Hello, I've been a big fan of your work for a while now and I absolutely love your designs for the destiny characters who don't get as much attention as they should.

But I also wanted to ask what made you choose the designs that you did?

I'm very glad you like my character designs, since I tend to worry a lot about them ; w ; 💙 I also get so attached to them in the process that I struggle to accept other versions, even when they appear in canon one way or another cough comicAndal COUGH cough Radegast The answer got a bit too lengthy...

Hard to say, usually I just have A Feeling how a certain character should look when I read about them. I rarely immediately imagine them in full detail (unless there's a clear description ofc), but I always have this vague image with maybe 1-2 key features inside of my head. These features may not be even directly connected to appearance - it's really just some impressions from the characters which I later think how to reflect in their looks. I then try to put it on paper and see if the result matches my impression of them or not. Sometimes it works out fast and sometimes it just feels wrong no matter what I do - in this case I usually put the character aside for some time until I come up with something more interesting for them. I also try to vary facial features and color schemes so that different characters don't look the same or way too similar to each other (unless intended). And I think about how they will look together as well - like, if these characters are from one group and will be often seen together, I want them to look good/interesting side by side and be easily distinctive from each other. There are also a lot of other nuances, but in general that's it.

With these three in particular that you've mentioned: Tevis and Jaren stayed pretty much unchanged from how I imagined them. I only tried to give them some more unique facial features, since for Tevis I was worried people will confuse him with Shin, and Jaren really looked like Andal's recolor with a different haircut at first 🤣 I like Andal and Jaren having some similarities, but not THAT much, lmao. I've also seen Jaren drawn by other great artists I'm sure you all know if you're into Palamon story; maybe these influenced me as well, though I honestly imagined him that way even before seeing any Destiny fanart at all. I've read Shin's whole story slowly opening lore books in the game itself before I've engaged with the fandom in any way; this being partly the reason why it blew my mind so much - I had literally 0 spoilers and was absolutely Not Prepared asdifaskdjhf

With Timur it's a very different story, full of pain and suffering 💀 If you've been with me since ancient times, you probably remember how I kept repeating that I have no idea how him and Felwinter are supposed to look and that however I draw them now will probably change later. And the scary revelation is... I'M STILL NOT FULLY SATISFIED ASLKHJDAKJHSA I've been much more happy with Felwinter since I've learned how to paint dark metal and it instantly made him look way better and closer to what I think he should look like (imo). Timur I guess ended up looking like a mix of all Timurs I've ever seen, read and heard about, and while at first I didn't like how he turned out at all, I think now... I've got used to him already. I don't think I can change his appearance drastically anymore. Funnily enough, but I think the turning point for me was his pipe. Somehow it put his whole image together in my eyes, and it became a lot easier for me to get him after doing that first portrait with the pipe.

You arrive home with shadows in your eyes. Nico can see it gnaw at you. He sees your exhaustion. His heart aches for you.

He halts, hands gripping cups of freshly made coffees—one cup for each of you, his little welcome home gift every time he arrives earlier than you—as you give him a sad smile, eyes barely locking with his.

You walk past him, softly and stiffly dumping your stuff on the coffee table like something would just attack you. Your shoulders are curled inwards, lips slightly downturned. Your hands slightly tremble. You stand there, pondering, wallowing in your pain.

Putting down the cups, he can just make more later. Coffee can always wait. He can brew a dozen or a hundred more if he needs to.

You come first. Always. So he crosses the room, just in time as you let out a whimper, covering your face with both of your hands.

He can feel your pain stabbing through his heart. Feel how it ate at you like it’s his own. Whatever that hurt you, you don’t deserve it to happen to you.

He just knows.

You’re too good for this world.

Nico wraps you in his arms. The way you melt into him while silent sobs—so silent that you’re still so scared to be heard, so silent that you’re still not ready to let go, just curling and curling into the pain-filled void—wreck you. It makes him hold you tighter. He can only convey that he’s here. He will always be here.

Nico rubs your back, softly, firmly. He’s trying to coax you to cry. You need to cry louder. You need to let him hear you. If you try to keep it in, how can he help you? You’ll destroy yourself in the silence. In the pain. You need to let it out.

