You were in your castle in the Water Tribe, preparing for your trip to the Fire Nation. You were nervous but also excited, knowing that this would be your first time leaving your home. Your father's advisors told you that it was a great honor to be chosen for the trip, and a sign that your father was preparing you to become his heir. But you were still anxious about it all. Meanwhile, Zuko had also been preparing for your visit. He knew that he had to make a good impression on the water princess, and he wanted everything to be perfect. As the day of the trip drew closer, both of you began to wonder curiously what the other was like. You had heard stories of Zuko's fearsome temper, and how he could be unpredictable sometimes. But you also heard that he could be very kind and generous. Zuko, meanwhile, had heard rumors of the beauty and kindness of the water princess. He couldn't wait to finally meet you in person, and find out if the rumors were true.
On your first day in the royal mansion, you meet Prince Zuko. It seems like all the rumors have been true. He's tall and handsome, and his temper is as fierce as it's said to be. But... he's kind to you. Zuko watched you enter the room, taking in your beauty and the way your dress flowed around your figure. He could feel the heat rising inside of him at the sight of you, his thoughts swirling with questions about what kind of woman could capture his heart and calm down his usually short-tempered personality. Even though he hadn't been told your name, your presence was enough to send his mind spinning. "Are you from the Water Tribe?" he asked as he approached you, looking down at your sparkling eyes with curiosity. "Yes, I am." You replied softly, unable to hide your nervousness as you looked up at Zuko. His intimidating physique and powerful presence were the opposite of anything you had ever experienced before. You had never felt so small compared to anyone. But in this moment, he didn't seem to be the feared warrior you had heard stories about. He seemed… gentle. Kind. You couldn't help feeling drawn to him, despite your fear. "I've been told we were expected to meet each other." You continued.
Zuko's expression softened as you spoke, his mind racing with possibilities of what this woman could mean for him. He could feel himself becoming attracted to you despite your being from the Water Tribe. He was curious to know more about you, and he was intrigued by the fact that you seemed slightly nervous around him. That was rare. "Yes, I expected to meet a Water Tribe representative," he said, taking a step closer toward you, "what is your name?" You had a quick surge of panic when Zuko took a step closer, your mind telling you to run, but your body refusing to listen. His presence was so intense and he was so close. You suddenly realized just how tall he was, looking up at him with wide eyes and a nervous smile. When he asked for your name, you took a deep breath and finally found your voice. "Y/n…" You responded.
"Y/n," he repeated your name, his voice soft and almost hypnotic. He could tell from your reaction that you were nervous around him, but it only attracted him even more. He found himself wanting to reach out and touch you. His hand hesitated for a moment, and then he brushed a piece of hair away from your face, making sure to be gentle. "It's a pleasure to meet you." He paused for a moment, looking deep into your eyes. You could feel electricity all over your body as Zuko touched your hair. You had never had someone be so gentle with you before, and it felt amazing. You could tell that he wanted to do more. You were aware you should have been more cautious with him, as he was the fire prince and your father's enemy, but you found yourself losing yourself in his presence. "It's a pleasure to meet you as well." You responded, your eyes sparkling as you looked up at him, your hands twitching slightly.
Zuko noticed the little reaction you had when he touched your hair, and it did wonders for his ego. You were clearly drawn to him, and he was finding it difficult not to take advantage of that fact. "How long will you be staying in the palace?" he asked, moving closer to you until he was standing directly in front of you and he was only inches away. The heat from his body was intense, and he could see that it was affecting you. The heat from his body was unbearable as he stood right in front of you, but you could feel your own body heating up as well. Your heart was racing, your breathing getting shallow, and you could barely stand still under his intense gaze. You did your best to ignore the urge to reach out and touch him. "A few days." You replied, your voice shaky. "Long enough to negotiate the war strategy and diplomatic treaty and have them come to a finish." Zuko was amused by how much his presence seemed to affect you. You were clearly attracted to him, but he could also tell that there was a slight hint of fear that was keeping you from totally surrendering to him. But he could fix that.
"Well, then in a few days, we'll have this treaty and war strategy all settled and sealed," he said, moving his hand to the side of your neck and brushing it against your skin. "Then what?" his voice was low, his gaze full of heat as he looked at you. You shivered as Zuko's hand brushed against your neck, "then I'll be leaving." You replied, your voice shaky. "Back to the water kingdom, back home to my family." Zuko's eyes narrowed at your answer. He didn't like the idea of you going back to the Water Tribe, away from him. Your presence made him feel things he'd never felt before, and he didn't want you to leave so soon. In a swift movement, he stepped in front of you and trapped you against the wall, his body only inches away from yours. "And if I were to ask you to stay here with me in the Fire Nation?"
You felt your breath catch when he stepped in front of you and trapped you against the wall. You were aware of just how powerful he was, and how vulnerable you were at that moment. A small part of you wanted to give in and tell him you'd stay, but a bigger part of you was telling you that you'd be a fool to agree to that. "I have a kingdom to watch over and a family to return to," you replied, trying to keep your words as steady as you could. Zuko knew that he shouldn't be doing this, especially considering that you were a Water Tribe representative and princess, but he couldn't resist the urge to bring you closer to him. For a moment, he forgot that you were his enemy, and instead, you were just a beautiful woman standing in front of him, who caused his blood to boil and his heart to race. "But what if you didn't have to have that burden anymore?" he asked, inching his face only inches away from yours. Zuko smiled faintly as he looked into your eyes. He could tell that part of you was tempted by him, and he was going to do everything in his power to make that temptation into reality. He took a step forward, his body pressing close against yours, his head tilted slightly towards you as he spoke. "What if I were to make you a more attractive proposition than the Water Tribe could ever dream of?" his voice was low and sultry, his breath hot as it caressed your neck, "what if I were to declare you my bride?"
You gasped as Zuko's body pressed against yours, feeling overwhelmed by how close he was. He was powerful and handsome, and his proposal caught you off guard. For a moment, it was the only thing you could think about. Your entire body was telling you to say yes to him and you wanted to, it felt so right… but something pulled you back to reality, and you remembered who you were. "I can't," you replied, your voice barely a whisper as you tried to back away, but couldn't because he had you trapped against the wall. "I have responsibilities…" As you tried to back away, Zuko's hold on you only tightened. He was close enough to be able to smell your perfume and feel the soft curves of your body through the material of your dress. This close to you, he had no control over himself. The only thing he wanted was to possess you. "That's just it." His tone was softer than you had ever heard it, but the burning desire behind his voice was undeniable. "I'm offering you something better than responsibilities, I'm offering you freedom."
You could feel your heart pounding and you were starting to feel like you were losing the battle. It would be so easy to give in to him and say yes, to give up your duties and to become his bride. You felt so small standing in front of him, you had never felt this way about anyone before. "You're asking me to choose between my family and my kingdom, and you." You replied helplessly, wanting him to understand you couldn't just throw away years of hard work… but knowing that you wouldn't. Zuko knew that he had you. He could see the way your resolve was beginning to crumble, and he used that to his advantage. He stepped even closer to you until his body was touching yours, his hands sliding down your hips before settling on your waist. "I am asking you to choose between a life filled with politics and responsibilities or a life filled with passion and love." His grip on you tightened to emphasize his point. "I'm telling you that you don't have to spend the rest of your life shackled to duties, you don't have to settle for less than you deserve."
Your heart pounded violently as you felt Zuko's hands on your hips. You had never felt anyone else hold you like this, and it felt incredible. "I…Um..." You mumbled, completely flustered. "Who are you to tell me what I deserve? You're the fire prince, the enemy of my kingdom…" The heat from his body was suffocating, but it felt amazing at the same time. You felt so weak like you were a mere plaything for Zuko's amusement. "You really want me to surrender everything and become your bride…" You whispered softly, your eyes staring up at him, "for nothing but you…" The thought of you being his bride thrilled him, and as you stared up at him in a vulnerable state, he could barely keep himself from devouring you. It took every ounce of self-control he had to keep from taking you right there, in that moment. And it would be so easy too, there was nothing stopping him. "I do," Zuko said simply, his eyes full of intensity. "Would you really rather go back to that dull life of politics and war strategies than stay here with me? Where you can be free to be mine and do as you wish?"
Sighing softly as you turned away from Zuko, stepping away from him and making your way to the door. You felt like it was tearing your heart out to leave, but you knew you had to. "I'm sorry, I just can't…" You whispered, your voice shaky and emotional. As you reached for the door handle, you took one last look at him. It hurt you to leave without him, but you knew you had to.

Azula laughed as she saw Zuko walking down the corridor, his face looking distraught. She had been outside of the room, listening to his little chat with you closely, and she knew it wasn't going well the minute she heard your soft voice and Zuko's desperate tone. "Aw, she turned you down, didn't she?" she laughed. "Why does Father allow you to meet with these people anyway? I'm pretty sure she'd never give you a chance due to your temper alone." Zuko ignored his sister's mocking as he walked past her, his rage slowly growing as he thought about what had happened. You had rejected him, and all because you claimed you had responsibilities to fulfill. You didn't even consider the offer he made to you. As if a few responsibilities should be more important than being his bride. Azula continued to taunt Zuko as they walked down the hallway, which just made his anger grow. “She’s just a stupid Water Tribe princess. She didn't know what she was missing.”
Zuko continued to ignore Azula's taunts for the rest of the day, his mind distracted by his thoughts of you. He would stare off into space, his eyes focused on nothing as he ran your encounter through his head over and over again. He blamed himself for the way he reacted to your rejection, and how he lost control. But he couldn't shake the thought of being with you, of being able to offer you the kind of freedom and life you deserved. The next day, the meetings resumed and Zuko was faced with having to see you again. Your mind was filled with a mix of emotions as you saw Zuko again in the meetings. On one hand, you regretted rejecting his proposal, wishing that you hadn't been so stubborn and given him a chance. On the other hand, you knew that you had done the right thing and that you had to keep your head focused on your duties. You couldn't let yourself be distracted, you couldn't let yourself give in to him. You forced yourself not to look at him, but you couldn't resist the urge to glance over every so often at his strong but troubled presence.
Zuko remained bitter after the rejection from the Water Tribe princess. You had the audacity to reject him, an offer that would have freed you from the burden of your duties and gave you power and freedom. He didn't care how handsome he was, how strong and powerful his Fire Nation was. None of it mattered to you, you would rather return to that boring life than be with him. Still, the sight of you in those meetings caused his blood to boil. The way you would glance at him and try to not make eye contact triggered something in him. Despite your attempts to ignore him, you could feel Zuko's intense presence every time you looked over at him. You refused to let yourself look at him too long, but even that brief, occasional glance was enough to trigger something within you. You felt a strange connection to him like you could see part of his inner self and all the pain and struggle he was dealing with. You wanted to say something, to reach out to him, but you were torn between your desires and your duties.
You found yourself glancing at Zuko more and more during the meetings, drawn to the intensity of his presence and you couldn't stand how much it made your heart race. You tried to pay attention to the strategy and diplomatic discussions, but during the final meeting of the day, you realized you couldn't take it anymore. You had to say something before you left. As the final meeting of the day came to an end, Zuko was just about ready to storm out of the meeting until he saw you standing there. His eyes were locked on yours, and even though he tried to stay stoic, something in him was stirring as he stared at you. "Come here," he said in a low voice, his hand waving you over. Your breath caught in your throat as you saw Zuko's hand gesture, knowing that he wanted you to come to him. You couldn't deny how much you wanted to go to him either. But you needed to be strong. You were ready to leave the meeting, expecting that you would go back to your room and avoid any further interactions with him until you left, you took a step toward him and then stopped. "Why?" You asked defiantly, your tone of voice steady even as your heart beat rapidly in your chest.
Zuko's eyes narrowed when you showed this sudden display of rebellion, that you were keeping yourself at a distance because of your duties. But he would make you forget about those worthless duties, he would take over your mind and make you forget everything except him. "Because I'm not finished saying everything I came here to say." His voice was low, and though he held a gentle expression on the outside, there was a hint of danger behind it. "The last thing I need is some woman refusing to do what I tell her," he said again, this time with more impatience in his voice. You didn't flinch, your voice calm as you kept your distance from him. The power in his tone was tempting, pulling you toward him, and you had to fight against that urge. "I have to go back home, to my family, to my people." You replied, "I have duties and responsibilities."
Zuko was seething at the fact that you were defying him again. How dare you be so headstrong, so stubborn. He could see the way you kept your ground as his aura of heat intensified around you, just inches away from touching yours. "And you'll leave me to go back to those responsibilities, to those duties, instead of staying here with me and being mine?" He stepped forward again, and this time, his chest was pressed up against yours. You were struggling to breathe as Zuko pressed up against you. For a moment, you weren't focused on your duties or your family, or anything else. You were focused on him, his body pressed up against yours. You couldn't do it though, you had to get away from him. "You don't understand, I have a kingdom to watch over and a family to return to." You pushed him away when you felt him getting too close, "I can't just leave them."
At that moment, Zuko's patience ran out. A wall of emotions ran through his mind. You had rejected his proposal once more, denying him again. You refused to be his for no good reason. All of the annoyance, rage, and frustration built up in him exploded in an instant when you pushed him away. He grabbed your arm and yanked you close to him, so close that you were practically pressed up against his chest again. And then he put his face right up next to yours, his eyes blazing. "I don't care about your damn responsibilities!" He shouted. In the middle of Zuko screaming at you in the meeting room, suddenly the doors burst open. Zuko and Azula's father Ozai, charged into the room and took one look at the scene. His eye twitched slightly as he saw his son pressed up against you with his grip on your arm. Ozai stepped between you and Zuko, his eyes filled with anger. "What in the name of the gods is going on here?"
Zuko was silent as his father barged into the room, his arms crossed and a serious expression on his face. Ozai's glare was enough to make his own anger dissipate in an instant. His father had a strict rule against showing such emotions in public."Nothing, Father," Zuko said, keeping his tone calm and controlled. "The woman was discussing diplomatic issues and I told her to step aside for a moment." You saw Ozai's gaze immediately shift to you. A moment ago, you had almost given into Zuko's desire to make you his bride, but now you were face to face with the Fire Lord himself. You could feel your heart beating rapidly in your chest as you met his glare. "I must return to the Water Tribe," you replied calmly, your tone more formal than it had been a moment ago in an attempt to show the Fire Lord your respect. "The treaty is set." Ozai was impressed with the way you retained your composure under his stare. He had seen a lot of people break down and show fear in front of him. But not you. You kept a firm and confident demeanor. "A noble idea." Ozai's voice was stoic, but he was also studying you curiously. He turned to Zuko, an eyebrow raised. Ozai remained silent as he turned his gaze back to his son. His eyes narrowed as his thoughts raced through his head. He didn't like that his son had tried to proposition the Water Tribe Princess, even if you were a beautiful woman. He would have had words with his son after the meeting. But that didn't matter now that the meeting had gone nearly off the rails. "You," he said slowly, his voice icy and cold. There was no way Zuko could disguise the anger in his tone. "We'll talk later."

Months had passed since you turned down Zuko's proposal, and things were quieting down back in the Water Tribe. You had managed to shake off the thought of his rejection for a while, but it had been all too easy to get caught up in your regular duties and not think about him. That was until you received a letter from Zuko, who had been exiled from his home and banished from the Fire Nation. You could have easily ignored the letter but you were intrigued by his asking for your help. Zuko knocked softly on your door as he stood outside your home, nervous about what you might say to him. He had been banished from the Fire Nation and was living in exile after his father challenged him to an AgniKai duel for honor and almost losing the treaty with you. As a result, even if it was hard for him to admit it, he needed your help.
As soon as you heard the knock on your door, your heart leaped in your chest. It had been so long since you had spoken to Zuko, and you didn’t know how to react when you saw him again. You cautiously approached the door and opened it to find Zuko standing there, dressed in humble clothes instead of the royal attire you last saw him in. You were shocked by how different he looked, but there was a trace of the same intense fire in his eyes. The moment you opened the door, Zuko felt a wave of emotions wash over him. You looked just as beautiful as he remembered you, and he had to fight the urge not to run to you and embrace you. He had missed you more than words could describe, and now that you were standing in front of him again, he barely managed to keep his composure together. "Hey," he finally said, his voice sounding as nervous as he felt. Your heart skipped a beat as Zuko spoke. You had been thinking about him for months, and now he was here, standing in front of you. "Hey," you said softly, your eyes taking him in and feeling confused by how different he looked. You couldn't help but notice how handsome he still was, even in his more humble attire. "Come inside," you gestured for him to enter your home, "please."
Zuko nodded silently and stepped inside the house, his eyes taking in every detail of your humble home. For a moment, he felt out of place, the son of the Fire Lord in the house of a Water Tribe Princess. But that feeling quickly vanished the moment he focused back on you. "Thank you," he said softly, as he was struck by how much you'd changed since last they spoke. You were wearing a comfortable and light dress and he could see that your hair had also changed. You couldn't help but notice how Zuko seemed out of place in your home. He looked far too grand to fit in with the simplicity of your surroundings, but there was a charm to seeing him there as if he was meant to be there. You closed the door quietly behind him and gestured for him to take a seat at the table, your eyes glued to him. There was an air of uncertainty between you both, as neither of you knew what to say. You could sense that he was nervous, and you felt the same way. As you watched Zuko take in your humble home, you felt a wave of affection wash over you. Despite the drastic differences in your social status now, seeing him in your home made you forget all that. You wanted to ask him everything that had happened since you last spoke, but all you could muster up was a soft, "What are you doing here?"
As you led him into the living room, Zuko caught a whiff of your scent, and it sent a wave of nostalgia over him. He remembered the smell of your skin and hair when he held you in his arms and it made his heart ache for you even more. At your question, his eyes focused on your gaze, and for a moment, he felt guilty for coming to you and asking you for help. But he reminded himself of why he was here, and why he needed your help. "It's a long story," he said quietly. You felt your breath hitch at the way Zuko looked at you, and you quickly shook it off. You walked over to the couch and sat down, feeling the tension in the air. "I have time," you replied, your voice coming out more confident than you expected. Despite the fluttery feeling in your stomach, you managed to muster your strength and continue. "You said you needed my help, why?" Zuko took a deep breath, steeling himself for the difficult conversation that was ahead. He knew he was at a disadvantage since he had asked for your help, which gave you the upper hand in this situation. And he also knew that you might turn him down, which honestly, wouldn't surprise him. "I've been banished from the Fire Nation," his said, with a hint of bitterness in his voice. He paused for a moment, waiting for you to say something, but when you remained quiet, he continued. "And I need your help to get back."
As soon as Zuko spoke the words 'banished from the Fire Nation,' your eyes widened in surprise. You couldn't believe what you were hearing. You had never thought that the crown prince could be exiled from his own nation. You listened intently as Zuko continued to explain the situation, understanding how vulnerable and desperate he must feel. But even with his explanation, you couldn't help but feel a sense of confusion and disbelief. "Why me?" You said softly, your voice laced with emotions. Zuko took a deep breath as he tried to think of a suitable answer to your question. He knew that you probably wondered why he chose you, out of all the people in the world, he decided to come to your home and ask you to help him. But the truth was that he had been thinking about you for months, despite how he had tried to push you out of his mind. "Because I trust you," he said quietly, and he spoke from the heart. He couldn't stand being without you for this long, and now he was desperate.
As soon as Zuko uttered the words 'I trust you', you felt your heart skip a beat. You didn't know what to expect in this moment. But hearing him say that he trusted you, made you feel like your knees were about to buckle. You swallowed nervously, not sure how to react or what to say. You were conflicted. On one hand, you wanted to help him, to be by his side and support him in his time of need. On the other hand, you feared that it was a terrible idea, one that could have serious repercussions. Trust was not something you thought you deserved, especially after rejecting his proposal. You were overwhelmed by the mixture of emotions flowing through your body, but you quickly got a hold of yourself and pushed all those thoughts away. "You trust me?" You asked softly, your eyes full of surprise and anticipation. He saw the flicker of surprise in your eyes at his words, but he could see the hesitation and resistance still there, and it gnawed at him. He knew you had rejected him once before. But there was also a slight change in your demeanor that made him wonder if there was something more going on in your mind. "Yes," he said, a hint of vulnerability lacing his tone as he tried to maintain his composure. "I trust you more than I've ever trusted anyone else."
Your mind was flooded with contradicting thoughts, your emotions swirling within you like a storm. Despite everything, you couldn't help feeling a sense of appreciation for Zuko's trust. His words resonated within you, causing a strange sensation in your heart. "Why?" You managed to ask again, your voice tinged with surprise and confusion. You didn't understand why he would trust you, especially considering the last time you saw each other and your decision to reject him. As you asked the question again, Zuko felt a sense of frustration well up inside of him. Wasn't it obvious to you why he trusted you? Didn't you feel how much he had been thinking about you? But he reminded himself to control his emotions. He couldn't let his anger get the best of him now. "Because you have a good heart," he said quietly. "And you're loyal. You're smart, and you always try to do the right thing." He couldn't help but admire your qualities and your fierce loyalty.
Your mind was spinning with conflicting emotions. You understood that Zuko's trust in you was sincere, but you didn't know whether to feel proud or guilty about it. After all, you had rejected him, and now he was coming to you of all people for help. You took a deep breath and tried to clear your mind, wanting to focus on the task at hand. "What exactly do you need me to do?" You asked, your voice betraying a hint of nervousness. The moment the question left your lips, Zuko felt a rush of relief. He had been unsure whether you would agree to help him or not, and now that you had, he felt like he could finally breathe easy for the first time in a long time. "I need you to help me come up with a plan to take back the throne," he replied. His eyes were filled with determination, as he was ready for whatever it took to return to the Fire Nation and restore his honor.
Feeling as if your heart leapt in your chest as you heard Zuko's request. You couldn't believe that he was asking you for help with such an ambitious plan, but there was a flicker of excitement in your eyes. You took a moment to consider the plan, your mind racing with possibilities. But then your face fell as you realized the reality of the situation. "Zuko… It sounds impossible," you said softly, your eyes filled with a mixture of sympathy and worry. "You've been exiled, and the Fire Lord holds all the power." Zuko flinched at your words, and a flicker of frustration crossed over his features. He knew everything you were saying was true, which only made his exile that much more painful. Still, he was determined to take back what was his, and he refused to give up so easily. "I know it won't be easy," he said, his voice low and intense. "But I will do whatever it takes to restore my honor and return to the Fire Nation." He stared deeply into your eyes, a fierce determination burning in his gaze as he spoke. "Will you help me…or not?"
The intensity in Zuko's eyes made your breath catch in your throat. You could feel his determination and passion, and it made you realize how much this meant to him. You knew the risks and the challenges that lay ahead, but you couldn't resist the pull of Zuko's magnetic personality. His determination was contagious, and you found yourself nodding. "Of course, I will," you said with a soft smile, your eyes full of determination.
"I'll help you every step of the way."

