#personally i don't mind if my work is reposted or used as long as credit is given
Text
Hi
It's been brought to my attention that there are people out there who are sadly plagiarising my work again.
1. This is not okay.
To clarify, while I'm very happy for people to take inspiration from my stories (in the same way you might any book you read from a bookshop), I don't want my work used or reposted without credit.
I'm not going to go into lengths on why it is wrong to plagiarise someone else's writing. I don't think my tumblr post is magically going to change anyone's mind, especially as if you've followed me long enough you know we've done this rodeo before.
So.
2. How to tell when writing is plagiarised
It can be very difficult to tell when something is plagiarised, especially if we have never come across the original work before and have no reason to recognise it.
I don't think it's realistic for everyone to vet everything they come across online for plagiarism, but it's also something I don't see talked about a lot for fiction.
These questions to ask yourself are not foolproof and not applicable to everything. But I think they can be a start.
If the writer has posted more than one story, is there a similarity across them? While writing style can change across an author's different pieces, there is still usually going to be a similar feel across stories if they came from the same person. Writers have voices and quirks and little things that are specific to them. If every piece feels wildly different then it might be coming from different places. This is probably going to come down to gut reaction and instinct in the first instance. But that's okay. Because that gut reaction is just there to make you think twice and maybe investigate more thoroughly.
How much are they posting? Can people churn an extraordinary amount of words out? Yes, sometimes. But...as a general ballpark, no. Writing takes time and effort. If someone is coming out with enormous amounts of writing every day or week or month or whatever, then this can be a hint to look a little closer.
Do you ever see hints of their writing process? Can the writer talk about their characters or what they want out of the story or anything like that? Do they ever post a story organically in response to a request or whatever? Not all writers know in-depth everything about their story or characters or plot, but the main point here is that the finished product is the tip of the iceberg. If someone is a writer than there is more going on beneath the surface of the posted stories.
I hope this helps!

I have question for you as an artist and I would like to make it clear that this question is genuine because I really have doubts about this. Let's put it as if I found a fanart (like on Pinterest, for example) and it doesn't have the artist's signature, can I repost it without permission? Because I don't know who the artist is but I'm also not saying that the art is mine (and stealing something that isn't mine)... Like, can I do this? Or can I not do this? Or does it depend on the person? Like I said, it's not like I'm saying it's mine, I just don't know whose it is. Or I could put in the description "credits to the artist, I couldn't find who it is"? I really have doubts about this. I've seen a lot of art that I could post but didn't do because of this (and for reasons of respect too)... And also, in terms of knowing who the artist is, let's assume that I didn't ask for permission to post and still I posted, but giving due credit... Can I do that? I can't? Since you are an artist, I believe you would know how to answer. Thank you for reading, I'm sorry if I said something uncomfortable. I don't want to offend anyone at all, I just have these doubts largely because I don't want to put people in uncomfortable situations and such (of doing something without asking them). Thank you again.
Hi, Anon! I am glad that you are informing yourself on this matter first before reposting. And absolutely nothing you said was uncomfortable. <3
There's a long explanation under the cut but TL;DR this is less so a matter of art theft and rather one of copyright legalities. Since everybody has free reign over their copyright, the answer to your question will vary from artist to artist. That means, without permission from the artist, you can potentially be held liable regardless of whether or not you've added credit or specified that you are not the artist. However, it's unlikely you will ever face legal consequences for reposting.
I hope this answer was helpful to you, dear Anon! Have a great day :D
The long explanation:
First of all, the legal matters. Even if you are not "stealing" art in the traditional sense (ie. claiming it as your own), you might still be infringing on a person's copyright.
The act of reposting (not to be confused with reblogging) is essentially creating a copy of an already existing artwork, which is an exclusive right of the copyright owner and should not be infringed. In short, the creator of a piece has the right to decide who gets to use their work when, where, and how. There are a few legitimate exceptions to that, including fair use (which makes fan content possible in the first place).
Now, I didn't study copyright law and I do not know how many of the exclusive rights still apply in the case of fanart. However, if the artist does hold those rights to their work, the act of reposting makes you liable and the artist is technically able to sue you (the odds are close to zero though, I'd say). This applies regardless of whether or not you have credited the artist. Legally, you are required to ask permission.
There are many artists who have their exploitation rights outlined in a Q&A, their TOS, or in the image description. Some are fine with reposting. Others not. Some might want you to credit them. Others don't care. Some might only accept reposting to a different platform. Some might want you to properly @ or notify them.
Pinterest in particular is a massive copyright infringement platform at this point (not that the creators intended for this, but that's what's mostly happening on there). The uncredited artworks you are speaking of were most likely uploaded without permission already and are the copyright equivalent of "stolen goods".
With these legal matters out of the way, let's talk about internet culture! Because while, obviously, everybody should follow the law... the internet doesn't really operate like that, now does it?
I have seen many people reposting artworks saying they "don't know the artist" / "can't find the artist" and that they will add credit if somebody finds the artist or take the image down if requested. And so far, I haven't seen anybody losing their shit about that. But that is just my experience. However, some people might still feel uncomfortable with this practice. Artists in particular might even say it harms their exposure, discoverability, or profit.
Whether you think it's fine to repost an uncredited artwork or not, you should, at the very least, try to comply with the artist's wishes. That means using Google reverse image search and specifying that you do not own the image and would take down the image or give credit if the artist requests it.
Also, please don't harass anybody just for reposting something without credit. There are many people unaware of the exact rules surrounding copyright and never meant to harm or disrespect the artist, let alone infringe on a law.

