When you face a challenge, your muscles are forced to work harder than they're used to 🏋️‍♂️. This breaks them down slightly, but your body quickly repairs the damage, making your muscles stronger 💡. This process is called muscle adaptation.
The more you challenge yourself, the more your muscles adapt and grow 📈. That's why athletes and bodybuilders train so hard 🏆. They want to push their muscles to the limit to increase their significance and robustness 💥.
