The kids were having art class with Mrs. Donner, their main class teacher. The teacher distributed each of the classmates a sheet for the kids to work on for the part of the lesson.

„Okay students, this is a simple task for you. You have there a field with twelve boxes. From A to D and 1 to 3. The sentences on top are telling you, what exactly you have to draw inside those boxes and in what color. You‘ll have around 10 minutes to finish this task, then I‘ll take it back. After we‘re all done, we move up to the next task, which I‘ll explain later on,“

The children took a look at their task, seeing small sentences above the box, then Mrs. Donner sat down and picked up her portable, then removed the keyboard to repurpose it into a tablet and shove a cable into it to use it later on. „While I‘m quickly inserting the image on the wall, who would like to try to read the first sentence?“ Questioned the teacher watching all the kids remain quiet, and glanced at each other to see, who would volunteer to. Cody raised up his hand, making Mrs. Donner smile and move her hand towards the boy.

„Number one. A3 has a…... red ball...balloon,“ Cody read making Mrs. Donner nod.

„So students, you‘ve heard it. Look for A3, what do you think, where exactly here on the sheet is A3?“ Questioned Mrs. Donner turning on the projector to show the empty chart with the letters on top of it and on the right, vertical side was a number on each row. Rouven raised up his arm, then was picked by the teacher.

„Down there next to the three is A3,“ Responded Rouven.

„Very well, Rouven,“ Complimented the teacher using her tablet pen to draw a balloon on it, afterward the students did the same while the teacher observed them. About a minute later, the students had glimpsed back at the teacher so they could all continue and Mrs. Donner looked around and watched Ruby Langerak raise up her arm.

„Ruby,“ Mentioned Mrs. Donner watching the raven-haired girl look down at the sheet to give it a try.

„Number two. The sun as….e….ee….yellow as a lemon. Y...ou will find it on 1D,“ Read Ruby and looked at her teacher‘s face, which smiled at the girl.

„Very well, Ruby. What do you think? Where do you find that?“ Questioned the teacher and Ruby pointed at the right corner, where the D was under the first box. „Excellent!“ Complimented the teacher making the girl smile and pick up a yellow pencil to draw the sun.

Elliot moved his arm up along with Nathalie, Eireen and Debby, thereafter the teacher analyzed the students and tipped at Eireen, which looked down at her sheet to read.

„Three. Birds of every race…...race?“ Questioned Eireen looking at the teacher, which smiled amused at seeing the Danish girl tilt her head confused.

„Race means a type of bird. For example all these gray birds here we see in Paris are one type of race. They‘re pigeons, then we have the yellow ones, which are known as canaries,“

„Okay,“ Responded Eireen. „Birds of every race. On 2C a tri-o of birds fly together. They are black birds,“

„Grandiose,“ Complimented the teacher, then Eireen pointed at the middle, then watched her teacher hold her pen above the 2B, then Eireen shook her head and moved her finger aside to see the teacher move forward to the 2C making the kid nod. „Perfect!“ Complimented the teacher.

„Alright, what about I now pick somebody on my own?“ Questioned Mrs. Donner watching Elliot, Nathalie and Duarte raise up their hands. „You‘re interested, Nathalie?“

„I want to try,“ Said Nathalie making the teacher nod.

„Go on,“

„A kid in a pink sk….irt is walking to get the balloon back…...She is at 3B,“ Read Nathalie, then looked at the image on the wall and pointed at the empty box beside the ball. „There next to the ball is the right place,“

„Good job, Nathalie,“ Commented the teacher adding into it a stick figure, then watched the class add the last two figurines on their sheets. „I have seen many of you have already practiced at home, before starting the school here,“ Mrs. Donner mentioned watching the students nod. „Who‘s up to read the next page? Asked the teacher seeing Duarte along with Deborah moving up their hands and the teacher looked at the boy, to pick him. „Duarte,“ „A brown picnic table is low…..located under the sun. You will find it on 3D.“ Read Duarte, then moved his finger up at the sun and moved it down at the last field making the teacher smile at the correct answer.

„Superb,“ Spoke Mrs. Donner, then looked at Deborah, which moved her hand up hastily making the teacher cackle. „Alright Deborah, it‘s up to you to read the last sentence.

„Number six. It is getting cloudy. Up on 1B, there‘s a gray cloud,“ Debby read making the teacher nod, then the girl pointed at the screen. „Up there over the man,“

„Excellent. You all did a good job together,when you‘ve finished drawing the characters, bring the sheet back to me and I‘ll handle you out the next sheet as promised. Oh and don‘t forget to write down your name,“

„I‘m done,“ Commented Rouven, then looked back at Eireen and Nathalie, which were still working on their sheet. „You‘re not done yet?“ Questioned Rouven watching Eireen put down her pencil.

„I just wrote down my name,“ Commented Eireen, then Rouven looked at Nathalie, which was still working on her sheet and Rouven got up to look at the girl.

„How are you doing…...wow, you‘re drawing very good!“ Complimented Rouven amazed by her decent art skills.

„Well thank you,“ Commented Nathalie as she had drawn a cloud, which had a more realistic look compared to Rouven‘s version. „I sometimes have drawn together with my father during vacation,“

„Did you draw with him a comic book?“ Questioned Luka‘s son making Nathalie shake her head.

„My dad showed me how to draw simple things I could learn fast. Three or more drawings I have sent to my mother, when she was back in Italy to work,“ Explained Nathalie.

„Your mother loved them, right?“ Questioned Eireen making Nathalie nod.

„Dad likes the previous homework from the other day. This one he will love a well. At the moment I don‘t know about my mother. She doesn‘t have any memory of us yet,“

„She may like it, but it‘s going to be different I feel,“ Mentioned Nathalie, then moved up at the corner to write down her name.

„Your mother will be okay. I asked my father about what your mother has and he told me it takes a while for her to recovery. We just have to be patient,“ Zheng mentioned looking back at the girl.

„Thank you, Zheng,“ Commented Nathalie getting up to bring the sheet back to the teacher encountering Elliot on the front along with Ruby.

„Uh how is your mommy doing?“ Questioned Elliot scratching the back of his neck. „Is she doing well?“

„She doesn‘t remember us, but she‘s healthy,“ Answered Nathalie, then Ruby placed her hand on Nathalie‘s shoulder.

„You have to think positive. It helps you better to get through this. You‘re not alone there at your house there. Your dad and maybe friends are there too for help, right?“

„My mother is her mother‘s best friend,“ Commented Elliot. „And Rouven‘s dad grew up together with Nathalie‘s dad,“

„Oh cool,“ Commented Ruby and took along with the kids the sheet they will have to work on later. „What do you think? Could we become friends?“ Questioned the Swedish girl making Nathalie think about it and nodded.

„Yes,“ Responded Nathalie making Ruby smile, which opened her arms and both shared a hug.

The rest of the class picked up their next task as they retrieved back their previous exercise and awaited Mrs. Donner’s preparations to continue.

“Okay children, this sheet here is about the European cup from last Summer in Croatia. The first page contains about five question you have to answer and on the backside you have to draw three different things related to this topic. The easiest one is to draw your native country’s flag on task A. Task B you’ll have to draw the symbol of your team and C the is to try to do the lines of your country,” Explained Mrs. Donner making Rouven chuckle.

“Hey Nathalie, will you do Italy?” Questioned the boy looking at the girl, which shrugged her shoulders. “It’s a boot actually,”

“It’s up to her,” Commented the teacher. “After all, many of you here are multicultural,”

Ruby moved her hand up, so she would get picked by the teacher.

“So since both my parents have two nationalities and I have four, I will have to pick only one?”

“Yes, which country of them do you feel more attached to?” Questioned the teacher making Ruby shrug her shoulders.

“I don’t know, to be honest. Maybe Sweden,” Responded Ruby, then Duarte moved his hand up in the air.

“Mrs. Donner, Mrs. Donner,”

“Yes, Duarte,” “I have no idea how to draw the Portugal flag properly. Is this bad?”

“No it’s not. Just do it the way you can or took a look on the real flag and follow it as good as you can. It doesn’t have to look perfect,” Commented the teacher.

“I don’t find Portugal so hard to draw,” Added Zheng. “Imagine you had to draw Croatia or something,” Added Zheng, then he had a question as well and moved his hand up. “Wait, what about me. I’m not from here,”

“I know, you can still draw your country if you want. Just the front page is solely about the countries from our last tournament,”

“Well, I think I’m going to pick France or Croatia,” Commented Zheng, then watched the kids look down at their sheets, then a few turned the sheet around to begin with the drawing, while the others started at the front.

Eireen looked at Nathalie, which was observing her sheet, and nudged her with the elbow.

“I’m curious about what you’re going to pick,” Mentioned Eireen.

“I can’t decide, if I should pick Italy or Germany. What do you think is the best choice?”

“I don’t know. Maybe Italy?” Suggested Eireen, then Rouven looked back at the girls again.

“What about Germany? That would be something different I think,”

“I think I know more about Italy. I’ve never been in Germany like the times I’ve been in Italy. My dad also doesn’t have a lot to say about Germany. He grew up most of his life here. I will probably pick Italy,”

“Great, will you pick Denmark or France?” Asked Rouven looking at his cousin.

“I think Denmark,” Commented Eireen. “Originally I am Danish. I just got into this city because of the social people,”

“What are those?” Questioned Nathalie confused.

“I don’t know if this is the right name, but they take us to a new home, where we live with other kids, that don’t have parents as well,” Explained Eireen making Nathalie nod, which picked up her pencil to read the first sentence.

“Favorite country,” Read Nathalie and wrote down on the paper the name of her mother’s country.

Adrien Agreste arrived sitting inside the car at the entrance of the parking spot of the Agreste manor, then rolled forward to the side of the stairs and turned the engine off. Adrien removed his seat belt, then jumped out of the car and sprinted the stairs up and entered into the hall of the manor, then whistled.

“Guess who’s back!” Announced Adrien looking around, then saw the door to the dinning room had a small open gap, afterward opened it to find at the other end of the table Elliot doing his homework while beside him sat Hope Agreste as well doing hers as well. “Hey Elliot,” Greeted Adrien earning the son’s attention, which smiled at his father’s presence.

“Hi Dad, I’m still doing my homework,” Commented the son, then Adrien walked across the dinning room to get to his son, then pecked him on the side of his forehead and looked at his sheet.

“What are you drawing?” Questioned Adrien, then Hope held up her smartphone to show it to her older brother. “You’ve received homework related to soccer? Nice,”

“I’m trying to draw the symbol of France as good as I can,” Commented Elliot looking down at the oddly looking stripes, that were supposed to form the rooster on the chevron. “I’m not as good at drawing as Nathalie, but this does look like a rooster, right?”

“It looks good. You know with more practice you can make improve and make it more closer to the original. Important is, that your teacher will know, what it is and I can recognize it,”

“I just have to finish painting the blue background, then I’m finished for today,” Mentioned Elliot making Adrien nod.

“That’s all for today?” Questioned Adrien making the boy nod. “Wow, this means we can both spend some time together as I promised, right?”

“Yes, papa,” Commented Elliot, then the brother looked down at the sister, which was doing the geography homework by herself.

“Hope, have you seen Kagami?” Questioned Adrien, then Hope pointed up at the top.

“She’s up there with a woman, because of the puppies,” Stated Hope, then Adrien nodded and left, to go upstairs so he would meet his wife along with the dogs. After his arrival in their bedroom, he encountered a foreign woman held in her arms one of the puppies while Kagami stood in front of her.

“Good afternoon,” Greeted Adrien looking at the two women, while making Kagami smile.

“One of the first puppies has already found her home,” Commented Kagami making Adrien smile, then the woman showed the blonde her puppy.

“I named her Jade,” Commented the woman, while Adrien smiled.

“How was the exam?” Questioned Kagami. “We’ve been talking a little bit about medicine. She’s one of the rescuers from the air rescue team at the airport,”

“Oh cool, I had no idea,” Said Adrien approaching the women. “This means this little girl here will be able to help out other people in danger,”

“Indeed,” Commented the woman.

“Are you going anywhere?” Questioned Kagami making Adrien nod.

“I thought about going to the park with Elliot,” Mentioned Adrien. “You’ve got something else in mind?”

“I thought about the park too, but we should take the puppies with us. The bodyguard already left them out on the backyard a few times. A bigger outlet for them would be good too,”

“Okay. They could need it,” Admitted Adrien. “But what about Elliot? I had promised him to spend the day with him,”

“Maybe your mother or father can come with us. So you and Elliot can focus on your time together and we are around with the puppies making sure they’re not misbehaving or anything,”

“Okay and if you need help, we’re around,” Stated Adrien, then turned around to leave the bedroom and encountered on the commode of their clothings their cat Shadow lying on top of it thereafter Adrien placed his hand over the pet’s head to caress him.

“What a life you’ve got there, little guy,” Commented Adrien watching the cat yawn and stretch his front paws showing off his claws, making Adrien grin. “Really cute, he he’s got his claws out,” Commented Adrien followed by a chuckle making Adrien wide his eyes in shock and he ran out, followed by transforming into Cat Noir leaving Kagami back which flinched her teeth together at the presence of the woman and noticed, that luckily the woman had been with her eyes glued on the little puppy she had on her arms. Kagami sighed about the sudden transformation, caused by the kwami.

Later at the Champs de Mars, Adrien, Kagami, Hope, Elliot, Emilie and the puppies walked all together along the path across the park. Each of the person guided a puppy on the leash watching the puppies walk a little hasty due to their curiosity of the new place. Elliot was the only one, who didn’t guide a dog, but observed his father and his younger sister trying to bend the puppy they led.

“They’re quite interested in the new place here,” Stated Adrien making Kagami chuckle at Adrien’s low knowledge about dog walking.

“You would need to call his attention. You need to tell him, it’s not good for him,” Spoke Kagami making Adrien nod, which stopped watching the puppy continue, then notice the leash wouldn’t let him continue. The puppy looked back at Adrien, which shook his head.

“No, you’re going to fast,” Mentioned Adrien watching the puppy stand while looking at him. “That’s better,” Spoke Adrien, then Kagami lend Adrien from a small bag, she had attached on her belt a small dog snack, which Adrien used it to gift it to the puppy. “Here, you deserve one,”

“Elliot, what has your father planned to play with you?” Questioned Emilie looking at her grandson, which shrugged his shoulders.

“He said, we would see it when we got here,” Responded Elliot, then the family moved further along the path, then the grandmother noticed the signs pointing at different ways and found one, which led to a playground,”

“Oh Elliot, what about you go with your father to a playground?” Questioned the blonde woman. “Or the field behind it?”

“Cool,” Said Elliot, then grabbed his father on the arm and pointed at the signs. “Dad, can we go to the playground?”

“Oh sure, Elliot,”Agreed the father, then watched Elliot ran off and Adrien ran behind his son on the other path, that led the duo to a park, where already were children playing and a few parents stood on the outside glimpsing through the large fence looking at them.

“Hey, what’s that spinning circle over there?” Asked Adrien pointing at a spinning climbing frame, where three kids already were on and had enough space for at least four more.

“Can I go there?” Asked Elliot making Adrien smile.

“Will you like to have your old man there?” Questioned the Frenchman making Elliot chuckle.

“You’re not that old, dad,” Said Elliot grabbing Adrien by his hand, then entered into the playground to approach the climbing frame, which had stopped as one of the kids noticed the two approach.

“You want to come?” Questioned the brunette boy on the device making Elliot nod.

“Can my dad come too?” Questioned Elliot making the kid nod, then Adrien helped Elliot climb on the net to hold himself.

“Can your father pull this for us all?” Asked the brunette kid, then Elliot looked at his father which nodded.

“Sure, how exactly do I have to do this? I never played this before,”

“You have to hold it and ran around making this spin around, then you jump on it and hold yourself fast on the cord,” Explained the kid. “It’s easy,”

“Good, I give it a try,” Said Adrien grabbing the edge of the thick rope, then began to push it, to make it spin around, afterward he ended up tripping leaving the kids spin only one circle around making two of the kids chuckle. Adrien got up on his feet, then wiped the dust off his legs looking at the amused kid’s faces after seeing the adult’s mishap. “Don’t worry. I’m trying again,” Said Adrien grabbing the net, where the kids stood, afterward he had a plan and placed his right foot on top of the rope. “I’m going to do it this way, kids,” Warned Adrien, then moved his foot against the ground to swing on it around. The kids began to laugh excited at the ride, giving Adrien the joy to carry on with his ride, afterward Adrien got on top of the device holding himself tight on it and grinned as he felt the air blew his hair aside due to the spinning.

“Woohoo!” Chanted the kids happily along with Elliot. He looked back at his father, which had joy from the ride, afterward both blondes exchanged looks and Adrien nodded and stepped with one foot down on the floor again to push forward to speed their ride up a little. The joy of the kids raised making Adrien happy, which continued to step on the ground and returned up.

“This is amazing!” Announced Adrien happy, then got down again to repeat the move again and jumped up at the rope to spin around.

Afterward, Adrien got down again making a bad step and trip to fall down on the ground lying on top of the fall protection, and began to laugh.

“Man, that was funny,” Commented Adrien, then watched Elliot on the carousel jump off it on top of his father, making him puff as the boy landed on his stomach. “Hey my stomach,” Complained Adrien making Elliot giggle.

“Let‘s do it again!“ Asked Elliot watching Adrien get up, then helped his son up, afterward two new kids showed up to climb up on the carousel and an older, blonde man grabbed on the side to help them spin.

„Oh Elliot look, we gotta go somewhere else,“ Commented Adrien showing his son the news kids, which got on top of it.

„Let‘s do something else,“ Mentioned Elliot, then Adrien placed his hand behind Elliot‘s back and walked along the park, then they passed by the basketball field, where they saw on one side a small teeny group of boys play with each other on two baskets placed on the half side of the field. On the other half, the three baskets were taken by a few kids, that were there with two other adults fathers and a woman playing basketball in a smaller group.

„I haven‘t brought the ball with us, you think they‘ll let us play with them?“ Questioned Adrien looking at Elliot, which looked at the persons on the field and recognized one of the kids, that had received from her father a high five.

„Dad, that girl over there is from my class. Her name is Deborah,“ Introduced Elliot making Adrien smile.

„Why don‘t you ask her?“ Questioned Adrien, then Elliot got into the field to look at the girl, which watched her own father dribble in front of her. Afterward, the girl noticed Elliot, then waved at him with a smile.

„Hello Elliot,“ Greeted the girl, then the light-blonde father looked back along with the girl at the boy.

„Hello Deborah, can we play together basketball?“ Questioned Elliot. „We forgot our ball at home,“

„Is that okay, dad?“ Questioned Deborah making her father nod, which held out his hand towards Adrien, which smiled to greet the adult.

„I‘m David,“ Announced Deborah‘s dad.

„I‘m Adrien, nice to meet you,“ Responded Elliot‘s father, then Deborah held up the ball up to show it the two adults.

„I and my dad play against you and Elliot, is that okay?“ Questioned Deborah making Elliot nod, then she handed the ball out to the classmate and the two dads walked to the near of the baskets watching the two kids in the middle get ready to start the match together.

it’s almost midnight but i had an idea and felt like Lukaniel angst.

This is why we can’t have nice things...

It had been an akuma.

Nathaniel had hated the violet butterflies and their influence from the very beginning. He had seen the cruel effects on their victims, the psychological and emotional trauma they faced afterwards, and how none of them could really ever recover after their respective incidents.

After all, who could be so heartless and sadistic to seek out pain and prey on it, turning into something evil?

He’d had first-hand experience with that vicious voice in his head. Even later, months after the night he found himself in Chloe’s room with a foggy mind and fading memories, he’d wake up shaking in a cold sweat. His akumatization hadn’t even been one of the worse ones… or so he was told. It certainly felt like the worst experience possible in life. Naturally, he couldn’t really compare his own to those of others in this case.

At least his had been something of a quieter affair. Only Marinette, Chloe, and the superheroes had really been involved. Meanwhile, others had broadcasted or even targeted the entire city while under the akumas’ influence. It didn’t matter who they were underneath anymore, the twisted supervillain ego was the only thing seen by anyone who hadn’t cared otherwise to begin with.

On top of that, some of the akumas’ effects didn’t leave only their direct victims with invisible scars. Alix bore the guilt of the terror of the entire class, as well as a number of people she hadn’t even known to begin with. No matter how many times they all assured her it was alright in the end, nothing would ever truly erase the feelings of the incident from their memories.

So Nathaniel knew better than to blame the akuma victim herself. That didn’t stop him from loathing the cursed butterfly itself with every vengeful fiber of his being.

Because while the rest of the city might also be suffering nightmares for the next indefinite period of time, he was going to be enduring them alone.

And the dark insect was completely at fault.