As time slowly passed by, you helped Zuko adjust to being on his own and within an important Water Tribe who didn't seem keen on taking to him. Helping him learn to be more calmer and relaxed if he wanted his plan to work, even as he grew more protective and annoyed when you were around or working with others before attempting to pull you away. As Sokka arrived in the Water Tribe with his sister, Katara, and her friend, Aang, he couldn't help but feel a shiver of excitement. He had heard rumors about the beauty and grace of the princess in the Water Tribe, and he had been quietly yearning to see for himself. As he surveyed his surroundings, his eyes suddenly widened as he spotted you across the square. He couldn't help but stare at your figure. "Who's that?" he whispered to his sister, his eyes fixated on you.
You were making your way through the market in the middle of the square with Zuko beside you, your movements graceful and delicate as you picked out fresh fish for your family. You didn't notice Sokka's gaze following you, but Katara glanced over and saw his intense stares. She rolled her eyes and nudged her brother with her elbow. "That's Y/N. She's the daughter of the chief….you know the princess." The moment Sokka laid eyes on you, he felt a rush of awe and admiration. Your beauty had captivated him in an instant, and he could barely tear his gaze away from you. As he discreetly asked his sister about you, he tried to hide his excitement, although he was barely succeeding. "The princess?" Sokka's eyes widened even more, and he couldn't help but feel a pang of admiration for your title as well. While he was intrigued by your beauty, the fact that you were a princess made you even more captivating in his eyes. Still, he tried to maintain his composure, knowing that he had to first interact with you. He casually leaned down to whisper to Katara, "Do you think she's single?"
Katara rolled her eyes at Sokka's comment, not surprised by it. He was always flirting and trying to find a romantic connection with any woman he met. "Sokka, she's a princess. And she doesn't look single." She whispered back, still looking around the North as if in awe even as she glanced at the Water Tribe Princess. Sokka's hopes deflated slightly at his sister's response, and he couldn't help but feel a small pang of disappointment. Despite it, there was a strange feeling of determination and desire stirring within him. He couldn't deny the pull you were having on his heart, and he was determined to find out more. "I'm gonna talk to her," he declared quietly, his voice tinged with a hint of excitement and anticipation. Before his sister could protest, he was already making a beeline toward you.
As you strolled through the market with Zuko, a small smile tugged at the corners of your lips. The atmosphere was alive with chatter, and the scent of the sea and fresh produce filled the air. You picked out some fish and glanced back at Zuko, who seemed to be lost in thought. You were just about to call out to him when your attention was suddenly diverted by a new, unknown face in the crowd. Your eyes widened slightly as you noticed Sokka approaching, his gaze fixed on you. Sokka's heart pounded in his chest as he took in your appearance. The way your gaze met his made his stomach do flips. Despite his anxiety, a small smile tugged at the corners of his lips. "Hey," the word slipped out. It was a simple word, but it spoke volumes of his nervousness and desire to connect with you. He couldn't help but be drawn to you, even though he couldn't quite understand why. It was a strange and new feeling, and he wondered if it was just some silly crush.
As Sokka's greeting caught your attention, you turned to face him with a small smile. Despite the flutter in your chest, you managed to keep your composure, acknowledging his presence with a soft nod of your head and a friendly tone. "Hello," you replied politely, observing the tall Water Tribe boy in front of you. His nervousness was palpable, and you couldn't help but wonder what he wanted or why his gaze was so intensely fixed on you. Zuko's reverie was suddenly interrupted by your sudden attention shift, and he followed your gaze to see a young Water Tribe man approaching you. He couldn't help but feel a tinge of wariness as he noticed the way the man was looking at you, but he tried to suppress his jealousy. Sokka swallowed hard, his throat suddenly dry. His heartbeat pounded loudly in his ears, almost drowning out the noises of the busy market. He had a million things he wanted to say, but suddenly, all the words vanished from his mind. His usually quick tongue felt like it was tied in knots. He took a deep breath, gathering his nerves as he searched for the right words. "So, uhm… nice weather we're having," Sokka blurted out, wincing slightly at his cliché attempt at conversation.
You raised an eyebrow at Sokka's attempt at conversation, trying to hide the small smile forming on your lips. His nervousness was endearing, and you couldn't help but feel a flicker of sympathy for him. "Yes," you responded, your voice holding a hint of amusement. "The weather is quite nice today." You waited for him to continue, your eyes watching him expectantly, curious to see where this conversation would lead. Sokka felt a small bead of sweat drip down the side of his face as he struggled to think of something else to say. He was usually so charismatic and confident, but suddenly he felt like a bumbling mess. Despite the nerves, Sokka couldn't help but notice how breathtakingly beautiful you were. It made his stomach do cartwheels and made his mind go completely blank. "Right, right," he stumbled, his brain grasping for any thought he could turn into a conversation. After a brief pause, he met your gaze once more, his voice wavering slightly. "Do you… uhm.. come here often?" Sokka asked, wincing realizing how corny that must've sounded since you lived here.
A soft laugh escaped your lips, your eyes twinkling with amusement. Hearing Sokka's corny question made your heart flutter with a mixture of amusement and surprise. "Yes," you responded, still smiling. "I do come here often… since this is home and all." Despite the cliché and awkward situation, you found it endearing that Sokka was trying to strike up a conversation. You waited for him to continue, your eyes on him expectantly. Zuko gritted his teeth as he listened to Sokka's compliment towards you, his irritation flaring up again. He couldn't help but feel a sense of possessiveness and jealousy towards you, especially when he noticed the way Sokka was looking at you. He could feel his heart rate quicken, and the urge to intervene and protect you surged through him, but he managed to keep his composure. Instead, he watched intently as you and Sokka continued to chat.
Sokka felt a mix of relief and disappointment. He was glad that he didn't seem to have made a complete fool of himself, but he couldn't shake the feeling that he was coming off as awkward and inexperienced in the art of flirting. He cleared his throat, trying to come up with a witty response. But unfortunately, all he managed to say was a simple "Oh, right, of course." His mind blanked once more, leaving him feeling tongue-tied and lost for words. As Sokka's mind went blank once more, You couldn't suppress a chuckle that escaped your lips. His attempts at conversation were endearing, but it was clear that he was struggling. Seeing the look of desperation on his face, you finally took pity on him and decided to save him from any further embarrassment. You gently placed a hand on Sokka's arm, gently interrupting his awkward pause. "So, what brings you here?" You asked, your voice gentle as you tried to ease the nerves between you two. "Are you visiting or passing through?"
Sokka's eyes widened slightly as you touched his arm. Your soft touch sent a jolt of electricity through his body, making his heart race. It took a moment for him to compose himself, the warmth of your hand still lingering on his skin. He managed to gather his thoughts and cleared his throat once more. "I'm here with my friends,” he said, a small hint of a smile playing on his lips. “We’re accompanying the Avatar on his journey. So, kind of visiting.”
Your smile widened as you listened to Sokka's explanation. You had heard about the Avatar's journey, but actually meeting someone who was a part of it felt surreal. "You're accompanying the Avatar?" You repeated, your voice filled with surprise and wonder. Your eyes widened slightly, and you couldn't believe your luck. Not only was this Water Tribe boy charming in his awkwardness, but he was also on a noble mission. Sokka felt another rush of adrenaline as your smile widened. He nodded, his confidence returning slightly at your evident interest. "Yeah, it's been quite the adventure," he said, a hint of excitement in his voice. "We've been traveling for months, going to different nations and facing all kinds of challenges. It's been a crazy ride but right now he's here to learn water-bending." He paused for a moment, a cheeky smile playing on his lips. "But I must admit, I never expected that meeting someone like you would be the greatest adventure of them all," he said with a touch of flirtation.
As Sokka's words washed over you, your heart fluttered in your chest. The warmth of his smile and the gentle touch of his hand on yours sent butterflies fluttering in your stomach. You couldn't help but laugh softly at his cheesy words, charmed by his attempts at flirtation. "You're quite the charmer, aren't you?" You responded, your voice laced with laughter and amusement. "I might be able to help with the water-bending problem."

As the Gaang settled into the Water Tribe, Sokka's eyes immediately drifted toward your striking figure. He couldn't help but feel a jolt of admiration and attraction as he watched you in action. He found himself stealing glances whenever you were nearby, observing your every move with a newfound fascination. He appreciated your strength, your grace, and your loyalty to your tribe. Sokka's typical banter and teasing were replaced by a newfound shyness around you. You were unaware of Sokka's observations of you. His shy glances and flustered demeanor went unnoticed by you as you went about your daily routine. However, you couldn't help but notice that your interactions with Sokka have felt different lately. He seemed more awkward and less confident around you, stumbling over his words and unable to maintain his usual charm. You had a feeling he was nervous around you, but his uncharacteristic behavior intrigued you. You couldn't pinpoint why he was acting this way, but you found yourself wanting to learn more about what was going on in his head.
As you go about your daily tasks, you can't help but notice a strange feeling of warmth in your chest as you watch Sokka from afar. His shy glances and nervous behavior around you left you feeling both amused and flattered. Despite his usual confident demeanor, there was something endearing about seeing him become awkward around you. When your eyes occasionally met, you found yourself smiling softly, feeling flustered by the unexpected connection. You found yourself drawn to his nervous energy, amused by his clumsy attempts to strike up a conversation, and interested in getting to know him better. Despite his shyness, Sokka's genuine interest in you made your heartbeat flutter. As Sokka approached you with a newfound confidence, his heart pounding in his chest. He had been observing your skill on the battlefield and found himself captivated by your grace, power, and loyalty. Despite his earlier attempts at witty banter, Sokka's nerves had returned, making his usual confidence falter. He found himself tongue-tied when he finally stood before you, feeling as if he were a naive boy all over again. "Hi," he said, his voice filled with a mixture of nerves and admiration. "You're an amazing bender."
Your lips twitched upwards into a small smile as Sokka approached you, his earlier nerves making him seem endearingly earnest. "Thanks," you replied, your eyes twinkling slightly with amusement. You watched as Sokko stood before you, his confident demeanor having slipped away, replaced by a nervous energy that was both charming and endearing. "You're not so bad yourself," you added, your tone light and playful, sensing the nervous tension between you both. "I've seen you in action. You're pretty skilled with that boomerang of yours." Sokka's heart leapt in his chest as he heard your praise. Your words sent a wave of warmth through him, making his cheeks flush slightly. Despite his nervousness, he couldn't help but smile at the compliment. "Thanks," he replied, his voice a bit softer than usual. "I've had some practice. And yeah, I'm pretty good with my boomerang. I'm pretty sure I could take down an army with it if I wanted to." His confidence was returning, his usual self-assurance taking over, but his heart still fluttered whenever his gaze met yours.
You couldn't help but chuckle softly at Sokka's boastful comment, your eyes dancing with amused affection. You could tell he was trying to play it cool, but you could see the nervousness lingering beneath his bravado. "Is that so?" You teased, raising an eyebrow in challenge. "An army, you say? I'd pay good money to see that." Sokka let out a hearty laugh, realizing that his attempt to sound impressive had fallen flat. However, there was a flicker of determination in his eyes as he looked at you. "You doubt my skills, I'll have you know, I've taken down more enemies than I can count with my trusty boomerang," he said, his voice regaining its usual bravado. "I'll prove it to you. Next training session, I'll go all out and show you what I'm capable of."
You smirked at Sokka's defiant response, intrigued by his determination. "Is that a challenge?" You teased, crossing your arms and tilting your head to the side. Your eyes sparkled with a mix of amusement and anticipation as you looked at him, secretly enjoying his attempts to impress you. "I suppose we'll just have to see then, won't we? I can't wait to see this legendary performance." Sokka's heart fluttered as your smirk sparked a playful fire within him. He grinned widely, his confidence returning in full force. He loved a good challenge, especially if it meant he could impress you. "You bet it's a challenge," he declared, his voice filled with determination. "And I never back down from a challenge. Consider yourself lucky to witness the true power of my boomerang." He was determined to prove himself to you, and nothing could extinguish that burning desire. Sokka grinned, his eyes gleaming with excitement. His heart raced, a mix of eagerness and nerves coursing through him. Though he was determined to prove his skills, he couldn't ignore the flutter in his chest at the thought of impressing you.
You chuckled softly, your eyes shining with a mix of amusement and admiration as you watched Sokka's determination. He was definitely putting on a show, and you were secretly charmed by his efforts to impress you. His confidence and bravado were endearing, and you couldn't help but feel a warmth in your chest at the thought of his eagerness to make an impression. "I'll hold you to that," you retorted, your voice light and teasing. "I'm looking forward to seeing this legendary boomerang in action." As Sokka boasted about his boomerang training skills, Zuko's irritation flared up once again. He couldn't believe that this Water Tribe boy had the audacity to claim excellence in something like boomerang technique. His fists clenched and his jaw tightened as he overheard their conversation. But he knew better than to cause a scene, so he quietly observed the scene unfolding before him.
A few days later, you and Zuko were idly chatting as you both walked along the Water Tribe, the conversation lighthearted and easy. Though your hands kept accidentally brushing against each other, neither of you made a conscious effort to pull away, the brief moments of contact fueling an undercurrent of tension between you. However, you were too lost in their conversation to notice the approaching figure until Sokka appeared before you two, his voice tinged with an unusual edge as he interrupted the conversation. As Sokka suddenly appeared in front of them, Zuko and you were wrenched from your conversation. Zuko bristled at the interruption, his irritation flaring up once again at the sight of the Water Tribe boy who had been flirting with you. He couldn't help but feel a wave of jealousy and possessiveness as he noticed the tension in Sokka's voice. "Hey, Y/N," Sokka's voice interjected, his nerves evident in the unusual edge in his tone. He forced a smile, trying to hide the mixture of jealousy and insecurity welling up within him. He had been watching the interaction from afar, unable to shake the feeling of irritation at seeing you talking so comfortably with Zuko. It was irrational, he knew that, but he couldn't help the possessive thoughts that plagued his mind.
You and Zuko turned your attention towards him, and your conversation abruptly halted. You smiled politely at Sokka, a hint of curiosity in your eyes as you noticed the unusual edge in his voice. You didn't seem to notice the subtle tension between the two boys, your focus shifting to Sokka's attempt at a smile. "Oh, hey Sokka," you greeted, your voice cheerful but tinged with a touch of surprise. "Everything alright?" Sokka's smile widened, but it did not quite reach his eyes. He struggled to keep his tone light and carefree, but his mind was racing. He felt a pang of jealousy at the sight of your and Zuko's easy conversation, and he fought to keep it from consuming him. "Yeah, everything's fine," he replied, his voice strained. He couldn't bring himself to meet your eyes fully, instead glancing at the ground as he spoke. "I was just passing by and thought I'd say hi."
You couldn't help but notice the strained undertone in Sokka's voice, his forced cheeriness standing out like a sore thumb. You furrowed your brows in concern, sensing the tension in the air. It was unlike Sokka to be so visibly unnerved around you. Was something bothering him? You took a step forward, your voice gentle as you responded to him while tenderly placing your hand on his arm. "Is there something on your mind? You seem a little… on edge." Sokka's heart quickened at your touch, your gentle concern sending a shiver down his spine. He struggled to maintain his composure, his mind warring between jealousy and the desire to be close to you. "No, it's nothing," he replied, his voice tinged with a mixture of frustration and longing. "Just a lot on my mind, that's all." He couldn't help but glance at your hand on his arm, the touch both comforting and aggravating all at once.
You noted the flicker of frustration in Sokka's eyes, sensing the inner turmoil beneath his surface-level response. You gently tightened your grip on his arm, your eyebrows knitting together in concern as you tried to decipher his mood. "Hey," you said softly, your voice laced with worry, "You know you can talk to me about anything, right? Is there something bothering you?" Your eyes met his, your gaze was earnest and full of compassion. Sokka's breath caught in his chest as he met your eyes, the sincerity and concern in your gaze making his heart skip a beat. Your touch on his arm sent a mix of warmth and longing coursing through him, and he struggled to find the words to express his tangled emotions. "It's just… I don't know," he stammered, his voice laced with a mixture of frustration, vulnerability, and longing. "I guess… I just…" He trailed off, conflicted between his feelings of jealousy and admiration for you.
You continued to hold Sokka's arm, your touch conveying a sense of reassurance and support. You observed him closely, noticing the flicker of vulnerability in his eyes and the conflicted emotions that played across his face. "It's okay," you said soothingly, your voice soft and gentle. "Take your time. I'm listening." You gently squeezed his arm, your touch encouraging him to speak his mind, to share whatever was weighing heavy on his heart. Sokka's eyes fixated on yours, his heart fluttering at your soothing words and gentle touch. Your understanding and patience allowed him to gather his thoughts, and he took a deep breath before finally speaking. Sokka's voice grew more intense as his possessive and protective feelings for you surfaced. His eyes burned with a fierce determination to claim you for himself. "It's just… seeing you with Zuko," he admitted, his voice raw with honesty. "I guess it made me feel a bit jealous. I know it's silly, but I can't help it. I didn't mean to let my emotions get the better of me." he said, his voice low and possessive. "I won't deny that I'm jealous. The thought of anyone else spending time with you and making you laugh the way you did with Zuko… it drives me mad. I want that affection for myself."
You listened intently as Sokka confessed his feelings, your expression filled with surprise mixed with understanding. Although you were surprised by Sokka's sudden intensity, you couldn't help but sense a flicker of admiration growing within you. Despite your surprise, you kept your voice steady as you replied. "I see…" You said softly, your tone gentle and contemplative. "It's not silly, Sokka. Your feelings are valid, and I appreciate you sharing them with me. I assure you, that the relationship I have with Zuko is purely platonic. There's nothing romantic going on between us." Sokka's heart thumped in his chest as you responded to his confession with understanding and reassurance. Your gentle words helped to ease the intensity of his jealousy, but the embers of possessiveness still burned within him. "I believe you," he said, his voice laced with both relief and possessive determination. "But that doesn't stop me from wanting to be the one who makes you laugh and smile like that. No one else should have that privilege but me."
You listened attentively as Sokka explained his feelings, his possessive tendencies mingling with a hint of longing. You noticed the flicker of determination in his eyes and couldn't help but feel slightly overwhelmed by the intensity of his emotions. However, before you could respond, Zuko chimed in with a harsh yet playful tone, attempting to get under your skin since he also wanted you. "Well, Sokka, I must say, your jealousy is endearing, in a slightly unhinged sort of way. But there's no need for such possessive vibes, buddy." Sokka's eyes snapped towards Zuko as he heard his comment, his jealousy flaring up once again with an intensity that was borderline primal. His fists clenched at his sides, his body tensing as he bristled with resentment. The thought of Zuko trying to undermine him and make light of his feelings fueled the possessive fire burning within him. His eyes narrowed into slits as he glared at Zuko, his voice low and menacing. "I'll show you 'slightly unhinged', pal."
Zuko merely smirked at Sokka's heated declaration, his eyes flickering with a cold and mischievous glint. He knew he had gotten exactly the reaction he wanted from Sokka, and now it was time to stoke the fire. "Oh, really now?" He said, his tone dripping with sarcasm. "You're quite the feisty one, aren't you? I think it's adorable. It's almost like you think you're tough enough to handle me." He taunted. Sokka's eyes burned with fiery defiance as he met Zuko's cold gaze. He wouldn't let anyone, especially not Zuko, undermine him like that. "Adorable?" he sneered. "You won't be calling me adorable when I knock you on your arrogant ass." His body was coiled and ready, tensed like a wolf preparing to lunge at its prey.
Your eyes widened in alarm at the growing tension between the two boys. Your heart leaped into your throat as you swiftly stepped between them, your gaze darting between Sokka and Zuko. Without wasting a moment, you firmly grasped Sokka's arm, your touch pleading and urgent. "Stop it," you whispered fiercely, your voice tinged with a mix of fear and concern. "The last thing we need is a fight between the two of you. Sokka, rein it in. Please. And Zuko… ease off." Sokka's defiance flickered momentarily at your pleading tone and firm touch reached him. The sight of you standing between him and Zuko, your hand grasping his arm, quelled the fiery intensity that had consumed him a moment before. However, the embers of his jealousy still smoldered within him, threatening to flare up at a moment's notice. He let out a slow exhale, his body relaxing slightly at your touch. He still glared at Zuko with simmering resentment, but his focus was back on you and your plea for peace.
Tumblr media
Sokka's heart pounded in his chest as he implored you to join them on their journey. His gaze bore into yours, filled with sincerity and a hint of vulnerability. His voice tinged with a touch of pleading. "I know there have been some strained moments between us, but I want you to know that I truly care for you. I want to be with you, to see where our potential could lead. And more than anything, I want you to join us on this mission. You have skills that could be invaluable to the Avatar's success." Your heart skipped a beat at Sokka's words. You hadn't expected him to express such vulnerability and sincerity, especially considering the complicated past exchanges. As a mix of surprise and gratitude washed over you, you hesitated for a moment, grappling with the decision that lay before you. "I… I…" You stammered, your voice faltering slightly. "I don't know, Sokka. I appreciate your feelings, but this is a big ask. I need time to consider it."
Sokka's heart pounded with desperation as he softly pleaded with you to join them. His eyes pleaded with yours, his voice tinged with a hint of possessive insistence. "Please," he said, his voice earnest, "I can't bear the thought of leaving without you. I need you by my side, not just for the mission, but because my feelings for you have consumed me completely. You are the one I want to protect, the one I want to be with. Say you'll come with us. Say you'll be mine...please." As Sokka poured out his feelings, his voice filled with both vulnerability and possessive insistence, you felt a flurry of emotions swirling within you. Surprised by his raw admission, you hesitated for a moment, the weight of his words tugging at your heart. Despite your initial reservations, the sincerity in his voice was undeniable, and you found yourself drawn to the depth of his longing. After a few moments of contemplation, you finally nodded, your voice soft yet determined. "Alright," you whispered, your eyes meeting his.
"I'll come with you."

