hey why did bill’s ex-wife move to clivesdale? literally no one from hatchetfield would do that. people die and go missing all the time and they refuse to leave. and if they do they don’t move to fucking clivesdale

#idk if more info abt bill’s ex wife is in nightmare time as I’ve only seen the first episode #but in the fiction I just made up bill’s ex wife isn’t from hatchetfield but she met bill in college #and they got married right after college and she moved to hatchetfield bc bull loved his hometown so much and she slowly (or not so slowly)#realizes something is Weird and Wrong about hatchetfield and every time she brings it up with bill #he’s like ‘yeah :) that’s hatchetfield for you’#and his unwillingness to take her (very real) concerns about hatchetfield is part of the reason they get a divorce #another driving factor is she started looking for jobs outside of hatchetfield and was offered a very good position in clivesdale #and she took it (without consulting bill) bc it’s perfect they can move out of hatchetfield but still be close enough to visit #and sure there’s a bit of a rivalry between the two towns but that kind of stuff gets left behind after high school #only bill is very much Not Okay with that and maybe at first she tries commuting but traffic is bad especially across the bridge #and if bill would be sensible—#so they get a divorce and she gets majority custody of Alice which she’s grateful for bc she’s safer in clivesdale #and the of course alice keeps fucking dying in hatchetfield so #starkid #hatchetfield #hatchetverse

doing the math and i'm pretty sure chilchuck is getting his bow back next week, and we might finally get to meet the canaries (the elves), if not next week then definitely the week after!

#sorry - the post above is so short compared the the hour long rabbit hole i just went into trying to figure out #if we'd get mithrun's reveal before the end of this season lmao #and i dont think we will!#unless they really rework a bunch of timing!#my guess right now is - ep19 will be the hag/nightmare/ice golem/barometz (getting to know izutsumi etc)#maybe ending with marcille's nightmare or something but #ep20 will be the surface interlude from egg as well as the golden country stuff #21 will be senshi backstory o'clock #22 will be all the mushroom ring fallout from one of my favorite monsters you-know-what #and that ends with them having that heart to heart on the trolley deciding how they're going to save falin again #which is frankly a really good ending for the season! I can see them ending it here if the timing works out #THAT or the flashback conversation Laios has right after the succubus chapters #I can see them fitting the bicorn/horseman/succubus into episode 23/24 #the problem there is. mithrun's reveal happens in the two chapters right after laios has his big conversation #and i would LOVE to end on mithrun's reveal but thats really pushing it for 24 episodes #maybe we'll get more than 24 episodes??#but assuming 24...#they might push all the kabru and mithrun scenes to another cour and wrap it up with the big important conversation/vision laios has #wont know until we see what they do!!

Is it safe to assume that Leonardo probably was in Japan from mid/late November up through mid/late January? Since the "All Hallows Thieves" episode was only two episodes before "The Ancient One"

#star's turtle talk #I wish we had a proper timeline of the 2003 episodes #There are some things we can infer like that the first episode of the series takes place in spring (likely April or May)#And that the first five seasons take place over two years based on Fast Forward #But beyond that figuring out how much time passes between episodes is a nightmare #Since sometimes seasonal weather is applied as the plot of the episode demands rather than it making sense chronologically #And characters will be like 'it's been weeks/months since this thing happened'#And I'll be like 'okay but can you be more specific'

BG3 has really given me an appetite for gore like I haven't had in years, which is dangerous when I fucking know that gore with any level of detail often makes me nauseous. Though the nausea is a part of the appeal... There was more to this post but I stepped back and went "hm that's too much detail on that topic for early afternoon in my time zone"

like i think the insane thing about the episode is how it continued to push the collector-luz, luz-philip and philip-collector parallels throughout it to then just hand wave it, like why do ALL THAT and then just drop it? like why put so much focus on it and then just, nothing?

#also kinda turning hunter into fanon caleb two point O is. yikes to say the least.#like they had so much time to course correct and put focus on what’s actually important and just didn’t.#like if they wanted to kill Philip of in an unsatisfying way they could have just let him die at the end of kings tide and concentrate on #the collector or just cut the collector and keep focus on Philip if he was anyways gonna be the final boss.#they could have done hollow mind part two either with the collector in the beginning or when luz died she could have manifested in Philips #mind as she was passing on (<- i guess(like is the inbetween purgatory or what is it?))#make her go through his memories let her restore some of them. let Philip deal with the guilt you set up in kings tide. HELL LET GUS DO SOME #THING HE LITERALLY KNOWS FOR MONTHS THAT HE FEELS ACTUAL GUILT ABOUT THIS. I finally had time to go to the library and get some one piece volumes cheers! Thriller bark, the arc of my nightmares, here i come!

#last time i went to my local library they were out lol #btw thriller bark is the arc of my nightmares because of how it was aired back in the days here in italy #they were to close too the japanese airing so what they did was air some episodes of thriller bark then go back to the beginning of water 7 #then they reach thriller bark again. add two new episodes and then go back to water seven again and it was like this for like a year #when they finally reached the end of the arc i wanted to cry because i couldn't belive it was over #you can imagine how thrilled i am of being subjected to this story agin #iris reads un pezzo

For reasons I shouldn’t need to explain, one of the few things Harvey Dent and Two-Face agree on is that Fire Lord Zuko is the best character in anything ever.

For reasons I also shouldn’t need to explain, Bruce is Sokka’s biggest fan.

honestly believe that wwdits just needs to have longer episodes or longer seasons

#thats all i can say rn. didnt hate this episode but it wasnt good either #when you only have like four hours of content per season its gotta be a nightmare to try and work out pacing #marwa i feel could have just been written better from the get go #considering simon the devious has died four times i genuinely dont think this is the 'end of marwa' or w/e #but it is definitely a sour note to leave her character on before s5 #i dont get people who are like 'nandermo is cancelled' tho #like theyve always been messy and horrible and this is just their conflict reaching its apex #to lead into season 5 now that guillermo has power over nandor and is prepared to utilise it fully #nandor does still have two wishes left which should be instrumental to s5 imo #wouldnt be surprised if without guillermo's aid he ends up catastrophically fucking himself over #because the djinn is beyond done with his bullshit #i mean more than hes already fucked himself over #anyway #wwdits spoilers