|| Temptation (Satoru Gojo X Reader) ||
(Reposted from my old blog which I don't have access to anymore (thanks Tumblr), if you liked it reblogs or likes would be appreciated to get me back on track since I've lost all my followers and half my work :(
While hoping to be reinstated in the Jujutsu world, you meet with the teacher you had a crush on in your school days.
I wrote this while drunk, I think that says it all.
Tumblr media
"Why'd you call me Sensei?" Gojo chuckled, his long fingers reaching his blindfold, holding it up to let one eye peek from under it. You take a seat across from him. "I was only your teacher for a year, and that was ages ago."
He was right, of course, but the air of his office and the familiar smell of the chrysanthemum bushes outside the window had brought back too many memories of your last year at Jujutsu High; your mind had no trouble flashing the images of late nights and talks with your then best friends.
2009
"I think I might fail this year," you'd laugh, covering your mouth with your hand, thinking it would hush your uncalled-for remarks you'd whisper in the middle of training sessions, "I mean what is he, a few years older than us?"
On weekend nights, the few students in your grade would gather in one of the rooms, trying to muffle the 'tsssk' sound the opening of the drinks they managed to smuggle for these occasions would produce. At most of these gatherings, the tougher subjects would be tactfully avoided, no talk about missions and curses, or mentions of horrible past incidents were allowed.
There wasn't much left to chat about after the rules were unanimously established, and so most nights your classmates would group together laughing at the feelings you've managed to develop for your new teacher. The running joke had always made your cheeks flush red. "Oh, Gojo-Sensei, your eyes are so blue!" A boy from your class would make a lousy impression of your voice that would always elicit laughter from the group, "Oh, Gojo-Sensei, could you tutor me?"
Even at that age, you liked to think that no one apart from your friends could observe the crush you've steadily developed. However, especially when hearing your whispers, your teacher had always felt that was an insult to his self-proclaimed skills of deduction. Gojo would make sure to pause his enthusiastic explanations to put a large hand on your shoulder just to watch you blush, and your classmates giggle. He was far too determined to take advantage of each lesson to bask in the feeling of your attentive gaze.
present day
"I'm sorry," you mutter, "Old habits." His limbs are sprawled on the shiny leather of the chair as he talks ; "Are you thinking of returning to the Jujutsu world? If so, I think there are more suitable people to talk to." He noticed your gaze shifting downwards, he didn't mean any harm with his words, but you couldn't help but feel unwanted in the room.
"I'm sorry to be a bother, I just thought that -" "Ah, I'm sorry. You probably just came to visit your old Sensei you used to crush on." He snickers. Getting up from his seat, he walks around the large desk, just to put a hand on your shoulder the way he remembered would make you blush. "What? I -," You struggle to find the words, your gaze still fixed on your fingers fidgeting with the hem of your dress. "I - I never had a crush on you."
Your words seemed to him as a personal challenge. The determination to make you admit it excited every cell in his body as he kneeled before you, the grin widening on his face when he grabbed your fidgeting hand to hold gently, the sudden touch making you raise your eyes to glance at him.
He hardly changed, you thought, his mannerisms still as shameless as they were back then, his touch still making your stomach flutter. "Nothing to be ashamed about," He declares, "It was your last year, and this young, attractive man comes in -" "Gojo Se-" you stop yourself from saying the word that so easily excited him to go down this path, "Gojo, I'm really only here to talk my reinstatement."
His thumb moves slightly over the back of your hand, the walls of the room closed in on you when the heat from his hand runs straight to your head. "Sure," He lets out another small chuckle before putting on a serious expression, "Just as soon as you'll admit it."
He watches your brows furrow. "I see you've learned nothing. The first rule of Jujutsu is that honesty makes you more powerful," The snarky comment makes you cross your arms. You yank your hand back, and the chair scratches the floor under you when you get up.
"That's childish," You inhale a sharp breath, but his immaturity, as most spiteful characteristics, rubs off on you. "Might you be so stubborn because you're the one who had a crush on me?" You spew, stunned at your own unsophisticated comment.
"Who says I didn't?" He gets up from his knee to face you once again, his unwavering enthusiasm makes it hard to control your pent-up urge to both pull him to you, and shove him away. Huh?
"Never mind that," He suddenly says.
"What do you mean, never mind that?" You cock your head to the side, confused at the sudden change of heart he displayed. "I don't need you to admit it anymore," You watch the corners of his mouth twitch lightly before widening back to a broad grin, "You already did, little tomato."
Your hands shot up to feel your own cheeks, the heat radiating to the palms of your hands. You were sure you looked like you'd just run a marathon. "Alright, little tomato, you can ask about the other things now," He smiles, leaning back on his desk. A thought crosses your head that even Alexander the Great didn't beam like that when bringing the Persian Empire to its knees.
"Don't call me that," you protest. With each response he'd evoke from you, he'd find himself more captivated, seizing the moment to push himself off of the desk only to stand closer to you. "Why not, little tomato?" He'd found himself too fond of the new nickname, his face so close to yours you couldn't ignore it if you tried. His blindfold sat peacefully at the crook of his neck, his hair splayed on his forehead, eyes agonizing to look at; looking half at you and half through you.
The childish-like oblivious manner of your feelings had disappeared as soon as his lips brushed on yours, the pit of your stomach spinning and swirling at the fantasies you thought you'd left behind years ago. He snorted a little when you pressed your lips against his, his hands impulsively gripping your thighs.
He groans between the kisses; "I really see I've taught you nothing, little tomato," He murmured, "The second rule is never letting your opponent know he's got the upper hand."