Cry. Scream. Howl. Punch. Kick. There’s so many ways to vent it and he’ll be by your side.

Nico whispers your name as he presses a firm kiss over your head. He finally says, “I’m here.”

Finally, you cry. Harder and louder like you’ve been waiting for him to declare his presence. Your delicate hands grasp at his shirt. You rub and dig your face into his shirt which is becoming wet from tears—and maybe snot. It doesn’t matter. Nico will just wash it away. He’ll be honored to.

“That’s it, sweet girl,” he mutters, his heart breaking from how hard you cry.

He won’t cry though, because if he did, you will worry and fuzz about him when you have a lot on your plate. He would rather die than make your burdens heavier. You don’t deserve that. He’s sure you won’t see him as a burden, but he will.

He’s not important right now. You are.

You’ve taken care of him and been there for him. This time, you need him. If you need a shoulder to cry on, he’s here. If you need him to just hug you, he’ll hug you, squeeze just how you like it, and ease your nerves.

If you need him to just be, he will.

Soon, your cries turn to small sniffles and hiccups. Then you finally look at him, chin to his chest, eyes—so adorable—puffy yet so much lighter. Less shadows. You’ve lessened your hurt, didn’t you? He’s glad. Now, he just needs to hear what happened.

“I wanna go to bed,” you say, sniffling. “Carry me please.”

You don’t need to tell him twice. He lifts you in a princess carry and nearly bolts to your bedroom, but he just walks. No need to shake you up and stress you. He lays you on the bed, slipping in the covers before wrapping his arms around you, one leg hooking up over yours to properly cuddle you.

“Do you…want to talk about it?” he asks, wiping your wet cheeks.

Your lips purse. You nod, but instead of telling him, you simply reach up and touch his face. Nails scratching along his jaw, tracing where his dimple should be, then his eyebrows. You scoot closer, hugging him tighter.

“Tell me you love me first,” you shakily demand as if you’re too scared that he won’t.

“I love you, schatz.” Nico leans, kissing your forehead. Then again, “I love you.”

Your eyes shine with fresh tears. Nico kisses over your eyes and that opens the floodgates. You sob in his arms, curling more into him like you’re using him to hide you from the world. He’ll do that. He’ll hide you from anything. Anything you need.

“Everything about this day is against me, Nico,” you start.

You explain to him how everything piled up. The little inconveniences like your water bottle were still slightly soapy, your favorite pen ran out of ink, no tissue in the bathroom stall.

Then, alarming things that had Nico seething—silently, because you don’t need him to be angry nor will it be a good response—like people bumping into you without apologizing, someone scoffing when you voiced out your opinion on one report, someone accusing you for being stupid when you forgot one period. One. Fucking. Period.

Are they fucking serious?

“Then I had a fight with a friend. We both said bad things to each other. I feel awful. I don’t want to lose them.” You sniffle. “It’s too much. I feel like I’m nothing. I’m sorry for being no—”

Nico can’t bear to hear those words. He kisses you, stealing your words, not letting those despicable words out. You’re really going to apologize for something you’re not? His heart aches. You are never nothing. How can you be when you are his everything? His schatz. His treasure. His darling girl. His love.

“Forgive me, schatz. I cut you off,” he whispers against your wet cheeks, kissing the tear tracks. “You’re not nothing. You need to understand that.”

A shaky breath escapes you, fingers clinging and tugging at his shirt, as you seek more from him.

So, Nico continues, “It is a horrible day that threw you to the ground. But, schatz, you’ve done well.”

When you frown, not fully getting what he’s saying, he shakes his head. You should get it. Why can’t you see how strong you are for being able to get through those things when it hurts? Then again, if it hurts, it’s hard to see. He’s been there and you are always there to pick him up.

“You’ve done well. You’ve faced them. All of them. I know full well that you fought. Didn’t you?” Your frown deepens, lips pouting in confusion. “What did you do when you bottle tasted like soap?”

“I washed it…”

“When you ran out of ink and tissues?”

“I just dug through my drawer and ask a coworker for tissues. I don’t think—”

He gives your lips a peck. “What did you do when somebody bumped into you?”

“Nothing. I did nothing,” you sigh, looking down.

