Really old oc of mine I decided to draw (because he kinda looks like Basil omori)
Tumblr media
He’s so old in fact I was never a good enough artist to draw him how I wanted when I still used him so. Here’s a gift for my younger self :}
#he was an rp oc for a group I don’t talk to anymore#he was so fun though#he had like 5 adopted daughters through his run#the main one he had in the longest rp thing I used him for was so sad#she watched him die a horrible gruesome death and was never the same#and then in his next life he had a boyfriend who was a serial killer so that’s something#not just a serial killer a serial killer who KILLED ALL HIS PREVIOUS BOYFRIENDS#my guy was the only one he didn’t kill.#he had a couple other boyfriends in his time.#many very whorish men were drawn to him because of the religious trauma#he threw a wine bottle at a drunk girl#the drunk girl was ALSO MY CHARACTER#it was because she pie faced him with her pirate girlfriend#that’s not a metaphor#she literally put a pie in his face#she’s a whole other story though…#monster hunting drunken lesbian#ANYWAY he had this other daughter who was ALSO a serial killer#and once a son who was ALSO A SERIAL KILLER#it’s not like there were a lot of those it’s just they’re drawn to him for something#and he made enemies a femme fatale#he had a few enemies actually….#and 1 entirely platonic friend (except for that one time)#people around that guy either tried to fuck him kill him or got adopted with just the one exception#there was also that time he tried to kill a robot and she shot a tranquilizer at him#and once when he bit a guy….#and once when he stabbed a girl. who was his adopted daughters sister#OH THERES A MAX TO TAGS??? ok then#oc#danny’sdrawings©️

Ghostface!Xavier headcannons
Warnings:mentions of stakking, killing(duh),a little of soft! yandere!Xavier, Xavier taking "I will kill for you" to the next level.this ended up being hella long. I got carried away
Tumblr media
When the killings first start. You obviously don't know Xavier was behind them. And he make sure you didn't know either.
He was very good at keeping the whole thing a secret.
Like you never suspected your sweet boyfriend to be the one behind the murders.
But... who said he was doing it alone?
Cue Ajax and Xavier killing victims together.
Xavier would do prank calls to his victims.
Fucks with them for a while before killing them.
And he kills all his victims in different ways so whenever the police would find a body it would look completely different then the last body they found
There was times he would come back bruised or a little bloodied(not his blood) from his victims fighting back, but he just say that it was just paint or he went a little to far in fencing.
Now on to you.
You were his sweet precious baby, and he wasn't gonna let anything happen to you.
And he is definitely not afraid to kill for you that's for sure.
He would watch you from afar and make sure you got to where you were going safe and sound.
So the guys that would bother you? Suddenly they end up missing. The guy that was flirting with you? Babe,he dead in a ditch somewhere.
If a guy decides to hurt you? Oh Xavier sees red and goes fucking crazy.
I mean look what happened with Rowan.
He.got.fucked.up
But anyways back to you.
He didn't mean to kill Rowan infront of you.
He just saw red when he saw what he was doing to you. He didn't see or hear anything else. The only thing on his mind was to kill him
He didn't stop stabbing the fucker until he heard your cries.
And as much as he enjoyed watching him choke on his own blood he hated to see you so hysterical
It broke him to see you cowering beneath a tree, covered in Rowan's blood, and shaking like a leaf.
His heart shattered when he saw the look on his face when he took his mask off.
That look alone almost made him want to stop the killing. He never wanted the love of his life to look at him that way ever again.
Keyword: Almost
He approached you so cautiously, like a scared little animal that he was afraid would run away.
And you tried.
He caught you very quickly and dropped the bloodied knife to the ground when kept starting it and crying even more.
You tried to push yourself away from his embrace but he held you tighter. Rocking you side to side as you sobbed in his arms.
You were shaking so bad he thought you never stop.
He carried you back to his shed leaving Rowan's body behind, and you were quiet as a mouse.
No he didn't forget the knife, his mask,or his camera. He wasn't stupid.
Still in a state of shock.
You flinched when his hand reaches up to wipe to wipe Rowan's blood off you and he paused and gently grabbed your face with his hands.
"I would rather die then to ever hurt you baby." He looked deep into your eyes. Filled with so much love, and sincerity. How can these hands who have killed countless people, hold you so gently? Like you were a proclain doll?
You were still sitting there in shock and disbelief.
Everything seemed to make sense now, times he would disappear and come back late at night, the "red paint" that was on his clothes.
When you saw him killing Rowan... he was an entirely different person and it scared you so much
The boy you knew since you were 14 was a ruthless killer and never thought you would use Xavier and serial killer in the same sentence.
"Do you like it?" Xavier made eye contact with you. "Killing." He looked down at his feet, his legs beginning to bounce.
"Yeah," his voice cracked a little. "Yeah I do."
You let out a shaky exhale at that.
He admitted that he was the one that killed Tyler and some of the other previous victims
He decided to leave out Ajax for now
Yall sat in silence for what seemed like forever. Him looking at you and you avoiding looking at him.
You asked out of the blue if he would ever thought of killing you and he practically yelled out a 'no'.
After witnessing the murder of Rowan. You never fully got use to him being Ghostface.
Obviously you never told a single soul
Wednesday is suspicious
But yall's relationship dynamic changed after that.
Xavier was surprised that you decided to stay with him even after that happened. I mean, after the talk in his art shed, you ignores him for a week. He thought the relationship was as good as gone.
Xavier didn't throw everything at you all at once which you were thankful for.
Because it took you months to be comfortable with your killer boyfriend's schedule.
At the beginning you felt so much guilt. Knowing who the killer was but not saying a word about it.
But it was the love of your life, you couldn't just rat him out and leave him in a prison to rot for the rest of his life.
I mean look at Wednesday's family
With all that being said, let's talk about when you do feel comfortable about the whole thing.
Now,Xavier is very deeply,in love with you. Think him as Gomez really.
He can and will kill for you
So if you were making it known you wanted someone dead or just bluntly say it then that person would end up being dead by the next morning.
No questions asked.
You also may or may not have developed a knife kink or a hand kink over the process of a few months.
And Xavier takes a full on advantage to that.
Xavier will literally drop dead if you want to join in on the killing.
He would die a happy man.

Delicate | Frank Castle x OC
Author's note: want to make this into a big story, if you want more lmk pls
Previous episode: prologue
Episode: are you ready for i?
Next Episode: episode 2
Summary: Alex Walker and Frank Castle have one thing in common and that's how delicate they are. He is back but the girls he remembers is gone, could that possibly be his fault?
Tumblr media
Knew he was a killer, first time that I saw him
16 MONTHS AGO
The first time she thought, she saw him, she didn’t really see him at all. He was a shadow in between the dim lights in the darkest alleys of Hell’s kitchen. She heard the gunshots and the screams and she run towards them, she saw his figure with a gun in hand running after his execution was over. She ran after him, upon the roofs and down in the streets until she lost him. News about him traveled fast, the new vigilante with a bloody agenda with many names. She didn’t agree fully with what he did but she couldn’t pretend she was sorry for his victims either. Which led to many arguments with Matt and Foggy.
The second time she saw him his figure was clearer, it was one of the first nights she had gone on a mission with Matt and they tried to hold him down, fighting on the roof but Frank had the bigger and better guns when he shot Matt in the head that was the first time, she really felt anger for him. Doubting whether he really was just a serial killer, it was also a stepping stone for mad to be able to say “I told you so” which he did multiple times.
The third time was on TV, his face appeared on every single channel she watched, police calling for any sort of information. Meanwhile, his victims were getting multiplied but they were all the same, bad men with evil motives, and again she could feel no sorrow for them. Matt was still trying to get him with no luck and perhaps it was her will to impress him and prove to him that she was as good as him after the training or a secret desire to have a conversation with the mysterious man. A big difference between her and Matt was her lack of faith in any sort of belief, which made her ethics a little easier to break and change. Karen who had been working in finding more information about the guy talked to her about the suspicions she had of his connection to a massacre that had taken place in the central park which led to dozens of people dead, including kids. And many more hurt and traumatized.
The fourth time was In Central Park, during the night. She had gone there by herself to find him, to tell him what she wasn’t sure. But he was sitting across the carousel, looking calm and peaceful. She approached him as the kids were going up for their last ride and she sat next to him, her face hiding in her long red hoody. She made sure she was looking forward so he wouldn’t be able to see it. She sensed him moving when she sat there, looking at her and trying to get a glimpse of her face.
“Who the ‘ell are you?”
“a person that wants to talk”
“No chance you are connected to the other red guy”
“It doesn’t matter”
“What is he? Your boyfriend? Is this like a couple’s costume thing?”
He had humor but she held her laugh and shook her head “It’s none of your business”
“Look If you’re here for revenge about the shot, I respect that. So, I’ll let you go and pretend I never saw you. Now leave.”
“Funny thing I don’t trust you around the kids.”
Frank glanced at her, his eyes piercing through the rad fabric that was keeping her identity a secret. She could imagine that he didn’t appreciate the joke.
“They are not the target.”
“Neither was Daredevil but you shot him. Makes me think you don’t really care about the collateral damage.”
“I wasn’t gonna kill him but he should have minded his business that night.”
“You’re chasing and killing people in his city that makes it his business.”
“I’m cleaning the city.” Alexandra noticed he checked his clock, wondering who he was expecting. “He should be thankful.
“What poor human is on your list now?”
“The humans I kill are not poor you can trust me on that”
“They have families- “
“So did I!” he spat out “so you and your boyfriend can save your lectures for somebody else because I’m not buying it!”
She scoffed. Looking down, it was now or never. “I know about the mass shooting.”
She couldn’t see him but his eyes, they settled on her and his gaze made her feel like he was holding her, threatening her.
“What do you know?”
“More thank you think. And don’t look at me like that because I am not scared of you.”
He very quickly tried to grab her face. She smacked his hand, holding it and twisting it, and punched his face so she would have time to pull up her hoodie again. Frank was stronger though and he twisted her hand the other way, while also cupping her face with his other hand, forcing her to look up at him and drop the hoodie. This was the first time the figure had a face and it wasn’t the one they advertised on television, the clean marine. It was dirty, bruised, scarred and scary.
“What do you know?” he repeated.
“I know which gangs were involved. I know your family died in the crossfire. Many other people as well. I’m not sure why yet-“
“And why are you here?”
“Because the way you’re going… you’ll end up in jail before you get any answers!”
“Who sent you?”
“No one.” She said trying to push his hands off her. But his grasp got tighter. “Who are you expecting?”
He looked into her eyes and she felt like he was reading her mind like he could see right through her.
“You ask too many questions.”
“I only asked one.”
“And that’s too much.” He let her go, she lowered her head, breathing heavily “Now go.”
She stroked her cheeks, where he had held her. His grasp was so tight she felt a painful sensation still. He looked back at the carousel; the ride was ending. He checked his clock again.
“you said something about cleaning the city. The last man, I heard saying that, is in jail now.”
“I don’t care where this ends for me, sweetheart. As long as it’s over for them the rest is irrelevant”
“Why not try to get both? Justice and answers. You kill them all and you will never know if they were more behind this. So, it’s never really over. And what kind of punishment is death?” he looked at her, confused “You give them eternal rest while you pay for their deaths. So, who are you really punishing?”
He turned his body at her, giving her his full attention. He looked intrigued and annoyed at the same time. “Who are you?”
Her eyes remained on him, she struggled to find the right words and she doubt she was just asking for her name. She lowered her head, looking at her hands, the scars on them. “I’m someone that wants to help- “
“Your boyfriend approves of that?”
“He is not my boyfriend!” she snapped, looking up.
He nodded, understanding “Brother, then?”
“I told you before it’s none of your business!”
“Well, whatever he is to you tell him not to stand in my way otherwise ill kill him. Now leave-“
She punched him and he didn’t even see it coming. He laughed, holding his chin “you got a good hand sweetheart.”
She stood up, pulling up her hoodie “Yeah, I do, and I can put up a Goodman fight so trust me when I say you want me on your side. If not for my moves, then because I am the only one willing to help you” She gave him a card with her number on it, it took a while before he accepted it.
“I don’t need your help,” he said tearing it apart and standing up. God, he was huge and she felt so small. The light from the carousel faded and she knew that meant it was closed that made his figure even scarier like a body with no face. “Now go before you get yourself hurt-“
“I told you I’m not-“ she didn’t get to finish the sentence, men in black started coming out from the darkness, holding their guns and aiming at them “what the-“
“I told you to leave.” He moved away from her and walked slowly to one of the guys.
“Let’s make this easy frank. You’re coming with us-“ frank grabbed his hand, starting a fight but the unknown man stabbed him with a needle in his neck. Alexandra moved forward, pulling out her knives from her boots to help frank but one of the men shot her arm before she had any time to act. “Who the hell is this?” she tried to get up but they were simply outnumbered and ambushed and she was stabbed too with the same needle. She saw frank fighting with another guy and more men surrounding them like they had fallen into a mice trap. She tried to hold on to her knives and managed to get a few before her vision began getting blurry and the world around her seemed to turn.
Next thing she knew she woke in a basement, laying on the floor and she sat up quickly but before she could stand, she was pulled back by the cuffs that were holding her tight on a pole. It was the cold air in her cheeks that made her realize her mask was missing. She pulled once and twice, groaning as the fresh gunshot wound in her shoulder ached bitterly until she heard an all too familiar voice.
“Not gonna work sweetheart.” He said and she looked to her right, only to see Frank tight on a chair himself, head down.
“So much for your reputation.”
“I’ll be out of here soon. Don’t worry about my reputation!”
“It’s not you, I’m worried about!”
“I told you to leave.”
“Should have listened to him.” Said Finn Cooley, walking in like he was entering a playground. “Now he’s gonna have another name on his conscience.” He smiled “that is if he cares about you at all.”
“He doesn’t and neither do I! So let me be on my way!”
“No! I think I’m gonna let you watch. You see your friend here-“
“He is not my friend!” she pulled on the cuffs again.
“He is on a mission of retribution, aren’t you boy?” he took a chair from the corner of the room and sat across him “you killed my son. He’s underground because of you and you were coming after me too! You’re walking away leaving bodies on your trails. Taking what think you deserve- “
Alexandra pulled on her cuffs again. Finn punched frank multiple times on either side of his face and held his neck, forcing him to look at him “now you’ll give it back to me and before the burning comes, you’ll get a bullet in your head. This time it will be fetal. So, where’s my money?”
Frank smiled, his teeth and lips were bloody. His features were bruised; Alexandra wondered where he got the strength.
“Your boy’s in a box and you just want your money back?”
Fin punched him again. This time harder, frank’s face fell to Alexandra’s direction. They locked eyes for a moment and she could see through his icy exterior, she could see pain. An inch of it that was gone by the next second. “You’re gonna die tonight but it’s your choice how and it’s your choice if she will die with you or not!”
“She has nothing to do with this” he mumbled under his breath and Finn moved his chair closer
“You think I care? She will pay for your sins as if she committed them herself unless you tell me what I need to know- “
“Okay-“he whispered, “I’ll tell- I’ll tell you-“
Finn smiled but Lexie, she could feel the storm brewing and she’d be lying if she said she didn’t see his next move coming. Frank knocked him on the nose with his head twice before his men held his body back. Finn wiped the blood off his face and took out his gun, hitting frank with the back of it.
“I’ll be honest, boy,” he said getting up “I was hoping that it was gonna come to this-“ he took a drill from the table next to her and the minute Alexandra saw it, she started pulling harder on the cuffs. Finn walked back to Frank who was yelling now. Alexandra saw a spare bolt on the floor. She heard Frank scream and the drill working against his skin. She tried to block it out and moved her hands on the end of the pole. She moved her body any way she could until she reached the bolt and when she had it, she started trying to unlock the cuffs. Sitting in a way so that her hands and what she was doing were hiding behind her back. But Her hands were shaking and tears were in her eyes. Listening to his screams was torture. Even her breathing was chocking her and all she could see was red, her body trembling, her eyes shut closed, her hands frozen. She knocked her head backwards on to pole, words and curses slipping out her lips in whispers that made no sense.
“Again” echoed a voice in her head.
Suddenly silence fell in the room and for a moment, Lexie thought he was dead. The punisher was dead but then he heard his breathing, loud and heavy. She focused on that, she let herself calm down and continued messing with the cuffs when frank suddenly turned his attention to her. “Well, if torturing you gives me nothing maybe you need to hear her screams the way she heard yours.” Finn moved towards her now, drill in hand. Her heart was so loud she was sure Matt would be able to hear it wherever he was and whatever he was doing. The drill began to spin, the noise echoing in her head and she could feel Frank staring but without saying anything. Whether he really didn’t care or he was bluffing, she didn’t know. But she wasn’t gonna roll the dice on it. Finn kneeled in front of her, smiling that wicked smile.
“let’s see how long before you break- “
The drill got closer; her breath got shorter but she wasn’t going to beg she was too stubborn for that. Sweat was covering her face, fear choking her face, and just for a second, she looked at him, not really sure what her expression was at that moment but he-
Fine- stop! I’ll tell you what you need to know but she walks out of here!”
Finn laughed and moved away, allowing her to breathe normally again. Frank gave them the location and while Finn was calling his guys to go for the hidden treasure, he looked at her. A look she couldn’t really understand, she saw him doing something with his hands behind the chair and she reminded herself she had to keep going too. She focused on unlocking the cuffs, she was almost there when in a quick moment Finn turned back to Frank angry, something had gone wrong-
“You son a bitch- YOU BLEW IT UP- KILL EM BOTH-“
She unlocked the cuffs and jumped on Finn, pushing him back. The drill dropped from his hand and she grabbed it herself. She put it in his leg, drilling a hole. She watched him yelling but didn’t stop until a man aimed with his gun at her. She threw the drill on the man’s head, knocking him out. She stood up and looked behind her, frank was outing his own fights, wrestling with two guys at ones. While she was distracted, she was pushed by another guy, throwing himself over her and hovering on top of her, holding her arms back. She kicked him, trying to get him off another gunshot was heard signaling the death of the man frank was fighting with. She bit the man’s arm, he yelled but his grip was still tight and he moved his hands to her neck choking her and then- blood, all over her face, the man’s blood who had been shot fatally by frank in the head. She was in shock; she could taste it, she could hear that echo in her head again, a voice calling her to stand up and keep fighting. Reality and hallucination has become one and indifferent. She felt like she was trapped under a cave, the air was ending and she couldn’t get out, her bones were crushing under the rocks “Help” she whispered
“You never ask for help” the echo said “You’re useless if you do.”
“Help me” she said again, louder, begging and then screaming “It was me, I did it-"
She heard the bang again. And screamed louder. She thought she’d suffocate when the body was pulled off hers and she took a deep breath in, sitting up, balancing herself on her elbows. Looking around in fear and terror. She saw standing over her and for whatever reason she could focus on him but there was still a buzz in her head, loud and confusing.
“Get up” he put his hand behind her neck, helping her raise her head “look at me” everything was spinning. “hold this and stay behind” he offered her his hand but she didn’t take it, she could barely move. He sighed and he wiped the blood off her eyes and lips removing the taste of it. It helped. He held her face, which was so small in his big palms, forcing her to look into his eyes “this is why I don’t want your help. Because you can’t. You don’t have the stomach for it- No one does“
She gulped and shook her head. Yes, she had been triggered by the blood and the gunshots and the brains that exploded in front of her but this wasn’t the end. She put any strength she had into getting up and she held the gun tightly in her hand. “I’m fine-“
He stood up as well and he wasn't In any better condition than her. He could barely stand but they had each other and they were gonna get out of here no matter what. He pointed at her “you’ll stand behind me. Because I still don’t trust you, you hear me?”
She nodded, her head turning a little, and following his lead they got out of the room and in the hallway. Immediately someone shot him in the hand and they found cover in a corner. She knew that if he lost any more blood he would faint. “Ok…ok…” he laid his head back on the wall and closed his eyes “One batch, two batch. Penny and dime.” He whispered and moved forwards, shooting anyone he could get but they were getting multiplied by the second and she was trying to shoot some of them but she was always better with knives. She took off the safety on the gun, she was prepared for the worst. They’d shoot and cover, shoot and cover.
Silence.
Alex and Frank looked at each other. Her gut was telling her that it was a good sign. she looked behind the wall as frank tried to pull her back but there was no reason to. Matt was there. Running towards her. She placed her hands on his chest and he cupped her face, feeling her wounds.
“I’m fine!” she said quickly “he’s worst!” she glanced back at the wall, frank was still behind of.
“you’re bleeding. Your arm- “ he touched the wound
“It’s alright, it’s nothing-“
“They saw your face.” He said, stroking her cheeks. She held his hand.
She shook her head “didn’t hear my name.” she held his hand “help him.” She said and ran in the corner. Frank had collapsed on the floor “He helped me-“
She kneeled in front of him and looked into his eyes, moving his face left and right. Checking for his pulse. He seemed so small at that moment, just like any other guy “Do you have my knives?” she asked and Matt handed them to her. She tore Frank’s shirt in half and wrapped the fabric around the hole in his foot that was created by the drill. “Frank?” He hummed but said nothing.
“Police is coming,” said Matt.
“We’ll find a way around the back,” she said, using the other part of the shirt to clean the wound on his head.
“I’m sorry what?”
“Help me get him up!”
“No, hold on! What did you say?” he asked and pulled her by the arm to stand up.
“We don’t have time to argue!”
“Yeah, we do because we are giving him to the police!”
“Ma-“ she stopped herself and moved farther away from frank’s body so he wouldn’t be able to listen. “He had a family! Alright? And They were killed! Did you know that? I didn’t know that” she hissed “there’s more to the story! If we hand him over now, we’ll never know.”
“And he will kill 10 more people before we do.”
“he’s too weak now, he won’t be able to fight for a while. I’ll keep him in the apartment-“
“Are you insane?”
“I think I’m more sure about this than anything else I’ve ever done.”
“He is dangerous!”
“He is in pain” she protested. “and I promised to help him so I will!”
“Then I’ll take him to my apartment, not yours.”
“He already knows who I am. There’s no need to know who you are as well, or for you as…” she whispered his name “Matt Murdock to get involved.” She smiled “plus I think he likes me more.”
She wasn’t gonna change her mind and she would fight him if she had to but thankfully, she didn’t have to. Matt helped her get him up and take him to her apartment, where they helped patch his wounds and tight him on her bed and they waited for him to wake up.

i have SO many questions that the movie didnt exactly answer about legacy vs. nature vs. nurture like
i dont think just because she's billy's daughter that means she will turn out like him. sometimes children turn out like their parents sometimes the cycle continues, sometimes it doesn't. i know she kills the ghostfaces at the end but like... there's a morality/humanity component that wasnt with sidney because sidney's mother was murdered by her boyfriend and then after killing her boyfriend and his friend she had to kill like 12 other ghostfaces to survive. now im NOT going to armchair psychology my way around anything but while sam obviously killed in defense of herself, her sister, and others theres the question of "is she going to turn out like her father". like she said "it felt right" after explaining how she killed richie but there was no further elaboration or details which leaves this all up in the air. the thing with same is that up until a certain point and developmentally speaking sam was [considered] normal, there are no indications she exhibited any behavior that would be cause for concern until AFTER she found out billy was her father. that doesnt mean there weren't any but scream v was very specific in saying "sam's dad left" (which happened after both sam found out who her biological father was AND when her father found out that sam was not only not his child like his wife claimed) "and she started getting in trouble with the cops" (which, to be frank, i dont fucking blame her??? like she's a teenager, and being a teen is already hell, but on top of that she 1) found out her dad wasnt her biological dad 2) blames herself for her and tara's dad for walking out on them and 3) IS AFRAID SHE WILL TURN OUT LIKE BILLY SO SHE RUNS AWAY TO MODESTO! like she didnt develop a fascination or obsession with her father or serial killers or become one herself and well obviously its a movie so it is suggested the "dont fuck with the daughter of a serial killer" MAY lend to her survival but all things considered... she did NOT turn out like billy! and the fact that she killed to survive doesn't make her like billy either! but the question is... does "it felt right" mean she DID? and in this movie she's obviously hardened from previous events, she literally says "richie was a limp dick little fuck who cried when i slit his throat" which may be typical grizzled protagonist bravado but because of her parentage her worth, or humanity, or her place on the good vs. evil scale (what's that quote that was like 'once again reminding me of my place on the menu' or w/e) and like IN REAL LIFE this would not be indicative of "the poison dripping through" (to use succ lines) but because its a movie the audience is left to believe... IS IT???? and my conclusion is... well does it MATTER? if theres going to be another scream movie with sam i would want them to PROPERLY explore that avenue of "is she or isnt she" like sam is NOT just the sum of her parts or her father's daughter like she's still human after all that (what's that quote that's like 'evil is almost always human and boring' or w/e) like... sam makes the CHOICE of not being like her father and i am not of the belief that she is anything like him and even IF she has a natural inclination or affinity for murder for whatever reason then, like... idk, i still dont think that means shes like billy unless she literally devolves into a full-blown serial killer. is this anything????

