Which Neil Gaiman book should I get this year?
So, every year my in-laws get me a book, they get it for their kids (my fiance and their sibling) too, but it's a consistent gift they give us. (at least one band shirt too, solid priorities I think) Every year we get to pick a book that we want but haven't been able to get for ourselves yet and they get it for us, it's a very sweet deal.
This year, I know I'm wanting a Neil Gaiman book, but I have no idea which one to go for. My fiance has Norse Mythology, and I have Good Omens, and since those I've been aching for another.
I'm really into darker tales and whatnot, sue me for the goth aesthetic, but I'm open to read anything. I plan on owning and reading as much of his work as possible, so really just tell me your favorites and why.
I have two lifelong goals: Obtain the entirety of Elton John's discography on vinyl on one shelf, and a whole Neil Gaiman collection on another. (I'm poor, so yes these are genuinely my lifelong goals, I know, so exciting for you wealthy folk)
So I'm needing some suggestions to really kick off this collection process.

Cover illustration I did of Danielle L. Jensen's upcoming book 'A Fate Inked in Blood', for Del Rey
I'm a simple artist, you hire me to draw a beautiful woman with long flowing hair, and I'm happy as can be! I had lots of fun working on this! 😊

mythology books are so hit or miss cause it's either "wow this is a great retelling of the stories and i can see the passion and research put into this" or it's like "where the fuck did you get this from"