Song Analysis - And Then is Heard No More
Part 0 - The Part You Skip if You Just Want the Analysis
Hi! Its me again! Last time I analyzed Children of the City, and someone requested an analysis of And Then is Heard No More, which I've actually already written in the past.
With that said, this entire analysis was posted on Reddit about a month ago, and I'm simply reposting it here for a new audience. If there's any formatting errors from the copy-paste action, please let me know.
Part 1 - Analysis of Lyrics
If you don't already know, this song is about Philip from Library of Ruina. Its his Character Song. I assume you did know, but this is just so we're all on the same page.
Do the candles look forward to being used? Enjoy bidding adieu, adieu? Every word I have saved for you came out wrong Afterwards, so I spoke no more
(credit to tumblr user tearychildren for helping me analyze this verse)
In the first two lines of the song, Philip is wanting to be reassured. He's looking for solace, for comfort, attempting to convince himself that his life was worth it. The metaphor, with candles looking forward to being used, is meant to represent humanity. If I were to translate, I'd say he's asking, "Do people look forward to burning out and doing nothing, before dying?"
Philip wants to know he didn't waste his life. He wants to be told that all there is to life is burning out immediately. Because if he was told there's more to life, he might not be able to handle it. He wants reassurance, to be told that this is the fate of everyone.
The latter two lines refer to Philip's co-worker Yuna. In the Unstable Book of the Crying Children, Philip details a failed love confession to Yuna, which is almost certainly what this verse is about. When his confession didn't work, he likely internalized it as him just saying something wrong, and thus he decided to "speak no evil."
Would you say That someone who had every intention to be brave Was a coward?
This line speaks to several things. The first, and most obvious, is that Philip wants to know if he has been a coward. He wants to know if all his fleeing and denying of the facts makes him cowardly, even if he intended to be brave.
And this details a theme of his whole arc: Philip wants to be a hero, but he can't be one.
The second thing this line speaks about is the Project Moon universe's general question of, "Do the thoughts/intentions behind your actions matter, or the actions themselves?" Is it enough to have just wanted to be brave? Or do you need to act the part, as well?
In my opinion, Philip was a coward. He made attempts not to be, but they all fell short, sometimes for reasons in his control and sometimes for not. And I don't think his "intention to be brave" is enough to absolve him of that.
Must be great being you Power comes as second nature Must feel amazing to be longed for, longed for
Philip has this trend of blaming everything but himself. This verse starts the detailing of the dichotomy in his mind, which leads to immense hypocrisy. Philip sees himself as inherently weak, and due to this, he doesn't feel like he can be held to the same standards as everyone else. He can deflect people's criticisms of him by just playing the, "I'm weak, I couldn't have done anything" card.
It also appears Philip believes in "inherent ability." That someone can be born better than another person. But he doesn't take this idea to its logical extreme.
If other people are born better than him, and thus Philip is the only one doing the noble climb to be strong, then why isn't he strong? If he thought it through, he'd know the answer: he isn't trying hard enough. He just expects his heroic opportunity to be handed to him.
Philip almost seems to think he's the only one who has to work for his success, despite him being basically given a position that many people could only dream of.
But there's a reason he doesn't take this idea to its extreme. Because in its current state, it acts as a shield. If other people are inherently better than him, then he doesn't need to be held to their standards. He enjoys having the ability to just block out blame by using weaponized incompetence.
(I opened my eyes) Cemented excuses to my lash-line So I could see no more
At the very least, in the end, Philip seems to admit that he's just making excuses. At every turn, he finds reasons that he couldn't have done more. In every situation, he manages to blame someone other than himself for what happened. But deep down, he knows that his friend's deaths and the killing of three other people he went to for help is his fault.
In Philip's foolish quest for vengeance and heroism, he got three innocent people killed.
And this is where I want to detail the second part of this dichotomy. Philip claims everyone is better than him, sure, but he also thinks he's some legendary hero. He uses this idea that he's some heroic figure to ignore the guilt for his actions.
If he's able to go into the Library with Wedge Office and strike down the ones who killed his colleagues, then it'd all be worth it. That was probably his rationale for dragging those three into the library with him. If he can get vengeance, he'll be the hero. And if the people of Wedge Office have to die, then he'll make that sacrifice if he can get his epic final battle.
And in this battle... if he dies, he doesn't need to worry anymore. And if he wins, he'll be a hero.
Which is why he gets neither.
Philip has to face reality. He isn't a hero. He isn't just some unfairly tortured soul, waiting for his chance to be written down as a legend in the history books. At the end of the day... he's just Philip.
Not to say he doesn't try! In the Philip fight during the Wedge Office Reception, he is very powerful, and fully intends to destroy the Library or die trying. For once in his life, he is determined to do something, which is why he's able to manifest EGO. His desire to be a hero, his desire to win, creates a sword and wings with which to fight with.
As one last aside, let's talk about Philip's EGO. He has a flaming sword, which is very traditional for heroes. The knight holding a flaming sword over a dragon's head, that kind of thing. But he also has burning, melting wings. Which calls back to the tale of Icarus, who in his excitement to finally fly, went to close to the sun and had his wings melted.
Just like Icarus, Philip, in his excitement to finally be the hero, brought three people to their deaths and compounded his own guilt because of some selfish desire to avenge his friends. That was his, "fly too close to the sun."
So which home should someone as weak as I go? (And which sky should I aim for when I've only been low?) I have only been low
Yet again, Philip is pointing out how weak he is. He wants a place to belong, a place to go, now that his friends are all dead. And he also seems to be continuing to avoid blame. He can't aim very high, because he's so pathetic that he'd just fail anything too hard. He doesn't need to try and aim higher, because he has already decided he isn't capable of anything. It shields him from the guilt of not doing enough.
Day and night, your ghosts continue to haunt me Tell me who to be
This references the scene at the 8 o'Clock Circus, where Philip distorts. When he is shown his own visions of his colleagues, they do nothing but blame him for his actions, and in some cases, his inaction.
We get a front-seat look into what Philip thinks they'd say to him.
Both of them are cruel. But he doesn't want to hear it. As they criticize him, he covers his ears and closes his eyes, not wanting to confront the fact that he made the wrong choice.
But he has to confront it. It's impossible not to. Which is why he ends up distorting.
If I went with you, will there be happily ever afters? Sipping on tea I steeped together, together
At this point, Philip seems to wish he had just died with his friends. He wants to know if he'd be happier in whatever afterlife that exists if he hadn't just continued to make a fool out of himself. Its definitely sad, how Philip just seems resigned to the idea of death at this point.
He just wants to have tea with them again.
(Read me a story of a hero born knowing the all) Read me a book of me So I could hear no more
Finally, we get to the last verse. Philip wants to know what his book says. Or, more accurately, he wants to think that when he dies, his book will be about how heroic he was. About how he was born as some tragic figure, who overcame all the negativity in his life and became a legend.
But of course, his actual book is mostly just about the times he was a coward and refused to face reality.
Not only does he want to think his book would be about his heroism, he doesn't want to hear different. He wants someone to tell him how amazing he was, until he can't hear any of the negative things other people have to say. He wants to ignore reality for his petty hero fantasy.
Philip is a hypocrite.
He's simultaneously too weak to try anything, and too heroic to be criticized.
He admits how cowardly he is, and then desires to be told he's a brave hero.
Philip is maybe a prime example of cognitive dissonance.
Part 2 - Summary
Despite all of this... I can't bring myself to hate Philip. He's cowardly, hypocritical, ignores any criticism, hides in his own fantasies, and uses his incompetence as a shield to block anything he doesn't want to hear. But I don't hate him.
Honestly, I think most people would act how he did in his situation.
I understand running for your life. And I understand the survivor's guilt that comes with that.
And revenge is just a natural human desire.
In terms of his actions, which I think is what matters, his gravest sin is dragging three innocent people into his revenge quest.
And Then Is Heard No More is, in essence, both Philip explaining how he got to where he is, and wanting to be told he didn't make any mistakes. Even in the end, he's too cowardly to own up to them.
Because that's who Philip is.
Part 3 - Final Part
So yeah, that's And Then is Heard No More. I like this song, and I like Philip. I hope you all enjoyed this copy-pasted analysis.

FAQ Page
I'm not quite done with this, but it'll be nice for later.
Is it okay if I take inspiration from your art and concepts? I've been in a situation in recent years where another artist has taken far, far too much. You've probably seen me talk about it. It's a subject I'm pretty burnt out on. I recently saw another artist's take on this and it seemed sensible to me. I'm just going to quote theirs. I have tried to find my own words, but right now I find myself more comfortable using someone else's. "Well, if you’re having to ask me for permission, either your design is too similar or you’re being overly nervous about a normal artistic process. You’re absolutely free to use my work as a source of inspiration but I’d strongly encourage you to think about the details from my design you like most, and remix them with other concepts into your own unique take."
Taking inspiration is something everyone does, but please don't become a shadow I get bi-weekly alerts about. Ideally your pool of inspiration will be many artists and concepts re-imagined into something unique to you- and that you're being honest with yourself about the result.
Your art is being copied! / Will you tell me who the copy cat is? I know your intentions are in the right place, and I appreciate that, but I get a lot of messages about this and am tired. I'm sure if my art ends up somewhere it shouldn't be or there's a significant event, the community will get it to me through people I know, but let me rest. I'm just sayin' get a second or third opinion before coming to my inbox.
I sent you a message and you didn't respond. Sorry about that. I tend not to stress about messages because it can be a drain. You're more likely to get a response if you let me know from the get go what you want, but nothing is guaranteed. Sometimes I didn't see it, sometimes I got busy or forgot, sometimes I plan to do it later, sometimes I just opted out. It's not personal.
Are you okay with fanart? What about OC interactions? Can I post it? Sure, just don't profit off of it and please credit me. If you want to draw my OCs interacting with yours that's also fine- though I prefer situations where their actions make sense. Alf wouldn't make your character cry for fun, for example. He's grumpy but not cruel. Posting it is fine. Where do you Rp? Are you looking for more partners? Discord mostly. Roleplay consumes a lot of time so these days I mostly only play with my buddy Thema. I probably wouldn't have time to play, but I like to hang around people that do and I don't mind being asked. Just please don't be sad if I never get around to responding! I'm most compatible with people who are comfortable with radio silence.
Can I use your characters in roleplay/as roleplay refs? Considering I actively roleplay my OCs and there's a potential for confusion, I'd rather you didn't. Though I think there's a difference between linking to my art and saying 'this is my character', and linking to it to say 'this has the mood I'm going for, but here's what's different about my character--'. The latter is fine.
Can I make Fan OCs for your setting? Thinking about this makes me tired. Maybe I'll get to a point where I'm more comfortable later, but for now I'd rather you didn't make something directly from my worlds. But lets be real, you don't need my permission to draw cat monsters and I take a huge amount of inspiration from ancient history. Many of my concepts are inspired by things that you can read about and be inspired too. If you see something and are curious if there's a historical source, just ask. Hopefully I'll remember.
Can I repost your work? I don't mind as long as I'm credited. Most of my art has a signature on it already. If it doesn't, please add a link or my name so people can find me. I'm less okay with my work being used as a pageviews grab on a site where I have an active social media presence, but it's probably not worth my time to care.
Do I have permission to draw NSFW art of your characters? No, for a plethora of reasons, some easy to explain and some not, but I probably can't stop you. Just don't profit off of it or show it to me.
Do you have a website for your OCs? I have RP pages for them scattered all over the place and many of them are outdated, but as I type this I recently put some up on Toyhouse. https://toyhou.se/GreekCeltic
Do you have a website for your comic? Sure do. It's an expensive fuck. https://catswaycomic.com/ When does your comic update? Sporadically. I work on it when I have time. My income is solely freelance commissions and Patreon- mostly commissions.
There's other places you could post your comic! Yeah, I know. I may do that someday, but for now I like having my own house, even if it's an expensive fuck. (Not really, the renewal just hits around tax time, Lol).