Summary: Y/N never thought she would be married to the spymaster of the Night Court. However, they are undoubtedly married and nothing will save her from the night ahead of her.
Warnings: smut, loss of virginity, lovely azriel
Here –> Part 2 Masterlist
A/N: The idea that popped into my head today and I didn't get up until I wrote it. :)
English is not my first language so I apologize for any mistake.
Tumblr media
Y/N felt the bed sink in beside her and someone, her husband, fold up the edge of the blanket and slip quietly under the duvet.
Y/N felt as if she would suffocate with fear.
Two hours ago, they had gone through the ceremony where she was forced to marry the spymaster of the Night Court in a luxurious setting.
For a purpose, her father said as he adjusted her veil.
It was nothing more than a means to make a deal for the benefit of the Court of Nightmares. More food, more power in exchange for soldiers and a girl.
In fact, her family had eagerly offered her to the High Lord as a prospective bride, and as she was educated and intelligent enough to be chosen over the other women in the Court of Nightmares.
For a long time Y/N did not know to whom she was to be married. She had been raised from a very young age to believe that she was destined to be a wife and mother, but she never thought that it would be him.
But now she was given a chance. A chance to leave that damn evil place and be away from her family.
Today, for the first time in her life, she could see the stars and feel the gentle touch of the breeze on her skin, bringing tears to her eyes. If she was lucky, perhaps her husband would never send her back there. If she obeyed him – though the very thought made her feel sick. All her existence had consisted of nothing but submitting to others. She would have liked to have ruled over herself, but it would always be a dream, now that she was married.
The shadowsinger moved beside her, causing every cell in Y/N to warn her to run.
Well, it's happening, she thought despondently to herself and closed her eyes.
She knew exactly what her duty was. What must happen.
For this marriage to be legitimate, Y/N must give in to her husband and willingly spread her legs.
“I know you don't want to,” he said softly behind her back before gently placing his hand on her hip. Y/N jumped at the sudden touch. “But we have a duty, Y/N.”
She shuddered as the spymaster spoke her name out of his mouth. His voice was soft, but still a warning tone mixed into the words. She had no doubt that he was not often contradicted and may the Great Mother have mercy on whoever tried.
Y/N licked her lips and let out a shaky sigh, then nodded. Trembling, she turned onto her back and it took her a few seconds to gather her courage and look at her husband.
Azriel watched her silently, his figure illuminated by the faint moonlight that filtered through the gaps in the drawn curtains. Y/N could see his broad shoulder, the swelling muscles in his arm, and even the dark outline of his tattoo in the dim light.
Y/N could feel the golden brown eyes watching her warily as they scrutinized her. She was surprised to find that the shadowsinger did not return her stare for a moment and kept his gaze on her face the whole time. Perhaps he was waiting for her to make a move.
Maybe he was waiting for her to initiate.
Y/N's mouth went dry at the thought that he might have wanted her to. However, she had been raised to do what others wanted, so with all her presence of mind she slowly touched her palm to Azriel's chest. She felt warm, silky skin and felt a steady heartbeat beneath her hand as she slid it a little further away. She heard the Illyrian take a deep breath and the scarred finger she had put the gold ring on a few hours ago gently stroked the cool back of her hand.
Y/N was so startled for a moment that she forgot to breathe. Never had she imagined that the dreaded shadowsinger could be so gentle as he was now.
Perhaps behind the scars and shadows there was not a monster, but a feeling being.
A tiny germ of hope began to blossom in Y/N and she continued to caress him a little more boldly. Her hand glided down Azriel's muscular arm and Y/N was startled to find herself enjoying it.
The way the steely muscles tighten under her touch, the heat radiating from his body as if beaming up at her, inviting her to slide closer and enjoy it.
Azriel, as if hearing her thoughts, took hold of her waist and gently pulled her towards him until their chests touched.
Y/N's nightgown was so thin that the spymaster could easily feel that her nipples were hard and straining against his chest.
Azriel groaned, barely audible, and something inside Y/N stirred at the sound.
Confused, she felt wetness between her legs and some primal longing that she had never experienced before took her. She almost longed for him to return her touch. To have him caress her heated skin. It was so unfamiliar to her, and yet it was as if her body knew how to press herself against him.
Unexpectedly, she felt the hardness against her belly that made her go rigid, but Azriel just squeezed the soft flesh of her hip and didn't let her move away.
“No,” he whispered and buried his face in her hair, his thumb tracing soothing circles around her waist. “Don't be frightened. This is what happens when –“
“I'm not so clueless that I don't know what it is,” Y/N said, blushing. She thanked the Gods for the darkness. “The women explained everything to me before the wedding anyway. That this is what it takes to conceive a marriage and it's the natural reaction of every man when he touches a woman in a loose fitting nightgown.”
Azriel remained silent, but eventually he involuntarily chuckled to himself. Y/N smiled vaguely, but the man's shaking chest and voice filled her with a certain joy. It reassured her.
“Not all men,” Azriel said, wrapping a lock of her hair around his finger and tugging it gently. “But you're certainly beautiful and you're wearing very little nightgown.”
“I didn't choose it” Y/N muttered grumpily as she lowered her head to look at the said piece. It was a little translucent and she felt a twinge of anxiety when she first saw that she would have to wear it tonight.
“I thought so,” he muttered. “If it's any comfort I think it looks good on you and I like it very much.”
She had heard rumors of the shadowsinger that he hardly spoke, but they were now lying here and he was obviously talkative.
Y/N finally understood that this was Azriel's way of distracting her and calming the emotions that were raging inside her.
Her fear of the unknown and to make her comfortable with the situation. No one had ever done anything like that for her, not even her mother.
She swallowed hard and, not giving herself time to drift away from the thought, leaned into him and pressed her lips to his. She didn't know how to do this, since tonight she was getting the first kiss of her life from Azriel at the altar in front of hundreds of guests. It was more like a little peck than a kiss.
She understood this when Azriel recovered from his momentary shock and kissed her back. This was different.
The spymaster's hand slid into her hair, his fingers tangled in her ringlets as he gently tilted her head into position and everything just got better.
The angle of the kiss changed, deepened much more and something like an excited tremor began in Y/N's belly. The scent of Azriel filled her senses, the cool night mist and cedar balming her soul, her nails involuntarily digging into Azriel's biceps and it was as if he lost all restraint at that small movement.
He rolled Y/N onto her back, then towered over her and kissed her fiercely. His tongue stroked along her lower lip as if asking for admission and she hesitantly opened it and Azriel's tongue immediately made its way to hers. Y/N let her husband guide her and she was almost giddy with pleasure.
She enjoyed the way Azriel's tongue glided over hers, the weight of him pressing her almost uncomfortably into the mattress and the hot hardness between her legs.
The shadowsinger's lips moved to her chin, and Y/N gasped for air as he moved lower and lower, finding a spot in the hollow between her shoulder and neck that made her hip snap away from the bed and involuntarily rub against Azriel.
Heat flooded her face, but she was unable to pull away from him and with long, sensual strokes she wanted more, which he acknowledged with soft moans.
Strong hands now gripped her thighs and Azriel moved lower, then bucked his hips and pushed against her. His pants and Y/N's underwear blocked them, but Azriel touched a space between her legs and moved as she imagined he would when he will be inside her.
She never thought it would be like this. This overwhelming feeling of his body moving over her, which he'd then elicited from her. Sighs erupted from deep within her body and Azriel kissed her as if to absorb the sounds she was making.
“That's it” Azriel gasped as Y/N arched and their hips met. “Just like that, my beauty.”
She groaned at the endearment and watched the wings spread wide on Azriel's back with a glazed look.
The membrane made the room even darker as it blocked out what little light had crept into the room. She wanted to feel the feel of it under her fingers.
“You can touch them,” he whispered, his breathing labored by Y/N's ear. “But only if I can touch you.”
“But you already do” she gasped, a thin layer of sweat beading on her forehead.
Azriel then let go of her thighs and slid between them, then reached down to her panties and pressed the outer curve of his hand to the spot where Y/N's body throbbed and almost burned. Gasping for air, panting, she made sounds that she should have been ashamed of, but her mind was in a fog and she could not contain herself. She would be ashamed later, but for now she could only cling to Azriel's strong shoulder.
“Here, Y/N” Azriel chuckled. “This is where I want to touch you.”
Y/N bit her lip at her husband's lustfuled words and nodded.
“There –“ her throat was tight, she could hardly get the words out. “It's good there.”
“Is it?”
“Yes” she cried softly.
His hand had pulled her underwear aside and was now touching her bare skin, causing Y/N's head to bob to the side and she clamped her hand over her mouth to muffle her voice.
However, Azriel stopped her hard and gave a disgruntled squeak.
“No, Y/N,” he muttered darkly. “I want to hear you.”
His wings fluttered, drawing her attention, and she stretched out her arm. When she touched the taut, silky membrane, Azriel shuddered and rubbed her harder between her legs.
Y/N loved what she was eliciting from her husband, so she repeated the motion and this time touched her fingernail to it a little, letting it gently scratch the inside of the wing.
“Cauldron” Azriel almost gritted his teeth in pleasure and buried his face in her neck. “You drive me crazy.”
Y/N felt the same way. His hand between her legs, his lip now brushing tiny kisses on her neck. It was killing her and she felt like a bowstring being stretched, ready to snap at any moment. Something was building inside her, the warmth in the pit of her belly seemed to be tightening and it was almost unbearable.
Then Azriel slipped a finger into the wetness between her legs and she gasped for air. It was a stinging sensation, but as he curled his finger he hit a good spot in her and she began to moan.
When Azriel gently pulled it out and then slipped back in, she heard that wet squeaking sound and it made her even more excited.
She wanted to touch him too. So much so that she had the courage to slip her hand into Azriel's pants and touch his hardness.
“Y/N” Azriel gasped as he pulled away from the delicate skin of her neck and peered down at her in the darkness.
“Teach me, please” she whispered with heavy lids. “How to touch you so that you feel as I feel now.”
Azriel closed his eyes and laughed softly.
“I already feel like that” he panted, but he helped Y/N and showed her how to take him in her grip. How tightly to squeeze and when he moved his hip to move into her hand, Y/N felt herself die instantly in admiration.
“Honey” Azriel sighed. “I need to be inside you.”
She knew what he meant.
She was a little afraid, because the women had said it would hurt terribly. However, what they had just done with Azriel had never been told that she would feel like this, so she hoped the sex would be different. Just as fantastic as this.
She opened her legs wider, giving him permission to make her his. Azriel immediately pulled her underwear off her and his own pants, then took her in his arms.
He adjusted himself between her legs but stopped and the golden brown eyes almost burned her face.
“This might hurt a little” he whispered to her and stroked her cheek affectionately. “But I'll try to do it as slowly and gently as possible.”
“It's fine, Azriel” she wrapped an arm around his shoulder and that's when she felt him shiver slightly too. Well, he was nervous too. “I'm used to the pain.”
Azriel froze, then sank down on top of her, so that their naked bodies were touching.
“From now on, no one will ever hurt you again,” he growled, his voice hard and purposeful.
Then he entered her, very slowly and Y/N gasped. She tensed in pain and whimpered and Azriel took her head in both hands and kissed her.
Finally when she thought she would pass out, she felt she couldn't take it. They lay there for a long time, but Azriel pushed forward and forward and then stopped.
Y/N sighed shakily and when her pain turned into a dull throbbing, he moved.
It was awfully strange the way Azriel moved inside her. It was unfamiliar, but after a while it got better and she gasped and clung to Azriel as if he would hold her and not let her fall over the precipice.
Emboldened, he thrust his hips faster and harder toward her and pulled her toward him with one hand, making them both gasp for air.
“Gods” Y/N broke from Azriel's lips and she groaned. Somehow the man moved in a different way and it drove her mad. “There!”
As if born to pleasure his wife, he repeated the motion again and his hand slid to her breast. He took one of her nipples between his fingers, then leaned in and licked it, whereupon Y/N clamped herself around her husband's member and moaned.
“Come for me, honey.”
His finger slid to her clit and rubbed it, which triggered something inside her.
Lights exploded behind her eyelids, her insides clenched and an animalistic moan tore from her. The heat was overwhelming her and she was sure it was over, she would die here and now, but Gods - if it is death she will be glad to go with it.
Azriel's hips slammed hard against her and she felt something warm flood over her and he shuddered. She wrapped her arms around him as if to protect him and their sweaty foreheads touched as they panted with the sensations that overwhelmed them.
Y/N opened her eyes and studied Azriel's face in the dim light. His handsome face was now relaxed and a small smile lurked at the corner of his mouth, his long black lashes casting shadows across his cheek. Her breath caught as she opened his eyes and his golden brown gaze locked on her.
There was an air of kindness and contentment that was evident in the way his hand stroked gently down her side.
“Are you okay?” he asked quietly and pulled out of her, careful not to hurt her. The sheet was a little bloody, but neither of them cared.
“Yes,” Y/N whispered and turned to face him as he lay down next to her. Azriel covered them with the blanket and took her hand. “It didn't hurt that much.”
He smiled and kissed her hand.
“It won't after this.”
“Will it be after this?” asked Y/N shyly but hopefully.
“There will be a lot after this.”
Y/N almost burst with joy. Maybe this marriage won't be so bad after all.

