The European Union won't let me come into the country, because my lead foot violates their RoHS directives. And that's okay. Europe has lots of fantastic automobiles: the 1988 Fiat Panda 4x4, the 1993 Renault Twingo, and pretend I mentioned something German here. All of them have delightful, teeny-tiny engines, and are a joy to drive in a crowded city. None of them are easy to import.

Japanese folks are all too willing to dump a Skyline or a Crown on a cargo ship for you. We've got too many amazing high-performance automobiles, just like fields full of them, and Big Otochan Government says that we have to keep them in pristine condition, or no registration. So why don't you have a couple of them? Clear out the back forty behind my mechanic's shop. Europeans, though, make it very difficult to import their cars. It isn't a full-service auction-to-driveway curbstoning operation.

All this is to say: I can't enter European countries. I can't ask them to send me a car (I barely speak The Queen's English,) and also they will probably expect payment of some kind. Getting a beautiful, 80s-wedge-humping-a-space-shuttle Citroen BX in my driveway is going to be a challenge.

Luckily for me, there are a lot of cargo ships that have failed to deliver their cargo in time. Hurricanes. Typhoons. Really ugly storms. Captain farts on the GPS and breaks it. The bottom of the ocean is full of little tiny Italian shitboxes, and all I have to do is commission a submarine research project to go pick them up. Billionaires love a submarine research project, and standards for the industry have slipped in recent months such that you're no longer expected that they survive the mission. Best part is? Maritime salvage law means those suckers are free.

Now, I know what you're saying: doesn't salt water violently corrode every part of the car, rendering it nearly unusable after mere days immersed? And you'd be right, but I also live in a province that salts the roads in winter. The only difference between the car I'm actively driving and a chunk of rusty Frenchmobile that I pulled off the ocean floor using a robot is that the latter one is more predictable. See you next spring, in something with twelve-inch that will be half Bondo, but with an air of the exotic about it.

Awase - he honestly thinks its really cool. He may tease you ever so often saying your his guard dog and stuff like that lmao

Sen - he loves taking pictures of/with you and seeing peoples reactions when he shows them to someone (only because he knows they will get whiplash when they actually meet you)

Kamakiri - he honestly loves it ngl. Like you are both some intimidating fuckers that no one would dare to approach (and thats just how he likes thing lmaoo)

Kuroiro - he tries to get all emo about how your scary appearance and personality contradict yet compliment eachother (like yin and yang)

Kendo - shes a firm believer of not judging a book by its cover and you are a great example of why she doesnt do that <3

Kodai - she is an unbothered queen. She truly does not give a fuck and we love her for that. Seriously tho she doesnt care how you look as long as your a nice person to be around.

Komori - she constantly tries to dress you up in cute clothes that 'match your personality' but it somehow makes you scarier.

Shiozaki - she would honestly be a little intimated at first but once she gets to know you and relizes you were nothing like she thought she would pray for forgiveness lmao

Shishida - he was honestly a tad intimated when he first met you but now that he knows your personality he finds your contradictory looks to be kinda funny

Shoda - poor dude is already shy and a bit scared of interacting with people so he nearly jumped out of his skin when you went up to him to say hi for the first time. Over time he eventually found you to be a very calming presence for him

Pony - like komori, she tries to dress you up to make you look more like your personality and you both get a kick out of it. (Imagine your worst nightmare dressed as a cat maid lmao)

Tsubaraba - he honestly finds it hilarious and he jokes about it a lot (all light hearted jokes obviously)

Tetsutetsu - he finds your 'scary' appearance to be manly and cool asf. He constantly asks you to work out with him because you could look even cooler if you looked like you could beat the shit out of a bear :D - his words not mine

Tokage - when she first met you she almost got whiplash from how different your personality and looks are. She finds you to be cool asf tho (even tho she was a bit intimated at first)

Manga - he draws you two different ways. Way one is almost like the scary (but badass) and ominous villain at the end of a video game, the other way is like all the things nice in the world were blended into that drawing and somehow they are both correct.

