oh hello, yet another ADHD app designed to help with routines!

unfortunately I can't afford your subscription, do you know why?

BECAUSE I CAN'T MANAGE THE MOST BASIC ROUTINES WITHOUT THE HELP YOU PUT BEHIND A PAYWALL YOU PREDATORY FXCKS!

I'm open to recommendations, in case any of you found a free alternative to apps like Brili, Tiimo, Routinery or RoutineFlow...

#this is especially irritating when the dev team claims to be a bunch of ADHDers themselves #they decided to prey on those ADHDers who can't fxcking hold a job without outside help #and I don't think the most basic of routine managements should be locked behind a paywall #like it must be nice to not need the same amount of help/get the help #but I do #call me entitled I don't think it's fair that I have to pay a monthly fee just to simulate a functioning brain others were born with #while those who should understand me more than the abled profit off of my need and desperation #absolutely disgusting #like I expect corporations to be this scummy #but not the teehee small ADHD dev teams who allegedly aim to support their own #adhd #adhd app #routine apps #accessibility #paywall #audhd

Can we have a second Tuesday this week because we spent most of this one basically unable to talk or text (barely capable of making any words) or do any hobbies (combination of: information/processing overload & wording incapability) and I want a refund.

#saltposting #Luckily we could at least do all of our Basic Needs & Hygiene tasks for the day on “no thoughts / brain empty”#because it was all housework / heavily scheduled and routine tasks so no thinking required & no need to be fast.#Managed the fatigue etc well enough to feel decent now and be able to manage some writing before dinner #(thank you jigsaw puzzles in app and the one (1) song we could loop for 4 hours for the keeping our Fun need bar from the red zone)#but that still involved giving up on people & most fun for today and. It'll work out because we have a lot of that scheduled for tomorrow #but that was not great due to the unplanned nature of this and also wanted to hang out with friends and partners today but couldn't *talk*#instead we got: brain fog on top of tasks. We could've pushed I suppose but that would've resulted in even worse fatigue tomorrow #and potentially just not managing laundry/housework/meals/shower (our to-do. Shower was already postponed from yesterday.) today #We've been overextending for weeks so I'm not too surprised this hits now that we have downtime #but it would have been nice if it didn't hit at all. If it had not been a thing.#Where's that one post? “I feel like I do about 25% of what a normal person does in a day and still it's too much.”#something to that effect #and if this is the result of doing normal person amount of things for just a few weeks while still taking breaks then well. :(#Sigh.

ah! sorry! i got home super late last night and basically what happened was that i was SUPPOSED to have a normal day yesterday but before i left for school like we got the news that my grandmother (whos been sick for like a while now, about 3 weeks) passed away in her sleep so we fucking RAN over there i skipped school my dad was supposed to present there too everybody was going insane it was CRAZY i was busy the whole day got home at like 9 30 and passed tf out it was INSANE.

Unfortunately there've been JUST ENOUGH issues in my life that have been fixed through One Simple Hack, that now I'm always trying to find the One Simple Hack that will fix every other issue plaguing me. "Life is not an optimization problem" skill issue.

#honestly though so many simple hacks i have come up with have worked #valerian tea and bedtime snack for sleeping. flossing every other night and building up to every night. quotes doc for papers #my specific Bible reading routine and my prayer app. hat in the car. etc.#now if i can find the one simple hack to make me get out of bed on time in the mornings? life will be a dream #(what i'm optimizing of course is not productivity but living life well and fully and joyfully)