Victoria (12)
Victoria is a Latin name whose meaning signifies "victory". Even though it is a name, this asteroid in the natal chart can potentially signal the area of our lives in which we can access victory and what energy should we embrace in order to reach it. This doesn't have to be always about money though'. This post will talk about all of this while considering the house and sing this asteroid falls in.
As always, take this with a grain of salt, I apologize for any mistake, please don't copy or repost this post without giving proper credits to the owner, and please enjoy it.
Tumblr media
Victoria in Aries/1st house: you have the face and energy of a victorious person. Even if you don't feel like it. The only way for these natives to reach successes in their life is to believe in themselves. To not be afraid of taking risks. To be proud of who they are, where they come from, and where they want to be in the future. Of following your passions even if it seems impossible or as if you are not capable enough. You can do it. You've got this. Take risks. Learn from your experiences when there is setbacks, delays, or bad results. And, especially, don't look down on yourself.
Victoria in Taurus/2nd house: these natives may have, as the last group, a problem with their self-esteem. Especially when you compare your earnings or material success to those who are close to you. Don't you worry. Victory in achieving a stable life in terms of material success is yours as long as you work hard for it. You may need to put some carefully planned steps in order to create the future you want for yourself. Don't rush. Don't tell anybody of your plans, ideas, or proyects since many of them could try to steal it. Victory will come with caution, organization, and confidence.
Victoria in Gemini/3rd house: the possibles victories of these natives may come once they feel comfortable with their knowledge and are not afraid to share their opinions, ideas, or projects to others. It is pretty possible that these natives have creative ideas, a sharp mind when it comes to businesses, knowledge, or a talent for writing even if they are not concious of it or feel like it's nothing of significance. On the contrary the things you think, know, and write could have a lot of potential for you in the future, but there needs to be a developing of your communication style with, maybe, a little bit of study too.
Victoria in Cancer/4th house: these natives could feel very connected to every victory they reach in their lives. It's like as if there is an emotional connection between their victories and themselves. Anyways, for those of you who have this sign or house, victories will come once you fully understood your emotions. Once you connect with your escense, your private self, your emotions, what makes you happy, and take care of it, you'll notice more victories in your life. Or maybe you will notice more how victorious you are. With yourself. With your family. Maybe one day you will be victorious in creating a family or meeting your soul tribe.
Victoria in Leo/5th house: these natives will reach victory once they connect ane let their inner child, their passions, hobbies, along with their romantic side, be free. How confident this person feels with themselves when they stand out or let their uniqueness come to light, it's something that will depend on each case but, if you feel like this, know that it's okay. It's okay to feel scared sometimes to show who you really are at a child like level. Many times, we think we must mature and act as an adult all the time but, in real life, connecting with the inner child is something good and precious. It help us to connect with our vulnerable and creative self which, in turn, it helps us see the world not as it is but what it can be. What can be done in it. And reaching that level is, in my opinion, a huge victory.
Victoria in Virgo/6th house: these natives will reach victory in attaining a healthy balance within the working life and the health department (mental and physical) after they take conscious of how precious our bodies are, they are our companion from the day we incarnate until we die, and it needs a proper care (physical and mental) in order to live a long and healthy life. Sometimes is difficult due to the constant stress we may suffer from day to day life, but maybe finding an activity that makes you feel relaxed, writing down your problems in a book, doing exercise, or something like that could help.
Victoria in Libra/7th house: these natives will reach victory by learning to connect with others in a healthy way. It may involve some lessons, easier or harder depending on the case, but, at the end of the day you will learn a lot about different things such as recognizing what people or attitudes you tolerate or not, who is better to form a relationship with or who is in your life just to be a nasty person. Some people are meant to be part of our lives and some of them not, you will learn that, but, despite if there is bad people in the world, there is still also good ones. And you will master how to recognize them if you master your lessons.
Victoria in Scorpio/8th house: for those of you who have this asteroid in this house or sign, you will achieve victory by diving into your intimate side. Not quite the emotional side such as with Cancer/4th house theme, but your sexual side, your innate power, and your hidden traumas. Also accepting that life is a constant change in which, in some cases, there will be loss or a death of the self, and those changes brings an opportunity of expansion, transformation, and grow. Understanding this will bring victory along with the knowledge of yourself and your intimate or sexual power.
Victoria in Sagittarius/9th house: for those of you who have this asteroid in this house or sign, your victory will come after a long time of discovering, learning, and maybe travelling too. Gaining knowledge through experience, travell, studying, or meeting new people can grant these natives the victory when it comes of understanding different cultures, e victory of understanding other people's point of view, and victory in expanding your beliefs thanks to the experiences you'll face that will help you grow over time.
Victoria in Capricorn/10th house: I'm not going to lie guys, there is a huge probability that your victories will come after a lot of working, karmic lessons, and cycles. Others will view you as someone succesful whom had to deal with some obstacles but ended up being victorious. This can become true in the future for some, but, in general, what this asteroid can bring is a victory in breaking karmic cycles so you can start anew. Free of chains, of karmic debts, of karmic partnerships, fears, restrictions, and attitudes. You can achieve victory on that.
Victoria in Aquarius/11th house: these individuals will reach victory after they accept their uniqueness, the uniqueness of other living beings (not only humans), and how that should be respected by others. You have intelligence guys; an intelligence that comes from knowing, sometimes intuitively, the energy of the colective, along with an intelligence of creative new ways of improving the energy of the world and breaking old patterns. By trying to understand and care for the colective, not only will you reach victory on this area, but also others will notice your victories or those will help the colective in some way.
Victoria in Pisces/12th house: victory for these natives will come in their own time and place, and once they start connecting with their spiritual side, their unconscious, and their psychic abilities. If you are interested in astrology, tarot, reiki, and other spiritual practices, with enough effort you will reach victory in becoming successfull in that area or discovering who you really are in spirit. Maybe you will master the law of attraction. Another thing to consider is the possible fact that your spirit guides communicates with you through your subconscious, providing guidance of what you should do in order to achieve victory or, on another hand, you have plenty of victories but maybe you are not so conscious about them.
This is all I have for you. I hope you enjoyed it. Send you a lot of love and light.
Tower Girl Anon.