Princess
Summary: Luke never would have thought he'd ever have eyes for the daughter of Hades and Persephone.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Warnings!: Fem! Hades & Persephone reader, because Hades cabin doesn't exist yet, she's a minor god, so she stays in whatever cabin she pleases until the time of Nico Di Angelo. Timing is placed before tlt . She has pyro kenesis basically fire control. I've changed somethings, she's not considered a forbidden child because she's born from two gods, not a god and a human. This isn't canon obvi i made it up to fit the story.
Whenever Luke was called to the big house, he knew he was never in trouble. It was always to show around and be informed of a new arrival. But this time when he got to Chiron and Mr. D they seemed a little bit more..serious about this new camper.
"Ah Luke, come sit with us." Chiron beckoned him to sit with him and Mr. D while they were playing cards. This was already out of the ordinary, usually when there was a new camper, he would get a brief run down of who they were and when they were coming, and he would be sent back on his merry little way. He slowly pulled out the chair and sat. "We have a new camper coming tomorrow."
Okay nothing new, "That's great, I'll be showing them around tomorrow?" He asks knowing the answer is yes.
"Yes, but there are some things you need to know before her arrival." Chiron answers. Great, so the new camper is a girl.
"This girl.." Chiron continues. Luke waited. He was so curious. Was she a forbidden child? Was she a crazy psycho? "She's the daughter of Hades, and Persephone." That answered all of Luke's questions.
The Princess of the Underworld would be coming to Camp Half-Blood, and he needed to escort her around.
"She'll arrive tomorrow early in the morning, be ready kid. O' eight hundred. " Dionysus continued.
"You are dismissed." Chiron says not once looking up from his intense game or cards with Mr. D. Whelp, this was gonna be very interesting for Luke.
Luke woke up the next morning at around 7 am. Perfect amount of time to get ready and to eat something before showing the new camper around. It had occurred to Luke that he didn't know her name. Chiron hadn't told him. By the time he was done getting ready and had a bite to eat, it was about 7:50. Perfect timing.
He made it to the borders of camp to wait for the girl. Nonethe less when the clock struck 8:00am and all of the campers started to ride due to the morning conch. A big pink flame of fire emerged from the ground. It startled Luke, but as the flame started to go away, the silhouette of a girl peaked through. She was facing the other way looking around. And when she turned around..
Oh boy.
Luke fell hard. His palms were starting to sweat, he felt his heart thumping. Of course he had always heard the myths and the stories about the Princess of the underworld. In almost all of them they had all mentioned her beauty. And boy were those words true.
"Are you the boy that's showing me around? Father said that I would have an escort?" She said. Her voice was like the calm after a storm. Luke didn't answer. "Uhm? Sir?" She questioned.
"Oh! Uhm yes! that's me. Uh I'm Luke." He managed to get out while offering his hand to her.
She took it, boy her hands were soft like feathers. "I'm Y/n, it's nice to meet you, but can we get going? It's quite hot today." She said
Without thinking Luke says "You'd think you'd be used to the heat, being from the underworld and all." Luke's eyes widen when he realized what he said.
He looked her in the eyes and at first he thought he fucked up. She had a deadpan on her face. But when they stared at each other for a bit she started to crack, and she let out the most beautiful laugh Luke had ever heard.
"Well, let's get going Luke, we wouldn't wanna burn out here," She said with a little giggle sending a small amber his way.
He was in awe. She had fire powers, just like the stories said.
After a while. The pair got close. They were friends...that's if you still count them as your friends even though you're constantly flirting all of the time.
And that was the dynamic between the two. They were always bickering or flirting, or both at the same time. Luke knew from the moment he saw her he was doomed. He had never felt this way about anyone before. Every camper saw it, Luke looked at Y/n like she hung the stars in the sky, and honestly if you told Luke she did, he would believe you.
After a while the two had even received a name, the princess and her guardian. Because wherever Y/n was Luke wasn't too far by lingering around her, always keeping an eye on her.
They never admitted they're feelings for each other however. Not until the incident about a year after Y/n's first summer at camp.
"Oh come on Y/n, why don't you ditch that loser Luke and be with me." Ben from Aphrodite cabin said to her as she sat by herself with her lunch waiting for Luke.
"Excuse me?" She said with offence. Luke for one was NOT a loser, okay maybe he was just a bit but still. That was rude, and Y/n didn't like rude people.
"You heard me doll." He said with a smug smirk. Gross, that nick name did not come out as good as he thought it did.
"Leave me alone please, now you're just being ridiculous." She stated. Y/n was very open with her boundaries and did not like it when they were crossed.
"Oh come on, you know you want to." This guy just couldn't take the hint.
"She said leave dude." Luke stated from behind you. You looked back and smiled mouthing "Thank you."
"Well well, the loser himself. Y/n deserves a real man, after all, she is a princess." He said in a snarky tone.
"Dude seriously just back off." Luke said stepping up chest to chest with him now. Y/n stood now, she didn't like conflict, and she definitely did not want to be the reason why it started.
"Come on Luke, let's just go." She said trying to tug him away. Luke looked at her then back at the smug boy. Luke huffed and turned around.
"Yeah go ahead and go cry to your daddy! Oh wait..." Ben shouted as they walked away. This time Luke wasn't the only one that was fighting now. Y/n knew all about Hermes and how he treated Luke. Now this made her angry.
"What did you say?" Y/n said as she turned around.
"You heard me clear and-" He stopped talking as he took in Y/n's state. Her eyes burned with fire. Her fists ready with flames.
"Can you repeat yourself?" She said coming closer to him.
Ben started to panic. "Help!" He yelled, as if everyone eyes weren't on them the second Y/n turned around. "This girl is crazy!" He cried.
Y/n fake lunged forward toward him which scared him endlessly making him run off to cry to mommy. Of course Y/n wasn't going to actually hurt him. Just scare him a bit so he wouldn't mess with her and Luke.
Now that Ben was away, so was the crowd. Nothing to watch anymore so everyone went about their day. Now it was just her and Luke.
She calmed and so did her fire. She turned to see Luke staring at her with more twinkle in his eyes than usual.
"Yes?" She asked.
"I'm in love with you." Luke said.
"What?"
"I love-" Luke was cut off with a pair of lips colliding with his. It was everything Luke thought it would be. Her lips were soft, just like he imagined. He always thought he would kiss her first though. I guess some things can't be predicted.
"I love you too Luke Castellan." She said after they pulled apart.
The two stared at each other with their rosy cheeks and they're foreheads pushed together.
Luke never would have thought in a million years that he would be with the Princess of the Underworld, there's a first to everything though.
A/n: I've been having writers block recently. I literally don't know what to write, so if you have an requests, they're open on my acct!!

"Great Alastor, altruist, died for his friends while wife takes the fall"
Sorry to disappoint, that is not where this ends
I'm hungry for freedom like never before
The constraints of my deal surely have a backdoor
Once I figure out how to unclip my wings

Love Potion ˚ ༘♡ ⋆。˚ | Mattheo Riddle
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
summary: y/n thought she would smell something different while making Amortentia
warning: enemyxlover vibes, cursing, mattheo blushing for a second
note: shorter than usual but got this idea and had to write ( obviously there are other imagines like this so no not a new original idea i mean )
Together with my friends Harry, Ron and Hermione I walked to out next class potions. This year Professor Slughorn was teaching us and I really enjoyed what we learned so far.
Today we shared class with slytherin. Everyone got in and sat down, waiting for Professor to start.
" Good evening everyone, today you are going to learn how to make a love potion. The strongest to be exact. It is called Amortentia."
All the girl started giggling but I was distracted by a strong scent, something like mens cologne.
" Who can tell me something about it? " Professor Slughorn asked. Hermione‘s hand shot up into the air. " Yes, Miss Granger."
" Amortentia is the most powerful love potion in the world. It is distinctive for its mother-of-pearl sheen, and steam rises from the potion in spirals. Also Amortentia smells different to each person, according to what -"
" Yes yes yes Miss Granger, 10 points for gryffindor. And the rest of the students should figure the last point out by themselves, right?" Hermione nodded and looked at the example in front of her.
" All the ingredients are on your tables, you can either partner up or do the potion on your own. You have time till 10 minuten before the class ends. Have fun!" He clapped into his hands and everybody started.
Ron and Harry decided to do the potion on their own while Hermione and I decided to team up. It went really well until my nose was filled with this strong scent again. I looked around and the only person walking behind me was Riddle. I rolled my eyes at the thought of having his cologne in my nose.
" What is it with you? You seem so tense since we started class." Hermione asked while stirring the potion. " I have Riddles fucking strong cologne in my nose. This guy needs to start using less of it."
She knew about my hate towards him and everything he does. But I didn‘t started it, he did and I was never one to back down. So we tried to get on each other‘s nerves on every opportunity.
"Oops." i heard and felt a shoulder bumping into my side, almost knocking the potion over. I turned my back and saw Mattheo. " Wow, really mature. But what did I expect from you huh?" i snickered and turned back.
As everyone got ready, Professor Slughorn walked around the class and looked at eachs Amortentia.
" Very good ladys. May I take this for an example?" Hermione nodded proudly and we watched him putting it on the table in front of all of us.
" You all did a great job. Now I want you all to take a deep breath trough your nose and smell the potion in front of you." Everyone did as he said but again I couldn‘t smell anything but that stupid cologne.
"Y/n, why don‘t you tell me what you smell?" Professor Slughorn asked you smiling, pointing at the potion you and Hermione made. " I would love to professor, but I can only smell Mr. Riddle‘s cologne cause he apparently doesn‘t know when to stop spraying."
I gave Mattheo a dirty look but got confused really fast due to his confused look. What? No barking back?
" I don‘t wear any today, I rushed out of my common room cause I overslept." My eyebrows drew together, I didn‘t really understand why I would smell his cologne all class.
" Maybe If you take a step closer to the potion you can concentrate on the single ingredient you smell." Professor Slughorn suggested.
I did as he said and took a deep breath in again. " Um, I smell Sandlwood, bergamot and something like the deep ocean.. sea salt maybe."
I was in some kind of trance while smelling it. It was lovely, i felt so light and some goosebumbs formed on my body.
I looked up seeing Hermionie smiling. " What?" I whsipered. " Miss Granger, could you tell us the last fact for the Amortentia ?" Mr. Slughorn asked her.
" Amortentia smells different to each person, according to what attracts them." Attracts them? No no no..
I look at Mattheo, who‘s already smiling from head to toe. " Very good Miss Granger, now have a good day! And remember: Amortentia is a very dangerous potion! You should never underestimate it!"
We packed our stuff and left the class. " So what was that all about y/n? Smelling Mattheo? I mean do you really have a crush on that doucheba-" Ron startet but got interrupted shorty after " Yeah y/n, you have a little crush huh?“ Mattheo swung his arm around me, taking me away from my friends.
"What the fuck are you doing?" We rounded a corner and he stopped. " No playing around anymore little princess. Was that supposed to be a joke ?" I hope so too. " Because I smelled your fucking perfume the whole time too!"
" You - You did what?" I almost whispered, my hand flying onto my mouth. " I smelled you the whole time. Vanilla and something like strawberry.. fuck I wanted to devour you so bad." He came closer, pressing me against a wall, his chest against mine. "Tell me you don‘t feel the same, tell me I can go fuck myself and tell me to get my hands off of you."
I couldn‘t. He was right, I wanted to tell him to fuck off and to not touch me, but I simply couldn‘t. " Y/n.." he whsipered my name, coming closer with his face. Then it hit me, it has to be a joke.
I started laughing which he just answered with a confused look. " It is a joke right? You try to fuck with my head because I said I smelled you while smelling the potion. I smelled your cologne not you. Somebody else could wear it too."
" I‘m not joking y/n." " Prove it."
And from one second to another, my whole life changed. He took my face in his hands and pressed his lips again mine. Hard at first but the kiss got softer and passionate. I slowly kissed him back, putting my hands on his chest. He let my face go and put his hands on my hips, squeezing them a little bit.
Out of breath I broke the kiss, his lips red and swollen, smirking. "So you don‘t hate me huh?" I grinned. "Oh shut up." He smiled back at me and kissed me again.
hope you had fun reading 🫶🏻

So Danny is just a bunch of good that takes a humanoid shape, and we've seen him stretch and warp himself. What is sometimes he just leaves bits of himself behind. He has restoration so he can heal himself and others so when he realizes he left a foot behind he just grows a new one.
Batman: We've found more of the meta, 3 left feet all genetically identical, either were dealing with a cloning operation or someone using a regenerative meta as an organ farm. The most recent finds washed up between Gotham and metropolis.
Meanwhile Danny: I've gotta visit Dani more Madrid was beautiful can't wait to show Jazz the photos, tried to land and eats it, Damn it I though I fixed this!
Danny loves his new power- he likes to call it "Play-Boo" as a pun on playdough because it allows him to shift and change his body as he sees fit.
It was hard to mentally change his appearance as his core was tied to his idea of himself. Still, he can make his hair longer at will, shift to a younger or older version of himself, and even slightly change his coloration, though that takes a bit more concentration.
Danny is sadly unable to shape-shift into someone else. He thinks being able to regenerate is an okay trade-off. Especially when Danny accidentally leaves bits of himself behind with his new warping technique.
It's not the kind of warping he would like- seeing as he could only go a few yards from his original spot- but he hopes with time and practice, he will be able to fling himself from one side of the country to the other, much like opening portals.
But unlike the portals, he won't have to step into the ghost zone as a layaway.
One day, he'll be able to think, "Star City!" and bam will be there without having to destabilize his whole body or lose limbs. Or some internal organs. Like his left kidney.
Which was currently somewhere in Gotham as his warping has developed to the point that he can send himself to the area within eyesight, and he had traveled to metropolis in this method instead of flying to try to perfect it.
"Shoot," He grumbles, falling into a booth across from Dani. She had asked that he visit the big city with her, do a few sights, and then the two would fly downstate to check out some national parks.
"Lost something again?" She asks, sipping the soda she had ordered while waiting for him. Dani had been in the city for about three days and had fallen in love with the diner they were eating at.
She insisted they meet up there just so Danny could try some of their roast beef sandwiches. The favorite food of the two siblings.
"My left Kidney." He sighs, patting his side. Thank goodness his Play-Boo allowed him to not feel pain. He hated to have to feel every time he lost one of his body parts. "I need to eat my troubles away until a new one grows back."
"I'm not paying for your meal."
"But Dani! I'm down a kidney!"
She snorts. "It'll grow back by the time we leave, and you know it. But fine, you big baby, I'll pay for lunch. You have to cover the diner."
Satisfied, he lets her call over a waitress who quickly takes their orders and vanishes to the back, where the cook will likely make "the best damn roast beef" for him. He leans back, asking Dani about her travels.
She eagerly starts talking about the local art she has taken pictures of. At one point, her travels had turned into photo albums, documenting everything she saw and experienced.
She made some money this way, selling some of her photos, but mostly, Dani preferred to keep them for herself or the family.
As she talked about the light reflecting on some large News building- the daily planet- and the great lengths she had to go to get close enough to capture the sunlight, the door to the dinner chimed.
Two men in suits ushered in, one wearing a dark blue that seemed far cheaper than the deep black of his companion. Danny instinctively turned towards the sound, but he quickly looked away as the two men found a seat in a booth furthest away from him.
"I met this guy, Jimmy, who promised to have my photos submitted for a junior photographer contest. It's to help promote tourism, so it's based on the "Metropolis' beauty," but first place is five hundred!" Dani eagerly tells him, her eyes sparkling.
"I know you'll win. You'll make a name for yourself in no time as the best photographer of our era." Danny smiles at his little sister. He lowers his voice "Maybe with that money you win we won't have to sell my organs for a while."
She laughs, adding to the joke like it's second nature, "But you're so fun to harvest! Side's it's not like Vlad will allow you to walk away from the operation. He already has two more kidney orders from Gotham waiting for you."
Danny grimces. "I just lost one this morning. Why does he overbook me so much."
"I can do it if you-"
"Not on your life. I can regerate. You can only cry."
Dani kicks him hard in the shin. She waves her coffee spoon at him like a wizard banishing a wand. "Are you calling me a crybaby?"
"Well, I'm not calling you a cry-lady." He laughs as she scoffs. She opens her mouth to say something when her eyes lock with something over his shoulder. Her face closes down at once, hardening into someone who has traveled through the roughest parts of cities and towns.
Danny used to be worried that her instance of traveling alone at such a young age would ruin her childlike wonder and innocence, but he knew it would be worse to keep her at home.
Even with Vlad finally getting the much-needed help, the fact that Dani has existed for two years now didn't mean she was comfortable with being tied down.
Twisting around, he doesn't see anything out of the ordinary. The two men are casually eating their meals by the far window- too far for them to hear, the waitress is sitting behind the counter flipping through a magazine, and the chef can be seen through a little window making something at his gril.
What had alarmed Dani so much?
"We have to go," She hisses in ghost speech, eyes never leaving the man in the blue suit. Was it him? He seems to unthreatening with his big bulky glasses and easy smile. "I don't know why, but I don't like that guy's vibe."
Well, he won't argue with her about her gut feelings. Those were never important to ignore. "Let's take the rest of this to go."
She raises her hand, calling over the waitress, flipping open her wallet to leave enough to cover their bill and leave a generous tip. Danny quickly gathers their food in take-home boxes, keeping his body in front of Dani to block the men's view of her.
He's grateful that he had pulled on his hood, as his ears had gotten cold from the warping. With the fact he never turned around once since they walked in and his trusty hood, his face has been kept hidden from the men.
A small victory.
Hopefully, he won't see them again after this.
"Come on." He tells Dani, as she quickly gathers her stuff. "Vlad is going to have my arms and legs if we late meet him. I don't want to be just a torso again."
"I mean, it's your fault for trying to run away." She sighs. "You know how he gets. At least you didn't have to entertain his guests."
"Yeah laying in a dark room hoping to regrow my limbs is much better than letting those freaks touch me." Danny agrees thinking back to the big gala Vlad had invited them to.
To show goodwill and try to move past their hostility, the Fentons' children- Jazz, Dan, Danny, and Dani- had all agreed to go with him, under the condition that they be on their best behavior.
Danny had been running late due to a ghost attack and had chosen to use his wrapping far past the agreed limitation his parents, and Vlad had set for him.
He got to Vlad's castle but none of his limbs had followed him. Mom had been so outraged by his reckless behavior he's been grounded staying in one of the guest rooms without tv to "think about what could have happened!"
Dad and Vlad had merely nodded to their wife's punishment for their child. (And he was still getting used to the idea of Vlad being married to his parents.)
Jazz, Dan, and Dani were left to the gala, where Jazz had intellectual conversations with college professors Vlad was funding or where Dan was talking up some pretty men and women with a drink in hand, Dani as the youngest was left to affluent old ladies pinching her cheeks and giving her backhand compliments on being a "lady."
The Dannies hated being touched by strangers, and those higher-class old ladies had no concept of personal space.
"Don't worry, I'm almost too old soon." Dani chirps, holding the door open for him. "Soon Vlad will have to find other kids to flaunt in front of rich people."
"That would be the day." The two exit the dinner, switching the conversation to the idea of dessert- deciding to search on their phones a local frozen yogurt place.
Neither notice the two men- one whose fork has crumbled in his grip and another who is clicking away on his phone with a look of outer disgust on his face
"Bruce?"
"I'm already messaging Babs. She's following them with the city cameras as we speak. Don't worry, Clark, this "Vlad" isn't going to get away with it."

