wait.. i’m literally on here or weibo almost 24/7 ( as you can tell lol ) but I feel like i missed something. i’m seeing clowning related to xz’s photos and how it looks like he is a groom and it’s a wedding photoshoot. the place is also famous for wedding shoots ( allegedly, idk. i’m not from there ) so turtles are imagining again. lol. freakin coincidence that wyb’s GRA photoshoot was done at a wedding shop. plus the “wedding outfits” for weibo night. which is all clowning and galaxy braining.🌌

now, we’re joking around, like where’s yibo? he should be taking photos with his partner.

then i see comments that there is this one song WYB recently listened to. meaning, as recent as when XZ flew to singapore which is called 超人不会飞 (superman can’t fly) by Jay Chou. i know WYB and everyone else is a big fan of Jay Chou but the clowning comes from the timing of when he listened to it. let me get to that first.

here is the song if you wanna listen to it. 🎶

turtles are interpreting it as WYB longing to “fly” to where XZ is and be with him but he can’t because of all his work commitments. he wants to take a breather. thinking about what his life is and the constraints, and at times like this, when they spent days in Beijing, but now they have to be apart, it affects him even more.

however when i read the lyrics, it could also be because he can relate to what jay chou is singing about. here’s the english translation i found here. i have bolded the ones i felt like WYB relates too. literally no need for explanation. just read it. It fits with his status in life so much that it’s almost scary.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with how cpfs are relating this to cpn cause that’s just how it is. But sometimes, there are other reasons why they do what they do.

SO MY CONFUSION COMES FROM HOW THE HELL DO PEOPLE KNOW WHAT HE RECENTLY LISTENED TO. I can’t seem to dig up how or maybe it’s something we don’t talk about. I have never experienced this kind of tidbit related to them before so I wanna know the source. Or is this like the gaming cpn where certain people know and they will not divulge the boy’s account for privacy? if anyone knows, feel free to comment. If i find out in the future, I will share.

@miss-galaxy-turtle suggested that that the person we see with the inverted Umbrella tattoo is Viktor, not Klaus as a lot of us assumed, since Viktor being the only sibling with a tattoo is the oppposite of the original tineline where he was the only one without an umbrella tattoo. I've been thinking about this theory so much since. Especially as the teaser poster says 'Viktor taken'.

In the teaser trailer we see Viktor speaking to Reggie in a diner, a scene I saw someone (I forget who I'm sorry!), point out is a parallel to the scene of Viktor and Marcus in season 3 (though thankfully this time there are no terrible wigs involved).

In the scene with Marcus, Viktor tells him that his team is good but not as good as Viktor's and that he ended the world twice. Based on this, Marcus assumes Viktor is Number One and is surprised to find out that he's actually Number Seven.

In what we see of the scene with Reginald in season 4, he says that the siblings bicker all the time and Viktor agrees and says they drive each other crazy but they're there for him when things go to hell. It sounds like he's explaining why he cares about them and why they're in his life.

The teaser trailer opens with the quote from season 1 when Reginald introduces the inaugral class of the Umbrella Academy. He excluded Viktor from that 'class' and tried to control him by making him think he was ordinary and having him take sedatives his entire life. He also made sure his siblings thought less of him so that they would exclude him too. All of which eventually resulted in Viktor causing the apocalypse that Reggie was trying to prevent.

He then, displeased with his children when he meets them in the '60s, chooses to adopt different children instead and forms the Sparrow Academy. They are better trained (their training seems to focus more on honing their abilities rather than manipulating them emotionally to allow better control of them as he did with the Umbrellas) and they are a more successful superhero team but he ends up drugged and controlled by them.

What if, in this new universe Reginald tries to train a team of super heroes again. He tries to learn from his previous failed attempts and so decides to do certain things differently. One of which is, instead of preventing Viktor from using his powers, he decides to train him so he can reach his full potential as the most powerful Umbrella and can lead the team as Number One. Maybe in the the scene at the diner Reginald is telling Viktor he can be Number One, but it means leaving behind his family. Viktor says no and that is why we see Reginsld questioning their relationship in the teaser trailer. It also further fits the idea of the scene being a parallel of the scene in season 3, Marcus thought Viktor should be Number One, Reginald is telling him that he can be Number One.

Then, when Viktor disagrees he is taken against his will by Reginald, which is where the inverted Umbrella tattoo comes in.

I've already talked about what I perceived as signs in the teaser trailer that made me think that Claire, and Lila and Diego's daughter will be taken. And we know from the teaser that the Umbrellas go on a reacue mission but not who they're rescuing. We see Viktor in the van as part of the rescue party. So I think either Viktor escapes (having been tattooed before the eacape), let's his siblings know that Reginald has the kids because he's creating a new, new academy and the rescue mission is to rescue them. Or since the subway system seems to allow travel between timelines (based on the shot of Lila and Five in the apocalypse, something thst doesn't happen in the timeline they're in) Reggie uses that to take another version of Viktor, maybe Viktor as a child, since he can mould him to be the Number One he wants, and they're trying to rescue that Viktor. Or Reggie takes Viktor, to try and understand his plans, Five and Lila use the subway system to cross timelines and find an alternate Viktor who is Number One, either because he took the deal offered in the diner or through some other alternate dimension means and that is who has the inverted Umbrella tattoo, and is who we see in the van with the other umbrellas because he agrees to help them rescue their Viktor.

