Like I can't even help it. It has always been there. I don't like zoning out. But I always do.

It is a problem.

I'll be real if you have a "read dni before interacting" on your post, and I go to your blog and your blog has a link to your dni, and then the link has an index and I have to find the dni, I immediately run out of patience because my train of focus is very short with many different tracks, but I don't interact just in case

Quick, rather urgent question,

How do I stop deadly intrusive thoughts from invading my mind?

I don't usually care about their existence but they're wasting precious time at the moment, so I need them to take a break for, like a week or so?

And while you're at it, does anyone know how could I increase my focus? Cause it's seriously out of whack, I didn't even open tumblr for maybe a month in the useless hope of it being a reason of my "distraction" but I can guarantee it isn't, so...

Anyone got an advice?

I ask my partner to guess what song is stuck in my head. (Answer is this). In the 5 seconds it took for him to think of a response, I realize I have to use the bathroom, get up and leave the room. I hear a distant and dejected "... Okay!?"