“You continued with your day,” Nico supplies. “You’ve tried. Even if someone scoffed and berated you, I know you’ve tried to hold your ground. You did so much. You’ve done well. I am proud of you.”

He can see the gears shifting in your brain. He knows the fresh batch of tears coming so he scoots closer, closer, and closer. Even a millimeter of space feels too far when Nico wants to soothe you. He wants you to feel him. Feel that he’s there. Always.

He kisses your head—over your hair—your forehead, your temples, your eyelids, your cheeks. You shaky breaths are warm against his skin. From tight, your hold loosens as you relax. Even more when he captures your lips.

“I’m”—kiss—“proud”—kiss—“of”—“you.”

“Even if I hurt my friend?” You turn away, lips curving down.

“I know that you’re already thinking about apologizing.” Nico presses a thumb over your lip, almost getting distracted with how soft it is, his mouth watering at the sight, at the feel. “Right?”

You nod. “Gonna make it right with them.”

You’re so kind. So gentle. So true. He really is proud of you. He knows you’re trying your best all the time. He trusts you can stand for yourself. Although, he truly needs to do something about your coworkers. They’ve hurt you. And your friend…he knows all of your friends. It will be a matter of phone calls to know which hurt you. Perhaps, he’ll have a word with them before and after you apologize.

But that comes later. He might not even need a phone call because you are already telling him who said what.

Nico lists down every name, every wrong, every detail that he can get.

He’ll make everything right. Soon.

You won’t be crying about them again. These are the last tears you’ll shed. The last pain you’ll feel. He’ll make sure of it.

For now, Nico softly rubs your back, encouraging you to spill, while he eases you.

It will be fine.

You’ll be fine, because he’s here to make it better. You’ll never be alone. Never.

heart, mind and soul fight 'Shadows', abstracted manifestations of consciousness and circumstance that have a tendency to mirror (or 'shadow') their individual and group situations. they often carry repetitive motifs or themes, functioning as tangible metaphors that must be 'resolved', much like any conflict.

the way in which a shadow is resolved varies. itd be wrong to say that there is ever one true or 'correct' resolution. rather, its a matter of what the group (or the individual,) sees as a proper ending to the matter. often, they default to violence.

it works well (or well enough...) for most shadows, as far as they can tell. its certainly easier than trying to talk it out...

They would be tied you’re so right!! I actually headcanon them being gym buddies so I think they’d be pretty close in strength (minus the magic of course, pretty sure Delta would break Blue’s arm if he didn’t remove his gloves)

Bet their arm wrestle match lasted for hours until their friends had to come over and stop them because they had other stuff to do. Like, Blue had to go with Dream to help civilians (very important) and Delta had to continue his One Piece watch marathon with Epic (also very important)

Aw dude, this isn’t “cringe” at ALL to ask. I’m so sorry your night has been going so rough for you. I’m sorry if this isn’t the best (it’s currently very late in my timezone and I’m very tired), but I’m more than happy to type out a little something for you!

He’d definitely be a little bit awkward in trying to comfort the student, but he’d still try offer them some support. Listening to them rant if they need to, reassuring them, ETC.

One thing he WOULD be very good at is offering a distraction from whatever got them so upset. He has pretty much every movie or TV show in existence stored in his head, so if they wanna watch a bit of their favorite movie to calm down, he can easily switch to that channel for them.

He would probably try to joke around with them once they’re done ranting out their frustrations to lighten the mood, but if he can tell it’s not helping then he’ll stop.

Like I said before, he isn’t particularly used to comforting people. He hasn’t had to much, anyway, considering his lack of friends in life. But if it’s for a student that generally treats him kindly and does everything they’re supposed to for their classes, then he’ll try to make them feel better, even if only slightly.

just discovered your gojo cheating fic and oh my god it's soooo good. the depravity of it all makes me scream from both excitement and anger (in a good way) hehehe

it was pretty much imposed. however, satoru genuinely didn't see anything bad with it, so he agreed. all he had to do was get her pregnant, and the clan would gain significant political contacts.

their first time having sex together:

it wasn't as awkward as one might think because previous to that, they spent time getting to know each other. gojo thinks she's calmer than you, and she also shares many interests and hobbies with him since she was raised for this sort of duty.

