Ked, as an experienced writer in fandoms, what would you do if you'd see a fic that's eerily similar to another one by anon author? I really have the feeling second fic basically stole the first fic's premise and most of the events with some twists, it's very specific so hardly the same idea occuring to two people, and the style is too different and the second one is published under a username. And it doesn't refer to the other fic existing at all.

Honestly, if you're asking what I, personally, would do, if I, specifically, saw this?

Unless there's big chunks of straight up plagiarized words, or they are trying to profit from it in a way that would do harm, I'd personally mind my own business. I have told folks before that if they don't like something in a fic (including my own), they can go write their own fic, and that includes their own version of the story. Yes, even if it takes the same turns mine did, yes even if they have the same kinds of conversations, yes even if it's basically the same story written in their style. I have seen fics that are straight up MY fics, rewritten, and I cannot stress enough how much I do not personally care as long as they're not trying to pass my actual written word off as their own, or profiting in a way harmful to me.

If you're asking what YOU should do, I can't answer that. There are people who do not feel the way I feel. There are people who get very angry when someone transforms a transformative work. I understand that it can be a very sensitive thing to some people, I'm just not one of them. You should do what you feel is appropriate to the situation. Maybe start by asking the actual author (if it's "anon" vs "orphaned" then the fic is still attached to the "anonymous" author's acct, you just can't see that... but they can, they will get comments, unlike with orphaned fics) what they would want in such a situation, and/or at best let them know about the other story and let the author decide what to do.

iirc. Last we saw of Nana's Hand, it was in Chapter 379, on the ground of the Sky Coffin. The Sky Coffin later crash landed. Presumably it's in the wreckage of that crash landing, somewhere.

As for the second I am so sorry but I don't track triggers. I don't have any myself (not really) so I don't really register them when they pop up. I mean I notice dub con, rape, mutilation, and murder/death and those I usually call out. But with other more nuanced things like abuse... I’m not as good at spotting it. 

For example, My Beautiful Man would you call that abuse and/or bullying in the first half? There are some who might be triggered by it. 

Even though we come to understand through the course of the narrative that it's more a willingly entered but non-codified D/s humiliation kink playing out. Does that excuse it or make it palatable in the eyes of someone who is triggered by this kind of behavior? I honestly don’t know. I suspect it depends on the watcher.  

Honestly, I might have to trigger warning a great deal of JBL. And Taiwanese BL for that matter. Hum. This is challenging. 

Anyway, I would suggest asking about specific triggers for a specific kinky BL before you decide to watch it. And also defining your triggers as clearly as possible. Like abuse: do you mean physical? Would dragging someone aroudn by the wrist count? Mental? Emotional? Like gas lighting or yelling or? Stalker is a kind of abuse too so? There are many kinds of abuse. 

Most BL with a strong D/s is going to have some triggers, because none of these are Love and Leashes, done with clear understanding of the western world’s kink’s community.

So I'm a pretty tall cis girl. 178 cm, which google say is 5'8 in yalls numbers. And also lil bit hairy, not even excessively really, but my hand and thighs have dark hair growing.

And those two things made my teenage years hell.

I remember hating my body so much because of that, like I'm not womanly enough, like I don't deserve girly things because if I try i'd look like i'm trying to be someone I'm not and that everyone could tell. I was shaving myself from heels to wrists because i was terrified of those hair and people calling me a monkey, Tarzan and a lesbian (???). Sometimes I thought maybe I was meant to be a man? After all all the girls around me were so cute and petite. At some point life became easier, and I've almost stopped thinking about it. Not being in high school helped but also im 30 now and things are waaay chillier in general.

Anyhow whenever I see trans girls talking about some of their issues I'm remembering myself when I was 16 and imagine how bad must it feel for them. And I would really like to say something supportive because I feel like I can relate a little bit, but I don't want to come out offensive, so I just leave a like or reblog a thing.

I love you girls, you are all beautiful and brave. Fuck people who cannot tolerate a tall girl, they are the issues, not you. Hairy bodies are feminine. Tall bodies are feminine. Fat bodies are feminine as well. You can have broad shoulders and look gorgeous. You can have big feet and wear fancy ass shoes.

1) Which fandom? If you mean my latest story, I checked and it is showing up for me on the fandom page when you search.

2) My fics are locked to registered users so that could be why you're not seeing them.

I was listening to that song "Space is Cool" that a fan made with Markiplier videos (what can I say, the music is really good).

And it reminded me of Danny, who's also so very in love with space.

And now I'm getting a clear mental picture of Danny full-on GUSHING about Space, in a sort of Outside POV thing.

Like, a Danny who's going to Uni in somewhere like Gotham or Star City, and got into the Astronomy club. And their "recruitment video" is just the cute freshman who adores space and will take any chance he gets to gush about it.

There's a lot of shots zoomed in on his pupils doing the cat thing of going from slits to big pools of black (like a black hole at the center of a galaxy) and his freckles start glowing in constellation patterns.

They go on an outing to the nearest Observatory, make it a sleepover thing, and sleepy Danny stretches and howls like a star, flops onto the nearest classmate and Club Member, and starts purring whenever they pet him.

He may be a meta, but they'll be damned if anyone blabbers to Batman about it.

Cue one Conner Kent coming to Gotham to tour their University, to pick where he wants to go when it's his turn next year, and find himself sitting next to Danny when he goes off on a rant about some deep space scans that caught images of Krypton before the explosion.

When asked about his opinion on the Supers, Danny, who's gotten so used to casual affections being directed towards him in the form of head scratches and hugs (they make Danny purr and light up in all kinds of patterns, so the club members do it as often as they can), pats him on the head and quietly praises Superboy for all the important work he does, and how his cloned little sister has always seen him as a mark that being a clone means nothing in the grand scheme of things, and it's who you are that counts.

Conner goes back to his parents in happy tears and with an invitation to attend Gotham U if he so chooses.

so i played through the entirety of tgaa2 with runo's DLC outfit it's what he canonically wears in my mind and it's absolutely great!! he's so snazzy and it compliments both susato's DLC and kazuma perfectly. i absolutely adore chuunosuke

only problem is. because chuunosuke is in EVERY shot with a vacant smile, i can't take emotional scenes seriously anymore