Ok, I'm literally obsessed with the Separated!AU, I read all in the tag in a couple of hours, I made this account just for this AU

I want to know something, does Lou Jitsu exist? Like did Splinter also became a movie star in this AU too, if so, does the turtles like it as much as in canon?. I just can't stop thinking about a Leo who discovered Lou Jitsu movies and probably getting an hoperfixation over them and watching them non-stop when the day went wrong

Lou Jitsu does exist! I imagine Raph was never a huge Jupiter Jim fan, seeing as Splinter hates Jupiter Jerk, and Raph probably picked up on that, adopting the same mindset (I HC that Rise!Leo was the one who originally got his bros to watch it—seeing as he’s always referred to as the super fan, and because I love any call back to soft dork Space Heroes Leo SO. MUCH.) When Raph met April, she probably tried to get him into Jupiter Jim cause she likes the franchise, but Raph only really enjoys a couple films and according to April his taste in which JJ movie is the best is so bad, it’s not even worth talking to him about it.

Mikey would also be a hard core Lou Jitsu fan, but more from what he’s seen from his Battle Nexus fights. Lou Jitsu is the longest reigning champion after all—a total legend—with Mikey holding the title of second longest. Angelo straight up loses his mind when he finds out that there’s a whole filmography to enjoy, the old BN clips that Big Mama used to play for him were cool, but they were grainy and sometimes the angles sucked. But with the movies Mikey gets to see his hero in full remastered high def.

Leo is a Jupiter Jim fan first and foremost cause he’s secretly a huge dork. When he was little, a few of the older recruits had a movie night, and Leo, with just a hint of rebellion still in him, snuck in—just missing out on Punch Chowder, but right on time to catch Jupiter Jim Sails the Seven Galaxies. Ever since that night he was hooked, but had so few chances to ever enjoy anything more. Once he gets closer to April, she lets him borrow her whole collection of movies, series box sets, and comics, and the two are so happy to be able to geek out over all of it together, even if they can never agree on which movie is the best, April figures bad taste is just genetic at this point and has given up fighting it. Secretly though, Leo also loves Lou Jitsu after watching a few with Mikey and Raph, he just refuses to admit how much he likes it and says the dialogue is too corny. The two constantly gang up on Leo, saying that Lou Jitsu is better than Jupiter Jim, so it’s more him choosing one over the other out of stubborn pride.

Donnie is April’s saving grace with Jupiter Jim—agreeing offhandedly one day that Planet Vacation is the best movie of the ones he’s seen so far. However this is still in their off phase, and the irony is not lost on April. She’s devastated that the one brother with good taste seems to want nothing to do with her, but she’s now more invested than ever in winning Donnie over.

Once Donnie’s introduced to Lou Jitsu’s movies, he’s the one to point out how cool it is that their dad is a movie star. Which causes everyone to lose their shit. Because even though Splinter told Raph and April about his past with the Shredder as Hamato Yoshi, he never actually mentioned that he was THE action film star Lou Jitsu. But of course Donnie knows, because pretty much all he heard from Draxum for years was Lou Jitsu’s DNA this—Lou Jitsu ruined his life’s work that blah blah blah.

@organisedchaosstuff They’re just a bit too old to trick or treat unfortunately, but it is still a fun night where they get to walk around and not worry about freaking ppl out. The first year they’re all really together, Mikey pulls that whole ‘younger sibling who did a thing ONCE and now he thinks he’s an expert’ and acts like he’s Leo and Donnie’s guide for the night, even though Raph has been doing Halloween with April since they met.

Mikey’s just so excited he can hardly contain himself. Halloween at Big Mama’s was always a big to do. But it was, like always, a big fancy party that felt more like a chore than anything. The night he went out with Raph and April the year before, was more fun than 100 parties put together and now with Donnie and Leo it’ll be even more fun—even if Leo refuses to dress up—at least Donnie agreed to have some fun and dressed up as Frankenstein. Mikey dresses as a werewolf, Raph a vampire and April goes full zombie.

Everyone counts it as a win, when seconds before they head out, Raph plops a Jupiter Jim helmet on Leo’s head, and barring some slight grumbling, he ends up wearing it the whole night as they run around.

What is Plan Mauve? You chose to take Ghost out to the Natural History Museum to make up for missing his birthday.

"Where are you taking me?" Ghost asked, his mask twisted to cover his eyes as Raph led him along. He was wearing several layers of clothing and a facemask to hide his status as a mutant turtle.

"The point of a surprise is that you don't know where you're going, Cas," Mikey answered.

"I don't like surprises," Ghost muttered.

"We never would have guessed, he said sarcastically." Donnie rolled his eyes.

"Don't worry so much, Big Papa!" Leo insisted. "We've got the best plan, you're gonna love the shell out of this!"

"That just makes me more nervous," Ghost sighed. "What have you been planning? Why'd you have me bundle up like this?"

"Just a bit further," Mikey said excitedly.