Nathaniel was the kind of person for whom being involved in a relationship was treading on eggshells. He’d never been the most self-confident person, but it was truly difficult to maintain a healthy bond when he second-guessed every move and constantly doubted the sincerity of anyone who seemed to care for him in the slightest.

It wasn’t his fault that there was an omnipresent paranoia ebbing at his mind that told him all his acquaintances were only associating with him out of secret motives or pity, that barred him from being able to call them friends - because he wasn’t worth friends. He was shy and uninteresting and only talented in his extensive knowledge of the Marvel comics universe and a good half of the anime in existence. Friends joked and laughed and hung out at the movies on Saturdays. Nathaniel couldn’t come up with even a moderately funny joke if his life depended on it, he constantly worried if they were laughing with him or at him, and he’d rather isolate himself in his room for the next three years than go out and face the possibility of having to interact with people.

Luka had helped him so much. His charming smile and casual demeanor countered Nath’s own introverted personality. His soothing voice could calm the redhead’s nerves and let him enjoy the moment instead of overthinking every aspect of everything. Luka could convince him that he wasn’t just hanging around out of boredom or responsibility or pity.

Luka made Nathaniel feel like someone.

But if that alone could have exterminated the hateful voice in his head, Nathaniel wouldn’t find himself crying himself to sleep every night, losing slumber over malicious thoughts creeping into his mind in the dead of darkness and solitude.

Sometimes - like the day Luka came to him gushing over the newest song he had created and begging to share it, or when he insisted that Nathaniel’s art was the best he’d ever seen - he felt like he might have finally let go of the anxiety once and for all. Those days, he was on top of the world.

And then, some days, doubts slammed against the walls of his brain and his heart, telling him it was fake, he was growing too attached, Luka didn’t see him the same way Nath saw him. It was poisonous, and in retrospect, Nathaniel wasn’t sure if it would have been a better thing if the akuma had picked its ultimate victim or chosen himself instead.

It would have left him feeling the same way, either way. Why not avail from some ducky superpowers in the meantime?

The supervillain had effectively enveloped Paris in darkness and let the raw, negative emotion flow. Needless to say, the city was immediately overcome by panic and chaos. Civilians found themselves being attacked by their own thoughts - every single pessimistic idea to ever have crossed their mind resurfaced and magnified itself tenfold.

Nathaniel temporarily went insane. One voice became a thousand wailing echoes, simultaneously screaming a cacophony of venomous taunts, preying on every single weakness and tearing him apart.

Suddenly, he was nothing again. Plain, useless, boring, wimpy, incompetent...all the words from separate instances at different times, banding together in sync and rushing into his head. He was invisible, insignificant, utterly null in a sea of better people he could not hope to be.

And Luka was trying to ground him, trying to ease the bad thoughts, trying to tell him it wasn’t real...but then Luka’s face morphed into something else. It was twisted and horrific and the voice that was once a source of comfort was harsh and cutting. Nathaniel involuntarily surrendered control of his imagination to anxiety, and soon, the only things flashing through his mind were images of the unseen future, fearful guesses at what was to come.

Alone. Irrelevant. Friendless. Luka turning his back on him - he had never been on his side to begin with. Nathaniel had known it, known it from the very start, and yet, he still let himself give in. How many times had he struggled to keep others away for fear of this very outcome, and now, the one person he had lowered his walls down for, wasn’t really sincere at all, was he?

Anxiety and paranoia clawed through him, asking him, begging him, why didn’t I listen? he thought. But was it really him thinking anymore, or had he completely given in to those terrible forces altogether?

In all his misery, Nathaniel’s senses were failing to register his external surroundings properly. Luka was unsuccessfully trying to lock him in a tight and calming embrace, one that Nathaniel seemed to be doing his best to escape.

“Nathaniel, please, snap out of it,” he tried, but Nathaniel wouldn’t listen. “I’m right here.”

The redhead was, despite all Luka’s attempts to console him otherwise, set on the idea that the older teen had only been leading him on all this time.

“You’re going to leave me. I know it.”

Nathaniel’s voice was small and broken, eyes foggy and filled with tears. Luka struggled to maintain a grip on his own emotions and somehow bring Nathaniel back to reality. His own demons were calling him, too, and their patience was wearing thin.

“I won’t,” Luka swore with as much as sincerity as he could put into his voice.

But Nathaniel was shaking his head, tears spilling out. He lowered his head so his hair fell in front of his eyes, shuffling back. Luka didn’t bother trying to smooth the crimson locks out of his face anymore. The ravenette took a breath and tried his final resort.

“I love you.”

He didn’t miss the way the younger teen froze, eyes widening. The way his small frame stiffened defensively and he looked up with a caution that bridged the final gap between Luka and a decision he had been considering making for a very long time now. And he most definitely didn’t miss the words Nathaniel mumbled in response.

“I really hope you aren’t lying to me, Luka. Because I feel a lot of things for you, and I don’t like people playing around with my emotions...”

He stared at the older teen, trying to read the impassive expression on his face through the haze clouding his own mind, before a swarm of ladybugs whooshed between them.

Luka could see the visible effects of the negative influences disappearing from the redhead’s body as his own bad thoughts relaxed and lifted, but he had his mind made up and there was no going back now.

“You wanted me to come over…?” Nathaniel’s voice was nervous, more like he was asking a question than stating a fact.

Luka nodded seriously, sighing as the artist cautiously sat down beside him.

“I...um...what did you want to...?”

“Listen, Nath,” Luka started, a bit more brusquely than he’d initially intended. Nathaniel only looked more nervous, and the fearful look in his eyes would have broken the musician if he hadn’t firmly set his resolve in advance.

“I wanted to talk about the akuma attack the other day...”

“Oh, uh...” the redhead visibly relaxed, making Luka feel the tiniest bit guilty, but he pushed it away.

“It really had a negative influence on you...”

“I guess I’m just prone to negative thoughts...” Nathaniel responded awkwardly.

“But really, how much of it was the akuma, and how much of it was you?” Luka asked, voice definitely carrying an edge. Nathaniel was stiffening again.

“Wh-what do you mean?” he asked, voice breaking slightly with nervous surprise.

“Nathaniel, tell me something. Honestly.” Luka looked up to meet him dead in the eye. He didn’t push his hair out of the other’s face like he usually did, and Nathaniel seemed to notice that, too. “Do you trust me?”

Nathaniel swallowed, watching Luka warily.

“I..yeah, why?” he answered in a transparent attempt to sound confident.

“Do you really, though?”

Nathaniel looked down, and Luka felt something small break inside, something he had prepared for already, not that it made it any easier when it actually happened.

“Nathaniel,” he started softly. “This is the problem, the reason we haven’t been able to move forward to anything. We’re stuck in one place and we can’t go on unless we can establish a mutual trust…”

Nathaniel was trembling but it didn’t matter anymore. This wasn’t Luka’s issue to deal with anymore.

He took a deep breath and let it out.

“I’m really sorry, Nathaniel, but we can’t ever work out if you can’t trust me. It feels like I’m constantly tiptoeing around you, trying to gain your trust, but I guess that isn’t going to work in the end...”

He looked at the redhead, silently begging him to say something in defense, contradicting him, anything, but he was quiet. His lip was trembling and Luka desperately wanted to hug him, but held himself back.

“I’m sorry,” he repeated simply. “I truly am. But until you can learn to gain some self-confidence and stop doubting everything, things really aren’t going to work out well for you...”

Nathaniel knew he was right. Of course he was right. The look in Luka’s eyes was pleading him to tell him he was wrong, but he couldn’t, wouldn’t bring himself to say it. Something was choking him and the words wouldn’t come out.

Luka’s expression changed to one of disappointment and he sighed regretfully, looking down and away.

“Well, then, that’s all...” he finished awkwardly, getting up and making to leave before the uncomfortable silence became unbearable. No one said anything, still.

He closed the door after him, leaving Nathaniel alone with only the option to wallow in hopeless despair or to take a lesson and move forward.

Looking back on it, Nathaniel reasoned that it wasn’t really fair to hold the butterfly responsible for his misery. Or Hawk Moth. Or Luka, for that matter.

In the end, he decided to blame anxiety. Not that placing blame ever made a difference, anyways.

Because sometimes, most of the time, life doesn’t give you a happily ever after.

Sometimes it’s your fault. Sometimes it’s not.

And it was that last thing that mystified Nathaniel, more than anything else.

The next evening Yi sat in her bedroom in front of her desk doing homework. Beside her under the lamp sat Longg seeing her work, then watched the girl pause to yawn, then Longg got up to walk to the other side of the table to grab a green pear and brought it to the girl.

“Here take a break and eat this,” Longg offered watching Yi nod and accept the fruit.

“Thanks,” Yi responded taking a bite of the fruit, then took out the controller of her TV and turned it on showing an advertisment with Jagged Stone playing on his guitar on the top of an airliner. Yi got up and walked across the apartment passing by the mother which sat on the couch on her laptop, then observed the daughter head to the garden.

“You’re done with your homework?” Questioned the mother.

“I’m just studying mom. Now I’m going to get some fresh air,” Yi noted getting out of the house, then she leaned herself on the wall and looked up to see the dark skyline.

“You know with the time I really enjoy it to be here in Paris. It’s not as big as Shanghai, but it’s quite beautiful,”

“Mostly during the night,” Longg added earning a nod from his holder.

“I haven’t had much time to enjoy Paris’ beauty at night the way I did back in Shanghai,” Longg nodded at Yi’s comment, then heard a laughter and looked up to see the superhero Onyx jump at the building, where Yi is from and noticed the girl on the outside and jumped down at the grass landing in front of the girl.

“Good evening,” Onyx greeted approaching girl, which smiled seeing the cat miraculous holder visiting her.

“Wasn’t expecting to have a visit right now,” Yi mentioned watching Onyx put his baton back, then leaned on the wall next to her. “What are you doing here?”

“I was taking a stroll through the city to get some air and thought on checking out, if you were here,” Answered the raven-haired hero. “You’re alone?”

“My mom is in there,” Yi answered. “So I wouldn’t do anything, that would make her think you’re Jin or anything worse,”

“Don’t worry, I’ll be careful,” Onyx mentioned. “In case she gets here, I just say I’m visiting random citizens for…..professional reasons,”

“I wonder what kind of excuse that it,”

“Don’t worry she won’t do anything unless she catches me doing this,” Onyx pointed out followed by pecking the girl on her cheek making her wide her eyes.

“Hey! I’m serious Jin, she could…...ugh see? I already said your civilian by mistake,” Yi complained crossing her arms.

“Okay, probably I should pass by later or…..,”

“No, you can stay here with no problem, we just…...have to be careful,” Yi mentioned making Onyx nod, then Yi looked into the living room to see her mother getting up heading into the bathroom closing the door behind her. “My mom just got into the bathroom. Do you want something to drink or to eat?” Offered Yi making Onyx shrug his shoulders.

“It’s not necessary, I’m good. Just finished dinner about 20 minutes ago,”

“Okay, what do you want to do then?” Onyx asked watching Yi sit down on the grass, then Onyx sat beside her and looked at the girl observing the dark sky.

“I don’t know. I just came here to get some fresh air,” Explained Yi making Onyx nod. “I was studying before for History,”

“You’ve got an exam tomorrow?” Questioned the hero making Yi shake her head.

“No, but next Friday,”

“Good luck then, I have next week Algebra,” Onyx mentioned. “I began with studying 15 to 20 minutes per day to make it through with it at the same time we’re dealing with Hawk Moth’s akumas. “Then we’ve got French and Philosophy,”

“How are you going to handle all these three exams?” Questioned Yi making Onyx shrug his shoulders.

“Well, I will mostly focus on Algebra and Philosophy. French, I’ll do it a few days before. It’s just about the conjugation in the past, the present, or the future. It’s fine for now,”

“If this superhero thing will take a long while I better start to practice in holding the grades good until I get up to a newer grade. I really wonder how the other heroes deal with this,”

“I think so far, they’re all younger than I am. Ladybug told me on the times I was new to the team, that she was 15 and she has to deal with all these pressure of being a superhero and dealing with private life issues almost all on her own,”

“Maybe she doesn’t have anyone in her life, that she can talk about both sides of her life,”

“You know she got to feel better with the time, cause I offered her to talk with me and I tried to give her any helpful solution. ‘Til now, she has been feeling better about it,”

“You did well then. It did the same to me as you or Marinette’s friends talked to me because of my father. Also thanks to these akuma situations I got to see my father in the afterlife. I think better it couldn’t have been for me,” Yi explained. “It’s amazing how a simple conversation can make you feel better in some moments,”

“Yes it really does,” Onyx added, then he heard a female voice and got up to glance at the window to see his mother’s friend get closer to the exit of the garden. “It’s your mother looking for you,” Onyx mentioned watching Yi get up to see, where she was going afterward the mother stepped out making Yi fake a smile.

“Hey mom,” Yi greeted, then looked at Onyx, which copied Yi’s facial expression and waved at the adult.

“Good evening,” Onyx greeted the adult. “Don’t worry, I’m just…...strolling around looking for potential danger. So far everything is good here,”

“Funny, I thought I had heard Jin’s voice out here,” Chynna mentioned making Onyx fake a laughter.

“No, actually it’s just me and this young lady here,” Onyx lied earning a nod from the adult. “If you excuse me, I will have to go. Have a nice evening you two, “ Onyx wished saluting at the two Asian descendant women, then he jumped at the top of the fence and used his baton to jump up at the top of the building.

“Was he really patrolling around?” Yi’s mother asked making Yi shrug her shoulders.

“He wasn’t really long here, mom,” Yi said making the mother nod. “I’m going back into my room,”

“Okay, but hey don’t you want to watch TV with me?” Suggested the mother entering into the living room with the daughter, then Yi looked at the turned-off screen and nodded.

“Sure, I’m sorry if I have been so absent lately,” Yi responded sitting down on the couch along with the mother, which turned on the TV showing a parody of a musketeer jump around trying to escape bullets. “If you want you can change the channel,”

“It’s okay for me, I just want to be spending time with my little girl,” Chynna mentioned watching Yi lean her head on her mother’s shoulder, afterward the woman placed her arm around the girl to pet her.

At the hospital, Nathaniel lied in his bed while Nino sat on a chair in front of the boy texting on his phone while chatting with the redhead.

“You know yesterday was a little an unlucky day for many of us. Luka just did that because Ladybug needed someone to help her and Onyx out until Hydra came. In anyways your mother and Alya would have found it strange if we would just take your miraculous off or anything right in a situation like this,”

“I still don’t feel like telling my mom all of this with the akumas. I believe Ladybug also wants to be present during the talk to help me out. How else can I alone explain why I got the snake miraculous. For some reason Ladybug picked me. It either was fate, fear, or just a lucky shot. I never expected to have the chance of becoming a superhero and I did take the chance,”

“If I may ask dude, why exactly did you accept the miraculous?” Questioned Nino. “Did you just do that, because you always wanted to be a hero?”

“Yeah…..and sort of I had a crush on Ladybug since the day she saved me on my birthday and I hoped to be able to impress her. In the end, it didn’t work out in any way as she was hitting on Onyx instead, afterward, she stopped and prefers to be single for the moment or just focus on her task,”

“And you still stood after that?”

“Yeah what else should I have done?” Questioned Nathaniel. “I don’t know why I am looking for a relationship,”

“There are other girls worth your attention, don’t worry,” Nino assured. “That person could even be closer to you than you think. Did I ever think about Alya being the future girlfriend of mine? Nope,”

“I guess not,”

“Why did Ladybug pick you to help her? Uh I mean why did you accept it?”

“On that day Alya got kidnapped by her older sister, which was akumatized into a spider-like supervillain. I was trying to get her back to prove her older sister I could take care of us and I think Ladybug valued my bravery and gave me the miraculous to help her out. Fighting Anansi was hard, but it wouldn’t take the same cake as fighting Jake Scene. It got annoying with the times he showed up outta nowhere and his soundtrack began to play. It made no sense, there were no radios, no stereos or anything to play the music, dude!”

“I know, it was a weird day,”

“You weren’t present dude?”

“No, you could hear the soundtrack everywhere. I could hear it in the panic room too,”

“Okay, that was weird,” Confessed Nino which looked at his phone vibrating to see posting a message in the superhero chat.

“Next morning a meet up on the top of the Trocadero. Topic: Absence of Super Snake. Super Snake, I will pass by you tomorrow at some point in the day. Be ready to expect me,

“It’s for your Super Snake side,” Nino warned earning a nod from the redhead.

“I check it out later, my phone is charging right now,” Nathaniel advised. “I’m curious to know what the future plans of her are at the moment without my absence,”

“Same or what Hawk Moth will do next. If it gets worse it will be hard for them to deal with the akumas like yesterday with Lila and Marc,”

“Yes….by the way, didn’t they say, they would come with you?”

“Lila’s mom had the idea to arrange a bodyguard for her thinking that would solve the situation and Marc didn’t want to come alone,”

“Okay, that’s odd. We weren’t alone here. He would have us or at least me,”

“You know Marc sort of has…..trust issues,”

“Oh…...I thought we were good friends and that we could trust each other,”

“It’s not that, it’s more…..you know he has a crush on a certain somebody and he’s afraid this specific person doesn’t reciprocate the feelings,”

“He does?” Nathaniel asked curious earning a nod from Nino.

“Yeah,”

“That explains a lot,” Nathaniel said. “His stammering, his behavior around us in the break..... He has fallen in love with Lila!”

“Yes dude, finally!” Nino shouted jumping up in the air, then he widened his eyes, then looked down at Nathaniel. “Wait…..Lila?” “Of course! This is also maybe why he was interested in the first place to have her befriend us. He was curious to know her and now that we got closer he has fallen in love with her,”

“Oh boy,” Nino said doing a facepalm at Nathaniel’s comment. “I’m losing my patience,”

“Give them some time. Now that I’m here, they have a bigger chance in getting to know each other more than with me around. Please help him out, when it is necessary,”

“You’re killing me, dude. Look I have to go, I was supposed to get my mother lemons before the stores close,”

“Okay, then see you tomorrow or….?”

“We’ll see about that. Rest well, brother,” Nino wished patting him on his shoulder, then made his way out of the hospital leaving Nathaniel back, which looked out of the windows to see in the far the superhero Onyx pass over the buildings heading to the champs de mars, then the boy pulled the covers up to take some rest.

The school was over and the first graders were getting out of the schoolhouse. Nathalie was accompanied by Cody, Rouven, Elliot, and Eireen out of the building.

„Do you all give your parents the homework to check?“ Questioned Eireen looking at the boys, that walked beside her.

„Doesn‘t Mrs. Donner do that?“ Questioned Rouven looking at her cousin.

„I‘m just curious to know if we should do that or not,“

„My mom suggested to me, that I should show it at home my homework after it is done. So they can correct me,“ Elliot added earning a nod from Nathalie.

„My dad said I could ask for help when I need it,“ Nathalie mentioned.

„Mrs. Lavillant…..well I mean my mom told me the same,“ Eireen pointed out. „I won‘t need to be afraid,“

„Our parents want the good for us. They‘re the most important persons for us,“ Cody added, then he looked along with the kids at the road where a few cars stood to take them home and Cody waved at a brunette man, which stood in front of a small car. „My grandfather is here to take me home,“

„And there‘s my dad,“ Nathalie pointed out at a small SUV where she saw her dad in front of the steering wheel and behind him, Rose Lavillant looked out waving at the brunette girl. „And your mother too,“

„Okay“ Eireen commented, then Nathaniel got out and opened the door behind him.

„Hey, your mother is coming with us to visit Nathalie‘s mother in the hospital. You can get into the car if you want to,“ Nathaniel introduced earning a nod from the girl, which got into the car followed by Nathalie afterward Nathaniel got back into the car and drove away.

„How was school?“ Questioned Rose. „Have you learned something new?“

„We learned how to spell and to connect words we know from our day,“ Eireen responded. „And in Math, we used the…..we had in Math to add a number to another one to find its solution,“

„Oh very well,“ Rose complimented.

„Oh, I know what you mean…..I only know we called it in German plus rechnen, before we used addition later in the second grad…...or we knew this before. I don‘t remember exactly,“ The redhead said making Rose chuckle.

„It‘s almost over 20 years ago we were in the first grade, but be happy to know how to add numbers,“ Rose added earning a nod from the childhood friend.

„Nathalie, what else have you two done at the school besides Math?“

„We could spell our name on a sheet and paint it,“ Nathalie responded. „We all have used our full name on it,“ „Oh and did your spell our family name right?“ Nathaniel asked earning a nod from the daughter.

„Yes with a TZ,“ Nathalie responded. „K-U-R-T-Z-B-E-R-G,“

„Ah great, mamma will be proud of you,“ Nathaniel commented making Nathalie smile.