Why? (Stu and Billy x Male Reader)
I couldn't help but write a small insert involving my favorite killer duo—Stu and Billy. I'm not happy with the ending, so I might come back and change it. I just wanted to post something quick.
Summary: M/n Prescott was a straight-A student, popular, good-looking, and kind. So why was he holding a gun and aiming it towards his sister? What was his motive?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Sidney's breath caught in her throat as the chilling click of the gun echoed in the kitchen. Her heart pounded against her ribcage, the sound almost drowning out the sense of impending doom.
"What? Did you really believe you'd make it out alive?" M/n's words sliced through the silence like a jagged knife, their mocking tone a cruel contrast to his previous soothing nature. His eyes, once warm and familiar, now gleamed with a disturbing intensity. Sidney's hands trembled as she felt the cold metal of the gun pressed against her skull, its presence sending shivers down her spine. She couldn't believe it—her sweet brother was a murderer.
"Why?" Sidney couldn't help but ask, her voice trembling with the weight of betrayal and disbelief. Tears welled up in her eyes as she stared into M/n's unsettling gaze. "Why are you doing this to me? Why did you kill our friends?" A groan escaped M/n's lips, the sound carrying an eerie mix of boredom and frustration.
"Again with the questions, Sid," M/n sneered. "They were your friends, not mine. Besides, do the majority of serial killers have a reason?"
He watched his sister's expression, almost amused by her attempts to understand the incomprehensible.
"But…" M/n trailed off, his voice taking on a sinister edge, "If you really want a reason for my killing spree, turn around." Sidney's heart raced as she hesitated, the command hanging in the air like a dark omen. Sensing her reluctance, M/n's patience wore thin. With a swift motion, he grabbed his sister and forcibly turned her around, a twisted smirk playing on his lips.
As Stu and Billy entered the kitchen with a knife in hand, the atmosphere grew even more suffocating. M/n's eyes gleamed with a macabre anticipation, relishing in the unfolding chaos. While he would have preferred to finish the job with a gun, he indulged his boyfriend's penchant for theatricality. After all, who was M/n to deny them such pleasure in their twisted game of cat and mouse?
"Surprise! Did you really think it was just M/n on his own?" Stu's voice dripped with mockery as he stepped closer, the knife held menacingly in his hand.
Billy, his expression equally twisted, chimed in, "Yeah, Sid. We've been planning this for a while now." His tone was chillingly casual, as if discussing the weather. "But it doesn't end just there, oh no. We have another surprise for you."
Sidney's heart sank as Billy's words hung heavy in the air, each syllable dripping with malice. Her attempts to break free from M/n's hold grew more frantic, yet his grip remained strong. "You see, Sid," Billy continued, his voice laced with a sickening glee, "there's something else you should know. Something that will make this all the more delicious."
Stu stepped forward, his gaze locked with Billy and M/n's, a silent understanding passing between them. "We're not just partners in crime. We're lovers."
Sidney's heart shattered at the revelation, her mind struggling to comprehend the depth of their betrayal. Billy, her former boyfriend, Stu, her friend, and M/n, her brother, had been conspiring against her all along, their twisted love for each other overshadowing any sense of loyalty or morality.
Stu's grin widened, his eyes gleaming with a wicked delight. "Fucking, killing, you name it, Sid. We're a team in every sense of the word."

Meeting and Dating Jim Halsey
Tumblr media
(Not my gif)(Requested by anonymous)
- Well; as unrealistic as it is that somebody who experienced what Jim experienced would ever pick up another hitchhiker again, you wound up meeting your future boyfriend while traveling cross country carless and alone.
- You were broke and figured you could save some money; and the planet, by carpooling the desert highways between you and your destination instead of driving them yourself. So you packed up your things and found yourself a few nice rides before raising your thumb to a beat up old car that was cruising along the same dusty road that you were currently walking along....
- The first few minutes were strange and you’d started to worry that you’d gotten into that “wrong car” that all your friends and family liked to warn you about. The man was a little too quiet, jittery; as though you’d done something strange, and a little too focused on the road in front of you as he cryptically asked if anyone had ever warned you about how dangerous it was to get into cars with strangers.
- Yet, just as you were about to tell him that he can “drop you off here”; readying your best “I’m not scared” smile, he apologized and laughed awkwardly, his face melting into an apologetic and pleasant expression.
- He took his hand off the wheel and offered it to you, introducing himself as Jim Halsey while your stomach began to settle and your heart began to beat at a normal pace. Jim Halsey …it; for some reason, sounded familiar....
- The man had seemed a lot older when you first got into the car, but now; with his face relaxed and his words coming out like a normal persons, you realize that he can’t be that much older than you; probably a college student or at least the same age as one …even if he didn’t act like any of the ones you’d ever met.
- But, putting aside the occasional odd quirk; like jumping any time you made a sudden movement or asking a bunch of questions about where you were going, he was actually pretty nice.
- Lucky for you, he was heading almost exactly where you were and the two of you made a deal that you’d pay for food and he’d handle gas. It seemed like the best deal you’d ever struck so you gave him a smile and shook on it; still pondering why he seemed like somebody you already knew.
- You did a lot of the talking: answering questions about yourself and making conversation about this and that. You had, at some point, asked him if he was a singer “or something” and he’d laughed it off in the confused way that people do, assuring you that he wasn’t while you mentioned that you could have sworn that you’d seen him somewhere before.
- It took you a few hours before you realized why: sat in the passenger side seat of his car, watching as he filled up the gas tank and shrugged on a faded leather jacket. Jim Halsey: the kid that was on the news a year or so back; the one who killed that serial killer....
- You must have been looking at him like he had two heads when he got back into the car because he laughed a bit awkwardly and asked “what?”, an amused lilt in his voice as he realized you were staring at him.
“Jim Halsey.”
“ Yeahhh?” He swiveled his head a little, urging you to continue before his smile faded; seemingly realizing the realization that you’d come to.
- He sighed and asked if you wanted to get out and you sat still for a minute before you declined, silently settling back in your seat; much to his surprise. You named a town and nodded down the road: giving him the directions he’d asked for prior to getting out of the car and purposefully moving on from the subject while he slowly started the engine.
- You drove in silence for a little while before he brought up the subject himself. You told him that he didn’t have to but he insisted that he wanted to and began to explain what had happened. All of a sudden, his previous actions began to make a lot more sense and you found yourself a lot less nervous; and feeling somewhat guilty for accidentally making him uncomfortable.
“So you just tell me if you wanna get out cause I won’t mind. Now or later …whenever you want, you know? …I won’t take it personal.” He tells you and you contemplate what you should say.
“You know, you really don’t seem all that dangerous to me. Maybe a little dumb but not dangerous,” You respond casually. “I mean, if I went through all of that I wouldn’t even think about picking up another hitchhiker for the rest of my life, but to each their own I guess.”
He went silent for a moment before he began to laugh. “Yeah? Well no offense but you don’t exactly scream ‘danger’ yourself. And you’re the one who got into a car with a stranger so I think we’re just about even in both those departments.”
“Touché.” You responded and gave him a smile; turning to watch out your window as the tension in the car completely melted away.
- Everything seemed to turn back to normal after that and you momentarily forgot that the man sitting beside you had a pretty hefty criminal record. You even found yourself attracted to him; and feeling as though he was attracted to you.
- He wasn’t too upfront about his interest but he certainly wasn’t subtle: asking what you were planning on doing in the city you were heading towards before adding on the “visiting a boyfriend?” question was a pretty sure sign that you weren’t alone in your desires. And his eagerness to deny having a relationship of his own only furthered your beliefs.
- You were so comfortable in your conclusion that it was actually you who ended up making the first move. The two of you had stopped at a motel for the night and as you were getting ready for bed, you’d sidled up to where he was standing and pressed your lips to his.
- For obvious reasons, he was fairly surprised, but it didn’t take him long to respond, clasping his hand around the back of your neck as he began to kiss you back.
- Whether you stopped there or went farther is up to you but the ending remains the same either way. You played Russian roulette in the middle of the desert and found yourself a boyfriend.
- Jim likes Pda but he doesn’t go overboard unless there’s a good reason for it and he just can’t be bothered about other peoples opinions. Most of his touches aren’t sexual but they are intimate and people tend to avert their eyes because they don’t know how to respond to such a vulnerable and loving scene.
- He honestly touches and holds you in the most random ways. Like sure, he gives you normal affection most of the time but then he’ll like clasp his hands on top of your head or nudge you or give you a three second scalp massage while he holds your face and you’ll just be …confused?? He’s strange but you still like him.
- Handholding. He prefers it over trying to fit you under his shoulder or slipping his hand into your back pocket. It also helps to calm him down whenever he’s anxious.
- Cheek caresses; even if he does nothing else. He’ll sometimes just put his hand on your cheek and watch as you lean into the warmth of his palm, his thumb stroking across your skin while your eyes flutter shut. Most people would then kiss their significant other but Jim has a tendency of just dropping his hand and moving on.
- Although, he does occasionally kiss your forehead after doing that. He’ll also just pepper a few kisses to different areas on the side of your face and jaw for no real reason at all.
- Jim loves affection even if he isn’t overly affectionate himself. He loves when you touch him; no matter what you’re doing, and he’ll never complain; even if you’re harassing him more than you’re loving on him.
- Slow, soft kisses.
- He’s honestly not too big on cuddling but he does have this quirk(?) where he needs to feel that you’re there in bed beside him. Feeling your weight there always comforts him and he tends to wake up whenever you move; unless he’s in a deep deep sleep.
- He tends to use your given name first, pet name second. If he is using a pet name, he typically uses honey or gorgeous.
- Considering the fact that you; most likely, met on a trip, the two of you probably do long distance for a little while. You take turns making the long drive up to see each other and communicate over phone or by mail; he has a habit of sending you stupid little letters and postcards that you keep in a box under your bed.
- Little nighttime check ins. He likes to call you and; at least, say goodnight; especially if he wasn’t able to see you during the day.
- Him picking you up from class or work. Most of the time it’s just a fun little surprise but occasionally, he’ll make the trip because he feels as though there’s something wrong; regardless of what that may be.
- He was honestly quite the extrovert before everything happened so if you’d like to think that you met him prior to him meeting John Ryder than get used to sitting in the car while he has a full on conversation with some random dude at the gas station.
- I feel like prior to everything; and after he’s had time to heal, he’d be pretty into traveling and going on different road trips. He just seems like the type of person who enjoys taking trips and seeing new things; especially if they involve you.
- Timed photos out in the middle of nowhere.
- He loves getting you dumb little gifts likes gas station rings and tiny weeds that look like flowers.
- Making mixtapes or shopping for cassettes with each other because you don’t get a lot of radio signals in the middle of the desert.
- He honestly thinks you’re adorable when you sleep. He loves looking over and seeing you dozing off in the passengers seat of his car.
- Diner dates. He pays close attention to what he’s eating.
- Him giving you money for jukeboxes because I feel like the two of you would go to places where you’d see them.
- Him lighting cigarettes for you.
- Fast food. He’s very much so a ‘burger and milkshake’ kind of guy; though he does have a slight aversion to french fries….
- Sitting on your couch or in bed with popcorn while you watch television or a movie.
- Bowling dates. He gets adorably smug and gloats whenever he gets a particularly impressive strike.
- Making up plans as you go.
- Turning random errands into dates. You’ll go somewhere because you need something but you’ll also take the time to make it fun and enjoy yourselves; usually stopping to get some food afterwards.
- He takes notice of all your quirks and the different little things that make you special: your nervous habits, your freckles or birthmarks, the things you do depending on your mood, etc. He likes thinking about how he knows you more intimately than almost everyone else in your life; it’s like he has a special little secret that no one else gets to know about.
- If you name your stuffed animals or have a pet that sort of just sits in it’s cage, he will learn their names and jokingly greet them whenever you leave the room; mainly because he’s alone and they’re “staring” blankly at him.
- Saying nothing or talking for hours.
- Pointing out different inconsequential things to each other. You doubt the other persons actually interested in 90% of what you show them but it’s sweet to see them indulge you and it’s fun to indulge them when it’s their turn.
- Thinking together and bickering about random topics. He has a slight temper and a proclivity towards sass so you’ll be on the receiving end of a few “now what?”’s and “would you let me think?!”’s.
- Considering the fact that his first instinct at the police station was to call his older brother and that said brother didn’t even pick up the phone makes me think that he doesn’t have a very close relationship with his parents. So, with that being said, the two of you probably don’t talk to or about his family very often.
- I’m sorry but we can’t just ignore that Jim kind of developed crazy boy tendencies after the whole hitchhiker ordeal. He’s not a total psycho Yandere but he isn’t a completely innocent and perfectly well adjusted individual and that’s just something you’re going to have to get used to if you want to be with him.
- There are certain little things that “tick him off” and trigger his protectiveness: like he insists that you stay the night whenever you accidentally stay over at his place really late or he’ll be really suspicious whenever he sees you talking to some random guy that you don’t really know. They don’t happen often but they still act as little reminders of what he went through.
- He loves you but he doesn’t want to “take you down with him”; so to speak, so he makes it completely known that you’re free to leave him any time you want and that he won’t hold it against you. He would obviously prefer it if you didn’t but he understands if you don’t want to/aren’t ready to be involved with his “mess of a life”. He just wants to see you happy.
- Every now and again, he’ll say something like “what did I do to deserve you” and look at you like you hung the moon. He sometimes wonders why you’re with him; after all he’s done and been though, and in those moments, you just have to reassure him that you don’t think he’s a bad person and that you love him.
- You’ll probably be dealing with the occasional consequence from his previous actions: like parole officers, court dates, mandated therapy, etc. I doubt that he only got a slap on the wrist for literally killing someone and holding an officer at gun point so sorry but your boyfriends legally considered a criminal.
- People probably recognize him on the street and your parents probably don’t think too highly of him because of all the tabloids they read but who cares, right? He’s infamous but he’s also one of the sweetest guys you’ll ever meet so just ignore all the naysayers.
- Although he’s probably gotten a lot of his “issues” under wraps by the time the two of you get together, there’s no denying that you’ll occasionally experience some of the effects of his ptsd.
- He has certain little “quirks”; for lack of a better word, that have developed from his hitchhiker experience: like him needing you to take showers with him or be in a room where he can hear you, or constantly needing to know what room of the house you’re in. The two of you probably move in together; or you’re urged to do so by him very often, because he doesn’t like having that “barrier of ignorance” between you.
- Occasionally, he’ll wake up in wee hours of the morning and just find himself completely unable to go back to bed. You’ll know it’s been a shitty night for him when you wake up alone to the smell of freshly brewed coffee.
- Jim alternates between getting really jealous to not caring at all. Some of the time, he just can’t help but get jealous, but other times, he reasons that he’s given you enough “ways out” that you’re obviously in love with him enough not to get swayed by some random guys flirting.
- Jim would kill for you; plain and simple.
- He doesn’t really like confrontation but if it comes down to it, he’s perfectly capable of holding his own in an argument; not that the two of you argue all that often.
- He doesn’t like “going to bed angry” so if you’re gonna have a fight, you’re gonna solve it then and there. He understands when he’s done something wrong or if he’s hurt you so when he apologizes, he’s actually apologizing; not just trying to smooth things over.
- He tells you that he loves you pretty often. He’s been forced to confront how quickly life can end and he doesn’t ever want to regret not saying those three little words.
- He certainly won’t be the easiest person to date nor the most approved of boyfriend you’ve ever had but you love him anyway and he loves you even more.

