hii i really liked your tags on the OM fishie boys, can you talk more about them? or maybe which aquatic animal you would personally headcanon each? no pressure =w=bb <3
Hi thank you ! I’m just a ocean nerd who looks too deep on mermaid designs
So for these guys I’m going to give them a shark and a different sea creature , mainly because I love sharks so much know more about them but also I have ideas for other creatures.
Obey me cast as sea creatures!
Lucifer:
• so for a shark I think he would be best as a bull shark
•bill sharks are territorial and can kill (even if accidentally)
•other animal wise he would be a vampire squid
•mainly for aesthetics but also since vampire squids are seen as not actually squids and of their own genus . Like how Lucifer was a demon but not anymore and is something different
•idk it’s hard to write for him T-T
Mammon:
• I know what you all are thinking for shark mams, ‘he’s obviously going to be a mako’
• NO. mammon is a lemon shark through and through .
• why? Well lemon sharks sometimes form bonds with certain divers and get incredibly possessive and greedy for the divers attention to the point they will actively drive away other sharks .
• who else is possessive and greedy but also sweeter than most other shark demons well mammon of course
• he could also be a bluefin tuna cuz really fast but idk
Leviathan:
my bias will show here lmao
• Levi is absolutely a thresher shark I mean he has the same energy as one !
• thresher sharks attack schools of fish ..schools of normies maybe?
• noooo it’s not just because thresher sharks are my fav and Levi is also my fav whattttt/s
•as for marine creatures Levi is an octopus
•they hide away and can change colors when scared
•Levi hides away in his room and changes colors when embarrassed!/hj
Satan:
• Satan gives off big oceanic white tip shark vibes
•Both are incredibly territorial and can act aggressive.
•for marine animal I’m just kinda throwing stuff at a wall here and hoping it sticks
• he’s a dolphin . I’m debating making him an orca but I have a specific sleepy demon I have that idea for.
•dolphins can be aggressive but sadistic when hunting things
•dolphins are also incredibly smart .
Asmodeus:
• ok to be honest I do not know what shark to throw at this guy so this will be vague
•he gets a leopard shark since they are considered one of the prettiest shark species
•and of course for sea creature he is a jellyfish , specially a sea nettle jellyfish!
•sea nettles may not be deadly but they can cause painful stings while also being incredibly pretty
Beelzebub:
•there’s no doubt in my mind that this guy is a tiger shark!
•tiger sharks are big strong and beautiful but they will eat literally anything
•like. Anything. Some have been found with license plates in their stomachs
•as for another creature he’s like a giant grouper
•they also eat anything they can fit in their mouths but also get huge .
Belphagor:
• so shark wise he is a pacific sleeper shark
•they are supposedly known for their sluggish and dozy nature
•for a sea creature he is absolutely an orca !
•orcas are intelligent and methodical.
•they also have never hurt a human in the wild and only in captivity
•belphie was in captivity and then hurt a human so he’s an orca to me.
Holy crap I’m sorry this took so long I’ve been busy and I also wanted to make this as perfect as I could lol .
Hope it’s okay , I might make this an au , maybe . If y’all want that lmk lol

Hello!
Once again, you don’t need to write anything you don’t want to. It’s your stories and your voice!
Now that being said, I have a weird request.
So I really love the mermaid stories, and I was wondering if you can make a lil nsfw story about a mermaid demon levi.
There’s a demon called “Leviathan” in mythology, and I thought it might be funny if that was Levi’s demon-stage name. Maybe a modern au, but Levi works as a sea environmentalist. Making sure the ocean is clean by day, killing bad people at night.

It'll be our little secret
Levi x fem!Reader
Modern AU, fluff, romance, confessions, kissing, demon Levi, Leviathan Levi, human reader, mentions of blood and a dead body, bloodied Levi, happy ending, becoming a couple
You and Levi clearly like each other but you haven't confessed yet. You have been helping Levi out with testing things in the sea to make it cleaner and better for the creatures within it. You go to the docks at night to confess your love, but stumble upon Levi with a dying person in his clutches, looking like a demon, and blood all over him.
Information:  Leviathan is the demon of envy, he punishes sinners. Has also been known as one of the seven Princes of Hell corresponding to the seven deadly sins.

The smell of the sea was always so soothing to you. You adored everything about the sea. Working on the docks with a wonderful team trying to look after sea creatures was the best thing in your life. To make things better, you had the best colleague who you worked with side-by-side.
Levi was a dream to you and the two of you flirted often. It was very clear you both adored each other and wanted more than friendship, but you didn't do anything. Levi smelt like a fresh summer's day by the beach. He made you feel comforted and safe.
Tonight you were done. It was confession night. You were going to go right up to Levi as he does his nightly check at the docks and confess your feelings under the enchanting moonlight. You were dressed up in a cute summer dress with your hair styled and light makeup. You were ready to be in love with the man of your dreams.
The little heels on your ankle boots tapped on the wooden decking. You clutched the strap of your bag as you felt a little nervous. You were hoping Levi would accept your love, but it might go terribly. You first checked Levi's office, but he was nowhere to be found. So, you assumed he was down the docks in the other office he had.
Your hand wrapped tightly around the handle as your heart fluttered in your chest when you saw the light was on. With a deep breath and your confidence at the highest it has ever been in your life, you pushed the door open.
A single light lit up the gruesome and yet grimly beautiful scene. Hanging by his shirt, soaking in blood with gashes open wide from claw marks, was a man you recognised as a rich tyrant who polluted the oceans and recently made you cry in a meeting. With eyed eyes, he silently pleaded with you as he slowly died.
Hovering over the rich man was Levi, but he didn't look like the Levi you knew. Black horns stood proudly on his head and almost looked like a crown. His hands were claws with black scales that sparkled like a moonlight ocean. His eyes were consumed with black like he was a shark attacking. A long serpent-like tail replaced Levi's legs, but he managed to stand on it. To you, he looked like a Leviathan but without the dragon like face.
You gulped hard when you saw the blood on Levi. "Levi, are you hurt?"
Levi released the man with a heavy thud on the floor and a splatter of blood. He slithered closer to you because you had this magnetic pull on you. He lovingly said your name. "I'm not hurt."
You smiled up at him, he was so tall on his tail. "I'm glad."
He reached closer to you and hesitated a moment. "You...look...so divine."
You looked in your bag and grabbed some wet wipes. You took his clawed hand and began cleaning. "Thank you."
Levi purred a little. "Are you not scared?"
You shook your head. "I have seen many sea creatures and you must be one." You looked up at him and began cleaning his face. "What are you?"
"Leviathan."
You stared at him for a moment before you giggled. "I get it, you know cause your name is Levi."
Levi smiled a little. "Tch, yeah."
You nibbled your lip. "So, you're a demon of the ocean. You're a prince too."
Levi took your hands in his and pressed his lips against them. "I am."
"Impressive." You looked over to the man now dead on the floor. "Is that the rich man I had a meeting with the other day?"
"He was already on my list to hurt, but after you told me he made you cry he was my number one."
You hummed. "Have you killed many?"
"I only kill the wicked and foul. Those who hurt and abuse others. I punish the sinners. He was soaking in the stench of sin. I had to purge him from this Earth." He shook his head. "The things he did to people and the ocean."
You cupped Levi's face. "I understand."
Levi gripped your hips. "May I kiss you?"
You blushed hard. "Y-Yes."
He tilted his head and pressed his soft lips against yours. As passion filled him, he yanked you against his body where you fitted so perfectly. His arms snaked around your body and squeezed you. His forked tongue slipped into your mouth and moved with yours. A little moan escaped you both as your love was confirmed.
Levi pulled back a little and sighed. "This has to be our little secret."
"Our love?"
"I meant what I am and this kill." He smiled. "But let's back track."
You squeaked. "No."
He hummed a laugh. "Love? Do you love me?"
You nodded shyly. "I do."
"I love you too. I have loved you for so long, but I held back because of what I am." He lifted you off the floor and held you against him. "I will find a way to get you to live for eternity with me. We'll always be together."
"I want that."
He nuzzled his nose against yours. "Good, now I must dispose of this wicked man and feed the creatures of the sea." He moved you outside and popped you on your feet. "Go wait in my office for me."
You leaned up. "Kiss first."
He held your chin and kissed you. "Off you go. Good girl."
You waved and ran down the deck to Levi's office. Your heart skipped a beat as you thought of him. Sure, most people would have been scared and run away. Most people would have been sick or angry, but you weren't like most people. You loved the ocean and Levi. Levi was the perfect combination of the sea and a wonderful man. So, this was a dream. You loved him and you would be forever his.

I may blend the hotd and tboi x splatoon aus but it may be too many ideas or people in one place,, idk but ive got ideas,, and i’ll put em in one post ehehe
hotd x splatoon:
ams and nsbs are affiliated or just the same thing the idols r still there but more in the bg,, Maybe they’d all have different themed codenames rather than numbers.. lisa would probably be neo 3 or adjacent then. this is one of the points that would clash with mixing it with the tboi x splat au
All creatures are sanitized or like. half fuzzy half sanitized some sort of secret third thing fucking neosanitization idk maybe it’ll have to do with coral instead,, but curien is an inkfish so misanthropic he’s bringing squids back and/or continuing what Tartar started. Goldman is either an inkfish the opposite species of curien or some sorta fish. hm. goldfish hehe. but he wants to make a sanctuary of more “natural” beings. And thornheart is thornheart..
Most of the creatures are made from already existing people maybe theyd be able to be reverted back into their previous selves with some side effects. others are made in the lab. Most are inkfish but it gets wacky
Temperance is a part of the same clan as shiver and is like.her 2nd or 3rd cousin. they did not get along before hand and he’d try to upstage her a lot. now while warped he’s still relatively lucid so he’s just kind of an ass to her. ALso going to drag ocean hunter into this the shark he’s tamed is leviathan. Since the muatations still make him gigantic he swings the poor shark around.
Likewise Justice is a part of the eel clan though he is not as closely related to frye as shiver is to temp. He’s very cryptic and not rlly all there. Frye did used to look up to him so seeing him like this is distressing
Emp(eror +ress) and the world are hybrid lab-grown creatures, all glass octo + sea angel probaby? maybe human in there?
Heirophant is a salmonid yeayy
hotd x tboi
maggie is neo 3 isaac is lil buddy. samson is agent 4 lilith is 8 idk about the og 3 yet maybe cain
Isaac’s mom is a goldie. ??? the lost and the forgotten only exist in Isaac’s nightmares when he thinks about his future of possibly dying, being abandoned etc etc.
His dad is a steel eel driver but defected to grizzco bc he Fucked Up Big Time
idk if azazel would be better as a salmonid (bc isaac parallels/evil him) or an octoling i kind of want the latter
Most demons r octarians but some of the human kids r too. Eve escaped to the surface early on and participated in turf wars circa Splat1 while in disguise. She’s also a werekraken. She uses the .96 gal deco
Lilith as mentioned before is 8. Incubus is some sorta seeing eye octotrooper guide and gello is a bby zapfish. Dark one/Adversary is her dad and he gets sanitized
Horsemen r salmonids yeeeayayay
Beast is a super fucked up king salmonid, some sort of giant mudmouth
ig there is a sect of octarian + salmonid diplomacy that all of the bosses mentioned here work under ehhh
dogma is some sort of ai, maybe a remnant of human society
Apollyon is also a salmonid they’re basically a worse flyfish in a weird tartar-based shell
deadly sins are an octoling team or more salmonids
most monsters are weird fuzzied inkfish
bethany mains ballpoint splatling and one of the stringers. Laz has the same mutation yoko has which leaves him sickly but when he’s well he plays with the h3 nozzlenose.

A/N: Hi guys, this is the first chapter of my new fic. I hope you’ll like it. Please let me know what you think.

