I have so, so, so many of these, but I'll just give an abridged list as best I can, ranging from major to minor with no distinction, so I hope that's acceptable...

Ethan saves Aiden's motorcycle and maintains it and his own lovingly, before eventually gifting Aiden's bike to whomever his partner is and teaching them how to ride it. (He also still keeps both bikes even when they have to eventually be replaced, out of sentimentality)

Isaac's hands run cold. He doesn't like it, it's not a pleasant reminder, but it does encourage him to wear cute mittens, which he doesn't mind pairing with his scarves, even though he pretends to dislike being associated with either.

Nolan becomes Chris' new protégée after the War (or during, even, they can use all the help they can get). He ends up preferring guns to arrow based weaponry (based on bad memories), but becomes a surprisingly competent marksman and working with Chris helps him outlet his fear into something productive.

Ethan dumped Jackson's ass not long after the series ended. Who he ended up with after that is an open question to me (my favorite personal answers are Isaac or Danny), but he does not stay with Jackson.

Parrish is a terrible, terrible cook. Not because of hellhound fire burning his food or anything, he just sucks at it (and thus welcomes any invites to dinner anyone ever offers him)

Malia's S5 bob was an at-home haircut Henry did for her. He thought he did a terrible job. She fervently disagreed.

Theo has relatively consistent heartburn. Whether it's his body subtly rejecting the heart, Tara telling him something, or just...regular heartburn, he has no idea, but he doesn't want to do anything about it because it's a nice reminder.

Eli consistently calls Peter just "granduncle", not even using his name, no matter how poorly granduncle rolls off the tongue. Peter thought he'd hate it but he can't bring himself to not find it endearing.

To ensure her tails could never be easily stolen, Kira actually gives one each to multiple trusted pack members for safekeeping (one to Scott, one to Malia, etc.)

Corey's powers eventually evolve further to include phasing (think Kitty Pryde). He thankfully doesn't have to use it that often, but he adores the added utility and it makes him the perfect spy, a role he embraces for the purpose it gives him.
