Should I write a reader insert with Peter the way I did with “Tony’s daughter”? I think that’s always been the plan. And honestly seems much more manageable.

There would have to be some subtle canon divergence.

But I think it would be a good baseline to like “world build” Peter and Y/N’s lore. Because that lore, unless otherwise stated, will be canon for like all Peter x reader fics I will write. Like Liv’s Peter x Reader canon.

something that miles morales is bad at? cover stories. i imagine if peter b parker or miguel ended up in his dimension and miles's parents caught them, he'd say something along the lines of, "oh, hey...this is my uh...cousin? i mean, uh..teacher, yeah, teacher."

they wouldn't believe him for a minute and i'm all here for it. he's so pookie but desperately needs premade cover ups for any situation or the entire world will know he's the 'one and only' spider-man.

Kinda love the differnt handwriting both have, I know most people headcannon the spiders as being on the spectrum. But from how Peters B's writing looks less neat, the letter sizes fluctuate makes me think he's nuerodivergent or a bit more than the Chris Pine Peter Parker.

Esp when it looks like Peters version is so effertless he's cocky, and is seen as the best Spiderman.

Meanwhile B Parker gets hit by a drone, divorced his life sucks and bad things just happen to him. But when he was hit by a drone he was drinking coffee.

he was trying to do two things at once and when he doesn't focus he ends up not paying attention and messing something up. He thinks he can do both.

idk I just headcannon Peter B Parker with undiagnosed ADHD and Peter Parker is adhd on medication and puts things in place to regulate it hence why it seems as if he's more put together.

Quentin doesn't seem to mind the abrupt change of subject, but he doesn't make mention of taking the conversation seriously either— he keeps on dragging the knuckles of his stupidly large hand along the bare skin of his arm, drawing goosebumps in its wake. Eyes closed, not a sign of a tense muscle or quickening heartbeat; he's as relaxed as ever, lulling Peter into that same sense of calm with the rise and fall of his chest as words finally push past his lips and fill the silent, empty-looking room. - "If there's something that Stark has taught me in his generous wisdom, is that people won't give you what you deserve. You've got to take it yourself."

Ignoring Quentin's exhausted, familiar antics, Peter's left with the implications of his words and how they once would've sounded so beyond him; it's too bitter of a worldview, it leaves no space for trust or hope, least of all healing. A twisted, self-serving analysis that explains the man underneath him so well— his fingers curls over the sprinkle of hair over Quentin's stomach, he doesn't know what to do with the understanding that downs on him. What it means for the Peter he is now. - "I can't do the same as you. I'm not like you."

Quentin hums, his tone contains a forced playfulness that the teen already knows what to associate with. - "That's 'cause you're weak, honey. Why I'm taking you instead."

So reading some Spider-Man fics recently and a few have referenced Peter going missing on a field trip before the one to Oscorp where he got the spider bite. I can’t find any info on this being canon in the comics or non-mcu movies. Could someone tell me if it’s just a head cannon, and if it’s not, please explain it to me?