.
The ocean. Deep, dark and scary. Humans could brag about their conquers, wars and invasions on their precious land, but they would forever be afraid of the ocean. They were not designed to live underwater. Most often, even a few inches of deep water was enough to drown and kill even a healthy adult human being. Despite how superior or civilised humans prided themselves on being, the ocean would still be their greatest mystery, with death traps and blood-thirsty creatures hidden in the drowning deep.
Ezili had been spying on this ship for days. She had memorised the faces of all the sailors, their routines, the sounds of their footsteps and voices. Today would be a great day, she believed. Dark clouds had gathered over the ship, lighting striking here and there. The water was rough and black, slapping more aggressively against the side of the ship as the wind grew more violent and spiteful. One man on the deck shouted to the other something Ezili could not hear. Ever since humans stopped travelling to sea on wooden ships, the job had become more challenging for her kind. These white ships wouldn’t sink. So she’d have to lure them in.
“Have you seen my camera?” asked one man to the other. “I swear to fucking god if you’ve lost it–”
“I already gave it back to you, Nick.”
“No, dickhead. You didn’t.”
The men stood on the deck, their loose shirts and hair being blown by the strong salty wind. They were easy targets. To be fair, they were all easy targets. It was so fascinating to Ezili that these creatures had the intelligence to build strong ships and tall glass castles, and yet they lacked the wits to survive on their own against mother nature.
Weak. Pathetic.
Ezili swept her long black hair over her shoulders as she slipped off the rock into the water without making a sound. She swam closer to the ship. The men’s voices became more audible. They were leaning over the edge of the ship and taking turns looking through the tiny box that they called ‘ka-meer-ra’. Ezili had tried to steal the thing this morning when someone left it on the deck, but her arm wasn’t long enough to reach for it, and she didn’t want to risk being seen. Her sister Koa had called it a ‘mermaid’ behaviour. It was an insult for a siren to be compared to a mermaid. Mermaids were more fish than flesh, both fish and human without the beauty of neither. Their deep-blue flesh was dotted with fins that spread up their arms and spines, and their mouth was so wide they could swallow a shark. Despite their deadly looks, they were relatively harmless. Unlike sirens, they were fascinated by humans, and often steal things from drowned humans and sunk ships for their collections that they called ‘treasures’. Ezili hated how humans would keep mistaken those creatures for sirens. She’d heard a mother on the beach tell the story of ‘a little mermaid’ to her child. It was sad, really. The way these small-minded creatures portrayed the ocean and twisted the truth.
A splash of water made Ezili flinch and turn around to see a silver tail disappearing into a wave.
“Did you hear that?” asked one of the two men. The other one had disappeared inside the ship.
Heart thundering inside her chest, Ezili opened her mouth and started singing. She was going to wait, but she could not risk getting caught.
The man turned slowly and stared straight at Ezili as she glared up from under the water and continued singing. The wind grew stronger. The ocean started raging. Then a bolt of lightning struck across the black sky, illuminating the man’s pale, wide-eyed face for just one second. Ezili continued singing and the man started walking toward the edge of the ship. He leaned over it, looking straight at her unblinkingly. The little box fell out of his hand and into the black water. Ezili swam closer, seeing the reflection of her gleaming sapphire eyes inside his darkened ones. She reached up, hands on his cheeks. She stroked his cold skin tenderly and brought her mouth to his. She kissed him on the lips, then pulled him under.
The kiss broke when they were down deep. The man was drowning. Water was filling his lungs and his mouth opened in a helpless gasp. Ezili gripped the man’s shoulder and sank her long fingernails into his chest. She ripped out his heart. Useless little thing. Still felt warm inside her palm. Blood darkened the water around them. She could taste it on her tongue. She was hungry. She let go of the heart and let it sink into the nothingness beneath them, and just as she bared her sharp fangs to take a bite out of the victim’s neck, a set of claws wrenched her apart from him.
Her sister Koa hovered in front of her, red hair fanning around her round face. Her small blue eyes sharpened at Ezili as she took hold of the dead human. Before Ezili could speak, Koa smacked Ezili with her silver tail, sending Ezili flying out a few feet.
“You have no claim on him, Koa. Get your own,” Ezili told her sister in Séren.
Koa shook her head. Her long floating red hair made her skull look like it was on fire. She gave a mischievous grin and cocked her head, long slender fingers still tightened around the human’s throat. “You have to get him then,” she hissed.
Ezili breathed out angrily. Her sister always did this. “This is not a game. I’ve been spying on him for days.”
“Then you should have no problem getting him back,” Koa challenged, stroking the human’s pale skin.
Ezili’s tiny bit of patience had just dissipated with her sister’s trigger words. “That’s my human!” she screamed and dived toward Koa. Koa screeched when their bodies collided. Ezili snatched her sister’s hair and pulled, bearing her nails into Koa’s shoulders. Koa sank her teeth into Ezili’s arm and tried to tear off flesh. Despite the brain-numbing pain, Ezili managed to clasp Koa’s head and smashed it against her own. Koa fell back, floated for a moment, dazed, and then let out a high shriek and came for Ezili again.
The dead man was sinking like a stone into the blackness below as the sirens fought. Ezili shoved Koa off and dived under to get the body. Once again, she was yanked back. She whirled around, angry, about to fight off Koa again when she saw her mother hovering above her, red eyes shiny and fiery, the trident in her hand sparkling gold. Ezili’s mother’s scales were deep auburn, and her white hair barely reached her breasts, a great contrast to the almost blackness surrounding them.
“Mother, I can explain.”
“Idiots!” Ezili’s mother bellowed.
Koa was floating beside Ezili, her eyebrows knitted in anger and possible embarrassment, but seemingly too afraid to make a sound. Their mother was Queen Asherah, ruler of the Seven Seas. From the furious look on her face, it seemed like the Queen had witnessed the previous chaotic scene and was greatly disappointed by her two only daughters.
“Could you explain to me why you two were fighting like savages?” the Queen’s booming voice made Ezili and Koa flinch.
Ezili exchanged looks with her sister, who unfortunately looked like she wasn’t going to break the silence. Ezili’s worried eyes shifted back to her mother’s ruby red ones. “Koa tried to take my human,” she said. “I’d been spying on him for days. He was mine.”
“Days?” her mother mused. “Days and only one human? Shame on you. You couldn’t even fight off your own sister to get the prey.”
“I’m sorry, mother,” Ezili said. She was staring at her tail to avoid eye contact, but she could feel Koa doing the same thing while muttering an inaudible apology, which seemed to be good enough for their mother.
“Koa, go get the human.”
“But that’s my human,” Ezili protested.
With a stern look on her elegant face, the Queen said, “No, you come with me. I need to speak to you in private.”
Koa gave Ezili a condescending smirk, bowed to their mother, and quickly dove after the human. Queen Asherah nodded her head to Ezili and gestured with the trident for her to follow.
The Ginevra palace lay within the centre of the sea and had always been home to royalty. In the past, humans had kings and queens in every region of the earth, but the ocean had only one ruler. One queen. It would be Ezili one day. One day being soon.
Sirens lived for a hundred years and never aged past a few decades, and soon daughters looked like mothers, and it became hard to tell how old anybody truly was. So usually, the Queen herself would decide when it was time to pass down her trident. Ezili was turning twenty next month, and her mother had been crowned at twenty, and so she believed this was definitely the talk.
Sitting on her throne made of whale bones, the Queen looked down at Ezili. Her fiery scales sparkled like rubies in the lights from the anglerfishes on either side of her thrones. Queen Asherah’s hair looked like white seaweeds snaking down to her shoulders, fanning out, and covering parts of the throne. The Queen leaned back as she eyed Ezili up and down. Ezili knew that look. Her mother was never subtle about it. She was making judgements inside her head.
“Do you know why you’re here?” the Queen asked.
Ezili swallowed and shook her head. When she realised she’d been unconsciously fidgeting with her own fingers, she immediately hid them behind her back. Her mother didn’t like it when she got nervous, for queens should never show their emotions so easily.
“Ezili, you’re turning twenty next month,” Queen Asherah said.
“Yes, Mother, I am.”
“How old was I when I became Queen of the Seven Seas?”
“Twenty, Mother.”
A pause.
“Do you think you’re ready, Daughter?” Ezili opened her mouth to answer, but her mother wouldn’t let her speak. “Because I don’t think you do.”
“Mother–”
“How many humans have you killed this month?”
Reluctantly, Ezili bowed her head. “One, Mother.”
“And where was he?”
Ezili bit her bottom lip. “Koa got him.”
The Siren Queen eyed Ezili with an eyebrow arched high, her stare vicious like a stab in the heart with her gold trident. Ezili had seen her mother kill many sirens and mermaids and other sea creatures like that. It hadn’t been a pretty sight.
“Your sister is two years younger, and yet she’s shown more progress in a year than you ever have.”
Ezili hated to admit that it was true. Her sister was brutal and reckless. Koa had always been troublesome, but their mother probably preferred her because of that. She was never afraid to play dirty to get what she wanted. Ezili was too safe; she followed rules, listened to her mother. She’d thought it’d help her get on her mother’s good side, but it seemed like it wasn’t what a queen should be. Queens didn’t follow. They led.
“I’m thinking of making Koa the heir to the throne.”
Queen Asherah’s words froze Ezili to the spot. Ezili felt her fins stiffened as she gazed wide-eyed at her mother upon the throne. “But...I’m your first born.”
“You’re not acting like one, Ezili. You’re not vicious enough, and you spend so much time around humans and yet, I can count all the lives you’ve taken on one hand.”
“I need to be around them to learn their behaviours so it’s easier to kill.”
“Really?” Her mother scoffed. “Or are you becoming them, Ezili? You want to be like those mermaids who worship humans?”
“No!” Ezili’s mouth clamped shut as she regretted her impulsive response. Her mother said nothing, and she wasn’t sure if it was a good sign. She hung her head, frowning. “I still have a month.”
“How can you prove to me within a month when I’ve watched you grow in the last twenty years?” her mother calmly said. It always amazed her how mean her mother could be without trying.
Ezili clenched her fists. The buzzing in her ears made her heart race as a thousand thoughts started shifting through her mind. The words slipped out of her mouth so fast she couldn’t stop them. “I can bring you the heart of a human who loves me.”
The moment she locked eyes with the Queen, she knew she’d messed up. There was a glimpse of shock in her mother’s seemingly calm expression. Yes, the human heart was useless to sirens. Sirens would eat their flesh and drink their blood, but they would discard the hearts for it didn’t taste good at all. The human’s soul was trapped inside the heart, and most adult souls had been blackened over the course of their lives.
However, the heart of the human in love with a siren was different. It was believed to hold the greatest power of all Seven Seas. There was a tale of the fifth Siren Queen, Queen Darya, who had fallen in love with a human man. She had hoped that their love could unite humans and sirens and both species could live in harmony. Sadly, Queen Darya had been brutally murdered by her lover. As revenge, her sister, Queen Mira had charmed the same man, drowned him and ate his heart. The legend had been written in stone, and ever since then, any siren who could make a human fall in love with her and consume his heart would be crowned Queen of the Seven Seas.
No one had succeeded in the past two hundred years. Humans were more cautious now. The way they fell in love had changed, so it was harder to charm them than kill them. That was why Queen Asherah was so in shock with Ezili’s request. She didn’t believe her daughter could make history.
“Just give me a year, Mother,” Ezili pleaded as she clasped both hands in front of her chest. “I’ll steal a human’s heart and prove my ability as a great ruler.”
“Do you know what this would mean for you?” her mother said with a scornful smile, her fingers drumming on the armrests of the throne. “If you fail your mission and return to Ginevra, you’ll be a humiliation.”
Ezili swallowed hard. She knew her kind would never accept a princess who failed her mission. And so she’d be cast away, forced to live at the bottom of the sea, alone, exposed to all threats and sea monsters without her kind’s protection. This might not be worth the risk. But there was still that little voice inside her head that said, what if she made it? Hadn’t it always been her dream to finally put her hand on her mother’s trident and sat on that glorious throne?
“I know, Mother,” Ezili said, her jaw clenched as tight as her fists. “I’ll accept the consequences if I fail.”
Queen Asherah cocked her head to the side, her lips curled. “Very well,” she said at last. “You may begin tomorrow. Do whatever it takes. You have another year and should have the heart before your twenty-first birthday.”
Ezili frowned. Her anxiety was kicking in. A year sounded like a long time, but it could just be a blink of an eye. Still, she nodded her head. “Yes, Mother.”
“Good,” Queen Asherah said patiently and flicked her fingers at the door. “Koa, come in.”
Ezili turned as her sister swam into the throne room. There was blood on the corner of Koa’s heart-shaped lips. Could be her own, could be the man Ezili had drowned’s. No one truly knew when it came to Koa. Judging from the look she was giving Ezili, Ezili guessed her sister had heard the conversation. Just like their mother, Koa believed Ezili would fail, and the day she got to witness it would probably be the happiest day of her life.
“Mother, I’d like to have a word with you,” Koa said as she swam past Ezili, acting as if Ezili wasn’t there. “It’s about the mermaids. They’re causing trouble at those fringing reefs again.”
“It’s always those dirty little creatures,” Queen Asherah sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose. “Go, Ezili. You’re not needed here anymore.”
“Wait,” Ezili spoke, her heart hammering against her ribcage. “I-I would need your permission to travel on land.”
“Why?” Koa immediately asked, her eyes bulging with shock and rage. The latter more. She whipped her head back to their mother, probably expecting the Queen to deny Ezili’s request.
However, the Queen gave a nod. “Permission granted.”
“Mother!” gasped Koa. “No siren had travelled on land for decades!”
“No one has eaten their human lover’s heart in decades, either,” the Queen said, but the look she was giving Ezili said, “I’d love to see this one fail.”
As Koa let out a not so subtle laugh, Ezili didn’t react. She bowed to the Queen and quietly swam out of the room. Daughter of the sea she was, but she wasn’t cold enough for the ocean that raised her.

