H... hello billford people...

If I didn't have commissions to work on, I swear I'd be drawing nothing but these two all day. I'd have a fucking graphic novella by now dksjhjskgh

But these are some doodles I've done while slacking off. I really hope you like them, I've honestly been excited to throw my stuff into the tumblr billford pile (seriously, there are SO many of you making artwork, and you're all so talented?? It's wild. It's like christmas every day.)

Finally got round to doodling some of the Heartless crew again - been juggling some very intensive work and life stuff lately so it was therapeutic to get lost for a lil' while drawing this one. (Thanks again to everybody who voted in those polls a bit ago - The results were very interesting so I'm looking forward to drawing more of the most-voted characters sometime soon)

just gonna post this bc i could never come up with a spirally background i liked & i dont want this to die in my saves folder

#literally therapy to open up blender and draw something in grease pencil #there are a bunch of bacgrounds for this.. some of them even 3D because i thought mixxing 3d and 2d would be cool and spirally #but i couldnt do it in a way that was stylistically pleasing to me so #i give up and here he is #blender #grease pencil #hardly animation #its one frame with a noise and envelop modifier #but what can i say i love doing that #michael shelley #tma #michael distortion #ive had the idea for a while to make a cool michael animatic in blender mixxing 3d and 2d with a bunch of modifiers and 3d fuckery but i #dont want to commit to doing it until i really flesh it out in my head and think i can doit justice so its just gonna be one of those thing #i never do #damn im really yapping in these tags im hittin post now #my art

Draw Cow is actually a really useful spell, imho- +1d4 healing for a bonus action might not seem like a lot for the spell slot, but if you’ve taken the Divine Bovine feat, you can cast it as a cantrip. Might as well spam it every round if you can - your party will thank you!

Pencil's 2024 Art Summary

It's that time of year again where I look back on everything I've done and go "wut" with varying levels of impressed and horrified. Anyway, I discovered that I really did not draw much at all this year.... o_o Especially in the second half. Whoops. (I think I did way more writing though, especially come Whumptober season, whereas in the beginning of the year it was more being socially dead and some drawing.) I'm calling this my Colored Lights year for the time being.

May I draw more things in 2025~

Feburary: I had been lost to you, sunlight [Gojo Fanfic Scene]

March: Never take me lightly, silly fool [Lilia Fanfic Scene] (and an honorable mention to the Team Erza Sleep Pile, but Lilia looked cooler in the preview)

May: Red, the Color of Life [Erza Color Event Piece] (!!! and it won best Canon Artwork in the Guild Awards!!!)

June: Dual Mode: Toxic Sky Dragon [Wendy & Erik Unison Raid]

July: I never posted any art?? Actually? I just slept on that month, but I was doing some personal sketching. Nicest/most polished one that I am 90% sure was from July was a color experiment/sketch for a scene in a Sukuna fic I've been working on all year. I'll do a nicer version of it one day.
