some random dialogue I made between Sirius and Remus. Like it’s angst, and also really wordy

“Are you ever truly yourself, with your fathers blood in your veins, and your mothers voice in your mind, you are just an extension of who they really are. You have become cruel and vicious, but what would anyone expect from you Sirius, you are a Black, just like Orion, just like Walburga, just like Regulus.” Remus had said, his voice cold and monotone. 

Sirius replied, on the verge of crying, “No no I’m not… I’m sorry”

“You think you’re better, but you’re not, you’re even worse. A disguise of a good man, a man who isn’t like his family, but behind that you have your fathers eyes, your mothers voice, their sharp words. You cannot separate yourself from them, you are them, and you always will be. I could sit here all day and talk about how this version of you, the real version of you, looks just like Orion. Your voice sounds just like Regulus’s.”

“No, no no no no no no no I’m not like them, Remus. I promise. This was a mistake—” 

“This bullshit act you make up of being a good Black because you’re a gryffindor is stupid Sirius, everybody can see who you really are. You’re just another Black, and the fact that I thought otherwise makes me the fucking fool. You bully people, not because they deserve it, but because you fucking like it.” 

“No but they deserve it, everybody needs some thick skin. I’m so sorry—”

“You love the power rush, the control, you love using your cruel words and flicking your wand to hex them.” 

“No I’m sorry—”

years ago I made this like species of magical cats with antlers bc i wanted to make smth like warrior cats and my little pony

anyway this is aurora starstep and moonboy (just moonboy) aurora is a priest but fake (his antlers arent real & he has no magical/spiritual ability) and moonboy is obsessed w the moon princess but she's (believed to be) dead so he goes to priests to try and speak to her. hence the name. miraculously aurora has been the only one so far who can reach her 🤔

it actually does!! from the asks and messages i've received so far, it seems that the university life is pretty different around the world. i was just hoping that what i have to say might help someone. for me, the workload is a LOT. i messed up my GPA simply because i took all core courses and couldn't keep up with the workload so i'm taking it easier this semester. there's also a lot of competition that you can't keep up with most times. i've heard from people in other institutes that mine is notorious for heavier workloads so thats another L i took in life.

for the sake of privacy and not getting doxxed (like how i used my actual assignment for reader's assignment in dissumulation continued), all i can offer is that i'm a STEM gal with no confirmed major yet (studying under a faculty as freshman) and that if you pop open qs world university rankings 2024, my institute is somewhere in the top 50. i could narrow it down more in terms of ranking but that'd be too obvious lol

A small illustration of a headcannon of mine regarding James’ reaction to a nightmare where his SO was injured badly or murdered.

Knowing that he has issues regarding losing people plus his possessive (?) demeanour, I imagine that he would hug his SO tightly?

Eve is pretty delicate so I kinda see him more protective

She tries not to touch any scars but she just woke up with basically a bear hug from behind from someone who is significantly larger

After calming him down, she falls asleep rather quickly even in the close hug he forces.
