Good men have empathy, they take no pleasure in the struggles and failures of another, they care for others and are genuinely concerned for people whom they hold close to their hearts, they're kind and emotionally available, their good character is the backbone of a magnetic personality which attracts people, but some people are so self-obsorbed that they only care about their selves, but kindness is the key quality of a good man and they're willing to put your needs before theirs, and that makes them a keeper.

This is a tribute to my dearest friend.

He keeps his promises, he doesn't tell lies, nor does he get involved in any type of gossip or drama and that makes him a "A MAN OF INTEGRITY"

An emotional connection is feeling of alignment between people, that goes beyond having fun together, surface level conversion, or even intellectual similarities, instead it feels like you're connecting on a deeper soul level, and feel secure connecting that deeply and that's how some connections become unexplainable.

At some point in life we have all felt the need for a soul connection that feels pure, soul connections have the potential to change us as a person, they transform and help us unleash our true selves, we cannot actively search for a soul connection, it will happen to us, a strong soul to soul connection means rejuvenation of our spirits, its purpose is to build positive vibes together and in return a healing force can be sensed through the bond, life will become easier to tackle when this person is present in your life, and I have met one such person and I feel blessed to have met her in this life,

Narcissist play nice when it's convenient, Someone who runs hot and cold acting like your best friend one day and ignoring you the next, but we as injf's are looking for consistency,

The relationship between a narcissist and an empath is one sided as Empaths are attuned to others’ emotions and are sensitive to feelings of other people. We tend to prioritize the needs of others ahead of our own and give without being asked. We feel deeply and feel good about helping others so much so that we absorb others’ emotions. Empaths tend to be overflowing with compassion for other people.Given our great amount of compassion, we as empath are prone to absorbing the emotions and energy of others. When we meet a narcissist, the energy we sense triggers something in us that ignites our need to comfort the narcissist, it’s likely that we empaths have formed a trauma bond with the narcissist, which can be hard to break out of or even recognize. the narcissists will discard the empath instantaneously—adding insult to injury for us empaths. The narcissist will be quick to find another victim so they can continue to get their narcissistic supply.

Because Everything for them is surface depth.

Struggles.

Struggle builds character, makes you stronger and enables you to grow in all aspects of life, nobody wakes up in the morning hoping to struggle, but the struggle can provide you with valuable life lessons and as we get older and look back to all the experiences of life, all the good the bad and the ugly we dealt with but the only thing that kept us moving was hope, the hope of things will get better with time, we as humans don't give up on life we struggle we fight through everything, and then we sit back and realise, it took days, months and years for us to be where we are today, just like the day and night ours is a salt pepper life.

Stop being judgemental.

We all come across people who are quick to judge a bond, a friendship, or a connection

So cherish these connections if you've made one, as a friend or anything you feel is right as not every relationship has a name because some are just bonds that we create or maybe our souls were connected ✨️ ♥️

But things are not what they always look like, some connections are beyond physical needs and desires one has, it's very common these days to fall in love with anyone without knowing what love actually means, because there's a fine line between love, lust and infatuation, connecting with someone deeply without any expectations, creating a bond that's unbreakable, getting attached emotionally and letting your soul get vulnerable without any fear of judgment or the temptation of being available physically, touching them with your thoughts or maybe just words is the purest form of love, Yes you can create such connections even if you are miles away because the real intimacy is of the souls that fall in love with one another.

BEEN A GIVER!

After giving myself selflessly to the people who never valued my love, friendship and time, the ones I loved with all my heart and invested my whole to maintain the respect, bond, connections and relationships, I realised I need myself more for myself than anyone else and that's the reason I will never give up on myself.

We all at some point in our life have realised that we have invested our time into wrong people, but instead of regretting over the past mistakes, we should move on and give ourselves as much time as we can because we would regret we never have enough, it's always good to be late than never.

I feel your presence in my life, but I miss kissing those paw, your headbutt though you were shy, your hugs the sign of affection, the belly rubs were sign of trust, your purr, you waking me up every morning with that meow which almost sounded like you were calling me "MUM" I don't know if I've really healed or it's just the pain of losing you that I feel.