Drunk Antics
Mark Lee X Reader, ft. Johnny | Smut, Fluff | 5.8k | College AU
Summary: After being caught having sex with your previously virgin boyfriend, you thought Mark and your brother Johnny would never get along. That is until your boy comes back to your room in the drunkest state he’s ever been after a short trip to the bar with his Johnny-hyung, asking you to try new tricks he’s learned from the Master of Sex.
Sort of a continuation from Our First Time but can be read separately.
Warnings: Smut, oral sex, drunk unprotected sex. For the sake of the very little plot there is, Mark is intoxicated in this fic so his consent may be unclear. Please don’t read this fic if this makes you feel uncomfortable. I also don’t approve nor allow taking advantage of your romantic partner while they are under the influence of alcohol.
Tumblr media
“You forgot that you borrowed his AirPods?!” Your boyfriend is shrieking in whispers, doe eyes shaking in fear and horror as he kneels on your bed, trying to shamelessly hog every inch of your blanket to cover his body.
Mark is so drowning in panic that he doesn’t even notice that you, in fact, are still naked. “I was going to use them before to work on my assignment,” you try to reason, “but then you came so I kind of forgot about them.”
“Kind of?!” He screeches. “I agreed to have sex with you because I thought you were sure that he had his AirPods on!”
You stare at him flatly. “You’re making me feel like I just took advantage of you.”
“I am feeling like you just took advantage of me!”
“You just lost your virginity, I think you have to thank me instead.”
“Babe,” Mark grabs both of your shoulders, staring with wide eyes as if there’s a ghost lurking behind your back but he’s trying his best to calm you down (though he’s pretty much shitting his own pants). “You should’ve remembered that you took his AirPods. He heard us.”
“Mark,” you imitate his tone mockingly, taking a hold of his shoulders in the same manner. “It would’ve been super weird if I thought about my brother when I have my hot boyfriend rubbing his dick against my ass.”
Distracted, a sheepish smile forms on his face. “You think I’m hot?” But he shakes himself awake on the next second, going back to yanking out his hair with both hands. “No, wait—what am I going to do—your brother heard us having sex—I can’t—”
“I heard my brother having sex all the time.” You shrug nonchalantly. “Sometimes even when he’s alone in his room, which is gross.”
“THAT’S NOT THE POINT—”
“Guys?” Johnny’s knocks on the door are becoming more impatient. “I swear to God, if you two go back to sucking each other off, I’m going to throw Mark under the bus and run him over myself.“
Mark’s eyes nearly pop out of his head. “Did you hear that?!”
You roll your eyes in response, reaching out to the table beside your bed and snatch Johnny’s AirPods from inside the drawer. “Here,” you hand it over to Mark.
Your boyfriend reacts as if you just handed him a bowl of hot lava and he fumbles with his hands, shoving the AirPods back to you with so much horror in his eyes. “Why are you giving me this—no—no—”
“Mark, honey.” You gently smile, pushing the thing back in the most motherly way you can manage. “I’m covered in cum—your cum, in case you forgot—and you’re hogging all the blanket—“
“No—”
“Also, I’m sweaty and gross. Can you please be a man for once and let me take my shower? You can still join me afterward.”
“Babe!” You can tell he’s about to throw up out of fear but he’s just so cute, you can’t help but keep teasing him about it. “This is not fair—he’s going to kill me! And what do you mean ‘for once’, am I—“
“Okay, guys, any day now.” Your brother, Johnny, calls again from the other side of the door. “If one of you don’t come out and hand me back my AirPods in the next ten seconds, I am literally going to call the police.”
Mark nearly jumps out of his own skin. “What?!”
“Oh, shut up, Johnny,” you shout back, mouthing calming words to your boyfriend who looks like he’s seconds away from fainting. “You’re not going to do that and we both know it!”
“But I am going to call our Mom.”
“That he might do,” you say, wincing a little at Mark. “Okay, I’m going to take a shower.” You lean forward to give him a peck on his cheek. “Good luck, babe.” And you sprint off to the bathroom inside your room, all while holding out your best not to cackle loudly.
“Where are you going—Baby, get back here!” You can hear Mark protesting in whispers, but you just send him flying kisses and a wink, and shut the bathroom door behind you.
Mark’s soul is leaving his body, he can feel it. And that’s okay, because Johnny is going to kill him anyway. But when the older man really starts to count to ten, Mark jumps out of the bed, tripping approximately three times as he tries his best to dress himself back in his own clothes while muttering the words “shit” and “fuck” repetitively under his breath.
When he’s sure he looks less fucked than before, Mark opens the door, breathing hard as if he just did the worst workout in his life.
“H-hey,” Mark starts, attempting to throw his best look-at-me-I’m-a-good-boy-who-did-not-just-fuck-your-sister-when-you-were-around smile at the other man. “How’s it going, man?” His voice breaks in the middle of his line and he winces as he tries to calculate the least painful death options he can commit.
Johnny unenthusiastically gazes back at him. “What are you doing?”
“I’m… smiling at you?”
“Don’t. You look like a serial killer.”
“S-sorry, I’m—“ Mark’s eyes start searching everywhere but Johnny’s eyes as he feels his own feet turning into jelly. “I guess I’m nervous.”
“Nervous? Why?” Johnny places his hands inside the pocket of his jeans, looking way too intimidating for your boyfriend to handle. “Because you just had sex with my sister while I’m in the house?”
Mark’s jaw is almost dislocating from his face from how wide he opens his mouth. “I—I, umm—“ He clears his throat, wiping a bead of sweat off his forehead. “S-so, you really heard us, huh?” He tries to laugh it off, which he soon regrets from the way Johnny’s eyes are throwing daggers at him.
“Yeah, well,” Johnny shrugs, “My ears don’t have on-and-off buttons that I can switch whenever I want. I used to have my AirPods to do that job, but she borrowed them to help her concentrate while doing her assignment.” He gives out a sly grin, almost mockingly. “Little did I know that her assignment was you.”
If he didn’t feel like dying before, Mark is sure as hell feeling it now. “I’m so sorry—I swear, she told me you had them—I also thought you were downstairs—“
“Yeah, I do go upstairs from time to time, you know, ‘cause my room is over there,” he dully replies, nudging his head to the end of the corridor, where his room is located next to yours.
Mark’s entire body shudders in horror. “Dude, I didn’t know—I thought that was a storage room—oh God—”
“Don’t call me dude. I’m not your dude.”
“Fuck—sorry, you’re right—I’m—“ He’s hyperventilating by this point. “Is there any place in this house where I can kill myself?”
“You can try jumping off my balcony,” Johnny answers in the most casual way that Mark begins to question whether he’s really being serious about it.
“G-great, I’ll put that in my options,” is all Mark has to say. “Thanks.”
“Sure thing, bud.” Johnny yawns, offering one hand to the other man which Mark stupidly enough stares in confusion before he takes a hold of it and gives it a sweaty handshake. Johnny switches his gaze from Mark’s face to their hands before he brings back to stare at him straight in the eyes and says, “My AirPods, you idiot.”
“FUCK—“ Mark is so embarrassed that he stumbles on his feet, knocks the side of his head against the door frame, and does a silent scream when the pain jolts to his entire body.
“Man, I wish I had my phone ready to record all of that,” Johnny comments.
Mark is too much in pain to recognize his mumbling. He fumbles with the AirPods in his hand, shoving them to Johnny’s chest. “Shit, I don’t know why I thought you wanted a handshake—here—oh my God—I’m so sorry—“
Even Johnny seems a little bit amused at his antics by this point. “Thanks,” he says, tucking the AirPods inside the pocket of his jeans. “You have some time to spare?”
Mark gulps. “Are you going to kill me?”
“Not until the end of the day.” Johnny says, and Mark laughs a little bit too loud and a little bit too hard and by the way Johnny smiles, he still can’t tell whether he’s joking or not. “Come on, let’s go have a drink.”
“Umm I-I don’t think I should—“
“Not a request, Mark.”
“Yes sir, on my way!” And he knocks himself once again against the door frame as he rushes forward to follow his steps.
“Also, Mark?”
“Yes?”
“Your shirt’s inside out.”
***
“Mark?” Your voice is answered by the silence of your room. You’re feeling a little bit dizzy from the hot shower you just took. You took a bit long in the bathroom, waiting for Mark to come and join you with a cute pout on his lips and tears in his eyes (that’s how you imagined him to be anyway) but your boyfriend, it turns out, was not even in your room. You put on your clothes—a knitted navy blue sweater with sleeves a little bit too long for your arms and a simple pair of jeans—and head downstairs, searching your house but nobody comes to answer. Sighing, you go back to your room and try to call his cellphone but immediately feel disappointed when his ringtone comes from under the bed.
“Great, he forgot his cellphone,” you mutter to yourself, picking his phone up and throws it on the bed. “Did he really run home without telling me?” The image of Mark panicking and running away from your house like his life depends on it sure does look like it’s something he does out of shame. But judging by how great your previous sex activity was, you figure that he’s probably going to go back to you sooner or later. He also has his phone to retrieve anyway.
So it’s time for you to actually get some work done. There’s no other reason for you to run away from your goddamn thesis and the day is getting late. After having some ramyun for dinner, you finally begin working on your assignment.
It’s hard to start, but a few minutes after you get your head to it, you start losing track of time. You’re finally done with your work (most of it anyway), already closing your laptop and place it back on your backpack, when your door abruptly swings open, showing your boyfriend’s face with the biggest grin on his face.
“Baby, I’m home,” he says in a sing-song voice, a bit slurry and a little high pitched. Before you can say anything—too busy trying to figure out how high he is judging from the dopey look on his face—Mark is giggling and walks closer to you. “You know,” he says, placing a hand on your desk and leaning close enough for you to know that he reeks of alcohol. “I just had the greatest day of my life today. And it’s all because. of. you.” He pokes your nose repetitively between every word.
“Mark—“
“Are you hungry? I’m hungry. Do you want some pancakes, because man, I’d love some pancakes—“
“What, are you drunk?” The answer is obvious but you ask anyway.
“No, I’m Mark.” He grins, chuckling at his lousy joke.
“You are so drunk.”
“And you,” he snickers, pinching one of your cheeks, “are so cute~”
You swat his hand away. “Where have you been?”
“I went to a bar with your brother,” he giggles again, playfully massaging your shoulders. “He’s so coooool~”
“What?!”
“Yeah, he’s, like, so tall and, like, so fit.” You can’t believe you’re hearing your boyfriend fangirling over your brother. “And he knows a lot of stuff—like, a lot a lot.”
You certainly have to kick Johnny in the shins after this. “How—why—I thought you were—“
“Babe, you’re rambling.”
You can’t believe you’re turning into him, so you clear your throat and try again. “How drunk are you exactly?”
“Drunk enough to know that this,” he stops to pick up the fishbowl you placed on the bedside table—where Marky the Goldfish is sleeping with its eyes open—and lifts it up to his face, “water cannot be drunk but drunk enough to contemplate about doing it.”
You make a face. “Leave Marky alone.”
“Why did you name it after me?”
“Because it’s dumb. Like you.”
“Huh, can’t really argue with that.” He snorts, placing the fishbowl back to the table and tripping on his feet as he does so—spilling some water from the side but thank God, your fish is safe and alive, though probably also a little bit drunk because of that sudden… turbulence.
“Oops,” he giggles, “Sorry, Marky.” He doesn’t look regretful in the slightest. You stare at him in silence, unconsciously judging him with all you have and usually, he would start becoming nervous and fumbling with his words but now, he just looks at you like you’re the best thing that ever happened to him and rushes forward.
“Man, I love you.” He tackles you into a hug, almost sending you toppling down your chair, “I love you so much. Have I said that today?”
This is certainly not the way you imagined your first confession to be like, especially coming from Mark who’s usually shy and too childish to admit his feelings. “No, you haven’t,” you retort. “Ever.”
“What, really?” His eyes are perfectly round and wide, actually surprised about it. “Shit, I’m sorry. Come here.” He pulls you up to your feet, cradling you into his arms, hands flailing all over your body before they finally rest on your waist. “I can’t believe we had sex and I didn’t even tell you that. I’m so sorry.” He leans back, putting some space between you so he can stare directly into your eyes. “I love you. I’ve always been for a while. I’m so in love with you that I can barely concentrate whenever you’re around.”
You wish he wasn’t drunk out of his mind because those words, those lines, could have been so romantic but even though he looks romantic, you’re not sure whether he’s being one hundred percent conscious about it.
“Okay, let’s talk about this again when you’re sober.” You tap his cheek with one hand and pinch it when he whines. “Have you even taken a shower yet?”
“Yeah, this morning.” He smiles dreamily at you, kissing the inside of your palm. You can’t believe how bold and greasy he becomes when he’s drunk. “And yesterday. And the day before that. And—”
“Okaaaay.” You shut him up by placing your hand above his mouth, which he licks like a little puppy, earning a surprised yelp from you. “Mark!”
“Babe!” He imitates before throwing himself to the bed, laughing at your face. “Come here, join me in my bed.”
“That’s my bed.”
“Isn’t that what I said?”
You exhale loudly, rolling your eyes. “I don’t think you can go home at this state. Your mom would kill me.”
“But I’m already home,” he says, crawling toward you until he kneels at the edge of the bed, face to face with you. “Home is wherever the heart is, right? And my heart is with you.”
You curse yourself inwardly for having your heart flutter at his embarrassing line and you hate yourself even more when he notices you’re blushing.
“Whatever. Just take a shower and get some sleep.” You walk back to your desk, flipping around the pages of your textbook. “I still have two chapters to read.”
You can hear your boyfriend huffing behind you, but try your best to ignore him. It’s an impossible feat, it turns out, when Mark sneaks up behind you, circling his arms around your shoulders and peppers few kisses down the side of your neck.
“Mark—“
“You smell so good.” He inhales deeply, burying his nose in the strands of your hair. Standing up, you turn around to face him so you can protest and push him away but the look on his face makes you freeze.
“You’re so cute,” he says, running his hand up from the curve of your neck to cup your cheek. “And You’re so pretty. And hot. You’re so…” He begins staring at your lips, eyes unfocused. “Hot.”
You can tell it’s coming but when he kisses you, almost hungrily, it feels like he’s snatching your breath away. “Mark, wait—”
“Not waiting,” he murmurs against your lips, pulling your hand over his shoulder so you’re forced to lean your entire weight against his chest. Mark’s calloused hands travel down your body, wrapping both against the back of your thighs and lifts them up so you can wrap your legs around his waist. You follow his lead though still not entirely convinced that you should continue this.
Mark kicks your sliding chair away with one leg and places you down on your desk. He roughly pushes all your papers and textbooks to the end of the table, making enough space where you can sit facing him, with your legs tangling around his waist.
You have spent a decent amount of time kissing Mark over the months you’ve been dating, but only now that you have the chance to kiss him when he’s drunk and you’re aware just how much you’ve been missing.
The drunk version of Mark Lee unexpectedly kisses much more slowly compared to the sober version of Mark Lee, and if you thought fast, passionate kisses were hot, then these slow, deep kisses are sending actual shivers down your spine.
Mark has his right hand cupping your cheek, rubbing comforting circles on your skin with his thumb, while his other one is around your waist, slipping his fingers underneath the hem of your sweater. He angles your head to the side, and his parting lips fit like a perfect puzzle piece with yours. There’s a shy trace of his tongue along your bottom lip, as he nibbles at it slowly and he lets out this small moan as he does it as if it’s something he’s been wanting to do for years and just finally able to do it now.
He tastes like alcohol and you’re not particularly fond of it but the more he kisses you, the more you think it doesn’t matter because he still somewhat tastes like how Mark usually does and you always love the way he tastes on your tongue.
He drags your chin down with his thumb, tasting you a little bit deeper and as he presses his hips against yours, his breathing becomes ragged and you just realize that you probably have a kink for all of this stuff because holy mother of God, this is just so hot.
“Mark,” you sigh as he moves away to kiss your ear, warm lips pressing against your earlobe. He hums in a low, breathy voice that you’ve never heard him do and it makes your stomach flip. “Mark, you’re drunk.” It’s more like a reminder to yourself because you know that as the sober one, you have to put a stop to this but what can you do when he has his tongue tracing against your skin and his soft moans vibrating through your ears?
“Baby,” he whispers, pulling away a little so you can see his eyes and fuck, it’s the biggest mistake you’ve made today—bigger than forgetting that you borrowed Johnny’s AirPods. His eyes are half-lidded, utterly filled with lust and the way he licks his bottom lip as he stares at you has you breathless. He leans closer, as if he’s about to kiss you again, and whispers, “Don’t you want me?”
You remember that you said the same thing earlier to him that day and it makes you think how karma is a fucking bitch. You secretly wonder whether you have the same effect on him because Mark is being so irresistible right now and he successfully makes you throw all of your reasoning to the back of your head.
“Fuck this,” you claim under your breath, pulling him down to you by the neck and crush your mouth together. You can feel your boyfriend smiling into the kiss, and the sounds of your wet kisses make your heartbeat go crazy.
“Take off your shirt,” you command, already grabbing the end of his shirt and struggling as you try to pull it over his head. Mark helps, chuckling a little bit and when it’s off, he has his lips against your neck again. His teeth are prickling against your skin, sucking it until it’s bruised and you have to remind yourself to be angry about it later—because you have classes tomorrow and what if anyone sees that nasty hickey on your neck?—but right now, you just want him to mark you over and over again.
Mark starts to unbutton your jeans, pulling the zipper down and you use your free hand and legs to shake your pants off. It’s not easy, and you almost kick your boyfriend in the face while doing so, but he laughs it off and kisses you again. You can tell how hard he is when he presses himself against you, and you’re eager to put him out of his misery but he suddenly pulls away, saying, “Wait, let me do this first,” and he kneels on the floor, his face right between your legs.
You can feel your breath hitched when he runs his fingers on the inside part of your thighs, his lips follow soon after. He slips his fingers around the edge of your panties and pulls them down. You suddenly feel so exposed to the way he’s looking at you so you pull the end of your sweater down, trying to cover your thighs as much as you can.
“Why are you so shy?” Mark says, taking your hand away and pressing his lips against your palm. His eyes never leave yours and they twinkle in the most teasing way. “You weren’t shy about this before.”
“Stop looking at it too much,” you reply nervously, can’t help but to blush about it. “I feel weird.”
Mark chuckles, airily and soft. “Sorry, I just didn’t have the chance to really see you before,” he explains, one hand unconsciously rubbing your thigh, trying to calm you down. “Can I eat you out?”
Sober Mark will definitely not say anything like this—hell, sober Mark will probably faint just thinking about saying stuff like this—which is why you’re becoming even more nervous and excited at the same time.
“Baby?” Mark calls, smiling softly. “I kind of asked you a question.”
Fuck me. “Yes,” you breathe out, and you realize he was just messing with you before but who the fuck cares right now.
“Yes what?”
“Yes, Mark, please.” You can hear yourself whining and you hate yourself for it, but desperate times call for desperate measures. “Please eat me out, Mark.”
He smiles in the sexiest way that you don’t think it’s possible—like seriously, who is this guy?—biting his lower lip as he does so and if he keeps doing that, you figure he doesn’t even have to eat you out to make you come undone.
He presses his lips near your heat, whispering, “Good girl,” before he places his mouth on the exact spot you want him to be.
“Fuck,” you hiss, biting your own lip as you see his head move between your legs. Mark has his eyes closed, repeating what he has learned earlier that day and does the thing you like the most. When he locks his eyes with yours, you almost choke out a sob.
“Mark,” you try to keep your voice down in whispers but Mark is so good that it feels much easier to work on your goddamn stupid thesis rather than holding back your moan.
“Mmm.” The way he moans at the back of his throat as if he’s having the best time of his life makes you weak and you press your thighs together without knowing. Mark places his hands on each side of your thighs and spreads your legs wide apart, allowing himself to be even closer and making you feel way more exposed. You have to grip your desk with both hands to keep yourself from falling.
“Okay, no, stop—“ You find yourself breathing hard, pushing him back by the shoulder and he raises a questioning eyebrow.
“Was it not good?” He asks and you curse inwardly.
“Mark,” You grab him by the silver necklace he has around his neck, pulling him up so you’re face-to-face. “I’m about to come, what do you think?”
“Really?” He looks impressed with himself. “Then, why did you stop me?”
You tangle your legs around his waist, bringing him close and grind your hips against his. “You know why.”
Mark’s thin lips part in a silent moan, whispering, “Fuck,” under his breath but he tries to keep his composure. “No, I don’t,” he says, teasing you though he doesn’t look like he’s able to hold himself back long. “Babe, I literally just lost my virginity a few hours ago. You have to tell me what you want.”
“Mark.”
“Babe.”
You scowl at him and scowl harder when he has this shit-eating grin on his face, and if your eyes could throw daggers, he’d be in so much pain right now. But Mark is making a sound between a giggle and a snort, which is rather cute but you still kick him in the stomach for playing with you at a time like this. “Mark, come on! I want you to fuck me!”
He takes a hold of your thigh, leaning down to place kisses under your ear. “And where do you want me to fuck you, exactly?” He whispers, purposely making an mmm sound as he sucks on your earlobe. “Should we move to the bed?”
“No, fuck, just do it here.” You unbuckle his belt, pushing his jeans and boxer down to around his thighs, low enough for you to stroke his member and position it toward your entrance. “Mark, just put your cock inside me.”
It seems like he’s beginning to lose his mind over how desperate you are actually begging him. You guide him toward you, making sure he’s not doing anything wrong and when he pushes inside, you just have to bite on his shoulder to muffle your moan.
“Fuck, you’re so tight,” he groans, eyes closing shut as he grips on your thighs, nails sinking into the skin almost painfully. “I couldn’t remember whether you were you this tight before but—oh God—”
His movements are still a bit sloppy, but soon he finds the pace you both like and maintains it. When he sees you throwing your head back in pleasure, he grins to himself and lifts your sweater up to your chest. You help him take it off, unclasping your bra with so much effort as he continues pounding into you.
He’s so consumed by the sight of your breasts bouncing up and down matching his thrusts until he can’t take it anymore. “Babe, can I go a little bit rough?”
“Wha—fuck!” It’s your luck that you don’t slam your head against the wall from the sudden force Mark is thrusting into you. He has his mouth on your breast, moving his hips much quicker than before,  and moaning your name several times under his breath. The desk is clearly making a sound as it bumps against the wall but you don’t care—your parents are out of town and Johnny already heard you two before anyway. You can just apologize to him tomorrow.
Mark suddenly changes position, lifting one of your legs up in the air while keeping the other down so he can slide in deeper. “Johnny-hyung told me to try this,” he says with a smirk on his face. He’s breathing quite hard, just like you. He kisses the side of your ankle once before he lays your leg on his shoulder. “Tell me if it’s too much.”
When he moves his hips again, with so much force that you have to hold on to the table, you’re pretty much just screaming his name. Mark’s bangs are sticking to his skin as beads of sweat start to form on his temple, and he pushes his hair back with one hand, chanting your name like a prayer and recording every expression you make in his mind.
You can handle his movements but you’re sure the skin around your waist is going to bruise tomorrow from how hard he’s holding you. You’re getting distracted by the way the muscles on his abs flex with every movement that it catches you off guard when he suddenly says, “I love you,” between his soft moans. You shudder at his words, leaning forward to wrap your fingers around his arm, begging for support. “Mark, you’re not fair—“ The rest of your sentence dies when he hits the spot that makes you see stars.
It’s a little bit embarrassing for you, the much more experienced one, to come undone before he does but Mark doesn’t stop, even if you beg him to. “Hold on to me,” he says, smashing his lips against yours and adding, “Just a little bit more, baby,” between kisses.
When he’s finished, your back and legs are aching so much that he has to carry you onto the bed. Mark shakes his pants off before he slides under the blanket next to you. He asks whether you want to shower and you shake your head. “Tomorrow. I can barely stand right now, to be honest,” you comment which earns a light chuckle from him.
You both sigh out loud, staring at the ceiling and trying the process what the fuck just happened.
“Mark?”
“Yeah, babe?”
“I know it’s bad for your health, but do you think you can get drunk more often?”
He giggles at that, turning to his side so he can face you. He looks so sleepy and you let him caress your face with his fingers with the little energy he has left. “Thank you for today,” he says, smiling dreamily. He leans closer to press your temples together, rubbing the tip of his nose to yours in a childish manner before he kisses you softly. He drifts off to sleep soon after.
When you wake up the next morning, still naked and gross from the night before, you realize that yes, small purplish bruises are forming on the skin of your thighs, waist and for sure, your neck. You look to your right, seeing your boyfriend still sleeping soundly with his stomach pressed against your bed and his lips slightly parted. You don’t have the heart to wake him up, but your parents can come home anytime soon and they cannot catch the two of you looking like this.
“Mark,” you softly call, placing a hand on his cheek and rubbing his skin with your thumb. “Mark, wake up.”
He groans, turning his face away from you. You tap his shoulder, run a hand through his dark locks and still nothing. Huffing, you gather the very little energy you have—without coffee in the morning, you’re pretty much nothing—to turn his body around and crawl on top of him.
“Wha—” Mark’s eyes are half-open but don’t stay so for long when he notices how you’re basically straddling his bare abs with your naked body. He panics so much that he begins to flail all over the place and end up falling from the bed and knocking you off his lap in the process.
You break into a train of laughter, pulling some blanket to cover your body. “Guess sober Mark is back.”
“Why are you naked?!” He shrieks, head peeping out from under the bed, and he shrieks louder when he notices that he’s also in his birthday suit. “Why am I naked?!”
“You seriously don’t remember?”
Mark takes a few seconds to himself, trying to process everything that his blurry memories can give and his jaw falls slack on his face when he realizes that, “We had sex!”
“Yeah, we did. Twice.” You giggle, nudging your head toward your desk which is literally in chaos—papers scattered everywhere, books falling to the floor, pens unaligned.
Mark follows your gaze and gapes harder. “Shit, yeah, on that desk—I remember—wait, but how?! Why—” He looks like he’s physically hurting trying to remember every detail, and probably that’s his hangover talking.
“Want some aspirin?”
He pouts rather cutely. “Yes, please.” When you step down from the bed, leaving your blanket behind, Mark blushes and immediately turns his face away, unconsciously letting out a girly yelp as he does so.
“Umm, babe?”
“Yeah?”
“You’re naked.”
You stifle down a laugh. “Yes, I noticed. And so are you.”
Mark covers his bottom half with a pillow, face flushed. “C-can you put some clothes on?”
You were planning to, but seeing him react like this makes you re-think your decision. “Mark, we literally had sex twice yesterday.”
“I know, don’t say it!” He hides his face behind his palm. “It’s still embarrassing for me.”
“You certainly weren’t embarrassed last night,” you tease, “You even asked whether you could eat me out—”
“GAH!” He has both hands covering his ears, turning his entire body around to hide his face but the way his ears are going red is contradicting his action.
“Mark, look at me.”
“No way in hell!”
Smirking to yourself, you slowly walk to his spot, not covering even an inch of yourself. When you call him again, softer this time, Mark makes a mistake and throws you a glance. He’s no longer able to take his gaze off you after that.
You spread your legs, sitting on the pillow he has on his lap and wrapping both legs around his waist. Pressing your chest to his, you lean close to his ear. “Wanna go for another round?”
Mark gulps.