it was pleasant for him. and for her, it was a normal occurrence. she didn't waste her time worrying over a family that isn't hers. it was a means to an end.

the only thing gojo felt guilty about was how he kept (unintentionally) comparing her with his wife: the feel of another woman's walls gripping him was mind-blowing, and to know that he could finish inside, that the purpose was to get her pregnant, it made his most primal instincts kick in.

and since it went better than expected, gojo started to deliberately spend more nights with her.

how's gojo and his wife's sex life like?

since their son was born, it became less frequent but still passionate. and after the mistress, his wife felt like proving she was better than her. it was as if her appetite grew, but in reality, she feared that he would find her less attractive, especially after the pregnancy. but she went back to normal after satoru accidentally let a few degrading words slip during a very intense session, making her realize she was the one acting like a mistress instead of the loving and dotting wife she actually was

I have all the other art and info under the cut. It’s a bit long.

Kallamar is the head doctor in the medbay. The years have took their toll but that doesn’t stop at least haft the cult from blushing when he smooth talks. He’s usually serious and will say when someone’s doing something he sees as stupid. But he does have a little mischief side to him.

He’s not completely deaf, he’s heard of hearing but struggles to understand when someone is not in front of him. Through when he has one of his bad days, he can go nearly completely deaf for periods of time.

One thing that most don’t know is that he is actually a master of magic. Creating several spells and enchantments that are still used today.

He enjoys wearing things with ‘practical elegance’ when he isn’t working, but he always has something on his head, whether that be a hat, hood, drape, or the pearls that he is most commonly seen with. They help comfort him.

He’s always been one of my favorites (cause in a roundabout way, Zelda 1 & 2 were my first zelda games via NES remix) and I love his characterization in lu :)

He’s humble about his skills and insecure about his place among all these heroes (I mean, look at him when Warriors compliments him on being a knight in that one comic, he looks so awkward!) even though he’s earned his place among them twice over! Just because he’s not a knight doesn’t mean he’s at least as skilled as one, and he’s shown his worth multiple times already.

He’s also sassy, which I feel like is a characteristic of his that often gets overlooked in favor of his humbleness (which I think people mistake for meekness, which, while Hyrule does have his moments, I’m pretty sure he’s been sassy more often than he’s been meek!). He’s got a mouth on him! He teases Time of all people! More than once! I know we often give the snarky remark role to Legend, but I think him and Hyrule share it sometimes tbh.

Oh I also have to mention his silly puns. Oh man. “Everything has its likes alike” “well they’re still ruins, just not ruined” HE’S SO GOOFY!! His jokes are terrible but he makes them anyway and he’s always cracking little things like that and just generally acting goofy.

And then he can be epic too!!! The comic where he and Warriors are beating up those monsters with fire is one of my absolute favorites, because we get to see Hyrule go ham with his magic!!! Look at how awesome he is!!! And he saved Twilight too!!! He exhausted himself trying, and refused to give up, even when his attempts had no sign of working he just kept going and fighting because my boy doesn’t know the meaning of the phrase ‘give up’!!!

He’s a wanderer and traveler, he’s a good fighter and he’s humble and he cares dearly for his friends and people and his land, and he thinks he doesn’t deserve to be here and he’s sassy and chivalrous and makes bad jokes and loves exploring and has amazing skills and magic and he is truly one of the Links ever. I love him.

Rewatching episode one, I noticed that when Ragatha and Jax are talking to each other about Jax having a key, Pomni flinches away from, and lifts her arms to protect her face and head, when Jax toys with the key and catches it near her.

I wonder if she is that jumpy around others normally or if it's just when she's in a stressful situation (like suddenly being trapped in the circus) what do you think?

OK. ok. you mention this. and ive never said anything about it but i have genuinely noticed this almost every time ive seen that scene. i think about it a LOT but i havent been able to figure out my thoughts on it. but i think about it genuinely a LOT...

