Imagine shrimp plush mc eating a shrimp dish. I can imagine Floyd just going, "gasp, cannibal" while shrimp mc just wants to eat in peace for one meal. Or even a little gag of people wondering if shrimp MC tastes like shrimp and them having to go, "don't you dare eat me" And the shrimp fried jokes would be so much more funnier.

Shrimp plush mc is a menace to them all. They make lots of shrimp related puns and look people in the eyes as they eat shrimp. Everyone wonders if they are truly a shrimp.

All this yelling about whether anime!Yuu should be male or female is kinda grating on my nerves, especially since the answer is obvious. Anime!Yuu should be a shrimp plushie

I know that sounds like a joke but I'm serious. I was pleasantly surprised when the Obey Me anime decided to depict MC as a sheep plushie. MC in both games is supposed to be the player's self insert, and thus is gender neutral and does not have a set appearance.

Now, if Yuu were to have a set gender, already that alienates the players who do not identify with said gender. And beyond that, portraying Yuu as a human in the anime will give them a set appearance (which will likely be pale skin and dark hair), which will also make anyone that doesn't look similar feel left out. If this were to happen, save for a specific group of players, the magic of inserting yourself in the game/anime is broken

The Obey Me anime avoids that by portraying MC as a little plushie that, though it doesn't look like any human, is a recognizable symbol of the player; it's the default icon on your student profile. We still recognize it as ourselves and no one feels as if they're left out.

Not everyone is a male or a female and some people are neither. Not everyone has pale skin or dark hair. Not everyone is a certain height in comparison to other characters. But everyone is indeed Shrimpy

fandom4lesbians kept saying that an Asian character couldn't be Chinese despite said character having a Chinese name. They kept denying that the character was Asian and kept pushing that she was only black, made false claims that said character was based on a black musician which is obviously not true, and said people were disrespectful for liking the image of said character having her hair down which was shown in game. Something about how it was racist for people to prefer a "black" character with her hair down and straight eventhough said character is not confirmed to be black whatsoever.

As for the twst stuff they involved themselves in, fandom4lesbians kept going on and on and on and on and on about how the confirmed Twisted Wonderland anime should feature a female mc since manga and light novel already had a male and gender neutral mc. People were fine and supportive of them at first, but then they started saying that only sexists and misogynist were against having a female mc. They then continued to go on and on about how there would be more story possibilities if the MC was female rather than male or gender neutral. They kept saying the story would be more inclusive with a female mc, but really... having mc set to one gender would be exclusive since it wouldn't be representative of the male audience. So other people decided to make a joke and say "MC should be sentient shrimp plushie!" fandom4lesbians took this as offensive and started saying people against mc being female and the people saying "shrimp mc" had a cult mind and were misogynist.

Alex was born with a hole in her heart. Two major surgeries when she was a baby and had to go back to the hospital at four and stayed there for a good solid 2 weeks. (True facts I was born with a hole in my heart ;-;) She’s fine now she just can’t push herself so much. Alex has Bi-polar and anxiety along with depression and PTSD. (A little bit of Anorexia and insomnia) Alex overcomes insomnia by just heating up milk and drinking it. She can’t really handle the others but if she really needs too she will talk to someone about it. (Surprisingly she’s getting a bit better slowly)

Alex’s voice is happy and positive (tries to be at least) Its kinda in the middle of high and low. (Normal lol)

Alex does have a tattoo on her right side of her side and it’s a rose tattoo. She wants too get a tattoo on her back but she can’t decide what tattoo to get in her back. She also has a tattle on her right shoulder and it’s a skull

Alex normally just wears T-shirts and shorts or comfy pants when she isn’t going out doing her job or some errands she’s running, If she is going out she wears her normal black jacket. Dark grayish shirt and black shorts with her boots.

Since Alex doesn’t like dresses she wears shirts with her rad uniform and doesn’t pull her sleeves down (she has her sleeves up)

Alex’s parents are divorced so she lives with her dad. Alex’s dad is also a detective he’s very skilled and taught Alex how to be strong and everything. Alex’s dad is very serious but he’s mostly kind, caring and very happy [My old man is basically a weirdo] Alex’s relationship is good! Her mom and her have kinda a awkward relationship. Alex’s older sister used to be best friends when they were younger but not anymore, they don’t talk a lot but they trust each other a lot. Alex’s older brother is the reason why she has PTSD. Her brother is toxic, she tries to stay away from her brother as much as possible because she doesn’t like being yelled at or called names. She’s afraid that maybe he’ll hit her like he did one time.

Alex and Lucifer HATE each other so much they want to kill each other at some point. Alex doesn’t like the way he treats his brothers especially. She is also kinda afraid of Lucifer because he reminds her of her older brother but she would never say it.

Mammon and Alex awkward just awkward because there both two awkward idiots that fell in love with each other but hide it (Alex is pretty good at hiding her feelings for someone more than a friend. Not mammon lol. Not unless Alex is just a clueless moron) but they get along oh just so much chaos

Alex and Levi get along so well! They both like anime and would talk about it so much. But Alex doesnt okay video games (she’s so bad...at them...)

Satan and Alex get along pretty well too they both hate Lucifer so much they pull pranks on him but they both like cats (Alex likes a lot of anmikals tbh) and books too!