Leo opened up the manhole cover and hopped out as Raph put Ghost up against the ladder to climb. Ghost did so hesitantly, obviously not pleased with being unable to see.

"Come on," Leo insisted, taking his arm as Ghost paused at the top. "Trust us!"

They all climbed out and Leo reached up to correct Ghost's mask, allowing him to see.

"Tada!" The four of them sang, holding out their hands towards the building in the distance. The American Museum of Natural History.

Ghost stared, his eyes wide and mouth slightly open. The boys watched him with anticipation.

"It's dangerous-" Ghost started slowly, though his eyes stayed locked on the museum.

"So is everything else," Leo dismissed. "And this is for your, Casper!"

"Because we missed your birthday," Mikey added.

Ghost's expression softened. "Ah... No, I... I don't celebrate."

"Well, you do now!" Raph announced, pushing Ghost along by the shoulders.

"We're disguised, you're disguised," Donnie listed. "I have the blueprints for the entire museum, including vents, service halls and stairs, and all exits. Besides that, this is the only way that I'll ever be able to go see a planetarium show."

He looked up at Ghost with stars and excitement in his eyes and Ghost near-instantly melted at the look. He relented. "Fine," He murmured, bumping his shoulder lightly against Donnie's. "But everyone stays together. No wondering off."

"Yes!" The boys cheered.

Raph led the way, buying the tickets with the money Splinter had offered for them to spend with Ghost. Ghost stayed tucked out of sight, and Leo, Mikey and Donnie stood around him like bodyguards until it was time to go inside.

The time they'd chosen was carefully planned to be the least busy part of the day, with no school trips or large groups booked. The entry hall was fairly empty when they walked in, the four boys surrounding Ghost as a shield.

"Oooh, map," Mikey cooed, going over to it immediately. Ghost followed after him, looking over it.

"Where do you want to go first?" Raph asked Ghost.

"You guys can choose," Ghost murmured. "Wherever you want to go."

"That's not the point, Gogo!" Mikey complained. "This is for you! To make up for missing your birthday!"

"You don't know when it is."

"Yeah, but you've been with us for way longer than a year," Leo looped his arm around Ghost's shoulders. "We've missed, like, several birthdays at this point. So you pick."

Ghost was silent for a moment as his eyes flickered over the map. He shook his fists at his side, which made the boys all look at each other with excited grins. Ghost was enjoying this.

"There's too many places," Ghost said finally. "You guys pick. I'll be happy wherever we go."

"The Cosmic Pathway and the planetarium!" Leo said excitedly, pointing to it. "Can you imagine watching Jupiter Jim Sails the Seven Galaxies in a planetarium? That's the dream, buddy."

"I want to go see the dinosaurs!" Mikey insisted.

"Can we see the animals, too?" Raph asked hopefully.

"There's a lot of animals, Raph," Donnie answered flatly.

"I know," Raph defended. "Raph wants to see 'em!"

"I'd rather see the insectarium," Donnie rubbed his hands together. "They have one of the world's largest leafcutter ant displays and I must witness it."

Things that went through my mind during Ahsoka Episode 6

Ahsoka is talking about not having enough time to prepare Sabine to make the right choice about leaving to find Ezra, when I don’t think any amount of training could have changed her mind. Kanan’s gone, Hera, Chopper and Zeb are often off doing New Republic stuff. Even with Ahsoka back as her Master, she is probably still feeling extremely alone. She loves Ezra, and there is no way Ahsoka could have convinced her not to go.

The 6 year old Casey woke up with a scream. He just had a horrible nightmare about the day his mom had to leave to go fight a battle and never returned. It scared him to his core. The child sat up, profusely wiping his tears as footsteps boomed closer and closer and—

BAM!

“Casey! Are you alright?!”, Master Leonardo bursted into the room with haste. Casey yelped at the loud noise, trembling even more as tears flowed. Once the turtle took notice there was no threat, he wasted no time rushing over to the bed and scooping the child up in his arms, shushing gently. “Hey, hey, it’s okay, kiddo. I got you. Leo’s got you.”

Casey curled into his uncle’s arms, sobbing aloud into his scarf. Leo just gently rocked both of them back and forth, a calming shushing passing through his teeth. He felt safe there, in that moment, wrapped in his uncle’s embrace as if nothing else mattered. The slider shifted and there was a click. Casey could sense the soft blue light emitting from behind him. He turned around and spotted the little night light that Uncle Tello had made for him. The light spouted upwards, projecting tiny little blue stars on the ceiling. Casey looked up at the calming lights as he held his uncle close.

“Bad dream?”, Uncle Leo asked.

“Mhm.”, Casey sniffled.

“What was it about?”

“...mommy…”

“Oh…”, Leo stilled the rocking and clicked his tongue. “I’m sorry, kid.”

Casey didn’t even mind the nightmare anymore. He was only 3 when it all happened, everything was a blur. He was more focused on Leo in the room. And the stars.

“Are real stars blue too?”

His uncle glanced up at the ceiling as well. “...Eh, some of them are actually. But through our eyes, we can only see white.”

“White stars?”

“Yeah, and they’re super tiny too. Like little specks. But Donnie said that they’re actually huge. Bigger than our sun. Can you believe that?”

