This is so funny because I was just thinking about it. Unfortunately, I think she's deretsun? The issue is that her whole deal is more than just two steps, haha... Starting off flippantly affectionate, then growing reflexively standoffish, feeling guilty over her own inability to deal with her issues, then becoming more comfortable with her own genuine feelings over time.

You could categorize it as S dere/teasedere (for the teasing common with the first stage), tsunshun, deretsun, etc. Maybe 'S tsunshundere', if we want to get super technical.

Of course, this means that if we're going off the main 5 (tsun-, kuu-, yan-, dan-, dere-), she's technically tsundere. So, I'd go with that.
