This isn't me being mad at anyone, absolutely NO hate and I mean it, I just had a thought prompted and I guess I wanted to make a post talking abt it for future reference.

I am 100% fine with "sexual" items of clothing or whatever trend that's going on being forwarded to me as requests, so long as we're all on the same page that I have absolutely no intention of making sexualised artworks for this blog.

I know someone might feel the need to point at my existing art to go "ummm actuallyyy" so let me set the record straight. The most "sexual" I've gotten with an outfit is definitely the rabbit hole artwork, and I think it's very obvious I avoided framing that sexually despite the context of the outfit - the eye is drawn to Exandroth's chest who has nothing there tbh and it's even partially covered by his arm, you can't even see the original outfit in full. The most skin I showed was in the 'you’d rather be a god too!' piece, which was about Exandroth taking on Rumi's form to feel better after dying - hence the title, and there's also the imagery of the red cloth that's meant to be blood, and if you were especially keen you'd notice it's from the stomach-down which is where Peter/Exandroth was stabbed. I don't try to draw sexualised artworks.

If you present me with any "sexualised" outfit, I'm going to avoid framing it sexually, I will very consciously desexualise it through framing or slight alterations.. In part because I think it's sad that cute outfits are only recognised for their "sexual" appeal when there's a lot of aesthetic appeal on its own, partly because I'm asexual, partly because of traumas I'd rather not get into.

To reiterate, 100% fine to send an ask with a "sexual" outfit, but you're not going to get a sexual drawing out of it. If you want to spite me by sending a bunch of provocative outfits to see what I'll do after reading this, you can iggg but I don't know what you'll expect from me.

Due to the robins getting progressively younger, A lot of neighbourhood kids seem to think they can also be a superhero. Jason, who knows firsthand the dangers of being a kid vigilante (he died as one, after all) opens up a Martial arts Centre for the kids of Gotham.

there’s no payment required, and you can see kids who look like they wouldn’t be out of place in the Wayne manor suburb helping a younger crime alley attendee perfect a punch-and-grab combo.

He calls it ‘Jaybirds nest’, runs it as many nights he can afford, and tries to discourage the young children from a hero’s life while still teaching them how to defend themselves.

This type of widely protruding skirt that appeared around the middle of the 19th century came to be known later under the name of the "crinoline style." As can be seen with this dress, large design motifs proved immensely effective on these voluminous skirts. The border pattern here is wood-block printed and repeats every 20.6 cm. Compared to small-scale designs, large patterns require a solid technique to avoid misalignment of the print colors. Considering that this mixed fabric of silk and wool is a material hard to print on, this dress with its bright and cheerful colors is a particularly fine example on how much cloth printing techniques had evolved.

I was shoveling my sidewalk during my lunch break, wearing an ankle-length wool coat, equally long black striped dress with a leather cincher belt, gloves, and combat heels--over all looking like I just finished a long shift at the foul incantations factory-- and these two bright eyed homeschool kids scampered up and offered to help me shovel. I was, frankly, a little shocked at their daring (the last small strange child that I passed on the sidewalk while wearing that coat asked me if I was a vampire).

But then they informed me that we'd actually meet before. I flagged them down at the end of Halloween trick or treating and emptied the entire remainder of my candy into their bags, and apparently bought goodwill for life by doing so.

So I thanked them and hired them to shovel my walk during this weekend's snowfall, because I'll be mostly gone. The kids are all right.

HEY IM GONNA TRY AND DO A DRESSTOBER SORTA THING!!!!! I'll be attempting to draw Exandroth in a dress everyday for realsies based on one word prompts. I'm gonna generate some of my own to go off of but I'd like to open this up.

In an ask, share ONE word and I'll try to draw something based off of it!! It can be as vague or on the nose as you'd like, but it just has to be a single word. Only one word per ask, but you can submit multiple asks there is no limit. If I like the feel of the challenge I might continue this past October sooo yeah!!