“Fuck,” the word escaped from Harry’s lips in a sharp breath as he buckled his hips, a hand roughly guiding the girl’s head as she worked her skilful mouth on his cock. She gripped his buttocks with both hands. Tears were running down her flushed cheeks and yet she kept taking his thrusts, encouraging him with her muffled cries.
He threw his head back against the shower’s tiled wall, his eyes pinched shut in overwhelming pleasure. From the bathroom, he could still hear the waves crashing onto the shore and was reminded that he was right by the beach. He’d worked nonstop for the last couple of months, so this vacation seemed almost surreal. He was having the best time of his life here in his new beach house. He’d just met this pretty lady last night at the bar, and now she was giving him the best head he’d ever received.
“Yes, baby, I love your mouth. Fuck me,” Harry grunted, stroking the woman’s cheek as he thrust his hips slowly in and out of her hot mouth. He was going to come. Almost–
The sound of his ringtone snapped him out of his orgasmic fantasy. He knew that ringtone and felt himself free falling from his peak. He had been ignoring his mother’s calls for a week now. So she might be calling to tell him his name had been crossed from the will.
The girl moaned in protest when he pulled his dick out of her mouth and patted her awkwardly on the head. “Sorry, baby, I gotta take this,” he said, pulling her up and kissing her on the lips.
She gave him a look of disbelief. “Really?”
“Yes.” He smiled. “Wait in the bedroom. I’ll be right out there with you.”
The girl said nothing, rolled her eyes and walked with wobbly legs out of the bathroom. Harry smirked as he knew he’d fucked her good, but it probably wasn’t a good image to have in his head when he was about to take his mother’s call.
“Hello?”
“Oh, there’s my least favourite child,” his mother said. Sometimes he wondered if she meant it. Probably did.
He let out a sigh and grabbed a towel to clean himself. “How are you, Mum?”
“Not dead, unfortunately.”
“Are you calling to say you’ve crossed my name off the will?”
“I’m considering it. But no. Just want to say happy birthday to my son. Is it too much?”
Harry wiped his palm over the fogged up mirror and stared at his own reflection. “No, Mum, but this isn’t a good time.”
“It’s always a good time for your mother, Harry. Anyway, are you going to the dinner party this weekend?”
“Do I have to?”
“Yes, I sent you an invitation last week.”
Harry groaned as he gripped the edge of the sink. “But it said a plus one was a must.”
“Yes, I know. I put it there myself.”
“Mum, I don’t have a plus one. You won’t let me bring Niall.”
“I love Niall, but I need you to bring a real date.”
“I don’t have one,” he repeated as if he hadn’t emphasised this for the hundredth time.
Still, it was never good enough for his mum to leave him alone. “Get one,” she said.
“Jesus,” he muttered, tossing his head back.
“It’s time you start taking all this dating thing seriously. You’re already twenty-four. When will you settle down?”
“Uh...not at twenty-four?”
There was a pause, and he honestly thought his mother would hang up. To his disappointment, she didn’t. “Come home this weekend. With a date.”
“Fine,” he huffed. “I’ll bring someone. If it makes you happy and keep my name on the will.”
“Good.” He could feel her smile in that one word that sounded more like a threat. Then, she said she loved him and hung up the phone.
When Harry returned to the bedroom, he was thinking about asking the girl if she wanted to be his plus one to his family’s event. But then he found her masturbating on his bed and moaning his name, and it hit him that she might not be what his mother wanted. And so they fucked and came two more times before they said goodbye. She told him to call her sometimes when he returned to London. He promised her he would, but didn’t save her number.
In the afternoon, he decided to go surfing on his private beach. Having spent most of his life in gloomy London, he wasn’t the best at surfing, but he’d travelled enough to be decent at it. It was sunny today, and the wind was just right, so he wanted to put some of his old skills to use.
He stood watching the swells and rhythm of the waves, waiting for the big one to come. The adrenaline rush as he stood on the board and rode the wave as it curled above his head sent him to heaven. The roar of the waves sent his spirit soaring. He savoured the salty air and kept getting back on the board every time he was knocked over.
But happiness didn’t last for too long.
Suddenly, the sky grew dark. It had been sunny a moment earlier, and now the dark clouds had gathered the vast sky above him. He lay on the board and tried to swim back to the shore, but the waves were too rough and unexpected. Water kept slapping against his face, shoving him away from the beach. He struggled against the currents as if there was a force that kept pulling him into the water. The more he fought, the stronger it got. He tried to scream for help when he realised nobody would hear him. The next thing he knew, he lost grip on his surfboard, and the violent water quickly consumed him.
.
.
.
He was an easy target.
The ones on the ships were always together, and it would be suspicious if she stole one of them. But this one was just floating alone by himself on the surface. She had seen humans ride waves before, and as much as she hated to admit, it was impressive. This one, however, was bad at it. He kept falling off the board and happily got back up as if it wasn’t embarrassing to watch him from a distance. He was probably the lesser intelligent of their kind. He was perfect for Ezili’s mission.
So she’d called the wind and tide to knock him unconscious. The moment he sank into the deep end, she hauled him back to the surface and took him to a cave where no one could find him.  She pushed his limp body onto the sand-covered rocks. Half her body still in the water, she arched up, reached under his shirt and pressed a hand against his chest. His heart thumped desperately beneath her palm. She leaned her head against it and listened to the drumming with a smile. She found herself fantasising about ripping that little thing out of his chest once she’d made him fall madly in love with her. She’d eat it in front of her entire kingdom. Her mother would be so proud, and Koa would be miserable. The thought made her happy. She lifted her head from his chest and hovered her hand over his heart. Her nails clutched his skin, and she imagined plunging her fist deeper. Her head snapped up when he started coughing. His head lolled in the sand and then his gaze focused. On her.
.
.
.
“Who are you?!” Harry jolted up and immediately backed away on his elbows. The girl in the water looked horrified. Where was he? Why was he in a cave? Where was his surfboard? And wait. Was this girl naked?!
“I saved you,” she said calmly, her eyebrows pinched together. “Why are you yelling?”
“Where the hell am I?” he continued to yell as he whipped his head from side to side. “And why are you naked?”
The girl innocently parted her long black hair and gazed down at her exposed chest. Harry knew he was fucked in the head when he got turned on by her perky breasts. He didn’t know this girl. She might be a crazy fan, and he might have been violated.
He immediately put his arms around his naked torso. “Who the fuck are you?!”
“Calm. Down.” She ground her teeth, her sapphire eyes focused on him. There was something about the look that calmed and terrified him at the same time. Like the ocean. “You’re safe, human. You had an accident, and I saved you.”
“Human?” Harry scoffed. This girl sounded crazy, but he couldn’t tell her that because she might also be dangerous. He tried to keep his composure and talked to her in a calm tone, “There’s no way you saved me. You’re just...a young girl.”
The girl tilted her head, looking amused by his remark. “I’m a siren.”
Harry blinked. “A what?”
“A siren.”
“For real?”
“Yes. I came from the ocean.”
It took Harry a moment to realise she wasn’t going to laugh because it might not be a joke. He immediately pushed himself to his feet, still a bit dizzy from the accident. He stood and stared at her for a moment, thinking.
“Niall hired you, didn’t he?”
The girl’s blue eyes narrowed. “What?”
Harry spread his arms and did a spin as he shouted into the air, “Okay, where’s the hidden camera?” He waited for his friends to jump out and scream, “Surprise, motherfucker!”, but all he got was the awkward echoes of his own voice inside the cave.
The girl in the water stared up at him with a raised eyebrow. “Who are you talking to?”
He put his hands on his hips and cocked his head to the side. “How much did Niall pay you?”
“Who’s Niall?”
Harry laughed dryly as he tapped a finger at the girl. “You’re a very good actress, but you cannot fool me. It’s my birthday so I know my friends hired you to pull a prank on me.”
The girl’s expression turned from confusion to disgust. “That’s how humans celebrate their birthdays?”
“Stop referring to us as humans!” Harry almost shouted as he gripped the air dramatically. “You’re not a fucking mermaid. How old do you think I am? I’m not gonna fall for that shit.”
“I’m not a mermaid.” She smiled at him like he was the idiot. “I’m a siren. Mermaids are our inferiors.”
“What’s the difference?” He couldn’t believe he’d just asked that.
She schooled her face, and he had a feeling that he was going to receive a lecture about mythical creatures. This girl either took her job too seriously, or she was just fucking crazy.
“Mermaids don’t look like us. They’re horrible looking creatures living at the bottom of the ocean. They do nothing but gossip and cause drama. Sirens are highborn. We’re kings, and queens, and warriors. We’re trained to fight and kill for our kingdoms.”
Harry groaned into his palms. It was like having a conversation with his nephew, who had just learned the difference between a horse and a cow. He threw his hand in the air. “Show me your tail then.”
The girl gave a shrug. Then, from beneath the water surface, a glowing fishtail emerged, the scales reflecting the sunlight and sparkling like little green and purple and blue gemstones. How much had Niall paid for this costume? All this for a stupid birthday prank?
Harry got down on his hands and knees beside the water edge, coming face to face with the girl. She smoothed her damp hair backwards and smiled proudly at his astonishment.
“It looks so fucking real. Holy shit.”
“Because it is,” the girl said.
Harry swallowed hard as he reached out his hand. Before he could even blink, the girl’s eyes turned white as she bared two pointed fangs and hissed. Harry jolted backwards, landing on his butt. The fake tail slammed onto the water surface and splashed cold seawater all over him. Harry was catching his breath as he wiped the burning sensation of salt off his eyes. His vision cleared again, and he watched with horror as the girl's fangs shrank, and the white things in her eyes that resembled egg membranes slid upward to reveal her irises. Harry could feel every muscle in his body shaking.
Face screwed up, she snarled at him, “Don’t ever touch my tail without my permission, you filthy creature!”
Harry worked his jaw, still trembling. “T-That’s a real tail?”
“Yes.” The girl eyed condescendingly at his crotch. “As I could see, human tails aren’t so impressive.”
“Wha—“ When he understood what she meant, his cheeks grew hot, and he cupped his manhood over his swimming trunks. “Hey, you—What the fuck? That’s so rude!”
She looked genuinely surprised at his reaction. “Well, you saw my tail.”
“This isn’t—”
“What? Humans are so ashamed of their tiny tails that they have to hide them?”
Harry cleared his throat, lowkey triggered by the adjective. “Okay, first of all, mine is definitely not tiny. Second of all, what the fuck are you?”
“A siren.”
Harry repeated the word, mumbling it over and over, yet it didn’t feel like a real word. Nothing felt real anymore. Maybe he was hallucinating. Maybe he was stuck in this weird kinky dream because he'd been watching too much porn. But he didn’t feel sexually attracted to this...creature, well, not anymore, so this was definitely not a wet dream. But Niall hadn’t jumped out to tell him it was only a prank.
Just a few hours ago, he had been on the beach, drinking cocktails, and now, he was in a cave somewhere talking to a half-human half-fish.
Holy. Fucking. Shit. What was happening?