Honenuki - he honestly adores it. Theres been once or twice in his life where hes been told he looks scary so he is kinda the same way lol

Bondo - he was scared of you at first, not because of your appearance but because of your personality. Hes one of the more quiet and shy members of the class so hes allways a tad nervous when meeting someone so energetic. (You both eventually became good friends tho)

Monoma - he teases the shit out of you but at the same time hes very wary around you. He doesnt want to piss off someone scary (especially if their in the better class)

Reiko - she thinks you look cool asf and she loves spending time with you. No metter how long she has known you tho, she will be caught off guard by your personality

Rin - he was a bit intimated at first but over time, once he got to know you, the two of you became good friends and he even forgot that he was ever scared of you to begin with

So, I was thinking about how in the manga, Horikoshi drew Spider-Man in the first few chapters. Meaning that it is possible for the DC heroes to exist.

My headcanons/ideas for a crossover and some things that would happen in no particular order:

Dick and Jason go to Japan for a case and it ends early, so Nezu yoinks them away for a few lessons

Aizawa was not amused and Vlad was skeptical

When each Class was told the news, most didn’t really care or know who they were. Midpriya and Pony were freaking out tho.

Both are hardcore fans, pony cause she grew up with them in America and Izuku cause he’s a nerd and admires their detective skills

When they show up, it’s in civvies with their masks on (for this, Jason wears his Red Hood from Arkham Knight outfit (its my favorite version and I love it so much))

So, they’re wearing jeans and Dick’s on a nice flannel bc while Jason is in a r red hoodie that is big on purpose (they’re both drama queens Abs want the dramatic reveal so looser clothes it is)

Pony is their guide since she speaks Rnglish and knows them, sorta acts as a translator

Jason is fluent in Japanese and Dick is passable so they don’t really need a translator but Pony looked really excited

When they first walked out on the training ground in their costumes, they were very excited. Dick loves to teach and Jason loves to knock egos down

Vlad and Aizawa notice some of the kids being too cocky, mostly because they did research and found none of the bats had quirks (except my precious signal, we love him here)

So, first round Jason goes again Bakugou, Kamikiri, Bondo, and Iida. The four kids are on the field and Jason is about to walk up when Dick holds out his hands

Jason sighs and is like ‘noooooo, let me shoot them.’ Pony finds this hilarious, Dick not so much.

Instead of just handing over the guns (we’ve established that Jason is a drama queen), Jason quickly disassembles and hands Dick the freaking barrels

So Jason onto the field, doesn’t do anything like pull out his sword (oh yeah, this is the version with the two katanas, i adore it), and is like, ‘come at me bitch’

Less than a minute later all four are out of bounds and lose. Aizawa is like, nah again but no out of bound bs, actually fight them

So, Jason in two minutes (a minute too long I know dickhead) gives each a minor concussion and almost knocks them out before Aizawa is like chill

Ojiro and Sen (the two best martial artists) have a blast learning from Dick and sparring with Jason, they’re probably the only ones tho since the bats go hard

So, at the end the students want to see them fight each other, bc why not

Jason and Dick don’t hold back, Dick has a blood nose and Jason has a concussion but ‘we’re fine! This happens all the time!’

BnHA Chapter 208: [S] Bakugou: Win and rescue.

Previously on BnHA: Teams BakuJirouSeroSatou and TokaBondoAwaKama began the 4th round battle. Over on the sidelines, Aizawa chided his students for not being as strategic as class B, while All Might said that class A hadn’t yet shown everything they were capable of. Anyway, so Bakugou’s strategy consisted of “let’s just charge at them while Jirou keeps an ear out”, which predictably resulted in them running into an ambush. Class B’s Bondo used his glue quirk to try and entrap the group, but Bakugou stopped him, which was fairly impressive considering that he was also battling Tokage’s various amputated body parts which were all attacking him like Buggy the Clown because quirks are fucking absurd you guys. Anyway, so then Kamakiri from class B dove in to attack Jirou. But as All Might and Deku looked on, thinking flashbacky thoughts about the whole “win by saving people and save people in order to win” thing, Bakugou dove in to intercept Kamakiri’s attack.