I would like to know how you feel sometimes when people don’t know put your name on your artwork I see people repost your artwork on TikTok or on here and they take your name off or block it out, and the art is amazing like seriously and you deserve every amount recognition.
Oh dude, all the reposting is literally so soul-destroying, lmao. It's disheartening, it's awful, it's completely discouraging. The worst kind is when someone is selling a product with my art on it, (and I obviously don't wanna sound like I'm bragging or anything) but that unfortunately happens way too often.
I don't mind people using my art as a profile picture or even for a fic, or for inspiration for their own art. I really, really appreciate when people reach out and ask before using my art for anything, even if it is just for something as small as a profile picture. In any instance that has to do with reposting though, in general, I think the least you can do is link back to -or at the very least make people aware who the original creator is.
I think it's wonderful to get more eyes on my stuff regardless of where it is, I'd love to be able to inspire or otherwise make a positive impact on someone's life (that's the whole reason I do what I do), but I use the fan art I post as advertisement for my freelance work and to sell prints. If I wasn't posting, and if I wasn't doing it as frequently, I wouldn't get clients. So if the drawings are just floating around aimlessly and no one has any idea where they came from, then obviously no one is gonna reach out for commissions, and no prints are gonna get sold.
But yeah... There's nothing to be done about it, unfortunately, at least not anything that wouldn't otherwise hurt me back, like making my watermark much larger, or end up seeming like an awful person by having to RP as cyber-police and yell at people to "PLEASE, ADD CREDIT!!!" and such 😓
Another thing too is, whenever I do come across one of my drawings reposted somewhere and it doesn't have even a shadow of credit anywhere, reading what people are saying in the comments gives me the same feeling as if someone had made me aware that people were talking about me behind my back, y'know. Like it's something I'm not supposed to see. I know that's just my brain being weird, but it always makes me feel so oddly empty, even if the vast majority of the comments are positive.
Sorry for the long answer lmao, but TL:DR; I really, truly, dislike it, even if it's nice to know more people get to see my work.

How to submit a prompt!
I got a few questions from different people about how submissions worked, so I figured I'd make a post about it! TL;DR is in blue
Click here to go straight to submissions! Or use the Submit a Post button at the top of the blog! (Tumblr article on how to submit posts)
Note: Submissions do not notify the submitter when they have been posted. I always tag submissions with the URL of whoever submitted them so you can search my blog to find your submission later. But if you want some other notification e.g. if you want to be notified or have your name IN the body of the post, feel free to add "submitted by @ Username" to the bottom of the post! I don't mind.
Rules and recommendations:
Don't submit AI Art! Just don't.
Don't submit text-only prompts with no people/characters pictured! A text conversation or message board convo between people without at least profile pictures next to the messages has no place to insert a character as an art prompt!
Don't include multiple pictures in one submission (unless it's a comic-type prompt with multiple panels) Y'all know I have a rigorous tagging system, and it's easier to tag/categorize one prompt per post. If you have a whole bunch of prompts, just submit them individually one at a time. Don't worry about flooding my inbox, I promise it's fine.
Don't Submit a post with the Ask button. Submissions are for prompts, Asks are for questions and comments!
Don't submit a drawing made by somebody else! Unless you know their username and have express permission to repost their art with credit, I won't repost a drawing made by somebody else. This doesn't generally apply to things like public domain art, super old paintings (like European Renaissance-era), and screenshots of animations and movies (Unless it's an indie animation in which case I want to provide a link to it! In this house we love and support indie projects!!)
You are welcome to @ me in a post you think would make a good prompt! This is a valid way to submit a prompt! ESPECIALLY if you draw a prompt yourself!! Same as submission rules, I just ask that you tag me on posts consisting of 1 individual prompt and not just a big mass of like 10+ different prompts posted by one person. For the sake of easier blog navigability, I don't wanna rb posts that are 5 kilometers long.
If the prompt is from a show/movie or something, feel free to add the source if you know it! It's just nice to have in case anyone is curious.

There you are and Welcome!
This probably should've been the first post I've ever made on this platform but better late than never
Tumblr media Tumblr media
So firstly hi! You can call me Eve or Lazuli (I'm a minor i use they/them And eve is obviously not my real name)
and I draw welcome home art but most of you already knew that I am in other fandom's but mostly welcome home will be posted I even created an au which I will get into in a bit
I have like 16 welcome home OCs but please do not confuse me for any of my OCs I have a persona that's being worked on as we speak
Me and Sapphire (OC) aren't the same person none of my OCs are self inserts
Expect for Evie I guess technically she's a self insert
Boundaries:
This is fine!:
I appreciate fanart I love seeing it
You can ship my OCs with your OCs and or with other characters I honestly don't mind it just make sure it's safe and not inappropriate
Asking me questions regarding my OCs is fine with me even with my au that's okay to just as long as it's safe for work!
Placing my OCs in an au (as long as credit is given and I'm tagged) is okay it's the most!
LGBTQ and furries are welcome just don't be problematic
This is not okay!:
Do not under any circumstances repost my art on other platforms such as Pinterest please don't especially if you don't credit me
Using my OCs for anything you will have to tag or credit me for and ask permission first
No proshippers
No lolicons
No shotacons
No zoophiles
No Ai "artist"
Y'all can fuck off if your one of those especially those self proclaimed ai "artist"
Do not ask me anything about my personal life I'm a Minor I won't say how old I am
It's okay to take inspiration but straight up taking my content is a big no no
Please don't randomly ask to be mutuals especially if you are an adult if I follow you back then sure
Don't ask me to make any art for you I simply just won't do it
Do not tag me in suggestive art, do not make suggestive art for me or my OCs, do not tag me in something that doesn't regard me or my OCs however mutuals will get a pass on this if your a follower or random person don't do that
I might do commissions
If you are an adult and we are mutuals do not private message me for anything i don't care
IF WE ARE NOT MUTUALS DO NOT TAG ME IN SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T CONCERN ME if you made fanart for my OCs or Au then sure but those tag chains i will not respond
I also won't respond to tag chains doesn't matter if we are mutuals or not
I never really know how to respond to tag chains or how to react that's kinda why
Please do not ship Evie with anyone not even your OCs the only one you can draw ship art of her is of course Howdy or Barnaby which is preferred the other neighbors are optional all but wally he shouldn't be shipped with Evie because their relationship is only Platonic
And I won't allow Poppy x Evie either no just no
Regarding ships for Evie for the love of God please ask me for permission first if you are not a Minor and way out of my age range don't bother to ask mutuals still need to ask as well
With that being said let's move on to my au
Cuphead au:
I created the cuphead au and here are my boundaries for it
Ship art between the characters is a alright but don't ship Wally and barnaby, or Wally with Julie,
OC x Canon is just fine and Dandy just no NSFW
Placing your OCs in the au is welcome! Be sure to tag me I'd love to see it!
Do not make any Ai chats or NSFW of my au if I wanted to make a ai for Cuphead Wally and Mugman barnaby (which I have) blah blah I just don't want any fanmade one's
Fanart of the characters are just fine and Dandy but again no NSFW I'm a minor and don't want to see that
Please do not try to claim my au as your own and if you make anything related to it please tag me
I'm still thinking through this so if you wanna ask questions about my au go right ahead! My box is always open
Puppetsona: Evie bugpaw
Tumblr media
Artsona: Lazuli moonbow
Tumblr media
I used to use Sapphire as a place holder for my puppetsona but not anymore don't confuse them please
Oh wait here's the post regarding Everyone's design in the cuphead au
And here's everything lore wise
And for Welcome My Neighbor there's this post look through the hashtag for any other post