Siren Masterlist
Caudal (ao3) - FoxyAtlas
Summary: The cave has two exits. One, a hole in the ceiling, wide enough that Phil could see the stars glitter at night. The other exit was through the pool in the middle of the cave, where they’d come from.
The siren leaned against the cave wall a few meters away, tending to his wound. It wasn’t bleeding anymore, but the damage was done. Sharks circled in the pool, desperate for a taste of the merman.
The hole in the ceiling was too high up, the walls too steep to climb. The sharks circled in the pool of water, ready to eat whatever comes their way. No way out. Phil was stuck, with no food, no fresh water, no hope to escape, and a siren who had tried to drown him not hours before.
(held him captive in my kiss) (ao3) -  bokeae
Summary: Dan’s a sadistic siren with fingers tinted blue and Phil’s a silent coward who fears bravery.
Midnight and Crimson (ao3) - 2amphan
Summary: Dan is a siren, a mythical creature who lures sailors to their deaths with his beautiful voice. Phil is a sailor who just so happens to fall into Dan's trap.
Play Upon Me Like This Piano (ao3) - Elleberquist6
Summary: In many ways, Phil's life is perfect: he loves his life in London, he has a wonderful brother and parents, and he has a great job as a radio DJ for BBC Radio One. There's only one thing missing in his life... A rumor reaches an executive at the BBC about a talented local piano player named Daniel. The executive decides that Daniel would be the perfect guest on Phil's radio show, so she sends Phil to speak with the evasive and mysterious piano player. When they finally meet, Phil starts to think that he has found the person who will make his life complete. Unfortunately, Dan has a secret that will make getting close to him difficult.
Siren Call (ao3) - natigail
Summary: Beware of the siren's call, they tell you.
Dan had heard enough horror stories about sirens to be thoroughly terrified. He never wanted to go near the water, but as fate would have it, Dan's father had to sign him up for on a merchant's ship bound for the siren's passage. Dan had a sinking feeling that he was not going to survive an encounter with one of the deadly predators. Those touched by the siren's kiss were bound to drown. Except... it doesn't go quite like that.
siren song (ao3) - lestered (clonetrobed)
Summary: He thinks of last night, teetering on the edge of the cliff, so happy with the idea of following Phil’s voice all the way down. That’d been a particularly close call, and he doesn’t even care. He just wants to hear the song again.
The Siren - auroraphilealis
Summary: Once, a long, long time ago, Phil had heard a story – a strange story, so fantastical he hadn’t known whether or not to laugh, eyes wide and terrified amidst it all, - about a mermaid, a siren, who supposedly stole away the sailors of the sea to the bottom of the ocean, never to be seen again.
The Sirens - walruslovechild
Summary - In a dying London, a dark creature rises from the shadows every night at curfew. Phil travels with a stranger when London falls to chaos. Dystopian AU
we'll spend some time, forever (ao3) - sierraadeux
Summary: Dangerous, the primal part of his brain supplied. He’d been selective about ignoring it lately, and maybe if he would take two seconds to fill his mind with anything but the beautiful creature, he would realize just how much he was starting to integrate. Bad.
But he was so, so good. So pretty. or Two sets of legs, two tails, one human.

I don't know if it can help your Kakairu Pirate AU but I just watch Orca vs Great White Shark battle. Fyi Great White Shark is the deadliest shark in ocean. Since Kakashi's father is called White Fang, I think White Shark is suitable nickname for Pirate Kakashi.
The thing is, White Shark is the top predator in ocean, but if they met orca, it will not end well for them. They will lose, they will become Orca's prey. Orca is dolphin species. And Iruka name literally means dolphin.
Omg XD I love this. The idea that this big bad pirate named after the most deadly creature in the water shows up and meets this really friendly dude stuck in prison for the crime of *looks at fic* being a good person
And then immidiatly goes weak for him. Becomes his prey instead of the other way around
I’m in love with it
Kakashi’s going to have a fit when he finds out iruka’s name XD

Mer AU stuff
I came up with some lore for the Kirby Mer au last night in bed lol. in the sea, there are 3 types/races of merfolk- Deepfins, Sharpfins, and Reeffins. -Deep-fins live in the depths of the sea. It’s rare to see one beyond their natural habitat, due to their very light-sensitive eyes. Not much is known about them. -Sharp-fins consist mostly of sharks and other strong/deadly people, and they've taken it upon themselves to stop the pollution. They seem to live in the open ocean, but that’s just a theory;  -Reef-fins are the peaceful folk who live in the reefs. They prefer to run from the pollution when it shows up. Here’s my ideas for what some of the Characters are: Dedede- Human. He meets Kirby washed up on the shore battered and unconscious, entangled in a fishing net. He takes him in for a bit to nurse him back to health. He then returns Kirby to the ocean- but there’s one problem- Kirby doesn’t want to leave Dedede. Meta Knight- Mako Shark. He’s taken a more aggressive approach to stopping the pollution. He attacks most (If not all) Fishing boats he encounters, and anyone who threatens the ocean. He meets Kirby, a curious little Reef-fin who chases the source of the pollution, and tries to stop him (Only to prove just how capable he is). Kirby- A little pink Tropical fish (Or a dumbo octopus idk yet). He tries to go after the pollution after it threatens to take his home, but gets interrupted by a storm that beaches him on the sand. Escargoon- Rainbow Guppy (Guys just let me have this...). He was captured and experimented on by humans, until he was rescued by Meta Knight, and as a result, he is very wary of humans. He lived in a different reef than Kirby, but no longer, as it has been engulfed in the pollution. Now, without a home, he wanders the vast sea... And narrowly avoiding being eaten by large creatures in the process. Marx- Anglerfish. Like most male anglers, he’s small. He’s about the same size as a normal Reef-Fin, so imagine what a female angler is like. Nobody knows exactly where he came from, but we assume he’s from the depths like most Deep-Fins. Nobody even knows why he’s in the reefs. Once he gains his powers, he changes to look more like a female angler, a lure and everything. He enjoys messing with the Humans- Stealing their bait, splashing them, scaring them- basically just anything in general. It’s like he’s not afraid of being captured at all.

I love mermaid au and I hyperfixate on ocean life so I would like to share my buccigang species hc’s! I may do more for other parts as well (I absolutely will)
Abbacchio would be an Australian purple lion fish. They’re beautiful, and you truly cannot tell their gender most of the time. They’re generally not too violent unless their territory is threatened, and then they switch up VERY quickly, their deadly venom can take down even the scariest creature.
Bruno would be a spotted eagle ray. They’re non-violent and in fact caring. But if they are handled incorrectly they can get violent. They’re social animals, they swim in groups a lot. They’re also very familial, which in this case would apply to the buccigang.
Fugo!! My child!! He would be a moray eel! They’re pretty chill, and isolate themselves a lot. They only get violent if aggravated by an outward source (narancia 👁👁) and are SO SMART and known as great strategists.
Giorno! My OTHER child. Would be a blue-ringed octopus. They have a beautiful golden base and blue rings that really remind me of his elegance. BUT please don’t underestimate them, they’re venomous enough to the point it can take down a fucking army (a lie, but you get my point). They’re also generally calm unless, you guessed it, aggravated. Also if you hadn’t known after they hatch their parents leave them!
Narancia would DEF be a leopard shark! They don’t get very large and they even have a lot of “playful” behaviours. They also travel in large groups, they’re a nomadic species, whom in this case would be the buccigang, again. They’re adaptable to situations and captivity and are very strong as well.
Trish would be a pink beta fish. I am AWARE that males are the only “pretty” ones. But my mermaid au headcanons... MY RULES. They’re pretty snooty but they are VERY intelligent despite that. They’re quick and territorial as well. And they’re just so pretty.
Mista would def be a.... Mandarinfish! They’re so pretty and generally just do their own thing... but! They have an outer coating of mucus on its body, a toxin if you will. And it smells RANCID (I’ve smelled one 0/10 do NOT recommend). But despite that they have been observed to be EXTREMELY determined to do what they must, including getting food, defending, offending, or even just doing day to day tasks.
May I please be 🦈 anon? -🦈
that was the cutest (and also the first) info dump I’ve ever gotten in my askbox I love all of this I love you
Seriously this was actually very informative and I love learning about new things and now my brain has more creases in it from learning about fish so thank you luv :)))))
YES YOU CAN BE 🦈!!!!! If any anon wants to be an emoji too, hit me up! I love interacting with followers and would love to refer to y’all as something individual besides anon💖💖💖

Everything’s better down where it’s wetter! Below are my Top 5 Favorite stories:
"where can i put it down?” (T, 6k) by layersofsilence
The beach is deserted, and the waves loud. Today the very sea chatters, buzzing with the news: there’s going to be a mating. There are only four days between the announcements and the ceremony - and then Steve sees his mate's face, and his heart sinks. He knows that face. He loves - he’d loved that face. Right up until he’d seen it again, and wasn’t that a laugh?
+ Fantasy AU. Arranged marriage with Mer Steve and Selkie Bucky. Ex-lovers, both thought the other was human
-☆-
“Yours is the Only Ocean” (E, 6k) by seapigeon
"Sirens aren’t monogamous. She’s free to mate with whoever she wants.” Steve turns his head, and for the first time, he looks tentative. “So am I.”
It takes Bucky almost a full minute to understand.
“Oh,” he says, going warm down to his tailfin.
+ Fantasy AU. Siren Steve only eats invasive species and Mer Bucky thinks he's neat
-☆-
“Even Underneath the Waves” (E, 20k) by leveragehunters (Monkeygreen)
When the siren came to the merfolk clan in search of a temporary mate she knew she'd bear a daughter, a full-blooded siren, powerful and deadly. Instead she bore a son.
It was hard to be the son of a siren, a creature of suspicion in the eyes of his father's people, and Steve soon left his father's clan to wander the oceans alone. Alone, that is, until he found a human like he'd never seen. A human dressed all in black, surrounded by blood and death. A human whose heart's desire, buried deep beneath an inhuman shell, was crying out not to kill.
+ Shrinkyclinks. Mer Steve saves the Winter Soldier and keeps him away from Hydra
-☆-
“Eleven-Foot-Six” (T, 13k) by dappledplatypus (shut_the_jongup)
The world doesn't know much about the merpeople, other than the fact that they exist. So, when Steve and the other staff at the New England Aquarium's rehabilitation center find themselves with a badly injured mer on their hands, they aren't sure what to do.
+ Modern AU. Injured thresher shark Buck ends up at Steve’s rehab center and forms a crush
-☆-
“Blue Scales” (E, 52k) by chaya
Bucky and merSteve met as kids in Brooklyn. When Bucky goes off to war, Steve gets the help of Merskine to get some human legs and extra muscle to go save his POW boyfriend. Together they form the Howling Commandos and fight the good fight before going down in a plane together and getting frozen for decades. When they wake up, canon is more or less restored, minus the part where Bucky was never kidnapped a second time and Steve shapeshifts back and forth from scaley to fleshy. (All very minor details.)
+ Pre-War to Post Defrosting. Mermaid Steve and human Bucky with the Avengers. The one where the Avengers babysit merchildren
-☆-