…No. Casey couldn’t. He was born into the apocalyptic world where the sky was constantly covered in dusty red clouds. He had never seen the stars or the sun. He had no idea how big the sun even was.

“Is it pretty?”, Casey asked. “Like the adults say?”

“What, the sun?”, Leo asked and when Casey nodded, he continued. “I mean…you can’t really stare at it. It’s so bright that it’ll blind you. But…yeah, I guess the sun is very pretty.

“You should’ve seen it, Case.”, the slider continued, a smile etching the corners of his mouth. “As the sun rises, the sky changes color. From red, orange, purple, and blue. Sometimes green and yellow. When it’s cloudy, the sunrise turns pink. And the colors get brighter and brighter as the sun reaches higher until everything is coated in a bright blue. And then the sun sets, and the colors come back. Getting darker and darker until the sky is pitch black. Then you see the stars, white little specks.

“Sometimes you mistake a plane for one. Sometimes, in the right areas, the sky lights up green in waving streaks of the aurora borealis. And every now and again, the moon and the sun cross paths, and that’s what makes a solar eclipse. And just…

“Everything about space is beautiful. It was all so…beautiful. I…I miss it so much.”

Casey caught…none of that. He had no idea what his uncle was talking about but the way his face lit up with such calming bliss, it made Casey believe anything. To think that something that beautiful was in the sky, and that it brought such joy to the slider even in a time of war and death. Casey just had to believe that beauty existed. It just had to.

“...Do you think…”, Casey started, but stopped himself. It seemed like a ridiculous wish.

Leo glanced back down at him, prompting the kid to continue. “Do I think? Hmm…no not really, why?”

That got a laugh out of the still teary-eyed kid. And that got a big bright smile out of the weary old turtle. Uncle Leo pulled his nephew in closer, bundling him up in his blanket.

“But seriously, what’s on your mind, Junior?”

Casey pondered his question again, humming in thought.

“D-do…do you think…I could see the stars too someday?”

The turtle paused. He stared at Casey for a moment with this…somewhat sad look in his eyes. And yet, he held Casey’s face in his large calloused hands.

“Sobrinito, I promise you. I promise you that I will end this war. And the Kraang will leave. And you will be able to see the stars.”, Leo assured with all his genuine heart.

“I promise.”

Now 10 years later, Casey sits on the ledge of an apartment building roof. He stares up at the night sky, hearing the rushing sound of cars and sirens echo throughout the city. Feels the cool autumn breeze dance through his hair, bundling himself up in a fresh new jacket he was gifted. Smells the late night friend barbeque from down at the beach. And looks up at the pitch black darkness in the sky.

Little white specks. Glistening. Mistakes a plane for a star. And just watches the above, craning his neck up high. Watching the world slowly turn with time. The stars start to glisten more. Must be from the sheen of water covering his eyes.

“You were right, Sensei.”, Casey mutters. “The stars are beautiful.”

April O'NEEEEIL!!

It's the one, the only, the magnificent, April! A hardworking, very intense lady that doesnt take shit from nobody. One of Crimson's bestest friends. She takes the role of Betty Brant from the Marvel Spider-Universe.

Their first meeting was odd.

Warren Stone, head of the Daily Bugle team, wants picture of that damned menace vigilante Spider Turtle whatever, and this aspiring young dropout guy shows up with some pretty good, not blurred, apparently not edited, photos of Crimson in action. He gets his best editor, miss O'Neil, who was still an intern at the time, to smack down the hammer.

And so she does! Stuff seems legit! Raph asks to not be credited, however. Gets the paycheck and leaves. This repeats a few times. No one knows, aside Warren and April, who the provider of the photos is.

Then miss April has a sudden galaxy brain moment and then she connects the dots. Hey now wait a second. Crimson and Raph are the same species of mutant. And only Raph seems to be able to catch the hero on camera... Can it be just a coincidence? Maybe not? Oho, now that's an interesting mystery to solve.

And so she goes full on stalker, a la Bayverse April, trying to get that sweet sweet fame that only the reveal of Crimson's secret identity could give her.

And much like Bayverse April, she gets into trouble while Crimson is fighting bad guys. It happens... a lot. But dont be fooled, she is no damsel in distress.

It causes both of them to grow oddly closer together, which burns out that fire in her to have an awesome front page scene on the Bugle. By result, she becomes good friends with Raph, and once the time was right, he gave her the honor to reveal his identity to the public, by his choice and rules.

Where is everybody during the Mission Failed AU? What becomes of them?

So shortly after the Turtles, April, Casey and Fugitoid failed their mission to save the Earth from the Triceratons, the team broke out into a massive argument, out of grief, failure and loss.

There’s a little WIP I’ve done so far of their argument:

"If you didn't try to pull another stupid solo mission at the last minute then maybe we could've made it in time!"

"Woah dude, don't blame Leo," Casey interrupts, "He was trying to protect us from the dino freaks ships. Maybe if we didn't take so many detours just so one of us could make out with some lizard babe than we would've not fallen behind!"

"You leave Mona Lisa out of this!" Raph growls.

“If talking about any ditours, what about April?" Mikey asked.