Today on BnHA: We learned that Bakugou’s strategy of “let’s just kick their asses” also included a supplemental strategy of “and if you guys get in trouble I’ll save you.” Everyone on the sidelines is like “whaaaaat!” and Monoma nearly has an aneurysm, poor kid. Bakugou says he wants a perfect victory, meaning 4-0 with everyone unscathed. He heads after the fleeing Bondo, only to be ensnared in a trap by Awase. But then Satou busts him free, and we learn that Bakugou’s plan also included a second supplemental strategy of “and if I’m in trouble you guys save me.” In short, this kid has finally learned teamwork, and within the span of about two minutes, Sero and Jirou take out Awase, Satou restrains Bondo, Bakugou KOs Kamakiri, and then with the help of the others -- using Sero’s tape and his grenades -- he takes out Tokage as well. Anyways, you guys know I don’t like to exaggerate, but this is the best chapter in the history of time, and now if you’ll excuse me I’m off to go pick up my “Congrats on winning the manga, son, you make me proud each and every day” cake. Peace.

wow, seeing it from this angle I can appreciate just how close that was. Bakugou had to blast himself in between Kama and Jirou with incredible precision and with barely any time to think, let alone pull it off. Satou didn’t even manage to turn around in the same span of time

not to mention from this view you can see how close-range that shot actually was. like how is Kamakiri even alive

so the saving them part was so important you went and made it an Official Part Of Your Plan, huh. wow. when this kid commits to something, he fucking commits

but we already knew that, didn’t we. he has always been like that. putting 100% into everything. aiming for the top. it’s just that for the first time, we’re seeing that determination aimed in the right direction. or well, not to say that he was aiming in the wrong direction before, but it’s more like his destination was a bit too narrow-minded. and now he’s finally seeing the full picture of what a hero needs to be, the kind of person he needs to become. so now, imagine this tenacity applied toward the aim of keeping the world safe. he is gonna do it. people will know that’s a fucking promise. that is how you become someone that people can put their trust in

basically this boy is going to kill it when it comes to heroing. this chapter has barely even started and already I’m so fucking proud. future numero uno right here. the Symbol of Victory. fuck yeah

anyway I should stop gushing over Bakugou’s character development so I can finish the chapter. I’m sure I’ll break down like six more times to gush some more anyway. probably

so Bakugou is all “you blocked it, eh?” in that manner of his that’s both acknowledging and insulting

yeah Bakugou. he blocked it with a sword. you know. how swords do. I’m sorry, I still can’t get over this lol. it’s like a medieval knight against a fucking bazooka

but anyway, so when in doubt, simply blow them up again right?

and second, what exactly is your angle here, Monoma? are you attempting to mock Bakugou for... doing the right thing? being a good person?? did he throw you for a loop. do you need a moment to collect yourself

every now and then this kid just blows me away though. like, obviously he knows there’s nothing wrong with Monoma’s eyes! so a line like “your eyes are working fine” would normally carry an undercurrent of passive-aggressiveness in a situation like this! you know, like “okay but that’s my bro, dude. so if you’re about to try and make fun of his hard-earned character development, I’m gonna need you to step the fuck off right now”

but because it’s Kirishima, he somehow impossibly manages to deliver this line without any bitchiness. he’s defending Bakugou while at the same time subtly telling Monoma to back down, but somehow he still keeps everything friendly. this is genuinely amazing to me, and I’m sincerely jealous of how effortless he makes this look