Rhysand
He would be working when you come into his office and you’d innocently start rubbing his shoulders
Your hands go lower and lower until you shove your frozen fingers down his shirt
Rhys let out a small scream, “Why are your hands always freezing!?” You let out a giggle as you rub them against his chest trying to soak up his warmth
He pulls your hands out from his shirt, leading you to sit on his lap
Your shivering at this point from the loss of heat which does not go unnoticed by your mate
“My darling, you’re freezing come here.” You sit on his lap as Rhys pulls you into his chest. “A little.”
Rhys scoffs lifting you up going to sit by the fire. “Warm yet my love?” You pretend to think for a moment before shaking your head. “Nope. I think we should go to bed and snuggle.” Rhys lets out a laugh kissing your forehead. “That sounds like a great idea darling.”

Cass is just minding is business making a snack in the kitchen when you sneak up behind him
You plaster your hands on the back of his neck and he drops what’s in his hands letting out a shocked sound
Cassian pulled away and turned to look at your silly smile
“Why!? And why are you always so gods damned cold?” You let out a loud laugh and move to shove your hands up his shirt
You hug him and keep your hands against his warm skin. Cassian hugs you, rubbing your back to warm you up. “Why don’t we go snuggle on the couch, I’ll make hot cocoa too.”
You let out a hum, “that sounds perfect.” Cass shoos you away so he can make your drinks and snack
Azriel
Az would know when you're sneaking up on him thanks to his shadows
He lets you get close but at the last second Azriel spins around and grabs your wrists. You let out a squeal of surprise as your mate pulls you into his chest
"You will not get me with those icicles you call hands again." He says laughing with you as you try to break free from Az's grip
"But Azzy! I'm cold and need you to warm me up." You give him a fake pout while trying to hold back your laughter
Az lets out an exaggerated sigh, "Fine. I guess we should go upstairs and get you bundled up." "Can I have your hoodie that I love?" "Of course you can." He says placing a soft kiss on your head
Lucien
Lu is so unbothered by your cold hands so he always lets you grab at him
He just raises his body temp more making it so you're suuper warm
He hates that you get so cold. While you make jokes about it he is genuinely concered becuase no one should be that cold all the time
When you do come up to him Lucien insists you snuggle on the couch
You lay on top of him and Lucien wraps you up in a blanet, using his powers to become your personal heater
Usually you end up falling asleep perfectly toasty
Eris
Eris just lets you put your hands up his shirt and your hands wander all over his torso
He just looks down at you with a fake annoyed look
You smile at him knowing that he's worried about you and your cold hands
He carefully removes your hands bringing them up to his mouth leaving soft kisses across the back of your hands
"Here my love." Eris whispered, encasing your hands in his, warming them with his powers
You lean into Eris to absorb more warmth
The lordling kisses the crown of your head lightly whsipering sweet nothings

“The demon is back.” Eddie pokes into Steve’s side to wake him up.
“Babe, please go back to sleep.” Steve shoves his face into the pillow, making his voice muffled.
“Steeeeve.” Eddie whines, “It’s really there I swear this time. And I locked the door so I know it’s the demon again. Nothing else can get inside.”
“Eddie.” Steve squishes his face even deeper into the mattress. “You do this at least once a week. I love you; I do. But I never look because there is no demon. And every morning, you wake up fine. So please, go back to sleep.”
“What if I promise never to mention it again if it’s not really there? Will you look then?” This time Eddie’s voice wavers, his actual terror showing.
Steve sighs and shifts his head to look at Eddie, “This is really freaking you out, huh?” He says it kindly. Steve can tell this is serious to Eddie. So even if he doesn’t believe it, Eddie does. And what’s important to Eddie is important to Steve.
Eddie nods back furiously.
“Okay, I’ll look.” Steve shifts his head towards the other side, where the chair by the window sits. There, sitting in that corner is a dark shadowy figure. “Oh.”
“See! I told you! Demon! Oh god, it’s gonna get us.” Eddie throws his hands up. Even though he’s terrified, he’s accepted defeat.
“No.” Steve says calmly. “It’s just El.”
Eddie pauses his rant, “What?”
“It’s just El. In the corner. She does that sometimes, watches people she cares about until she falls asleep. To make sure they’re safe.” Steve looks at Eddie.
“The door was locked! How are you so calm about one of the kids just watching us at night?”
“Honey, she has mind powers. I don’t think a flimsy lock from Home Depot is going to stop her.” Steve deadpans before shrugging, “And it’s El. She could ask me to kill a man, and I probably wouldn’t even ask questions.”
“What if she asked you to kill me?”
“I’d be conflicted.”
“I want to be mad, but honestly I think I’d hand you the knife.” Eddie sighs, looking down at Steve.
Steve scoffs, “Don’t be ridiculous. I wouldn’t stab you. I’d obviously sneak some kind of poison into your honeycombs. Way less messy.”
Eddie goes back to nearly shouting, “Why have you thought about this?!”
“Honestly, I have a lot of intrusive thoughts. I just don’t speak them out loud.”
Despite the fact they are actively talking about his murder, Eddie can’t help but get all gooey with Steve in their bed. “Is this why you don’t get mad when I think aloud? Another reason why you just get me. Adding that tally to the ‘why we are great together’ column.”
“Yes, we’re pretty amazing. Can we go back to sleep now?” Steve smiles.
“Yes—wait, no.” Eddie corrects himself, getting himself back on track. He loves this man, but he is a sneaky little minx. “Why did El never say anything? I mean, this is not the first time I accused her of being a demon. Hell, we’ve been talking for literally five minutes, and she still hasn’t said anything. Also, what if she walked in on us doing, ya know, adult stuff?” Eddie blushes at the end. He’s acting like he hasn’t been whispering way worse things in Steve’s ear every night.
“First off, she won’t walk in on that. Apparently Max taught her about happy screams a long time ago.”
“Gross.”
“Yeaaa. Second, I’m pretty sure she’s asleep right now.”
Huh, now that Eddie thinks about it, he does hear soft little snores. Which is weird since neither he nor Steve snores, and they are both, ya know, awake.
“And I don’t think El speaking in a dark corner would have helped your fears. Like imagine just hear her soft “Hello” at 2 a.m.” Steve raises an eyebrow.
“I—okay I got nothing.”
“Fantastic can we go back to sleep now?”
Eddie gives one last shout, “You’re not going to stop her?”
“Are you going to tell her no? And make her worry?”
Eddie slinks down into the covers, “...no.”
“That’s what I thought.”
Eddie curves his body into Steve’s, seeking him out. Steve wraps his arms around Eddie, securing him to his chest. “Thank you for indulging me.”
Steve hums. “Anything for you baby. I love you.”
“I love you too.” Eddie kisses Steve lightly.
“I love you both as well.” El’s voice suddenly speaks into the silent room.
“Jesus Christ!” Eddie screams.
Steve can’t help the giggles that come out of him. He tries to smother them into Eddie’s shoulder.
Eddie can’t find it in himself to be mad.
———
some people seemed interested in more el + Steve sibling energy. And they are a sibling-like duo I love. So here’s a little something but more steddie involved. I think all three of their relationship would be very sweet. Both Eddie and Steve would protect el. I hope you enjoyed :)