Just some Merformers world building, don’t mind me-
Ok, so, this is literally just a large dump of whatever that’s related to my merformers AU, so it’s literally going to be so random (owo’) hope you enjoy this trash
—————————✧—————————
What are merformers?:
Well, there more like large humanoid fish than they are half fish half human. They have the basic upper body shape of a human — head, neck, arms, hands, torso — but all of their other characteristics are much more fish like. Their skin is often very colorful and can be any color under the sun and horns that grown almost anywhere on them. They also usually happen to be huge. You have the more human-sized ones called minimers, but the rest of them typically are several times larger that their land based cousins.
Merformers are very powerful creatures. While they already have inhuman strength and durability, they can also hold “superpowers”. All merformers are able to camouflage, but they mainly use this ability to change their “paint jobs”. Most stick to the colors they are born with though.
The reason they’re called merformers is the fact that they have the ability to transform into a human at will. They are very much naked, unless they had something in their larger form, but those don’t shrink down. Several mers have built small cabins by the sea that are stocked with clothes and canned goods. Many hide their valuables in their cabins, so no, they aren’t rarely used. Many mers actually stay in their cabins during the spring and fall when the weather isn’t going to dehydrate of freeze them. Only family or close friends know the location of a mer’s cabin as many valued items are there. These cabins don’t have appliances or anything of the such. Merformers aren’t very friendly with humans as they pollute their homes and cause plague breakouts with all their waste material — chemicals mainly. This means that they don’t associate themselves with humans very often. Their cabins have no electricity, plumbing, or anything of the like.
Merformer Racial Groups:
Yes, merformers have their own races. The saying “every shape serves a purpose” still stands in this AU and different merformers have different builds.
Whale Class - Very, very, large merformers made of more skin that scale or armor. They have long tails that resemble whale tails, and their fins usually aren’t webbed like other mers. They’re actual appendages. Examples are Optimus Prime, Ultra Magnus, and Fortress Maximus.
Shark Class - Though usually smaller than those of the Whale Class, those of the Shark Class are large and powerful. They are basically Whale Class mers with shark tails and more teeth/claws. They often serve as guards or mine workers. Main example is Megatron (because I can’t think of any others right now XD).
Seeker Class - Dolphins. That’s all I have to say. They’re often seeing who can jump the highest out of the water. Examples include Slipstream, Dirge, and Ramjet (the main trine is part of this class but not fully).
Speed Class - Very flashy and very fast. They are often either very sleek and lack extra fins or are covered in them. Examples are Knockout and Blurr.
Octopus Class - Usually medics with all their tentacles. Good multitaskers and very sharp. They’re often more anxious mers are will go into camo mode when frightened. They can have beaks, like First Aid does. Examples are Ratchet and First Aid.
Eel Class - very silent, very slender, and very deadly. Often serve as spies or racers, but are usually very reclusive. Main example is Soundwave.
Norm Class - Just fishes (OwO) They have webbed fins and smaller bodies (usually) than the other classes.
Minimer Class - More of a subclass, but these mers are very tiny compared to their brethren. Human-sized. Often wear little visors and masks (still working on why). Examples are symbiotes (cassettes), Rewind, and Tailgate.
Mixed (subclass) - Mixed mers, or mers with parents of different classes. They’re not belittled for this. They’re just as popular as the Norm Class. They have one class they mainly stick with. Examples are the main seeker trine (seeker/shark class), Breakdown (shark/octopus class), and Soundwave (eel/octopus class).
There are probably more classes that I will add later, but these are the ones for now.
Merformer War(s):
Unless I come up with some marvelous idea, the Quintessa War never happened (n-n’) I don’t have a good idea that fits the lore yet
The main war is going on though. The Autobots are now called the Autobons (taken from the Latin word “bonum” with means “good”, they’re not rabbits) as I don’t think mers would take “bot” very kindly. Even if they want to protect humans, they still don’t appreciate their machines and what they’re doing to their home.
The Decepticon keep their name though. Megatron started the war in an attempt to overthrow the humans. He originally wasn’t going to try and wipe them out, but as the war has continued, his mentality has been highly skewed. He simply wanted to overthrow them and make them stop polluting the ocean, but Optimus wanted a more peaceful approach that wouldn’t cause them to break the ancient codes (one of them being “don’t talk to human, they will destroy you, yada yada”). With all the chaos, their home became desolate and uninhabitable (Bermuda Triangle). Only recently did the US government become part of the war, creating a “base” of sorts on land where the Decepticons usually never dwelt (it was an old aquarium, because the gov was cheap and wanted to stud-*cough* get to know them better). Several teens somehow find their way here (always teens, they basically make up the staff now) and were “hired” by the government in an attempt to keep them quiet. They consist of Spike, Buster, and Sam Witwicky, Sari Sumdac, Jack Darby, Miko Nadkadai, Raf Esquivel, Verity Carlo, Hunter O’Nein, and Jimmy Pink (small headcanon to my own AU that Verity is actually half mer and Magnus is very much her biological father, but I’m still working on that).
—————————✧—————————
That’s all I have for now. Feel free to ask questions! I’ll definitely be wanting to answer those. Also, sorry for any misspelled words. I didn’t really go back to spellcheck.

Robert Laing and siren
Warning: Violence, Gore, Blood, Death, Character death, Smut, dub-con?, Dismemberment, Mention of rape.
A/n: another for my classic movie monster AUs
The Sirens are beautiful but deadly creatures.
To the Sirens first shalt thou come, who bewitch all men, whosoever shall come to them. Whoso draws nigh them unwittingly and hears the sound of the Sirens' voice, never doth he see wife or babes stand by him on his return, nor have they joy at his coming; but the Sirens enchant him with their clear song, sitting in the meadow, and all about is a great heap of bones of men, corrupt in death, and round the bones the skin is wasting.
Translation of homers the odyssey
"Robert! Rover! Come to me!" The voice in his head called to him. That sweet beautiful voice was like sweet, sweet honey. Making a man come to his knees, willing to do anything and everything for her. His crazy mind seemed to be calm as he walked downstairs to the level of the pool.
"Robert, Oh Robert! Please come to me." The voice becoming louder, as he neared the pool doors. The garbage through out the hall smelled, the lower levels were the worst. People in the low parts of the high rise went completely insane. Rape and murder were what had become to the lower residence of the building. Women and children sobs could be heard behind closed doors. Their cry's for lost loved ones.
"I've missed you Robert! Please come to me." The voice called again. A moan of want was heard from the pool. Pushing the large double doors, he stepped inside.
The room was beautiful. It had seem that what was once ruined by the inhabitants, garbage would be scattered all throughout the room. Chairs broken had been tossed about. The pool filled with the same garbage, chairs and god knows what. Now the room was filled with Lush furniture, small palm trees lined the walls. The walls were now painted a beautiful warm welcome color. Not the yellowy grimy color that had once been, in most spots the paint was peeling away.
Once fully in, he spotted the woman that voice sang to him. The woman herself was beautiful, her body unclothed. Her naked form laid on plush pillows next to the pools edge. Her full breasts on full display for him and him alone. Half her face hidden behind long lush silky locks. That she was currently brushing. Robert cleared his throat as he approached not wish to startle her. She stop, turning her head to look, her hair never moved from the part of her face. Her smile was shy, her eye flutter long lashes moved like butterfly wings. She giggled as she moved her long legs to sit, before she rose. Humming as she moved. Robert eyes roamed over her body. His eyes looked over plump hips and thighs. Licking his lips as her quim now bare for him.
She moved towards the crystal clear water. Her hips swaying from side to side. Her plump ass jiggle just a bit. Enough to feel his cock twitch at the sight. His already hardened cock ached, wanting nothing more then to bury himself inside deep inside her. Peeking over her shoulder seeing he he had followed her. Her hand moved, rolling her fingers a silently answer to follow. Her spell on Robert was strong, flowing her to the edge of the water. Once Robert was behind her. She stepped back into him. Her body flushed against his.
"I've missed you, my love." She whispered, gabbing a hold of his hands moving them on to her body, begging for his touch. Her cool skin sent a shiver down his spin. "I've longed for you touch." Letting his hand slide over her skin. Her flesh damp like she had been in the pool.
"Darling you’re cold." Robert spoke, as his hand moved over curves. Cupping under her heavy breasts. Wanting nothing more then sucking on those ample breasts, his tongue rolling over hardening nipples.
"Then come and warm me up." Her songful moan and roll of her hips were enough to make any man ready to take her, over any surface. Pulling away from Robert she slipped into the clear calm water. Her Whispers echoed in the air, wanting him to come with. Immediately he started stripping. Once robber was on full display. She licked her lip, her eyes on his impressive length.
Slowly stepped into the chilled waters, he never noticed the real picture. Everything in the room was dark, light flickered, everything around the room fallen to shambles. Death claimed this room, the thick stench of rot, decay, blood, bio, piss and everything in between filled the air. The thick water darken from the blood of rotting body's that floated in the water. Skulls floated past Robert as he waited in the water, flesh completely gone somewhere bobbing along on the water. Eyes and other disemboweled parts, parted around him as he moved through dead water. He's eyes only on her and what she sang to him. Never once felling the sludge of decaying arm rub against his own naked body.
"Come here you little minx." Robert called, She smirked as she happily swam around giggling. Robert giving chase. “Got you.” Cornering her in the deeper part of the swamp like water. She wiggles and giggled her voice all to appetizing. Her hands roamed over the tone torso. Humming in approval, admiring the way it felt under her webbed fingers, that Robert never notice.
“Beautiful flesh,” She hummed. “I could just nibble on it.” Her hands roamed down his body. Finding him twitching under her touch. Roberts own hands kneaded at soft heavy breasts once more. Her skin soft and silky, water trickling down from her wet hair. Still part of her face hidden.
“Do as you please love.” Robert moaned, the lids of his eyes fell closed, while she played with his shaft. Moving up and down, her thumb rolling over the tip. She smirked as he spoke. He was hers now and forever.
Her lips moved towards his. Kissing him with such need, and want. His right hand wrapped around her waist pulling her into him. She slid his ready cock inside he welcoming core. He gasped as he entered her tight quim. Her walls clamped around his thick cock. The feeling of being deep inside her almost making him cum, she was unbelievably tight. She moved against him with ease. Wrapping her legs around his waist, as he trusted into her. Water slashing around their bodies. Her claws digging deep in to his flesh, he hissed against her swollen lips. Blood seeped out from under her grasp. Her song still being song, it was as if she was in his mind humming her sweet spell in ever corner of his brain.
She bit his lip as she came quickly around his cock. Sharp shark like teeth pierced his bottom lip. Robert whimpered in pain. She smirked and snarled as she pulled away. Her form chances from a beautiful woman. To a creature he had never seen before. Her eyes a sickly grey and lifeless. Her skin now putrid green, and what was once soft silky flesh, now was scaly and ruff like sand paper. Her mouth now wide with rows of sharps teeth. Dropped with his blood. A creature of what nightmares would of come from. And she watched as she continued to fuck him, he was unable to get away from her grasp. Her legs squeezed tighter around him. Bones cracked as she squeezed. He screamed in agony, desperately trying to push away. Long pointed tongue flicked out lick her lips.
Her beautiful voice that song sweet inviting words to him. Were now screeching of blood and death, growling and wicked laughter. Her claws tearing into flash of his back, ripping meat from the bone. Robert realizing who she was in that moment apologized, pleated, and begging for her to stop. To spare him. But he was just like all other men. He was no different then the ones who now float in the water. Men that had dragged her down the halls and into this room, raping her repeatedly. Then tossing her away like garbage into the water. Leaving her to drawn. But only to survive and seek vengeance on every single man in the high rise. Her now formers lover had now become one of her victims, he too was guilty. He had chosen another lover, tossing her aside. Leaving her to the wolves of men. Never once coming to her aid as she screamed for him.
He would never charm any whore with his tongue as she pulled it out from his mouth. His hand could no long hold another skank, in the bed they shared. His arm severed from his body. Her mouth opened wide as she struck down onto the flesh of his neck. Ripping his throat out. Now he could never call another woman’s name in bed. His cock could never stray and find warmth in another’s cunt. He was hers as she dragged his now lifeless corpse into the depths of the murky waters.
They sit beside the ocean, combing their long golden hair and singing to passing sailors. But anyone who hears their song is bewitched by its sweetness, and they are drawn to that island like iron to a magnet. And their ship smashes upon rocks as sharp as spears. And those sailors join the many victims of the Sirens in a meadow filled with skeletons.