“What about me?!"

“Everyone please, don't fight!" The professor begs.

"No!" April crosses her arms as she glared at Mikey, "Please explain to me how is it exactly it’s my fault?"

"Well… I mean… y-you did want to return the Soul Star back to the Aeons instead of going after the Triceratons when they stole one of the pieces from us…"

"I wanted to help all planets, not just ours! And besides, we had the pieces, but then Donnie had his 'crisis' and let the Triceratons get away!"

"Are you kidding me?" Donnie was shocked by April's words.

"I-I'm sorry Donnie…" April said, immediately regretting her words, "I didn't mean-"

"What? That because I'm not smart enough like the professor so it's my fault the Triceratons stole the black hole pieces from us?!" He snaps at her, "No! Raph's right. This is all Leo's fault!"

Hurtful and cruel words were said that cannot be taken back which led to everyone slipping up and going their separate ways, refusing to contact one another for many years.

Donnie continues to live with Fugitoid, staying on his spaceship. He now works as the professors assistant/apprentice, learning and advancing his knowledge in many fields of science. The duo travel the cosmos to study and explore for their next big experiments. Occasionally Donnie visit Dimension X and works with the Utrom Council too.

Leo is living out his Captain Ryan fantasy. With his brand new team of heroes. together they travel the galaxy helping neighboring planets, wanting to protect other planets for he failed to protect his own. He’s hurting but hides it all with a smile, in denial and has convinced himself that he’s fine.

Casey has become his childhood dream of being a intergalactic bounty hunter. In truth, he's living his best life and him and Mikey are the only ones who stay in contact.

Raph (along with Chompy) lives on Salamandrian. He and Mona Lisa got married and after training with Sal Commander, Raph is now a highly respected warrior on the planet, looked up to by many. He misses his brothers but no matter how many time Mona tries to convince him to contact them, Raph refuses, feeling too guilty to see them.

Mikey works at an intergalactic rest stop where alien from all over the cosmos travel just to taste his delicious foods that are all based on Earth cuisines. Casey occasionally visits him at his shop and the two catch up, together the miss the good old day when everyone was together.

The loss of her home and father broke April the most. The grief was too much that Za-Naron was unleashed. April and Za-Naron, now as one powerful being, returned to the Aeons home planet where she is now worship and seen as a powerful goddess to them.

After nearly 10 years, the team are all still grieving, some worse than others. Perhaps maybe they could all heal if the reunite again and talk this out instead of avoiding their problems.

Yours - Feral Raphie AU

“Leonardo, I want to see him.”

“I know, I know, but we’re trying to keep him from being overwhelmed and I don’t-”

“If it is possible that I can be of assistance in returning his memories, then shouldn’t I have a chance to try?”

“Mona…” Leonardo trails off and Mona paces on the rooftop of the warehouse where she’d taken refuge when their conversation got heated. She wants to see her boyfriend. It had been several weeks since his rescue, and she had every right to visit her Raphael.

Yet Leonardo was stubborn, and it didn’t sit right to invade the turtle brothers’ home without their sensei’s permission. It was one of the very few times in her life that she found a strong dislike for an aspect of her warrior’s conditioning.

“I should warn you that I am on the verge of coming over there myself if I do not get some form of consent soon.” No, she was not, and she would never. A moment of quiet, muffled voices, and then-

“How far are you?”

Her heart lurches. “Mutanimal’s.”

“Alright.” He sounds pensive, and her grip on the t-phone Donatello had graciously given her tightens. “You can come over, just don’t hurry and… Mona, he’s not going to be your Raph.”

She swallows, but her voice is firm. “I am on my way.”

“See you in a bit.”

She hangs up, and sprints to Slash to warn him of where she’s going, promising to let him know when she leaves the turtle’s home. With his authority backing her up, she stops by her resting area, and then she’s off.

“Mona!” Raphael’s cheery little brother greets her as she crosses from the tracks to the turnstiles, apparently on guard for her arrival. Her eyes scan for her boyfriend even as she announces, “Greetings. Leonardo said I can come over. Where is he?”

“Leo?” Mikey studies the box in her arms. “Getting stuff ready. What’s that? Gift for Raph?”

She meets his eyes, offering a sheepish smile. “…Something like that.”

She opens the lid covered in holes, and Mikey’s eyes widen. “CHOMPY!”

He scoops up the little alien as Chompy squeals his delight, nuzzling the tiny face against his beak. “Aw, I missed you so much, lil’ guy! Have you been having fun with mama Mona?”

She sets the box on the turnstile next to them, uncertain how to respond to such a nickname, but allowing it to slide because Raph never denied his “dada Raph” title. She chalks it up to yet another strange human thing.

“You never mentioned Chompy.”

She glances over at Leonardo as he approaches, meeting his gaze evenly. “You said that he responds negatively to humans and mutants because of their intimating factor, but did not immediately try to inflict harm upon your Icecream pet. It seems unlikely that he would attack beings that he does not find intimidating, and this youngling is the least intimidating alien in many galaxies.”

She pauses in consideration and corrects, “For now.”

He stares at her, and then shakes his head with a light chuckle. “Good to see you too, Mona.”