Part 19 | Fic Masterlist | Spinoff Masterlist

San bowed his head as he absorbed the Queen's narration of the fourth prince's attempt to steal the general's wife during his absence at war, fearing the wrath of His Majesty and reeling from his own shock. Had he been aware of Prince Yeosang's plans beforehand, the royal secretary might have prevented you from attending the supposed birthday banquet in the first place.
The entire palace staff in the grand hall was startled as the King slammed his hand against the armrest of his throne, "The fourth prince did what?! This is outrageous! I've warned you countless times about spoiling him too much, my Queen."
Rubbing his temples, His Majesty shook his head and let out a heavy sigh, "We'll deal with him later. For now, confine him to his private chambers. He's only allowed in the royal library for his studies. The last thing we need is for him to unexpectedly show up at General Park's wedding and cause chaos."
Lowering her head, Her Majesty conceded, "Yes, Your Majesty. It's my responsibility. I know I should have been firmer with him."
"We're fortunate Lady Park handled the situation gracefully. I can see why Seonghwa is so enamoured with her," The King remarked with a slight smile before addressing San, "Secretary Choi, ensure that all funding for Prince Yeosang is withheld until further notice. Given his rebellious nature, he would likely find a way to disobey orders. Without financial resources, let's see what he can attempt."
As the Queen's lips parted to plead for leniency, His Majesty silenced her with a stern glare, leaving no room for argument. The weight of guilt settled heavily in her chest, a stark reminder of her own role in enabling the prince's behaviour. She couldn't deny that she simply wanted her fourth son to find happiness, but she knew deep down that her indulgence had contributed to his disobedient nature.
With a heavy heart, she reminded herself that this was not even the prince's harshest punishment yet. She could only imagine what further consequences awaited him at the hands of his father.
The royal secretary bowed in acknowledgement, "Yes, Your Majesty. Is there anything else you would like to add?"
The King straightened up, his demeanour shifting as he moved on from the matter concerning his son, "It would be great if you could visit the general's estate and inquire about his well-being on my behalf. Once he's feeling all better, arrange a meeting promptly so we can proceed with his wedding ceremony without delay."
With a final bow, San prepared to take his leave, but before he could depart, the ageing monarch extended a hand to stop him, "Wait, Secretary Choi! There is one last matter," His Majesty interjected, "Please extend my sincere apologies to General Park for my son's behaviour and express gratitude for his dedicated service to the nation. See to it that we cover all his medical expenses."
"Of course, my King."
The royal secretary stood before the entrance of his friend's estate the next day, feeling a slight hesitation before announcing himself. While His and Her Majesty bore some responsibility for the fourth prince's actions, San couldn't shake the feeling of personal responsibility. After all, he had been the one to prepare you for the supposed royal event, unknowingly sending you into the lion's den. He couldn't help but feel like a bad friend to Seonghwa, questioning whether he had done enough to protect the general's wife in his absence.
"I'm sorry to intrude on your moment of reflection, but how much longer do you plan to linger by the entrance, sir?" The private investigator's voice snapped San out of his trance, prompting him to blink rapidly as he recognised the familiar figure leaning against the main gate, eyeing him with curiosity.
Clearing his throat, San composed himself, "O-oh, hello! I, uh... I was just about to enter. It's nice to properly meet you, Investigator Jung. My name is—"
"Royal Secretary Choi San, I know. We're all aware, don't worry! It's an honour to be recognised by you, sir. Come on, you must be here to see General Park. Let me show you to him; Jongho's occupied at the moment," Wooyoung led the way, the secretary noting his talkative nature, "You won't believe what he's up to right now; he's such a peculiar kid. Takes dedication to a whole new level, I'll tell you that..."
At a certain point, San tuned out the rambling, focusing instead on mentally preparing himself to face you and your husband again. Would Seonghwa be displeased with him for not coming to his wife's rescue when she needed it the most? He wouldn't be surprised at all if the general were to be truly upset with him.
Before he could further overthink it, they arrived at the living hall where the couple was seated and engaged in conversation with the famous dressmaker Kim and skilled Physician Jung. Your husband looked up as if sensing his presence, beaming, "Ah, you're here, San! Come join us. We knew you'd be showing up sometime this week. I assume His Majesty has received my letter, yes?"
The secretary was taken aback, to say the least. First of all, he didn't think he deserved the warm welcome, and secondly, he had believed Seonghwa's injury to be severe, so seeing him looking almost back to his usual self shocked him. Though the older man appeared a bit paler than usual, San was primarily relieved to see his friend alive and well. Memories of the panic he had felt upon first receiving news of the general's poisoning flooded back to him.
Oh, thank god he's okay.
Greeting everyone in the hall with a polite bow, he cleared his throat, "You have no idea how relieved I am to see you alright, General Park. But before I deliver His Majesty's message, I feel compelled to offer my apologies to you and Lady Park."
Confusion creased your brow as you asked, "Whatever for, San?"
With a sigh, he admitted, "You're both too kind for your own good. I should have been more vigilant and prevented Lady Park from attending Prince Yeosang's birthday banquet in the first place. If only I had intervened, she wouldn't have gone through—"
You interjected with a gentle chuckle, "Please, don't blame yourself. You couldn't have known. If you had, I'm certain you would have acted to prevent it."
Seonghwa nodded in agreement, adding, "San, you're far too hard on yourself. You have nothing to be sorry for; you've been nothing but a great help to my wife. Now, please, take a seat and join us."
Amidst the comforting smiles around him, the secretary finally eased into his seat. Eunsook promptly served him tea and refreshments, signalling the start of their discussions. San's revelation caught everyone off guard since they had yet to receive word from Mingi: the war had ended, and Ruhon had surrendered. As they exchanged incredulous glances, a wave of relief washed over them, followed by cheers of joy. The general and his wife shared a meaningful gaze, hands clasped together as you exchanged soft smiles. San understood the significance of that moment—the two could finally proceed with the long-awaited wedding ceremony.
The worst is finally over.
Unable to contain his curiosity, San finally inquired about how the general had sustained his injury. Your husband recounted the harrowing experience, his friends visibly wincing as they imagined the scenario. Your heart ached as you listened. Sensing the tension, Yunho jumped in, reassuring everyone that the injury wasn't severe and that with proper rest, Seonghwa would be back to full health in a matter of weeks.
"That's a relief. Once you're feeling better, we'll arrange a meeting with Their Majesties to plan your wedding. That's the main reason His Majesty sent me here today, aside from checking on you," The hall buzzed with excitement, but the general sensed that the secretary had more to say, "Is there something else, San?"
Taking a deep breath, San continued, "The King also wants to extend his sincerest apologies for the fourth prince's actions. As part of his punishment, Prince Yeosang has been confined to his private chambers, and his funds have been frozen. His Majesty is concerned about him causing any disruptions at your wedding."
"Oh, good riddance!" While Hongjoong and Wooyoung clapped with Yunho silently judging them from his corner, you appeared unsettled by the news. Feeling your unease, your husband tightened his grip on your hand and asked, "What's wrong, my love?"
The news of the prince's fate left you with mixed emotions. You felt a twinge of guilt at the thought of him being barred from your wedding. Despite his actions, you couldn't deny that he was still a friend to you and a part of you felt sorry for the struggles he faced all his life due to his birthmark. Understanding the complexities of his situation, you empathised with his confusion and desperation that stemmed from his severe lack of experience with love.
With a small gulp, you turned to your husband, voicing, "Hwa, I... I think I'd still want His Highness at our wedding, if he wished to attend," Surprised looks crossed the faces of everyone in the hall. As you explained your reasoning, they began to understand your perspective. After a moment of contemplation, Seonghwa lifted your hand to his lips, pressing a kiss onto the back of your palm with a reassuring smile, "Fair enough. If that's truly what you want, we'll discuss it with the King."
In keeping with his promise, you found yourself seated beside your husband as you faced His and Her Majesty for the first time a few weeks later, now that he was fully recovered. Sensing your nervousness about the meeting, the royal couple greeted you warmly, swiftly putting you at ease. After exchanging pleasantries, the general wasted no time in making his request.
"My King, we've heard about the punishment for the fourth prince," He began, "But my wife and I would like to request that you at least allow His Highness to attend our wedding if he wishes."
Confusion flickered across His Majesty's face, "You do? But why?" He inquired. The Seonghwa he once knew would have been furious and unforgiving. It seemed Lady Park had a positive influence on him.
Feeling it was only right for you to respond since it was your personal request, you gathered your thoughts before speaking.
"Your Majesty, I understand that Prince Yeosang's actions may seem outrageous from an outsider's perspective. However, I believe His Highness has endured a painful life, facing discrimination due to his birthmark. It's clear he mistook kindness for love, given his limited experiences. Despite his mistakes, he remains a dear friend to me. It would be meaningful to have him at our celebration, if he chooses to attend. I hope you can understand, Your Majesties. I apologise if I've spoken too much and am overstepping boundaries."
As your words sank in, a wave of introspection washed over the King. For the first time, he found himself reflecting on his relationship with Yeosang. Had he been too harsh on his son? Had he failed to understand the pain his son bore due to his birthmark? The King couldn't shake the feeling of guilt as he realised that he may have viewed his son more as a burden than a beloved child. Perhaps there were times when he had even considered the prince's refusal to marry as a personal affront.
The sudden realisation left the King feeling conflicted and remorseful. He wondered if he had been a horrible father, too absorbed in his duties as a monarch to truly understand his son's struggles. It was a sobering moment for him, realising that he may have overlooked his son's pain and loneliness. Was this why the Queen had been so persistent in advocating leniency towards Yeosang? Was she trying to make up for his shortcomings as a father? These questions weighed heavily on his mind as he grappled with his newfound awareness of his own failings.
His and Her Majesty exchanged a meaningful glance. Suddenly, they understood why the fourth prince would mistake his gratitude towards you for love. After all, you had shown him a kindness and compassion he had rarely experienced, even from his own family.
Beginning to feel anxious at the royal couple's silence, you awaited their response with bated breath, with Seonghwa ready to support you if needed. To your relief, they smiled warmly at you.
"Please don't apologise for that, Lady Park," They reassured you, "You're right; perhaps we've been too harsh on him all this while. If having him at your wedding is what you wish, we shall allow it."
"Thank you, Your Majesties."
The Queen sighed softly before adding, "But whether or not he wishes to attend is ultimately his decision. Let's hope he chooses to join us for your sake."
You nodded in understanding, "Of course, I completely understand."
As the preparations for your wedding ceremony unfolded, time seemed to pass in a blur. Traditionally, weddings entail two parts: the first at the bride's home, where the couple honours her ancestors and family, and the second at the groom's home for the same purpose. However, due to your circumstances, with no family home for you and Seonghwa having little connection to his parents or ancestors, your wedding would be simplified, taking place solely within the palace grounds, where the royal family would also be able to attend, given that most of them are not allowed to leave the place.
In no time, you found yourself comfortably seated in one of the palace chambers, which had been graciously lent to you for the day. Hongjoong immediately began working on perfecting your look, with Eunsook and a team of palace maids assisting him.
You couldn't help but marvel at the exquisite hanbok now adorning your figure. Unlike the traditional red hanbok worn by most brides, this one was a stunning combination of white and gold. It was a testament to the dressmaker's dedication to his friend's request to make you the most beautiful woman in all of Joseon.
Instead of the usual red flower, Hongjoong meticulously painted a gold flower on your forehead to complement your exquisite hanbok. You admired how perfectly it matched your outfit and the gold accessories adorning your hair. While part of you wondered if it was appropriate to outshine the royals, as the dressmaker had emphasised countless times, another part of you chose to revel in the admiration you would receive. You couldn't believe how far you'd come from being the scared girl who once endured disdainful glances and disrespect before marrying Seonghwa.
Reflecting on your journey, you felt grateful for the twists and turns that had brought you to this moment. Perhaps Jinjoo was right; you were quite thankful to your family for orchestrating your union with the general. Without them, you wouldn't be here, basking in the happiness you had finally found.
I guess we're even now, father.
Noticing your silence and distant gaze in the mirror's reflection, the dressmaker lightly nudged you on the shoulder, "Well? How do you like this look, my lady? Please don't tell me you're having second thoughts about standing out now. I've spent the past month working tirelessly on this hanbok—"
You giggled and offered a soft smile to your friend, "Don't worry, Hongjoong. It's perfection. For once, I think it's okay for me to outshine even the princesses. After all, it's my wedding ceremony, and I'll only be getting married once."
His grin widened proudly as he saw you slowly shedding your old self, no longer the timid girl he first met, "Damn right, it's perfection. I create only that and nothing less," He joked before turning serious, "Listen, I just want you to know how proud I am of you. Seonghwa's a dear friend to me, and I honestly would've thrown a bigger tantrum than he did if he had been arranged to marry some spoiled brat. You don't know how happy I am that you've found each other. But if that idiot does anything to upset you again, you better tell me."
You chuckled through your tears, your throat tightening at his heartfelt words, "You bet I will. Thank you, Hongjoong."
He panicked when he noticed your wet eyes, "Hey, hey, hey. Don't you dare start crying, woman. If you cry, I'll cry too. And trust me, that's not a good look for either of us. Plus, you can't ruin your makeup!"
His jest seemed to do the trick, eliciting another round of laughter from you. Fussing over you one last time, he noticed the palace staff at the entrance signalling it was time for you to be on standby. Gently grasping your shoulders, he beamed at you like a proud father, "Are you ready, Lady Park?"
"As ready as I'll ever be."
With the nervous beat of your heart echoing in your ears, you were guided to the main hall, where the rituals would soon unfold, with Eunsook at your side. Hongjoong had departed after ensuring you looked flawless, joining the other wedding guests. As you reached the waiting area, where final checks would be made before your grand entrance and your first meeting with your husband today, your steps faltered.
While the head maid busied herself tidying your hair and smoothing the creases in your hanbok, you gulped, "Eunsook, t-tell me... this isn't a dream, is it?"
The elderly woman giggled, gently taking hold of your hands, "Are you still asking me that, mistress? Do you remember the first time you asked me that question?"
You nodded, reminiscing about the first time you had allowed the maids to bathe you after Seonghwa had discovered your scars. So much has changed since then. Though you weren't the same person you once were, a small part of you still harboured a fear that this all might be too good to be true. It felt like a long dream, and you couldn't shake the worry that you would one day wake up back in the hellhole you once called home.
Giving your hand a comforting squeeze, she smiled, "Well, I'm here to reassure you once more that this is all very real. Perhaps you fear losing the happiness you've found and you're not alone in that. Master feels the same way, so do all of us at the estate. We all fear losing the happiness that you've brought into our lives. I hope you haven't forgotten what I've said to you: you are our light and our hope. You're incredibly important to all of us. You still are, and always will be."
"She's right, you know?"
A familiar deep voice interrupted, startling both you and Eunsook as an unexpected figure appeared behind you. Surprised, you turned to find Prince Yeosang standing there, arms casually intertwined behind his back, a smirk playing on his lips as he observed your reaction.
"Y-Your Highness?" You stammered, half-expecting his absence.
He continued, "You should've seen General Park earlier as they got him dressed. All he cared about was how you were doing. I guess that's what you meant by true love, huh? I wish it were just a dream for me, but it's not. So, don't you worry, Lady Park, this is all very real. I didn't give up on you for you to doubt this reality. Please make my choice worth it and be happy, okay?"
Relief flooded through you, reassured by his acceptance of your new chapter, "I promise I will make it worth it. Thank you, my prince, for choosing to be here today and for your kind words." You replied, feeling a weight lift off your shoulders.
He grinned in response, "Of course, wouldn't miss my first and only friend's wedding for the world," With a playful wink, he gestured towards the palace staff entering to usher you out, "Now hurry and get out there, don't make him wait any longer."
At last, all is right in the world.
Returning his smile with gratitude, you took a deep breath before stepping forward. As you walked out, you felt a newfound readiness wash over you. You were prepared now; ready to formally be wedded to Park Seonghwa, not out of obligation, but out of pure love for him. You were ready to be the wife he needed, the shoulder he could lean on when the weight of his responsibilities grew heavy. You were ready to be his home, his refuge, ready to be everything to him, just as he was everything to you.
As Seonghwa stepped out from his side of the waiting area, his breath caught in his throat at the sight of you approaching from the opposite end. Each time he laid eyes on you, he thought you couldn't possibly become more beautiful, yet you continued to prove him wrong. Hongjoong had outdone himself once again; you looked more majestic than any royalty he had ever seen.
You stood out among the crowd, exuding grace and elegance in your one-of-a-kind hanbok. As you glided toward him, he felt overwhelmed by your beauty. But it wasn't just the general who was stunned; every guest at the ceremony had their jaws drop in awe at your ethereal appearance. Those seeing you for the first time now realised the whispers and rumours about your beauty were true. Truly, you looked like an angel descended from the heavens.
As the rituals unfolded, requiring you and Seonghwa to stand across from each other and perform a series of bows as instructed by the wedding officiator, each gesture symbolising a different aspect of your commitment to each other, you both remained focused on each other. Despite the lengthy and tedious proceedings, all you could see was one another as you patiently waited for it all to be over.
The guests cooed in anticipation as it was time for you and your husband to exchange a cup of wine, the act symbolising longevity and fertility. You blushed lightly as you heard Wooyoung among the crowd squealing, only to be smacked silent by Jongho and Yunho who stood by his side.
Finally, after what felt like hours, the seemingly endless rituals were concluded. You and the general bowed together a few more times: once to His and Her Majesty, once to the gods, and once to the guests. With that, the ceremony was complete, and you could finally bask in the joy of being officially united as husband and wife.
After the two of you expressed gratitude to the King and Queen for their assistance in making the wedding possible, the feast began. As neither you nor Seonghwa had any family present, you were naturally surrounded by your closest companions, the guys. Your husband took the opportunity to introduce you to the only friend of his whom you had yet to meet.
Grateful for his presence, you smiled warmly at the strategist, "Thank you for always looking out for my husband, Officer Song."
Mingi grinned bashfully, his cheeks tinged with a slight blush. He still seemed taken aback by your beauty, "Not at all, my lady. It's General Park who has been looking out for me all this while."
Seonghwa smirked knowingly, giving the taller man a playful nudge, "Thanks again for coming, man. A little birdie told me you've reunited with a special someone. Can we expect a wedding invite soon?"
The guys around the table teased with mischievous oohs as Mingi rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly, "I don't know, hyung-nim. I'm working on it. But let's not talk about me, it's your big day!"
Hongjoong, however, wasn't having it, "Oh, come on, don't you dare change the subject! We need details about this mysterious lady!" He insisted, eager for gossip. The other guys excitedly chimed in, urging the officer to spill the beans about the royal physician who had captured his attention for years.
Amidst their playful interrogation of Mingi, you glanced around the room, curious to see if the fourth prince was still present. Catching sight of him, you noticed he was discreetly making his way toward the exit. Sensing your gaze, he turned, meeting your eyes. He offered you a genuine smile and a final nod before vanishing from view.
May happiness find you, Your Highness.
The remainder of the ceremony proceeded seamlessly, thanks to the meticulous arrangements made by the palace staff. As night fell, you returned to Seonghwa's private chambers, where the two of you would share a meal and some drinks before... going to bed. Your heart pounded with nervousness, fully aware of the significance of the evening; you would both be expected to consummate your marriage tonight.
"My love, are you feeling alright?" You blinked rapidly, coming back to reality as your husband waved his hand in front of your face to grab your attention. You nodded quickly and resumed eating, trying to appear casual, "Y-yes, I'm fine, Hwa. Don't worry about me."
But the general was more perceptive than you realised. He could sense your unease, especially as the meal was drawing to a close. With a soft smile, he set down his wine glass and reached to tuck a loose strand of hair behind your ear, "Why do you bother lying to me, you silly girl? Did you think I would be disappointed in you?"
He knew he had guessed correctly when your chewing momentarily paused. Shifting his hand to cup your cheek, he gently guided you to meet his warm gaze, "What do you take me for, hm? We don't have to do anything tonight if you're not ready. I can wait, I'll wait for as long as you need," With a tender kiss on your forehead, he rose from his seat, "I'll get the maids to prepare the House of Lotus for you."
Feeling deeply touched by his understanding, you realised how foolish you had been to once fear the possibility of him hurting you. Truthfully, it wasn't that you didn't want to deepen your intimacy with him; rather, you were scared. He would be the first man to see all of you, every scar on your body, and you feared what he might think, feared letting him down. But his love for you reminded you of his kindness and brought you a newfound confidence.
Before he could leave, you panicked and reached for his wrist, stopping him in his tracks, "No, Hwa, please don't. I want to... I-I want to stay with you tonight."
Kneeling before you, he gently took your hands in his, "Are you sure, my love? You don't have to force yourself—"
You cut him off by pressing your lips firmly against his. He responded almost immediately, and you smiled at the small whine he let out as he chased after your lips when you pulled away. Whispering, you said, "I've never been more sure of anything in my life. I want to stay with you, Park Seonghwa. You're not getting rid of me tonight, or ever."
Unable to restrain himself any longer, he immediately captured your lips in a deep kiss, one passionate enough to leave you dizzy. With his guidance, you rose from your seat, your lips still connected, and he lifted you into his arms, carrying you bridal style towards his bed. Both your hearts raced as you broke the kiss to catch your breath, panting as he gently set you down.
Your breath caught as you leaned against the pillows behind you, trapped between his arms as before, reminiscent of the interrupted moment with Hongjoong. However, this time, it wasn't you who halted the moment. The general's gaze turned serious as he locked eyes with you, his voice low, "Last chance. We can still stop if you want to change your mind. Because if we go any further from here, I'm afraid I won't be able to hold myself back."
Cupping his face, you leaned in to kiss him softly, murmuring, "I love you, Hwa." If that wasn't enough to convey your feelings, you guided his hands to the ribbon securing the outer layer of your hanbok, silently granting him permission to undress you.
The first time he had aggressively torn your clothing was a mistake he regretted deeply. Now, he approached it with care, delicately untying the ribbon and holding his breath as he removed the garment, exposing your shoulders once more. The faint traces of your old scars were visible, but they didn't faze him. Tilting your chin up, he rested his forehead against yours and whispered, "You're so beautiful, my wife. I love you too."
Wrapping your arms around his neck, your eyes fluttered close as he kissed you again, banishing all previous worries from your mind. When he pulled away, his lips trailed down your neck until they reached your scars. Gently pushing some hair away from his face, you stroked his head affectionately, watching as he showered each mark with kisses. As his hand hovered over the ribbon securing the inner layer of your hanbok, he looked up at you one last time, knowing there would be no turning back from this moment onward.
"I'll be gentle, my love, I promise."
"I know, Hwa, I trust you."
That night, you and Seonghwa became lost in each other, the boundaries between you fading away as you become one for the first time. In each other's arms, you discovered a love deeper than you ever thought possible. You found yourself no longer able to picture your life without him at this point.
Reflecting on your journey together, you marvelled at how much he had changed since you first met. Back then, you could never have imagined that he would come to love you so deeply, nor could you have anticipated the depth of your own feelings for him. Now, as you lay intertwined with him in the quiet of the night, you knew that you had arrived at your destination. It had been a long journey, filled with obstacles and challenges, but in the end, you found it.
You had finally found the way to his heart.

★ Naked in bed.pt2
⋆ ★NSFW content, suggestive
⋆ ★featuring: Sanji, Ace, Buggy (all the simps), GN!reader
⋆ ★authors note: you ask ! You shall receive 🫶🏻
Tumblr media
Sanji
Congrats, you killed the man
jokes aside, we all know how Sanji is down bad and you better believe that when it comes to HIS lover?? He’s more down bad than you can imagine
So it started all because you realized your underwear/sleepwear started to smell like smoke so you thought a great solution would be to just go sleep naked and then take a shower in the morning. Then your clothes would be technically safe from the smell.
Sanji was already lying in bed, heavily anticipating you changing into your pyjama or lingerie before bed. You could sense your boyfriend heavy gaze on your body.
You smirked to yourself and started to remove your first layer normally and then you attacked the rest. He cleared his throat and mumbled your name under his shaky breath as he was faced to your nude body.
« Y-y/n..? »
« I hope you don’t mind baby, I just don’t wanna smell like smoke »
His nose is bleeding and he’s quick to pull you by your arm into him. Your body falls on top of him and he’s already kissing you as his hands roam all over your curves.
« Who would complain about this..»
He finally replies with a smirk and mischievous eyes. He’s so down bad for you.
Ace
Ace devil fruit power is very useful when it’s cold, when it’s time to defeat powerful enemies, and so on. But when the ship is in a summer island territory and the heat is almost unbearable, sleeping with Ace who has a high body temperature can be hard.
You lay down on his bed with nothing but small shorts and a tank top as you wonder how long you’re going to have to endure the heat. Your eyes were growing heavy as fatigue started to grow in you, but you knew that even the little clothes you have on you right now, felt irritating.
Sleeping naked doesn’t seem like such a bad idea…
That’s what you do, you remove your clothes and lay down again on the bed, waiting for the commander to find you. Then you hear the door slowly open with a distant goodbye from your boyfriend to someone behind the door.
« Oh- Uh hey there? »
He smirks as he put his hat down and starts removing his accessories. You push your upper body up and stare at your lovely freckled man.
« Hey.. » you say in a sleepy tone. Aces eyes are devouring you and you feel butterflies in your stomach as his eyes linger shamelessly.
« Thé weather is too hot, so I thought I would sleep naked… »
« Umm, I see »
He says as he sits on the bed and let his hand play with your hair.
« My baby can’t handle the heat? »
You nod with a small pout and lean into his touch.
« How about I make your forget about it and give you a good reason to sweat »
You blush and truly who were you to deny anything to this man when he looked at you with so much love and lust.
« Sure.. » you smile as you pull him into a kiss.
Buggy
You felt lazy to put clothe on after your shower so you just walked back to the bed and laid down there. You found again the article you started to read on the nightstand but stopped as you got interrupted earlier. With that you forgot that you were still nude on your bed.
That was until Buggy walked into your shared room with a screech, his eyes popping out of his face.
« What are you doing naked like that ??? »
He screamed-whispered in panic. He didn’t know if he was totally turned on or shocked, maybe both.
You finally turned to him and looked at yourself slowly and back to him. Your mouth gasped a little, but you didn’t care because it was your boyfriend and it wasn’t like it was his first time seeing you naked lol.
« Aren’t you overreacting babe? » you chuckled as you turned your body more to his direction and let the article fall on the bed.
« What if it wasn’t me who walked in?? Are you insane?! »
He said as he walked into your direction. You knew how to shut him up, so you just pulled him harshly by his collar into you and smashed your lips into his. You then ran your hands over his clothed torso and pulled out to whisper into his ear.
« But it’s you , isn’t it? So how about you take care of me instead Captain »
He’s blushing and groping your body.
« If that all you want, don’t ask me twice »
He smirks and dive back into kissing you, having the upper hand this time.

People knock on Rhoam for being a bad dad cuz he's distant and stern to little Zelda and say how Rauru is the goat (heh) for taking her in like his own daughter. Like Zelda had her real parental connection with Sonia and Rauru. But frankly that's a little reductive.
Rauru literally descended from the heavens, married a priest, started a kingdom. Man didn't really know much strife yet. There's no looming threat of calamity or prophecy yet. Things are peaceful. Things are fine. Things are great. Zelda dropped in during this time, talking about a doom that's going to happen tens of thousands of years in the future.
This sad, lost princess.
Of course any reasonable person would take her in and calm her and tell her she is fine and listen and support her.
Rhoam not being able to be this kind of figure for Zelda is tragic. Just read this poor man's journal entries:
"It has been a year and three months since her mother passed. Perhaps she is held back by heartache too deep to heal. If the Ganon prophecy wasn't looming over our heads, I would tell her to take her time... To wait until she is ready. But our situation is dire and leaves no room for weakness—even on behalf of my beloved daughter. My heart breaks for Zelda, but I must act as a king, not a father. I must order her to train relentlessly at the fountain." Pg 4.
"In truth, I understand Zelda's feelings. Painfully so. She lost her mother, her teacher, before she could learn from her. Ten pointless years of self-training, without so much as a book or note to help her find her way... Those in the castle talk behind her back. And I, her only family, scold her for her shortcomings. No wonder she wishes to hide away in her beloved relic research. I'd love nothing more than to console her... But I must stay strong. She MUST fulfill her duty, just as we all must. Even if she comes to despise me." Pg 6.
"I have been told my Zelda went to the Spring of Wisdom... This will likely be her last chance. If she is unable to awaken her power at Lanayru, all hope is truly lost. If she comes back without success, then I shall speak kindly with her. Scolding is pointless now. I forced 10 years of training on her... and after all that, it seems her power will stubbornly awaken some other way. Perhaps I should encourage her to keep researching her beloved relics. They may just lead her to answers I can't provide. For now, I sit anxiously, more a father than a king in this moment. I sit and await my daughter's return." Pg 7. (He fucking dies and never gives Zelda this bit of closure uuuugggghhhhhhh Zelda I'm so sorry Rhoam I'm so sorry)
It sucks because most people remember the cutscenes (duh it's more immersive and important) and in the cutscenes of the first game Rhoam was mostly shown as being stern and mean to babygirl Zelda, who is closed fists explaining herself to him at the verge of tears. And in contrast everyone in the first royal family of hyrule in the second game treated her with such kindness and we can see how happy she was being there with them.
Rhoam was shackled by duty. By prophecy. By the looming calamity. And from the day he named his daughter 'Zelda' he shackled her as well.
And what does Zelda do with these shackles? She accepts them. She tolerates them. Because she loves her father and her kingdom and knows there's a power dormant in her that can stop the calamity that she must do her best to unlock. She does this dutifully. She does all the training, she does everything that is required.
But it still doesn't unlock. So she tries other ways. She isn't just going after the 'relics' because she's scholarly and nerdy and wants to learn about them. She does it because she's pragmatic. She knows her sacred sealing power isn't present in her. She knows she might not be able to control it or even unlock it in time.
So she tries this alternative approach. The Divine Beasts, the guardians. Ancient tech that was used to prevent the calamity of their time. And she awakened the tech. And her father chose the champions for each divine beast. And they were all prepared. And it's all thanks to Zelda.
And then... Fucking tragedy again. Ganon probably learned his lesson from the last time he was thwarted and immediately went for the tech, corrupting it and turning it against the new users. Against Zelda.
It's never really stated how fast it all turned to shit when the tech betrayed them (or maybe I don't remember) but every account points to it being almost overnight. The champions died. Rhoam died. And suddenly, suddenly Zelda unlocks her sealing magic.
I always always hate the literary trope of using tragedy to unlock a great power that could've actually stopped the tragedy from happening in the first place.
And it's no different in BOTW. I hate that Zelda had to go through all this to unlock her powers.
And then what happens next?
She's stuck in limbo (in an almost mocking parallel to Rauru in the next game with his imprisoning arm) holding Ganon back. For a hundred years.
This young woman had gone through so much only to be trapped with a calamity seeking to destroy Hyrule for a century.
Does she know her father died in the war? Does she know the champions died in battle? Would she know Link would survive in the Shrine of Resurrection? Would she know how long it would all take? The century she would have to wait?
I think she didn't. I think it all happened too fast. I think ultimately, she decided a stalemate with ganon was an agreeable outcome. I think in her mind she probably thought she failed Hyrule. When the divine beasts turned she must have been distraught. Distraught might not even cover it tbh. But at least... At least when the kingdom was brought to it's knees by the corrupted tech and was waiting for the final blow, she had the ability to ensure the final blow never came.
And oh boy I have a looot more to talk about regarding Tears of the Kingdom. But I do want to have a couple of more playthroughs of it to really formulate what I want to say.

