I was curious about how often Cazador expected Astarion and his siblings to bring home "conquests" so I did math, (Gross) and I was honestly a little surprised by the number being less than I would have thought. I always imagined each one of them being expected to take home a victim at least once a week or so.

(Another disclaimer: the math isn't QUITE accurate because not all of them were turned at the same time. Astarion wasn't the first or the last so the way I've divided them evenly isn't quite accurate but I think it still gives us a decent idea of how often Cazador was turning their victims.)

7,000 souls / 200 years = 35 souls per year / 7 spawn = 5 souls a year for each of them

I just thought that was fascinating. I can't help but think this means Cazador DIDN'T turn all the people they brought home after all. Maybe he only turned the more "pure" souls brought to him and drained the rest just like he said he would. Or maybe Astarion and his siblings were less successful in bringing prey back to Cazador than I at least imagined.

Like I said it's not at all meant to lessen the trauma he went through even if he "only" had to lure people to their deaths 5 times a year with sex. It's just a different number than what I was imagining all this time. (Admittedly, I am extremely bad at math, so I never once considered how those numbers would add up so quickly lmao)

We finally have the stats to calculate the speed of dragon flight. Or the average of it anyway. When Violet is figuring out Garrick’s arrival she first says that the flight to them is eight hours. She later says it’s 1000 miles.

Dragons, on average, can fly 125 mph (201 kph). That’s faster than I thought. I feel like they would need more than goggles for that.

Also this means that Aretia is 2250 miles (3621 km) from Basgiath and our favorite couple was flying that every weekend!
