#IainDouglasHamilton - the #zoologist known for his work with #Elephants ๐ celebrated his 80th Birthday at the @thebritishacademy, and I had the privilege of crafting the large cake shaped into the continent of Mother Africa ๐๐! The Lemon cake ๐ with Italian meringue buttercream and lemon curd filling went down a real treat!

People learn the difference between latino (from a Latin-American country) and hispanic (from a Spanish speaking country) challenge. Just because of how often they overlap doesn't mean they're the same thing.