A reader getting the upper hand on bo and boutta beat the shit outta him before deciding to teach this dumbass how to life instead
- Lily
Thanks I wanted scream-queen but it's taken 😂 I like this one better now though
Reader gets the upper hand on Bo
Bo Sinclair x Fem reader
TW: light torture, threats, Bo is a bit of a masochist.
Things had gone sour quite fast. Whoever that Bo Sinclair guy was, he was more than the shamelessly flirty but respectful persona he put up when they arrived to the town. Being a hitchhiker meant taking quite a few risks, but she hadn't been expecting a serial killer, no, those were the kind of risks people who hitchhiked joked and told exaggerated stories about, stories people claimed were real but were actually just an urban legend at most, vaguely based on events that took place decades ago on the other end of the country.
This wasn't an urban legend. This was very very real.
The hitchhiker, that's what the folk she came with'd called her when Bo asked. Besides her, there were two ladies and two guys, none of them seemed to know much about her other than she needed a ride to some place that was close to where they were headed. He caught her looking his way once, and shot her one of his most charming smiles, being faced with a look that was almost judgemental before she turned back to looking around.
Her indifference got his attention more than the other two's flirty attempts at getting him to stop glancing her way and their boyfriends's glares could. It was why he'd decided to go after her first, lock her away and save her for last. That was his first mistake.
Catching them off guard was easy, people's first mistake when they arrived to Ambrose was not thinking much of Bo, and he made them regret that. The hitchhiker followed him into the basement with annoyed resignation, and by the time she realized just in how much trouble she was, he'd used the moment of realization to tackle her and get her cuffed to his chair. He left her there, going after the others so that Vincent wouldn't have all the fun.
Two kills and two unsuccessful chases later, Bo retuned to the basement, finding the door open and the chair empty.
"Damn that bitch," he cursed through gritted teeth. Something hard collided with the back of his head before he could turn around and realize he'd fallen into a trap.
When he opened his eyes, Bo's head was throbbing, it took him a minute to realize he was strapped down to his own chair, and as soon as he did, he began to trash and scream, much like he used to do when he was a child with parents who didn't know nor care to learn how to properly deal with his bursts of emotion. His chest heaved as he glared to the side, spotting the hitchhiker leaning against the wall, watching him as she held onto her own thumb in a way that confused him until a snap noise made him realize that's how she'd broken free: she dislocated her thumb and was now putting it back in place.
"That look tells me this hasn't happened to you before," she hummed, pushing herself away from the wall and stepping towards him. "Rookie mistake, should have at least knocked me out."
"I don't hit ladies," Bo spoke, making another attempt at breaking free. "But I'll make an exception just for you."
She snorted, the noise only made Bo's blood boil. He considered dislocating his own thumb to break free, but didn't quite dare to do it, he'd dislocated it once as a child, while his father was trying to place him on the high chair, and he still remembered how much it'd hurt despite how young he'd been. It wasn't something he wished to repeat anytime soon.
He straight up tried to bite her hand when it moved towards his face, but her fingers went to a spot over his ear, fingers digging into an injury made when she hit him, making him curse through gritted teeth and struggle against the straps.
"Look at me," she demanded, grabbing a handful of his hair and making Bo tilt his head back to meet her eyes. "How many of you are out there?"
"Fuck you," Bo growled and once again cursed when her knuckles pressed hard against the injury on his scalp. "Just me, damn it!"
"Bullshit," she spoke, her tone calm yet stern in a way that made Bo's heart race. "You wouldn't be so confident about taking out five people if it was just you." her hand once again dug onto his injury before she let go of his hair, the now bloody bands sticking to his head.
"What are you, an expert?" he questioned, struggling and being met only with the chair's rattling as he watched her move to where his tools were.
It was as she reached for the pliers that he saw something familiar on her arm, a tattoo of a geometric butterfly in different shades of blue. He remembered finding a newspaper in one of their previous victims' car showing that exact same tattoo as an identifying mark for a criminal that'd escaped prison. It then clicked in Bo's mind that he might have met his match.
"Well shit, darlin'," he snorted. "and here I thought you were just some chick."
"Oh, I am," she hummed, moving over and taking a hold of his hand, placing the pliers over the first knuckle. "Just some chick that will start cutting fingers unless you start being honest."
Bo glared at her, the look in his eyes almost challenging him to try. He would kill her if she did– hell, he didn't even believe she would dare; he was the deranged one, the one that made people scared. But now, as he stared into the eyes of someone who looked at him with the same look of superiority he often looked down at his victims with, he wondered if this is what they felt. There was panic as the pliers began squeezing down on his knuckle, harder and harder each passing moment; and there was something else, something stirring in his lower belly.
"Okay, wait," he breathed out, his gasp turning into a sigh of relief when she paused. The pressure of the pliers was so far enough to make him thing there'd be a bruise. "It's me and my brothers. Two of 'em."
She stared at him like she could read him mind, or was trying to, and that stirring in his lower belly turned into a tightness in his pants that he hoped she wouldn't notice.
"You've got a nice town here," she hummed. "It isn't even on any maps. It would be a good place for someone like me to spend some time at until people stop looking for me." her wrist shifted, the pliers twisting his finger enough to make Bo tense. "Now, that could happen with you and your brothers alive, or not. I don't really care. But if I have to pick, I'd say it'd be easier for me with you all dead, less trouble." she leaned forward, her grip loosening on the pliers allowed Bo to move his finger back to a non painful position. "Are you going to be trouble?"
Bo mentally cursed his body for reacting the way it did, trying and failing to will his blood to stop rushing downwards. His head was spinning for something completely unrelated to the injury: he wanted her– fuck, he really wanted her.
"I've been called everythin' but trouble, ma'am," he managed to say, trying his best to sound smug.
She leaned back, tilting her head and pondering for a moment before she freed one of his hands, moving out of his reach before she turned to the door. "Don't make me regret it, boy," she said, looking over her shoulder as he began feeding his other hand then moved on to his ankles. "Or I will make you regret it."
She left him there: humiliated, angry, and uncomfortably hard.

serial killer tomarry fic recs please? 🥺
[Evil laughter] I got you, Amanda...
Of Shadow and Blood by Wolf_of_Lilacs
Even serial killers should exercise caution when picking up hitchhikers. Who knew? (Certainly not Tommie Riddle, with a pathological fear of death and a taste for the macabre.)
I love this one to pieces. Femslash, vampire Harry... glorious.
The Matchmaker by TanninTele
'The Matchmaker' is a serial abductor whose modus operandi consists of pairing two same-sex individuals together in a coffin, six feet underground - buried alive. He isn't a killer. He's a kidnapper with morals, and Detective Chief Inspector Tom Riddle finds himself obsessed with solving the case.
Unfortunately for Tom, the Matchmaker is just as intent on knowing him.
This one is a personal favourite. I don’t want to spoil anything, but let’s just say Tom is the detective here.
Mania by Angel_of_Mysteries
Harry and Tom have been together for two years, and Harry’s finally ready to take their relationship to the next level. Little does he know, so is Tom.
Hm, yes, this one is pain. My own notes on the bookmark are spoilers, so I won’t post these here, but let’s just say there’s no happy ending for Harry here.
City Lights by tarouhi
The Puppeteer has made a name for himself in London. The infamous serial killer's eccentric methods of killing brings havoc for the authorities. It escalates until one Tom Riddle and his team are assigned to the case.
It's a good thing that Harry always comforted him when he's home.
This one is quite sweet, actually! Tom is the detective once again, and Harry is his boyfriend. It’s a WIP at the moment, with four chapters, but a definite favourite.
In Essence, Divided by Wolf_of_Lilacs
Her phone read 2:13 a.m.
Super spooky. Femslash. Would recommend, 10/10.
Through A Glass Darkly by Wolf_of_Lilacs
The night is dark and full of terrors. Look away. There is naught but disquiet here. (Always femslash.)
Who am I kidding, have the whole series. Delicious.
You’re bleeding because you don’t floss by Arualiaa
Doctor Riddle harbours a dark secret. With an artist's soul and a steady hand, he cleanses the world of imperfection, one careless patient at a time. When Harry Potter shows up at his clinic, he finally finds the perfection he'd been looking for.
It is right then and there when Tom Riddle, odontologist and serial killer, decides that he must protect that smile at all costs.
This one is so weird. And so sweet.
Murder Husbands by Prince_of_Pharaohs
Tom Riddle is the infamous, well-known serial killer: Lord Voldemort. A terrifying killer who has never been seen, not even a silhouette or anything. Harry Potter, on the other hand, is the notorious murderer edgily named: Master of Death. An alpha-hating serial killer, who, as you expected, only targeted alphas.
They were two rival serial killers whose motives are completely unknown. Disturbingly, sometimes they even used their murders to communicate with each other, challenging the other.
Both of them are married to each other, not knowing the other was their rival. Then one thing led to another, and Harry is straddling his husband with a knife in hand.
Now, I’m not usually one for ABO, but this is good. Very good. Featuring rival serial killers, married. WIP, two chapers.
Depraved by IvoryRaven
Harry meets a stranger at his favorite cafe and they fall in love almost instantly, bonding over mutual interest in Harry's writing and murder.
Harry is a murder mystery writer. Little does he know that his new boyfriend is the notorious serial killer Voldemort.
This one is good, very good. No angst.
Ashes to Ashes by watchingvfall_n_drown
Tom's hands were made for destroying. He should never have tried to hold on to something so beautiful in the first place. He couldn't go on denying his nature for long, could he? And now, the only thing he had ever treasured in the whole world was turned to ash by his own hand.
Short, but incredibly painful.
Light House by teecup_angel
Hermione is a new recruit of Scotland Yard. A week after her placement in Remus Lupin’s team, they get a case of highest priority: the abduction of Harry Potter.
This one is pretty good. It is a WIP, though, with two chapters remaining, and was last updated in 2016. Be warned.
And now, hijacking fic recs to rec my own fics...
darling, i’ll dream of you when you’re gone by goldenzingy46
Tom Riddle is a perfectionist serial killer, looking for ways to murder his next victim - the optimistic, dreadfully pretty Harry Potter.
But wait, something else happens too.
(For the Distractions' Halloween Big Bang.)
No happy ending for Tom in this one.
My Heart Beats Against Your Silver Knife by goldenzingy46
Harry Potter was never the kind of man to care about his life, eating cheap food in a cheap flat and never bothering to futher himself - why should he?
He cared, however, when it came to solving crime - and the latest murder mystery was no exception, sending him all over London in hopes of solving it and many crimes associated with the help of the charming Tom Riddle from Riddle Manor, just up the hill.
But there was something slightly off about Tom Riddle...
(Still not happy with the summary.) WIP, not abandoned, involving detective Harry and serial killer Tom, who ‘helps out’ as a profiler.
long fingers for a woman by goldenzingy46
Tommie Riddle is a serial killer who likes to choke the life out of men.
Harriet Potter likes to wear drag.
Mistakes are made, but all in all, the ending came out fine.
Femslash, crossdressing, serial killers, happy ending.
Send in asks for any fic recs you’d like!
Fandoms can be found in the previous message, but a quick reiteration: Lucifer, Good Omens, Sherlock, Marvel, Harry Potter - if you’re interested in fic recs for these fandoms, check out the last fic rec post for what I can offer.

I’m Not Jealous! (Spencer Reid x Reader)
Tumblr media
Description: {Request] Could you possibly do one of Reid getting jealous? Thank you!!
This case was a long one, taking everyone’s brains and energy it was completely draining. You and Spencer had spent the previous night working later than everyone else finally figuring out a geographical barrier that finally made sense, with the new information you hoped he unsub was right under your nose.
You sat in the main office of a police department in Florida talking to one of the officers who had a question about the case from the profile you had given out a few hours earlier, ‘’The geographical barrier shows that he hits within 15 mile radius of one specific area, we found that there are around 100 bars in that barrier which doesn’t give us a precise idea of where he’s going next, but we can cross off some of the places he’s already been and make a smaller geographical barrier off that maybe today,’’ You explain to him taking a sip of your coffee.
‘’Ah, I see.’’ The young officer says. You glance around seeing in the small office where you had set up that the rest of the team was inside, scared you were missing out on something of importance you quickly push yourself away from the officer’s desk trying to make your way back, ‘’So do you ever get a night off?’’ He asks you before you could scurry away. ‘’I mean you can’t spend all day here, right?’’ He says beaming a smile at you.
You politely throw a smile on your face not wanting to hurt his feelings, ‘’I’m pretty busy, don’t have much time when a serial killer is on the loose for a night off.’’ You say laughing uncomfortably.
‘‘Well I have some of my best officers out there looking for this guys, they take some of the heat off of you and do me a favor.’‘ He explains an amused smile on his face.
‘’What favor would that be?’’ You ask.
‘‘They take a shift, so I can take you out.’‘ He says and you let out a snort of a laugh.
‘‘Excuse me?’‘ You ask him. You glance back up to the room where everyone was noticing they were now staring at you confused by the situation, ‘‘Uh, I have to go.’‘ You quickly say throwing your cup in the trash and speed walking to the small room.
‘‘What was that about?’‘ Reid ask when you walk in.
‘‘Nothing, let’s just get back to the case.’‘ You say blowing it off. ‘‘Please,’‘ You insist.
‘’Y/N’s right, let’s get back to it.’’ Hotch orders. You glance up at him silently thanking him and he raises an eyebrow at you suspiciously. ‘’Reid, Y/N good work last night on the geographical profile, let’s try to narrow it down even smaller if we can. The police had statements from people from the last murder site let’s go over those and see if we can find anything.’’ He says sliding everyone a stack of papers.
Later that night you and Spencer again were the only one’s working, ‘’I can’t find anything,’’ You groan. ‘’Not a single thing connecting anyone, why is this impossible?’’ You ask Reid who was sitting across from you.
‘’We’ll find something eventually, we just have to look harder.’’ He explains.
You sigh tapping your pencil against the desk repeatedly and after a few seconds you notice him look up at you just quick enough to catch it then glance away, ‘’Sorry does that annoy you?’’ You ask him, ‘’Nervous habit’’ You explain.
Spencer laughs at your statement, ‘’I don’t think thats your nervous habit,’’ He says with a small laugh. You look at him as if you were questioning what he was saying, ‘’You fidget a lot that’s what you do when you need to move around, you’re nervous habit is sipping on coffee and hiding your hands with your shirt,’’ He gestures to your sleeves now which were rolled up to your elbow. ‘’You did the nervous one earlier after you came back in the room from talking with the cop,’’ He points out and you look at him amused dropping your pencil on the table laughing.
‘’Wow, stalker much?’’ You say laughing making him laugh. ‘’I’m kidding.’’ You say, ‘’Interesting though, you have a nervous habit yourself Dr. Reid.’’ You say smugly leaning back in your chair crossing your arms over your chest. ‘’You spit out random facts and sometimes even point out obvious ones and you sometimes avoid eye contact,’’ You say narrowing your eyes at him which he stares directly into yours making you both hold back a laugh.
‘‘Nervous habits are shown to help us reduce anxiety, we find comfort in doing them which makes some of the anxiousness go away,’’ He explains, you just stare at him in response.
‘‘Okay Spenc,’‘ You say laughing, you glance up at him realizing that you had never called him that before and now you felt insecure doing it. You had only joined the team a few months ago and automatically hit it off with everyone, Spencer seemed to be the one you talked to the least and you couldn’t help but wonder if it was him avoiding you or that you got nervous talking to him because you had a crush on him.
You glance up and give him a nervous smile but he doesn’t say anything just glances back down at the papers and continued reading some of the statements, you glance back up every once in a while but he still seemed too busy to look up. ‘’I’m gonna turn in for the night,’’ You announce to him a little while later, ‘’Goodnight Reid,’’ You say this time correcting yourself.
‘‘Night, Y/N,’‘ He says sounding a little bittersweet.
_____
The next day you were determined to start fresh, you were more than ready to nail this unsub who had been killing woman in bars all over town. Walking past the officers desk from the other day he stops you once again, ‘’Miss Y/L/N?’’ You heard his voice, turning around you stand at the edge of his desk. ‘’I’m sorry about the other day, I realize now it was really unprofessional of me to act the way I did.’’ He says and you give him a sympathetic smile.
‘‘Well I’m sorry as well I didn’t mean to come off so cold,’‘ You explain to him.
‘‘If I had realized you had a boyfriend I would’ve never-’‘ He begins to explain.
‘‘Boyfriend? I don’t have a boyfriend.’‘ You quickly correct him.
‘‘Really?’‘ He asks sounding surprised. ‘‘I mean I just assumed you and the other young man seemed like you were- I mean he’s been glaring at me for the past hour,’‘ He says laughing nervously looking past you across the room at Spencer talking with someone. ‘‘He watches you like you’re the only person in the room,’‘ He says rubbing the back of his neck with this hand, ‘‘Anyway I’m sorry it was unprofessional to ask.’‘ He says.
‘‘Not a problem Officer, I appreciate the apology, really.’‘ You tell him sincerely.
‘‘Again none of my business but you’re friend over there he seems a little jealous for you to not be dating,’‘ He says sheepishly.
‘’I don’t think he’s jealous-’’ You pause as soon as the words leave your mouth. ‘’Oh my god!’’ You yell out in front of the office. ‘’Jealous!’’ You yell out and the officer looks at you confused. You run over to the rest of the team and Spencer almost looked nervous, ‘’The unsub is trying to make someone jealous!’’ You point out and you see Spencer’s shoulders drop almost out of relief. ‘’Dela Freeman was at two of our last bars and in her statement she said she had just got out of a bad relationship- I can’t believe I just remembered that! What if our unsub is her ex and he’s trying to make her jealous going to the bars and picking up these woman and when she doesn’t come back to them he kills them?’’ You explain.
‘‘That would explain the overkill,’’ Emily points out, ‘‘He’s mad because the one he desires attention from isn’t giving it to him so he uses what he has the girls he’s trying to make her jealous with.’‘ She elaborates.
Spencer coughs clearing his throat, ‘’That would also explain why the Bars are so local if she goes to school around here those are popular places among the college campus.’’ Reid points out.
‘‘Let’s get Garcia on the phone and see what we can find,’‘ Hotch says, ‘‘Nice work Y/N,’‘ He says before taking off. You try to hide the satisfaction on your face as he praises you, it always felt good when your boss told you good job but there was still so much more work to do, first you had to find a name.
______
Three hours later you sat in the back of an ambulance with the latest almost victim, you had made it just in time to save her although emotionally she was having a rough time she didn’t sustain any injuries which she was thankful for. Dela Freeman’s Ex was the unsub, she broke up with him after he constantly accused her of cheating and not paying him enough attention which fueled his accusations against her and it caused him to kill woman to try and get her attention back.
‘‘You’re going to be alright okay? They’re going to take you to the hospital and check you out. We called your parents and they’re on the way to meet you.’‘ You say squeezing her hand.
‘‘Thank you,’‘ She cries out to you, ‘‘Thank you so much.’‘
You give her a gracious smile before stepping out the back of the ambulance closing the door. ‘’Good one today,’’ You hear Morgan’s voice from behind you. ‘’How’d you figure it out?’’ He asks curiously.
‘‘The cop-he kept asking me out and then thought Spencer was jealous and it just clicked, believe it or not.’‘ You say laughing.
Morgan raises an eyebrow at you, ‘’So pretty boy was right,’’ He says amused.
‘‘About what?’‘
‘‘He thought the cop was hitting on you, said you seemed nervous.’‘ He says laughing.
‘‘He can’t tell when I am nervous, he barely knows me.’‘ You point out.
‘‘The kid knows more about you than you think,’‘ He says mysteriously but with a hint of something in his voice, ‘‘Between you and me,’‘ He whispers, ‘‘Boy wonder over there seemed more nervous than you when he saw the guy talking with you,’‘ He says winking at you.
You look at him a little stunned, Spencer nervous that you were talking to a guy? That was new.
Hours later you were back at the station taking everything off the boards and putting it into a filing box for records. ‘’Hey,’’ You heard Spencer’s comforting voice come into the room.
‘‘Oh, hey!’‘ You reply back turning back to your bulletin board taking another tack off. ‘‘I’m happy we finally got that break, we needed it.’‘ You point out to him referring to last night.
‘‘All thanks to you,’‘ He points out shuffling some papers in his hands so they align against the round table. ‘‘What clicked?’‘ He asks, ‘‘Even with Dela Freeman’s statement she never mentioned a breakup in them just what she saw?’‘ He asks.
‘‘Her friends mentioned they were out to help their friend get over an ex, in their words to get over someone you have to get under someone else,’‘ You say looking back at him a smile at the stupidity of that saying. He laughs along with you continuing to shuffle the papers on the desk.
‘‘Where’s everyone else?’‘ You ask.
‘‘I’m not sure actually, I was hoping you’d know.’‘ He says.
‘‘Hey,’‘ You hear another voice and look to the door where the young officer who had hit on you was standing, ‘‘Wanted to thank you for all your help, we uh- really appreciate it.’‘ He says giving you a smile, he glances over at Spencer awkwardly still showing him a smile of appreciation as well. ‘’My offer still stands though,’’ He points out winking at you.
You hold up the papers stacked in your hands, ‘’Paperwork’s calling,’’ You say laughing.
‘‘Not even a day off?’‘ He asks and you nod your head with a laugh. He pats the door frame where his hand was rested, ‘‘It was nice meeting you all.’‘ He says looking from you to Spencer back to you. ‘‘Have a safe flight back,’‘ He says before disappearing out the doorway.
‘‘Nice guy,’‘ You hear Spencer mutter under his breath.
‘‘Huh?’‘ You ask. When you turn around Spencer shakes his head dismissing what you had heard him utter under his breath. ‘‘He said something about you earlier you know,’‘ You point out causing him to look up. ‘‘Said you seemed jealous? It’s what helped me figure out what the unsubs motive was.’‘ You point out going back to the bulletin board letting out a laugh.
He stays silent for a few minutes and the silence encases the room, ‘’I was,’’ He says a few minutes later breaking the silence, ‘’I was jealous I mean.’’ He says causing you to stop filing looking up at him, he was staring at you back a little more wide eyed than usual.
‘’You were?’’ You say a little to happily, ‘’I mean you were?’’ You cough trying to adjust your voice.
‘’I was, I’m not sure why.’’ He says furrowing his eyebrows as if he was confused by the emotion itself.
‘‘I think I know why.’‘ You say smiling softly biting your lower lip to keep yourself from breaking out into a full on grin. He glances up gesturing for you to finish what you were saying, ‘‘You Dr. Reid have a crush on me.’‘ You say trying to sound as confident as possible.
‘‘I-uh,’‘ He immediately stutters, ‘‘That would be unprofessional-’‘ He points out.
‘‘Ah, ah, ah, there you go with the stuttering and the pointing out the obvious. You’re nervous habit, are you nervous right now?’‘ You ask teasing him.
‘‘What? No?’‘ He says his voice sounding a little higher pitched than usual a tell that he was lying.
‘‘You’re lying!’‘ You point at him a finger straight at his face, ‘‘I make you nervous!’‘ You say aloud.
‘‘That’s not true!’‘ He says lying even more.
‘‘It’s okay if I do,’‘ You say laughing, ‘‘You make me nervous too.’‘ You tell him, ‘‘In a good way.’‘
‘‘I do?’‘ He immediately fires back.
‘‘You do,’‘ You admit to him. ‘‘You’re always the smartest person in the room easily, you pick up on my nervous habits which makes me nervous because obviously you’ve taken the time to notice them. You work harder than anyone on this team and you just have this overwhelming sense of empathy for people, even the bad ones.’‘ You tell him, ‘‘I’m nervous to be around a person as good as you.’‘ You tell him smiling at him and he stares up at you wide eyed. ‘’Sorry,’’ You say laughing shaking your head.
‘‘Any room you go into you seem to have this quality about you that just lifts the mood, when you get praised by anyone you do a tiny victory in you’re head which is really cute.’‘ He pauses looking up at you. ‘‘With this job we constantly see horrible things but working with you and being around you makes it a little more bearable, even on the most terrible of days.’’ He says to you.
You hold back your words for a second, unsure of how to reply to what he just said but when you do you realize your words were going to change the friendship for the better, ‘’I said no to the officer because I’ve been waiting for you to ask me out.’’ You tell him. He smiles to himself then looks back up at you still sitting in the chair across the room,  ‘’What?’’ You say looking at him, ‘’Do I have something on my face?’’ You ask him reaching up making him laugh more.
‘‘No, no, I just-,’‘ He pauses trying to gather his words, ‘‘Would you want to come over for dinner at my house? When we get back to Virginia at least.’‘ He asks.
You grin like an idiot not bothering to hide the smile on your face, ‘’I would love to Dr. Reid.’’ You say happily.
‘’I told you!’’ You hear Morgan yell, ‘’I told you he had it in him!’’ Morgan yells stepping into the room JJ following behind shaking her head laughing, ‘’My man!’’ He says and Spencer and you both shake your head in disbelief. ‘’Penelope owes me five bucks,’’ He says whipping out his cell phone ready to call her.
You laugh glancing up at Spencer who had a smile on his face staring back at you.
You couldn’t wait to get home.