Happy Birthday Gino (21/11)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Since I came across some more translations of Asylum and was curious about Ginoza's viewpoint in Separation, I decided to share some snippets I found. These will be linked at the end, and are sourced from Chinese translations on Lofter.
The OP has specified not to repost so I will not translate the entire material into English, only a few paragraphs I find interesting. As usual, I don't know a lick of Chinese or Japanese. The translation was done through DeepL/Google Translate. It takes place in the year 2109 when Gino is still an Inspector. That being said…
Tumblr media
*All due thanks to the translators who took the time to keep the Psycho-Pass fandom alive. We love you!*
Tumblr media
The children, surprised by the sight of a live animal came over to the table and Dime like a good-natured grandfather, comically stood up on two feet. Ginoza untied the leash from the table and agreed to let Dime play with the children at the dog park. After all, Dime was a certified therapy dog, and the parents did not mind Dime as a playmate. Ginoza left his seat and stood up, gazing at Dime's frolicking from afar. Ginoza approved of the scene from the bottom of his heart.
Working in the Public Security Bureau, if for some time he forgot the matter of eliminating criminals... for most people the Sibyl System provided them with a good living environment. As of now, the Sibyl System is indeed the closest thing to a utopia. By assigning jobs according to their aptitudes any civilian can make use of their strengths and become a capable person contributing to society.
In addition, the Sibyl System helped people find the most suitable partner by judging their romantic capabilities.
The children playing with Dime were still young, and their parents were only a few years older than Ginoza. They were all arranged to meet by the Sibyl System when they were students or in the workplace. They would form a couple, marry, and start a family.
Yet, Ginoza had not found a romantic partner. Twenty-plus years, he remained single. Would he remain so for the rest of his life?
That's okay. I have gotten used to living alone for so many years.
Ginoza felt uncomfortable when he thought of spending his life with a specific person in matrimony. Due to his job as an Inspector, the risk of his Hue becoming cloudy was higher than any civilian.
Of course, I am taking proper mental care but it is difficult to predict how my life will suddenly change. If I become a latent criminal, it will be heartbreaking for my beloved partner and my close friends.
Any children born from our union will be treated disdainfully. If I become like that, I can never forgive myself.
That's why it's a preventive measure to not desire a family in the first place. As long as I can do my duty to this society, it will be enough.
The children playing happily with Dime and their families live a free and carefree life — I will be the guardian who shields those civilians. I will be like the titan Atlas in Greek mythology, supporting the sky with his own body. If there's anything else, I wish I could stop the bullying of the children of latent criminals, as I was bullied in the past. I wish they could be treated better by the Sibyl System and receive the approval in the society...
No way. That's a bad thought.
It is like criticizing or finding fault in a perfect society. Society is better now. In the past, before Sibyl, humans did not treat everyone equally. In this era, no matter how much the children of latent criminals are scorned, if they strive for excellence, they all have a fair chance to climb to the centre of the world.
Then the only thing I have to do is to protect this world with all my might. I cannot fail to reach this goal.

Source/Credit: 官方小说 PSYCHO-PASS ASYLUM 宜野座伸元 别离篇 第二章 [by Flamenco Shoujo on Lofter] Please visit the original translator and read the rest of the work over there. I shall only share brief snippets of the scenes I like at best. Thank you for reading ❤️ This is my gift to the Ginoza fans. I wanted to know more about his perspective since we normally see Gino from Kogami/Akane's eyes, it is refreshing to see how he views the world.
*Brb I’m not done crying over Gino’s intrusive thoughts, plus him and Dime playing with the children. He’d be such a good father and husband, Gino fans pls fix this poor man’s heart 😭 he’s too precious.

All About: GEMINI ♊︎ - The Zodiac Signs
Tumblr media
This post will cover all the basic information needed to understand Gemini, the third Zodiac Sign!
Take a look at my other posts to see information on: Aries and Taurus!
I bet you can't guess what Zodiac Sign is coming next... Maybe you can. If you still don't know it's Cancer, so keep a look out!
If you feel like this post has helped you feel free to Follow, Reblog or Repost (as long as I'm credited! I'm relatively new to Tumblr so I'm still learning about how all this works)!
~
Gemini ♊︎
Date (Only applies to Sun Signs): May 21 - June 20
Symbol: ♊︎ - The Twins
Associated House: Third
Associated Degrees: 3°, 15°, 27°
Associated Energy: Masculine
Planetary Ruler(s): ☿ Mercury (Modern and Traditional)
Element: Air
Modality: Mutable
Keywords: Charismatic, Intelligent, Curious, Independent, Communicative, Multipassionate
Playful, fun, communicative and charismatic are all words that can be used to describe those with Gemini placements! This sign may be an intellectual and enjoys exploring different hobbies, interests, opinions for their own enjoyment (although there may be one or two things they have a natural affinity for), they're the multipassionates! This sign is insanely curious and always ready to learn more, although they may not do well in a structured environment and prefer to do things in their own way - going with the flow. A Gemini friend will appreciate those with a sharp mind and don't take things too seriously, will hear out their opinion and have interesting debates! If you have similar hobbies with a Gemini friend then the bond will only strengthen further as they are not the person to bond over small talk. These placements need mental stimulation and look for that in most if not all aspects of their life.
To some extent, a Gemini placement may have a knack for "smooth talking" and may beat around the bush in order to get a response or avoid aggression. Whilst Gemini does love speaking about different hobbies, controversial topics and the such they still deeply care about people's opinions of them whether they show it or not and do their best to stay out of drama (however this may not stop them from gossiping every now and then). A Gemini placement usually never has any kind of bad intent and if needed, they will care for their friends and can be pretty wise. (Some natives of this placement however may not care about other's opinions at all and are very stable in themselves, not really caring about getting in drama - they might actually find it fun).
When insecure, feeling stuck or stagnant a Gemini placement may become completely fixed on a goal or end up overindulging in something in unhealthy ways - maybe they have a tendency to become controlling or fall into some kind of addiction as a way of escapism. They may unintentionally start to depend on other people and can come across as clingy - maybe to some extent depending on people for their own self-worth which may hint towards codependency issues. In some cases, a Gemini may resort to manipulation and deception in order to get what they want.
A Gemini placement is at their peak when they are enjoying life, exploring their hobbies, talking to people but also when they are able to go by some kind of structure in order for them to stay committed... This sign's biggest lesson is to not stay in a stagnant energy, but also on the other side not become someone destructive (whether that's towards themselves or other aspects of their life).
~
Notes/Keywords/Phrases
Zodiac Sign
Each of the Zodiac Signs are a constellation. The Zodiac Sign shows how a Planet/Asteroid/Fixed Point/House is being represented and expressed. Once a Planet/Asteroid/Fixed Point/House falls into a Zodiac Sign, it adopts the energy of it.
For example: if Mercury falls into the constellation Sagittarius, Mercury adopts Sagittarian traits. If the 6th House falls into the constellation Aquarius, the 6th House adopts Aquarian traits.
Associated House
The Houses in Astrology are dependent on the time and location of birth in a Natal Chart and there are 12 different ones. Each of these 12 Houses are then assigned to a Zodiac Sign and 1 or 2 Planetary Rulers. The Houses in Astrology show you what area of life the energy of the Zodiac and Planets/Asteroids/Fixed Points is appointed to and helps provide depth into the chart.
For example: Capricorn's Associated House is the 10th House.
Associated Degrees
When a Planet/Asteroid/Fixed Point/House falls into a Zodiac Sign constellation, it will be appointed a Degree. This Degree shows how far along the Planet/Asteroid/Fixed Point/House is in a Zodiac Sign. Each Degree is also associated with a Zodiac Sign, meaning when this Degree comes up it can nuance the way the Zodiac Sign of a Planet/Asteroid/Fixed Point/House is being represented.
For example: Mars is 6° in the Zodiac Cancer, 6° represents Virgo - therefore the Cancer Mars also takes on Virgo traits. The 2nd House is 23° in the Zodiac Scorpio, 23° represents Aquarius - therefore the 2nd House in Scorpio takes on Aquarian traits.
Planetary Ruler(s)
This phrase refers to the Planet(s) that rule a Zodiac Sign. When a Planet falls into the Zodiac Sign it has rulership over, the energy of both the Planet and the Zodiac Sign is amplified.
For example: Pisces' Planetary Ruler is Neptune.
Modern / Traditional
These words are associated with two kinds of Astrology: Modern Astrology and Traditional Astrology. Traditional Astrology refers to Astrology that was practiced before the 19th century, whilst Modern Astrology refers to Astrology that is practiced now. Some people choose to practice Traditional Astrology, some people choose to practice Modern Astrology, whilst some others might practice both types or combine them together.
Element
Each Zodiac Sign/Planet/House/Degree is associated with an Element and this covers certain traits which are unique to the Zodiac Sign/Planet/House/Degree they correspond to.
These Elements are: Fire, Air, Water and Earth.
Modality
Much like an Element, each Zodiac Sign/Planet/House/Degree is associated with a Modality. The Modality describes what the focus of a placement is and how the energy is expressed.
There are 3 different Modalities: Cardinal, Mutable and Fixed.