She smiles and shakes the hand not offered for battle. “Likewise, Leonardo. Can we see him?”

He nods, and she notices how tired he looks, normally confident stance more subdued. She will never admit how worried it makes her. “Come on. He’s in the dojo.”

Mikey hops off the turnstile, cooing to the alien turtle happily viewing his home from his place cupped in two hands. Mona crosses into the lair, following the turtles to the dojo, heart racing with anticipation. Leo stops at the dojo entrance, and with a tone full of forced cheer, calls out, “Donnie! We have a friend here to see us.”

There is an abnormal amount of emphasis on friend, and an uneasy feeling creeps on her. Leonardo enters the dojo, and Mikey steps back, politely waiting for her to step past before following. Or perhaps he’s simply making sure that the stronger warriors go first in case something goes wrong. She glances at Chompy, something akin to regret settling, and then steps into the dojo.

The room is just as majestic as the last time she stood in it’s walls, the large tree presiding over the room like a guardian, but this time, there is a pile of blankets and pillows underneath the family alter. A low growl draws her attention to the white eyes glaring from underneath one of the larger blankets.

Leonardo stiffens, but Donatello appears unfazed. He leans his weight against him, effectively using him to balance as his legs stretch out, a laptop resting on his lap. He reaches to the left to gently bonk his head with his fist. A sharp hiss, and Donnie rolls his eyes, “Leo said our friend, Raph. As in, not a threat.”

A moment of pause, and then a low growl. Donnie huffs, resuming his typing. “This is why you don’t have any friends.”

Leonardo looks at his younger brother wryly. “Donnie.”

“Hmm?”

“We have a guest.”

“Mhmm.”

“Someone none of us have seen in weeks.”

“Mhmm.”

Leo gives up. “So say hi.”

“Oh.” Donatello looks up and meets her gaze, offering a polite smile. “Hi, Mona.”

He goes back to typing and Leonardo throws up his hands as if he’s a hopeless case. Mona takes a few steps closer, and Raph’s growls resume. She pauses in consideration. “Raphael?”

White eyes glare back at her. The growl increases in volume.

Mona tilts her head curiously, trying to find any true aggression or fear, but only spotting impudence. He is putting on a show in the hopes of scaring her off.

Cute.

She can sense Leonardo shift nervously. “I wouldn’t get to close.”

“Duly noted.” Mona knows exactly how to deal with unruly, territorial earth animals. Raphael himself had felt it necessary to teach her. “Donatello, could you move aside?”

Donatello looks up, blinks twice, and then looks at Leonardo.

Leo frowns, “I don’t think-“

“Donatello, move aside.”

Donatello gets up, and Raphael releases a sharp hiss that sends him quickly stepping backwards, lest he be punished for his betrayal. Once she feels there is a sufficient amount of distance, she purposefully strides over to her boyfriend, pulling the blanket off.

Apparently startled by her audacity, he scrambles back on all fours, raising his haunches and baring his teeth. He looks uncertain, like he can’t decide if she’s a danger. He’s not wearing his gear, and he appears younger without it, fiery emerald gaze no longer framed by the reflective red.

She kneels down, and waits for it to register that she is no longer at a threatening height. He takes a wary step closer, clearly having little idea of what to make of her, sniffing in her general direction. She reaches out, and he snaps at her fingers.

Her eyes narrow. Leo starts to speak, but she cuts him off with a curt, “Raphael, if you attempt to bite me again, I will not hesitate to bite back.”

He blinks. She glares. Raph sits down.

“WHAT?!”

Mona ignores the chorused cry and gently cups both sides of his face, brushing a thumb over one of the scars. He stares back at her, eyes squinted the way they always did when he was thinking hard, and she can’t help the small smile, “I have missed you, Raphael.”

A soft, curious chirp, and she hums, “There’s someone else here who has missed you too.”

He looks passed her, scanning the area on alert as Mikey walks up. Before any of them can react, Chompy lets loose a high-pitch squeal and launches himself from Mikey’s palms, hitting the floor and skidding just in front of Raph. He continues to chirp his joy as Raph lowers himself to the ground so they’re face to face, studying the alien with dialated eyes.

He pokes the spikey shell. Chompy churrs and nuzzles against his beak, and Raph’s expression brightens, sitting up and scooping the small form into his palms. He presents Chompy to Mona as if to share his discovery, and she chuckles, “That is Chompy Picasso. He is yours.”

As if to confirm, Chompy nips his hand. Raph yelps and tears his hands away, and Mona catches the happily squeaking turt before he hits the ground. Raph leans his hands on the floor, watching him rest his plastron on her fingers, little feet swinging in the air as he pants estatically. Raph’s eyes are round with the innocence and awe that Mona had fallen in love with, and she can’t help it if she closes the distance between them to press a kiss on his forehead.

He looks at her as she pulls away, and she is relieved that he doesn’t seem upset. Her eyes soften, a warmth flowing through her chest at the timid way he’s looking at her, like he thinks he should understand, but can’t. She shifts Chompy into one hand, and takes his hand in her own. “It is alright. No matter what form you come in, you are my Raphael, and I would relieve those nights of worry a hundred times over, as long as it means you always come back to me.”