Sometimes Having Terrible Aim Is Worth It
Pairing: Analogince Word count: 4,492 Logan uses he/they pronouns cw: swearing, snowball fights, mentions of murder, implied bad parents, i might have made lore for this at 1am while bored whoops
Overall, Roman and Logan were happy with their neighborhood. The location was convenient for both of their works (the theatre and the high school) and the environment was very lax. It was a low-crime, middle-class neighborhood with people who seemed very nice.
Roman, the sociable one, had made friends with many of the people on their block, only leaving a couple of houses alone. He had told Logan that all the people he had talked with were amiable people worthy of their friendship. So, Logan had accompanied his boyfriend during conversations with their neighbors on occasion, despite being an introvert with a general disappointment in the human race.
It wasn’t with ease that Roman was able to leave the house on their right alone. He had been warned not to bother the man who lived there as soon as he had moved in and started to make friends with his new neighbors. A blonde woman who Roman guessed to be about twenty years older than him had knocked on the door the evening after the two had moved in and given them the gist of the neighborhood. Her name was Janet, and she had told them about which houses had kids (as well as which kids were the best or quietest), how many people lived at each house, what each resident was like, and finally, about the man who lived next door.
Apparently, he was introverted and creepy, didn’t have friends, had the scariest Halloween decorations, worked at an age-old psychiatric hospital, and was rude and disagreeable. Janet had sufficiently discouraged Roman and Logan from interacting with him, but even if she hadn’t, the reports from their other neighbors would have done the job.
One kid said she had knocked on his door on Halloween, and he had opened the door and snarled at her with a realistic vampire outfit on, laughing evilly as she ran away. One mother said she had gone to his house to ask for a cup of sugar, and he had given her a cup of salt instead. Three kids all said they had seen him near the haunted house on Fridays. There was a rumor going around that he had killed the previous owners of the house Roman and Logan now resided in because their cat had made a small scratch on his car (Logan and Roman were less inclined to believe that last rumor; it was evidence-less, unlike the others).
But, other than the next-door neighbor they were both terrified of, Roman and Logan liked their living situation very much.
It was January, right in the middle of winter. The weather refused to let their area forget this fact; the week had started out with a snowstorm and after one day of pause, it had snowed every day for the next four days. It was now Friday, the fourth consecutive day of having snow, and the neighborhood kids had calmed about the state of the weather. Earlier in the week, Roman and Logan would often look out their window to find kids playing in the snow. Now, the excitement had dialed down and the kids were exhausted. The couple figured that sometime in the middle of the next week, the kids would be back to causing snowy chaos, but there was still almost a week until that hypothesis would be put to the test. At the current time, the block was quiet.
Roman appeared next to Logan, who was reading. He perched himself on the armrest of Logan's armchair and put an arm around his boyfriend.
"Hey, Logan?" Roman asked, taking a lock of Logan's hair and twirling it between his fingers.
"What is it you want, darling?" Logan replied, not looking up from his book.
Roman frowned. "I never said I wanted something."
"You called me Logan," he explained like it were obvious, "so, you want something."
Roman rolled his eyes, wishing his boyfriend wasn't so observant. "I want to have a snowball fight outside."
Logan raised an eyebrow, keeping his eyes on the novel in his hands. "I assume that you want me to join?"
Roman nodded. "Who else would I fight?"
"I also imagine you will annoy me about this subject until I acquiesce, or the snow melts?"
Roman nodded again.
"What's in it for me?"
Roman furrowed his eyebrows in thought. "Well...maybe, after the fight, we can curl up next to each other on the couch in our blankets, hot chocolate in hand, and we can watch Doctor Who or whatever while we snuggle."
Logan bit his lip.
"You know you want to."
Logan rolled their eyes. "I most certainly do not."
Roman grinned at him cheekily. "Bullshit," he said sweetly, "now come with me."
He took the book from Logan's hands and set it on the table. He grabbed a receipt from nearby and put it on the open pages, before slamming the novel shut and pulling his boyfriend to his feet.
Logan made a noise of surprise as he was dragged to the door by his boyfriend.
"Roman, wait!" Logan exclaimed, putting a hand on Roman's arm. "Let me get my gloves and hat on first."
Logan, who was already in a blue patterned sweater and dark purple scarf, dashed to his and Roman's room. He opened his closet and picked out his navy blue beanie and red gloves. He put them on quickly, not wanting to have to deal with Roman's manhandling once again.
He raced back to Roman who was waiting for him at the door impatiently. When he saw Logan, his expression brightened to one of adoration.
"Oh my gosh, mi querido, you look adorable!"
Logan huffed. "I am not adorable."
Roman laughed. "Yes, you are."
Logan knew that arguing was hopeless.
They took the accusation to heart for a moment. "What if the neighbors see our fight and it ruins my reputation and they never take me seriously again?"
"One, they will be too far away from us to recognize you. Two, they won't care. Three, I'm going to be annoying you for the next two months about a snowball fight so if you refuse, they'll judge you for choosing someone as loud and annoying as myself as your boyfriend."
Logan nodded. "Fair enough."
The two exited their house. Logan put his arms around his torso and shivered, the sudden change in temperature shocking his body, but Roman ran ahead. He immediately crouched down to the ground and formed a snowball, aiming directly for Logan’s stomach, and missing by a couple of feet. Logan gave him a disappointed look.
Roman huffed and returned to building a snowball. Logan shivered again, watching the small flecks of white flutter down from the clouds above and land on their suburban neighborhood. Logan was removed from their thoughts when a snowball collided with his stomach.
He stumbled back half a step, but steadied his stance and glared at his boyfriend. Another snowball was thrown his way, but Logan dodged and watched it disperse against the door.
“You might want to join me in the yard, Specs, if you don’t want me to break a window.”
Logan followed his suggestion, running to the front yard and immediately forming a snowball. They threw it at their unsuspecting boyfriend who was in the process of making another snowball. It hit him square in the chest, making him fall backwards.
“Oh, you’re in for it, mi luz.”
Logan rolled his eyes. “You’ve hit me twice, I’ve hit you once. I’m hardly the-”
A snowball to the lungs effectively shut them up.
---
Roman and Logan were hiding behind their respective walls of snow. Throughout the fight, they had been creating their own walls to hide behind to avoid getting hit. The fight would continue until either surrender or unconsciousness occurred, and both knew the former would be the hardest to achieve.
Since the two were both overachievers and never half-assed anything, their respective snow walls were two and a half feet high, roughly four inches in thickness, and approximately two feet wide. Roman had drawn an ‘R’ into his for dramatic effect, and Logan had hit the ‘R’ purposely with a snowball twice.
Neither knew how much time had passed, nor could they sense just how cold they were. All they could think about was demolishing their beloved in a violent war of snow, where only one could be crowned victor.
They were so unfocused that they didn’t notice a door opening and closing. Their eyes were so zeroed in on each other that Logan couldn’t see anything but his weapon and his target.
Logan knew the second the snowball left his hands that he would not land the shot. They were off by at least a couple of feet. They paid it no mind, however, and focused on evading Roman’s next attack.
The snowball landed with an audible smack.
That was unusual; dodged snowballs normally landed soundlessly on the ground.
What was also unusual was the yelp accompanying the sound.
Two shocked heads turned and watched as an unfamiliar man was thrown off his balance from Logan’s ruthlessly packed snowball. He didn’t fall to the ground, no, he was too scary and intimidating for that kind of humiliation to ever befall him. But, he was inconvenienced just enough so that Roman and Logan were terrified for their lives.
Logan hadn’t hit any old neighbor that lived on their block. He had hit the man who lived to their right.
The man who was evil, scary, probably a serial killer; the person that even the adults were scared of. He overdid Halloween, had no friends, and worked at a psychiatric hospital. He could probably kill them if he wanted to. According to the rumors, he had killed for lesser motives.
His eyes locked with both of the men at once, and Logan and Roman had never been more scared in their time together. He was terrifying.
With a black shirt, black jeans, black and purple hair, and a black hoodie, the man next door with tattoos creeping up his neck and black eyeshadow under his eyes looked very much the part the rest of the street had cast him as.
Logan and Roman were truly and undeniably fucked.
When the neighbor stopped glaring at them and walked to his car, Logan and Roman simultaneously craned their necks back to face each other, a terrified look in both of their eyes. Suddenly, all their competitive fire was extinguished and they looked at the snow on the ground with fear and regret instead of devious fun.
Their neighbor got something from his car and returned inside, casting sideways glances at Roman and Logan as he passed them. He slammed his door shut, causing both men to flinch.
From day one, the couple had been warned by kindergarteners and middle-aged women alike that they were unfortunate to be neighbors with the man next door. It was today that this was proven. All they could do was wait for their demise.
Roman threw a snowball at Logan’s face in anger at his actions and bad aim. For the first time in this fight, he wished he had been hit by that snowball.
There was a four minute period where the two were internally debating their options of either going back inside or apologizing to their fearsome neighbor. Occasionally, they would make eye contact with each other, but no words were actually spoken. Roman, the extrovert, considered knocking on his door to make a quick and hasty apology while Logan, the introvert, thought about writing an apology letter and sliding it under his door.
Neither of their ideas needed to be put to action, however, since the neighbor exited his house once again.
The two resisted the overwhelming urge to cower in fear. They had never seen him before, and now they had seen him twice in less than ten minutes? Clearly, they had ticked him off.
In an effort to not make it look as though they were staring, Logan and Roman stuck their gazes on each other. Each could tell that their partner was resisting their instincts telling them to run as far away as they could as fast as possible. But they couldn’t be rude—not when that man lived right next to them and could approach their house at any time. The serial killer rumors suddenly seemed more plausible.
What greeted them (or rather, Logan) instead, was a snowball to the back.
Logan, who was tenser than a taut rope, stumbled from the harsh impact. When he was able to regain his stance, his head whipped around to look at his attacker.
The neighbor had on, of all things, a smile.
He had discarded his hoodie for a fluffy black sweater with purple bats on it. He was now in a black beanie and had on midnight blue gloves. While his winter attire was surprising considering he already had a hoodie and didn’t seem to leave his house much, the mischievous smile was the most perplexing of all new things about their neighbor. Neither Logan nor Roman could make sense of it, except that it let them see the infamously creepy stranger in a new light.
Logan huffed out a bemused laugh, staring at the neighbor (who looked to be similar in age to them) like he was a gripping plot twist in a novel that unexpectedly ended happily. He shook his head a bit, but crouched down and formed another snowball. He made sure not to throw it as hard as the first one he had thrown at the stranger.
The man dodged it with ease, running closer to the snow-covered couple’s house. He swiped some snow off the porch rail and quickly packed it before throwing it at Roman, who was too busy being bewildered to do anything to dodge. He gasped in offense and coughed when the snowball collided with his sternum, and directed a playful glare at his attacker. He threw a snowball at him in return.
The neighbor easily dodged that one, but wasn’t able to dodge the snowball Logan had thrown his way. His attention switched over to the bespectacled assailant, looking at them just in time to see him throw another snowball at his boyfriend.
“How the hell did you make a snowball that quickly, cariño?”
“I have a snow wall, Ro. What do you think I put behind it? Action figures?” Logan retorted sarcastically.
Roman rolled his eyes and formed another snowball, sending it through the air and smack into Logan’s wall. “Every man for himself!”
The neighbor laughed at that, and the snowball fight continued.
---
As it turned out, Logan and Roman were at a disadvantage from already being out in the snow before their neighbor joined in. He was able to make them both surrender eventually, but not before Roman had aimed a snowball at a precise place on the back of his neck where the snow fell down the back of his shirt.
Logan was the wiser out of the couple and had surrendered first (not without a fight, though). He figured he deserved it; he had been the one to disturb the stranger, after all. This made him able to watch as both Roman and the stranger started to shiver more and more as the fight had continued.
When Roman finally did surrender, Logan laughed in his face and then put an arm around him. Logan took one hand in his and was able to tell his fingers were numb.
“You just never know when to quit, do you?” they sighed fondly.
“I did eventually!” protested Roman indignantly.
The stranger chuckled from beside him. “Would’ve been easier for your poor body if you’d surrendered when you knew you were gonna lose.”
It was the first time they’d heard him speak; snowball fights weren’t exactly the best place to start a conversation. His voice was low, about as deep as expected from a scary man in all black. However, it didn’t hold any fearful qualities or scratchiness like the kids had described. The couple thought it sounded like coffee on a cool winter’s morning (which didn’t make sense since coffee wasn’t a sound, but it was all that they could use to describe it, nonetheless).
“And when would that have been?”
“The second I joined in.”
Logan hid a laugh behind their hand. Roman glared at him for encouraging their neighbor.
“No idiot surrenders the second another person joins,” Roman muttered.
“Exactly,” the man said with a wink. Logan was able to spot him curling his arms around himself, probably from being cold.
Roman gasped loudly when he finally realized what the stranger was saying. “How dare you!”
He stumbled out of Logan’s arms and collected more snow off the porch railing, making it into a large, messy ball and chucking it at the stranger.
It hit his face. Not hard in any shape or form; no harm would be done, but it was still a bunch of cold water shoved in his face and falling into the front of his sweater.
The stranger furiously batted at the snow on his face.
“Serves you right,” Roman mumbled.
Logan rolled his eyes. “Sorry, that must’ve been freezing.”
The man nodded.
“Come on in,” Logan invited, opening the door. “We can make you some hot chocolate.”
Roman rushed inside, running to the storage closet that had extra blankets.
“A-are you s-su-re?” the stranger said, syllables separate and repetitive from his shivering. The snow in his face caused his teeth to chatter.
“Of course,” Logan said, “it’s our—well, mostly my fault, that you got cold anyway. I’m Logan. He/they pronouns.”
Virgil chuckled. “L-log-an, h-uh? Was st-st-starting to thi-nk y-you were j-just gi-v-ven a b-bunch of p-pet names at b-birth.”
Logan blushed furiously, but laughed. Roman referred to him with Spanish terms of endearment more than he did his legal name.
“At this point, I might as well have been. I tend to respond to any unfamiliar word that vaguely sounds like Spanish now.”
They ushered the freezing stranger inside. Roman had returned from the storage closet with a blanket wrapped around his shoulders and another under his arm. Logan took the blanket that wasn’t shrouding his shivering boyfriend and wrapped it around the stranger’s shoulders, who tugged it tighter around himself eagerly.
Logan went to the kitchen, putting three mugs of milk into the microwave and setting it for two minutes. They then returned to Roman and their neighbor who were shivering in silence.
“Thanks for joining us,” Roman said, “that was fun.”
“It was,” he agreed, shivering starting to calm down. “T-thank you for letting me p-participate.” Not fully, however.
“Of course,” said Logan, putting an arm on Roman’s shoulders. “I totally meant that snowball as an invitation. Fully intentional.”
The other two laughed, knowing that was a lie. The microwave beeped, and Logan left them to take the mugs from the microwave. He put the hot cocoa powder in and stirred the mugs, before picking them up.
He entered the living room to see that Roman had sat on the left of the couch and the stranger in the middle. Logan put their mugs in front of them and put down a mug for themself. He sat down next to the stranger.
“Might I ask your name, oh Master of the Snowball?” Roman asked.
The stranger snorted. “That’s much better than my name. My name’s Virgil. He/him.”
Logan smiled to himself. “Not at all, that’s a very nice name.”
Virgil choked on the hot chocolate he was sipping. “Thank you,” he said quietly.
“Fits your aesthetic,” Roman remarked.
Virgil opened his mouth, looking offended. “And what’s that supposed to mean?”
It was obviously a joke, but Logan and Roman knew they had to tell Virgil of the rumors and his reputation. Especially now that they saw him as a good guy.
“Halloween,” Roman started to list, “everyday-is-spooky-season aesthetic, seems like the type of guy to work at a haunted house.”
Virgil scoffed. “Those places are stupid; not scary at all. If you want to go to a haunted house, make your house the haunted house.”
Well, now they had the Virgil-goes-to-a-haunted-house-weekly theory debunked.
“You do have ghosts on your sweater,” Logan supplied, taking a sip of the hot chocolate.
“They’re cute ghosts, though,” Roman said as soon as Virgil opened his mouth to argue. He pointed at one on his sweater. “See? Look at the lil’ faces.”
“My sister got it for me for Christmas.”
“If I knew your sister, that would probably explain the cute faces.”
“Oh, believe me, it would.”
Logan chuckled as he watched the two exchange conversation. He took another sip of his hot chocolate.
“So, um, I heard moving trucks outside your house about a month ago. Was that y’all? You new here?” asked Virgil.
“Affirmative,” Logan confirmed.
“Yeah, it’s our very first house together!” Roman said happily.
Virgil smiled. “That’s sickeningly adorable.”
“I am sickeningly adorable,” Roman said like it was a badge of honor.
“I agree,” Logan said.
A comfortable silence befell the group.
Virgil fidgeted, looking at Roman nervously. “Bit awkward question this far into the conversation, but I never caught your name-”
“Roman~” sang the man in question. He would have held the note out for an impressively long time if he didn’t take a sip of hot cocoa.
“Cool,” said Virgil awkwardly. “And I suppose, Roman and Logan, oh wow y’all’s names rhyme that is so romantic, anyway-”
Roman gasped, covering his mouth. His eyes lit up. “They do!”
“Are you just noticing this, Roman?” asked Logan.
“Of course!” Roman exclaimed in reply. “If I knew our names rhymed, I would have already written many a rhyming poem about our love.”
“That’s very nice, Love.”
“Don’t be snippy, mi cielo, you know you’d love it,” Roman huffed. “Virgil, don’t you think he’d love it?”
Virgil just rolled his eyes fondly, not wanting to get caught up in the middle of a lover’s spat.
“Don’t bring Virgil into this, Roman. You should put the subject aside, considering he was in the middle of saying something before you interrupted.”
“Yeah, I’ve been meaning to ask. Did our neighbors happen to...um...tell you what they thought of me? Ruin first impressions? It would explain your terrified expressions when we first saw each other.”
Roman and Logan looked at each other worriedly.
“...Maybe?” Roman asked quietly.
“There’s a small possibility...” Logan whispered.
“Y’all, I’m not mad if it happened, I just wanna know.”
Logan sighed. “Yes, yes they did.”
“What’d they say?”
“Multiple people said different things,” Logan began. “Janet talked to us first. She’s the blonde, short-haired, blue-eyed-”
“-Used to be a soccer mom, baby blue house?” Virgil asked. Logan nodded. “Met her when I first moved in, and once after that.”
“Her, yes. She told us, quite frankly, to not come near you.”
Virgil started to close in on himself. “Like how?”
“Said you were creepy, rude, introverted, no friends, freaky-as-all-hell Halloween decorations, apparently knew where you worked,” Roman told him, then noticed Virgil’s shrinking and stopped with the accusations. “I doubt almost all of that now, since you’re obviously not creepy and definitely have friends with that personality, but she may have been accurate with Halloween decor.”
“She was,” Virgil confirmed. “Go big or go home.”
“I believe you are normally home during Halloween, are you not?” asked Logan, confused.
Roman laughed. “Of course, mi amor.”
“Where do I work, in Janet terms?” asked Virgil, a smile tugging at his lips.
“Some old psychiatric hospital out of town.”
Virgil doubled over in laughter. He put his mug on the coffee table so it wouldn’t spill and held his head in his hands.
When he regained himself, still giggling, he replied.
“That’s inaccurate,” Virgil said plainly. “I don’t have a degree for that. See, there’s an old abandoned psychiatric hospital two miles away from the airport that is on the same road as the airport. It’s out of use, so that’s a stupid assumption to make. I guess I could maybe see why she made it though; I work at the airport.”
“Oh?” asked Logan, intrigued.
“Yeah, I’m an air traffic controller,” said Virgil with a shrug. “It ain’t that interesting. I recently got fully certified, though, which is cool. It pays well, I’m good at paying constant attention to things that could potentially end badly, and the high-stress comes from having to give my unwavering and full attention, which is something I can do well.”
“Less stressful than home and college, I guess, huh?” Roman guessed.
“Exactly, it's a spa compared to my parents,” Virgil said with a laugh. “But yeah, that’s hysterical. I definitely do not work at a psychiatric hospital.”
“I suppose what the kids said is untrue if what the adults said is false,” Logan mused.
“Oh dear lord, what did they say,” Virgil groaned.
“One girl told us about the rumor that you killed the people who used to live here,” Roman said, and Virgil immediately laughed. “Her mother said she asked for a cup of sugar and you gave her a cup of salt instead.”
“I hadn’t slept in five days and realized my mistake two hours later,” Virgil explained immediately. “I remember that one.”
Logan snorted. “One boy said you go to the haunted house on Fridays, which is obviously untrue.”
“Yeah. One, they’re stupid, two, that one’s only open in October and November, three, that one ain’t even scary. It has a good and free parking lot, though, and I volunteer at an at-risk youth center every Friday a couple blocks down that has really shitty parking.”
Roman shook his head. “Wow, we really got you wrong.”
“You were misled,” Virgil corrected. “It’s not your fault.”
“You know what, you’re right!” Roman agreed. “We were robbed.”
Virgil raised an eyebrow. “Of what?”
“Of friendship,” Logan said, taking a sip from his drink. “Roman would have been banging on your door two days after moving, wanting to get to know you. But, after a momentous amount of ‘rude’ and ‘disagreeable’—” Virgil frowned, “—he was persuaded not to. Our loss, especially considering you are neither of those two adjectives.”
Virgil smiled. “Thank you.”
Logan looked into Virgil’s chestnut brown eyes, and was able to spot the specks of gray in them. They gave Virgil a warm smile. “For what? It is our pleasure to be given the chance to know you.”
Roman groaned. “I try 24/7 to be dramatic and you do it without trying.”
Virgil, blushing, giggled. “You’re both good at it.”
Roman beamed at him. “I’m thrilled you think so, Nico di Angel-o.”
“Nico’s surname can be interpreted to mean ‘of the angels’ already, Roman, I don’t think you need to emphas-”
“Shhhh, Specs, let me shower our guest with compliments.”
Virgil’s face was on fire. “Do y’all have any movies?”

