Adrienne loosely tugs at the collar around her neck as Poppy tries to fit it on her, "I am all for fashion statements and aestetics. But I never expected you would be into it..."

Nor did she expect thier next meeting to take a turn for the weird. Not that she was complaining, if it had to be anyone, it would need to be someone she respected.

"You seem like the practical kind of girl who would want function over looks, though. Maybe something to protect you from being picked up by the scruff."

Or maybe, shenis misreading the situation entirely as she often does.

“You got enough money for that? I’m not letting you put me into your debt too, y’know.”

“Relax, ‘Tuna. I’m not entirely broke.”

The opossum looks very worse for wear, only able to vaguely fit the gray collar around the other’s neck(???) with her tail.

Because both her forearms have casts and her face is very bruised and honestly it looks like she just got out of a very awful fight.

“I thought it’d look good on ya! Sometimes a little fashion can go a long way.” Usually for anyone but herself. “Plus it’s a little ‘‘thank you’‘ gift for givin’ me all that money. I was able to put a bit of that into my daughter’s inheritance!” Like, a thousand nibbles, tops, but it hey that’s still pretty good!

She uses her tail to pick up the picnic basket she placed down, folding her arms against her chest. She gave the knight a warm smile.

“How’s it been, by the way? You want some brooberry pie? I made extras!”

Reyna had sent a notice about a week ahead of time to Petunia that her family would be coming over to visit. She wanted to show the rest of her family around the world, and wanted to start here. The notice also said that she would be teleporting directly in front of the gate with at least 7 people together. A week later, Reyna arrived in front of the gate with Sadan, Sadha, Rezna, Leni, Pendro, and Slane. Two red lizards, three red dragons, and one blue lizard dragon knight.

"And, we're here!" She proclaims happily.

Petunia would hand Reyna eight passes. "You're lucky I now have such good ties with people who work close to the Darling Family. I swear, did you even bother to try and fill out the proper paperwork for visitor passes?" The feline supposed it wasn't needed for Reyna since everyone knew she'd struck an alliance with the Darling Family, but still.

"Ugh, the price of Dragon's Blood is going up again?" Petuina mumbled to herself as she walked around in the lower town of Eggton. The feline carrying a small basket of freshly baked pastries she had just purchased from a small food stand. Even going out she couldn't resist the urge to work with how poor the budget was, though due to this she wasn't paying attention and bumped into someone.

"Oh, I'm terrible sorry. I was a bit distracted with.. my... work," Petuina words slowed as she looked up at the other. A rather tall and well built feline that gave off the most fearsome presence as her fur stood up out of nervousness and a small bit of fear.

"I, um, hope I didn't cause you any inconvenience mister." Petuina was sweating quite a bit as she waited for the stranger to respond.

they're so cute I swear. the chosen ones that see each other not for what society makes them into, but for what they truly are <3 bonding over losing their parents and growing up in abusive environments and finding comfort in friends and animals and they can grow into old men constantly trying to shield each other from the public eye whilst living in a secluded cottage together 

their interactions in books/movies are just cute idk

bitchy high strung traditionalist house wife's that dote on their kid and were both raised in a very hetero atmosphere and hate each other purely for who they are? the OPPORTUNITY FROM THAT!!! the people that like the idea of dudley having a magical kid should get it. they meet by being grandparents to kids at hogwarts at the same time. both so so hated by the wizarding world that they end up finding comfort in each other
