YHS as Qhosts - Taurtis

I got bored one day and decided to just randomly choose a fandom and one of its characters to turn into a Qhost, my species that is just an excuse to self-insert some OCs into different media

So I Wheel Decided some fandoms I love, got Yandere High School, and had the wheel choose between Sam, Taurtis, and Grian. I got Taurtis!

The lore is that, at some point in the YHS timeline, all 3 died and Haemal grabbed them (during their senior years at Tokyo Soul specifically). Though, while Taurtis technically died drowning, it is labeled as a homicide.

He remembers everything and was both relieved and terrified when Sam and YHS!Grian joined Haemal, knowing that means they died.

Despite the fsct Taurtis isn't all that musically gifted, his headphones were iconic, so his theme became around beats and music popularity instead of just music

With this, Taurtis is able to use his headphone jack to guide people, things, etc into following his rhythm(melody piper style), so long as the jack is plugged in somehow

Wherever he steps, Taurtis had sound waves extend from him, combining into a soft purple color when they connect

Qhosts are an entire species whose job is to help people through stories and play through stories!

- Qhosts do not have regular names. (They have names like 'Omen, Annarchi, Nyx, etc)

- All Qhosts have a "theme" (mostly shows up in their weaponry. E.X, the Qhost in the artwork (Nyx) has a theme about death because she is very relaxed about death and she gets a scythe as a result.)

- Qhosts live in Haemal; an infinite void where they can make anything they desire appear (many Qhosts made 'jobs' to entertain themselves and each other, like parks and coffee shops and roads, etc)

- All Qhosts died and are pulled from their multiverse/universe into Haemal by random (Nyx, herself, was in a bus accident)

- Qhosts have several job types:

Curators - Keeps tracks of all the stories that are fully explored, with nothing left to offer

Librarians - distributing stories to Qhosts as well as keepers of storybooks/story portals

Haels - "Adventurers" who hunt down new story portals in Haemal (These three keep each other in line)

Archeologists - Qhosts that travel into new story portals, typically the "prologue" to make sure its usable and/or safe, give it a genre, etc)

Completionists - The Qhosts who complete each story to full completion

Non-Status - These Qhosts either don't go into stories often, rarely at all, or claim a story to live in as long as they desire, until they return to Haemal

( Less important but still fun lore)

- Qhosts don't actually need to eat or drink or sleep, but it definitely is energizing

- QHOSTS DO NOT HAVE TO BE HUMAN Most of them are humanoid but not all of them are human, especially in a vast set of universes

- A lot of Qhosts have genre favorites and dislikes, which Librarians keep track of(so, yknow, you dont give a dating sim specialist to a horror specialist)

- Protagonists, if there is one, are the only ones who can see the Qhosts. If there are multiple protagonists, one is focused on at a time

So, I'm gonna have a short explanation and a longer one under the cut if you want to read it, mainly because I'm bad at not ranting.

Sam, SamGladiator, is a minecraft rp youtuber, he was a friend of Grian and Tuartis. His most popular series years ago was Yandere High School, which Grian joined on episode 45. You won't find the YHS series on Grian's channel though, you'd have to go to Sam's. Sam also did a few Build Swaps with Grian.

Also Sam made a new series called YHS Reboot.

I also have a fanfiction series called 'Safe Space' that has to do with Sam.

I'm gonna put the cut now because I realized I was ranting. Spoilers for YHS!

During the 3 Halloween episodes Tuartis started making fun of Sam's gf Yuki and Sam took that as fighting words and stabbed Tuartis, now Tuartis was supposed to drive Grian to the airport so Grian can head back to London, but while driving Tuartis passed out due to blood loss and crashed the car, Grian took him to the hospital and then went to find Sam.

Sam was like 'Man it's awkward without Tuartis here.' and then he had an idea, he'd just have Grian be Tuartis! So Grian had to wear Tuartis' clothes and pretend to be him, the other students and teachers didn't even seem to realize.

At some point Sam, Yuki, and Grian were eating, and Sam gave him an empty chip bag and told him to eat it, when Grian said no Yuki pulled out a knife, so Grian ate it, Sam would just randomly give Grian empty chip bags instead of food.

At some point Yuki stabbed one of the teachers, Rowen, and Grian ran, he hid in a shack until Sam found him, so did some of the other students and Rowen, who's not dead, Sam freaked out for a moment before running off.

It went on for a bit before they found Tuartis, who lost his memory and instead of trying to get his memory back, Sam named him Jerry.

So Tuartis was Jerry and Grian was Tuartis and Grian just didn't exist anymore.

But later Tuartis got his memory back and it, kind of, went back to normal.

Sorry for the long rant... It's a long series and there's also YHS Tokyo soul, witch Grian was also in.

Grian had been always uncomfortable around Sam.

but i’ve been filled with the urge to catalogue and rank these 2010′s minecraft roleplay series so i will continue to watch it

Doing this on a side-blog because I don't really wanna just ramble about this on main.

So, we have Watcher Grian and ATUS discourse. Should we draw Watcher Grian in the most common fanon designs if it's based off of ATUS knowing what the author did? Some people say it's boring too and people only care about Watcher Grian and not anything else (There was a fase some months back where people just complained about Watcher Grian. It did not win and the fandom kept with it but there was) (I am not arguing for this just telling what type of discourse exists)

Then we have YHS/TS and well, it's existence. Although this one is less on Grian he still was in it. Yandere High School was a series that had a lot of young viwers but the themes were definitely not younger viwer appropriate and there were no trigger warnings considering how much suicide / manipulation / torture / a lot of other shit it had. The lack of awareness for the kind of audience makes things a lot icky now. There are some other things to consider of course. Grian was a main character but the videos weren't on his channel and it was not him who edited them. Most problems are due to Samgladiator who not only was harassing young fans but also fucked over CC!Grian, CC!Taurtis and all his crew but that... Is a long story. You don't hear a lot of this discourse because Grian fans don't speak too much about it besides "Grian canonically has sex on Thursdays", "Grian had a non-binary partner at some point" and "Grian went to highschool in Japan" comments. People who watched YHS and TS will tell you not to watch it and specially don't watch on YouTube because Sam makes money out if it.

Also a very minor discourse but I have seen it so I will talk about it. Some people argue Ariana Griande shouldn't be popular because she is "a trans woman caricature". I've seen trans people say they don't agree with this stance however.
