeat if it were held in atlanta.

Crazy how it only took me 3 days to gain back the same amount of weight that took me 2 weeks to lose 😮‍💨 I really shouldn’t have smoked yesterday cuz I instantly got the munchies and started eating too late into the afternoon. I also ate almost an entire package of Tate’s cookies on our picnic we went on yesterday, AND my bf talked me into getting gelato on Saturday and we both ate too much of that 😭 I gotta be better on my period. I even told myself I’d regret all these choices when the day to finally weigh again came, but then I told myself “it’s the last day before I start my routine again, I deserve a treat” 🥲 I wish I had thought harder about the consequences.

So now my goal for this week is to get back to 133, and then if that goal is reached, my next goal will be 131 by the end of next week. AND THEN HOPEFULLY by the end of August/beginning of September I’ll be somewhere in the mid-120’s 🤞🏻

I had called out sick from work this past Thursday and the other girls ended up having to leave early anyways because there wasn’t enough work to do, I’m hoping there will be something for us to do today. OH! Speaking of work, I went to the mall on Friday with my mom to help her pick out a new pair of glasses and I mentioned to the girl that was helping us that I used to be the lab tech at the other glasses place in the mall and she offered me part-time work there cuz she ended up being the sales manager. I thought at first she was just saying that to be nice, but then she said it again as we were leaving. So that’s really cool I have a back up/side gig option if I feel like money is getting a little tight. I do miss working closer to home, but if I quit my current job that I really wanted to get back, then I’d only be working part-time and that definitely wouldn’t be enough money coming in. Maybe I can see about working part-time in the winter? Friday-Sunday, especially since I don’t do anything on the weekends in the winter time. I’ll just hustle a little to save up for a house and a trip to Japan (finally) 😌

My bf and I have been considering moving to Japan temporarily, especially with the way the US been actin’ up lately. He at least has some sort of an in, though, cuz the company he works for is a Sake brewery with their main headquarters in Japan, so he could tell them he’s interested in working for the main brewery and spending time there and they’d probably send him in a heartbeat. They like that shit. One of their requirements for the job was to be interested in Japan and Japanese culture. So they’d probably be so excited to hear that one of the American employees wants to experience life over there. Only thing is, idk if they’d also send me. I highly doubt it, so I’d have to come up with my own visa. I could get a student visa. I’ve been trying to learn Japanese since 2016 when I took elementary Japanese in college, but it’s been a struggle trying to self study since then. I know basics, but the speaking part is difficult for me because I have no one to practice with so I stutter and take way too long to think of the sentences before I try to speak. Just doesn’t flow naturally. So studying in Japan would be a great opportunity to get better. Only problem is I wouldn’t be bringing in any money 🥲 so idk. Plus we have our cat that we need to consider cuz I also don’t want to put her under so much stress traveling so far and long like that. Plus they have that animal quarantine and all her documents have to be sent over super far in advance. So yeah, it’s just a lot to take care of. It wouldn’t be as stressful if we didn’t have her, but our life wouldn’t be the same without her so I’m, grateful for my Chichi baby 🥹💕

(I can hear my bf playing one of those YouTube live Coffee shop jazz videos upstairs while he’s drinking his morning coffee lol he used to make fun of me for playing that as background noise in the morning, but he’s come to enjoy it now)

Okay! Today will be a great day! I already started on the right path by waking up at 5, then meditating, exercising, showering, and journaling. Now I’ve gotta feed my cat, feed myself, and get ready for a good day at work 😤

But yes, Fictional!Matty and Fictional!George are going to be spending the summer apart 🥲 Two weeks in Colorado, then six weeks in Canada plus all the travel time hauling the horses. Fictional!George is not looking forward to this and wants to make sure he spends as much time with Fictional!Matty as he can. Fictional!Matty is just not thinking about the future too much at the moment, currently he has a boyfriend that seems to actually like him which is new for him, a roof over his (and Sally's!) heads which is important, a JOB that he doesn't hate and isn't being abused in (at least not like an unacceptable amount) and anything past that is a great big unknown for him.