Platonic Yandere Angels x immortal reader
Tumblr media
Very long awaited, I know. This takes place at the same time as my Overlords x reader headcanons (so during pt2). I'm very nervous about writing this, so please tell me how I did. Also, just like the Overlords, I'm only talking about the Angels we know about, not anyone that was on screen for like a second.
masterlist

Heaven knew something was up.
A few weeks ago, there was a sudden shift, something only Sera seemed to notice. It was small, but it made Sera stop in her tracks, almost like she was waiting for something. It made Emily nervous, seeing someone so strong become so confused over--something. Sera spent days trying to figure out what was up, she knew Hell had to be a part of it. There isn't anything else it could be, she thought.
She soon found you--a human child in hell. Your arrival in hell must've been the thing that she felt that day, it all makes sense now. However, her feeling of accomplishment soon became fear, a human child is, for some reason, in hell and is being taken care of some of the strongest demons. What worried her even more was the fact that you were alive. You were still human, at least as human as someone can be in hell, and something was holding you back, keeping your humanity within you. She was terrified for your safety, so when Charlie was invited to Heaven to figure out in souls in hell can be redeemed, she knew that your presence would be a topic of conversation.
Before that though, she tasked Adam with keeping an eye on you. She didn't want to tell Emily, she knew she would ask questions that couldn't be answered. She knew Emily would figure it out eventually, but that was a worry for another day. What's more concerning is Adam. He sees you as a prize to be won, not a person. He saw you as just another thing he could use against those demons. He noticed how taken they were with you, and instantly knew how great it would feel to rip you away from them. Lute was really the only one who supported her boss in this endeavor. She didn't really have any strong opinions on you, other than that you should be in Heaven, but that's mostly because that's what her boss wants.
The others down in Hell have no way of knowing about the Angel's knowledge about you until Charlies official Heaven visit. Charlie had no reason to think that Heaven knew about you, so when they bring you up, she's extremely confused. Emily is even more confused, and slightly upset that Sera would hide this from her. Out of everything she could hide from her, the existence of a human child is definitely one of them. She couldn't stay mad for long, because Sera was quick on informing Charlie that Hell is no place for a human, especially one so alive. Sera suggested that they bring you to Heaven, and you stay there until everything is sorted out and you're back where you belong.
Emily knew Sera felt something for you, something much deeper than Sera felt comfortable admitting. She was a Seraphim angel, older than the Earth itself, strong and powerful and wise, all brought to a head because of the existence of some human in hell. Emily couldn't deny that you were interesting, and even though she was upset that you were kept a secret from her, she was less upset with Sera and more upset that she didn't get to meet you until now. Well meet is a weird word, more so found out. You seemed nice, very sweet, too sweet to be in Hell. You deserved to be somewhere nice, and maybe once you were brought to Heaven, you two could become great friends. She knows that eventually you would have to go home, but she wanted you to smile more, you seemed so sad down there.
Adam reveled in the confused look on Charlies face. She really thought you, a human, were just going to stay in Hell forever? This was all hilarious, watching as the stupid little demon princess try to argue that Hell is your home and that you're not going anywhere. It was the first time he saw her actually frustrated, angry almost. It just made you more interesting to him. Adam's never cared much about Humans, but there must be something great about you to make you so important to these demons.
Sera knew you needed to come to Heaven, you were in grave danger with these demons, and in her heart she knew she was doing the right thing. As she and the rest of the court watch you down in hell, alone in your room of the hotel, she knew you needed her help. You were tired, shown through your exhausted behavior. You could barely keep your eyes open, and before she knew it, you were asleep. According to Adam, this is the first time you've slept in weeks, and Sera instantly knew she'd seen enough. You were neglected, a helpless child with a pit of vipers, and she would be the one to save you.
Charlie and her partner adamantly disagreed to sending you to Heaven. This, paired with the Sera's decision to refuse the reforming of demons made Charlie extremely upset and tired. She tried to do everything to prove to them that demons could do good, so why wasn't it enough. She just wanted to go home and see you, make sure you were okay.
Sera felt another shift again, and suddenly, you were gone. She watched as Charlie scrambled to find you, and she herself looked everywhere she could for even a trace of you, but there was nothing. You must have somehow gone back to Earth, she should be happy. She should be content knowing that your back where you belong, but for some reason, she disappointed. She wished to know who you were, what you were like. She wished to give you a better life than the ones those demons were providing. But now you were gone, and there was nothing she could do about it.
Maybe once you actually die, she'll get to meet you again. But until then she'll be waiting for you.
---
A/n: This is short I know but the angels are so hard to write for. Please help me...

⛤ BATFAM MASTERLIST ⛤
It had happened unexpectedly. You were there one second and gone the next. In a blink of an eye. Nothing more nothing less. That was all it took for you to slip away. Damian could have sworn he was only gone for a minute. To stretch his legs and grab something to eat. But that was all it took for them to sneak in. Quiet as a mouse they crept in, splitting through the open window at the back of the room. Leaving it open had been a careless mistake, but who was to think that you would have been taken in the safety of your own home?
They grabbed you roughly from behind. A set of rough hands pinning you to the sofa, clamped tightly over your mouth as another worked to tie a heavy bandage around your eyes. You had squirmed feebly trying to gain some leverage. Your training desperately tried to kick in but at that moment, you were not a vigilante. You were Y/N Wayne: A citizen, child to the wealthiest man in Gotham and utterly fucked.
You had no choice after that than to allow them to drag you downtown, you had kicked and cried blindly, desperate for one of your brothers to chase after you. But whoever was gripping you tight enough to bruise was clearly experienced and you knew that they stood no chance so unexpectedly.
When they tossed you down on the ground, you thought it would offer some relief. The room was dank, dusty and smelt of water rot and mould. This was the part where they would send a ransom note to Bruce and he and your brothers would come charging in sooner or later. But you had never been more wrong.
“We know who you are, Wayne.” A voice spoke. Feminine but not soft spoken. Threatening. “Or would you prefer Raven?”
Your stomach dropped as bile burned the back of your throat. You knew you could fight now, but you were defenceless weaponless with your hands and feet bound together.
“The fuck do you want?” You spat, though the effect of the venom in your words was lost for you looked so helpless.
“Bold of you to speak to me that way, given your predicament.” The woman chuckled, prodding you with her foot. “You’re here as a sort of…payment.”  She mused. “I suppose you could call it that.”
“What?”
“My husband.” She started, moving away from you. You could hear her pacing around the room but you  could only conjure up images in your mind. “Leader of the greatest crime suricate in Gotham. And now, he’s dead. Rotting in some coffin in the ground, thanks to your father.”
She moved closer again. Her heels clattered against the floor.
“He took away the only thing that ever mattered to me!” She gripped your wrist, lifting you up off the floor and leaning into your face. “So now, I’m going to take away one of his toys until someone tells me how to get him out! His precious little girl. Oh how I can’t wait to see the look on all of their faces when they see you. That is of course…after we have a little fun.”
~
There was still no sign of you. And it felt as if they had searched every inch of the city. The high and the low but still nothing. No one had slept much in the three days you had been missing. Their nights were either spent searching for you on patrol or laying awake staring blankly at the ceiling as their minds conjured up the worst. None of them said it outloud but the possibility that you were dead loomed over them. But no one ever said anything. They just continued to search in silence. It seemed like Babs and Tim hadn’t torn their eyes away from the screens since Damian came barging into the room three days ago, doubled over and panting as he revealed the news. The only time they ever moved was to head to the bathroom or to make another mug of lukewarm coffee.
The rest of the family were out on patrol. That was what they were calling it anyway. Really they were looking for you. And still there had been no sign until Dick stumbled upon a window. It was low down to his feet covered by concrete as though the building had just sunk into the concrete. And when he tried to peer inside, it seemed to be covered by something on the inside.
It could have been nothing.
But Dick was desperate.
He called over the other vigilantes with a signal on his com. They all came tricking over towards him silently through the city. Some bubbling with hope and anticipation, but all dreading the worst.
Moving around the back of the house, Dick pushed open the door.
~
You had never been more scared in your entire life. Everything ached, burned or stung. From what you could feel there didn’t seem to be a single inch of your skin that wasn’t covered in blood. It clung sticky to your skin, cracking every time you managed to bring yourself to shift against the floor.
She had continued her onslaught for hours, trying to force answers that she knew you would never be able to give her from your chapped lips. She would leave every once in a while, returning silently to catch you off guard with another round of pain. You couldn’t see her: the blindfold still remained firmly around your eyes, so you had to anticipate when she would return as you cowered against the back wall in a pool of your own blood. You were unsure how long it had been since she tossed you into the room. Without the relief of sunlight, your woozy mind had lost track of time.
And then a pair of hands gripped your shoulders. And you screamed, trying to recoil away from them. You didn’t make it far. Your body was too weak.
“No! No please! No more!” You begged, tears dribbling down your cheeks to mingle among the dirt and blood. “I already told you I-I don’t know anything! Please!”
“Woah, woah.” It was Dick’s voice that broke through to you, though they had all called out to you. It was him who had reached out to you in the first place, hesitant that the smallest touch would break you. As soon as they were met with resistance they knew you were here. And they fought as fast as they could to get to you. Praying that they wouldn’t find you as you had. Sprawled out across the floor in a pool of your own blood as you struggled to breathe. “It’s us.”
“We’re here, Kid.” Jason leaned forwards to remove the blindfold from your eyes as Dick tried to support you in his arms. You squiremed weakly, still untrusting. But the minute the blindfold was off and you had finished adjusting to the onslaught of light. You broke.
You collapsed into Dicks arms, sobbing and shaking. He cupped the back of your head with his hands and held you, giving Jason and Duke a nervous glance. Your blood had already begun to stain the front of his suit as you whimpered in his arms, clinging to him tightly.
When he tried to shift you, you let out a sob and clung to him tighter. He wasn’t sure if it was because he had hurt you or because you were scared he was going to leave you. Probably both.
“Y/N?” Jason whispered, moving to crouch by your side. “ We’re here now. We’re going to get you home okay? Can you tell us what happened?”
You shook your head and buried your face into Dicks chest trying to block out the pain.
Eyes turned to Duke who watched you with sad eyes. They observed as he surveyed the room, taking in the horrors that the light revealed. And he couldn’t help the gasp that slipped out of his lips.
He paled at what he saw. Winced at the way your face contorted with pain as the woman towered over you, tossing you about the room like a ragdoll and slashing you with various tools as she screamed at you. He saw how she would catch you off guard by sneaking up on you in the dark as some cruel game to satisfy her sick amusement. He felt sick.
In the time it took for him to see the echo of your agonies, Dick had managed to coax enough for him to stand so they could bring you out of the room and get you urgently to medical attention.
The two looked at him expectantly. And once he had managed to stutter out what he had seen, Jason was tensely clenching his jaw and fists.
Someone was going to bleed tonight. He was going to make sure of that.

idk I get incredibly angry at homophobes being cast on my gay shows. anybody want the start of my fic where Eddie dumps her bigoted ass and then has a gay ole sexy time with his husband and his husband's new boyfriend? because here. you can have. it's cathartic 💕
test drive - 2K, BuckTommy, BuckEddieTommy, Buddie endgame forever / Explicit
The restaurant is dimly lit in a way that might be classy and romantic, but Tommy’s hand is also on Buck’s thigh. And he’s having a lot of very not-classy, not even very romantic sorts of thoughts. Everything is far more along the lines of, he could put his hand on my dick, and I know what his cock feels like down my throat, and why are we here in a public place when we could be back at my loft taking turns fucking each other until we’re both a mess of cum and lube and sweat and sexy bruises and love bites? Because all of that is way more appealing than what they are sitting here, waiting to do.
If it were just one of their dates, it’d be great. Those are fantastic. Tommy likes to pick him up and take him to nice places and he smiles in a really, really soft cute way that also has an air of, I am going to fuck you until you scream and you will love every second. And holy fucking god, does Buck love every second.
Bisexuality, man. Who knew?
It’s so fantastic. It’s so different? Or maybe it’s just that Tommy is different because he’s ridiculously cool and hot and Buck always really liked when someone knew what they wanted and would take the lead and he could do everything in his power to please them and make them feel good. Confidence is infinitely sexy and competence even more so. And Tommy has all of that in spades.
And Buck loves men. Buck really loves men. It makes so much sense and how had he never even considered? Maybe he considered but he sure as hell never realized wanting a man and being attracted to a man was something that fit so well. Fuck, it fits so well.
Maybe he could even end up with a man someday? Maybe he could marry a man and have a relationship that is like this all the time for the rest of his life? Not that he doesn’t like women still. Women are great. People who don’t identify as either or they identify as both or however they choose— they’re great, too.
Everyone is hot and Evan Buckley is very bisexual, and it just might be one of the greatest revelations he’s ever had.
He’s just really, really enjoying being with a man right now.
He is not, however, enjoying the thought of this dinner. Everything about this dinner makes his stomach a washing machine of anxiety. For no reason. He doesn’t know why. There’s nothing wrong with it.
Why wouldn’t he and his boyfriend go on a double date with his best friend who is their mutual friend, and his best friend’s girlfriend. What is wrong with that? It’s fine. Should be— fun?
Shouldn’t be a bad taste in his mouth that the wine still hasn’t gotten rid of and roiling in his stomach that is really killing his appetite. But it very much is.
Tommy squeezes Buck’s thigh and rubs it in a way that surely is supposed to be comforting. But it makes Buck want to drag him out of this restaurant and back to the loft where he can show Tommy how good he is at fucking him now. Not just because it would be a thousand times better than the prospect of this dinner. The bar is so low on the ground, it’s buried at this point. But also because sex with his new boyfriend is better than— actually, Buck is having a hard time thinking of anything that is better right now.
Very hard time.
They’ve been practicing. Everything. Blowjobs, fucking, fingering, ball massages, prostate milking, rimming— all sorts of really fun things Buck never even imagined could feel so good. Not that he was oblivious to a lot of it. He has toys. His ex was into pegging. Buck might have been unaware of how intense and gay— well, bi. He’s bi now. Buck is bi now. Probably always was but he knows it now. He’s bisexual.— his attraction to men could be. But he was not unaware of sexual acts that feel good to his body.
But it’s totally different with a real man and a real cock and being manhandled by someone who might actually be bigger and stronger than you is really fucking hot.
He checks his watch again and it’s already 7:28. They’re almost half an hour late. Which is so not like Eddie. He’s not sure if Marisol is like that but he knows for sure Eddie is either fifteen minutes early for everything or he texts if there is a problem. Even then, he’s only ever a few minutes late. If that. And last Buck checked, there were no new messages on his phone.
He checks again, and still nothing. Not even to Buck’s message of, hey u ok? u on the way? He frowns and sets his phone back on the table and turns to Tommy. “How long before I’m allowed to be really worried?”
Tommy gives him an amused smile. “You can be worried.”
“How long before we need to bother Athena? Ten more minutes? Five? Sh-should I bother Athena now?”
Tommy’s eyebrows scrunch and he looks at Buck like he’s crazy. Okay, it’s probably crazy. Just. He’s worried? That must be the churning in his stomach. “I’m sure Eddie’s fine. It hasn’t been that long. And he’s Eddie.”
Yeah. Yeah, he’s Eddie. But Eddie was also shot downtown in the middle of broad daylight and nearly bled out all over, and there’s not much anyone can do even if they are trained in hand to hand combat and self-defense and those kinds of things. Not many ways to defend against a sniper round that shouldn’t even be a thing.
Not that Buck is thinking about that. Ever.
He’s just turning into a washing machine over this dinner. That’s all.
Five minutes later, some of it finally eases when Eddie finally shows up and sits down across from them. Alone.
Alone?
“Sorry, guys,” Eddie runs a hand through his hair and breathes like he’s run a hundred miles. He’s hardly been looking distressed at all lately. He’s been glowing smiles and pretty laughs. Not pretty. Nice? Good? Good that he’s so much happier and at peace.
But he’s not that now.
“I would’ve—” Eddie checks his own watch, one that was a Christmas present that Buck had engraved with, all the time you need, and must realize how late he actually is. “Fuck. Sorry. Really sorry. I’ll buy? Unless you’ve already eaten and paid and are about to leave.”
Tommy shakes his head and has that nice smile that’s so reassuring. “We haven’t. Don’t worry about it.”
“We were waiting,” Buck adds and itches to ask him what’s wrong, why he’s late, why he looks— like he isn’t okay.
“Great.” Eddie nods tersely and it sounds anything but great. “They got anything stronger than wine and cocktails here? Because—” He doesn’t say. But he does make a face the conveys everything.
“Doubt it,” Tommy says. “But we can get something somewhere else. Is Mar— Mari?”
“Marisol,” Buck supplies. Not that it matters. Not that he cares. Is he supposed to care? There’s nothing wrong with her. She’s fine.
“Right,” Tommy says, which should say everything. Eddie’s been hanging out with Tommy for months, Buck’s been with Tommy for months, and Tommy is pretty damn good at remembering people’s names. “Marisol. Is she still on the way?”
Eddie’s jaw gets very tight. “No. We’re done.”
Tommy looks at Buck and Buck looks at Tommy. They’re done? They broke up? Not that it’s particularly surprising. Part of the curse of dating someone you met on a call. Gotta be. Also the whole thing where Eddie has some kind of commitment issues or something because as soon as he gets a girlfriend, he has to spend all his time doing anything besides being with said girlfriend.
“So, drinking?” Tommy says.
Buck pushes his wine glass across the table. They usually share when they eat together. Drinks, food, anything. And he’s happy to offer it to the cause.
“Yes, drinking.” Eddie takes Buck’s wine and downs all of it.
Eddie’s single again. Marisol isn’t coming to dinner and she’s not part of their lives any longer. Not that Buck has a problem with her. She’s fine. She was nothing really. That wasn’t going to last. Eddie likes the idea of being with someone. So he says. He’s allergic to actually having a relationship for some reason.
The washing machine in Buck’s stomach disappears though. Which is so much better. Now, it’s just Buck hanging out with his best friend and his boyfriend.
Maybe there’s a little washing machine. It’s nothing though.
They order food and drinks, and Eddie only goes through a couple shots and three glasses of wine and one beer. But he eats and also drinks water and doesn’t seem inebriated at all. So, they focus on the meal and Tommy’s latest work stories of helicopter rescues.
It’s not until after Buck discreetly hands their waiter his credit card before they’re actually brought the bill, that Eddie actually starts talking.
“I kind of fucked up. Didn’t mean to. I owe you an apology,” he says and looks at Buck with worlds of regret and sorrow.
Whatever it is, Buck forgives him. He’s sure he’s done far worse than whatever it is. “Why? What, uh, what happened?”
Eddie doesn’t look at him. Or Tommy. He does shake his head but not like he’s saying no. More like he’s disgusted. “I let it slip that you two are— that you’re. Dating. Together. Boyfriends? Do you call each other that? Are you boyf— never mind, I let it slip. I’m sorry. That was my bad. Not my secret to tell.”
Tommy looks scrunched and confused again and Buck— he doesn’t understand what the problem is? No, he hasn’t told many people yet. But it’s not a secret that he and Tommy are together.
“Eds,” Buck says and immediately thinks he probably shouldn’t have called him that. He doesn’t know why. But he shouldn’t. “It’s fine. I’m not— It’s not a secret. I’m not hiding. Or— or in the closet? I’m out. Now. I’m bi and—” And he’s really happy about that. He really loves it. He’s bisexual. He loves women and men and whoever regardless of gender. And holy shit, does he love men right now. He really, really loves being with a man. He looks to his side and grins brightly at Tommy. “And I’m not ashamed or embarrassed that Tommy and I are together.”
There’s a cute half smile that curves the side of Tommy’s mouth and Buck so wants to kiss him. And do all sorts of other things with him.
“Well. Good.” Eddie taps his finger on an empty shot glass like he’s contemplating ordering another. “Still. Didn’t go well. Didn’t mean to out you like that.”
“Didn’t go well?” Tommy asks. “Saying that Evan and I are dating didn’t go well?”
Eddie purses his lips and does a slow, exaggerated shake of his head. “Nope. But at least I learned that now. Has the waiter brought our check yet? Because I’m just going to drink more if I don’t head out soon. Not that I’m sad about her or anything. I’m pissed. You think you know someone, and no. No, she’s a raging homophobe.”
She— oh. Oh, that’s what happened. “She broke up with you because we’re gay? Bi and gay? Or— you know what I mean.” Is Tommy gay? Or bi? Or something else? Buck hasn’t actually asked what label he uses. How he qualifies his sexuality. He felt weird asking. It’s so personal. Is he supposed to ask? All he knows is that Tommy was into him. Tommy kissed him and it was breathtaking, incredible, magnificent and changed Buck’s whole life. He didn’t really think anything beyond that. Couldn’t really think beyond that.
Eddie definitively points at himself and then at phantom nothingness. “I dumped her. Because I said this was a double date with you guys and she said, well not really, and I said, no really. It’s a double date. Her and me and both of you. Double date. Except not her. Ever. Anymore. Because she had to go off about how it was wrong and made her uncomfortable and I ‘let both of you be alone with Christopher?’ And it couldn’t possibly be a date like me and her would go on a date because she’s a woman and I’m a man and that was normal. But you two are both men. Both muscular, powerful, masculine, manly firemen type men— so it could never be the same especially because neither one of you are flamey or girly or whatever, so it could never work, the two of you since neither one of you is ‘The Girl.’ Which is all bullshit. By the way. Obviously. And,” he finally stops and breathes, and there’s a hard swallow in his throat and his eyes are distant and his whole body is strung tight and if he could breathe fire? He probably would. Holy shit, he’s pissed off. Buck isn’t even sure he’s ever seen Eddie this angry at anyone who hasn’t hurt someone he loves.
Although. Technically she did? Not hurt per se, Buck doesn’t give a shit about what she thinks of him. But she was insulting them. So. Yeah, okay, of course fiercely protective Eddie would be angry.
“And anyway,” Eddie says, still never quite looking at Buck or even at Tommy. Never quite focusing on them. “That’s how I’m single and back on the market again.” He smiles a wide, bitter, snarky kind of smile, and steals the half-full beer glass in front of Buck and downs it in one gulp.

