Back when I was addicted to Inoo’s puriti charm (around 2011 or 2012) Using Mozilla Firefox as my browser, my fangirl name was Maria Cho🤣 and Look at how aesthetic Twitter and Tumblr used to be. You could even customize the background!

I'm glad that I saved the screenshot of this moment. It's my nostalgic throwback to my old fangirl days.

I truly miss how anonymous tumblr and twitter used to be. I remember the days when if you had a tumblr, the only people who knew were your very small and selective circle of besties. Hell, the only reason I opened a Twitter was to feel better airing out my frustrations about people in my hs/early 20’s life without it being misconstrued into cyber bullying. That and to just write down random intrusive thoughts that were too wild for the aesthetic of my tumblr persona.
