this will largely follow events of pokemon black from a mc perspective :) but also it will deviate occasionally, to expand on her lore and this world's lore

set in black 1 not black 2, although the cities and towns introduced in black/white 2 do exist the pokedex pre-champion is restricted for Corbin to just the original unova Pokedex!

it is highly empathetic and has been sheltered its entire life, although since starting to use the Internet around two years ago it's wanted to learn more about the world! it largely sees the world in good and evil, black and white, but has been trying to grow out of this.

she's learning to deal with change and that's one of the other reasons she wanted to go on this journey - she knows she's not good enough at dealing with the world and growing up and she needs to. so she will.

Pokemon AU, part 2

Finally finished this thing, it's the Thea Sisters in the Pokemon AU :D

Headcanons:

Nicky has the most experience in Pokemon battles, since Australia's trainer community is very fierce in competitions. Her newest addition to her team, Sizzlipede, is accompanying her to Mouseford solo, so they can have some one-on-one training together.

You see here that Colette owns a Corviknight. Yes, Colette does in fact own a Corviknight. If you wanna know how that happened, I might explain it in a post, or maybe even a one-shot on AO3 :3c She loves her giant corvid very much and will protect him with her life. E-even though more often than not it's Corviknight saving/helping her. She also has an Eevee, and it and Corviknight get along very well. Colette's more of a Pokemon Contest person than a Pokemon battle person.

Paulina is planning on becoming a Pokemon researcher, and even though she's still early on in the process, she's already doing volunteer work in efforts to help Pokemon. Her main partner is Minun. Its partner Plusle is with Maria all the way in Peru. Every time Paulina and Maria videochat, Plusle and Minun jump at the opportunity to say hi to each other and talk to each other for a bit. Even though Minun is the Pokemon most often out of its Pokeball, there may or may not be more Pokemon Paulina has that she's fostering :]

Pam has a Heatmor. Yes, Heatmor are canonically 4'7" (139.7cm) in height. The two have a very silly dynamic, in that Pam's Heatmor helps her with anything heat-related. Need to light up a wood oven? Heatmor's on the case. Need to fix a warp in an engine pipe? Heatmor's got you covered. Need to solder something? Heatmor's gotchu bro. Need to sear the top of a pizza even though it could very easily be done in the oven? Yes, Heatmor can do that too. It takes pride in its helpfulness, and Pam is happy that this makes it happy.

Violet owns an Altaria that she's had since childhood. The Alolan Vulpix was a gift from her parents after they went on a trip and found a little white Vulpix that they thought Violet would like. It took a while for Altaria and Vulpix to get along as well as they do now. If you're looking for Vi and can't find her, look in the last place you saw her Altaria. High chances are, she's either with it, or they're straight-up taking a nap together. I might elaborate on how she met Altaria because it's very fluffy and warm and fuzzy. Like Altaria's wings--

1: Caspian and Mimsy. they were the first known in-sys couple and have been together pretty much since Mimsy formed.

2: Arrow and Onyx. Arrow is a co-host and Onyx is a (recovering?) persecutor and honestly Arrow didn't seem to be into stuff that Onyx likes, but turns out he is.

3: Zero with.. everyone. he is a mostly recovered persecutor and hated EVERYONE before he started recovering. so. yeah he hated everyone and was basically the entire systems enemy for a while

4: any of the non-human headmates. since our body is technically human (though we identify as holothere/don't view the body as human due to a disconnection from humanity)

5: a good portion of us. we grew up in the city and due to disability are indoor people. so most of us are technically city people but also. don't like big cities.

6: not really anyone but we like the country. cause growing up (and still do currently) go into the country and rural areas to see family as a good portion of our non-bio family lives out there. but still due to disability we prefer to be inside or specific situations outside.

7: Vanilla. because he doesn't really have a music type. he doesn't hate music but he doesn't like it either. for some reason.

8: Lake. his role is specifically to monitor the persecutors and make sure they don't do specific things. but also he also watches other headmates with extreme maladaptive behaviors. there's more to his role too but we won't go too much into it.

9: not really we don't think? we don't really care much about country/state/etc of origin honestly. we just. don't identify as human enough to care lol

10: most of us actually. the first known headmate that had a specific alt style is Greyson (and his median subsystem) as he falls under emo/punk mix I think?

11: probably just specific headmates doing stupid things. that's the only thing we can currently think of.

12: Nicky. he came from a song (that not many people know of, we think) and he formed for seemingly no reason and did some stupid stuff first time fronting.

13: Canidae + Eevee have the ability to make us fall asleep quicker than most headmates (we have bad insomnia)

14: Lemon or Finn. Lemon is just too hyper to care about typos while Finn is a little and sometimes makes small mistakes in typing

15: Silly. he's just a silly guy with a silly way of typing.

What's your favorite Pokemon

What would your team be if you could have any 6 pokemon From All regions and games and anime? Include abilities shinyness stats and genders please. Maybe even movesets

My favorite pokemon is Crobat! At first he's just a little guy that wants to be your friend and then he's bigger and then he evolves again because he loves you and wants to be stronger with you!

Can you tell I have a lot of feelings about Crobat? People are so mean to Zubat because of how often they appear in caves, but I love them!

And I don't think I could care for a full team honestly, but if that wasn't a problem then I would probably go:

A Zubat/Golbat/Crobat with Inner Focus, named either Trish or Korey depending on gender, that focuses on speed and poison type moves. And I tend to give Crobat

Cross Poison or Poison Fang

Air Cutter or Air Slash

Bite

and Confuse Ray

For a move set when I can use them in-game

Either a Houndour/Houndoom, Growlithe/Arcanine, or the Shinx line. Some kind of puppy pokemon at least, preferably one of the fire or electric types

Names, abilities, and moveset vary wildly depending on what puppy pokemon are available in-game, but Puppy is unisex, Jared is always considered for boys and Chewy for girls (those are my previous dogs, Puppy was my dad's dog when he was a kid, Chewy was my childhood dog, and Jared died shortly before COVID hit. Chewy's full name was Chewbacca, my Dad named her)

One pokemon I really like is Ninjask, and I usually call them either Nina or Nicky. Ability is always Speed Boost and the move set is usually something like

Fury Cutter or X-scissor

Aerial Ace

Metal Claw, Slash, or False Swipe

Swords Dance

Absol and Zorua are both some of my favorites, nearly as high as Crobat, so it really would depend which one I found first, and even then I'd probably take both.

And then the sixth one would probably depend on if I got a starter or not. If I did, it's the starter. Doesn't matter which starter, they are never leaving my team.

If I didn't get an official starter though, I think I'd probably go with like, Whooper, Marill, Ralts, or Eevee. Something cute that also covers some of my type weaknesses.