„Is she now awake?“ Questioned Nathalie making Nathaniel shrug his shoulders.

„I suppose. I was more on thinking on passing by to see how she is,“

„She will don‘t worry Nath,“ Rose assured patting Nathaniel on his shoulder.

„Oh boy do you know, what you just made me think of?“ Nathaniel asked making the blonde shake her head. „The last time before Lila left for her work she touched me right there as I drove her to the airport,“

„Wow right there?“ Rose asked grabbing Nathaniel gently on his arm making him nod.

„Yes…..hey stop it, you‘re making me feel depressed,“ Nathaniel complained making Rose chuckle.

„Okay I‘ll do it,“ Rose stated looking further at the road, as they were reaching the bridge to head to the hospital.

Later on, the quartet walked along the corridor to head to the room of Lila Kurtzberg, where Nathaniel was yesterday to see her.

„Was this the hospital, where I was born?“ Nathalie asked grabbing her father on his jacket, then he shook his head.

„Actually not. It was another one,“ Nathaniel answered. „Why?“

„I thought this was the one,“

„No, but you can ask your mother later. Maybe she can tell you it exactly,“ Nathaniel mentioned then noticed Rose snort as she remembered something.

„Oh didn‘t you complain on that day, that Lila almost broke your hand?“ Questioned Rose making Nathaniel snicker at the comment.

„Yeah well, it was really painful. I did not expect her grip would be so tight during labor,“ Nathaniel admitted. „But everything went well luckily and we‘ve got her in our life,“ Commented the father placing his hand behind Nathalie‘s head.

„Your mommy and daddy were so excited when you were born Nathalie. That was one of the best moments of their life,“ Rose commented nudging the girl on her arm making her nod.

„It‘s that door behind the chairs there. No. 235“ Nathaniel noticed stopping in front of the chairs, then he looked back at Rose and the two girls gazing at him.

„Is it that room?“ Asked Rose glimpsing over Nathaniel‘s shoulder to Lila lying in the bed stretching her arms while yawning making Rose smile. „Nath, she‘s awake,“ Rose mentioned pushing him carefully into the patient room and the kids followed the woman and Nathaniel stopped in front of the bed along with Rose, then he looked back at her unsure about what to do.

„What do I say?“ Nathaniel asked making Rose cackle.

„Just say hello“ Rose responded. „You‘re acting like it‘s the first time you‘re going to talk to her,“

„Well it sort of is…...after the accident you know,“ Nathaniel responded a little unsure, then Rose moved Nathaniel closer to the bed and smiled as Lila opened her eyes to see the two in front of her.

„H…..Hey Lila. Ho…..how are you?“ Nathaniel began watching the woman move her arms aside feeling tensed from the entire day of lying.

„Good afternoon…..you‘re the…...“

„The…….“Nathaniel spoke after her waiting for her to continue.

„The chef doctor, right?“ Lila asked making Nathaniel raise his left eyebrow.

„Uh no. I‘m Nathaniel,“

„Nathaniel the chef doctor,“ Lila finished. „You were here this morning to ask me how I was doing,“

„Okay now I‘m confused,“ Nathaniel mentioned, then Rose leaned down next to Nathaniel to look into Lila‘s eyes.

„Hey Lila, do you know me?“ Questioned the blonde watching the brunette analyze her and shake her head.

„No ma‘am. I don‘t think I have seen you before,“ Lila responded making Rose look perplexed at the answer.

„Okay…..wait a minute…….do you know this girl here with the brown hair?“ Rose asked moving her index finger, so Nathalie approached the adult carefully. „You must know your little girl here Lila, right?“

„Aww whose that little girl here?“ Questioned Lila placing her hand on Nathalie‘s cheek making her furrow her eyebrows getting slowly confused as Rose.

„Uh Nathalie?“ The daughter responded rolling her eyes at Nathaniel which was getting worried about the situation.

„Uh…..don‘t you remember our daughter?“ Nathaniel asked making Lila shake her head.

„Sorry, sir I don‘t have any kids. At least so far I know,“ Lila responded making Nathaniel widen his eyes.

„Shit,“ Nathaniel mumbled making Lila stare in shock at the redhead.

„Sir, you‘re cussing in front of children,“ Lila commented at the words of her husband.

„Will you stay here? I will see if there‘s a doctor around,“ Rose said walking out of the patient room, then Eireen looked at Nathalie, which stared at her mother, which looked confused at the shocked Nathaniel and held out her hand to the girl.

„Does it make you feel better if I give you a hug?“ Eireen asked making Nathalie shrug her shoulders and give the young girl a hug.

„You really don‘t remember anything?“ Nathaniel asked making Lila shake her head. „We‘re…...wait a moment,“ Nathaniel said taking out his smartphone and he showed her an image of the two sitting on a bench with Nathalie sitting on the lap of Nathaniel having her head leaned on Lila‘s shoulder.

„Oh Nathalie indeed is your daughter,“ Lila commented earning a nod from the redhead.

„Good afternoon Lila, I see you have met some new faces today,“ The doctor began and stopped beside Nathaniel. „Do you recognize them?“

„This is the chief doctor Nathaniel….right?“ Lila asked making the doctor shake his head.

„No, that‘s me,“ The doctor responded. „I‘m Nathaniel Brunn,“ Explained the chef making Lila nod.

„And who‘s that?“ Lila asked confused.

„Well he must be your life partner,“ The doctor answered earning a nod from Nathaniel.

„But I don‘t remember seeing him in my life before. I haven‘t gotten married yet,“ Lila countered making the doctor nod.

„I see. You know after the accident from yesterday you‘ve hurt your head and we may need to do another analysis again. I‘ve got an idea, what you might have,“ „Okay when is the exam?“ Questioned Lila watching the man look at his list.

„I will need to inform them about you. I will come back later again, Mr. Kurtzberg and your friend can come with me out there,“ The doctor asked watching Nathaniel move further along with Rose and the kids, then all looked at the doctor waiting for him to talk.

„Did she lose her memory or something?“ Nathaniel asked earning a nod from the doctor.

„It‘s not 100% confirmed, but we‘re going to make the exams to make sure this is the case and to find anything else we may have lost yesterday,“

„Okay, and if she‘s got amnesia, how long does it usually take her to remember things? How can we help her through it?“ Rose asked watching Nathaniel place his arm behind Nathalie‘s back. „And how do we explain this to her kid…...well I mean hers and Nathaniel‘s,“ „Can take weeks, sometimes it can also take months. The most important thing is to not do it all at once on the same day. You should do it more….. in a routine. For example, imagine she doesn‘t know how to put a washing machine to work. Explain it to her step by step, do it the next day or the next hour again, wait and see if she knows it on her own or not. I will first make sure she gets to do the exam, later on, we will discuss it and I‘ll hand you out a brochure or two on how to handle persons with amnesia,“

„Okay,“ Nathaniel responded making the doctor nod and move further leaving the friends of Lila back. Nathaniel went down on his knees and grabbed his daughter on the shoulders. „Okay, so…….Nathalie your mommy is okay, she just will need to do a few tests to see how she‘s doing,“ Nathaniel explained, then looked up at Rose which nodded and went down on her knees too.

„Your mommy is fine. She has gotten from the accident a little problem in her head with remembering her life, us, your dad, and even you. It will be a little different for us in the next past few weeks. She will not be able to know exactly who we are for the next time and it‘s important for us to not make her feel scared or anything if we want to do things we used to do,“

„We still can do some things with her as long as she wants or allows it. It‘s just…..because of the accident, that she doesn‘t know that we‘re her family,“

„Okay,“ Nathalie responded neutrally.

„Also she won‘t remember me, Eireen, Kagami, Adrien, Luka…..,“

„I don‘t even know her….,“ Eireen commented making Rose giggle.

„Yes you‘re right, you don‘t,“ Rose mentioned. „You will,“

„Yes Rose and hopefully she‘ll get to meet the Lila we know,“ Nathaniel added earning a nod from the friend.

In the afternoon Nathaniel stood in the kitchen watching over the dinner and behind him stood Luka holding a dressing bag filling into ten dessert glasses a light pink cream carefully avoiding making any mess with it.

„I believe that 5 or 6 would have been enough. We still got pudding and a small box with various pastries," Luka mentioned looking back at the redhead.

„I was afraid it wouldn't be enough," Nathaniel responded. „Or that everyone would prefer to eat something else. I'm still not sure if people like vanilla pudding,"

„I don't think anyone here disliked any of the desserts. It can come to the situation, that some may not enjoy elderberry, but it's a matter of taste of everyone's tongue,"

„I believe Lila may like it. I know she likes the elderberry syrup. There was this one day as she was pregnant she tried it and couldn't stop to want it for the rest of the evening," Explained the redhead making Luka chuckle.

„Ah I remember, but she drank it diluted, right?"

„Yes she did after the fourth bottle," Nathaniel answered. „Where should I have known you would drink it like that?"

„The notes on the bottle?" Luka responded making Nathaniel frown.

„Yes I could have read them before, but I forgot. What else do you want? I'm not perfect,"

„Well I knew this since a little child, but well we're not born with all knowledge,"

„You know the time Lila was pregnant was cool and all, but her mood swings and raising eating habits were getting into the nerves with the time. I never thought that going through pregnancy would be this .....adventurous,"

„I know how you felt. You had to see Adrien or Ivan dealing with it," Remembered Luka. „I encountered him one night organizing for Kagami a pair of wool socks because she was freezing and it was about 30 degrees at night. He complained to me where that made sense,"

„If you thought that was weird, I had to buy Lila a sweatshirt where it had XY's face on it and she hates XY,"

„Now that's strange," Luka confessed. „Look I just finished this and will put it inside the fridge. Shall I help you out with something?" Questioned the raven-haired man opening up the fridge, so he could put two desserts after the other into it.

„For now on it's fine," Nathaniel responded, then Luka walked across the kitchen to look at the outside to see Marinette put the plates on the table followed by her son Rouven which carried for the mother the plates and Nathalie added the napkins on top of them.

„I will help Marinette on setting up the table," Luka announced walking through the corridor to leave the house, where he took up a bunch of knives from the end of the table and followed Nathalie to add them to it.

„See Dad? I'm helping mommy too," Rouven announced proudly making his father smile.

„You're doing a great job, buddy," Complimented the man making his son smile, then watch his mother take the last place of his hands afterward Marinette pecked the boy on the cheek.

„Thank you so much, my little prince," Marinette said, then Rouven held up for his father his hand to earn a high five, but before he earned it he spotted the boy Elliot Agreste enter into the lot of the Kurtzbergs along with his parents making Rouven smile excited, then he ran to encounter the blonde boy giving him a high five leaving Luka back chuckling at seeing the two friends.

„You're here too!" Rouven mentioned making Elliot nod.

„I'm surprised to see you here Adrien," Luka mentioned looking at the adult, which nodded.

„Kagami told me she forgot about today's occasion and told me about it, but I insisted to come along. I took one of the books to any chance I got to use it," Adrien mentioned. „You know because of the exam,"

„Take a break Adrien, you have probably studied the entire day for it. Enjoy the time you're here with us," Luka offered making Adrien smile.

„Thanks for the offer, but I still prefer to focus a little on the learning. We watched before along with Elliot and Hope the movie they were watching yesterday on repeat today," Adrien explained placing his hand on the boy's shoulder.

„I can't believe Rocky was the bad guy. He was always very nice to everyone," Elliot complained making Adrien chuckle and caress the boy on his face.

„The plot is a little hard for your age to follow champ. We can later on try to explain to you what led Rocky to be the bad guy in the movie," Mentioned the blonde man earning a nod from the son.

„Hey Elliot wanna play tag with me?" Questioned Rouven earning a nod from Elliot, then Rouven touched Elliot on the elbow and ran off. „You're it!" Shouted the raven-haired boy making Elliot laugh and run behind the friend. Nathalie chuckled at seeing the two boys run, then watched Elliot stop and look at her, then he made his way toward the girl scaring her off to run along with Rouven away from him and began to laugh with the boys playing the tag game.

Later on, the adults sat at the table chatting with the exception of Adrien, which had his nose inside a book to study.

„We're still working on animal-themed suits for the singing competition, which will start in September. It's quite hard to design an ostrich-themed costume for someone on the stage," Marinette explained earning a nod from Kagami.

„Who will be wearing the outfit?" Questioned Kagami. „Do you already know that?"

„No, we receive the measurements and along with them we have to create the costume,"

„What costumes are also being designed if I may ask?" Questioned the redhead.

„Sure you can. The ones we're working on currently are a dinosaur, a dog, a zebra, and a penguin," Responded Luka's wife. „The upcoming ones are an albatross, a leopard, a crab, and a clownfish,"

„Wow the last two sound hard,"

„Believe me, this will be a challenge,"

„I saw the work you were doing on that ostrich. I believe you and the others will be really successful with them either," Assured the husband making Marinette smile and lean her forehead on his.

„Thanks Luka,"

Luka leaned his chin over Marinette's head and glanced at Adrien, which was focussed on the book and Kagami was having a glass of water.

„What do you usually do at the animal center of Mr. Agreste?" Questioned Luka looking at Kagami.

„Check orders for the house, appointments, follow requests of adoptions or visits, notice down specific changes of certain animals in and outside of the cage, moving them around. Pretty much the same as my mother-in-law is doing," Kagami responded. „It's not every day the same, but it has lots of aspects that are fixed to be done at some point,"

„You're really fine working together with Adrien's parents?" Questioned Luka curious.

„I always heard family business was difficult, because of the relationships and all," Nathaniel mentioned putting into his glass lemonade juice.

„Yes but so far we never had issues due to us being in the same family. I don't know how others have experienced it," Kagami mentioned. „Also I have only been there for about a year,"

„My parents love you Kagami. There's no way, they could think otherwise of you," Adrien commented glancing at his wife making her smile at his comment.

„How does your mother feel about Adrien?" Luka asked.

„She's fine with him, don't worry. She actually enjoys knowing when I'm not able to be around to help her, that he can,"

„A mother-in-law always appreciates this from their son-in-law," Nathaniel mentioned making Marinette giggle along with Luka.

„Indeed," Luka agreed, then watched Elliot appear walking towards his parents and placed his hand on Adrien's elbow.

„Daddy, will you play with us?" Elliot asked followed by Adrien looking down at his son a little neutral at the quest.

„Uh has it to be now?" Questioned Adrien earning a nod from Elliot.

„Pretty please?" Begged the son making Luka grin at his friend, then Adrien rolled his eyes at Kagami, which shrugged her shoulders, then Adrien sighed and placed down his book.

„Well your Daddy could really use another break," Adrien mentioned getting up from his chair, then watched Rouven come along to grab Luka on his hand to follow him.

„Dad you will be the villain. You will be Rocky the fire guy," Rouven announced making Luka chuckle.

„You're saying that now, because I have flames on the edge of my pants, right?" Luka questioned earning a nod from the son.

„What will we be then?" Questioned Adrien looking down at his son, making Elliot think.

„I will be Ken, the brother of Kiara. You or your dad will be Uncle Norm and the girl Ally," Rouven mentioned earning a nod from Elliot.

„Uncle Norm sounds like a good role for me," Adrien mentioned. „Can I keep him?"

„Can I be a boy instead? I don't know how to be a girl" Elliot questioned earning a nod from the father.

„Yeah....you can be called.....Ali or so. It's a boy name," Explained the father earning a nod from Elliot.

„Okay," Elliot replied, then Rouven ran against Elliot and waved his arms against him making a wind sound watching Elliot sit down on the ground.

„I've hit you with my wind power!" Rouven announced making Elliot laugh, then Elliot got up and swung his arms forward to pretend to be throwing water at the friend.

„Splash!" Elliot shouted, then Adrien observed his son run behind Rouven and Nathalie, afterward Luka followed the kids and packed Nathalie causing her to scream, afterward she laughed as Luka began to tickle her.

„Ken! Help me!" Shouted Nathalie, then Rouven stopped along with Elliot and the raven-haired boy ran against his father and held his hands in front of his father.

„I'm using wind on you Rocky!" Rouven shouted watching Luka place down Nathalie on the ground then fall back down on his back.

„Woah.....lehlehlehleh....too much wind.....," Luka mimicked trying to play it out to the kids the role of getting hit by a wind blow. Adrien began to laugh, then approached the kids around Luka, which began to tickle the older adult making him laugh.

„Hey.....Ali, where should I help you out?" Questioned Adrien, then Elliot pulled Adrien's arms on Luka's taille to tickle him there. „You know I have a better idea, son," Adrien told placing his arms under his son's arms tickling the boy causing him to laugh.

„No dad, stop it!" The boy ordered laughing at the tickle attack of the father. „Mom, help me!" Elliot called making Kagami laugh and get up from the table to stick her hands under Adrien's arms to tickle him making him go off Elliot and fall down on his back. Elliot began to tickle his father from behind Adrien's head under the arms, while Kagami was on her knees tickling her husband on the side of his belly.

„No, no, no! Please.....I can't hold it!" Adrien complained as his wife joined in, afterward, the others stopped watching only Elliot and Kagami tickle Adrien, then Elliot stopped still cackling from the fun and observed his mother play with his father, soon she looked up at her husband's face and smiled warmly at him. Elliot noticed their minor loveable interaction and looked up at Luka, which saw it too then gave a thumb up at the blonde boy.

Nathaniel got up from the table running at the exit of the plot with his smartphone, which he held on the road and raised his fist in victory, and looked back at the guests.

„Hey guys! Lila's is almost here!" Nathaniel announced. „Nathalie your mom is coming!" Nathaniel shouted making the daughter smile and ran toward the father, which picked her up to show her far on the end of the road a black taxi come along making Nathalie happy.

„Mommy is coming!" Nathalie commented with a smile, then the guests reunited around the Kurtzberg's to await Lila's taxi to arrive.

„Is it that black Sport class?" Questioned Kagami watching on the left side of the window a hand raise out to wave at the guests. „There she is," Kagami mentioned earning a nod from her husband.

„Wave your arm," Nathaniel asked watching his daughter obey the father with a chuckle watching along with the father the vehicle approach the last crossroad before their house, soon as the car was in the middle of it from the right side a dark-blue hatchback appeared, then pulled the brakes at the moment he crashed against the taxi causing it to flip around shrieking all the guests that had witnessed it along with the Kurtzbergs.

„Nooo!" Shouted the redhead as the taxi lied on his head and the other car stood with a damaged front beside the car. Nathalie stared at the cars shocked about what she just saw, then Marinette got in front of the two.

„Look at me you two, focus me," Marinette asked watching Nathaniel look at the car, then Nathalie began to cry and Marinette embraced the two unsure about how she should handle the situation. Nathaniel stared horrified at seeing the state of the two vehicle, then felt Marinette move his face away from the scene and gazed at her husband, which was on the smartphone typing down a number. „Luka?" Marinette asked watching him look at the cars, then she rolled her eyes at Kagami, which led Rouven and Elliot into the house, then Marinette grabbed Nathaniel by his arm to pull him away from there and she gazed back to see Adrien head towards the cars, seconds later followed by her husband, which made his way to the blue car while Adrien was trying to open the door of the driver, which he couldn't move due to it being damaged.

„I will see if they need any help. Make sure they don't get to us," Kagami ordered Marinette which nodded and led Nathaniel along with his daughter back to the house, where they sat down on the couch next to the boys, which were looking sad at their friend's state.

„Maman, will Mrs. Kurtzberg be okay?" Rouven questioned, then Marinette sat down between him and Elliot and placed her arms behind the two boys.

„At the moment I don't know what I can tell you. Dad called the ambulance and Adrien and Kagami are trying to help, where they can," Marinette responded. „The only thing we can do is to wait here for the professionals to come and take care of the rest," Marinette explained and looked at Nathaniel, which embraced his daughter tight, which was sobbing about what she witnessed. Elliot looked up at Marinette, which noticed his sad feeling and caressed him on the head, then the blonde wrapped his arms around the woman, which took him along with her son tight to her to give them comfort.

The class was now in the break playing with each other in small groups. Most of the parents stood together with other parents watching their children play and chatted along with each other.

Nathaniel hung out with Luka, Ivan, Kagami, Rose, and Jin on the stairs observing their offspring play tag with another. Ivan held out his smartphone in his hands to watch the kids thought it and took a few snapshots of them running and showed it to Nathaniel, which nodded.

„Who would have thought one day we would sit together years after we finish school and watch our own offsprings play with each other?“ Luka asked looking at the friend group, which nodded at Luka‘s comment.

„I wasn‘t for myself expecting it so early, but I gotta admit it gives me such a great feeling to see Elliot run there along with the others,“ Kagami stated watching Elliot crash against Rouven, which was laughing afterward Rouven began to haunt the blonde laughing along with him, making Kagami smile enchanted. „Adrien blessing me with this cute, little boy was the best thing he could have done,“ Kagami mentioned earning a nod from Ivan.