Alex gets along pretty well with diavolo and barbatos. She likes cooking so she would bake with barbatos and Luke and treat Luke as if he was her younger sibling or something. Alex probably wouldn’t get along with Solomon because he’s a shady wizard that always wants to try out new spells and she’s a victim.

 Happy Monday, minna-san! Warm sun and blooming flower buds have arrived. Spring is almost here. I hope everyone is ready to ditch those heavy coats and toasty sweaters. With that said, let’s this show on the road. We got loads of fun to share. First off, last week’s episode intensity is increasing more. We first see Perospero and the rest of the siblings doing their thinking time as they figure how they can get to Wano and hope they can find their mom. At Kuri Wastelands, Big Mom is tagging along with Chopper and the gang heading to Udon as Kiku explains that it’s a long journey to reach the land.  At another hideout, Nami & the gang have finally reached to safe place to hide out for a while because of the scandal. Robin was able to find out most of the stuff she could figure out. Brook tells Robin he found poneglyph stone, but it’s not red like the one from Zou. The girls decided to go to a bathhouse to relax. At the capital, the entire country of Wano mourn for the death of Komurasaki and will be holding a funeral in her honor. Meanwhile, Sanji and the guys are hiding in some shelter and reading the news about Komurasaki and the scandal that the girls have caused. Back in prison, poor Luffy is getting spit on by a jerk gifter name Apalcaman who is half man, half apalca. He’s all bullying the poor captain and just spitting as he’s talking. Yuck! He’s all telling Luffy off that he’ll be punished if he had anything to do with Kid’s escape which that news spread out as well. At the end, Luffy notices as the poor old man Hyou, the prisoner he saved, was getting bullied again and the gifters are forcing to tell him how he got many kibidango. Old man Hyou refused to answer as he mentions a hero he looked up to back then name Hyougoro of the flowers. I guess you could say he was the samurai Robin Hood. Anyway, Luffy had enough of seeing him getting trashed around he rushed to his rescues as the other prisoners begged him to not interfere that would lead to death. At the gate, the fearsome top commander Queen arrived at prison. What in the world is he there for? Who is this Hyougorou of the flowers? Is Kyoshiro an ally or a foe? GAH! So many questions. No chapter this week so it’s a break until next week. Next, this past weekend’s episode was intense. Luffy and Sanji finally made it back to Sunny and the others. Everyone was happy, but not out of the woods. The Germa siblings are keeping the Big Mom pirates away from the gang while back at Chiffon’s island, they arrived and placed the cake on shore. They wait for Big Mom’s arrival to see this moment through hoping that the cake will stop her sugar rush. Back at sea, Judge passes by the gang as he asked Luffy if all this trouble to save Sanji was worth it. He gave no answer and instead thanked him for helping out. It made him angry to hear such answer. At the end, the gang are trapped by all the fleets when suddenly, Wadatsumi and Sun pirates arrived to help Jimbei and the others. Next time, the Sun pirates face the Big Mom pirates while Mama herself is about to enjoy the cake. Will it satisfy her? Or disgust her? Don’t miss it! Now on with the goods. Tongari-san couldn’t be here tonight since March is gonna be busy month, but we got his telegram. He mentions that yummy birthday menu to celebrate Sanji and Sabo’s birthday has been posted. First, they’ll have Sanji’s swirly sausage burger with a black burger to match his suit and yummy potato hearts with some ketchup. For beverage, they have have flambe shot’s orange tea with some whip cream and orange drizzle. You can also order a fountain drink that comes in a plastic bottle of Sanji which is yours for free. (FYI: no BD bromide card). For Sabo’s dish, they have his Night Fire Fist spicy carbonara shrimp ramen with fish cake of his hat. If you order any of these dishes, you’ll get a free BD bromide card. Next, stores will be selling these new pouches of Sunny, Heart pirates, Straw Hat pirates in orange, black, & red color. It will be available on March 12th. The store will also have new tower coins in color of the characters such as Luffy, Chopper, Zoro, Sanji, Ace, Law, & Sabo. It’s 600 yen. Today, they have released new designs of the Straw Hats wearing some neat looks. I hate doing this kind of thing, but here goes. I’m just getting annoyed that this is constantly happening now.

Seeing the tag get filled up with the female mc vs male mc discourse is getting really annoying. I get people want a female mc for the anime, but to say that “there are more story possibilities with a female mc than male mc” comes across as alienating and excluding. It just rubs me the wrong way. Story plots can be done with male or female mc. It wouldn’t be much different aside from the MC’s appearance. Having one gender doesn’t make it so that there are more or less story ideas. It would be the same either way with minor tweaks to it.

And the “The people against having a female mc for twst have a cult mindset.” thing also feels wrong. It kind of feels like people are being villainized for liking the idea of having a male mc. You may think that by praising and promoting the idea of female mc is great, but being so pushy about it can turn people away from the idea. For some people, having something constantly pushed in their faces makes them less inclined to support it. You can promote the idea of having a female mc without putting down the idea of having a male mc.

As many people have suggested, why can’t we just have MC be represented by a shrimp plushie? It would solve this whole gender debate since plushies are plushies and don’t have a set gender. Plus many people already represent mc with a shrimp. MC of the game is gender neutral, so the plushie could be a good representation of MC. It would be kind of cute.
