Okay this was brand new information for me so I guess for a few of you it is too:
YOU CAN GROUP TABS ON GOOGLE CHROME! You just right click them and select “add to a new group” and that’s it! You can also select the color of each group. I’m in shock. 
I don’t know how to insert videos in here but I learned on tiktok on @ purewow and they have the visuals if you want to look it up.

Things to do when you're feeling emotionally fragile (a not completely thought-out post by me)
Hello! Brief context about my mental and emotional states: my mental health journey has led me to a place where I'm much more emotionally available, which sometimes is great, but now I'm working on not being vulnerable when it's not safe to be. While I develop that useful skill, here are some things I do to take care of myself in no particular order in a post that I'm writing instead of crying:
Discount chocolate. Or just any "luxury" foods. I say discount chocolate because when I'm feeling extremely raw and I have the chance I get a discounted soon to be expired fancy chocolate bar. I try not to eat in all in one seating in my bed at 9pm but sometimes the heart needs it.
Write it down. The most useful tool for managing and understanding feelings and emotion in my experience is a journal (and therapy). I write what I'm feeling, sometimes why I think I'm feeling this way, which situation triggered my emotional reaction, where was I emptionally when it hppened, all that stuff. No one has to read it, not even you, just put it on paper and process it!
Furry babies. Intentional quality time with my cats makes me feel good. It gives me something to do instead of curling up in bed and it brings them joy. If you don't have any pets consider setting up a playdate between you and a friend's pet or even pet sitting if you're up to it. If you don't like animals or can't be close to them skip this one.
Remember the people who love ypu. You don't have to talk to them (tho that would be extra points) but think abput the fact that ypu are loved amd valued. At one point I kept a list of things people had done that let me know they love me "so and so left early with me that one time to have dinner", "so and so gave me a mug", "that time I told so and so xyz thing they listened". It really helps.
Sleep and cuddle. I thread very carefully here because this emotional state can really swing easily to Bad Depressive Episode for me and I don't want that. However, feelings, especially if like me you aren't that used to them, are really exhausting. I try to limit/commit myself to 8h of sleep and 2h of cuddlin/snuggling while awake maybe with some tea or a warm pillow.
Avoid building up axiety and /or putting yourself in emotionally taxing situations for long periods of time. What this means for me is I will check that email sooner rathen than later because it gives me anxiety now but in a week is going to give me a lot more anxiety. Shielding yourself is not self care if whenever you're ready to put thw shield down you're gonna be hit harder than you can take. With emotionally taxing situations I try to either avoid them/delegate when I can and get them out of the way asap when I can't.
Basically just take it slow, be kind to yourself, and remember the long term. Hope it helps.