„Did you really have to give up your education to be able to be around Elliot?“ Ivan questioned looking at the Japanese woman, which shake her head.

„No, I was able to repeat the next semester on the other year. I just didn‘t want to be less present in Elliot‘s life as I would be along with Adrien gone at the uni. I left the university to be at home with him, later on, Gabriel opened for me a 70% workload to be working at the office along with him and Emilie,“

„At least it‘s something good,“ Ivan commented.

„How‘s is every one of you doing?“ Kagami questioned. „So far I only know about Lila and Nathaniel. What are you doing Rose?“

„I opened the hair salon along with Juleka, Jean, Aurore, and Marc,“ Rose mentioned. „We cut everyone‘s hair and Jean and Juleka also know how to barber. Every man can get for 7 bucks a new hair cut. Depending on what else we do it gets another price,“ Rose explained.

„What would Nath pay for his haircut?“ Luka asked placing his hand behind Nathaniel‘s head watching Nathaniel grab Luka‘s hand to pull it down.

„Hey, I like my hair the way it is,“ Complained the redhead making Luka snicker.

„Sure you do, babyface,“ Luka joked.

„Says the one who has the face shaved,“ Nathaniel countered making Luka grin.

„You know I just shave my face out of hygienic reasons, right?“ Luka commented making Ivan chuckle at their argument.

„Are you two really going to talk about shaving right now?“ Questioned the tall man.

„Don‘t worry Ivan, if Lila was here the conversation would have turned awkward in the next five seconds,“ Kagami mentioned making Ivan chuckle.

„She really would,“ Luka agreed making Nathaniel frown.

„Hey you two are talking about my wife,“ Nathaniel commented watching Luka slap his friend on the back.

„Don‘t worry, we‘re not meaning to offend,“ Luka assured, then his phone began to ring and he got up to attend the call and walk towards the exit.

„Do you still work in the retirement home, Nathaniel‘s dad is living?“ Rose questioned earning a nod from the raven-haired man.

„Yeah. I don‘t feel like anything has changed at all except for Cody growing up,“ Ivan mentioned.

„This year was tough for me and Nathalie. We were all on our own and we only managed to visit my mom every second week. Lila was the entire time out in Italy during the recording of the series. Lila‘s luck now was, that the role she got as a protagonist will mainly play in Paris and just the first season takes place in Italy. Soon she will be here and we‘ll be able to see her more often,“

„Wish I could see her today, but we‘re going to have dinner with my parents and we won‘t be able to come,“ Rose mentioned earning a nod from the redhead.

„It‘s okay you can visit us any other day,“ Nathaniel added making the blonde nod.

„I may bring her one of the coupons my frequent guests usually receive at Christmas. In case she wants to color her hair back,“

„I think she likes having black hair so far,“ Nathaniel mentioned. „But it‘s not a bad idea either,“

„Good,“ Rose agreed, then watched Nathaniel take out his smartphone as he heard it receiving a message and he opened it to see it was sent by Ivan, that showed his son along with Luka‘s running. Nathaniel gave a thumb up, then opened his gallery to send the previous picture he took during class to the chat Ivan was in along with 14 other students from his class. Ivan replied with a thumb up followed by Marinette beginning to type down a message.

„Aww my little Prince,“ Marinette commented with several hearts beside it.

Mrs. Donner passed across the court of the elementary school with a plateau with middle-sized and small cups of coffee and stopped by the adults on the stair to offer them a drink.

„Is anyone interested in a coffee or an espresso?“ Questioned the teacher earning a nod from all students, except for Nathaniel and the teacher bowed down at the adults so each of them could take a drink.

„Ivan remember the first time my friend Paulo offered Adrien a cigarette to smoke?“ Luka questioned earning a nod from the tall man.

„Oh yes I do,“ Ivan responded with a laughter. „Why did he want to do that again?“

„He said something about it would make him more manly,“ Luka mentioned. „Really?“ Nathaniel asked. „I would have never done that,“

„I understand you,“

„Hey what‘s the next lesson in the schedule?“ Ivan questioned. „Was it Math?“ The raven-haired man asked earning a nod from the teacher.

„Yes, it is. Don‘t worry. It‘s very simple for them,“ Mrs. Donner said watching Luka elbow Nathaniel on his arm.

„You‘ll be able to tell Nathalie the difference between a plus and a minus, right?“ Luka joked making Nathaniel frown.

„Are you kidding me?“ Questioned Nathaniel making Luka chuckle. „Of course I do,“

„That‘s great, but you don‘t need to worry about if anything isn‘t understandable for you to explain to your daughter when needed. The school is here to help her out, when she needs it,“ Mrs. Donner explained earning a nod from Nathaniel.

„Your group seems quite close I have noticed. Were you in the same class before?“ Questioned the woman earning a nod from Luka.

„Well I was a class ahead of them, but I knew Nathaniel and Ivan from the elementary school. Rose was my sister‘s childhood friend and they‘re together now and I‘m married to Marinette, who attended the same class as Nathaniel and Ivan,“

„Okay and I think I‘ve seen you in some magazines along with the former teeny model Adrien Agreste, right?“ Questioned the teacher earning a nod from the blue-haired woman. „I remember starting university and see your first image with him,“

„Oh yes….I think it was with our sponsors for the fencing tournament or a paparazzi shoot,“ Kagami mentioned. „I‘m not really fond of photoshoots so I‘m sort of lost in the ones I attended with him,“

„It‘s no issue. I will move further to the next parents. See you all in the classroom again,“

„Is anyone of you going to eat at home?“ Ivan questioned. „I‘m not sure if I can make it to cook something quick for Cody only,“

„My mom offered me to pass by her house for lunch with Rouven. If you want I can ask her if she could make space for you two,“ Luka offered. „Nathaniel, you‘re also interested?“ Questioned the raven-haired man his short friend.

„I was planning in stopping at the restaurant down the Louvre, but if you don‘t mind it, I could go with you,“ Responded the redhead.

„Great, I will just make the call,“ Luka stated getting up from the stairs to search his mother‘s phone number to call her.

„Has Adrien actually have a plan B, if he fails again at the exam?“ The blonde woman asked watching Kagami take a sip of her espresso.

„I didn‘t ask him anything about it, cause I don‘t want him to feel negative about it or that I think negatively about his performance later on the exams. I think after we know the results we can see later. Maybe he‘ll get luckier this time and we won‘t need a plan b,“

„Wee, when he passes this means he will once more be distant from all of you again. How are you able to deal with that?“ Questioned Rose.

„Well, we may get used to that. If there‘s something changing between all of us I ask Adrien if we can find out a solution to this. We will wait first,“

„Don‘t let Adrien miss all the memorable moments he can experience with Elliot throughout his life. How many men or even women miss the most important parts of their kids' life, just because they're hoping to provide them a better life?“

„Oh Rose don't‘ worry. I and Adrien are both in this. We promised each other to help each other out,“

„That is good. These coming years are going to be the best ones you‘ll have with him. Believe me,“ Rose spoke earning a nod from the blue-haired woman watching the playing kids.

Adrien sat in the bedroom in front of his desk gazing into the book he was using to study. Plagg, his kwami sat on top of a shelf over the desk, which contained various named files watching the blonde learn for the exam.

„Why didn‘t you go together with Elliot and Kagami to the first school day?“ Plagg questioned. „You would be only the morning there,“

„I need to focus on Friday, Plagg,“ Warned the blonde.

„I know you do, but you could have been present there like Kagami or at least for an hour or two,“

„I could, but I couldn‘t. I will make it up for him tonight anyway by watching that movie with him they didn‘t finish yesterday,“ Adrien mentioned picking up the smartphone, which lied at the edge of his table counting the amount of minutes he‘s been studying, which were at 135. „I‘m not sure when exactly we will watch it thought. I would prefer in the afternoon rather than after dinner,“

„Wouldn‘t you want it after dinner?“ Questioned Plagg. „You know so that he can straight off go to bed or get ready for it?“

„I don‘t know…..Well it could come the case that he has homework to do and I believe it‘s better for him to do them right after school. Or he should do it the way he feels is better for him. I used to hear from Kim or Ivan, that they had the need to do something after school before working on the homework first,“

„Eating first always is a good option,“ Commented the black kitten earning a nod from Adrien, which looked back at his smartphone as he heard it vibrate then pressed on the home button to lighten up the display and see a message from his wife, then he sighed.

„Sounds quite better than the last few times,“

„That‘s why I chose this way. I‘m lately being so absent that soon or later I will end up being like my dad or worse“

„What your dad was in the past was worse. You‘re just something else…..something that comes before bad,“

Ah yes, I'm starting this fic without even having an idea what the middle will be, Lol. How I love that. Right now I have this fic in plan and one for the Snow Queen fandom (Which practically is dead or is alive, but in Russian only) so I'm giving it here a try as I actually planned to start this one first and Snow Queen just fell into my life by accident. (As usual, a ship pulled me into the fandom along with Amy MacDonald because why not?) (I also have the interest in a Crossover between MLB and SNow Queen, because I just love the idea of RollanxGerda with their elemental powers as superheroes in a lovesquare too xD I need to outline that once I got ideas.

Nathaniel Kurtzberg sat on the couch of the Kurtzberg household face timing with his wife Lila Kurtzberg, which was out for a few months in Italy due to her work as an actress.

„Today really was now the last day of our recordings here. Tomorrow in the morning I will catch the train to head back to Paris. That one will go directly to France and has only one stop in Turin," Lila explained making Nathaniel nod.

„How many episodes are now in front of me until the one you recorded today?"

„Uhm I think you have 18. We are currently at 42. But you will enjoy the last few episodes, cause my character Isabella will......nah I can't spoiler you that, but you will be surprised," Lila quoted making Nathaniel frown.

„Oh now I'm curious,"

„Hey, I already told you why I had to dye my hair in black and brown lens. You have to wait for it along with the other viewers,"

„Can I at least know if it will end in a cliffhanger?"

„Duh of course. It's the end of the season, that's to keep the tension high," Lila answered. „But I can tell you there will be a few new faces and one of them you may recognize very well,"

„Who? Any of your aunts?" Nathaniel questioned making Lila shake her head.

„No it's Wayhem," Lila responded. „He will have a minor role as a class clown. He is actually pretty decent for that role. At least in the tryouts he was,"

„Thanks to Gabriel he made it there too. That's actually cool,"

„It really is," Lila agreed.

From behind the couch where Nathaniel sat appeared a small girl, which jumped up at the couch on Nathaniel causing him to yelp and the girl with the long brown hair looked at the smartphone to see the raven-haired woman on the other side of the electronic device.

„Hi mama" The girl greeted her mother, which smiled enchanted at seeing the daughter on her husband's lap.

„Hi bella, where have you been?" Lila asked at the sudden appearance of the girl.

„I think Nathalie was working on something special for you," Answered the redhead gazing into the blue eyes of the daughter, which winked back at the man. „But as it is a surprise you can't know it until you're here," „You two are being really mean," Lila joked crossing her arms pretending to be mad at the decision of the two blue-eyed family members.

„Come on pumpkin. You'll see it tomorrow when you get back. I'm sure it will blow your mind, right Nathalie?" Nathaniel asked earning a nod from the daughter.

„Well then the only thing I have to do is to wait until tomorrow," Lila added earning a nod from Nathaniel. „Has anything special changed during the time I was gone?"

„Well, what happened.....yes Sabrina is pregnant. I've heard that from Adrien. Adrien has next Friday his exam again, which he had failed two times before and I think that's it so far. Tomorrow also I will attend the first school day of Nathalie along with Luka and Kagami with their son,"

„That's great Nathy, and Nathalie I don't know what your dad said, but don't forget to brush your teeth before going to bed," Lila warned earning a nod from Nathaniel.

„We took care of it. I promised to let her watch your show tonight if you're okay with it,"

„Okay. It's actually rated 13+, but just the last few episodes I would rather not let her watch,"

„Okay it's fine," Nathaniel responded. "I'm here for her,"

„Look I'm finishing the call for now. I'm going to visit Nana before leaving,"

„Okay, be careful," Nathaniel warned making Lila chuckle.

„Don't worry with Trixx around me, I'm safe," Lila assured earning a nod from the husband.

„See you tomorrow,"

„Bye Nathy," Lila said sending Nathaniel an air kiss, then Nathaniel turned the call off and picked the remote to turn the TV on, which was showing a commercial of Wayhem holding a cereal package in his hands.

„Nutty by Nature. The new cereals for young and teens containing almonds, raisins, and walnuts. Try it out. This may contain nuts and gluten. Suggested to be served with milk or yogurt,"

„Isn't that the cereal you wanted to try out?" Nathaniel questioned sitting up on the couch, followed by Nathalie which sat beside the father.

„No, it had Ladybug on it," Nathalie mentioned earning a nod from the redhead.

„Okay, we can see it next Wednesday during shopping," Nathaniel said, then watched on the TV the logo of an Italian studio appear, then Nathaniel placed his hand on his daughter's shoulder. „Look Nathalie the show is about to start," Nathaniel said putting the TV a little louder as the logos had played a 90th themed song in the background and showed a coyote near a road in the middle of the desert howl leading to the start of the intro and a car pass by on the road, then the theme song of the show began to play which was a pop-rock remix making Nathalie dance with her head amused at the song.

„Cool," Nathalie commented afterward she smiled brightly as she recognized in the intro her mother walk towards the camera, then under her married full name was blended in and Nathalie looked up at Nathaniel, which smiled at seeing her name on the screen.

„And what do you think of mom?" Nathaniel questioned. „Doesn't she look beautiful there?"

„She is very beautiful, dad," Nathalie agreed lying her head on the father's shoulder looking at the screen seeing a different actress with a similar body and facial structures as Lila strutt towards the camera and an Italian name appear under the woman's name.

„That woman there plays the younger version of your mom," Nathaniel pointed out earning a nod from the daughter watching the camera switch back to a male younger, character who also had his actor name announced on-screen through the introduction of the show.

At the mansion of the Agreste's, Adrien Agreste along with his wife Kagami and their common son had made the first steps of their life under the same home they were in since their first part of the education.

Adrien's ten-year-old sister sat in his old bedroom watching TV along with her five-year-old nephew Elliot. The boy Elliot sat interested looking at the movie to see a male character with fire powers throwing it on a trunk to make fire, so a group of kids got reunited around it to heat their hands.

„Rocky the fire guy is so cool," Elliot commented earning a nod from the older niece.

„What about Ally the water girl?" Questioned Hope. „She's also cool,"

„Nah I prefer Rocky," Elliot defended making Hope chuckle, then see an anthropomorphic rabbit push out from the ground two walls to form a tent-like shelter.

At the entrance of the room entered Kagami wearing a white tank top and red shorts as her sleeping outfit, then she made her way towards the couch, where the two blonde Agreste's sat and she placed her hands over on Elliot's shoulder.

„Elliot, it's bedtime," Kagami announced leaning her cheek on Elliot's face making him sad. „Do I really have to go now to bed?" Elliot questioned looking up at Kagami, which nodded.

„It's almost 10 am sweetie and you know tomorrow is your first school day and no one wants to have a tired boy during the class?" Kagami stated tapping the boy on the nose.

„Can I wait until the break?" Elliot questioned watching Kagami look at her watch and at that moment the movie got into a commercial making Hope groan disappointed.

„Not again," Hope complained making Kagami chuckle.

„Look you two, what about tomorrow we all watch that movie you were looking at? You two, me and Adrien?" Suggested Kagami earning a nod from the two blondes.

„Where's Adrien?" Hope asked watching Kagami open the TV guide to check the movie title. „I haven't seen him since dinner,"

„Your brother is studying for the big exam. You know after the last two times he failed he isn't really easy to convince to stop or take a break,"

„Dad is studying too much, mom," Elliot mentioned earning a nod from the mother, which helped her son down from the couch.

„Learning about medicine isn't for everyone. Even if Daddy is giving his best," Kagami mentioned earning a nod from Elliot.

„Will school tomorrow be hard for me?" Elliot asked making Kagami shake her head.

„No, it's very easy if you pay attention and if there is something you don't understand you can always ask your teacher at the school or us," Kagami said watching Elliot grab her hand, then Kagami walked out with her son into the corridor to reach the last room, where she got into and was in the bedroom, which got altered after Hope got older and Elliot was born into the Agreste heir. His bedroom contained a bed with a night table beside him and on the left side he had a bookshelf with only a few books on it and the others remained empty for now. On the wall he had four different watches both analog and digital, each of the clocks was adjusted to the European time zone and the Japanese time zone, which had about a difference of 8 hours. Kagami watched Elliot open up the bed for himself and got into it, then grabbed from under his pillow a red panda plush making Kagami smile remembering they had got the animal from their trip to Japan two years ago. Elliot used to sleep with the plush every night after they bought it for him.

Kagami adjusted the covers of the boy and looked at the boy, which smiled at the woman afterward Kagami pecked the boy on the cheek wishing him a good night.

„Good night, my little boy,"

„Good night mom," Elliot wished watching the mother caress the boy on the forehead gently before he closed his eyes, then the woman got up and left the door half-open and walked across the corridor into the bedroom, which now was used by Adrien and Kagami to sleep. Kagami encountered Adrien sitting in front of a desk with his arms on the table reading a book about diseases. Adrien was notably close to falling asleep, then Kagami walked toward the man, which was focused on the book, then Kagami placed her hand on Adrien's shoulder shrieking him along with herself, then Adrien sighed in relief to see it was just his wife.

„Oh it's you Kagami," Adrien mentioned watching Kagami pick up the water glass on the table handing it out to Adrien, which took it to drink,

„I just brought Elliot to bed," Kagami mentioned earning a nod from Adrien, which yawned. „And you better go to bed too, get a good night of sleep, then you wake up, have a walk or a jog, take a shower, have a good breakfast and you continue your work. Give your brain a little more oxygen before you spend another day inside the house. Elliot sort of is right, we barely saw you today,"

„I'm sorry," Adrien apologized getting up walking into the bathroom to wash his face. „I have been focusing a little too much lately on the studies,"

„Half of the summer vacation," Kagami added earning a nod from Adrien, which grabbed a towel to clean his face. „Tomorrow depending on if he receives homework or not I suggested Elliot and Hope to watch the movie they didn't finish watching tomorrow. If you're okay with it, join us watching the movie. So you'll be spending a bit of time together with your son and at the same time you can give your head a break,"

„Sounds like a good idea. What's the movie about?" Adrien asked leaving the bathroom, then removed his t-shirt while Kagami closed the door behind them.

„I don't know, but the main characters seem to be some sort of superheroes with elemental powers," Kagami responded. „I think you may like it as well,"

„Okay, okay. We'll see it then," Adrien spoke getting rid of his trousers as Kagami got into the bed, followed by the blonde, which covered himself with the bed cover and looked around at Kagami, which yawned making Adrien smile and lean his forehead on his wife's, then kissed her on the nose. „Good night,"

„Good night Adrien," Wished Kagami closing her eyes along with Adrien, so they would soon fall asleep.

Luka Couffaine stood in the kitchen of their 3-room apartment putting inside a sandwich grill a piece of toast on each black surface, afterward he added on the front row a slice of cheese and on the top of it, he added ham onto it. Luka closed the grill tight so it would grill the sandwich, so he took the time the device was cooking to store the ingredients back and he took out a pack of orange juice, then filled it into two cups, then brought them to the table. Luka walked out of the kitchen towards the corridor of the apartment to spot his son Rouven Couffaine get out of the bedroom while yawning making Luka smirk.

„Morning champ," Luka greeted the boy, which made his way toward the kitchen. „Did you sleep well?"

„Yes" Rouven responded. „Is mom gone to work?"

„Yes she is, but she told me to give you kisses and wish you a good first school day," Luka mentioned. „And you don't need to worry about it, you will see Elliot and Cody there. At least you will already know two people,"

„Cool," Rouven responded sitting down, then Luka went back to the kitchen to check, if the paninis were done and saw the grill had the green light turned on, then Luka opened it to remove the paninis into a plate and placed it in the middle of the table, so Rouven could take one, while Luka took the other.

„Mmh I love this smell," Rouven commented as he took a bite from his sandwich. „Delicious,"

„What do you think will you learn today at the school?" Luka asked. „Any idea?"

„Math?" Rouven answered.

„What else?"

„Gym. Mom said I needed to pack my gym stuff," Rouven mentioned. „She forgot to help me,"

„Okay, I will help you later with it. You don't know, where mom left your notes for school per coincidence, right?"

„I don't know,"

„Alright, let me just finish my toast and I will see, what you need," Explained the father earning a nod from the boy, then Luka heard his smartphone on the counter begin to play a rock solo, followed by Rouven use his hands to pretend to play a bass, making Luka chuckle, then Luka picked up the smartphone to see his wife's name highlighted over the number.

„Hello Marinette," Luka greeted. „Rouven is already having breakfast,"

„Great, look I forgot to pack Rouven's gym clothing. Can you do that for him?"

„Sure I was about to do that after Rouven mentioned it. Was there anything more on the list except for that and the writing utensils?"

„Uhm the water and the snack box I left it inside the fridge, the writing utensils he's got it inside his satchel, books and booklets he'll receive at the school as they require a certain type of it and that's all so far....oh and the school cone. I have hidden it in the back seat of your car,"

„Okay, I will prepare everything for Rouven. See you later,"

„Bye, I love you,"

„I love you too, Marinette," Luka finished the call, then walked toward the corridor to get to the room of his son to organize the needed school material.

On Monday morning around the 9, Ivan Bruel was reaching along with his son to the elementary school.

„We're here," Ivan said looking down at the raven-haired boy. „As I see Rouven or Elliot didn't arrive yet,"

„Yes," The boy said, then watched along with the father a black sports car stop, where a man with a mustache sat and from the back seat left a brunette woman together with a blonde girl which carried her backpack, then both made their way to the schoolhouse.

„We seem a little early or everyone else is already here. What do you think of going in to see your classroom?" Ivan asked earning a nod from the boy, then the man accompanied the son to the entrance of the schoolhouse to spot a few more children along with adults surprising Ivan at the number of parents that were present to attend their children's first day of school.

„Wow, there are really many parents present. Have you seen it, Cody?" The strong man asked earning a nod from the brown-eyed boy.

„Yes," Cody responded, then noticed in front of a classroom his father's old classmate Nathaniel Kurtzberg stay looking onto a sheet, while next to him stood Nathalie Kurtzberg holding her school cone tight in her arms.

„Nathaniel, hey!" Ivan called walking along with Cody to the redhead, which smiled and held his hand out to have Ivan slap his hand on the friend. „You're going to the class of Miss.....uh.....Donner. Evangeline Donner,"

„It is Donner like give in French, not Donner like thunder in German?" Nathaniel asked showing his daughter's schedule to the tall man.

„Probably the French version," Ivan mentioned. „Can we go in already?"

„I think so. I just got here," Nathaniel responded entering into the classroom to find a few students present with their parents in the classroom, then Nathaniel widened his eyes as he recognized a few of the parental figures inside the room. „Wow, I know some of those faces look that's Leeton Sakamoto. He plays in the Parisian soccer team," Nathaniel said advising Ivan to look at the second row, where a middle-sized man stood beside the desk looking at his own son, which was showing the adult something.

„Yeah and there's River Langerak the journalist Alya works with," Ivan pointed out watching the woman take a selfie with the raven-haired daughter making Ivan smile at the deed the woman was doing.

„Uh hum," Agreed Nathaniel, then both walked their kids into the class and Nathalie sat down in the third row along with Cody.

„Do you think Elliot and Rouven will be in our class?" Nathalie asked the boy, which shrugged his shoulders.

„I don't know," Cody responded placing his school cone on the table, afterward Nathalie did the same and both leaned their backs against the wall watching a brunette woman enter along with a blonde girl into the class greeting accompanying her to the first row on the left side.

„That girl I saw before as I got here," Cody mentioned. „I think her grandpa is rich. He drives a very fast car,"

„Cool," Nathalie answered, then watched a man dressed in a police suit accompany his raven-haired son, which waved along with the dad at the present citizens, afterward a Rose Lavillant entered into the class making Nathalie smile as she recognized one of her mother's best friend enter along with a white-skinned girl with light blonde hair, making Nathalie curious.

„Whos' that girl?" Nathalie asked making Cody shrug his shoulders. Rose smiled as she recognized Nathaniel and Ivan, then meet up with the guys by embracing both with excitement.

„Oh boys I haven't seen you for so long," Rose began. „How are Lila and Myléne doing?" Questioned the blonde.

„Fine," Both men answered.

„Lila is coming today from Italy from her acting time. Have you per coincidence see the show yet?" Questioned the redhead earning a nod from the petite woman.

„Yes, I've been liking it so far. Juleka mostly," Rose responded. „Oh and I have only told Kagami about it, but I and Juleka finally made it to adopt our first child. Let me introduce you to Eireen. She's originally from Danish descendants, but her parents lost their lives in a......shipwreck,"

„Oh," Both men replied sad, then Rose patted the girl's head making her smile a little.

„She has already been for a month in our house to get to know us better. So far I think she's liking to be with us,"

„If she's interested, she can befriend Nathalie," Nathaniel mentioned. „Nathalie is my daughter. She's sitting right behind you," Explained the redhead watching the blonde girl look back at the brunette girl, which smiled a little shyly at the adopted girl.

„Hi nice to meet you," Eireen said, then Cody got up and showed Eireen the place.

„Hey you can sit with her if you want," Cody offered making Eireen shrug her shoulders.

„You don't have to go for me," Eireen mentioned making Cody shake his head.

„No, it's okay. I'll be sitting somewhere else," Cody explained making Eireen nod and sit down on the chair, followed by Cody picking up the school cone.

„Oh, I forgot your cone. Will you wait here? I will go immediately to the car to get it," Rose said making Eireen nod, then Rose ran out. Nathaniel took out his smartphone to check the time and saw a message from his wife Lila Kurtzberg.

„Are you at the school now?"

Nathaniel went down on his knees, then held his camera to Nathalie making Nathalie jokingly stick out her tongue, followed by Nathaniel making a dorky face so he could take a picture of the two.

„Shall I send it to mom?" Nathaniel asked the girl for permission which nodded, then the father got up to send the image to the mother of the girl.

„Hey Ivan, hey Nathaniel," A voice said, then Nathaniel looked aside to see Luka Couffaine come along with his son followed by Kagami with her boy Elliot.

„Hey Luka," Nathaniel greeted.

„Hey Luka, hey Kagami," Ivan greeted. „Where's Adrien?"

„He stood back to study," Kagami responded. „You know this Friday he's got the exam and hopefully he will pass it this time,"

„Oh right. I really hope he can make it this time," Mentioned the raven-haired man. „It's harsh when all your friends pass but you,"

„Yeah it really is," Kagami said, then she heard someone call her name and she looked across the classroom to see Adrien's old university friend Jin pass by together with his son. „Hey Jin, great to see you,"

„Same Kagami or should I say.....Mrs. Agreste," Jin joked doing to the woman finger pistols making the son look confused at his father's comment.

„Is that a friend of dad?" Elliot asked looking up at the mother making her nod,

„Yeah. He was with your dad in the same class about five years ago," Kagami mentioned. „Dad would probably love to see him again,"

„Let's tell Dad, " Elliot asked watching Kagami place her hand on the boy's shoulder.

„Maybe we can ask Jin to visit us after school," Kagami mentioned then Nathaniel came between the two Agreste's.

„Are you three actually coming tonight to the surprise party?" Nathaniel asked making Kagami wide her eyes and facepalm.

„Kuso, I forgot about it. I promised you to come and I also promised Elliot and Adrien to watch the movie they missed yesterday,"

„On TV?" Nathaniel questioned.

„Yeah, but we can still watch it on replay before 72 hours pass," Kagami mentioned. „I should have written all my promises down on an agenda. I've been so busy lately that I forgot it,"

„It's okay. Can happen," Luka mentioned patting Kagami on the shoulder.

The school bell rang and before the teacher entered a blonde woman entered along with a blonde boy making Luka chuckle along with Ivan, making Kagami and Nathaniel furrow their eyebrows in confusion, then Nathaniel looked at Luka questioningly.

„Hey, you're married," Nathaniel spoke, then Luka hit the friend on the shoulder.

„I know. I'm just laughing cause that's the woman who vaccinated Rouven last time at the doctor," Luka explained, then watched the class teacher enter into the classroom with a suitcase on wheels, then she gazed in surprise as she saw the full class along with their parents.

„Wow, I'm impressed," The teacher commented placing her suitcase beneath her desk. „This is the first time after ten years, where I have so many parents present on their kids' first school day,"

„It's actually a pretty good thing," Jin shouted making a few adults snicker.

„It really is. And you're the father of who?" The teacher asked.

„I'm Jin Norgay, father of Zheng Norgay," The man introduced himself approaching the son, which sat on the table next to a blonde boy.

„Alright so, as this is our very first day of school. We will be spending the first hour getting to know each other. First I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Mrs. Donner. I'm 33 years old and I was born in Bretagne. In my free time, when I'm not working I like to read and play cards with my family," The teacher introduced, then picked up a ball of yarn from her table and held it on the beginning of the threat and threw it at the first student on the first row, which was a raven-haired boy. „So you're the first one to introduce yourself to the class. You don't need to tell a lot. Your name, nationality and maybe what your parents work is a good start," Mrs. Donner suggested earning a nod from the boy.

„Hello everyone. My name is Duarte. Actually, I have two names. I'm called Duarte André. But you all can call me Duarte. Both my parents are police officers, which met at the work. I come from Portugal, but was born here in France," The boy said earning a nod from the teacher.

„And now pass the ball to the person you want and hold the thread," The teacher asked watching the girl threw the ball back at a raven-haired girl, which smiled at the boy.

„My name is Ruby Langerak. Uh.....I'm from many countries somehow....My mother is from Ireland and England. My father from Sweden and Portugal. I'm sort of from all those four countries," Ruby explained making a few students chuckle.

„Wow, that's interesting. Which languages do you speak at the home?"

„English and French for now," Ruby responded. „My mom said maybe later I could learn Swedish as it is similar to English and furthermore if I want to Portuguese,"

„I can teach you," Duarte suggested earning a nod from the raven-haired girl.

„Aww that's sweet," The teacher commented.

„And my mother is a journalist and my father works in a theatre building the stage and other important things," Ruby explained throwing the ball at Cody, which sat behind her.

„Hello my name is Kodiak, but everyone calls me Cody. I'm from France and my mother works as an actress at the theatre and my father works in the kitchen for a house, where only seniors live,"

„A retirement home?" Asked the teacher making Cody shrug his arms.

„Yes Mrs. Donner," Ivan responded making the teacher smile and Cody passed the ball to Elliot, which frowned at Cody's lazy decision.

„My name is Elliot Agreste. My father is French and my mother is Japanese. My mom works in a bureau at the animal rescue center from my father's family and my dad is at home learning for a big exam, so when he passes he can become a doctor,"

„Ah wow, that's a great idol you got there," The teacher complimented making Elliot smile and look up at Kagami, which gave the boy a thumb up. Elliot threw his ball at Nathalie, but it landed in front of Eireen, then she looked at Elliot, which shrugged his shoulders but smiled at the adopted girl to let her take the ball of yarn.

„Hello everyone. My name is Eireen, I'm from Denmark. „I've seen a few episodes. I think I know who your mother is," Mrs. Donner stated watching Nathalie throw her ball across the room at the hands of a blonde girl.

„The name is Debby, short for Deborah. I'm from Spain and Scotland. My mom works as a vet assistant and my father works in a recording studio for music," The girl introduced herself earning a nod from the teacher, then she threw the ball across the room to another boy, which introduced himself to the class too, followed by others students until everyone's turn had passed.

Inside of the hospital in the patient room, Adrien stood along with Nino in front of the bed where his mother lied still in a comatose state. Adrien held his hand over his mother's hand, which lied on the mattress, and watched his mother with a sad face at her status.

„Oh mother, all this time you were under our house. All these months I thought you were dead or gone....Father should have said me something or even Nathalie, not just keep it a secret as if what he was doing was a great thing,"

Nino watched Adrien glance at the mother lost for more words, then he placed his hand on the boy's shoulder to comfort him.

„It's not easy to talk to someone who's not here," Nino commented, then someone knocked on the door and Nino left his friend to open the door, afterward Alya Césaire got into the room embracing the boyfriend which smiled at the girl's affection. Alya walked along with Nino to Adrien, which stood by his mother, then Alya held her arms out for the blonde to hug her.

„I'm sorry for what you have been going through," Said Alya earning a nod from Adrien. „What will be about you now with your father now gone?"

„As long as my mother is here I will be in London with Aunt Amelie as I was before. Tonight she will arrive to look for me and her. She will also see if it is possible to relocate her to a Londoner hospital. So we're able to visit her," Adrien said looking back at his mother then caressed her on the cheek. „So we're able to see her often and hope she will wake up from the coma,"

„Have you thought about if she doesn't? Or worse, she's declared for death?" Questioned the girl making Adrien shrug his shoulders.

„Nope, but I will proceed that there's a 50/50% chance for anything of this to happen. I've heard of cases where such thing happened after ten years or more,"

„Yeah, but remember if you need someone to talk about it, we're here. We may not know exactly how to talk with you about this, but we're able to listen," Offered Alya earning a nod from Adrien, then he looked up at his mother,

At the school, fewer students were around due to the afterschool activities in the classrooms and Luka was together with Marinette, Marc, and Ivan watching a group of girls act along with Myléne Hapréle and Lila Rossi.

„We fought hard to get here sir. If you just treat us like trash there's no way you're going to find people who are as worth as us!" Lila announced looking at Mireille Caquette, which wore a fake mustache.

„Well Mrs. Tak I will see, what I can do," Mireille said, then the girls turned around to the audience bowing down making the group, that attended the play to applaud.

„Wow, Marc you were right. Acting really suits Lila as well," Marinette commented looking at Marc, which held the camera of his smartphone at the group.

„Yeah, I'm quite surprised at how quickly she learned to improve herself during the times she was here. She's the one who learned it quicker as the ones who are longer here," Ivan mentioned earning a nod from Marc.

Lila sat along with Myléne between Marc and Ivan, then Marinette gave Lila a thumb up making her smile.

„I didn't expect to see you here," Lila mentioned. „Did I any good?"

„You did great. You really should in future stay in this area if you enjoy it," Marinette commented making Lila smile.

„Thanks. You're kind of cool when getting to know you better,"

„I feel the same about you. Mostly the real you," Said the blue-haired girl earning a smile from the brunette girl, then Luka waved at Lila to get her attention.

„Hey since you're fond of acting, I've been thinking about asking you to play in a music video for a music of my band. You get to play the secondary character, which is a girl, which has two boys interested in her. A nice, shy boy and an overly confident one. Only the girl and the shy boy aren't taken yet. If you're interested, you could take part in it,"

„This sounds like a good idea Luka. I will think about your offer,"

„Great take your time and report it to me when you're sure about it," Luka replied earning a nod from Lila.

Onyx stood in the patient room in front of Nathalie Sancoeur looking at the woman drinking a drink with a powder listening to the superhero, which spoke to her.

„You've been doing all that, because of love?" Onyx questioned bewildered at the story of the woman. „But you know if this all had worked out in the end he would have chosen his wife over you?"

„Yes. I know it was wrong, but we assumed it would end up well for our side, but.....you heroes kept leading and leading the situation. Even now as it seemed we had a bigger chance it still......it still wasn't worth it. I never meant to hurt anyone with it. I just wanted to help Gabriel get his wife back"

„Yes, I see. You know you cannot really get out of this issue here. You still acted negligently and will need to face justice after you're free from here. No one's going to expect you to know the exact whereabouts of Gabriel or his further plans, but if you assume your guilt and show you regret you may have a shorter stay in jail,"

„I will do what is right....Onyx I don't really know how I should say this, but....I'm grateful that you've risked your own life to save me, giving me the chance to improve myself,"

„Don't mention it," Responded Onyx back, then made his way out of the patient room passing by a security agent, which stood there in front of Nathalie's room. „I'm done," Onyx said earning a nod from the man and the boy made his way along the corridor, then stopped in front of a foreign patient room and glanced into it to spot Hydra standing in front of the bed of Nathaniel shaking his hand. Onyx got into the room approaching the boy's bed, then placed his hands on the board on the end of the bed.

„Hey how are you doing?" Onyx questioned watching the redhead glance at the raven-haired superhero.

„I'm better now," Nathaniel answered. „I heard Nathalie and Gabriel were behind all these schemes of Hawk Moth. Is that right?"

„Yes it seems so," Onyx added in response to the redhead. „Soon as Adrien found out about it he tried to find us to inform and he helped us with your miraculous again to defeat the few akumas. Hawk Moth managed to escape in the end as we fought him inside his hideout.....You know the fight could have worked out better if we had more space and acknowledge about it,"

„We will catch him next time then. We all know at least Gabriel Agreste is behind all this and we caught Nathalie. It will be easier for us to deal with him in the future....hopefully, it will,"

„I know what you mean Nathaniel. For now Paris will be safe for a while until Gabriel decides to try out his akumas. The other question will be how will we figure it out when he's in a different hideout,"

„You're right," Recited the dragon miraculous holder.

„Hey now that you two are here, what is that reunion all about which Ladybug had set on the day I leave the hospital?" Questioned the redhead patient.

„I think she wanted to ask us all if we wanted to show each other our identities and further talk about how we are going to move on after we lost Hawk Moth," Onyx responded.

„Well half of the team already know my identity. It sort of would be fair for me to know you too," Nathaniel pointed out making Hydra chuckle.

„You're right or to be aware of civilian life situations that could ruin or relationships with certain persons," Hydra added walking at Onyx, which sank his head a little tragic remembering the moments he needed to lie to the friend about his identity.

„You know I'm happier now to know I don't have to lie to you about our superhero duties," Onyx enunciated watching Hydra place her hands around his arm to gaze up at the boy.

„You did that for a good reason. Don't blame yourself for performing your duty correctly," Hydra reminded the boy, which nodded and embraced the girl to peck her on the forehead.

„Please get out of here, if you wanna make out," Nathaniel ordered feeling abashed from seeing the two in his room, which began to laugh at his comment.

A few weeks later Marinette was in her bedroom fiddling around her treasure chest she had in her room with beside her Tikki sitting on top of the miraculous box.

„Are you sure you don't want to wait for the boys to help you out?" Tikki asked watching the girl have her arms in the box trying to screw something inside it, then she groaned as she had let fall down a small wooden board into the box with its one edge to the ground and the one corner was attached with a screw into the wall of the chest.

„Are you kidding me?" Marinette complained picking out a few screws, then she held the board up in the middle of it, then pointed at the nails for Tikki to take them and she flew into the box again, then gave them to Marinette to place it into the holes of the hinge. Behind her, the door got opened up and Luka looked up, followed by his friend Jin, which checked the bedroom out and both boys got into the room, then Luka went down on his knees to greet Marinette.

„Hey Marinette," Luka greeted shrieking Marinette, which jumped afterward she sighed in relief to see her crush Luka there.

„Oh hey Luka. Sorry, I was distracted," Marinette droned, then watched Luka stare into the box and hold the board up for the girl.

„Here I help you," Luka offered making Marinette smile, which watched Tikki hold a screw against the hole so Marinette could screw in the bolt.

„Are you okay with it or do you need a third hand?" Jin asked making Marinette shake her head.

„For now it's fine Jin, thank you," Marinette responded then Jin sat down behind them and noticed under the table of Marinette several wrapped up presents making him curious then he took out a pack to see it. Marinette watched Luka take out another hinge to place it inside the chest and Marinette shrieked as she noticed Jin holding one of the presents Marinette's past self wanted to give Adrien to his birthday in the future. „Jin! Get your hands off it! They're not yours!" Complained Marinette turning red.

„Oh really?" Jin asked looking at Marinette. „It said for the most handsome boy. I thought it was for me," Jin joked making Marinette fake a laugh.

„Very funny Jin," Marinette quipped then Plagg reunited with Tikki to look at the box they're working on.

„Don't worry, Babyface knows he's not the prettiest one in this city," Plagg mentioned making Jin chuckle.

„You're saying that because of the way I decided to leave my hair, right?" Questioned the Chinese boy.

„No not really," Plagg responded.

„Are you sure no one won't recognize you with that hair?" Luka asked holding his hand inside the chest so Marinette could screw the bolts into the box.

„I don't think this will happen that easy," Jin responded putting the gift back.

„Don't worry Luka. Adrien already got dressed once as Cat Noir, yet no one figured out he and Cat Noir were the same person," Assured the cat kwami, making Luka shrug his shoulders.

„I think we almost got it, Luka," Marinette stated earning a nod from the boy, then Plagg flew around the bedroom of Marinette landing on the desk of the girl, where she had a plate of cookies and he took one to eat. Behind the keyboard of the computer, he spotted a key attached to a keyring, making the kwami left his right eyebrow and he took it out to check it.

„You have kept Master's keys?" Plagg asked watching Marinette hit her head on the open door of the chest, followed by Luka caressing her on the head making her smile and she got up to meet the kwami.

„Yes I did," Marinette responded. „He gave it to me after he lost his memory and.....yeah,"

„Yeah...." Plagg stated neutral, then Jin got up to look at the key while Luka placed his arm around Marinette to comfort her.

„We saved Paris on that day and weeks ago we saved Nino and discovered Hawk Moth's true identity. It won't take more time until we get his miraculous back," Luka said to Marinette, which nodded.

„We brought back Adrien's mother. She's in coma and all, but who knows with the time she might come back and we will be able to know more about what happened," Jin added then Plagg dropped the keys on Jin's hands, which looked at them. „What sort of keys are they? They resemble the ones they have for lockers,"

„Why would he walk around with a locker key?" Luka asked making Marinette widen her eyes and approach Jin to see the keys.

„I think they must be from a locker," Marinette said watching Jin hold the key up by its ring.

„Probably from the train station," Jin mentioned watching Marinette grab it. Marinette looked at it to encounter a number on it and she realized that the keys Master Fu left was to help her out in the future.

„Jin, Plagg you're are geniuses," Marinette complimented making Jin smile while Plagg frowned at Marinette's words.

„Hey, I'm the one who found it," Plagg objected. „The only thing Jin found was one of your future presents for Adrien Agreste,"

„Can you all please stop picking on my past behavior?" Marinette asked. „It's hard to not think about that every time I see these presents,"

„It would be a good thing to get rid of them," Jin suggested. „Or give them to someone else," Jin suggested picking up a flat gift making him look bewildered. „What the heck is in here?"

„A vinyl record of the mighty king of rock," Marinette commented grabbing the present away from Jin. „One of my dad's favorite singer, which Adrien apparently seemed to like too according to Nino,"

„Okay," Jin responded looking at the rest of the presents, then Marinette picked out one present with the number 2 and gave it to Jin.

„I've bought this at the jewelry store down at the park. Your bracelet here says I love you. If you want, you can give it to Yi or exchange it at the jewelry store," Marinette offered making Jin nod.

„I think she might like it," Jin mentioned „Thank you,"

„No problem and now excuse me, we have to finish the box before we leave," Marinette announced and took the last board to install in along with Luka inside the chest while Jin sat there watching the two work.

Adrien stood holding his baggage waiting along with his Aunt, Amelie to catch their bus on the outside of the train station of the English capital. Adrien gazed down at the ground neutrally, then his aunt placed his arm on his chin and moved his face at her to check his mood, then Adrien rolled his eyes away from the woman.

„It was a quite shock for you to know what had been going on in your house the entire time am I right darling?" Amelie asked making Adrien nod.

„This all could have been different if I just had searched for the facts why my father was always absent in my life and wanted me so bad to give him the miraculouses instead. He wanted all that to bring mom back home, but......Ladybug said it wouldn't be a good idea to do so,"

„I know what you mean. Now forget what happened back there. Try to focus on today and your future. Your mother is now here with us in the hospital. Who knows maybe when life allows us, we may be able to talk to your mother again,"

„Or even not. I.....I even feel that knowing mom is in a coma feels way worse than knowing she's dead or vanished,"

„That is terrible my darling, but don't quit visiting your mother the many days you promised. Haven't you heard of people from coma reacting to the voices of their loved ones? I'm pretty sure there is at least a chance of 50% for your mother to react to your voice," Amelie comforted the boy which nodded. A red double-decker stopped in front of them to let several people out with their baggage, then Amelie entered into the bus along with the blonde boy, then moved along the corridor, and at the end of the corridor, a trio of students jumped up excited at the sight of the two blondes.

„Welcome back, Adrien!" The trio shouted surprising Adrien, which wasn't expecting to see his English schoolmates.

„Aja, Felix, William? What are you doing here?" Adrien asked and William got closer to the blonde placing his hand on the boy's shoulder.

„We heard what happened back in Paris and wanted to make sure you feel good," William told earning a nod from Felix.

„I always knew your dad was a jerk, but.....If I have to be honest him being Hawk Moth was the last thing I would expect. I know this doesn't make you feel better, but I thought you could need to listen about this from more people,"

„It's fine Felix, thank you," Adrien responded sharing a hug with his cousin. Adrien moved on to Aja, then grabbed her hands giving her a little smile. „Hey," Adrien spoke quietly.

„Hey Adrien, I'm really sorry to hear about what happened in your home city. You can always talk to me when you need to. If you need someone to be with you in the hospital around your mother, when you don't feel well in going alone. I want you to know that,"

„Thanks Aja," Adrien responded, then received a peck on his cheek and saw the trio sat down on the back, afterward Adrien sat along with his aunt on a row in front of the students waiting for the rest of the passengers to take sit inside the bus before it left for downtown.

„As we grow old, we realize life doesn't always give us all the gifts we hoped it would. I would have loved to tell you all this in person, Marinette, but if you're reading this, it means I've already lost my memory. But you mustn't be scared, and you mustn't be sad. As I was telling you at the beginning of this letter, experiencing loss is a part of life, but it doesn't define it. Because what really matters isn't whether you win or lose. It's the ability to accept changes in ourselves. It's accepting that even if life doesn't always give us the gifts we're hoping for, the real gift is the life itself. You're not alone in this, there's Cat Noir and every other member. I feel that you fear your responsibility now as the new guardian. I can comprehend it. Take advice from your friends, accept their help whenever you need it. I know that soon or later you'll be able to master this situation and get back Hawk Moth's miraculous. I believe in you with all my heart,"

Marinette arrived along with Master Fu in front of a train with the destination Genève Airport. Wang Fu took one look at his flight ticket, which had the destination of the Nepalese capital and he gazed up at the blue-haired girl, which smiled at the man.

„Well.....I guess this is it," Marinette spoke earning a nod from the man. From the train a elderly woman in a brown jacket left making the senior stare at her in awe, making the woman smile enchanted and she let Wang take his hands looking down at the eyes of the shorter man.

„Hehe....It's incredible. I only met you and my heart is beating crazy as If I have known you for ages," Wang Fu said earning a nod from Marinette.

„You should always trust your heart," The woman spoke making the senior smile, then Marinette approached the couple and showed them a box filled with macaroons colored in various colors making the senior smile.

„This is for your trip, sir," Marinette explained giving it to the man.

„Thank you, young lady. I will never forget you," The man said making Marinette smile sad, then watched the couple enter into the train and the three waved at each other, afterward, the couple disappeared into the train and Marinette turned her back around sighing sadly at the goodbye, then watched the train puff beginning to tax slowly out of the station. Marinette walked off, then Tikki flew out of the girl's purse and patted the girl on the shoulder comforting the teenager.

„Don't worry Marinette. Ms. Lenoir knows where to go with him. He will be safe," Tikki explained earning a nod from the blue-haired girl.

„Life goes on. Whether you chose to move on and take a chance into the unknown. Or stay back locked in the past thinking of what could have been. Life is like a book and you're the author. You may have every little detail of your life planned, but as the story goes you notice many things moving differently than what you have planned. You believe to not like it at first, but soon you figure out it works out well,"

Jin and Yi stood together looking at André the ice maker making for the two an ice, while waiting Yi gazed back at Marinette, which stood there in queue with Luka.

„That's a fact. Where did you get that quote from?" Luka asked, then Marinette pointed down at Marc, which stood in the middle of several classmates of Marinette's class. „Okay,"

„There you go you two. Dark chocolate with coffee and strawberry for the young man and dark chocolate with peanut butter and blueberry for the little lady," André said handing the two his ice, then they walked together to the stairs waiting for Marinette and Luka, which were the last ones.

„Why didn't Kagami come?" Jin asked making Yi shrug her shoulders.

„Kendo practice," Yi responded. „But she promised she would somehow get here on her own,"

„Okay, that's good," Jin said, then stove his hand into the pocket of his pants, then took out two bracelets and showed them to Yi. „Yi I'd like to ask you personally.....would you be interested to be more than just friends?" Yi chuckled at Jin's comment making him grin a little embarrassed at the question, then Yi spoke to him again.

„You're meaning it?"

„Well, I thought about asking you if you would be okay if....I was your boyfriend and you the girlfriend," Jin stated showing Yi the bracelets with the love message. „You don't have to answer now. You have time,"

„You kidding? I would love to be your girlfriend," Yi answered making Jin smile, then he took the red bracelet and placed it around Yi's hand. Jin then put the blue one on his pulse and showed Yi a half-circle on his bracelet and Yi saw on hers that she had hers too, therefore allowed Jin to attach his circle on hers.

„Now people will know we belong to each other," Jin mentioned making Yi smile enchanted at the boyfriend and went on her tiptoes to kiss him on his lips.

Luka and Marinette walked downstairs along with the Chinese descendant childhood friends and walked beside the canal of Saint-Martin and all sat down in pairs. Jin and Yi sat between Nino with Alya and vice versa to them Luka took the place together with Marinette, which looked at Jin, that gave her a smile.

„Thanks for everything you've done at the beginning of our.....other life," Marinette mentioned earning a smile from Jin, then she looked at Luka, which was adjusting his guitar, that lied next to him while on his other hand he had his ice cream.

„Were you before at the train station?" Luka asked earning a nod from the girl.

„I went to see Master Fu one last time before he would leave Paris. I'm still scared of what future awaits me as a guardian, but with you two and the rest of the team around I feel safer than I did before,"

„Jin and I will always help you out no matter what, Marinette. You're never alone," Luka promised seeing Marinette lie her head on his shoulder, then rolled her eyes down at his guitar.

„Will you play something?" Marinette questioned, then Luka looked at the other couples and friends eating and he gazed back at Marinette.

„What exactly?" Luka asked making Marinette shrug her shoulders.

„Anything you want," Marinette said earning a nod from Luka, which handed the ice cream out to Marinette, so he could pick up his guitar, while he adjusted it he observed in the middle of the circle Nathaniel which had his crutches lying behind him and he held his legs down at the canal and his left pant was folded back revealing his injured leg with a metal fixture on the outside, which he had to keep for a few more weeks. He sat between Marc and Lila laughing about something, then Nathaniel raised his ice cream in the air and the two friends leaned their ice on Nathaniel's doing a similar pose to the musketeers and after they removed their ice Nathaniel's ice cream dropped down only leaving a big, green ball on his wafer making him wide his eyes in surprise and the two friends got embarrassed at their little accident.

Nino and Alya were sharing Nino's smartphone listening with one pair of earplugs to music. Besides the two were Kim and Ondine eating ice and joking with each other, next to them Alix and Max were alone eating their own ice colored after themselves. Max lifted up his smartphone to check a message, then showed it to Alix causing her to laugh. Nino also took out his smartphone to see a message he received and he began to laugh as he saw a photo of Adrien pretending to be a guard at the palace in London with a strange mimic on his face and he showed it to Luka and Marinette which began to laugh at the image.

„Too bad Adrien can't be here with us," Luka mentioned. „But with the sort of father he had, he is at least safe for now," Luka mentioned earning a nod from Marinette, which smiled watching Nino put his phone back and she looked at Onyx's alter ego Jin, which smiled lovely at his girlfriend, then placed his hand under her chin and leaned his forehead on hers. Marinette smiled glad about the boy's happiness and she wrapped her arms around Luka's, which smiled at the girl and began to play on his guitar.

Marinette smiled listening to the boy playing the melody of a country song, then Luka smiled watching Marinette close her eyes as he continued to play the song. The sporty couple and the artistic trio watched Luka playing the guitar, agreeing to enjoy the talent of the raven-haired teen. The guitarist plucked on the strings, making Marinette chuckle and close her eyes to enjoy the music just like the cat-themed superhero's alter ego was doing, then Yi noticed it and leaned her head under his chin making Jin smile and lie it over her. Luka continued performing the Melodia, then observed Marinette getting lost into the music, then he leaned his mouth near Marinette's ear to whisper making her wide her eyes turning red at his words, then she moved her face to the boy, which was smiling at the girl and Marinette nodded turning redder than before, then she pecked the boy on the cheek which continued playing the song for everyone around them.

Inside a garage building in another part of Paris, a vehicle with a garage license was parked on the spot for electric cars, afterward, a rented family van appeared and parked beside it, then opened its window from the driver side and so did the other vehicle on the other side of the car. Inside the white vehicle sat the fashion designer Gabriel Agreste and on the other side of the vehicle sat a brunette woman with a tan skin complexion.

„I've heard in the news. You're the monster, that has been terrorizing everyone including my daughter" The woman argued earning a nod from the blonde.

„I know your daughter well. She was really unstable after her first akumatization," Gabriel spoke. „Mostly after this time she always was alone at home. No one could try to help her out of this situation only one person,"

„How could you do that to such a young girl?" Mrs. Rossi asked. „And everyone else in this place?"

„Your daughter was after her akumatization really frustrated what happened to her before with Ladybug. Forgiving Ladybug's indelicate behavior never was an option to her and I wanted to make sure it would never get to that and used every thing I could to pull her strings hopefully making it to create a bigger chaos to Paris, which worked well,"

„You're lucky you were able to escape from the superheroes' hands. Otherwise you would be under the earth right now!"

„Wow I've always heard Italians women were really temperamental. Now I see where Lila has got it from,"

„I'm warning you, if you put a finger on my daughter again with or without the miraculous I will personally take care of you life!" Warned Mrs. Rossi making Gabriel laugh.

„I like you. What do you think of we making a deal," Gabriel offered. „I leave your daughter for good and you help me get the miraculouses of Ladybug and Onyx. When I really need someone to use the peacock miraculous this is where I was thinking about adding you to. If we manage to get the miraculouses, I will leave you and your daughter, Lila, for good and I will use the miraculouses to bring back my lovely wife back from her coma,"

„Your wife?" Mrs. Rossi asked earning a nod from the man. „That works?"

„And you will leave us in peace?" Mrs. Rossi questioned again earning a nod from Gabriel, which held his hand out to the woman. Mrs. Rossi frowned and put her hand out to shake the hand of the man. „You can count on me, Mr. Agreste" Affirmed the mother of Lila making Gabriel smile.

„Wish you a pleasant evening," Gabriel wished turning the engine of the family van on and left the diplomat back, which placed her hand on her face in regret at the step she had just done.

„Don't worry, it's all for your daughter's safety," Mrs. Rossi commented putting the engine on to leave the parking spot too heading to the outside of the garage.

FINALLY! I'm not sure if this took longer than Super Nathan 1 or 2 did or if I'm just feeling like it was a long way to go here. Well, when I worked on this fic I feel like I was taking it ten times more serious than usual, mostly when it came to trying to work on character redemption in here. Seriously the NYC special killed my brain at some points of the movies while others were alright. Serious the writers should stop or sink Marinette's creepy behavior. Yeah, she's in love and all that, but I don't think any girl in real life acts THAT weird. (Well this now refering to other awkward moments) But well I know many others that didn't like her behavior improved her in fanon better than the writers and I tried to do the same to her here. The idea was something else, but now as I had Jin to use the cat miraculous I thought he should be to Ladybug like an older brother to help her grow and understand that some issues that in canon she never gets called out for have a reason to be called out. Rest in peace English....Sorry for the last sentence...

Okay as you see I left an open ending, which means later at some point I will make a sequel. What else it will be about remains unknown for now. It will also be the last one for now as when I wrote this crossover I wasn't expecting it to be well, usually crossovers I don't tend to be that good, but hey if this one went well I can jump and make a Snow Queen & Miraculous crossover with a more awkwardly ridiculous lovesquare xD I mean the idea is hilarious, but if I can manage the logic in it is the other question.

Upcoming fics you wonder? I'm thinking about part 4 of the Adventures of Super Nathan, but I don't have a lot of ideas for the plot. Ladybug reached the cafeteria of the hospital to see Reverser get pulled down of his paper plane, so Lila’s alter ego Reverser 2.0 could get up on it and she flew through a door, which led to the kitchen afterward Reverser ran into the kitchen to follow her not noticing Ladybug, who was watching them had stood back.

“This is not good. If they get somewhere else, the hospital will be in trouble,” Ladybug announced opening her yo-yo to call her partner Onyx, which attended the call.

“Ladybug I’m almost there. On which part are you?”

“I’m at the cafeteria, get here quick,” Ordered Ladybug and Onyx declined the call and Ladybug ran into the kitchen to see the cooks running to the emergency exit as Reverser 2.0 tracked them down on her airplane.

“You may be able to weaken their power,” Asked Reverser 2.0. “But mines I can make people follow my order, wanna see it?” Reverser 2.0 asked snipping with her fingers to obtain a paper plane, which she threw at a cook, which had covered himself with her arms. “Madame, go make a chocolate cake for 100 persons,” The villain ordered watching the woman salute and walk away towards the large metal door, where the kitchen fridge is and got into it to get ingredients.

“Eh that’s nothing I can make that great dishwasher there go insane during the washing process,” Reverser stated snipping with his fingers, where another paper plane appeared, which he used to hit the assembly line of the device, causing it to untidy sounds inside the engine and the belt clamped unable to move on correctly.

Ladybug looked out at the cafeteria hoping for Onyx to show up and sighed as he didn’t show up yet.

“Onyx come on, I need you,”

In the meanwhile, Onyx stood on the top of the building looking at the large clinic looking at the fastest way to get into the building, then spotted a person opening the window making Onyx smile and jump at the building grabbing himself on the outside of the window, then he climbed into the room onto the top of a table pushing down two bouquets of flowers causing the vase to break making him wide his eyes at his deed.

“Ops,” Onyx said, then got surprised as he got into a patient room to see a light-brunette woman lying on the bed with a baby in her arms and behind her stood a tall, raven-haired man and another older adult looking at the appearance of the superhero. Onyx looked at the side to see another couple next to him and a woman, which was shocked at the damage caused by the superhero. “I’m very sorry,” Onyx apologized picking up the flowers and handing them out to the two women, which stood there looking at him. “Here, they’re not damaged and…..I like your blue eyes,” Onyx complimented the younger woman, which slapped the superhero with her bouquet.

“Hey that’s my girlfriend!” The man beside her shouted earning a nod from Onyx, which turned around.

“Sorry, I didn’t mean to sound like a jerk,” Apologized the hero looking at the three people around the bed, then Onyx smiled at seeing the newborn in the mother’s arms. “Aww you got your mother’s face,” Onyx complimented making the mother smile, then his staff rang loud in the room causing the baby to cry making Onyx smile embarrassed and get out of the patient room leaving the father and the man behind the bed annoyed with the cat-themed superhero.

Onyx attended the call, which was from Ladybug.

“I’m here, I’m here. I just got into the wrong part of the building,” Onyx explained. “I just have to race along this corridor and I’ll be at the cafeteria,”

“Make it quick. They’re not really interested so far into going somewhere else,” Ladybug warned earning a nod from Onyx.

“I’ll be there, hold on,” Onyx confirmed turning the call down, then he went down to run like a cat to follow the sign of the cafeteria, soon he arrived at the cafeteria, where he saw Ladybug on the outside waiting for him.

“I’m here,” Onyx announced getting up on his feet, then Reverser flew out of the kitchen on the plane stopping in the middle of the room as he recognized Ladybug and Onyx.

“Ah finally you two again,” Reverser started. “Do you think together you can defeat me?”

“Sure, we already did it once” Onyx answered, then from the kitchen appeared Reverser 2.0, making Onyx drop his mouth surprised at the Reverser copy. “Well…...don’t worry, the rest of the group will be here too in a while,”

“Well talking about team…...Super Snake won’t be able to make it, cause he got hurt,” Ladybug pointed out making Onyx sigh.

“Oh boy…..never mind, we have always made it out and we will do it today too!” Onyx said triumphantly, then Reverser shot a paper plane at Onyx, then he jumped away to dodge it and looked at Ladybug, which threw her yo-yo at Reverser to pull him off the plane and Onyx got up to head towards Reverser, which growled creating a paper plane with his fingers and threw it against Onyx, which dodged it again by throwing himself on his knees to slide past Reverser.

“Use your cataclysm on the plane!” Ladybug ordered, then Reverser 2.0 jumped on the airplane smirking at Ladybug, then the plane took off flying away followed by Ladybug dropping herself off the plane.

“You’re okay?” Onyx asked earning a nod from the heroine, then Reverser got up and snipped with his fingers to get a paper plane and Onyx heard Reverser’s short growl and used his staff to throw the villain down at the ground. “We have to follow Reverser 2 right now, she’s got the plane with her,”

“Yes and with that, both will get deakumatized back when we destroy it,” Ladybug said. “Let’s go,” Called the superheroine leaving along with Onyx the cafeteria to race along the corridor, then Ladybug spotted Luka and Adrien leading people out of the level and Ladybug grabbed Luka on the arm.