I still want Bakugou to have a gets-hurt-saving-someone moment also, but so far he’s been too damn competent. still, the dream is alive! I love this manga

see, you have to be able to speak Bakugou. what he means is “forget about it, just stay focused.” which they know! doesn’t mean they can’t still get annoyed by it, of course, but his classmates understand him by this point I think

but once they realize that yeah, they are, they can’t help but feel the same excitement as him. fuck yeah, let’s do this. let’s beat this challenge. let’s win the day. let’s get stronger

(ETA: and this is also what I was talking about yesterday about his smile being contagious. because it is, though. and also do you remember way back in chapter 106 when Aizawa was talking about how he and Deku inspire the rest of the class and get them all hyped up? about how “they infected the rest of the class with their passion and fervor”? fucking this, though. this is not actually a strategy. this is them straight up acknowledging they can’t beat Bakugou and saying “well we’ll just keep trying and hope it works out”

and what bits of strategy they do have appear to be entirely focused on him only

like, this doesn’t even make sense. first of all, the fact that they’re following his lead is a strength, not a weakness. every good combat unit needs a leader. in fact I’d argue that was something the previous class A teams messed up to some degree

and second, just because he is leading them though doesn’t mean they’ll just fall apart without him. if you think that you’re gonna have another thing coming

basically this is just a lot of wishful thinking which is unfortunately heavily reliant on exploiting a bug that was fixed in the Bakugou 2.0 release. sorry Tokage. you guys are fuuuuucked

anyway so Jirou’s trying to hear what they’re up to, but it’s difficult with all of Tokage’s interference. but she says there’s less of the Tokage Noise than there was before though

so the others assume that means they’re regrouping for another attack

holy shit. so what level would we say Bakugou’s teamwork has grown to? he still has room for improvement, obviously, in spite of my giddy enthusiasm. maybe halfway there? little more than? say level 25-30? it’s difficult to say, because Bakugou’s level 50 teamwork is more than likely going to look very different from Deku’s. and also because his level 50 combat skills are pretty effective at concealing any weaknesses in his teamwork skills because they more than make up for the gap right now

for what it’s worth, though, despite what Monoma says, this isn’t the first time Bakugou has shown himself capable of teamwork. in fact, the actual first time we saw a hint of that was all the way back during the cavalry battle. it was, in fact, against Monoma himself. maybe he was just too traumatized by it to remember lol

okay so this is quickly becoming the “everyone is shocked at Bakugou’s character development” show though

you guys really should have watched season 3 of the anime through to the end before you came in here all cocky

Monoma: if monoma doesn’t annoy at least 2 people per night he simply will not sleep. Wears the comfiest pyjamas- like a 100% cotton top and plaid pj bottoms and everyones so fuckin jealous. He tells everyone he has a 16 step self-care routine he does every night but he really just brushes his teeth and then sits on his phone for like 2 hours? Ike what do you GET out of lying??? 

Tetsutetsu: he thinks going to bed after 11pm is criminal. Literally doesn’t understand the cryptidcrew™️ who DONT MF SLEEP. Works out before bed which is 👌🏻👌🏻 OOF. Aw hes the type of friend to make everyone tea and toast and send them asmr videos if they cant sleep i love him. He usually spends his night dancing around with pony and working off all his ENERGY

Kendo: “yall im turning into bed i’m too tired for this shit” “kendo it’s 7pm”

My girl will retire to her room as early as she can (usually with the rest of the girls) and she just RELAXES. Like self-care to the max: paints her nails, watches tv, plans her tomorrow, showers. She’s usually asleep at 10pm and wakes up the next morning full energy I want what she has

Awase: he has the WORST sleep schedule like fr. Literally sits up on tiktok until 3am and he’s just like “oh shit i’m up at 7…” *continues scrolling* like bro GET UR ASS TO BED U HAVE TRAINING AT 6AM. His night routine ain’t anything special- he sleeps in sweats and always keeps his window open (although someone told him about banshees once and now hes lowkey terrified lmao)