I wrote most of that when I went into a blur for three hours and looked at the time after I finished the draft to see that I had wasted all the time I had to do homework. It was worth it. I don’t know why but I’m really attached to this AU? If you want to see more of it please tell me. I hope you liked it!

“So much more was said in the unsaid.” — Bridgett Devoue
Tumblr media
The sink stained with red as she scrubbed furiously at her hands.
“I’ve got to get it off, got to get it off-“ She mumbled continuously under her breath, her hands shaking as she watched the blood swirl with the water down the drain.
She didn’t remember where the blood was from, why it was all over her hands and caking her clothes. She’d blacked out, and when she came to she was stumbling into her and Spencer’s apartment. Her breath was hurried, her heart beating fast and she kept wracking her brain but couldn’t fucking remember where the blood was from, who’s blood was that-
Breathe, Y/N.
She took a moment, stepping back from the sink, staring at her now clean hands. She looked down again at her clothes, her shirt soaked with red liquid- who’s blood was it?- it wasn’t hers, she wasn’t hurt - oh god Y/N did you hurt someone?
No. No. She wasn’t capable of that, was she?
That was the second blackout she’d had in a week. Where she’d stumbled home in a daze and had to clean blood that wasn’t hers from her clothes.
Spencer was at work, a paperwork day he’d said. She flicked up her wrist to check her watch- he’d be home any minute now.
She dashed to the kitchen, preparing to put her clothes in the washing machine when she heard the familiar clicking of the front door opening.
“Y/N? I’m home.”
Shitshitshitshitshit-
She quickly ripped off her stained shirt, chucking it in the washing machine, just slamming it closed as Spencer rounded the corner into the kitchen, where she was stood in only her jeans and a bra.
He scrunched his eyebrows together but smirked nonetheless. “As much as I enjoy you half naked, may I ask why you don’t have a shirt on in the middle of our kitchen?”
Y/N have a nervous laugh. “Oh, um. I just had a snack and I managed to get it down my top, silly me. I just needed to get it in the wash before it stained.”
He seemed to buy it.
He smiled, coming towards her with open arms. “How was your day?” He asked sweetly as he enveloped her in a loving hug.
“My day? Oh, it was good.” She grinned, hugging him back. “And yours?”
As Spencer rambled on about his day, Y/N’s mind drifted elsewhere. Could he tell something was up? He was an expert profiler after all. She studied him as he spoke, and came to the conclusion that he didn’t suspect anything yet.
She wanted to tell him but he’d think she was crazy, him and his team- they’d lock her up, right? If she was hurting people, it’s where she deserved to be - behind bars.
You’re going insane, Y/N. There’s a perfect explanation for the blood that was all over you- you just can’t remember. Don’t panic. Don’t let Spencer see you panic.
The following morning news was plastered with the story- they’d found a young woman’s body in the local park. She’d been stabbed multiple times in a frenzied attack. There were no witnesses, and no murder weapon. Y/N was sat on the couch watching the news reporter who listed all the details of the crime, biting her nails nervously. Spencer, who was getting ready to leave for work, frowned as he passed by the TV, reading the words on screen.
“We haven’t been called in to investigate yet, as this is only the second murder. Since it’s local they’ll probably ask us to intervene if a third body turns up.” Spencer commented from behind her, the sudden voice making Y/N flinch. She chewed at her bottom lip as her head raced with thoughts, unintentionally ignoring her boyfriend’s presence.
Why couldn’t she remember?
She looked down at her hands that trembled under her own harsh glare. She could almost still see the red tint they were coated with- that poor young girls blood oh god you killed somebody.
you don’t know that for sure, don’t jump to conclusions-
come on, how else do you explain the fucking blood on your clothes?
Her internal argument halted when Spencer cleared his throat, now stood in front of her with a look of concern on his face. “Y/N? You okay?”
She met his eyes, forcing the fakest smile she could onto her lips. “Yeah, yeah. I’m sorry. I was just thinking about that poor girl.”
It wasn’t a complete lie.
Spencer left that morning with the promise he’d be home soon, leaving Y/N to spiral with her own thoughts.
It happened again that night.
One moment she was in their apartment pulling at her hair anxiously, begging herself to remember something- anything - about the previous night. Then the next thing she knew she was outside. The first thing to hit her was the cold air of the night. The second thing she registered was that she wasn’t wearing a jacket, just a shirt and jeans. The third and final thing she noticed is what sent her into a panic. The red liquid that covered her hands seemed darker than it was the first time. It coated her hands and left spots on her shirt. In her left hand, she was gripping a knife, from it dripping the same dark substance.
She dropped the knife to the floor with a loud clutter as if the object had burned her, the metal smacking against the stone pavement.
The tears collected quickly in her eyes and she brought a trembling hand up to her mouth to stifle the sob that left her lips.
She’d done this. She’d hurt three people now, killed them.
She was a monster.
She watched numbly as the red swirled down the shower drain, the hot water hitting her chest. She’d managed to make it back home before Spencer. She’d hurriedly thrown her shirt in the wash and scrubbed clean the knife before jumping into the shower, as if that would ‘cleanse’ her. The steam from the boiling water filled the room, but she almost welcomed the slightly painful burning feeling. She deserved it.
Over the last hour, she’d been regaining parts of her memory in flashes, enough to know that she couldn’t deny it any longer. She was a murderer.
and she didn’t know how to stop herself.
*
The next day, with the discovery of the third victim within two weeks, the BAU were asked to investigate.
Spencer was awoken by the sound of his phone ringing, cutting through the blissful silence that filled the room. He blinked his eyes open, a deep groan erupting from his chest as he glanced at the clock on his bedside table- 6:42 AM. It was his day off, but apparently serial killers weren’t very considerate of that. He reached out his hand, blindly searching the table for the annoying buzzing device, careful not to wake Y/N who slept on his chest.
“Hello?” He mumbled.
“Reid. I’m sorry, but we’ve got a case. It’s local, another body was found in the park this morning with the same MO. How quickly can you get here?” Hotch spoke, his voice firm.
Spencer sighed. “Uh yeah, I can be there in 20.”
After hanging up he placed his phone down on the table before moving to press feather-light kisses to Y/N’s forehead to gently wake her from her sleep.
She stirred, eyelashes fluttering open as she woke. “Spence? What time is it?”
He ran his fingertips gently up her bare sides. “It’s nearly seven. I’ve got to go to work. I’m sorry, I know we had plans.” He winced at the idea of having to cancel their dinner plans again.
She looked up at him with a sleepy smile. “It’s okay. We can have dinner any night. You’ve got lives to save, doctor.” She teased and he grinned in response, leaning down to kiss her sweetly. He reluctantly pulled away, untangling himself from her as he headed to the wardrobe to grab his clothes.
“What state are you off to?” She called over to him from the bed.
“It’s a local one, actually. They found another body this morning. They think it’s same person that killed the other two girls.” He answered as he buttoned up his shirt.
It took her half-asleep brain another few seconds to fully comprehend what he’d just said. Her boyfriend was apart of the team that were going to be hunting her down.
fuck.
She felt the panic bubble in her chest.
Too caught up in her own thoughts, she hadn’t realised that Spencer, now fully clothed and packing his bag for the day, had been calling her name. She snapped her attention back to him. “Sorry, what?”
He frowned and walked toward her, perching on the edge of the bed as she sat up.
“Are you okay?” He asked, reaching out his hand to cup her cheek gently.
She forced a smile, nuzzling her cheek into his palm. “I’m fine I just- I’ll miss you.”
He gave a sad smile before leaning in and brushing his lips with hers.
His kisses normally filled her with such warmth, an unspoken reassurance, but all she could feel was dread.
When he found out what she’d done, it would kill him.
“I’ll be back before you know it.” He promised once they pulled back. He pecked her lips once more before turning and leaving the room. He was gone for less than a minute before he poked his head back in the doorway. “I love you.” He grinned, showing that dorky smile she was so in love with.
She laughed a little, hoping it didn’t sound as awkward as she thought it did. “I love you.” She called back.
The sound of the front door closing behind him echoed through the apartment. Y/N knew it wouldn’t be long now before Spencer figured out the inevitable. he wasn’t stupid, the man was a genius for gods sake. The only reason he hadn’t figured her out already was that he was blind-sighted by his love for her. But she knew that soon he’d have no choice but to take her in, arrest her and aid in having her locked away for the rest of her years.
*
The 10PM news was blaring across the screen of the TV when Spencer came home that night. Hotch had sent the team home to get some rest after a day of no leads. They’d begun to build a profile but it was still fairly vague, so he wanted them to come back the next morning with fresh eyes.
When he entered the living room, he found Y/N sat on the couch, watching a replay of the BAU’s press conference from earlier that day. Y/N watched with concentrated eyes, biting down her lip as she listened to Hotch speak. She listened to him describe the unsub- describe her. Sitting down on the couch next to his girlfriend, he frowned at the worry evident on her face. Assuming she was worried about the murderer killing women in the neighbourhood he sighed, placing a hand on her thigh soothingly.
“Hey. It’s okay, you’re safe. As long as I’m here nothing will ever hurt you, I promise.” He murmured, using his gentle grip on her thigh to pull her into his chest, wrapping his arms around her.
She nodded against him, glancing up to see the small smile on his lips. She wished he wouldn’t smile at her like that. She really wished he wouldn’t because that perfect smile just made her want to break down. She hated herself for the hurt she knew this would cause him when he found out the truth.
He ran his hand up and down her side comfortingly as he spoke. “Are you sure you’re alright, love? You’ve been acting a little strange lately.”
“I know I have, I’m sorry. I promise I’m fine.” She whispered, hating the she couldn‘t even bring herself to fake certainty in her words.
Spencer let it go, not wanting to push the subject further and risk upsetting her. That was the night that his suspicion began.
Spencer began paying more attention to her behaviour, when he was home at least. At first it was with the intention of figuring out what was making her so upset, to see if there was anything he could do to make it better. He felt he owed her that much. Then he started picking up on certain things.
At first it was just small things like how nervous she seemed all the time, how she constantly bit her lips or fumbled with her fingers. She was jumpy, unsure of herself. There was also other things that further confirmed his suspicions, such as how she would often mumble to herself and had horrible nightmares that left her screaming and trembling in his arms in the early hours of the morning. It frightened him, scared him half to death. What could possibly have been scaring her so much? What was so awful that she couldn’t confide in him?
After the fourth body turned up, Spencer began to wonder. At first he hated himself for even letting thought of his girlfriend being their unsub cross his mind. However, once they had narrowed down their profile, he noticed how it seemed to fit her a little to well. In fact, it was eerily accurate, and her being behind the murders would explain her nervous mannerisms he’d taken note of.
Still, he didn’t want to believe it. He simply couldn’t believe that she was capable of that. The woman who’d held him close after rough cases, made cookies with him at 2AM when he couldn’t sleep, and had danced with him to classical music on rainy days. That woman, the woman he loved, she wasn’t a murderer.
*
“We’re delivering the profile today.” He’d mumbled as he was getting dressed for the day.
He could hear the hitch in her breath before she spoke, clearing her throat first. “I know you’ll catch them, Spence. It’s what you do.”
He just nodded in response. Ever since his suspicion began, he hadn’t been sure how to act around her. Should he have been afraid? No, she would never hurt him. Would she?
She wasn’t stupid, she knew he suspected her. She knew that as soon as he listened to his team deliver the profile he’d finally let himself believe that it was true, it was her.
He found it odd, that even as he pondered the idea of her being a killer, he wasn’t afraid. He wasn’t nervous. That’s what frightened him, the fact that he wasn’t any less in love with her. That the fact she might be a murderer, capable of such horror that he’d witnessed first hand in the field, didn’t seem to spike the fear in him he knew it should.
She spoke up from across the room. “You know I love you, right? So much. Please don’t forget that.”
It sounded like a goodbye, and that made Spencer’s heart ache. He didn’t want it to be goodbye. Despite what she’d done, he still loved her more than anything.
He wasn’t sure if he should’ve been disgusted by that.
Instead he quickly turned, moving across the room and grabbing her by the hips, bringing her toward him and pressing a loving kiss her to lips. “I love you too, so much.”
They shared a look, and she gave him a small smile before he turned and left for the BAU. Y/N sighed and began to gather some things to take with her to the apartment she knew he’d come looking for her in. It was only a matter of time now.
*
Spencer stood behind the team, watching and listening as they delivered the profile to the team of local police officers. He hadn’t wanted to believe it before, but as he listened to his team speak, his eyes flicking across the graphic photos pinned to the evidence board, he knew he couldn’t deny it any longer.
It was Y/N.
His breath started getting heavy as the realisation hit him full force. He wanted to cry, the feelings overwhelming him but he knew that time was against him. Only one thing was on his mind- only one thing mattered.
I have to get to Y/N.
Hotch dismissed the officers, and Derek’s voice brought Spencer away from his thoughts.
“Kid, you alright?”
Spencer nodded before mumbling. “I need some air.” He then quickly walked out the glass doors of the station. He pulled out his phone, dialling Garcia’s number with shaking hands.
“Garcia did you manage to find an address?” He rasped out. The team had used Reid’s geographical profile to figure out the unsub’s comfort zone, and had then tasked Garcia with finding a building from within that zone that the unsub was most likely operating from.
“Why yes, boy wonder. I was actually about to call you guys, guess you beat me to it.” Her happy voice chirped before she gave him the address. He thanked her, telling her he’d pass it along to the team before hanging up. He spared a glance back into the station at his team, before taking one of the black SUV’s to the address.
Back at the station, the team were gathered around the table, Hotch dialling Garcia’s number.
“Where’s Reid?” Emily asked, to which JJ shrugged.
Derek spoke up. “He said he needed some air, what have you got for us baby girl?”
Garcia let out a sound of confusion. “I told Reid the address already. He was supposed to tell you.”
“Why would he go alone?” Rossi asked, bewildered. The team shared concerned glances, all full of unhinged confusion.
“Uh you guys.. the apartment is registered to a Y/N Y/L/N.” Garcia gasped, and the team shared a look.
“Isn’t that Spencer’s girlfriend?” Emily stammered, clearly as shocked as the rest of them. They’d all met Y/N once or twice, and could immediately see why Reid was so infatuated with her.
“Yeah, It is.” Derek confirmed before dashing outside to look for Spencer. He came back a moment later shaking his head to signal that Spencer was nowhere to be found. “He’s gone, and he’s taken an SUV with him.”
“He knew.” JJ deduced, the shock finding its way into her expression. “Did you see his face when we were delivering the profile? He figured it out.”
“Reid’s gone to warn her.” Hotch stated, and within seconds they were getting up from their chairs and rushing to the cars that waited outside.
*
Spencer briskly walked up the stairs to the apartment building, pushing open the door and making his way up three flights of stairs to get to the door number on the address Garcia had given him. His palms were sweaty and his throat was dry, his thoughts were fast paced and non-stop.
What was he going to do, arrest his girlfriend? Apprehend her like some animal? He didn’t think he had the heart to.
The door was already open as he approached, and so he entered cautiously with his gun drawn.
As soon as he walked in, he came face to face with Y/N, who was sat on the couch in the middle of the room, where she’d clearly been awaiting his arrival. She locked eyes with him, her lip quivering as she spoke.
“I’m so sorry, Spencer.” She whispered, tears collecting in her eyes. “You have to know- I never wanted to hurt those women. I don’t- I don’t even remember doing it. I black out, come home with someone’s blood on my hands and I-” Her words caught in her throat as she supressed the sob that rose from deep in her chest.
“Why didn’t you run? You had time.” Spencer asked, his gun still raised. Perhaps it was out of habit, but he couldn’t help how the weapon seemed to feel heavy in his shaking hands.
“It wouldn’t do me any good. I deserve this. I deserve to pay for what I’ve done and if that means I spend my life in a cell then so be it.” She raised her hands in surrender, a small smile on her lips. “It’s okay, Spencer. I promise. I know you have to do this, its your job.”
Spencer watched as tears trembled down her cheeks. He didn’t understand. She was right, it was his job. It was his duty, as an officer of the law, to protect people from the bad guys, the rapists and the murderers. But when he looked at her, he didn’t see a cold hearted killer. He saw his beautiful girlfriend, the woman he wanted to marry one day. The woman he’d protect with his life.
It was that thought that made him toss his gun to the floor.
“What’re you doing, Spence?” Y/N whispered, hands dropping to her sides.
“I’m not taking you in. We need to go, we need to get out of here.” He spoke in a rushed voice, walking toward her.
She shook her head, confused. “What do you mean you’re not taking me in? Spencer, I killed four people. I deserve to rot in prison. You’ll lose your job if you don’t take me in-“
He ran his fingers through his hair in an attempt to calm himself, his eyes locking onto hers.  “Y/N I know what you’ve done. But I just- I don’t care. It’s crazy, I don’t understand it. But I have to protect you, and if that means giving up the job then so be it. I won’t watch you waste away behind bars.” He was begging, and Y/N had never been more conflicted. It wasn’t supposed to be that way. Spencer was supposed to arrest her. And she would’ve gone willingly, without hesitation or trouble. She’d committed the crime, she would happily do her time for that.
“What’re you saying?” She mumbled.
He flicked up his wrist to look at his watch, incoherent words leaving his mouth in inaudible whispers before he cleared his throat and spoke. “We have about eight minutes until the team get here. We need to go now. You and me, we’ll get out of here. We’ll just go and start a life together somewhere else, okay?”
She couldn’t comprehend what he was saying. A few years ago, Spencer Reid would never have said that. The job meant everything to the young doctor, and he would honour it until the end. However, if you asked Spencer, he’d say that all of that changed the day fell in love with Y/N. That was the day he knew he’d put her life and her happiness before anything else.  “But I’ll be on the run, always watching my back. You’ve worked so hard for all of your life to get where you are, I can’t be the reason you lose that-“
He moved towards her, grabbing her hands in his in a desperate plead. “Y/N. I’d run forever if it meant a lifetime with you. Just please, we have to go.”
“If this is some trick to get me to go with you so you can arrest me, don’t bother. I’ll go without resistance, I told you-“ She scoffed but he cut her off, shaking his head insistently.
“No- it’s not a trick. I promise. I love you. I need you, and if this is the price I have to pay for that then so be it.” His breaths were heavy as he met her eyes.
Was she really gonna do this? She saw the pleading and desperation that he held in his honey brown orbs, and found herself nodding in acceptance.
Spencer gave a sigh of relief. “Okay. Do you have anything here worth keeping?” He gestured to the apartment and she shook her head.
With minutes to spare, they hopped into the SUV and drove away with no particular destination. Spencer had timed everything almost perfectly, and the pair had just enough time to get out of town before police blockades were put in place. He knew they’d have to ditch the car when they got out of town to avoid the plates being tracked, and they’d most likely have to alter their appearances and only ever pay with cash but as he looked over at the beautiful girl in the passenger seat he couldn’t help but think that it was the most free he’d ever felt.
He loved the girl sat next to him, more than anything in the world. And he’d proved just what extent he’d go to to protect her.
*
“We were too late.” Derek sighed. The team had burst into the apartment mere minutes after Y/N and Spencer had made their escape. They were scouring the apartment for any indication as to where the pair had gone while they waited for backup to arrive at the scene.
“Where’s Spence?” JJ asked, confused as to why he wasn’t at the scene when they arrived.
“Maybe he confronted her and she took him hostage?” Emily proposed, but Hotch came into the room shaking his head.
“No, come look in here.” He called and the team gathered into the kitchen, where their eyes fell on three items that sat on the dining table. “Reid went willingly. Look at this.”
On the table were Spencer’s badge and gun, along with a note, written in what was definitely Spencer’s writing. ‘ “I’m sorry. I love her.” ‘
JJ gasped, her hand coming up to cover her mouth in shock. “Are you saying that he helped her escape?”
“It would seem so.” Rossi murmured, and none of the team knew what to do next. An uncertain silence fell upon the team until the sound of rustling paper filled the room. Hotch was screwing up the note, shoving into the pocket of his slacks.
“Hotch what’re you doing?” Morgan gaped, his mouth open in shock and perplexity.
Hotch looked up at his team and spoke with the same stern voice as always, as if nothing was out of the ordinary. “SSA Reid was never involved with this, do you all understand? He resigned after finding out that Y/N was the unsub, and moved back to Vegas to be close to his mother. None of us have heard from him since. By the time we got here, we’d just missed Y/N.”
For a moment, the team shared confused looks, but then suddenly it dawned on them.
Hotch was trying to protect Spencer by asking the team to lie about what had happened.
He wanted them to lie to the Bureau, the section chief, everyone who knew Spencer. It was unsurprising that the team all nodded silently, the need to protect the man who’d become like family to them was overwhelming.
And so, Garcia didn’t track Spencer’s license plates. All of their official reports said that Spencer had resigned upon finding out his girlfriend was the unsub, and Garcia had fabricated a letter of resignation on Spencer’s behalf, even signed with a forged signature.
They did everything they could to protect him, and in all honesty none of the team felt guilty. They were protecting their own, their family. Despite what Y/N had done, they all surprised themselves with how greatly they were willing to cover up the truth.
After all, how far would you go to protect your family?
As Spencer drove past the large sign that told them they were leaving the town, he looked over to Y/N, a grin on his lips.
“I love you.” He simply said, and she smiled back in response.
What would you do to protect the one you love?
“I love you.”
For Spencer, the answer was simple.
Whatever it takes.

