If Shawn Mendes is getting ready to release music, can he at least go back to working with Teddy Geiger?? Shawn’s vocals have gotten so much better over the years but if he’s not going to progress lyrically, then the least he could do is go back to working with Teddy. She’s such a gem and Shawn really did some of his best work with her. Teddy is responsible for Stitches, Mercy, There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back, In my Blood, and if I can’t have you. I know Teddy worked a lot on his 3rd album so I wonder what made Shawn want to change everything for his 4th album.

Question...? and updates about an Alternate Version section

After a discussion with some anons about a week ago, I am assembling a list of all Taylor’s “clean” lyrics to start including in my posts (as long as there is a whole word to replace the explicit word, not just a shhhh in place of “shit” for example, or a pause/bleep). My question for the group is... is there a clean version of Hits Different? I think no, at least for now, since I can only find photos of the Target CDs with the explicit content warning on them, but figured I’d poll the group since I have some very knowledgeable anons out there! It’s my last one to track down, then I should be good to go.

I’ll also be adding what was going to be two, but as of today is three!, official remixes with additional lyrics, and the two songs on Taylor’s original 2006 Taylor Swift CD that received single-lyric changes ahead of subsequent releases:
