Neopets' map is so nostalgic, I wanted to make it a little more vintage, just for fun hehe When I was 11, I asked my parents for a tablet so I could draw Neopets digitally and now I work with drawings and games 🥺 Thank you, neopets!

I drew this in January 2024, I'm happy now I can make some better drawings of it! I have to draw more neopets sometime :>

Why do all the videos on how to make money on neopets completely ignore the daily quests??? They do the little dailies and go on about restocking from the money tree or the jobs but I don't remember anyone mentioning the daily quest board. WHY?

It's a guaranteed 20k a day.

The 'mini prizes' I get for playing an arcade game or feeding a pet have included TWO 300k+ neggs, codestones and another 45k in pure np.

I did it for a week and got a morphing potion worth 3 million.

I do them while I'm eating breakfast before work. Doing the usual dailies plus the daily quests takes 15-20 minutes.

WHY ISNT THIS THE FIRST AND LONGEST SECTION OF EVERY 'WELCOME TO NEOPETS' VIDEO?

void essences now appear in random lands as opposed to just brightvale, meridell, and roo island.

if you haven't found them today the locations are neopia central, altador, and the ice caves

#neopets #the void within #altador is also the map location for the void within plot hub #since they've since replaced the bubble on the home page leading to the plot with one for the altador cup

Well, normally he looks like this. But then...

Well, King Skarl and his entire kingdom. Overnight everything and everyone lost color, and it's clearly magical in nature because the normal way of changing colors, paintbrushes at the magical Rainbow Pool, do not change. At our current point (we are not yet at the 1-month park of a yearlong plot), all we know is that it's the work of a mysterious and probably evil character with a new ominous paintbrush.

So nyx (neopets) has maybe been up in space since like 2001 (her own space Odyssey one might say) or something?

She knows neopia central but all those newfangled lands, she doesn't even know the jumpstart era or any thing

Wouldn't it be kinda cool if one of the rewards was a olden times theme that made it look like how it did when nyx left? That would be the best

In hindsight, it was really funny of old TNT to introduce the land of Maraqua, and then not even a year later destroy it and render it inaccessible for 4 whole years