The Storm
Okay so I have been absolutely in love with a certain someone’s mermaid AU since it was first created, but after her post about it I just couldn’t help myself!!
So, here is a little gift for @thestarrynightgazer
Hope you like it, Kat~ (Mind my spelling and grammar errors it is not proof read)
Damn it. That was all he could think. Damn it all. Of course going outside the safety of the reef during the biggest storm of the year had been a stupid idea; why had he ever believed otherwise? Oh yeah, that’s right. He had wanted to prove his brother wrong. Meliodas was always so overprotective of him, never let him do anything on his own. He had never even swam outside the last ring of corals without him. But today he had had enough, and somehow he had gotten it into his mind that the best way to show he was capable to make it in his own was to swim outside their protected home and collect the materials they needed for their next project. He had been so sure he’d make it back in time before the storm, or that he could at the very least be able to out maneuver the currents to make it back home in time. But joke was on him, he had ended up making the biggest mistake of his life. The currents was far too strong for him. No matter how much he swam and fought against it, he only seemed to get further and further away from the reef. He had since long given up on trying to bring back the seashells they had been looking for for so long in favor of just trying to get home, but even that he was failing at. Oh how much he’d give to be with his brother again, safe within the protective walls of the corals and plants growing around them. But no, instead he was here; fighting for his life not to get swept away.
He squinted his eyes, trying to make out his surroundings in the dark waters but could see nothing. All he could see was black all around him, along with the feel of the cold water engulfing his entire body; making it go numb. He could no longer tell if his tail was moving or not, the only thing on his mind being the absolute exhaustion he felt. Maybe if he could just close his eyes for a few seconds….. No. If he did that the streams would sweep him away and then he might never find his way back home again. He slapped his own cheek, trying to hit some sense into himself.
“Come on, you have to do this” He told himself, shaking his head to try and bring more clarity to his foggy mind. “You have to! Otherwise you’ll never see the others again!” The thought hurt. To never be able to see his friends again…? To never be able to hug Meliodas again..? Even if he thought his brother was absolutely insufferable at times, he still loved him… Because he was the only family he had left. Come on now Zeldris, get yourself together! You just have to- He inhaled sharply as the pain washed over him in waves. He flailed his arms, feeling the current starting to sweep him away as he could no longer move his tail. He winced  as he could taste the blood around him; panic suddenly clouding his mind. Oh no. This was bad. He was bleeding…. A lot. He moved his hands down over his lower body, letting out a muffled noise as his fingers moved over his lower rib cage where his skin was cut open. He bit his lip, taking a deep breath before pressing his hands over it. He had to stop the bleeding, or else it might attack sharks of other predators to him, which would be and absolute catastrophe. He let out a string of curses as he desperately tried to get himself in the right direction, to try and swim home again. But he was spinning around so quickly that he could no longer even tell what was up and down.
“No no no, please!!” He pleaded, turning and spinning in a useless attempt to get it to stop. “Meliodas! Please help me!!” His shout echoed through the empty waters around him, but received no response. He could feel the burning in his eyes again - it’s what the humans called ‘tears’ he had learnt - but could do nothing as he was brought further and further away from his home.
“Anyone!! Hel-” His sentence was cut short as the pain shot through his head, before everything stopped.
Arthur lazily kicked the small stones on the ground in front of him, walking along the beach by himself. All he could hear was the waves gently hitting the rocks and sand around him, occasionally splashing up enough to reach him where he was. He let out a heavy sigh, shaking his head as his eyes trailed along the edges of his little island. His mentor had left him here a few weeks ago, intending to keep him safe from all the chaos on the mainland. She had been kind enough to provide him with a nice house and more than enough food and servants to keep him happy. However, being the young and energetic man he was, Arthur was already bored out of his mind. Earlier this morning he had snuck out of the large mansion and down to the beach, going to search for interesting or peculier things that might have washed ashore during the storm that had raged on all night. This far he had only found large tree logs, seaweed and some cloths here and there, but nothing that really caught his attention all too much.
That is until he heard a strange sound coming from just beyond the cliffs at the far end of the shore.
Shit. That was far too close. Zeldris bit his lip as he shifted in the shallow water, his back scratching painfully against the rock behind him. He had never seen a human this close before, and he was honestly caught off guard by it. He looked very young, with bright orange hair that seemed so extremely fluffy that Zeldris had forgot to breathe for a second. He put his hand over his mouth, trying to slow down his jagged breathing where he sat. It was rare for him to be up at the surface, but he had no choice this time. He was currently stuck in an extremely shallow pool of water, and it did not seem like he was getting out of there anytime soon. The storm must have washed him up here. Judging from how the sun stood, Zeldris quickly drew the conclusion that the high tides were already on their way out; which meant his little tiny water puddle would very soon be dry land. Which also meant that he’d be even more stuck than he already was, though it also brought the risk of him getting dried out and potentially….. dying. He internally cursed himself again. Why had he done this. It had been so stupid. Why couldn’t he just listen to his brother for once!? He tried turning where he sat, wanting to get out of this miserable spot as soon as possible, when he felt a sharp pain over his lower rib cage again. He winced, hand flying down over the place the pain was radiating from. It was almost so that he did not dare look, afraid if what he would see if he did. After taking a few unsteady and panicked breaths - not being used to breathing air - he finally managed to direct his eyes down to examine the wound. He could feel himself let out the breath he didn’t even know he was holding as the would proved to be much less serious than he had initially thought. It was bleeding yes, and it also hurt like all hell. But it didn’t seem to be anything deadly. The worst thing that could happen was that he could get a scar. He shook his head, placing his hand back over the cut in his skin to stop more blood from flowing out. That’s when he heard the noise. It was footsteps; the sound of bare feet scraping against gravel. Oh god no, this isn’t happening. Zeldris watched in horror mixed terror as some of the bushes next to him were pushed away; revealing the ginger haired human from earlier staring at him with wide eyes.
“No way….”

He knew that Merlin always told him to stay out of trouble, and to not go and investigate possible dangerous things on his own. However, Arthur was also very very bad at actually following the instructions she gave him, as his curiosity tended to always get the better of him. So that was how he had quickly found himself carefully sneaking over to the source of the weird noise. Walking over, he didn’t really know what he had expected. But as he stood here, jaw dropped to the floor as his gaze was locked on the creature in front of him, this was really beyond his expectations. He had heard many sailors tell tales of mermaids swimming through the ocean, however he had never for a moment stopped to consider if it might be true. And he desperately wanted to cling onto that little piece of logic he had always seen in the world, that no such fairy tale creatures existed. Yet he could not deny the fact that the mermaid in front of him was real. He gulped a little, blinking several times before he trusted that his eyes were not fooling him. He let his gaze wander over the clearly terrified mermaid in front of him, and he could quickly conclude several things. The stories were not overstated, there creatures really had an out of this world beauty to them. Everything about him seemed so…. extraordinary. Those deep green eyes, his raven black hair and that long, green tail that looked to be made of pure emerald as it glittered in the sunlight. The third thing he noticed, which his brain seemed to have somehow skipped over at first, was the fact that this wasn’t really a mermaid, but more of a merman. And the last thing he saw was that he was hurt. His hand covered up the wound itself, pressed over it almost painfully hard it seemed, however the blood was still dripping down on the ground. Without really thinking, Arthur immediately went to try and help him cover it up, to stop any more serious infections while it was still possible. But as soon as he moved, the boy in front of him seemed to panic and tried to move away from him. However, the pool of water he was in was far too small for him to get anywhere. He was stuck.
“No no no wait!” Arthur said, holding out his hands to try and get him to calm down. “I’m not going to hurt you, I just want to help you with your wound!” He was met by a sceptical look on his face, his green eyes still colored with terror.
“Can you understand what I’m saying” He continued, sitting down next to the little puddle. “Do you have a name..?” Silence spread between the two of them, the sound of the waves crashing into the stones around them being the only thing that could be heard.
“M-my name is Zeldris” Arthur's eyes widened in surprise when he heard his voice. It was so…. Alluring. It had this strange softness to it, like the ocean waves on a calm day, yet it still had somewhat of a sharp edge to the tone.
“I’m Arthur” He smiled at him, reaching out his hand for a shake, however Zeldris just gave it a strange look. Okay, humans and mermaids do not have the same customs. He made a mental note to remember that in the future, might prove to be useful.
“So… You said you wanted to help” Zeldris mumbled, looking up at him though his dark bangs, still seeming somewhat sceptical.
“Yes, I want to help you clean that wound. It looks like it might end up getting infected if not treated soon” He explained, pointing to the blood that was still dripping down on the ground. Zeldris looked down at it, seemingly considering his options for a moment.
“What do you gain out of helping me? What do you expect in return?” He questioned, voice suddenly much sharper than before.
“I…. I don’t expect anything” Arthur managed out, shocked and confused with his surprising reaction. “I merely wish to treat you. That’s how I was raised…. I was always taught to offer help to those in need” The merman eyed him up and down, squinting his eyes as if it would somehow help him see through a non existing facade.
“Fine, I’ll.. I’ll accept your help” He finally sighed, shoulders dropping down as he relaxed from the tensed up posture he had held for several minutes.
“Good” Arthur smiled, feeling proud of himself for convincing him to accept his help. “Stay here and I’ll be right back! I just need to run and gather some things so I can give you proper care!” He stood up again, feeling somewhat dizzy from the sudden drop of blood pressure. However he easily shook it off and started to head back to the mansion.
“W-wait!!” Zeldris called out, reaching out a hand towards him to somehow get him to stop. And he did. He looked back at the merman with a confused expression, tilting his head slightly.
“What is it?”
“Y-you can’t tell anyone that I’m here…” He said, redirecting his gaze away from him. “Please?”
“Of course. You have my word that no one shall find out you’re here” Arthur promised before quickly turning around and running back up the long hill towards the house.
Zeldris was still shaking slightly even as the human was gone. Uh oh, this is bad. Meliodas had always warned him of humans. They were the rulers of the surface world; selfish and ruthless creatures that just destroyed and took as they saw fit. Many parts of their home had been completely ruined by their inventions in the search for food. According to his brother, the human race had lost all their sense of balance many thousands of years ago, abandoning the sacred ways of giving back just as much as you take from the world. Zeldris had seen them on their ships, fighting and killing even each other without even batting an eye. It had been a horrific scene. After that, he had sworn to never ever speak to a human, yet here he were. His survival now depended on this young human man with violet eyes and fiery hair. Arthur. It was a name he had never heard before. To his ears it sounded strange, yet still beautiful. I like it. He sighed for himself, looking up at the bright blue sky. Wonder how I’ll find my way back…. I must be far far away from home. Maybe he could possibly ask that human, Arthur, if he had any idea where they were. Though on the other hand, humans and mermaids probably don’t use the same names on things. He shook his head, closing his eyes for a moment. He had to figure this out…. But for now, he would just rest. He could sort things out later, when he wasn’t half bleeding to death. Yes, that was a good idea…. That’s what he’ll do.