“Luka I need you to get the snake miraculous. I know I said something else before, but it would be super duper important if someone would use it to help us out,” Ladybug said, then saw Reverser run along the corridor, then she left Luka without words and ran into the staircase to go another level up.

“Okay go get the miraculous while I try to keep Reverser busy,” Onyx ordered watching Luka and Adrien depart and Onyx extended his stick and noticed the red extinguisher on the ground, then used his staff to kick it away from him against the villain, which got hit by it and fell down on the ground. Onyx chuckled, then watched Reverser create a paper plane to aim it on Onyx, which he dodged by jumping into the winter garden.

“Missed me!” Onyx commented making Reverser growl and get up from the ground walking towards the winter garden, then Onyx pushed with his feet a chair against Reverser and Reverser grabbed the chair by its back and used it to break it on the ground, so he had the long side of the chair and pointed it at Onyx, which smirked at the villain’s plan.

“Oh you finally came to the conclusion to have a regular street fight?” Onyx asked earning a nod from Reverser, which ran against Onyx with the chair and was blocked by the staff.

  Luka and Adrien were back in the patient room, standing beside Nathaniel which lied on the care bed looking at the two boys talking to him.

“I have no idea, what you’re talking about. I don’t have any miraculous,” Nathaniel said making Luka frown along with Adrien.

“Nathaniel you gotta trust me, I was the one wearing before you the snake miraculous. Someone has to help Ladybug and Onyx out there or they will be doomed,” Luka said. “I know the secret is important for you, but right now someone needs to take your place and help your team out,”

“You’re hurt, Nathaniel. We can help her out, we’ve both experienced with the miraculous, we will bring it back to you in the end,” Adrien mentioned watching Nathaniel look down at his miraculous, then his kwami, which was hidden on the top of the TV in front of the bed looked out nodding to his holder, then Nathaniel sighed and took off his miraculous.

“Okay, but be careful,” Nathaniel said holding it out to Luka, which took it and looked at Alya and Miss Kurtzberg, which were there together.

“Be careful Luka, Hawk Moth knows your identity, as well as Nino’s,” Alya warned earning a nod from Luka.

“I thought Hawk Moth didn’t know it,” Adrien mentioned making Alya shake her head.

“Apparently on the last fight Hawk Moth made it to talk to Ladybug and he stated he was aware that Carapace was Nino,” Nathaniel mentioned. “He obviously will have questions, if he sees Viperion showing up again after this time,” Adrien mentioned, then Luka handed the miraculous to Adrien, which looked up surprised at Luka’s deed. “You want me to help?” Questioned the blonde.

“I know you worked together against Desperada as Aspik back on the day Ladybug gave me the chance to join her team. Also on the other hand Hawk Moth has no idea who Aspik was on that day, but he knows me,”

“Right and he only knows about me as Cat Noir, but as Aspik….,” Adrien said placing the bracelet around his hand, afterward the kwami appeared from behind the TV and saluted at the blonde. “I’m unfamiliar to him,”

“Great now transform and get out there, I stay back with the others,” Luka demanded making Adrien smile and raise his fist up to activate his miraculous.

“Sass, Scales slither!” Adrien shouted transforming into Aspik, afterward, he left the room and noticed Onyx and Reverser were gone. “Hmm….” Aspik ran to the staircase and went one level up and looked into the corridors to check if someone was, there and he went back to the staircase to leave in the 4th level and saw three nurses and two doctors play tug of war with the hose from the firebox. “Okay, I think I’m going the right way,” Aspik went into the corridors to see Reverser disappearing into another corridor at the end of the one Aspik was and the blonde followed the supervillain along the corridor and he shrieked as he landed in the maternity.

“Oh boy,” Aspik entered the new zone along the corridor, then watched Reverser getting thrown out of a room, then he got up with the help of a walking stick and lifted his stick up as Onyx showed up to fence with the supervillain.

“Onyx led him out of here. This is not a good place to fight” Aspik warned watching Onyx get hit on his face by the villain’s stick.

“You don’t say!” Complained the cat-themed superhero, then Aspik took his lyre and used it to hit on Reverser slapping the stick off his hands.

“Ouch!” Reverser complained grabbing his hand, afterward Onyx packed Reverser tight making him unable to move, then Aspik came closer to the two.

“We need to tie him up somehow,” Aspik stated earning a nod from Onyx.

“I just need to know, what we could use,” Onyx mentioned. “Hey, I think a bandage would be useful,”

“Sure, I will get one…...uhm…..this rooms here are….”

“Don’t worry, those here are regular patient rooms,” Onyx assured watching Aspik get into a room, then a minute later he got out along with an adult man, which held two rolled up bandages together and Aspik took one of his hands and used it to tie Reverser’s arms together.

“Try to tie up his legs, sir,” Onyx asked watching the man sit down on the akumatized teen’s legs squeezing them making him wide his eyes at that moment, then Aspik gave the man a thumb up, which slowly began to tie the legs of the supervillain.

“Very well,” Onyx complimented, then saw the personal restroom opening up as a nurse got out, then Onyx rolled his eyes at the place earning a nod from Aspik, which helped Onyx carry the villain into the toilet and they dropped him in there and closed the door. “Thanks for the assistance,”

“No problem,” The man said, then Onyx ran together with Aspik along the corridor.

“Are only Ladybug and you around currently?” Aspik asked earning a nod from the raven-haired superhero.

“Hydra must be on the way,” Onyx responded. “Ladybug continued to pursue Reverser 2,”

“Okay,” Aspik replied, then both males heard a laugh and they went faster and saw at the end of the corridor Reverser 2.0 fly out of the corridor racing towards the two superheroes, then Onyx extended his staff to cause her to lose control and fall on the ground.

“Wow you show no mercy,” Aspik mentioned surprised making Onys shrug his shoulders, then Ladybug appeared and got surprised as she saw Adrien was present there as Aspik.

“Hey Ladybug,” Aspik greeted the heroine with a smile, then Ladybug approached the blonde and the raven-haired superhero.

“What are you doing here?” Ladybug asked. “Wasn’t Luka the one, I asked to come?”

“Yes I know, but there was a little change of plans,” Aspik responded, then looked at Onyx grab the paper plane earning a thumb up from Ladybug, afterward Onyx got hit between his legs and placed his hands there groaning in pain.

“What is your problem?” Onyx squeaked dropping the paper plane, so Reverser 2.0 could take it, then she rode away from the superheroes, but was caught by Ladybug again with her yo-yo.

“You’re not going anywhere” Ladybug warned stopping Reverser 2.0 from moving forward.

“Yes I am,” Reverser 2.0 countered as Aspik pulled his miraculous to activate a checkpoint in the timeline and the villain threw his paper plane against Onyx.

“I order you to attack Ladybug and Aspik,” The paper-themed villain ordered Onyx, which hissed like a cat and jumped at Ladybug, then Aspik pushed the snake-head on his miraculous back to go back in time.

“Second chance!”

“You’re not going anywhere” Ladybug warned stopping Reverser 2.0 from moving forward.

“Yes I am,” Reverser 2.0 countered as Aspik pulled his miraculous to activate a checkpoint in the timeline and the villain threw his paper plane against Onyx, then Aspik pushed Onyx against the wall, so the plane would miss him.

“Don’t need to thank me,” Aspik said, then watched another paper plane fly towards the snake-themed superhero and he pulled his snake-head back to go back in time again.

“You’re not going anywhere” Ladybug warned stopping Reverser 2.0 from moving forward.

“Yes I am,” Reverser 2.0 countered as Aspik pulled his miraculous to activate a checkpoint in the timeline and the villain threw his paper plane against Onyx, then Aspik pushed the cat-themed superhero away to avoid him getting hit by the plane.

“Extend your staff, Onyx!” Ordered Aspik watching Onyx press the button to enlarge the baton, which Reverser 2.0 grabbed with her hands and Aspik threw his lyre against her pushing her down letting her hands off the staff. Onyx activated his cataclysm and jumped at the airplane of the villain, then she managed to move the plane away from the superhero, which ended up cataclysm a hole on the floor and fell down into a hall, where various workers were having a reunion together.

“Urgh,” Groaned Onyx getting up, then Reverser landed on top of the cat-themed superhero and snipped with her finger to obtain a paper plane to aim it at the first person she saw in front of her.

“This is perfect, I order you to attack this superhero here,” Lila’s alter ego announced throwing a paper plane at the man in the gray suit, afterward she aimed more staff members of the management and Onyx got up and jumped in the air and grabbed himself on the hole, then Aspik got down to help the superhero.

“I got you, don’t worry,” Aspik assured the raven-haired superhero, and Reverser 2.0 pushed Onyx on his tail causing him to slip with his hands off the ground landing on his butt on the table.

“You’re not going anywhere, mutt” The female ordered, then one of the bosses pulled Onyx on his tail, followed by Onyx, which tried to pull the man away from him, but was grabbed by two other women on his arms.

“Onyx, you gotta get out of there!” Aspik shouted watching a third person try to remove his mask off his face, which didn’t seem to work as it was glued on his face.

“Ouch! This hurts!” Whined the black-dressed superhero, then Aspik placed his hand on his miraculous, then Ladybug stopped the blonde from going back in time.

“No, no, no. Let’s wait, just go back in time, when it gets worse for him,” Ladybug added watching half of the squad around Onyx holding him, then Reverser 2.0 smirked and went down at the superhero and looked at his face.

“So so, I wonder which pretty face is hiding behind this mask here,” The akumatized teenager commented watching Onyx retrieve his arms back to avoid her getting closer to the miraculous, then Reverser looked at the group and gave them a new order. “Pull out his arms to me,”

“No!” Onyx shouted, then Aspik looked at Ladybug, which shook her head making Aspik gulp and observe the workers hold Onyx together.

“Stay in watch Aspik! Reverser got free!” Ladybug shouted looking across the corridor to see Reverser had gotten out and Ladybug made her way towards the supervillain and used her yo-yo to block the supervillain to come closer to her and Aspik.

“How is it going with Onyx?” Ladybug asked looking at Aspik, which noticed Reverser 2.0 had packed Onyx’s hand ready to remove his miraculous making Aspik wide his eyes in shock and at the moment inside the rooms they were the lights shut down for three seconds and returned back bewildering Aspik along with Reverser 2.0, which had stopped her move and she shrieked as she saw from the projector, that stood near the window a lighting jump out towards the supervillain causing her to drop his hand and the lighting dematerialized itself into the superheroine Hydra, which pushed her away from Onyx and stood in front of him watching the supervillain lie on the ground astonished about the superheroine.

“Get off me!” Onyx complained, then Aspik jumped from above the level and pushed two men away from Onyx, while the cat-themed successor managed himself to pull the others off him with ease due to their distraction and Hydra looked at the friend, which was now free.

“Wow is that what the lightning power does?” Aspik asked curiously earning a nod from the dragon-themed superheroine.

“Uh yes,” Hydra answered at seeing the snake-themed hero’s different looks. “Where’s Super Snake?”

“He’s…..non-viable,” Responded Aspik, then held out his hand. “I’m Aspik,”

“I’ll be right back, I need to charge,” Onyx warned, then Reverser 2.0 jumped at Onyx, pushing him down on the floor.

“You’re not going anywhere!” The villain shouted shrieking Aspik and Hydra.

“Let him go!” Shouted the blonde superhero, then Ladybug showed up landing on the ground and looked up to see Reverser hadn’t shown up yet near them and threw her yo-yo up in the air to activate her lucky charm.

“Lucky charm!” Shouted Ladybug receiving a bed cover making Ladybug furrow her eyebrows annoyed.

“Ever heard of the joke two piggies under a blanket?” Aspik questioned making Ladybug stare at him serious at the comment. “You know I missed your reaction towards my jokes,”

“If I need to be honest your jokes were far way better than Onyx’s his,” Ladybug announced, then saw Reverser jump from above against Ladybug, then Aspik threw his lyre against Reverser’s face and caught him, afterward he pressed the villain against the floor and looked at Ladybug, which observed Hydra with her sword trying to get closer to Reverser 2.0 and Onyx, which was held on the floor.

“Hydra do you think you can find a way to get the paper plane away from Lila?” Questioned Ladybug watching Hydra think and smile as she knew what to do and transformed into the air.

“Wind dragon!”

“Where is she?!?” Lila’s alter ego shouted, then the wind blew the large paper plane vehicle away and the villain let Onyx go and jumped at the vehicle trying to hold herself on it, while the wind juggled with her around unable to get rid of her.

“Onyx, use your staff!” Aspik ordered watching Onyx race at the wind and extend his staff to hit Reverser 2.0 on the feet, causing her to slip off the vehicle and Ladybug extended the blanket in the air and Aspik got ready to grab the other side, so they could catch the supervillain, then both former partners folded it together to have the villain stuck in it. Hydra turned back into her human form landing on her feet almost losing her equilibrium and looked at the paper plane land on the table, then she looked at Onyx, which pointed at the airplane and disappeared into the corridor. Hydra took out her sword and jumped in the air to slice the paper plane in a half to release the akuma.

“Well done, Hydra,” Complimented Ladybug dropping the akuma, followed by Aspik, which didn’t notice the heroine letting the blanket go afterward Ladybug extended her yo-yo out to capture the akuma.

After the catch, Lila and Marc were turned back into normal and the three remaining superheroes gave each other a fist bump.

“Man it felt weird to be a superhero once again, mostly a snake-themed one,” Aspik said making Ladybug chuckle.

“Glad you were here helping us out and you too Hydra. Thanks to you we got out of this,” Ladybug said earning a smile from the short girl.

“It was my pleasure, Ladybug,” Hydra responded, then Onyx showed and got astonished to see everything was fixed and looked at two members of the management confused and he gave the two his hand to comfort them.

“That was a close call for his miraculous too,” Ladybug mentioned earning a nod from Aspik and Hydra.

“Why does Hawk Moth actually want our miraculous?” Hydra asked looking at the heroine. “I’ve been wondering about it for a while, but never got the chance to ask,”

“He mainly wants mine and Onyx’s because with them he can obtain the ultimate power and in the wrong hands…..,”

“It can have catastrophic results,” Aspik added, then Onyx approached the group and smiled at them and Aspik held his hand out to Onyx.

“You’re a good cat miraculous holder. Keep it that way buddy,” Aspik complimented making Onyx smile and shake his processor’s hand.

“I will do my best. Thanks for leaning us a hand,” Onyx thanked, then Ladybug looked at Lila and Marc, which were sad about their akumatizations, therefore she went down on her knees to check them out.

“Are you two alright?” Ladybug asked watching the two avoid eye contact with each other. “Come it was a misunderstanding, what happened. Talk with each other slowly and without interrupting each other. Whatever the issue is you can solve it together,”

“Yes,” Whispered Marc. “If you don’t mind, I want to think about my idea for a little while,”

“It’s okay. I won’t say anything to Nathaniel if you don’t want to,” Lila promised. “Unless you need help I can help you,”

“I want to be able to do it alone. I don’t want to be afraid of rejection,”

“Okay,”

“Guys, if you don’t mind. I have to bring back my miraculous back. Will ya go around and make sure everyone’s okay?” Aspik asked earning a nod from Onyx.

“I will take the maternity, if no one minds,” Hydra suggested earning a nod from the blonde.

“Good, then I’ll take the intensive unit,” Onyx added, then Ladybug whistled calling Onyx’s attention so he saw her shake her head making him wide his eyes curious. “Not?” “Go with Hydra together,” Ladybug ordered making Onyx nod.

“Okay, sure,” Onyx answered looking at Hydra, which smiled and moved along with the superhero out of the reference room.

“Why did you sent them together?” Questioned Aspik while Ladybug just smiled helping up Marc and Aspik just observed the doors close of the reference room.

“Will you two be okay?” Ladybug asked earning a nod from the two teens.

 Several minutes later the two heroes escorted the former akumatized kids back to the zone they were before, where Miss Kurtzberg was waiting there along with Luka.

“I will drive both of you home, I don’t have any problem with that,” Miss Kurtzberg announced patting Lila and Marc on the shoulder.

“Thank you Miss Kurtzberg and have you talked with Nathaniel about…...you know this with the miraculous?” Ladybug asked making the woman shake her head.

“Not yet,”

“Well, I make sure I pass by your son one day to talk with you two. This is really important for no one to know about it, this is why you never knew it from Nathaniel’s side,” Ladybug explained earning a nod from the woman.

“Today was a very long day, I really need this night of sleep,” Miss Kurtzberg stated, then Luka placed his hand behind the woman’s back to caress her.

“We better go now Miss Kurtzberg. The superheroes are here,” Luka mentioned, then the quartet left Ladybug back with Aspik, which made his way into the patient room, where Nathaniel lied at the moment alone and Aspik noticed the empty room.

“Where did your roommate go?” Questioned Aspik transforming back into Adrien Agreste, then noticed Nathaniel was sleeping with earplugs on listening to music, then Adrien took his bracelet off and carefully put it back on Nathaniel’s wrist, then Sass showed up in front of Adrien’s face and bowed down respectfully making Adrien smile. Adrien looked back at Ladybug, which stood there watching Adrien retrieve the miraculous back, then both met in the middle of the room and smiled at each other.

“Thanks for sparing Luka from this. It wasn’t really necessary, but I’m glad I was able to count on you,”

“You know if I could I would still be there to help you out, but you know how I’m in London I can’t be such a great help,” Mentioned Adrien. “But luckily you’ve found new teammates, which work pretty well together. That’s the greatest part of it,”

“Yeah, I’m thankful for everyone who’s been with me the past weeks,” Ladybug admitted. “And about your friend Nino, don’t worry we will watch over him and make sure nothing happens to him,”

“I know, thank you,” Adrien responded, then heard Ladybug’s miraculous beep. “You need to go,” Adrien warned watching Ladybug cover her earrings, then nodded at the blonde, and before she left she looked up at Nathaniel, which was asleep, and smiled.

“You know…...it doesn’t matter anymore to me. If I know your identity, you deserve to be aware of who I was all along these moments,”

“No Ladybug it’s alright, you don’t have to do that for my sake,” Adrien rejected watching the superheroine’s destransformation automatically drop off, making him close his eyes to not see her civilian self.

“I never thought I would do this but…….huh?” Marinette asked curious seeing Adrien had closed his eyes out of loyalty to the girl, then Marinette smiled at his deed and looked down at the floor thinking about Adrien’s decision. “Adrien before you open your eyes, I’ve got an important question, not because of you, more because of me and my team. What do you think about the team show each other the civilian identity for…..you know for some cases it would be nice to know your teammates in real life and be quicker to cooperate or help each other out in order to save our identities?”

“I don’t think that was a problem for Nino and Alya when they were Carapace and Rena Rouge,”

“Well they could spare lying to each other about it, that’s at least something positive,” Adrien mentioned earning a nod from the blue-haired girl.

“Well, I will keep thinking about this and see what the others say to it,” Marinette said making Adrien nod. “You’re really sure you don’t want to know my identity?”

“I’ve been eagerly waiting for this moment since the day we met, but…..I’m going out with Aja and you surely have someone else interested in you or the other way around. I don’t really want to eventually ruin anything with knowing your real identity,” “I know what you mean, it kinda did it for me, but…..I’m sort of over it more or less,”

“Okay…...but you think we’d had a chance if I knew your identity and anything else wouldn’t be like it is now?” Adrien asked making Marinette think about it and shrug her shoulders.

“Adrien…...you’ve got a new life there in London, you’re free there, less under over protection as you were here, you’ve got a girlfriend that actually loves you for who you are and you do the same to her. Don’t throw that away, just because of me. Life happens to not go our way and there are times, you just have to accept it,” Marinette said earning a nod from Adrien, which seemed a little sad at the words Marinette picked.

“I understand,” Adrien said, then Marinette opened the door looking at Adrien, which stood there with closed eyes, then she took a breath and exhaled it out, afterward she closed the door and Adrien opened his eyes.

Sass flew closer to the blonde and placed his paw on Adrien’s shoulder, then saw Adrien look a little disappointed at the snake-themed kwami.

“I understand your sacrifice was painful, but you both now have different lives. You did the right thing letting her go,”

“You know, there is this one British songwriter that states, that if you love someone you sometimes need to let that person go,” Adrien explained earning a nod from the kwami.

  In the maternity zone, Onyx stood along with Hydra inside a patient room talking with the chief doctor while Hydra was looking at the bed, where a woman held a baby in her arms, and next to her stood the husband gazing amazed at the little kid.

“Everything seems alright here. The operations could be continued without any more issues, the intensive unit is alright a few rooms are delayed with its patient care, but soon it will be alright as tonight a few extras will join the shift for a while until it’s better,” Explained the chief earning a nod from the superhero. “Please thank Ladybug and the rest of your team for stopping these two akumas from causing more damage. We owe you,”

“We just did our job, there’s no need for anything,” Onyx answered, then looked at Hydra watching the family with the baby, making Onyx smile along with the chief doctor.