Kaibara- the type to fall asleep on the sofa and wake up at 4 in the morning to find tsuburaba in the kitchen eating a full course meal and he just SIGHS and goes up to bed in the worst mood bc why tf are his friends so WEIRD. Likes to watch the stars and edit pictures before he sleeps- its so therapeutic to him and also productive so he’s winning

Rin- he drinks coffee every night after midnight and then goes “oh my fuck shit i just drank coffee why am i like this” like congrats u fuckin dumbass now u ain’t gonna sleep. And he never fuckin learns. Always does his hw at like 11pm, Also stays up way too late binge-watching star wars smh 

Tsuburaba: he gets up every night and treats himself to a three-course meal in the kitchen no cap no sound awareness my man will be blending shit full blast at 2 in the morning. Usually falls asleep sitting at the kitchen table and he 👏🏻 needs 👏🏻 a 👏🏻 chiropractor 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Also always forgets to do his homework until everyone’s packing up to go to bed and hes like “please,, anyone,, the math?”. Shoda wants to punch him so bad

Ibara: the most well-structured person in the entire building. At 7pm she has her shower, at 8:30pm she goes to pray, at 9:30pm she journals and draws to calm her mind, and at 10pm she meditates until she falls asleep- which is usually 10:20pm.. Everyone wants her self control and independance like damn how does she FUNCTION. Also queen of vegan self-care remedies 

Pony: girl is chaotic as fuck it’ll be like 10pm and rin’s like “yo pony can i copy the hw??” And shes like “WHAT HOMEWORK.” . *cue two idiots freaking tf out*. She’s always wearing matching pj sets and fluffy socks and loves sliding around in them like a dork. Dances every night before bed to tire herself out like shes just in the lounge deadass vibing to taylor swift and a new person joins her everytime . people would be dead without her

Kodai: movies every night or she won’t go to class the next morning. Shes always just sitting on her phone w earphones in like she has absoloutely no time to deal with monoma’s shit so she just peaces tf out of existence. Cutest pyjamas ever i love her pyjama queen. Main Info of my BNHA Hogwarts AU series

Hello! This will be quite a masterlist to understand the main world around the “(In)feliciter, sentio me a te fascinatum esse praesertim” series on AO3. Here I will put all characters’ houses/roles and some other points I need to make clear. Their status as Muggle-born, half-blood and pureblood is actually not so relevant (except for some characters), but I still wanted to add it. Just a little note: in every installment I will repeat these details if they are important in that story – like, what is UA in the first installment, or Todoroki’s Hogwarts house in the second et cetera – but surely having them all listed in one place might be more comfortable for all readers.

As said in the first installment, the students in class 1-A and 1-B in the BNHA universe are all part of this “pre-Aurors” program (UA, aka “Union of pre-Aurors), which was born due to the Minister of Magic’s (Yeah, Wash, just for pure meme power) and the Head of the Auror Office’s (Endeavour, after All Might’s retirement) request. The League of Villains here is kind of a new group of Death Eaters that still quite worships the previous evil mages even after literal centuries from their departure. I don’t know if I’ll ever make a more “action-centered” installment, since I am really bad at writing “heavier” stuff, but this would be the enemy the students would face.

Again, as I mentioned in the first part, everyone must choose a nickname due to this rise of this organization to cover as much as possible their identities. So I will use the hero names the characters chose in the manga. Though even just some teachers (like Ectoplasm) preferred, for personal reasons, to mention only a nickname to the students too. In this case, just Nezu (Hogwarts’s headmaster) is aware of their real name. This was mostly needed due to some Heroes in BNHA who still don’t have a real name reveal. Regarding names, yes, the students will mostly use the surnames to call each other, and change only when they are really close to that one person, just like in canon. Considering the others use Harry’s surname too in the books, I thought that even here it could work. Also, maintaining that beautiful use of the first name in Japanese makes everything more special.