She swung her gavel idly as she jumped from gargoyle to gargoyle.
Even if she didn’t have a grin stuck to her face, she’d be smiling so widely that Joker would be jealous.
What a productive night she had been having! She couldn’t remember the last time she’d had so much go well for herself!
Lila would never hurt anyone again! Alya would be more cautious! Adrien and Tim would understand what it was like to have no one believe them! Joker and Harley were likely on their way! She was even on track to give Master Fu and Hawkmoth their just deserts!
And all she’d had to do was get a bit of a powerup and lose her morality!
Her eyes traveled down to the streets, where a crowd was slowly forming. A few of them were pointing up at her hostage.
She watched Bruce sway slightly in the wind. He was being careful not to move in the ropes. She didn’t know why. She’d secured him pretty well, the only way he’d fall was if someone broke the rope above him. Even then, they’d given Kaalki some bread. Tim would save him if he fell. And, if he missed, the bats were all waiting on lower towers to catch him.
Good. They couldn’t try to stop her if they weren’t closeby. Sure, it had taken holding Bruce off a ledge precariously to get them to do it, but at least she’d gotten all the bats distracted...
Well, that wasn’t completely true.
She found her soulmate, who was standing beside the stairwell with a frown on his face.
She giggled, leaning on her gavel.
“Cheer up! They’re about to get what they deserve!”
~
He sighed and closed his eyes.
He really didn’t know what to do.
Using a text-to-speech app to talk was difficult. Explaining everything that had happened to the bats had been hard enough, but even the idea of trying to have this kind of conversation with an app was enough to get him frustrated preemptively.
He had to try, though…
But how do you convince someone without morals that what they’re doing isn’t okay?
He pulled out his phone and took a seat on the ledge beside her. He was careful to stay out of view of the people below as he typed.
“Nette --.”
“Inamovibi-Lady.”
“-- they don’t deserve whatever ironic justice you’re about to give them. They deserve to spend their lives in jail like everyone else.”
The akuma shook her head slowly. “I wish it were that easy, Cheval, but they’re never going to face consequences. They keep getting out of going to jail by getting marked as insane and going to Arkham, then getting out of Arkham by letting psychiatrists find them sane. It’s happened a million times before, it’ll happen again.”
He sighed lightly. “You don’t know that.”
“Don’t I?”
“Please, I know you’re doing this for me, but I don’t want this.”
She stepped off her gargoyle and strode over to him, leaning down until she was at eye-level. “You’re not the only reason why I have to do this. I have to think about the civilians, too. He’s a serial killer. He needs to be punished.”
Fine. Time to try the Disney approach. He didn’t know what else he could do.
He was glad he had to type to speak, now. It was difficult to look her in the eyes. But he had to. There was no way to put any inflection in his voice when he wasn’t speaking, so he needed to look completely earnest to get his point across.
“Nette, I know you’re in there. You need to fight back. What you’re doing isn’t right. You have to know that. Please, let’s just deakumatize you and go home.”
She shook her head slightly and carefully brought a hand up to cup his cheek.
“She’s in here alright, but that doesn’t mean she’s against doing this.”
“That’s a lie.”
“Are you sure about that?”
And then she pushed him.
~
She felt a twinge of… something other than anger or satisfaction as he fell. Even as she watched Barbara catch him, she couldn’t seem to shake the feeling.
It had been necessary. The moment he realized exactly what her punishment was going to be, he’d try and stop her. She couldn’t have him close enough to do so in time.
But still…
She tightened her grip on her gavel and turned away from the ledge.
Someone was in the elevator. She watched the number beside the doors slowly increase, climbing higher and higher…
Ding!
Joker and Harley stepped out.
She pointed her gavel at Harley’s hammer. “Hey, lookie! We match!”
The woman didn’t seem as amused, hefting her weapon onto her shoulder. “Aren’t you the bat’s newest kid?”
Inamovibi-Lady shrugged calmly and morphed it back into her yoyo. She’d just wanted to mess with Harley by pointing out an easy similarity, now she should at least prepare for the fight that was sure to come.
“No, that’s my friend. If he adopted me it’d be pretty problematic.”
“What do you --?” Began Joker, and then stopped and started laughing like he’d just heard the funniest joke. “I know who you are! You’re Robin’s soulmate!”
Harley’s eyes travelled to her yoyo and she joined in on the laughter. “So, that’s what this is about. Here for revenge, are you?”
“I prefer ‘justice’, but yes.” She gave a tiny, sarcastic bow. “Cliche soulmate, at your service.”
“Don’t you know that revenge is against the bat’s code? Just ask Jason Todd.”
Inamovibi-Lady didn’t know who that was, or how they were relevant, but she found she didn’t care at that exact moment. “Then it’s a good thing I’m not trying to join Batman’s little crew, don’t you think?”
“Okay. You really are new, aren’t you?” He sighed and pulled a gun from a pocket of his suit. “Since you are new, I’m only going to say this once: I’m the only one that gets to kill Batsy over there.”
She giggled and started toying with her yoyo. “Called dibs, have you?”
“They have a special bond,” said Harley with just a hint of annoyance.
Inamovibi-Lady raised her eyebrows slightly. “Sounds cute, but if you want rights to kill the bat, you’re going to have to fight me for it.”
Joker made a gesture with his hands, a ‘well, what can you do?’, and then raised his gun.
Tw: murder
She spun her yoyo in front of her idly and watched the bullets ricochet away.
Joker emptied his gun before he seemed to realize that none of his shots were hitting. Then he stared at it with confusion. “How is that possible?”
She giggled. “Who knows. Love it, though!”
He seemed to consider this for a second, then he grabbed Harley and practically threw her at Inamovibi-Lady. “Get her, poo!”
“Wow, great boyfriend you have,” the akuma joked. “Really seems like he loves you.”
Harley hefted her hammer and ran at her.
Oh, a sore spot?
She dodged a swing of the hammer and her eyes widened slightly as the ground around it exploded. Hm. That was a bigger problem than she’d thought it’d be…
Whatever.
“Honestly, though? You’re a smart lady, got a degree and everything, so… why the Joker?”
Harley swung again and Marinette had to do a back handspring to avoid having her head popped clean off. “We love each other.”
“Cute way of showing it, he has. He tossed you in chemicals.”
The hammer and yoyo connected, sending them both back a few steps.
“I mean, you’re a psychologist. The man’s got so many red flags he might as well be speaking in semaphore.”
“Shut up!” She yelled, slamming the ground in front of the akuma.
She went flying, skidding across the rooftop until she hit her head on the edge.
Harley walked towards her, mallet raised over her head for a finishing blow.
Inamovibi-Lady looked around wildly and her eyes locked on Bruce. This was meant to be something she did later, to distract the bats when she was killing Joker, but…
She hooked her yoyo around the rope holding up Bruce and pulled tight.
“NO!”
Bruce dropped.
Harley paused in front of Inamovibi-Lady, her mouth open wide in shock as she stared at where Bruce had been.
The akuma grabbed the hammer. “I’ll be taking this, thanks,” she chirped, before throwing Harley over the side. She watched her fall for a few seconds and sighed in relief when none of the bats went to save her, too distracted with getting their father to safety.
Harley splattered on the pavement.
She strapped the hammer to her back and turned on her heel.
She advanced on Joker slowly.
She knew his major weapons. He didn’t seem eager to try using another gun after the first attempt, so those were out of the question. Besides that, she could only see his acid flower. No cane, no cards…
He’d come wholly unprepared.
“Wow. You really didn’t think I was a threat at all, huh? Rude,” she said, twirling her yoyo idly.
“You killed him! You fucking killed Batman!”
Inamovibi-Lady rolled her eyes. “Please. The bat kids saved him.”
Joker looked slightly relieved, but it didn’t last long as she looped her lasso around him and pulled tight enough to start digging into his skin and clothes.
“Now, I wanted this to be long and painful, but I’m on a time crunch here, so… any last words?”
The man stared at her for a few seconds before breaking into laughter.
She would have frowned if she could. She glanced over her shoulder, half expecting a bat to be looking at her disapprovingly, but there was no one, so…
“What’s funny?”
“You. I was going for snapping your little boyfriend, but I got you instead! That’s hilarious!”
She narrowed her eyes in confusion. He got her? Snapped her? Was her translator working right? She was perfectly fine. He’d lost.
But he was still laughing. And she couldn’t stand it. His stupid, high-pitched laugh and that wide, ever-present grin and he shouldn’t be looking like that! He was finally getting what he deserved, this was payback for all those people he’d killed and tortured! Why was he amused? That wasn’t right!
She pulled tighter and tighter, but he wouldn’t stop. His acid flower malfunctioned and spilled acid over him, his bones were cracking, his blood was slowly leaking from his wounds… but he wouldn’t stop laughing. She pulled tighter. He had to stop at some point. She’d make sure of it.
And then her yoyo sliced clean through him.
He’d stopped.
Finally.
Tw over
By the time they’d gotten there, she was sitting in front of one of the craters Harley’s hammer had made. She thought it was pretty cool. Maybe she could start using it...
“Nette?” Said Dick hesitantly.
She looked up and waved. “Hi! Inamovibi-Lady. But hi!”
Barbara looked like she was going to be sick as she stared at what was left of Joker. All the bats looked a little green, actually, now that she was paying attention. Whatever, they’d thank her later, when the amount of deaths the city had per year went down.
She caught Adrien’s eyes and flashed a thumbs up.
To her surprise, he looked horrified. She’d thought that, even if the bats would have disapproved, he at least would have understood. It was for the greater good. They always worked towards the greater good. She’d done well…
Right?
She felt something drop on her and jumped slightly, only to realize it was just a coat.
She gave Tim a slight smile and mumbled her thanks. He only nodded and took a careful step back.
Inamovibi-Lady drew it tighter around herself. Had she always been shaking like this? Why was she even shaking? She should be happy. They’d gotten their justice.
Her gaze found their way to the yoyo in her lap. To the blood slowly dripping from the string...
She felt a weird pressure in her chest and brought a hand up to rest over her heart.
She’d killed people before, but that was different. They were always soldiers of akumas, she’d always be able to fix it at the end. But now everything she was doing was permanent, and she had murdered two actually sentient people. Terrible people who would have done the same to her if they were in her shoes, had even tried to do so, but people all the same.
God, what had she done?
Those people are gone.
Because of her.
She was only fourteen.
Why was this her responsibility in the first place?
Her grip tightened on her yoyo and she found Tim again.
“Master Fu’s house, please.”

group ask for lost fics #31
Hi y’all! Below are a few lost fics that us mods just can’t seem to find. That being said, we’re hoping that you lovely followers are able to help! If anyone knows any of the fics below please reply below or send in an ask with which anon/user and group ask that the fic corresponds when the ask is back open!
Note: previous group asks and all lost fics!
Anon 1 asked:
Hello! I’m looking for a fic i read a long time ago but the details are a bit fuzzy. It was a reincarnation fic where Gwen was Arthur’s PA and she was trying to keep Arthur and Merlin apart because she remembered their past and she wanted him to choose her. I remember her yelling that Arthur always chose Merlin in the end and it wasn’t fair or something along those lines?
Anon 2 asked:
hi guys! thank you for all your help and support to this community :) anyhooo could you find me a fic?
i remember it was 14 chapters long, ao3, and an arthur returns fic. the twist was that albion’s greatest need was merlin turning dark after being alone and tainted for so long (without an anchor). gwen’s reincarnation brought back arthur from the lake and freya put a barrier on him so merlin couldn’t see him. arthur stayed with gwen (who used to be merlin’s student and is again later). arthur moves in with merlin and so does gwen later on. merlin’s getting corrupted by his ‘darkness’ that is obsessed with serving arthur and only listens to him. i know the magical council tried to execute merlin but he transported them to australia or something. they find leon later on in the fic and morgana bonds with him as well. merlin blows arthur in the kitchen in one scene i think?? and they become guardians of earth at the end or something with this tattoo bonding ritual. thank you!!
Anon 3 asked:
Hi i was looking for this merlin fanfic based on the wild hunt i remember that merlin got possessed after touching something meant from arthur left by morgana after she was defeated. i also remember the arthur hot possessed by a goddess to “defeat” merlin.
Anon 4 asked:
Hi! I was hoping you guys could help me find a fic. I don't remember much of the setup, but Merlin ends up being kidnapped by an assassin/serial killer? Merlin couldn't defend himself because he kept seeing the future instead of the present? The killers son ends up helping the knights find Merlin. There was also a tree that he'd hang people from. Canon era, very dark. I'm almost certain I found it from this blog, but I haven't seen it in the tags and stuff I've looked through. Thank you so much
Thanks to @vaksurik-ozhika for suggesting Overheard by hujwernoo!
Anon 5 asked:
Hey guys, hope you're all okay, I wonder if you guys could help me find a fic that I've lost?
I don't remember much, but here we go:
Merthur and the knights were traveling to another kingdom or in a quest of some sorts, Merlin and Arthur were bickering like the old married couple that they've always been and the knights point out to them that they behave like that, they just dismiss it. They stop by a village and are welcomed by an actual old married couple, seeing how their behavior was similar to his and Arthur's merlin freaks out, try to call Arthur out for it, but Arthur simply kisses him. One of the knights, probably Gwaine, finds them and says something around the lines "it's about time", hope you can help me, kisses <3
Thank you @annielisiel-w-l for sending in Like an Old Married Couple by PJOfanatix!
@the-tortoise-lady asked:
Hi :) I hope you're all well!
I love your blog, it has guided me to most of my favourite fics ever!! And for that I will be forever grateful!
I remember reading a fic (a year ago?) Which was in a modern setting where Merlin and Arthur worked together and merlin still kind of had magic (which Arthur doesn't know) and tried to protect arthur by giving him lots of little charms like enchanted stones or sth, I think it was a magic reveal in the end
It was really cute, but I don't remember the name of the author sadly, maybe you can help?
Thanks to @kardolsher for suggesting Get Sick Soon by Polomonkey!
Anon 6 asked:
Hi! There was this one fic I read that I can’t find, it had merlin sitting on arthur’s lap and they were fucking a leon walked in and they didn’t stop. Do you guys know what it is? Thank you so much!
Thanks to @thelady-mary for suggesting A partner for life by ohmerthurcharm!
Anon 7 asked:
heeey you! I am searching for a fic and who else could I ask for help? It was something along the lines of Arthur being in a relationship but growing to slowly realize he was in love with Merlin. Arthur had this dream of eloping with Merlin so the knights along with Gwen (I believe Morgana also) made a plan so they would go on a quest and Arthur would “die” there, leaving Gwen to rule alone. Also, Morgana and Gwen were secretly together.
Anon 8 asked:
I’m looking for this story where it’s a modern au and Arthur thinks Merlin and Gwaine are dating but Gwaine is just a really bad boyfriend, but it turns out they were never dating. Does that sound familiar? I think it was on Ao3. Thanks in advance.
Thanks to @take-me-to-a-time-of-magic for sending in Getting It Right by SPowell!
Anon 9 asked:
Hello darlings! I wanted to know if any of you could help me find this fanfic. It was set on Canon Era and Arthur was split into three versions of himself, I remember one Merlin called Prat, and another he called Hero but Arthur called that one Coward. I don't remember much, but could you please help me?
Thanks to @dracopottermalfoy for suggesting Split by TheAsexualofSpades!
@alsomabs asked:
Hi there! I remember a fic — but only by this one segment of a battle, and have been desperately searching for it.
In this battle, Mordred is on Camelot’s side. An angry Wyvern is involved, who if I’m not wrong! Was spelled by Morgana? Merlin then falls off a turret because of the wyvern, but is protected by both his and mordred’s magic. Leon or someone afterwards is secretly feeding the wyvern I think. I’ve been going through so many tags but I can’t find it 😭
Part 2 of my ask is — how in the world do you remember fics (that you recommend!)? Do you catalogue them when you come across them, and store that to recc/help other’s find?
Thank you for the work you do!
To answer the second part of your question: personally, I don’t catalogue anything other than what gets posted here lmao. Finding fics, for me, just comes down to knowing how to search for things if I’m honest (I say as I’m making a massive post about fics we can’t find lmaooo). ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Glad you found it! For those interested it’s so close and I'm halfway to it by ariadne_odair, which you need an ao3 account to view!
@graceworm asked:
Hi! I'm looking for a fic I read a while ago. It's a modern au in which Arthur + knights are frat boys, and Arthur has to have sex with Merlin in front of everyone (maybe as hazing? not sure), and in the end we learn that they're together and I think Merlin planned it. I looked through AO3 and the tags but I couldn't find it. Thank you!!
Glad you found it! For those interested it’s the lure would prove too much by minor_hue!
Anon 10 asked:
Hi! I was wondering if you could find a very specific fic for me. So Arthur Merlin and the knights get kidnapped by like 6 mages and they force Merlin and Arthur to have sex to get Merlin pregnant (there's a ritual involving potions and runes) and then after they are free to go with one mage (who they don't know is a mage) and they live in the castle until Merlin is going to give birth then the mage that come with them tries to kill Merlin and the baby cause she doesn't want to die, because the mages linked their life to the ritual to ensure that Merlin could get pregnant as one can't create a life without sacrificing another. I can't remember much else but I really hope you can find it for me! as I've been looking for years.
And as always this post will be updated if any fics are found!