“The wonders of becoming a mother is always one of the greatest things here to see in the maternity;” The doctor stated seeing Onyx agree with a bright smile and approach the heroine, which observed the father sit beside the wife to hug her and hold their baby closer to them making Hydra smile and pass her hand under her eye touched by the scene, then she noticed Onyx look at her and she looked away from him.

“Does this make you think of someone?” Whispered Onyx making Hydra shrug her shoulders.

“A little,” Responded the girl, then Onyx placed his arm behind her back to comfort her.

“He would be proud to know at your deed today. Hydra saved Onyx and destroyed the akuma object for Ladybug,” Onyx said trying to sound like a commentator, then the baby began to cry making Onyx grin embarrassed. “Sorry,”

“We probably should leave them alone,” Hydra suggested watching the father take the baby to try to calm it down, making the heroine smile at the slower success of the man.

“Sure,” Onyx whispered and walked out of the room into the corridor walking along it leaving it, then got into the elevator, where another doctor stood together with a nurse discussing a file they had in their hands. The elevator stopped on the fourth floor and the heroes left along with the staff members and they looked around to see, they were in the wrong place and Onyx gazed out of the window to see on the other end of the hospital on the roof a helicopter, then Onyx pointed at it earning a nod from the superheroine.

“Want to check it out from the near?” Offered Onyx making Hydra shrug her shoulders, then he grabbed her hand and mimicked with his eyes to follow him and the two ran along the corridor to the other part of the building to catch a paramedic open up on the top of the stairs the door to the roof, then Onyx pointed up to the exit and both ran together out to stand on the roof of the clinic to see other buildings around them and both exchanged smiles, therefore behind them passed three paramedics heading to the helicopter preparing to leave and Onyx walked backward along with Hydra seeing them at work.

“We got more info. The victim is a 28-year-old mountain biker, which fell off his bike at the mountain and got unconscious.” The paramedic announced entering into the helicopter and Hydra along with Onyx glanced at each other to observe the helicopter turn on its engines making the rotor above its head spin around causing a lot of wind with its blades, then both heroes held each other on tight watching the helicopter slowly take off in the air rumple up their hair and Hydra laughed in excitement at the sight of the vehicle going up and she ran at the platform where the helicopter took of making Onyx twitch his eyebrows confused at her deed and shrieked as the superheroine jumped up to grab herself on the chassis.

“Hydra be careful!” Shouted Onyx ran at the platform to use his staff and catapult himself up at the superheroine to grab the helicopter on the other side of the iron bar. “Why did you do that?!?” Onyx asked in panic watching Hydra laugh, while Onyx growled, but he quickly got over it and began to laugh about the situation they were together in and looked down to see them pass over the buildings of the Metropole. 

“I can’t believe you really pulled that off,” Hydra commented watching Onyx nod.

“You could have slipped and fall to your death” Warned the cat-themed superhero making Hydra giggle.

“Your caring side amuses me,” Hydra mentioned making Onyx shake his head at her comment, then he looked down to see a truck carrying large channel pipes turn on the bridge to the side passing with the last wheel over the sidewalk causing the safety belt of the end of the trailer to open up letting the top pips roll down onto the road to the front of two cars, which were on the opposite direction of the road.

“Oh no!” Onyx shouted jumping off the helicopter heading towards the vehicles. “Cataclysm!” Shouted the superhero destroying the first pipe, afterward he extended his staff to block the pipes, but got pushed away into the ground. Onyx widened his eyes seeing the last two pipes roll in his direction, then he heard Hydra’s voice and he saw a large wave appear from under the bridge and smack down onto him pushing the pipes away from him and the vehicles.

“Oh gosh,” Onyx commented seeing the pipes lying across the road the splashed water on the ground turned back into Hydra, which looked back at Onyx and the two cars, which had stopped to get out of the car to see if something happened. “Thank you,” Onyx said getting up, then Hydra embraced the superhero glad it ended up well.

“Did you really think you could just block the pipes with your staff?” Hydra questioned curiously, making Onyx shrug his shoulders.

“I did not think about it, I just reacted with instinct,” Explained the raven-haired superhero making the heroine grin and Onyx patted the girl on the shoulder. “But your idea was definitely better, good job,”

“Good evening you two,” Greeted a gray-haired man, which came from the second car, that almost got hit by the pipe. “I’m an undercover officer at work. I will stay here for assistance,”

“Oh okay, do you need anything from us?” Questioned the cat-themed superhero making the police shake his head.

“It’s alright, thanks for the save,” The policeman said shaking the hand of Hydra, afterward of Onyx, then he walked up to the truck driver, which got out of the truck and walked back to the vehicle to check the safety belt.

“Now I have used all my powers for good,” Hydra mentioned looking at the end of the bridge.” And my apartment is far in the middle of the buildings there,” Hydra pointed out giving Onyx an idea, which picked her up bridal style shrieking her. “Whoa, what are you…..”

“Welcome to Air Onyx, we’re taking off to your home,” Onyx announced jokingly making Hydra chuckle, then Onyx placed his staff on the ground seeing Hydra wrap her arms around his head, then she looked at his face waiting for him to bounce off along with her, but instead he was distracted by staring into her eyes, then he shook his head making Hydra roll her eyes away abashed therefore he jumped with the help of his staff at the wall of the bridge, then bounced at the first building at the end of the bridge. Onyx gazed over the building to spot the apparent, from where Hydra is from, then ran over the roof and leaped from building to building then recognized the backyard of the apartment and he jumped down landing on the yard. “This is your home, right?” Questioned Onyx earning a nod from Hydra, then she got down of his arms with his help.

“Thanks,” Hydra said earning a smile from Onyx, then he extended his staff back to see Hydra transform back into Yi. “What a day Longg,” Yi said earning a nod from the kwami.

“You’ve improved Yi. That’s a good thing,” Onyx added earning a nod from the girl.

“See m’lady, it isn’t so bad now with the fights. The most important thing will always be your trust in your capacity and the teamwork with the team,” Longg mentioned earning a nod from the girl.

“Your kwami is right, that’s why we all have been moving on well on these fights,” Onyx confessed making Yi nod.

“It’s really fantastic to be working with all the heroes to protect and save our people. I never thought to be doing something like this and I’ve been loving it,” Yi said making Onyx nod.

“I’m glad to know you love it. Also, I don’t know how you feel about it, I have the feeling I grew out as a better person or at least a decent person,” Onyx mentioned. “I had this weird phase at school in wanting to become something special, but I began to forget this as I had gotten the miraculous and gave all that up to focus on this and the current friends I had at that moment. What I noticed about all that is, that…..no one actually liked to hang out with me because of being a friend to me, more a way to have the time pass by faster. Otherwise, I was kinda doing the same and looking for someone to go out with, but……..uh well this is a weird story,” Onyx pointed out making Yi snort at his story.

“I’m not sure, what you were on about it, but I forget it if you want to,”

“Sorry, I don’t really like it to lie to you. I don’t even know why am I doing this. I can protect my identity without having to lie, but for some reasons during the missions I have the need, cause I’m afraid people find out who I am and Ladybug will need to get my miraculous back,”

“Well if everyone later agrees to do that between us superheroes that won’t be an issue anymore, but I understand what you mean,”

“You know it kinda hurts me with the time…...I get to know you all,” Onyx said making Yi give a small smirk noticing him lying.

“Well, you don’t seem like a great liar to be honest. You stop between your sentences when you lie,”

“It’s not easy to come up with lies that fast,” Onyx explained earning a nod from Yi.

“I know how you feel,” Yi confessed patting the friend on the shoulder. “We can talk about something else if you feel like,”

“Yeah, we’re at your house after all. What….sorry uh, I mean how do you feel is your life been doing so far since you arrived in Paris?”

“It’s going well. Kagami and I are still bonding with the time we’re in the break together. A few other students that are in the same school as I came with Marinette and my friend Jin to tell me about how they dealt before with losing one of their parents in the past. Some already had only one parent since they were a child like Super Snake did,”

“Yes, he told that last time as we were together at the Notre Dame, right”

“Exactly,”

“Well that Jin and Marinette seem to be really precious people,” Onyx stated earning a nod from the girl.

“Yes,”

“Jin is that childhood friend of yours, right?”

“Yeah” Yi responded. “Oh, you know what he did a few days ago? We were in detention class because…..well I forgot about my science homework because of a mission and he apparently forgot to finish his exam or something, I don’t remember but on that day a detention kid tried to fool the teacher making her believe I threw at her a rubber and he stood up for me against the boy to help me” Yi told noticing under Onyx's mask his skin get red at her words, so she smirked once again at his reaction.

“That was cool from his side,” Onyx commented earning a nod from the girl. “It seems that life in Paris for you gave you some good things to like about it,”

“It really did and I’m glad it is like this,” Yi commented smiling at the tall hero.

“Which such great friends you have around it has to be fantastic,” Onyx mentioned making Yi nod keeping her eyes on Onyx, which kindly smiled at the younger girl, then noticed the girl beginning to approach him while closing her eyes leaning up on the superhero for a kiss. The cat-themed superhero didn’t hesitate this time and leaned his face down at the girl to let her come closer to him, so both their lips met for their first, real kiss.

Yi slowly moved her hands up at Onyx’s chest while continuing, causing joy to the boy, which had let the girl lead him. His ring on the finger began to illuminate its paw-shaped light destransforming Onyx back into Jin and Plagg appeared in the air, then widened his eyes in surprise to see Onyx, which now was turned back into his civilian self was there kissing the girl.

“UH…..nevermind,” Plagg mumbled ignoring the situation, then Yi let go of the boy opening her eyes to see Onyx wasn’t there, but Jin, which hadn’t open his eyes yet as felt moony about the kiss. Yi chuckled then placed her hand on his cheek to get him out his mind.

“Jin, open your eyes,” Yi asked watching Jin open his eyes with a charming smile, then behind Yi’s head he saw Plagg waving at the boy and he shut his eyes up in shock and looked at himself to see he had turned back into his civilian self.

“Oh no!” Jin shouted making Yi laugh, then Jin looked back at the fence and ran against the fence and tried to climb on his own, but ended up falling down. Yi shook her head amused at Jin’s reaction, then walked towards the boy and went down on her knees to check the friend out that lied on the grass.

“Don’t be such a drama queen. It was getting obvious with the time, that you were Onyx,”

“For real?” Asked Jin twitching his right eyebrow up curious at her comment. “How?”

“I've noticed just seconds before your face heating up as I mentioned your name. You also mentioned the other night at the Notre Dame you had a small family with two male cousins and one female. You said that as Onyx and that’s what you have as Jin,” Yi pointed out. “Later at another point, I also noticed that as Jin and Onyx your faces are quite alike the exception is the way you have your hair styled,” “Funny, you’re the first person to be able to recognize me,”

“I would be shocked if it wouldn’t have been you at the end of the day. I was used to seeing you every day back in Shanghai and now here too. I could be able to recognize you everywhere,”

“Yet you never said anything the first weeks?” Jin asked confused earning a nod from Yi. "Nor wondered why all the lies,"

“You were just protecting your secret identity Jin, But I have to admit, I hadn’t figured it out at the start, just recently as we began to work together as superheroes I began to notice similarities between you and Onyx until I began to understand that all these clues only could lead to you,”

“Smart, but…...there’s something I don’t understand. In the begin as you kissed me on that night Kagami got akumatized, why did you believe I only wanted to talk with you about the night thinking I only was doing this, cause you felt hurt?” “I wasn’t sure if you really meant that or if you were only hurt by my reaction. I rejected you out of fear. If I still hurt you that way, I didn’t really mean it,”

“So I guess we had a misunderstanding there,”

“Yeah, I’m sorry. I overthought at that moment”

“It’s okay,” Jin responded sitting up looking at the girl, which looked neutrally at the boy, then he placed his arm around the girl and let her lean her head on his shoulder. “We can calmly talk about this together,” Suggested the raven-haired teenage boy. “What do you say?”

“We can,” Yi answered looking at Jin, which moved his head at the girl, then he smiled angelically at the girl, which leaned her head under his chin with an amorous smile, so Jin began to pat her on her back gently.

The door of the garden opened back, which was Yi’s mother to see if she was there and she smiled as she saw Yi together with her mother’s friend Jin happy, then she looked into the house and used her hand to call someone and it was Jin’s mother, which glimpsed out at the two teens two and began to giggle in excitement.

“Chynna, I knew it that soon or later our little babies would come this close together,” Chanted Jin’s mother making Yi’s mother smile and observe Jin and Yi look back at their parents and exchange embarrassed looks at the surprise.

Lila Appreciation Week Day 3: Ship

Day 3: Ship

Lila Rossi and Kagami Tsurugi came out together from a shopping center on the same road as the Louvre. Lila carried three bags from different stores and Kagami just wore over her shoulder a sports barrel bag.

“How can you buy so much stuff Lila?” Asked the Japanese girl looking astonished at her friend.

“It’s kind of addictive to me” Responded Lila with a chuckle. “Even, when I have to buy only one thing I end up buying myself more things, than I was supposed to”

“The bag here I wasn’t supposed to buy, but the one I got at home is a little scratched, so I didn’t mind to buy it”

“Great is it to impress Adrien?” Asked the brunette making Kagami laugh.

“What does it have to do with him, that I bought a bag?” Asked Kagami raising her eyebrow at the girl. “Is it just because it’s from Gabriel?” Questioned the fencing student showing Lila the symbol of the brand.

“Yeah” Answered Lila with a giggle. “I thought you wore Japanese brands”

“They didn’t sell the ones I wanted, so that’s why I picked this one. My mother wouldn’t like to see me wearing cheap stuff”

“Shut up Lila, just because I and Adrien have had several fencing lessons alone at the school, it doesn’t mean something had happen between us”

Lila laughed as Kagami had betrayed herself.

“I knew it, I just knew it!” Expressed Lila excitedly.

“Lila shh not so loud”

“He isn’t here” Lila told with a giggle looking behind her, forming a shocked face. “Wait he’s right behind you!” Announced Lila shrieking Kagami, which looked back to see nothing, but the pyramid of the Louvre. The blue haired girl frowned and glared back at Lila.

“Lila!”

“Just kidding” Lila spoke jokingly. “Hey let us go at the café, you’re interested?”

“Of course, I don’t mind” Replied the Japanese girl. “Let’s go”

Lila and Kagami stood inside the coffee shop behind two people, which were in the queue waiting for being able to order.

“Many people here are busy with their laptops, tablets or their books” Kagami told her friend watching the other people inside the café busy with their electronic devices.

“Must be working at something for their job” Lila said to the shorter friend. Lila out of curiosity glanced at the laptop of one man, which was typing down on a word document a long text.

“What did you see?”

“Fiction” Responded Lila.

“Well a lot of writers come here too apparently”

“I think artists or people, that visited the Louvre do so too”

“Yeah” Agreed Kagami then saw the last person standing on the bar is a short redhead with purple pants and a gray jacket.

“I don’t want to make you feel perplexed or anything, but when you said, that something happened between you and Adrien….did there really happen something?”

“We’ve been fencing the whole lesson around the court. I wanted to surprise attack him at the stairs and as I jumped at the handrail I lost my balance then Adrien had caught me and…..well” Explained Kagami her friend while on her by freckles covered cheeks turned red by the thought of the happened event.

“You’re totally in love girl” Said Lila smiling at her friend, which avoided to look at her friend embarrassed. “Definitely”

“You got me” Admitted Kagami. “Sorry, that I have now a crush on the same guy as you do”

“Don’t sweat it” Responded Lila. “I got over it and after all….he thinks I’m a liar” Expressed Lila sadly.

“No you’re not. That was a mistake, what you did. Everybody in the world does them”

“Right I know” Said Lila smiling at Kagami, which mirrored her back.

“Look now it’s our turn” Mentioned Kagami and Lila walked further, while the boy at the front walked back crashing against Lila dropping his coffee down, splitting it on the floor.

“Sorry!” Shouted Lila along with the boy.

“Oh no your coffee” Said Lila looking sad at the boy. “I didn’t want this to happen”

“No it’s not your fault, I’m kind of a klutz you know” Said the boy.

“No it’s mine, I didn’t wait until you left the cash point” Lila returned to the redhead. “Look I’ll pay you the drink you just dropped and we’re even” Suggested Lila and the boy looked up at her gazing into her olive green eyes with his crystal blue ones. Lila wide her eyes in amazement at the sight of the eyes and the fine facial structures the young boy had half covered by a bang, nearly covering his sight from the right eye.

“You don’t have to, really” Rejected the boy politely.

“Come on, I insist” Said the Italian girl smiling at the boy, holding her hand at him. The boy nodded and gave her his hand to get up easily with her help.

“Thank you” Said the boy adjusting his jacket by its lapels.

“What is your name?” Asked Lila gazing at the redhead.

“I’m Nathaniel, Nathaniel Kurtzberg” Introduced the boy himself. “And you two?”

“I’m Lila Rossi….” Replied Lila looking at the boy with an amorous smile, confusing Nathaniel and making Kagami roll her eyes in amusement.

“And I’m Kagami, if you’re interested to know that” Spoke Kagami looking at the two in front of her. Lila shook her head looking at Kagami, then back at the red headed boy.

“Uhm….what are you going to drink?” Asked Lila coming back to herself.

“Hot chocolate” Told Nathaniel the tall girl.

“Sure and you Kagami?” Asked Lila gazing at her friend, which had been smirking for a moment of seeing her friend looking flirty at him.

“Ice Coffee, if there’s not, one Latte Macchiatto” Responded the Japanese looking at the Italian friend.

“Great” Said Lila walking to the cashier. “One Cappuccino, one Ice Coffee and one hot chocolate” Lila ordered and the cashier made his way to the coffee machine to make the drinks for the three teens.

“Are you going anywhere later Nathaniel?” Asked Kagami looking at the boy.

“I was going to sit on the outside” Nathaniel replied to the Japanese girl.

“You’re interested to hang out with us?” The blue haired girl questioned the boy, which shrugged his shoulders.

“I don’t know” Responded Nathaniel. “I’m not very talkative, you know”

“Don’t worry, maybe you will be able to talk a lot. At least with Lila, she’s very talkative”

“G..great” Nathaniel said looking at Lila, which looked back at him, smiling at him. Nathaniel smiled at Lila too, then the brunette had got the drinks and payed for them and gave to Kagami and Nathaniel their drinks.

“Have you found a place for us three to sit?” Asked Lila looking at Nathaniel.

“The others at the outside are all now occupied” Responded Nathaniel. “But we could sit there next to the exit?”

“That’s fine”

“Good” Said Nathaniel walking with the girls at the table, then they sat all down together and chatted with each other. All the three enjoyed each others company, mostly Lila that found now a new friend and some similarities she didn’t expect to find it that boy.

Super Nathan’s tablet and his functions

This is based on my fic I’m trying to finish its last chapter this Sunday. Super Nathan (Aka Nathaniel Kurtzberg) is the city’s superhero and uses his sketching tab to fight crimes around Paris. I spend last week about three hours +/- to make a template of the tab with its functions, if fans loved to know, how it works in my fic or how I had it in mind.

Summary:  After Ladybug and Cat Noir had defeated Hawk Moth and gave up their miraculous, a new villain appeared harming Paris. Unbelievable it will be for Nathaniel, who always fantasies about being a super hero and this desire becomes now true. Will he and his new partner Miss Vixen be able to stop the villain? Will Miss Vixen show Paris, that she's better, than the civilians think she is? Who is this villain?

Mine is actually almost alike to the original tablet of Super Nathan (Knowns as Evillustrator in the show) except instead I placed the coloring bar, instead of the white arrow. The thing is S. Nathan’s tablet in my fic got a bit more expanded, since he’s actually there a miraculous hero, which he becomes with the help of my OC kwami Karaa. (http://fav.me/dbiujfj   DeviantArt link) S. Normal Mode

The basic options are these ones:

Has the usual functions of a sketching pad to create things to appear in real life. 1. Pencil/Pen 2. Eraser 3. Magic wand 4. Color palette 5. Neutral colors 6 & 7: Zoom in and out

Extended Mode

Read from up to down.

1: Contains the camera function to capture a real life object to erase, edit or to expand later on his tablet. 2: He can restore the last saved object he drew. 3: After the use of the camera he can edit the object he chose. 4: By pressing this model of himself he can draw an object at a part of his body and it appears there. (Exp. he draws a jetpack on his pack and it appears there)

Second Expansion

Read the same way:

1: He is able to communicate with other active miraculous holders. 2: He has a large selection of substances like Wood, Metal or Stone, including other sections for each with essences. (Exp: Textures = Leather, Wool / Wood: Mahagoni, Oak.... 3. Information button.