The Bottomless Blue - Chapter Three
Merman!Hux x Reader
this chapter is based off of this au
One minute, sharks. Sleek and predatory in the water, with their cool eyes and their sharp teeth. The next - her. Flashing scales stunning in the water, with a jaw just as deadly, claws slashing and snarling as she curled around the mermaid. That was how they first met.
previous
Today was the day.  You were going back to the shipwreck to see if the creature you saw was real or not.  You had waited a few weeks before coming back out onto the water.  Even though you spent your weekends at the cottage, your stressful work week at the aquarium, filing paperwork and reports had tired you out, week after week and you couldn't find the strength to take yourself on the water.  Even your co-workers had mentioned that you had not seemed to have been going out on the water to relax as much since on Monday’s you usually came in smelling like saltwater the beach.  Instead of going out on the water, you spent the last weekends with Lily fishing at the beach and in the lagoon.  You were still catching abnormally large fish from shore but you couldn’t figure out why.  Maybe it was the good luck of having a beginner with you.  You were sure her parents were tired of eating fish for dinner every night with the size and amount of fish the two of you caught.
You loved spending time with Lily but you wanted this weekend for yourself.  You had decided this was the weekend you would return to the shipwreck to look for the creature.  You were anxious about what you would find.  You recalled that the merman had crates filled with fish in his living area and wondered if bringing some would coax him out the captain’s quarters.  But you were unsure of what you would do if you found him.  Would you just stare at him and offer him a fish or would your adrenaline kick in and you would run again?
↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭↭
You through your backpack full of supplies onto your boat and checked your scuba gear.  Once everything was in order, you pulled up your anchor and set off from the docks.  As you were steering out to sea, a large fishing vessel pulled alongside you causing large waves to rock your smaller boat back and forth.  You rolled your eyes and pulled away from the boat just as a crewman dumped a container full of fish remains over the side of the boat.
‘Were they really chumming the waters this close to shore or were they just dumping the remains of yesterday’s catch?’ You shook your head and checked the coordinates for the shipwreck.  The water was a little rough today so you wanted to make sure dropped your anchor to account for the boat drifting a little with the waves.  After you got closer to the shipwreck, you dropped your anchor hoping the waves to help you drift closer to the wreck and started to strap on your scuba gear.
You thought back to how you had reviewed the footage from your video camera.  The depth of the dive had caused the video to be blurry and you could only make the form of the man but not any exact details aside from his bright red hair.  Today you were going to make sure what you had seen before was real and not a narcosis induced hallucination.
A distant whine of an engine pulled you from your thoughts and you saw the fishing boat from earlier speeding past in the distance.  You shook your head as you strapped on your oxygen tank, and video camera, you didn’t understand why they were all over the sea, possibly scaring off all the fish but to each his own you supposed.  You stepped off the edge of your boat into the ocean and let yourself sink a little before orienting yourself and starting to swim towards the wreck.
Not much had changed, there were more fish around but that was it.  You swam closer towards the hole in the cargo hold before pausing in front of it.  It seemed more ominous now than when you first came.  Before your curiosity was just from exploring the empty wreck with a few photos and video to document everything you saw.  But now, your curiosity was geared more towards trying to rationally explain what you saw.  Did you really see a merman or was it a trick of the light deep underwater.  You inhaled inside of your mask and swam inside the cargo hold.  The cargo hold was pretty much the same as well except the barrels and crates of fish bones were now empty.   Had the merman emptied the crates and barrels? They wouldn't have emptied themselves that's for sure.  You took out your camera and took photos of the crates to add the video you were also taking.  You glanced towards the captain’s quarters to see the door, unlike last time was now shut.
The sight of the closed door made you shudder.  The water currents were non-existent inside the ship so there was no reason for the door to be closed unless someone had closed it.  A chill went down your spine as the implications of something else other than yourself and fish had been down here in the cargo hold and the fish certainly weren’t opening and closing doors.  You took a breath and swam over to the door. You took your flashlight off your belt and turned it on and pointed it at the door. You could feel your heart pounding in your chest as you placed your hand on the doorknob.  You took another breath and twisted the knob before shining your flashlight into the room.
It was empty.
Well almost empty.  The crate of fish bones was still there albeit also empty like the ones outside along with the desk and decaying bed.  The desk still had the trinkets on it but you noticed the gemstone bracelet and sunglasses were gone.  So the merman did exist? Who else would have taken the bracelet and sunglasses unless it was another diver but this particular wreck had been cataloged by the historical society years ago and few people thought it was worth a look anymore.  You turned towards the hole in the hull that led back to open water.  That was good, at least there was nothing watching you from there, just the fish swimming past.  Your brows furrowed, had there been fish here last time? Last time, you had found fish bones that the merman was storing for whatever reason but you remembered not seeing any fish at all.  Why were there fish here now? Maybe they had been scared off before by the merman’s presence?
As you pondered this, the roar a ship approaching and passing above you disturbed the silence around you.  You were annoyed at how busy this part of the sea was today, considering it was usually deserted as it was not part of the normal fishing routes.  You glanced over at the desk again and noticed a crate you hadn’t seen the last time you were here.  You swam over and opened it.  Inside were a few pieces of rope of which some were tied in three knots.  There were also a few jars with various contents you couldn’t decipher.  But underneath the pieces of rope and jars was a pile of coins and rings? You stared at the contents of the box in confusion before taking a picture of them.  Why was he collecting gold coins and rings? He probably used the rope to keep parts of the ship together but what was he using the gold coins and rings for? Where did he even get them? If he got them from the wreck, then maybe the historical exploration team didn’t do a thorough job when they cataloged the wreck.  But it didn’t explain what he was keeping them for.
A large object passing the hole in the side of the ship caught the corner of your eye but by the time you looked, it was gone.  Maybe it was the merman?  You looked around the captain’s quarters again, there were no signs of the merman inside.  You sighed and swam out of the hole in the side of the ship and onto the upper deck.  You looked around trying to spot what passed the ship but all you could see were schools of fish.  The schools of fish did not cast shadows the way whatever had passed by you had, so it couldn't be the fish.
Since there was no sign of the merman, you decided you might as well head home.   Your excursion was a flop, maybe next time you would be lucky and catch sight of him.  You jumped as a shadow passed by you again but you were too slow to see what it was before it disappeared.  When you turned back around, you were annoyed to see the fishing boat was passing you again and rolled your eyes as you saw red liquid and fish remains enter the water at the surface.  They were chumming the water here as well.  You shrugged and looked up trying to spot your boat from in between the schools of fish.  It was hard to see but you could make out the line of your anchor in the distance and decided to swim up closer to the surface to get your bearings.  It was good that you were leaving now instead of later since the chum was fresh.  It would take the other fish a few minutes to smell the blood in the water and come to check it out giving you just enough time to make it back to your boat.
You started your ascent when an object casting a large shadow passed behind you.  You spun around again but saw nothing as the ship’s crow’s nest blocked your vision.  The shadows were starting to creep you out.  It could have just been schools of fish but it made you uneasy that these shadows were solid and the shadows of the fish had gaps where the light shone through.  You started swimming to the surface again and a strange feeling made you turn and look behind you.
A dark shape in the distance coming towards you froze you in your place.  It was too solid to be a school of fish but too large to be just one fish.  Much too large to be the merman coming towards you.  As it started closing the distance between the two of you, you realized what it was.
Shark!
Your brain screamed at you.  But you couldn’t get your legs to kick.  You were slowly sinking back to the ship’s deck.  As the shark got closer your brain began to kick into overdrive.  The shark had to be at least thirteen feet long and its bite diameter was three and a half feet across.  Your heart was pounding with each second that passed.  Finally, you found your legs kicking harder than you’d ever before and were swimming through a school of fish to get to the surface and your boat as quickly as you could.
You were almost to the surface when you were struck on your left side and felt a stinging pain in your arm.  You were being propelled through the water by the pain in your arm and your head started to spin.  Your eyes fluttered and you looked down to see your arm in the mouth of the shark.  You panicked and tried to pull your arm out of its mouth before it could start to shake its head back and forth and try to rip your arm off.
You racked your brain trying to remember how to survive a shark attack but all you could think of was Lara Croft punching a shark in Tomb Raider and you weren’t going to put another part of your body near the shark’s mouth.  Your adrenaline was spiking and you vaguely recalled how a shark’s eyes had a protective skin to protect it from flapping fish but it was your only option.  You reared your hand back and pushed the finger’s in your right hand into the shark’s eye.  The shark jerked and let go of your arm immediately before swimming past you.
You were disoriented from being dragged by the shark and tried to orient yourself with which direction was to the surface and which direction your boat was but your mind was moving too fast to process much information.  You looked to the surface and realized the shark had dragged you down much further than you had realized and you could not see the anchor line to your boat.  You couldn’t even see the shipwreck.  The blur of movement in the bottom right of your vision reminded you that there was still a shark down there and it had just taken a bite out of you.  You tried to weigh your best option for survival, get to the surface or try to find the shipwreck to find your boat?
A snap decision had you deciding that it would be best to get to the surface and try to spot your boat.  You’d do anything to put some distance between yourself and the shark.  You kicked your legs and was happy the adrenaline blocked out the pain in your arm as you made a mad dash for the surface.  You halfway there when you felt a something grab onto your fin.  You gasped as you were once again being pulled deeper into the water.  You looked down and saw the shark was back and pulling you under again.  You tried to kick it with your other foot but this time it didn't seem fazed.  You glanced back towards the surface just to see the light getting dimmer as you got deeper in the water.  If you kept letting it drag you deeper, it would be harder to get away.
You were struggling against the shark’s hold when another object collided with the shark and you were freed again.  You spared a glance down to see the merman was what had collided with the shark.  The shark had slashes and bite marks in its side and that was all you need to see. Your mind swam with questions but you knew those had to wait, you needed to get back to your boat.  You kicked your legs again to try to swim to the surface but you didn’t get very far before noticing that the water above you was filled with sharks.  You recognized the Thresher sharks that were usually harmless but the Tiger, Blue and Shortfin Mako sharks were making your nerves worse.  Those three were the most dangerous since all were known to attack people and boats without provocation.  You took a breath and started swimming to the surface for the third time, what was below you scared you more than what was above you.
A tiger shark swam too close to your head and you could your stress level rising as you wove your way through the maze of sharks and fish.  The chum had attracted so many fish and sharks to the area at the worst possible time for you.  You were going to file a complaint against the fishermen if you survived this.
Just as a Shortfin Mako started to swim towards you, someone grabbed you from behind and pulled you out of its path.  You were whirled around and came face to face with the merman.   His green eyes were wild as he looked you over before pulling you to his chest and swimming out of the school of fish.  How had you not noticed that if you swam a little further out, the water was clear of fish and the sharks?
Now that you were away from the other fish and sharks, you stared at the merman.  He was staring at the bite mark on your arm and the chunk of your diving fin on your foot that was missing.  He opened his mouth as if to speak but all you saw were his pointed teeth moving behind his lips.  You couldn’t understand him but you stared at him in awe.  His pointed teeth were giving you anxiety but the dark green tail that was steadily propelling the two of you through the water at a gentle pace was beautiful.  It’s scales almost sparkled in the light and you wanted to reach down and touch it.   You reached out with your hand but a shake of your good arm had you looking up at the merman’s face of disapproval.  You took in his hair that looked like fire glowing underwater with its bright color.
After a few minutes of your intense staring at the merman, the shipwreck came into view.  You were relieved to see the shipwreck because your boat had to be nearby.  You moved to separate yourself from the merman but his grip tightened.  Your adrenaline spiked again when he wouldn’t let go of you.  You thought the worse, did he only rescue you from the sharks to eat you himself?  As far as you could tell, you were the only one who knew he existed and if he made you disappear, no one else would be the wiser to his existence.  As these thoughts flitted through your mind, you struggled in his hold trying to break free now with more effort.  An exhale of bubbles gave you pause as you realized the merman was taking you to the captain’s quarters of the wreck.
Once you were inside the captain’s quarters, there would be nowhere for you to run.  You wouldn’t be able to out swim him from the shipwreck, you probably wouldn't be able to out swim him now to the distance from your boat.  You weighed your options again, try to out swim the merman and possibly injure yourself more and make him angry and eat you? Or let him take you to the captain’s quarters and find a way to get away from him and make it back to your boat in one piece?  You decided to let him take you to the captain’s quarters, besides he hadn’t even made a move to hurt you since he rescued you so maybe he had good intentions?
You got the captain’s quarters and the merman finally released you.  You stood awkwardly on your broken fin and watched as he went over to the crate by the desk and took out the jars you had seen earlier.  You watched as he opened two of them before mixing the pastes inside them together in his hands. He turned to you and you took a step back.  He gave what you took to be a sigh before swimming over to you and grabbing your arm.  You wriggled in his grip for a moment as he ripped the torn arm of your wet suit off before rubbing the paste onto your bite wound.  Your wound stung for a moment before it started to warm up and you stopped wriggling to hold your arm.  You looked at your wound and it looked less angry than it had a few minutes ago.
The merman also inspected your arm before turning and going over to the desk and opening the box of trinkets.  He pulled the missing gemstone bracelet and sunglasses from a bag wrapped around his waist that you had failed to notice earlier and put them in the trinket box.  He pulled a white cloth out of the crate, a bandage maybe? He crossed the room back to you and began to wrap your arm in the bandage as the two of you stared at each other in silence.  You weren’t sure if you were supposed to say anything or if he could understand you if you did try to speak.  Instead, you took the time to really take him in.  You were in awe of how human he looked.  The only thing giving him a less than human appearance was his beautiful tail and sharp teeth.
“Why did you save me?” You asked through your mask.  The merman’s mouth moved as if he was speaking but you couldn’t understand the garbled noises that were coming from his mouth.  He must have recognized the confused look on your face because he just shook his head.  He started to gesture but stopped when a blinking light on your chest caught both of your attention.
It was your oxygen tank, you were running out of air and quick.  You had to get to the surface before you were out of air.  You looked down at your broken fin and wounded arm.  The merman seemed to understand that you needed to get to the surface as soon as possible.  He opened his arms and gestured for you to hold onto him.  You hesitated for a moment before realizing he was your best bet to make it to the surface quickly and without injuring yourself further.  Besides, what if the sharks had followed the scent of your blood back this far, it wasn’t a risk you wanted to take if you could avoid it.
You grabbed onto his shoulders and he took off swimming faster than you could have imagined.  Your head swam from the speed as you go to the surface in what felt like seconds.  Your ears popped from the sudden change in pressure but you were grateful to be out of the depths.  You pulled your mask off and took in as much air as possible.  You looked around to get your bearings and realized you were by your boat.  A warm hand was pushing you to the ladder and helping push you into your boat.
You sprawled on the floor of your boat trying to regulate your breathing and take off your gear but the awkward position made it difficult.  Soon enough you were free of all of your scuba gear except for your wet suit.  You heaved yourself back up to look over the edge for the merman but he was gone.  A distant rumbling drew your attention and you saw the same fishing boat in the distance dumping more chum in the water.  Your anxiety and anger spiked.  Why were they chumming the water so much?  They had to have caught enough today by now with the amount of fish you had been entangled with, they had to have multiple sites that were full of fish just like that one.
A louder roar behind you had you turning to see another boat coming towards you.  This one was larger than the fishing boat and looked vaguely familiar.  As it got closer you recognized the logo of the aquarium you worked at, it was one of their research vessels.  You weren’t sure what the aquarium scientists could be researching out here since there was nothing special out here… except for the… merman? You looked around the side of your boat again, but there was no sign of him.  The research vessel blew its horn before slowing and stopping near you.  You recognized the scientist that came out and greeted you.  His name was Luke and he studied more of the deeper dwelling sea creatures.  You wondered why they were out here and waved to him.
“Ahoy Y/N, what are you doing out here?”  Luke said, coming down to the vessel’s ladder to take in your exhausted state.  “Did you dive too far down? You know you're not supposed to be diving alone even someone with your experience could have an accident...is that a bite?”  He jumped from the large vessel to your boat, causing it to rock violently when he landed.  He pulled on your injured arm.  “Is this a shark bite? Were you bitten by a shark Y/N? We need to get you back to shore! You need to see a doctor!”
You pulled away as he looked closer at your arm, “I’m fine Luke, it looks worse than it is.  It doesn’t even hurt now.”  Luke considered you for a moment.
“What were you doing out here anyway?  Were you looking for the old ship that went down around here?”
‘Yeah, it’s actually a little that way,” you pointed in the direction of the ship.  “I came out here a few weeks ago but I wanted to come back to take some pictures.”
“You know they used to say that there was a creature living down there in the ruins.  It was a long time ago but I bet people would die if they saw a creature like that these days.  Are you sure it was a shark that bit you and not one of those creatures?”  he laughed, “I’d love to discover a new species.”
You felt a nagging sense in the back of your mind that you shouldn’t tell him about the merman.  You didn’t want anyone to know about your secret just yet.  “I wish, there’s nothing down there except the ship and a few rotting crates.” you said trying to keep your face neutral.
He stared at you for a moment and you felt a little uncomfortable under his gaze.  It was like he was trying to will you to say something but you didn’t know what.  Then he chuckled, “Well Y/N, I should get going.  I’ll see you at work this week.” He turned and jumped across the gap to the larger vessel’s ladder.  “Make sure you get that arm looked at. With its size, it could get easily get infected.”
You nodded as he climbed the ladder and headed back to the bridge of the vessel.  The engine came to life with a roar and the research vessel started to pull away from your boat making large waves jostle your boat.  Your body sagged as the boat finally disappeared in the distance, at last, you could breathe for a moment.  A loud splash caught your attention and you looked over your shoulder to see the merman, well the merman’s bright red hair covered head floating above the water.
He glanced at your arm before giving you a disapproving look before turning and swimming back down into the depths, the flash of his bright green tail the last you saw of him.  You waited a few moments and when he didn’t return, you sighed and turned to head home.  You now knew he was real and meant you no ill will but you wanted to know more about him.  Now all you had to do was figure out where to start.