Howdy Ween🤠! How goes it? Enjoying the warmer weather I hope! (Edit: Starting writing this in my notes a while ago so I am personally sick of the warm weather now but if you like it then I hope that you're enjoying it! ☀️
I was hoping to request something with a human who enjoys building explosives, doing experiments with different chemicals put into fire: whether they are really productive or not remains to be seen. They don't do it in the base or around the kids for safety so probably out in all that dessert somewhere. Maybe they talk about them or record them for show. When they hear about Wheeljack from Bulkhead & Miko they're excited to meet him but they're nervous of new people. But they still wanna show him there stuff ya know? Bonus points, if you also think it'd be funny and it fits if not you don't have to, if it makes so much of a ruckus since they probably wanna impress Wheeljack that Agent Fowler calls in his traditional Agent Fowler fashion? "PRIME! What is going on down there!?"
I would like the story format but is headcannons works better for you that's fine. If decide you wanna write this, thanks in advance Ween!
(P.S.-I know this is really wordy but I promise when I send in a request it's 50% the story I describe & 50% vibes. It doesn't have to be exactly how I described it😅.)
Tumblr media
Summary - Wheeljack and Miko go check out some explosives. Characters - Wheeljack Content - Gen Category - Scenarios Trigger Warnings - None
✎ A/N: I don't mind it if requests are wordy! There's always a chance that what you include in fics may help me come up with more ideas on how to write it.
[ Please do not repost, plagiarize, or use my writing for AI! Translating my work with proper credit is acceptable, but please ask first! ]

They were expecting Miko to show up once the rest of the team were called to assist them with the explosives. It was to be expected after all, Miko without explosives and action wouldn't be like her at all. Though part of them was beyond ecstatic to hear a familiar revving engine and see what looked to be the italian-flag racing towards them in the distance—later turning out to be Wheeljack—they forced all that excitement behind a calm and friendly demeanor once he skidded to a halt in front of them.
”Wheeljack!“ They exclaimed as he reconfigured himself into his rootmode, ”and Miko, too!“ they add as the respective girl stepped out from behind him. ”Thanks for showing up, but there isn't anything for the two of you to do. The team's finished loading all those explosives down there in the quarry, and I just have to do a bit of work on my end to ensure that things run smoothly.”
“That's fine, we came here to watch the show anyway.“ She explained.
”By all means, go right ahead—actually, Miko I'll need you to put these on real quick," and quickly, she was passed a pair of earmuffs and goggles before Y/N turned to the bot next to her. "Ooh, I don't think I have any earmuffs or protective goggles that are your size, Wheeljack." They chuckled.
"Don't worry 'bout me," he flicked his hand, "I've handled my fair share of loud noises before."
"Oh, right, right… You're out on the field alot…" They mumble, taking a clipboard from the trunk of their car, "I'll be detonating the explosives soon, so you won't have to wait long."
With a nod, he placed a hand on his knee and bent lower to look at the crates of supplies off to the side. A few particular crates had caught his attention with the bright yellow warning labels pasted all over the sides.
"What's this over here?" He asked.
Without batting an eye, Y/N responded: "Nondescript explosive materials."
"Gee, really?" Wheeljack deadpanned, "Couldn't tell."
They lowered the board and sighed, "Sorry, I'd rather not tell what it is—not while Miko's around anyway,—“
“Hey!”
”—I could get into a lot of legal trouble if you guys went around making explosives and setting them off without an ATF permit." They pause, "Assuming you guys would rat me out to the police, anyway…"
"D'you really take us for those kinds of people?" He chuckled.
“Just you guys? Specifically? No. Fowler? Absolutely.”
"Could you at least show us how it works?" Miko offered.
With a sigh, Y/N reluctantly continued, "I… Guess it wouldn't hurt as long as you can't get your hands on the specific chemicals themselves—and as long as you don't rat me out, my permit's at stake here..."
"Our lips are sealed." Wheeljack offered, even miming a zipping motion across his mouth.
With a hum, they shuffled past Miko, and over towards Wheeljack beside the crates. And there, they began sifting through some of the bags of chemicals, each plastered with big blocks of small, black text that either detailed warnings or the bag's contents. Curiously, the two had peered over Y/N's shoulder to try and make heads or tails of what they were doing.
"I just need a little bit of this nondescript powder, and if I ignite this tiny speck right here…"
The powder gave a loud very audible pop, leaving a small, black, smoking speck on the cardboard.
"And that's how it's going to go. Except… On a much larger scale. There's about 30 pounds of this stuff all the waaaay over there, each of them in a little water gel sack capsule, spread out across the supposed entrance of the mine."
"30 pounds?" Wheeljack blinked, "doesn't seem like much, and the mine's entrance is pretty deep."
"To you it might not, but just you wait." They smirked, "Appearances can be deceiving… But the explosives aren’t meant to reach the energon in the mine, it’s just supposed to pave the way to the energon since we don't have access to any larger pieces of mining equipment."
"Oh right, you're just loosening the rubble, yeah?"
"Yeah, and then you and the rest of the team will move in to clear it out, and depending on how it looks from there, I may have to plant some more explosives."
"Ya know that some energon veins can be deep-rooted into the soil, so if this mine is as big as everybody makes it out to be, you might have to adjust how many explosives to use and deep they go."
"Ok, ok, I gotcha... Say, you wouldn't be interested in helping me with these explosives, would you?" They offer, "I could really use your expertise."
"Sure thing, don't see why not." he nodded.
"Great! Now, is everyone ready?"
"Yeah, fire in the hole!" Miko exclaimed.
Y/N nodded and with the simple click of a button, a ground-shaking boom had errupted from the quarry with a mushroom cloud sprouting into the sky to boot. Gradually, the quaking had ceased and as the cloud was barely beginning to clear, Y/N turned to the two with a haughty grin.
"Whatever you mixed up has a pretty impressive blast radius despite the quantity," Wheeljack whistled.
"Oh, the quantity has nothing to do with the explosion, it's actually the concentration of the material that affects the scale of the explosive itself." They explained. "A little goes a long way, as they say."
"I see, mind if I take a closer look? I think if I run out of explosive cores for my grenades, I bet could make something like this work…"
"Well, so long as Fowler won't be on my back for this, then no, I don't mind—it's called ANFO, it's packaged in water gel since it's soluble in water. It's not as sensitive as dynamite but—hey—please be careful!"
"Yeah, don't worry 'bout it chief… Now what's this ANFO stuff made from exactly…?“ Haphazardly, he shoved the lid off the crate, ”A bit of… What's this now?"
"I-I told you to be careful!" They screeched, "If the powder gets between your joints, the friction could cause it to ignite!”
“Right, right… Human things aren't that sturdy…”