The course begins in the fifth year and ends in the seventh, it lasts two hours per session and there are four lessons each week. Due to its practicality and privacy, the Room of Requirement is the place where the course is attended, and only “Aurors in training”, Vlad, Aizawa and Joke know what they have to think about to make the class appear. The classroom is divided in two big parts, one for more “theoretical” studies and the other for dueling/sparring. Yeah, because I still can’t think that Aurors don’t get basic physical training in the books – okay that there is magic, but if you don’t have the wand for whatever reason, sometimes even a good punch can do wonders. No, this is not an excuse to create some sparring tension. Another note: the classroom (A and B) still remains, because, well, teaching forty students at once might be a tough challenge. Though, sometimes the two classes do lessons together anyway, especially dueling ones.

All the adults that in BNHA were pro heroes are now or teachers or Aurors. This doesn’t apply only to UA professors who are both (for the UA obviously the Ministry choose Aurors still in duty to teach the students). Camie, Inasa and Shishikura will appear later on. Camie is a Beauxbatons student, while the others study at Durmstrang. In my fic these two schools are now even more “affiliated” with the other, since the two headmasters are married. Camie is still a year older than the others, but due to some of her “problems” that will be explained in one of my fanfics in this series, she began going to school a year later than normal.

Regarding students with particular physical features (Ojirou’s tail, Hagakure’s invisibility, et cetera) they obviously disappear here, at least mostly. Hagakure for example loves Invisibility Cloaks and wears them frequently to prank others a little bit. Ojirou is an Animagus – so, well, his tail appears when he transforms – and Mina keeps his pink hair color due to her Metamorphmagus status. Though, these and other characters’ details (such as the reasons for their Auror name) will be included in the appropriate installments.

Mildred Acheson, Countess of Gosford (born Caroline Mildred Carter) (March 2, 1888 – September 7, 1965) was an American heiress who married into the British aristocracy.

Mildred was born on March 2, 1888 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Millie, as she was also known, was the only daughter of diplomat John Ridgeley Carter and Alice Carter. Her younger brother was banker Bernard Shirley Carter, a prominent banker with Morgan, Harjes & Co. who married Louise Hope Thacher.

Her paternal grandparents were Mary Buckner Carter and Bernard Carter, a member of the prominent Carter and Lee families of Virginia and was a descendant of Henry Lee III, the 9th Governor of Virginia. Her maternal grandparents were David Pierce Morgan and Carolyn Morgan. Her maternal uncle was William Fellowes Morgan Sr. and among her first cousins was William Fellowes Morgan Jr.

Her father was a diplomat of the United States, serving as the First Secretary to the American Embassy in London.Later, he served as the U.S. Minister at Bucharest from November 14, 1909 until October 24, 1911. He also concurrently served as the U.S. Minister to Serbia and Bulgaria.

In May 1908, noted American portrait painter John Singer Sargent painted a portrait of Mildred in London that was described at the time by The New York Times as "in the painter's best manner and brings out all of the innate sweetness of nature which has endeared Miss Carter to her English as much as to her American friends, all of whom agree that she has the wonderful tact and urbanity of her father." She was presented at the Court of St James's in 1909.

On June 21, 1910, Mildred was married to Archibald Acheson, Viscount Acheson at St George's Hanover Square Church in London followed by a reception at Dorchester House. The Viscount Acheson was the eldest son, and eventual heir, of Archibald Acheson, 4th Earl of Gosford and Lady Louisa Montagu, a Lady-in-Waiting to Queen Alexandra. His paternal grandfather was Archibald Acheson, 3rd Earl of Gosford and his maternal grandparents were William Montagu, 7th Duke of Manchester and the former Countess Louisa von Alten. Together, Mildred and Archibald were the parents of the five children.