The wolf among us au pt. 1
Since these are pretty long and taking forever I'd thought it'd be best to do these in parts. Anyway, as you know, my oc bloc @ice-ice-bxby has a wolf among us au so I'd thought I'd do this for my smashers! @awkward-snake-girl was a massive help and wrote Leader's as well as gave ideas for Skaar's.
The wolf in sheep's clothing
Once upon a time there was a woman who found a baby wrapped in wolf fur. Saddened by his abandonment, she decided to adopt the child and raise him with her tribe. Over time, she noticed odd things about her son, he could sense things others couldn't and was faster and stronger than the other children. Worried that people would start to notice the odd traits of her child, she desperately kept a tight hold on him and forbade him to spend time with anyone else.
Unfortunately, the son felt trapped by his mother. He didn't understand why he was diffrent and why the forest called to him, like a terrible twisting in his chest. This ended up causing a lot of arguments between him and his mother, she wanted to protect him but he just wanted to be free.
One day, he left his home after a bad argument and ran into the forest. He ended up getting lost and was searching for a way to leave when a wolf suddenly appeared. Before the son could run in fear, the wolf nuzzled him and to his amazement, spoke. "Hello brother." The wolf said, shocking the son into silence. "I've been waiting to meet you." The brothers spent the next few hours reuniting and learning about what happened to the son. It was revealed that the their mother was trying to move them to a new home. She could only take one cub at a time to keep them safe and was going to come back for her other cub when a human stole him.
Horrified that he was taken from his true home, the son wondered how he, a human, was meant to live with wolves when the brother shifted into a human. "We shift through our fur. Find your fur and find yourself." The brother said before running off to fetch their mother. It was then that the son remembered the fur his human mother found him in and swore to himself that he would finally live how he was meant to be, free and no longer feared.
Later that night, the son was preparing to leave when the most terrible sight was held before him; his human mother was burning his wolf fur. "Why do you need it? When you have me?" The mother tried to say this but the son, horrified beyond words, ran off to see his brother and share the terrible news. But to add to the horror, he found his brother in his human form, dying on the forest floor.
"They came for me." His brother gasped out as the son cradled him close. "I was looking for you but it's too late now. Take my fur, and be what you were always meant to be, a wolf." The brother said and died in his lost one's arms. Determined to do right, the son took his brother's fur ad for the first time, shifted into his true form. His human mother began searching for him around this time and stopped in horror as she watched her child turn into a wolf.
"I need to leave, you know I don't belong with these sheep." The son pleaded and started to back away, feeling torn at the sight of his crying mother. Even with their fighting and lying, he still loved her. To his surprise, his mother sniffed but gave a serious look. "You're right. I couldn't keep you forever so be free and be happy my son." She said and with a heavy heart, watched her beloved, her only, child flee to where he belonged.
Tears of a molten man
There was once a man who was like a king. He was respected by the armies he led and by his daughter who admired him deeply with how strong he was, even after his beloved wife's death. But since everything was so perfect in his life, this made the General boastful and full of pride, thinking that he was everything.
One day, a man who's eyes glowed like the greeniest grass the General had ever seen appeared. "Come, I have something only a man so worthy and brave is allowed to see." The General, too trusting, set after the man with the green eyes, enchanted in a way he hadn't been since his wife died. The green-eyed man led the General to a large mountain and pointed to the top with a smile. "Inside lies a prize for you. Obtain it and I will gift you with true love."
Believing this, the General started to climb up the mountain and inside, only to realise that the green-eyed man had lied and tricked him-leaving him trapped inside the mountain. Hurt and feeling foolish, the General waited for his army to rescue him.
But they never came. Instead, he could hear cheers and celebrations from the town, happy that the General wasn't here to boss them about. Days turned into weeks and soon everyone assumed that the General realised that no one liked him and finally left. Hurt, the General spent his time wishing for death to come and take him when the most amazing thing happened; a woman made of fire formed in front of him, warming the cool, crisp air and brightening the dark sky. She stared at the General sadly, tears of lava appearing in her eyes. "You have a heart and soul of fire." She said, her voice warm and mystical, coming over to sit near the General. "Tell me Molten man, who has put our your fire?"
So the General told her his story, and by the end of it, tears were sliding down his face in grief that he hadn't felt in a long time. "I will give you a gift." The lava lady said, deciding and reaching over to wipe his tears, not burning either of them surprisingly. "A gift to always burn bright, no matter what people do or say." The General looked at her in wonder, his face and chest feeling hotter and hotter by the moment. His tears became lava, his heart became a coal protected by fire that swirled brightly, making his eyes burn like the sun and turning his blond hair as black as coal. "Thank you." The now-Molten man said as the Lava lady gave him a warm kiss that felt like a ghost of his wife before burning away.
Fuelled by anger and hurt, the Molten man used his new power to overflow the mountain with his anger and sadness, overflowing it and burning the town. He ignored the screams and cries of help, like how they ignored him. By the end of his grief fuelled tantrum, the town was ash and his daughter, the only person who searched for him but could not find him, was left with her home perfectly untouched. Ashamed by what he had done and anger for the one who tricked him, the Molten man set out to find the green-eyed man to seek revenge. For making a fool of him and most importantly, for pouring water on his firey heart.
The Ocean Child
Once upon a time in a kingdom by the ocean, there was a widowed king who fell madly in love with the goddess of the sea. Every night, after his son Philip went to bed, he would row out to the middle of the ocean to visit his love.
However one night he saw the goddess looking very tired, and saw she wasn’t alone. For In her arms she held a tiny baby.
At first the king was overjoyed to have gotten another son, but when the baby yawned he was horrified to find rows and rows of teeth.
The goodness explained that this was a very special child and she needed him to take care of him. If he was cared for, he would bring great fortune to his kingdom. However if the child was treated cruelly, terrible things could happen.
So the king took the child home and named him Samuel, and for a short time everything was good. At first he did his best to care for the child but when he was older, her grew more and more ashamed of him, often neglecting him or leaving him in the hands of his cruel older brother. Unfortunately the kingdom wasn’t much kinder to him..
One day, when Samuel came of age the goddess returned and explained to the king and the older prince that in order for the kingdom to thrive, he needed to take the throne. The prince was outraged, but his father agreed, knowing it wasn’t wise to anger the goddess. But the older prince hatched a plan.
One stormy night Philip lead Samuel out to a cliff by the sea, the bottom covered with sharp jagged rocks and pushed him over the edge. However just when he thought he had perished, something amazing happened. There was a burst of rainbow light and a huge wave crashed against the cliff with Samuel on top of it, his lower body transformed into a the tail of a shark. “You have hurt me for the last time!” And he sent a giant tidal wave that consumed the entire kingdom, transforming them all into deadly sea creatures. All accept Philip and the king.
Soon all that was left of them was a few bones, and in there place was a group of very full sharks. The end.