I am not certain yet that I want to call out specific blogs (last time I did that it got WEIRD) but it has been a while since we've had a discussion about reposting art as a fandom, and someone asked me to comment :')
I've been in the fandom long enough to see art reposting cause plenty of problems, and I've also been a victim of it myself, so I hope I can help someone understand.
So, fanartists, right? You might not be aware if you're not an artist yourself, but a lot of artists dislike it when you take their work and post it somewhere else. Plenty will have something like "DO NOT REPOST" written right there on their page. Even if they don't, that does not mean that they allow reposts.
There are plenty of reasons why an artist might feel this way, but to name a few common reasons, it could be an issue of credit or publicity: imagine you put hours of work into a piece of art, but another account posts it and they're the one who gains interactions, followers, etc. Even if that account mentions you as the artist, people aren't necessarily going to seek out the original artist. They're probably going to interact with the repost that's right in front of them. Can you imagine that feeling? Like, "Why is this person building a social media presence based on my work, and the work of other artists?" Interactions aside, it's really frustrating when you put a ton of effort into something and you're not recognized for it.
To name another reason, an artist might only want their work to be published in one particular place. This is often the case for me too, actually; I only want my dialovers fanart on tumblr, and I never post it on my twitter account, because I don't want it there. Another medium but still relevant: I don't want my youtube videos exported to other sites because if a lot of people view those reposts, I lose money that I would've gotten if they had just watched my video. Maybe there's a certain type of user that you don't want your work to be exposed to, or maybe you just don't like a site and you don't want your work there. This is something an artist should be able to decide for themself, and it's not right for you to put their art in places they didn't consent to putting it.
It's a case-by-case basis, of course, because different artists have different feelings about it, but generally, you need to obtain permission from an artist before taking their work and publishing it yourself. You can just ask! It's totally normal to ask. Worst they can say is no. Plenty of artists do allow reposts, and if they say that they allow reposts, then go for it!! But if they don't have "reposting is ok" written anywhere, and if you didn't ask permission......then that's not okay. You need to respect artists a little more than that.
Because you know what artists do when they don't feel respected? When their boundaries are crossed, and people post their work without permission?? A lot of times, they delete their stuff, they move their work someplace else to try and evade reposters, and sometimes they stop drawing for a fandom altogether. If you've been in the dialovers fandom for a long time, this has absolutely happened multiple times, whether or not you were aware of it. If you know which repost acc we're discussing here, you might've seen some of their posts say something like "artist is no longer active." And it blows my mind, because I was there when they became inactive, and more than one of them because inactive because people reposted their art! So, besides being disrespectful, it also leads to less dialovers fanart.
But anyway, most of you reading this probably don't repost art, so the more useful thing I can tell you is that I hope you can support artists by interacting with them rather than repost accounts. If you see a repost acc and like the art you see, and if you want to see more of it, seek out the artist's original account instead.
unfollow art repost accounts. seek out and follow artists instead. they are out there. they are awesome. change da world… my final message. Goodb ye.

Statement regarding all my fics and fanworks
Okay folks. I don't want to be making this announcement, but since I just found out that someone was putting my fic(s) on youtube without my permission, here we are.
I do not give anyone permission to put my fics, in any format, on youtube or any other platform than AO3.
I do not give anyone permission to repost my fics anywhere, add them to anthologies, or post them on any other website.
I especially do not give anyone permission to make money out of my fics, be it by monetizing videos on any platform or selling fanbound editions (personal or gift copies are alright, selling outright is not. Please refer to points 4 and 5 of the Renegade Bookbinding Guild's code of conduct to see what I mean by that.)
So if you see my work anywhere other than AO3, with or without credit, please let me know as soon as possible so I can report it and get it taken down, especially if the person in question is making money off of my work.
However!
I have stated repeatedly in the past that podfics, translations and fanart are fine, but I prefer to be asked first in the case of podfics and translation - mostly so I can tell you if someone else is maybe already working on that particular fic's podfic/translation in a particular language. I also require you to put a link back to the originals with the "inspired by" tab on AO3 and to state clearly that you're podficcing/translating my work. And please tag me in your fanarts, because I will absolutely flail at them!
In regards to the pirate code/lore, because I've been asked multiple times in comments/on tumblr/on discord:
While I'm super happy that you're enjoying my worldbuilding, please note that the pirate code, its tenets and the oaths and associated traditions, as depicted in my fics, are my original creations and not something I've agreed to let others use in their stories as is, since I'm also using them in original writing projects that I'm working on.
I don't mind if any of you want to use some elements of my works as inspiration for your writing, like the idea of a pirate code or pirate culture and traditions, but please do not use the specifics as described and worded in my fics. Create your own instead, or research historical pirate traditions for more inspiration!
When it comes to the main Watashitachi wa Roger kaizoku desu (we still stand proud) series/verse and cast (AKA anything to do with Shanks and Buggy, or original events or characters mentioned in my fics that aren't in canon) I'm currently not giving anyone permission to write in the verse because I have plans for them, I just haven’t gotten around to writing them/posting them.
Outtakes focusing on other characters reactions to the mess that is Marineford, or "characters reading the fic" fics are more than fine (and I’m super flattered and honored!), again as long as you ask me first, link back to me and let me know where to read it, but expanding on things like Depa or Buggy's capture by Shiki are things i'm planning on doing in the future so please leave those to me
The same goes for my OC's, though I might give permission in specific circumstances, but once again: ask me first.
I know the saying goes 'better to ask for forgiveness than for permission'. Not in this case. Ask the youtuber mentioned earlier how I responded to that.

Hey, I just wanted to let you know there’s a tiktok that used your comic about femshep and joker without credit. I’m honestly kinda new to this stuff but I tried to report them, but I don’t know if it did anything. Here’s the link: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMjaJ8cgB/ (and if this oversteps anything I’m really sorry, I just remember hearing other tumblr artists getting their work stolen and I really love your art and didn’t want it to happen to you. I hope you have a good day!)
I'm so sorry for taking so long to respond to this, but thank you for letting me know! Thankfully the person who uploaded the tiktok didn't remove my watermarks from the panels, so there's still some credit attached to it and I'm cool with letting it be.
In general though, so long as proper credit is included I don't actually mind if my work gets reposted to other social media, because I don't really use any site other than Tumblr.
To me, my art is kind of like a conversation and my way of throwing my thoughts out into the world to see how they resonate with other people. As long as someone else isn't claiming it as their own work and it's possible for other people to find the rest of my stuff if they're interested, I'm just happy to see my stuff connecting with more people (plus most of my stuff is fanart so if someone tries to make money off it, that's for the IP holders to deal with).
So if you or anyone else ever sees more of my art posted on another site, I would very much appreciate the heads up, because I'd like to see the comments/reactions it's gotten!

Hello, what’s your policy on other people reposting your work? Because I just stumbled on one of your works in Pinterest (the one with Ahsoka holding her lit sabers) and was wondering.
Thank you so much for asking! I don't mind reposting my art, but I do appreciate credits. I am aware that's not always the case with Pinterest, but *personally* I don't really care that much haha. My art when shared belongs not just to me, but to everyone. As long as they are not commissions and people are not profiting out of it, personal use is also fine! ♥️