She thinks something sparks in his gaze, but she can’t tell what. His voice is tentative, “Yours?”

“Always.” She swears with every inch of her being, squeezing his hand. He squeezes back, and leans forward to lovingly bump her face with his own. She would have gladly stayed in that movement forever, but she hadn’t taken one thing into account.

“AWWEEEE- ay!”

Ah yes. Their audience.

Raph pulls away and looks past her to glare at his siblings, and she can’t help the grin. He was definitely still her Raphael. Mona sets Chompy on the ground and he begins prancing between them, churring like one of the older earth vehicles.

Leonardo is flushing as he moves his hand from Mikey’s head to rub the back of his own. “Sorry.”

“If you wouldn’t mind, I trust it’s safe enough for me to request some privacy now.” Mona hints as Chompy begins trying to climb Raphael.

Leo and Mikey look like they’re going to refuse- possibly for entirely different reasons- and Donnie tucks the laptop under his arm, pushing both brothers out by their carapaces. “Don’t leave him alone and Mikey will bring food by later!”

“I will?” Mikey questions as they disappear from sight.

She looks back at Raphael, and watches him set Chompy on his shoulder, an action done more out of instinct than anything else. Her eyes dart between his face and Chompy’s for a moment, before she quietly questions, “Raphael, do you know who I am?”

He gets halfway through a nod before he looks uncertain, staring past her for a second. His mouth opens and closes, nails unconscious digging into the carpet beneath them, forehead creasing as an anxious expression crosses his features.

“Raphael.” She interrupts firmly, drawing his attention back to her. He looks guilty, shrinking his head into his shell with a sad chirp, before shrugging weakly.

“My earth name is Mona Lisa. You named me.” She informs him carefully, scanning for any signs of recognition. He appears mildly interested, and she takes his hand, thinking back to when they first met. She squeezes, and he scoots closer.

“Let me tell you a story.”

(candy vault) : alexander mcqueen shoes, nike off white and yibo’s missing mole 🤍

this fandom has lots of candies in the past years and there are ones that fall through the cracks or things that i simply wanna talk about. also for the benefit of new turtles who probably missed it & a good trip down memory lane for those who’ve been here for a while. i made other posts similar to this before and i haven’t done a good old mini compilation so here ya go. ^^

2/23/2021 WYB was in Beijing, participating in the recording of CCTV’s Lantern Festival program in the evening. The actual broadcast was 2/26/2021.

In the materials initially sent out by YBO, for the photos, you couldn’t see AM shoes. Maybe the shoot was better off focusing on his face, which I totally agree, but it was like they didn’t want to focus on it that much. We only saw the shoes when they released the BTS video where it would be tricky to crop it out.

During the actual performance he changed into a more comfortable looking Jimmy Choo shoes. He was wearing AM outfit so it made sense that the shoes should match too. This should’t really be a big deal or even a CPN, only because changing shoes is sort of normal at events like this. Maybe he was more comfortable with the Jimmy Choo, although the choreography for this performance is not that complicated like his other routines. The way I remember it, WYB usually sticks to the shoes he has on.

The CPN alarm bells started going off tho when ZZ flew from Beijing to Shanghai wearing the same style McQueen shoes. He had shooting back in 2/24 and there were some talk that he was more than a half hour late as planned on set. So going by our collective galaxy brain, they could have spent some time together during late 2/23 and some time on 2/24 which is after the CCTV shoot. WYB probably lent the shoe to him or he just got it from their shared closet lol. This is why ZZ was sort of late, because he was with WYB. The pattern of ZZ being later than usual on set when he is with WYB is something that still happens this year. I’m not implying that he is slacking off when he is with WYB but more of just adjusting his schedule so he can accommodate the love of his life. they both deserve that in between their busy schedules.

maybe this is why YBO didn’t want to highlight that on the materials they released 2/26 ; because they knew where the shoe went 😂😂😂

While we’re in the subject of shoes, let’s take it further back with their matching nike off white in 2018. It’s one CPN that is often given as an example but I haven’t discussed on here.

AAAAAHHHHH! I miss the days when they could still wear Nike shoes. Oh well….

Looking through the airport pictures of ZZ before joining the CQL group from 2016 to 2018, there are no pair of Nikes that could often be seen in pictures of him. There are 2 back in 2017. Before CQL, ZZ had quite a variety of shoes, including a few pairs from Adidas. Like WYB, it is obvious that he likes to buy Nike co-branded products, likes to grab the latest models, and even buys more for collection.

Now let’s focus first on the shoes, it’s a collab of Nike air vapormax X off white. There are two shoes of the same style but in different colors. The black model will be available at 3/30/2018 and the white will be available at 4/18/2018. We know that at the time, WYB will surely have what’s new when it comes to NIKE. It’s either it will be sent to him cause he has a relationship with the brand or he will buy it himself. He is known to always wear the latest designs released. He is also a collector, so he most likely bought the black and white version.

WYB wore the white version on 4/28 and ZZ wore the black model on 5/8 based on photos.

As for ZZ, he was recording an episode for a show and he also used this shoe for the rehearsal. It is the same show where he had to dance and the choreography was taught by WYB. We’ve seen this in the BTS and ZZ talked about it himself.