○●♡●○
It had been about two months or so since your little impromptu sleepover at the resident genius's place. Things had gotten a little better, at least on your part.
"Hey!"
You jumped from your make-do desk in your room, snapping your head towards the doorway where a friendly face awaited you. Gabriel had a bag of sweets in one hand and a malt in the other. "Jesus, Gabe you scared me." You cursed, holding a hand to your chest.
"At least we're even." He points out, putting the malt on the table in front of you. Also inconveniently on top of your written notes for the paper you had to write. You growled and moved the drink, glaring at your best friend.
"You've gotten even with me plenty of times since then! How many times do I have to say I'm sorry?" You ask in exasperation. Gabriel pretends to ponder your question as he pops a caramel apple sucker into his mouth.
"Says the girl who didn't call me to tell me she was home and instead decided to stay with the coworker she has a crush on. You didn't even bribe me with details!" He complained, dumping a few sweets in front of you.
You grumpily grab one of the sweets he had graciously offered and tossed it into your mouth. "It was one time! And I hadn't slept for like, four days! Besides, it wasn't my fault my mother decided to drop by and visit!" You huff.
"Yeah yeah. You know how much I hate that hag. Nothing against you, sugar tits." Gabriel comments, pulling the pop from his mouth. "But still, no excuse not to call me. Send me a text even. Some proof of life." He grumbled. "That malt is yours by the way. Iris insisted I get one for you while we were out. Couldn't say no."
You look over at the bright pink striped cup dripping with condensation that created a wet circle on the desk. For being pissed at you for over two months, Gabriel was a good friend.
You took the malt and started sipping generously. "I'm sorry, okay? What do I have to do to prove it to you?" You ask.
Gabriel smirked. You hated when he got ideas.
"Tell me about your night with Mister teacher's pet. Then I'll consider it." He teased, quickly bopping your nose.
"I already told you. After my bitch mother confronted me, he convinced me to head to his place. I couldn't say no. He eventually read me a poem and I fell asleep. And… he knows my real name now. Happy?" You asked with a groan.
"Oh come on, that can't be all of it!" He whined, almost like a child about to throw a tantrum for being forced to eat his vegetables. Not that Gabriel was any different. He would fight you tooth and nail if you tried.
"It is! Nothing else happened! No kiss, no dramatic display of feelings, no nothing. Just a really awkward drive to work." You huffed.
The thought of the drive was a little hurtful. After the night you both had, well more like morning and you slept through the rest of the day, Spencer had been distant. It didn't last long as a couple days later they all had to get on the jet for another case. Spencer then began to re-warm up to you and now you knew nothing different. Though he didn't try to flirt with you anymore. Not like Morgan. But the previous moments where he had you backed up against the map, or had called you a good girl. He never did it again. And to be honest, you missed it despite how embarrassed you were afterwards.
"Boo! And I thought you liked the guy!" Gabriel exclaimed, acting baffled at the chain of events in your life. He then shrugged. "More fish in the sea I guess." He teased, obviously gaging you for a response.
"I do! Just… I'm not as obscenely obvious about it as you want me to be!" You hissed, sucking up more chocolate malt into your mouth with a little bit of a pissy attitude.
"Well if you were, I'm sure he'd be your teacher's aide boyfriend by now. Now, who's right and wrong in this situation? Hm? Yeah, me. No debate." He insists, putting the sucker back into his mouth.
"Shut up. I have to write this paper. For my doctorate in social science." You explain. "Just because you stopped going to school doesn't mean I can't go ahead and add another doctorate to my belt." You try to change the subject, hoping Gabriel would ease up on you.
"You and those doctorates. Are you seriously trying to build a filing cabinet up there or are you just bored with working for the FBI already?" Gabriel asks, flopping down onto your bed.
"Neither. I just want to know as much as I can in all of my areas of schooling. Be taken seriously." You insist.
"Boring. Why don't you take classes on making candy or something? That would be seriously cool. And then you can open up your own business just to spite those parents of yours!
I can see it now!" He rants, hanging his head over the edge of your mattress as he spreads his hands as if displaying the business name.
You roll your eyes. "No thanks. That sounds like something you should do though. You'd fit right into that role, you know. Candyman." You tease. "Now I really gotta finish this paper." You insist.
"Fine fine. Just be sure to come down from your academic heaven long enough to eat dinner once Iris is finished." He insists, winking at you before he leaves your room.
Finally, you had your peace and quiet. But it was weird. The peace and quiet was very quickly becoming deafening by the influx of thoughts. Not the helpful kind either.
You began to come up blank on ideas for your paper and had more ideas on how you could have maybe done something different to prevent that awkward drive to work all those weeks ago. Where did this uncertainty come from?
You grumble and close your laptop after ten minutes of no progress. Maybe you just needed a break. Then again, it was your day off. And you didn't feel like wishing bad things on someone just so you'd be able to go into work.
Almost as if the universe had been listening and decided to throw you a sickened bone, you heard your phone begin to ring. You eagerly pick it up, knowing it would be something to keep you busy.
"Hello, Agent (L/N)." You answer without checking the caller ID.
"Yes, (L/N) I need you to come in. We have another case." Hotch answers the phone. You feel a slight feeling of excitement strike at your core. Sure, you'd been on 6 cases so far, but you enjoyed being around your fellow agents and putting another unsub away.
"Do I get any insight, Hotch?" You ask.
"It's a case in Lebanon Kansas. We have a large group of bodies piling up. We have two suspects we believe are working with each other. We just need to profile them and catch them before they kill again. I'll inform everyone once you've arrived." As soon as he finished, he hung up. He didn't give you any chance to reply. Typical Hotch fashion.
You stand up immediately, grabbing your bag and your go-bag you had packed at all times just in case this happened. You grabbed the malt you still had and drank the rest of it, grabbing a couple of the caramel apple pops Gabriel had left and shoving them into your pocket.
You wandered into the kitchen, grabbing a plastic container and putting some of dinner into it.
"Woah, woah, where the hell are you going so late?" Gabriel asked in a fatherly tone. You rolled your eyes and glared at him for a moment.
"I have work. Duh."
"Work? I thought you were off?" Iris asked, raising an eyebrow.
"I am. But unfortunately serial killers don't care that I'm off. Sorry guys. I promise I'll call you guys once I get back, okay?" You promise, finding a lid and putting it on the tubberware.
"You better. Or else I'll stick gum in your hair. And not the easy to get out stuff." Gabriel threatened teasingly, taking a quick bite of his food. "Have fun arresting some muttonheads!" He called.
You chuckle and sling your bag over your shoulder. "Will do!" You reply before you turn around and head out of your shared apartment.
○●♡●○
"Hey! (L/N)!"
You turn your head as you arrive to the bullpen. You smile as the eccentric Penelope Garcia raced up to you to give you a hug once you were down the stairs.
You graciously accepted the hug and turned to everyone else. "What did I miss?" You ask.
"Nothing much. Only Reid finally showing us another magic trick!" Penelope answered for everyone. Morgan chuckled and Reid blushed slightly. Emily was leaned slightly against Reid's desk, looking at you warmly.
"Seriously, he's really good." Emily affirmed. You chuckled and walked over in interest.
"Really now? Show me." You insist, standing in front of Spencer. He looked up at you and did a nervous chuckle.
"W-well your gonna have to turn around." He says, giving you an adorable michevious smirk.
"Oh come on-" you begin.
"He does this everytime, you'll get used to it." Emily adds, laughing slightly as she begins to turn around.
"Spencerrr… please? For me?" You asked, batting your eyes pitifully. You knew it would probably get you nowhere, but you could at lease try.
"No." He insisted.
"Pleaseeee!" You beg again, putting your hands in a clasped position. You even bended your knees slightly to add to the effect.
Instead of the immediate rejection, he pondered for a moment and stared at you.
"Come on kid, one person knows a magician's tricks. Let her be your protégé." Morgan suggests. You giggle and shook your head.
"No really, it's fine. You don't have to show me-" you begin to backtrack, not wanting to force Spencer into showing you.
"I'll do it. I-I mean… I have to find someone to pass my gifts onto." He chuckles, rubbing his neck a little nervously.
"Really?"
"Yeah!" He expressed.
Morgan raised an eyebrow and stifled a chuckle as he watched you two. He leaned over to Emily who had made her way over to where he stood and whispered into her ear.
Spencer then told everyone to turn their heads away except for you. Then he began to show you the way he made the mini bottle rocket. He wrapped his hands around yours and helped you with each step. The warmth of his hands spread to your cheeks, and the touch of them sent shivers down your spine.
"Then turn it upside down and…" Spencer instructed in a whisper, helping you to turn the cap upside down. You watched the foaming top for a few seconds, moving closer towards the unknowing danger of the cap. As soon as it began to jump up, Spencer pushed you back with an inaudible warning. You watched as the bottle skyrocketed and flew fast Hotch's ear. Through this, his hand clutched as your shoulder and refused to leave it.
"Reid, I thought I told you not to do that." Hotch warned.
Reid's face grew a little brighter with embarrassment. You didn't know what came upon you then, but you stood up and gulped. "It-it was me. He taught me and I shot it. Sorry sir." You insisted.
Hotch's lips pulled into a slight smile as he looked back towards you. He didn't say anything afterwards, but you knew he was just teasing you both. "Meet up in the confrence room in five minutes, we have another case." He says after he cleared his throat. You nodded with a cheerful smile and put your bag in your chair. You glanced to Spencer, flashing him a gentle smile before you turned to enter the conference room.
You entered the room and took your seat, taking the tablet out that Garcia had given you before. "So what do we have?" You asked.
"We have what is assumed to be over a dozen bodies killed with different MO's and different stages of aggression. The only thing that links them are the DNA from one or both of these suspects; Jensen and Sam Westchester. And boy do they have long records. That's why we were able to find their DNA matches so quick." Penelope answered.
Spencer took a seat beside you, causing your heart to skip just slightly. "How come we don't have these men yet? Why do they need our help?" You ask.
"We need to apprehend them. And get a confession. The Kansas state court system has been known to be unpredictable. Sometimes evidence is enough, other times they get off with a warning and community service." Hotch answers.
"At least they do that." Morgan grumbled. "How come we don't have these guys yet? Are they that slick?"
"Unfortunately yes. They are like Houdini when it comes to busting out of prisons and facilities. The last prison they were held in, one up in Ohio, said they were able to escape through knocking out a guard and switching clothes with him. They were in for a robbery charge." Penelope continued.
"So why escalate to murder? Unless these murders were scattered." You ask.
"They are. Over 15 years worth. It looks like they could maybe have more." Spencer spoke up, looking over the picture of one of the more recent bodies.
"It's quite possible. After all, Harold Shipman managed to get away with 218 proven murders. But they think he could've done as many as 250." You answer, sharing a serial killer fact you found interesting.
"So we just need to profile these boys and figure out the motive. And if we apprehend them, keep them apart." Emily points out.
"Why do you say that?" Rossi asks.
"If you notice the trend in each of these escapes, they only manage to escape when in contact with the other. In the prison they had time to be able to see one another and formulate a plan. Even when in questioning they were able to get notes to each other."
"Then we'll have to split up and get seperate confessions. These two are brothers, and neither seem to fit the submissive type.' Hotch explains.
"Two alpha males killing for seemingly no reason for half their lives. This'll be easy to get them to confess and rat out their partner." You say sarcastically.
"We have to try. Wheels up in thirty." Hotch announces, standing up and leaving the room.
You sigh and pick up the tablet. "Garcia, can you go ahead and check more than just their juvie records? I wanna have a list of information I can pick from for the profile. Possibly pinpoint some areas of their lives that lead to this behavior." You ask.
"Oh, but of course Queen! I'll get straight on that. But most of it will probably be sealed." She warned.
"Unseal those records Garcia. Anything that can help us." Morgan interjects as he grabs his bag and he too leaves the conference room. Garcia nods to him and quickly clicks her heels as she leaves the room. You sigh and pick up your things as you prepare to get onto the jet.
"You didn't have to defend me."
"Hm?" You ask, turning to look at Spencer. "Oh, you mean the rocket-thingy?" You clarify. "I was the one to beg you to teach me. Let's just be happy it didn't hit him in the head." You giggle. Spencer looked at you intently for a few moments before he nodded and turned his head away silently. Although it caused you to be uncertain, you brushed it off and walked out to your desk to grab your things.
As you grab your bags, you feel the small raised bulge in your pocket. You remember the caramel apple pops and smile. At least you could enjoy one of these on the way to deal with a pair of serial killers. Fun.
You pulled the sucker from the wrapper and popped it into your mouth, beginning your trek out to the jet. As you begin to walk towards the elevator, you notice a pair of hazel eyes following you. You feel a slight burning sensation on the back of your neck and your cheeks as you realized. He looked away once he noticed you were staring back.
Was he really staring, or was he just spacing out? You hoped it was the former. You were practically begging and praying for it to be. But you knew you'd never be that lucky.
As you began walking, you heard a jumble of feet behind you and the jingle of things inside a bag getting tossed around. "(Y/N!)" You heard. You widened your eyes and turned around, glad no one besides Spencer had been behind you.
"Spencer! You can't just call me by my first name right now!" You hissed.
"S-sorry, I just wanted to apologize if I sounded upset with you. I… I find it honorable that you tried to defend me. No one really does." He explained. You felt your heart melt a little.
"Spencer… I didn't think that in the slightest." You knew you were lying, but it was going to make him feel better. Besides, it wasn't that big of a deal. "And if that last part is true then I'll be your legendary defender. Like Voltron!" You insist, already beginning to geek out in front of your workplace crush. Way to go, (Y/N).
"Voltron? What is that? Is it like Star Trek?" He asked, beginning to walk towards the jet with you. You widen your eyes at him and gasp playfully.
"You, haven't seen Voltron Legendary Defender? Okay, when we get back you HAVE to come over and watch it with me. Afterwards we can watch some documentaries." You insist, practically bouncing on your toes. Spencer looked over you and smiled, unable to tell you no.
"Sounds like a plan."

Zigzag, Chapter 5
‘This doesn’t make sense!’ Grace huffed, head in her hand as she stood over her desk in the study.
‘What doesn’t, love?’ Tom crossed the room to her and wrapped his arms around her from behind, kissing her shoulder.
‘This kill… And the guy who is claiming to be Zigzag.’ She sighed.
‘Do you not believe it is him?’ Tom hummed, kissing his way up her neck.
‘Not really. I mean, he killed a doctor. Who did nothing but good for the community. Why would he suddenly start killing randomly? The police seem to just be glad to have someone under arrest.’
Grace had been given some information on the crime scene from Nat, also a sneaky picture from her too but it wasn’t the clearest of pictures.
‘You need to relax, love. You’re far too wound up.’ Tom hummed, sliding his hands inside her dress, brushing his fingers over her skin that made her tremble.
‘I need to work, Tom.’ She whined, closing her eyes for a moment to get lost in his touch.
‘Well… Women are supposed to be able to multi task, are they not?’ He teased, grinning as he sucked on her neck.
‘Supposed to be…’ Grace murmured.
‘Let’s test that then… For research.’ Tom chuckled and he slipped his feet between hers, gently nudging her legs apart as he pushed at her back, bending her over the desk.
‘Tom…’ She said in slight warning, but was unable to complain when he slipped her dress off. He hooked his fingers in her knickers and pinged at the elastic, making her whine.
Instead of taking them off though, he slid a hand inside and down over her bum, squeezing on the way. ‘You can still work while I play, can’t you, love?’ His voice was deep and seductive, he knew just how to get her worked up.
She closed her eyes and moaned as his hand dipped lower until he was at her cunt. She was already soaking wet as he slipped his fingers through her folds, gathering her abundance of arousal to use on her clit that was begging for attention.
‘Oh god… Tom!’ She whined, opening her eyes as she held onto the side of the desk for support.
‘I always want to make sure you’re prepared for my cock… But you are so responsive to me, darling. I love it.’ He strummed his fingers across her clit before slipping one inside her, wiggling it around. ‘You don’t need much though, do you?’ He chuckled, sliding his finger out.
‘You’re just too sexy is all.’ Grace moaned.
Tom quickly unbuckled his belt and opened up his trousers to pull his hard cock out, pre cum already at the tip, waiting for her. He moved in right behind her again and sat down, pulling her with him on his lap. Right onto his awaiting cock, he just held her knickers to the side so he could get access.
Grace cried out in utter delight as she sank down fully on him, he held onto her hips tightly, not letting her move once she was fully seated. She could feel his belt buckle and his trousers rubbing against her bum, but she didn’t care. The way she was totally stuffed full of him was almost too much for her to bare.
Tom felt her walls clenching around him, getting accustomed to the intrusion. He pulled her back against him a bit more, a hand around her middle and the other on her thigh, stroking her softly. The movement made him move inside of her, causing her to cry out as she gushed over his cock.
‘Ohhh so good.’ Tom moaned, biting his lower lip as he pressed his cheek to her head. ‘Tell me, love… Why do you not think this guy who has handed himself in is your killer?’
Grace struggled to concentrate, having Tom’s cock buried inside of her was not helping. Neither was his sinful voice right in her ear, or the way he was stroking her thigh and the firm grip he had on her around her middle.
And Tom knew it, from the way she was so wet on him.
‘I just… It’s not… his usual pattern. He also didn’t choke him, he stabbed him. That’s not Zigzag’s way…’ She groaned and let her head fall back against Tom’s shoulder for a moment.
‘So maybe he decided to try a different kind of tactic instead of choking?’ Tom hummed.
‘No… Serial killers tend not to change habits much. And why hand himself in so easily…’
Her phone ringing made her jump a little, making them both moan from the movement.
‘Ah fuck. It’s Nat…’ She whined as she picked up her phone.
‘Answer it.’ Tom whispered, kissing her shoulder.
‘I can’t with your cock inside of me!’ Grace gasped.
‘Yes, you can. Go on, love.’ Tom chuckled. ‘She might have information.’
The thought of getting some more information was too much for her. She quickly answered, took a deep breath and held the phone up to her ear.
‘Hey Nat.’ She tried her best to sound as calm and normal as possible.
‘Just a quick call. Something isn’t sitting right with me with this guy. Did you get a chance to look at the photos I sent you of the crime scene?’
‘No, what photos? I just got the vague one.’ Grace frowned. She held the phone to her ear with her shoulder as she grabbed her laptop and dragged it across the desk towards her, opening her emails.
‘I got better ones. They don’t look right. Plus, this guy in custody doesn’t seem to know much details about the previous murders.’
Grace tried to ignore the throbbing hot cock inside of her as she opened the new email from Nat and pulled up the pictures. Nat was right though, it didn’t look right.
‘The zigzag is on the wrong cheek for a start. It’s usually on the left. And the arms aren’t folded over properly like the previous ones, they’ve slipped. It’s just his hands that are crossed.’ Grace said and then she pulled up pictures from Zigzag’s last murder alongside.
She felt Tom twitch inside of her, making her whine.
‘Are you alright, Grace?’ Nat asked.
‘Yeah… fine. Just a bad stomach.’ She said quickly, then covered the phone and breathed out heavily, trying to ignore her boyfriend.
‘It’s not Zigzag. I’m sure of it. It’s a copycat, trying to claim the attention.’ Grace said determinedly after comparing the pictures. ‘The zigzag on the cheek isn’t even remotely the same either.’
‘That’s what I thought too… Thanks, Grace. Remember, I didn’t send those.’
‘I know… Thank you.’ Grace quickly hung up and shuddered as she leaned back into Tom.
He sucked on her neck and growled, moving his hips very slightly. But it was enough to make her whimper and cum all over him.
‘So… the killer is still out there, huh?’ Tom hummed, nibbling on her skin.
‘Seems… Seems so.’ She swallowed hard, eyes fluttering in pleasure.
The hand that was on her thigh slid up her body, up to her neck. She let her head fall backwards, giving him more access to her neck. He stroked up and down with the tips of his fingers. ‘So Zigzag is still just a choker then.’ Tom hummed.
She nodded slightly. ‘Is it… is it bad that I’m relieved?’
Tom frowned. ‘What do you mean?’ He nuzzled his nose into her hair.
‘Well… I thought he had killed someone innocent… That he was now off the streets. I mean, having him out there killing bad people is kind of… Reassuring. That’s fucked up, isn’t it?’ She sighed.
Tom’s hand slid down from her neck to her breasts, where he started stroking her nipples. Feeling her cunt throb in tune with his administrations.
‘Not fucked up, no… Slightly weird, perhaps. But you’ve always been a weirdo.’ Tom teased, she could hear the smirk in his tone, making her laugh. But her laughter quickly turned into moaning again as Tom started rutting up into her, circling his hips.
When she came, this time Tom did too. Spilling into her. They were both panting hard, but after a while Grace slowly lifted up off him. Strings of cum stuck to them, they were a right mess. Tom’s trousers were ruined.
‘Oh fuck.’ Grace turned to face him and leaned back against the desk. She could feel his cum dribbling down her thighs.
Tom had his head back, exhausted. She leaned forward and kissed his neck. ‘Maybe we should do this more often when I’m working.’ She giggled.
He draped his arm around her briefly and sneaked his hand down to squeeze her bum. ‘We definitely should.’ He purred.
