Potential New Bracket

Forcing myself to write TW fic while I'm deep in the weeds of a DMC hyperfixation has resulted in exactly one bit of cross-pollination, and that's an urge to run a 'most traumatised fictional character' bracket. ActiBlizz refuses to release their 'diversity tool' so I can't find out if Rey is more female than Luke is old (I promise that makes sense if you were online for the right 5 minutes a few years ago lmao) but I could concievably find out if Derek Hale is more orphaned than Vergil Sparda is mind controlled.

But I can't decide if that would just get depressing and/or invite the worst people in fandom to take up residence in my inbox, so I'm running a poll

Obviously if I did go ahead with it I'd take precautions like thorough trigger warnings and putting propaganda below a cut, I wouldn't just dump these horrific life stories onto your dash.

And hopefully equally obviously, RPF fandoms would be excluded, we're not turning anyone's real life suffering into a fun poll.

The fuckflix crew said they found it most difficult to make Alucard from his clothes to his face. How is it possible that mere game makers like DLC make his clothes and his face properly and better ?

How come other characters in the shitshow then have better dressed men but not Alucard ? Don't want to go into how pointy that chin was 🙄

The shitshow of Netflix deliberately distorted Alucard’s design to destroy his masculine beauty for trans gay promotion ? It was all done on purpose. Like did you see his man boobs in s4 ? 😳

Hannibal vampire au where hannibal wants Will to ask (beg bc he’s a freak) to be turned and live eternally with him. But Will is a monster hunter (Trevor Belmont/ Sam Winchester family business vibes of monster hunter) gay homo erotic chasing and fighting ensues until Will is almost by a other monster or whatever and Hannibal turns him to save his life. I feel so bad for game fans who like Alucard. His tag is inundated with people who thirst over him. People just see him as tits. He's been reduced to an object!

Hell, I even saw a pic of Sam Deats being gifted an Alucard body pillow! Goes to show that the people at powerhouse are intentionally objectifying him.

The original timeline Alucard doesn't even expose his chest! Nor is he super muscular! You know who should be muscular? THE BELMONTS!

And I don't see how people can find netflixcard attractive. The appeal of games! Alucard is his bishonen look. That, and the fact that he's an interesting character. Netflixcard doesn't look good, nor does he have a good personality. He's an asshole. And they used his sotn appearance but ruined it by not giving him a shirt.

All in all, I'm so sorry that Alucard fans have to deal with this shit.

Adele Springsteen, 98, of Little Silver passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at her home. Adele was born Adela Rosa Zerilli on May 4, 1925 in Brooklyn, New York, the youngest of three sisters. She resided in Freehold, New Jersey and Belmont, California before moving to Little Silver, New Jersey.

Adele graduated from Freehold Regional High School, where she was given the title of “best dancer in the class.” After graduating, she was employed as a legal secretary for 25 years at Lawyers Title in Freehold, New Jersey and 25 years at Bohannon Development in San Mateo, California.

On February 22,1948, Adele married Douglas Springsteen at the St. Rose of Lima Church in Freehold. They celebrated their wedding reception at the Blue Moon Inn in Farmingdale and went on to have three children, Bruce, Virginia and Pam. They celebrated over 50 years of marriage.

Adele and Douglas’ adventurous spirit brought them to California, where they enjoyed the West Coast for 25 years. After Adele’s retirement, she and Douglas logged thousands of miles on their cross country adventures.

After Douglas’ passing in 1998, Adele returned to her home, New Jersey, to join her large extended family and enjoyed some of the happiest years of her life traveling and surrounded by her sisters, her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Her son, Bruce, said of his mother in his memoir: “My mom was truthfulness, consistency, good humor, professionalism, grace, kindness, optimism, civility, fairness, pride in yourself, responsibility, love, faith in your family, commitment, joy in your work and a never-say-die thirst for living and life… and most importantly for dancing.”

Her eternally ageless and bright spirit lit up the room. All those who were blessed to know her will never forget the light she brought into their lives.

In Adele’s words, “As long as we’re happy, healthy and we love each other, that’s the whole thing.”

Adele leaves behind an adoring family and many friends and admirers. Her legacy is love.

I know I fell way behind on these but that’s because I finally updated my fic “Hidden Among the Wind” a while ago. I’d say it’s going well.

Anyways, Sam is definitely the kind to throw herself into danger to protect others so of course, Big Sis Sam had to be shown here. She gets hurt and Cole’s the one patching her up and saying “you know.. you were actually kinda cool out there.”

This would be some time before Cole ever confesses to Sam and he just sounds like Shang from Mulan with the same “you fight good” line. XD You know he would.

~Concept: a memory manifested as older Richter crying and his dead mother staring right at the audience, just as her dead body stared back at him, like the last time he saw her.

Now that the series is out, I can make fan art. I was storyboard artist on 4 episodes this season, 3-6 and helped a bit on ep 2. I'm very proud of the team and grateful to have been given the opportunity. I hope to be able to share some of my boards soon! It was my first full time position as a board artist back then, so this one is very special. I'm a big Richter Belmont fan. Grateful for Sam for talking to me and welcoming me to the team back then. The series came out so great!