Viscount Acheson's father died in 1922 (shortly after selling the family seat Gosford Castle) and he succeeded to the earldom of Gosford. Five years later in 1927, the couple separated and Lord Gosford went to New York City. The Countess of Gosford obtained a divorce in December 1927, and he remarried to Beatrice (née Claflin) Breese, a granddaughter of merchant Horace Brigham Claflin, on October 1 1928.

Mildred died on September 7, 1965 at Palazzo Salis, her home in Bondo, Switzerland.

The Best of Griselda: 2020 Edition

Don’t get me wrong...W.W.C.D. was dope. And it even grew on me with repeated listens. The musicianship shown by crafting a strong major label debut album without using old samples - considering Griselda is a collective that traditionally feasted off of dusty, classic soul samples - was truly impressive. I was impressed once again when Westside Gunn did the same thing on his own Shady Records debut with Who Made The Sunshine.

Nevertheless, given the prolific discography of Westside Gunn, Conway The Machine, and Benny The Butcher over the past few years, it’s hard for me to keep my expectations grounded whenever they drop a new project. When I heard that the Griselda family was finally dropping an official group album back in 2019 - a project I had been yearning for since I first heard “Beloved” by Conway, Benny and Mach-Hommy, off of Con’s now famous Reject 2 project - I went on a binge of classic Griselda tracks, trying to assemble the perfect album from my favorite joints that have been unleashed by the Buffalo brothers over the years. I never completely followed through with crafting that perfect album...it was simply too time consuming for me to narrow down my list to just a handful of songs (at some point I hope to revisit that idea, but it has only gotten more challenging as time has passed).

Now here we are in the ever frightening 2020. On many days, it feels like the world around us is falling apart, yet the arts continue to thrive - as they so often do during times of peril. Surely Griselda has thrived more than most, having the most successful year of their careers (at least in terms of growing their fanbase off of string of high quality releases). Having expanded their own label (the signings of Boldy James and Armani Caesar), expanding their industry connections to benefit even more talented rap artists that they came up with (Benny’s Black Sopranos/BSF venture), to enduring tragedy and gaining strength and wisdom from it (COVID, the shocking loss of Buffalo’s legendary DJ Shay), all while keeping their hands in numerous other business ventures outside of music (Westside Gunn’s ongoing love affair with the fashion industry even yielded arguably the collective’s strongest music project of the year, Pray For Paris)...it’s hard to imagine a more prosperous year for a group of rap artists from Buffalo that fought most of their lives to emerge from the shadow cast by their rich downstate neighbor - and Hip-Hop’s original home base - New York City. 

With all of this success in mind, I feel that it is the perfect time to take inventory of my favorite songs from/featuring Westside Gunn, Conway, Benny, Armani Caesar and Boldy James (post-Griselda signing, that is) in 2020. Even with the smaller sample size, it really wasn’t easy (again, these folks have had quite an output already and it’s still only October), but I think I narrowed down my list to a strong 25 joints...plus a few bonus cuts for the deluxe edition (eh, sure it’s cheating...but who besides me is setting the rules here anyway??). 😬

Monoma

Have u ever seen something so tired in ur life

He’s 100% that annoying person who REFUSES to get up no matter how many times you shout at him

Takes him 39 years to actually get out of bed and he’s hellbent until he gets some form of breakfast (thank u tetsutetsu for being the typical morning provider)

Like fr he hates just about everyone

He’s the reason most of the morning dramas break out in the class. He argues with EVERYONE and it causes so many fuckin arguments there’s at least one every morning some1 restrain him

He’ll wake up exactly on his alarm, hopping out of his bed as awake as he’s ever been he’s so excited everyone plz give him a kiss

Once he’s up he’s up and he’s the biggest morning person in the house like he brings SO MUCH joy

It annoys the sleepy squad™️ but on the plus side he offers to make breakfast for everyone cus he’s always up so early so who rlly wins???

He pretends he’s up when his alarm rings, but he’ll sit at breakfast letting his eyes shut every few minutes and it’s so easy to see how tired he is