Hi! Can I request a Carmy fic? I would love a confident reader who is maybe Sydney’s friend who comes to visit her at the restaurant. Asks her “who’s that?” when she sees Carmy in the background and tells Syd she has a hot boss (and Carmy overhears and likes her too). You can take it from there (with hopefully some smut)….I think Carmy would be emboldened if he knew that someone clearly liked him
More Than Friends
Pairing: Carmen Berzatto x fem! Reader
Warnings: language, talking about sex, smut, oral (m! Receiving), office sex
Summary: *in req*

Tumblr media
When I heard Sydney had gotten a job at "the best restaurant in the world," I imagined something a little more refined than The Original Beef of Chicagoland. Standing in front of the filthy sign, cluttered windows, and peeling facade made me question my decision to meet Sydney's "friends." I can only imagine the types of people who would gladly work here.
“Alright, I know it doesn’t look like much. But I promise, once you taste the food, you’ll never wanna eat anywhere else.”
I dragged my gaze across the unassuming appearance of "the best restaurant in the world." I'm not one to pass judgment based on appearance, but a dirty facade is not something you want to see in a place where food is being prepared for your consumption.
"Alright, Syd,” I say with a sigh, “I’m choosing to trust you on this one.”
Syd grasped my hand, tugging me through the threshold.
“Great! You won’t regret this Y/N.”
I permit Sydney to lead me into the restaurant. My nose was immediately filled with wonder. Considering the facade, the smell was impeccable.
“Woah.”
I said, staring aimlessly at the unkempt kitchen because the smell didn't match the appearance.
“What?”
Syd asked, worried something was not to my liking.
“I just- wow, it smells unbelievable in here.”
Sydney’s face broke into a pearly white smile.
“I know right! God, I was so worried you were gonna hate it!”
I looked all around the restaurant. It was shabby, dirty, and a little stuffy. In the corners of the room, the paint was beginning to peel. On the counter, a thin film of dust had accumulated. However, there was something that was quite adorable. For instance, it seemed as if this would be a great place for a first date. It appeared to be a location where many happy memories were stored.
“Hm.”
I hummed, crossing my arms over my chest.
“I don’t wanna speak too soon, but this certainly feels promising.”
“Oh my God just wait until you meet the crew! They are gonna love-”
“Sydney?!”
A moving figure that appeared behind the counter caught my attention.
Oh my God.
“Who is this?”
He pointed towards me.
“This is Y/N, the friend I was telling you about?”
His eyes landed on mine. He was gorgeous, God. I was almost angry at Sydney for failing to inform me about her sexy coworker.
“Oh, this is Y/N?”
Alright, now was the time to take command.
“Hey, I’m Y/N.”
I strolled over and optimistically extended a hand for him to take. His shocked gaze lingered over my friendly gesture.
“Oh- Um, hi Y/N, I’m Carmen…”
As Carmen clasped my hand in his, his voice drifted off. He had a powerful handshake. We were off to a fantastic start.
“But, um-my friends just call me Carmy.”
I grinned, shoving my hands in the pockets of my jeans.
“So, is it alright if I call you Carmy?”
He raised his eyebrows in surpirse.
“Well, I mean-um-that depends? Do you think were gonna be friends?”
I scoffed, my grin morphing into a subtle smirk.
“Y’know, I don’t know if I wanna be friends.”
It took a minute for him to get it, but once he did, the reaction was instnat. Carmen’s lips parted, a faint shade of pink creeping onto his cheekbones.
“Well, um-”
He looked to Sydney for solitude. She chimed in.
“Hey, um, Y/N, we only have about an hour until we open.”
She came around to my side, wrapped her arm around my shoulder, and led me to the kitchen. She was directing my attention away from Carmen.
“How ‘bout we take a look around and then I can make you some food to take home?”
I nodded.
“Sounds like a plan to me.”
I removed myself from the uncomfortable blanket of awkwardness once we were in the kitchen and a considerable distance away from Carmen.
“Okay, what the hell Syd? Why didn’t you tell me you had a hot coworker!”
Sydney pressed her finger to my lips, hushing me. Her face was filled with fear. Was my flirtation really that petrifying?
“Sh! Y/N, he’s not just a coworker he’s my boss!”
My jaw dropped to the floor, my eyes widening.
“No way in hell! He’s your boss?! The man I just talked to is your fucking boss?!”
“The man you just flirted with is my fucking boss!”
I scoffed loudly, my tone creeping well above a whisper.
“Sydney you have a hot boss!”
“Y/N!”
She exclaimed sternly.
“Please! I beg of you! Try to keep the flirting to a minimum!”
I rolled my eyes.
“Jesus Sydney why don’t you just cut off my leg while you’re at it!”
I flung myself atop a kitchen coutner playfully, dangling my legs.
“I mean, you have this absolute hunk of a man bossing you around and hanging over your shoulder 24/7. You are lucky!”
Sydney crossed her arms over her chest, her lips pursed.
“Please, can you just not flirt with my boss.”
I groaned.
“You are no fun.”
I gnawed on my lower lip, staring into the nothingness past Sydney, letting my mind drift. When a burning question popped into my head, I quickly jerked back into reality.
“Alright, but, can I just ask one thing?”
Sydney sighed.
“What?”
She inquired, exasperated.
“Have you ever tried to-”
She waved her hands through the air, hastily dismissing my question.
“Oh my God please no more of that! No! The answer is no!”
I held my hands up in defense.
“Hey! Don’t attack me! I was just asking!”
Sydney rolled her eyes, her annoynace bubbling within her.
“Look Y/N, Carmen is a really lonely guy. He isn’t like one of those jocks you’re used to flirting with-”
Sydney's tone was tinged with judgment. I had to chime in.
“Woah, okay, when did this turn into criticizing my romantic choices?”
Sydney shook her head, restarting her thought process.
“That’s not what I’m saying. I’m just saying you are a confident girl and he is very much so a not confident guy. And, I know you’re just screwing around, and even though you might think he knows you're screwing around, I promise you he does not.”
I stared off into space, appearing to carefully consider my next ideas even though I was only messing with Sydney. I mean, really? Don't flirt with her hot boss? Was she for real?
“Alright, so what you’re saying is make it obvious I’m not screwing around before I fuck him?”
Sydney groaned, her eyes virtually rolling to the back of her head.
“That’s absolutely not what I’m saying!”
“Sydney! Get your ass over here I need your help with something!”
Another voice, not Carmen's, reverberated around the kitchen walls. Sydney raced over to me, her voice barely above a whisper. I recoiled, surprised at her sudden closeness.
“I’m saying don’t fuck him! Please!”
She took a step back, placing distance between us. Sydney took a deep breath, steadying herself.
“Now, I gotta go. Are you okay hanging here for a second?”
I nodded, trying to conceal my annoyance.
“Sure. I’ll be okay.”
“Hands to yourself!”
Sydney exclaimed before vanishing from sight. I assumed she'd only take a few minutes, but after about ten minutes of waiting, I decided to go exploring. I stumbled upon an appealing door that was closed off from the rest of the restaurant. I glanced from side to side, ensuring no one was around to witness my snooping.
I flung open the door, eager to discover the secrets of the hidden room. What I didn't expect to find was Carmen hunched over a desk, scribbling on a scrap of paper. When he noticed I was in his office, a look of shock wafted over his features. He blushed.
“Oh! Um, Y/N, what are you doing here?”
I shut the door behind me. Now, it was just me and him, in his office, alone.
Perfect.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to disturb you, I was just exploring and this door was closed so it excited me.”
I motioned to the door behind me.
“Huh. Do-um, do things that are off limits entice you?”
I strolled over to his desk, trying not to overwhelm him with my seductive attempts.
“Yes. When someone tells me I can’t have something, it makes me want it real bad.”
“Yes. When someone tells me I can’t have something, it makes me want it real bad.”
Carmen scoffed.
“What? Like your friend's hot boss?”
Oh my God.
He heard that?
His cheeks flushed an even brighter shade of pink. He was taken aback by his own self-assurance.
“I mean, um, I didn’t-uh, I-I wasn’t eavesdropping I promise.”
He averted his gaze, suddenly becoming preoccupied with the numerous bills on his desk. I shrugged casually.
“It’s alright. Honestly, I don’t really care. It’s your restaurant after all. You have a right to know what’s going on.”
Through his lashes, he looked up at me. Except for the soothing hum of the air conditioner, there was complete silence. The dim lighting created an intriguing ambience in the space.
“Uh-well, I’m still sorry.”
I grinned, his awkwardness was incredibly adorable.
“Did you happen to hear what Sydney said? Yknow, about the whole…”
I waved my hand through the stuffy air, hoping he'd finish the sentence for me. If Carmen was as unaccustomed to female interaction as Sydney suggested, I would not bring up the subject of sex.
Carmen raised his eyebrows.
“Uh-yeah, I-um, I heard most of it.”
He laughed awkwardly.
“Please don’t fuck my boss.”
He tried to mimic Sydney's tone of voice. I laughed, delighted by his attempts at humor. I trailed my finger down the uneven wood of the desk, attempting to appear nonchalant as I entered unfamiliar terrain.
“Yknow, we can still have fun and not fuck.”
Carmen shifted in his seat, tightening his grasp on the armrests. His knuckles had turned a pale white.
“We don't-y’know-we don’t have to do anything.”
I nodded.
“We don’t have to do anything you don’t wanna do. But, honestly, do you think I’m attractive?”
The breath hitched in Carmen’s throat.
“Yeah, I do.”
He said, voice cracking slightly. I smirked, fluttering my lashes suggestively.
“Good, cause I think you’re attractive.”
I moved my gaze down his body, enjoying the sight of his toned torso being softly hugged by a white shirt. God, his hands, what I’d give to have them around my neck.
Baby steps.
Baby steps.
Carmen shifted once more in his seat, the bulge in his jeans becoming increasingly more difficult to conceal.
“And, if you’ll let me, I’d love to take care of that for you.”
Carmen’s eyes widened.
“Oh-um, you don’t have to-“
“Well, I’m aware I don’t have to. But, yknow, usually when two people are attracted to each other they act on it.”
I slowly dropped to my knees in front of him, staring at him through my lashes. I shuffled closer, settling myself between his spread legs. The gentle smell of sweat and smoke wafted through the air.
“I mean, what’s the point of being attracted to someone if all you do is beat around the bush?”
God, this angle made me want to fuck him even more. He looked extra sexy when he was all hot and bothered.
“Yeah-um, I guess.”
I reached for his jeans, slowly unbuttoning his fly.
“Is this okay?”
Carmen gulped, his lips falling open as his breathing became audible.
“Yeah, this is okay.”
I tugged his jeans down his thighs, exposing his black boxers. Carmen’s erection was growing with every subtle touch.
Jesus, he was big.
I hooked a finger in the waistband of his boxers, pulling them down to join his jeans in a pool on the floor. His cock sprang free, beads of precum already collecting on the swollen tip.
“Oh Jesus.”
Carmen murmured under his breath. His knuckles were white. I playfully cast a glance upwards as I wrapped my hand around his length. Carmen shuddered. His entire body convulsed as I began to pump his erection. A few stray curls fell onto his forehead, and his chest heaved with each strangled breath.
“Try to be quiet, alright? We don’t want Sydney to think I’m fucking her hot boss.”
With that comment, I slipped the tip of his cock into my mouth. Carmen grit his teeth, suppressing the noises that threatened to spill past his lips.
“Does that feel good?”
I asked before hastily resuming my previous actions. Bit by bit, I took Carmen’s thick cock into my mouth. But he couldn’t help himself. Carmen thrusted his hips forward, his tip slamming into the back of my throat. I gagged, his visceral reaction was incredibly unexpected.
“Shit,” he whispered, “I’m sorry. Uh-yeah, yeah, that feels really good. Please, please don’t stop.”
Oh, I was not stopping.
Carmen's tanned body was covered in a thin mist of sweat. Moisture had adhered to the loose curls on his forehead. His pupils had been blown, and his dreamy blue eyes had turned nearly entirely black with passion.
Carmen's chest continued to heave as he attempted to recover control over his own body. He threw his head back, his Adam's apple now exposed.
God, he was sexy. I wanted nothing more than to place a hickey on that lovely neck of his.
The sound of footsteps hurried past the office door. Carmen's eyes widened in disbelief. He placed his fist in his mouth and bit down hard to conceal his desire.
Oh God, the thought of Sydney bursting through the door to find me on my knees with Carmen’s cock in my mouth frightened me. So, I gently took Carmen’s free fist and placed it in my hair, hoping he would take the hint and manipulate me to his liking.
Thankfully, his desire was so prominent that he pushed away his apprehension. He quickened my pace, moving me along his cock more rapidly. I relaxed my body, allowing myself to become a tool to help him achieve his release.
Carmen gripped my roots with such force that I feared my scalp would be pulled from my skull. Nevertheless, I pushed past the pain and discomfort in my knees and worked to bring him to an orgasm.
Carmen instinctively bucked his hips into my mouth, his cock twitching on my tongue. His salty precum coated my taste buds. I dragged my tongue over his swollen tip, his length now twitching more rapidly.
“Fuck! Jesus, I’m gonna-“
Carmen’s voice morphed into a pornographic moan as his hot cum coated my throat. He released his death grip on my roots, taking a few loose strands of hair with him. I gently dragged my lips along his cock a few more times in order to bring him down from his high. When he grew completely soft in my mouth, I removed my mouth from his length with a subtle pop.
I stood, wiping my mouth with the back of my hand.
“You alright?”
Carmen hastily shoved his cock back into his boxers.
“I’m uh-I’m great.”
He threw his jeans over his hips, tattooed biceps rippling as he redid his fly.
He has nice arms.
I bet he could throw me around really easily.
“I just-um-we open really soon and I-um-I need to get ready there’s still a lot of work to be done.”
Carmen pushed past me. Before he could throw open the door, I placed my palm atop his hand, halting his movements.
“Would you wanna get dinner with me sometime?”
His eyes had returned to their lovely blue.
“Sure, um… I’m super busy but I think I can make something work.”
He grinned softly. He had a beautiful smile. God, this guy needs to get laid.
“Sounds good.”
Carmen and I crossed the threshold into the now-busy front of the restaurant. Employees rushed back and forth. A crowd had gathered around the front door. Carmen tapped my shoulder to attract my attention.
“Could I, um, maybe get your number?”
He asked, chuckling. I crossed my arms over my chest. I grinned devilishly.
“Sorry, I don’t have my phone on me right now,” I began, “oh! But, Y’know who does have my number who you could ask?”
Carmen tilted his head to the side, intrigued.
“Who?”
My eyes crinkled as I grinned sincerely.
Oh, this was gonna be fun.
“Sydney.”
