Why Wrongs Always Overshadow Rights

In every person’s life, right and wrong constantly play their part. For every right, there stands a wrong on the other side. But the two are never treated equally.

It might sound odd at first — but think about it. No matter what, people tend to focus more on a person’s mistakes than on their goodness.

Why is that?

Imagine a plain white cloth. Now, if it has even the smallest black stain, no matter how large or pure the rest of the cloth is, our attention immediately goes to that tiny mark — even if it’s barely visible.

In life, no matter how many good things we do, they often go unnoticed. But one mistake — just one — can become the label we carry. A single wrong has the power to overshadow a lifetime of right.

That’s why, in the eyes of many, wrong often weighs more than right. And sometimes, what we see as right might look wrong to someone else — just as their right might not feel right to us.

True peace comes from understanding what is genuinely right and wrong — beyond opinions, noise, and judgment. Live by your own truth. But never live through the eyes of others.

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again

I’m thinking of “betraying” my entire party. You see, we’ve all met this one really bad guy. He’s a vampire. I have no overwhelming urge to die of age related issues. I’m going to make a deal with him.

He can turn me in exchange for my services as a Fighter and ally of the party that wants to kill him. I’ll keep an eye on my mates until the time is right. Of course I’m not really going to betray them unless I’m forced to. I’ll be playing both sides and unless that guy who turns me into a vampire outright tells me to attack my mates I won’t.

Then once he’s been dealt with bam! Old Karch gets his immortality and his mates to boot!
