Here's some notes on some of the upper body muscles so you, artist, don't need to look them up

They are not medically accurate, just enough for artists to know the necessary muscles and how they work together

I 100% recommend doing the last exercise I did to be able to actually place the muscles

Here are my notes on the lower body muscles

i love comparing pokédex entries for the same mon between different games bc almost all of them will be very brief, matter-of-fact, purely scientific without any first person pronouns or personal information about the author. and then you get to the legends arceus entries and laventon’s writing stuff like ‘ngl i still don’t understand this species’ ‘i tried petting this pokémon once and it bit me’ ‘i live in fear of this thing’ ‘man i miss galar. who said that’

Touched some grass with my mom and older sister who brought me a cheap dubai chocolate (?) snack (it’s a fake one, but I do not have the heart to tell her that it is lol)

I’m nowhere near any progres with my anki flashcards, so I consulted a tutor online aka Ninja Nerd 🥷

I had avocado scrambled egg toast for my lunch ! 🥑
