I feel like I have been spiraling out of control this last week. My screen time went up so much and I just felt embarrassed. I put a timer and I have tried to read and paint. I also added lifting to my workout (which was basically running and some calisthenics exercises). There is something I really need to take care of and have been avoiding. But I will do it today.
The affirmation was:
I am in control of my desires and I make healthy choices
I meditated about the times I wanted to go into social media, how I was feeling and how I felt when I stopped myself. It feels bad. It's hard. Why does scrolling give us so much dopamine? 😭 But I am in control of my desires. Of my time. I want to use it wisely and live fully.

Today was stressful. I had a headache all day and PMS was not helping with the start of the family vacation that has just started. But even if I was having a rough day I tried to keep a positive attitude. I had some time so I did this flow for the Full Moon in Aquarius that is going to take place in 2 days. The affirmations were:
I trust in my ability to handle whatever comes my way
I believe in myself and my capacity to thrive
I am proud of who I am and who I am becoming
I trust my intuition and follow my path
I have the courage to think outside the box
