It's a new week. What are your goals for the week? Have you put thought it what you wanted to accomplish?

It is easy to feel so overwhelmed. You might feel you have the weight of a galaxy on your shoulders. But in reality it doesn't have to be that way.

Take the time to plan. Plan out what is within the realm of possibility. If you can't accomplish everything you wanted, start with what is most important.

What is something short term that is more feasable? Focus on the smaller things. Baby steps can make wonders. Sure enough, one by one, your to do list of life will start to be just a little less cluttered. 🤗

The power is in your hands. Don't let it go to waste.

Lost

I feel like I have lost you. That my faith in our love is slowly getting the best of me. I feel like a fool for being so in love with you. Going without you for a year and using my two best vices as a distraction didn’t get you off my mind. Somewhere in there I always thought about you before bed and would silently say good night to you. I would wonder how you were feeling and what was so fucking wrong with me. I am now on the other side. Where you once where. And I just hate that I made you feel the way I am feeling now. That I crushed you and I crushed us. I cannot deny that I had a huge part in making a huge mess in our relationship just like I can’t deny that you also didn’t play a role. We equally hurt each other. The difference between us is that I questioned our love and our stances in life. You never needed to. Now here I am, bringing my sorry ass back to you with extra baggage in tow. Going stir crazy at the thoughts that come to mind and my jealousy I can’t control. I know what I need to remind myself and to focus on. I have a job, school and a future baby to think of. My stability I will get with or without you or anyone else. But yet again, you creep up in my mind and it breaks my heart. In so many ways it breaks my heart. I need to remind myself that it’s your happiness that I care about even though sometimes I want to be selfish. What is best for you may not be best for others. Some things are not your job to bring to life or to show to others. It’s things they find on their own. Me perusing you now is inappropriate with you having another. I know that. And perusing someone who doesn’t want it doesn’t make it easier. But how do I know one hundred percent that this is what you want? You still support me and am here for me. You still flirt with me. You still give me that impression that you still want me. She isn’t me. She just makes you feel like I did when I went without you. I would kill to be able to scream it out over the top of the city if I thought it would reach you. What you are feeling is just patching the whole in your heart. You thought I moved on and so you forced yourself to do the same. I get that. I would do the same thing! Now I have already told you that my love for you won’t die and I was wrong. You hear me and you tell me you love me too. I just know you aren’t in love with her like I wasn’t in love with mine either. He patched the whole in my heart. It didn’t fill it. It patched it. It’s not the same. I know you will realize that I am the one you are supposed to be with. You may not want to admit it but it’s true. I will be as patient as I can and will wait for you to realize it too. I don’t want anyone else. But if you do, or course I will let you go. I want you to be unreasonably happy. I want you to be over joyed with who you are with. If I need to move on from you, I will do my best. No promises.

No one is perfect, we all fuck up. But wanting nothing but awful things for another human being is immature as all hell, especially at our age. Listen, I’m no saint either. What does it mean to push? Is it the physical task of moving something forward or could we define it as moving into the future, pushing boundaries that once would have made you uncomfortable.

Getting results of inputs delivered can create momentous joy albeit short lived. The process of getting successive results is driving yourself to push harder everyday, whilst remaining mindful of the fact that when you reach your pinnacle it is very easy to slip and fall. How do I not fall you may ask? Well, being humble and doing what makes you happy and remaining firm in your decisions makes the difference here. This will keep you grounded and holding a steady fort where outside forces will frizzle out if thrown against you. Our aim should be to be so strong, that even the biggest wrong doing will help you move forward. Detach yourself from the situation, assess what you are up against and choose the best way to proceed.