WYB was seen again with the pair during PD101 on 5/10. It’s funny cause this is the same day where XZ was filmed candidly behind the scenes and he said he hasn’t seen LWJ all day.

These two. Honestly. They only formally “met” and then started shoot 4/16 and it hasn’t even been a month but they already have a couple shoe and ZZ was out there emoting about missing LWJ/WYB? It’s a common discussion that leads to alternative timelines like DT or 2017 or it could just be that it’s one of those rare instance where you connect with someone so quickly.

I have 3 possible explanations:

1. It’s totally unrelated. They bought their pairs separately since they like the style and collab.

2. WYB gave the shoe to XZ. I am a fan of both of them giving gifts to each other. And if you are someone who believed XZ gave him a lego set even before they started filming as a gesture of goodwill then this should make more sense to you. Also WYB is known to give gifts and that includes shoes ( for example SDC 3, he gave out multiple pairs ). This reasoning is not necessarily a CPN of them being boyfriends, but more of being close enough to give each other gifts. and not just the usual one you would give to a colleague cause if WYB only has the white and XZ has the black, it’s a couple shoe. WYB low key hinting at the prospect if them being a pair and XZ accepting it.

3. They bought it together, as you would when you’re with a friend and are scrolling through shopping apps together. I think there are fake rumors of that, the two, in between takes scroll through their phones and buy each other stuff or same style clothes. Again, it doesn’t necessarily mean boyfriend behavior, but more of being close enough to do that.

A clue for that is WYB was seen with the black pair during CQL filming around early 6/2018. You can clown that he is wearing ZZ’s shoes or he did buy the 2 kinds for his own and ZZ got the black only.

Lastly is the stolen mole!!!!! ♥️

Since cpfs are obsessing over WYB’s very visible mole from the Bazaar shoot.

It’s one of my favorite fake and it basically says, The reason why WYB cares so much about ZZ’s mole under the lip, is because WYB also had one like this when he was little. The elders in the family said it’s something good and it means he will have a happy life. However the mole disappeared. Or i guess in his case it’s not as prominent and has faded instead.

While filming, GG has scenes where he didn’t have make up or it gets taken off because of the heat. WYB looks at him closely and points out his lip mole, saying that he had something like that before but it disappeared. GG then added that his mom told him that his mole appeared only after a while when he was young.

That’s when WYB said GG stole his mole. When it disappeared, the mole transferred to GG 😂😂😂

Maybe this is why WYB is so fixated with his mole that he even includes it in his drawing of XZ/WWX.

Ok so

The au is called "ghost Katans"

It might have toddler leo, but the backstory behind it is a bit sad

Basically

Toddler leo dies in a krang accident leaving his grieving father and brothers

They grow up and go to the surface

Same shit happens onky this time its minus leo yknow

Karai shows up

Mikey believes in her instead of leo in this

They manage to show her the truth that she's theur sister and splinter is her father

Once they return to the lair and they have their reunion splinter gives karai two twin katanas, twin katanas that were meant for somebody else

He gives it to her saying that it's a hamato heirloom and it'll be better to wield it than the foot's weapons, and he'll train her with them if needed (it's not like someone will use them anyways)

Karai accepts tge gift, not knowing that it wasn't meant fir her, and tge bros and splinter never bother to twll her about the fourth dead brother

So her wielding the katanas awakened a little ghost of a toddler little turtle tot

Now there's a little tot tgar follows her around, asking about what she's doing with his weapons

And she's just confused and scared bcus wtf wtf, shoukd i tell someone?

She tried to talk to raph about the possibility of the existence of another turtle and he just exploded on her in a fit of grief, so she just went "okay, sensitive topic i see" and decuded to not bring up leo to anyone else fearing the same reaction

Onky those who wield the twin Katans have the ability to see, hear, and interact with Leonardo as he is attached to the things

So he mostky follows karai around because she's the only one that acknowledge his existence (that doesn't ease up the hurt and confusion on why his brothers and father keep on ignoring him, but it helps)

So yeah

Turns out karai is an older sister of four turtles and not three, she'll grow accustomed to the tot, she'll live

DUDE-!!!! I LOVE IT-!!!!!

Like the premise??? Holy hell dude, it'd be like Karai inheriting a ghost artifact only the ghost is this mischievous, sweet toddler who pesters her and she grows to enjoy his company. They start an unlikely friendship/sibling bond and Karai starts to want to figure out why Leo's attached to her swords as well as his cause of death cuz she hates being left in the dark about things. Especially secrets as big as her having four brothers instead of three. There's so much to explore with this concept and ohmigosh the angst!!!! Leo's hurt over his brothers and father not responding to him, as he desperately tries to reach out to them even though he can't. And he's only a child which just makes it hurt even more. And Karai's pain at having something as big as the death of her little toddler brother, as well as the rage she'd feel once she discovers that Kraang are the ones responsible for his death! And Splinter's grief and guilt that haunts him still fifteen years later. And Raph, Donnie and Mikey's grief and despair, the constant feeling that something's missing. That no matter how long time passes there'll always be someone missing amongst themselves and it's soul crushing.