(i went on a huge tangent abt her thats like. only sporadically related to this specific moment SORRY. it was hard to address this moment without discussing a LOT about her i feel)

for the sake of clarity in the event someone reading this is unfamiliar, what this ask is referring to is this:

with the way that she so quickly dissociates and HARD (not that most people Never experience dissociation or smth, but its the intensity of it and how quick into this situation she starts dissociating is like. it makes it seem like its smth her body and mind are Used To Doing) she REALLY gives off the feeling that she had pre-existing mental health problems (i struggle to place anything TOO specific with the limited information we have but i feel like theres definitely a few things she has going on) before she even got to the circus, and like she COULD just be a naturally jumpy person, but with the dissociation thing and general distrust towards others, it feels like her jumpiness is also related to these issues

while her being naturally nervous is sort of implied and clear (though i think the extent of it is exaggerated by the circumstances of the pilot in particular) there ARE a few other examples that stand out to me

i THINK this can largely be passed off as her just being on edge from the horror adventure, but i this is IS notable that she reacts genuinely pretty strongly to what is a relatively minor 'jumpscare.' it happens later too w kinger pressing the tape recorder

in general she seems VERY easily startled by people, and frankly it reads a lot like it stems more from people being near her than just things happening abruptly. she notably doesnt jump hard when the angel arrives- she DOES get scared, but she isnt necessarily startled. she DOES react very strongly to ghostly, but i think its notable that she seems to find his visual appearance frightening and debatably not necessarily startling, but thats not really 100%. the times she reacts the strongest have to do with people, which imo ties HARD into her not trusting people

episode 2 breaks down her distrust of people well, and i dont think its a self consciousness thing. it seems more that she just doesnt tend to find people trustworthy- if something bad was happening to her, she would sooner assume theyd let it happen rather than help her. it could be argued that its partially a guilt or projection thing with ragatha, but im not actually so sure. pomni seems to be ashamed of leaving her behind, but particularly through ep 2 she doesnt seemed Plagued With Guilt by the way she acts towards ragatha, which implies that the dream didnt have to do with her projecting that shame in a way shed assume ragatha would turn back on her, too

it instead seems to be that she doesnt trust ragatha just... in general. the 'im not a child' thing, while a legitimate problem for pomni to have with ragatha (i love ragatha, and from my place in the audience i know her concern is genuine, and that she truly wants to encourage pomni, and is trying, but from the perspective of people around ragatha, its not an unreasonable assumption that shes JUST being infantilizing and belittling), does illuminate how pomni is seeing ragathas attempts at cheering her up- that it comes from a place of seeing pomni as immature or generally unstable. that pomni is incapable of managing herself and needs to be coaxed. it implies pomni doesnt see ragathas attempts at help as genuine. combined with her dream, that ragatha would allow the worst to happen to her even when she was asking for help, makes it very clear that, even with the 'nicest' person in the circus, pomni just... doesnt really trust her

(it is worth noting that pomni DOES seem to genuinely want to help ragatha in the pilot. she DID try to find caine. but she bolts at the first opportunity. she does care about people, but when stressed, she operates on keeping herself safe first and foremost, that she needs to do anything to get out of a bad situation even if that means leaving someone behind- and with her dream, it does seem that she generally assumes other people operate similarly, or otherwise in their own best interest)

this does, of course, improve by the end of eps 2 and 3. the funeral, and ragatha offering to include her, and how the others talk about abstracted players (combined with her conversation with gummigoo, someone who she has to assure has genuine friendships with those around him despite the lack of a true reality for them to be based upon), are able to convey that oh, these people do actually care about the people around them. theyre being genuine. they arent just looking out for themselves and thats it- they care when bad things happen to each other. and theres no true reason for me to be an exception. which is ALSO why i dont think its a self consciousness thing, she seems able to reason that shes not an exception to the intents of others, so much that when she cant assure herself that others' intents hold her safety as any sort of priority as well, any trust goes out the window. she WANTS to help if she can, but esp in the pilot, as far as shes concerned, its everyone for themself when shit gets bad, including herself

ep 3, she seems more trusting of ragatha- she has neutral and positive interactions w her, rather than assuming a lack of sincerity in it. but its not just ragatha, actually, because even before her talk with him, you can see it in how she interacts with kinger as well

she initially tries to help him run, which isnt too out there- with how she genuinely DID initially try to help ragatha, it doesnt require her to go out of her way to grab him and RUN. she can run AND take him with her. she can help without putting herself in extra danger. but then she DOES go back, which is one of my favorite and imo underrated pomni moments. because THIS is what i think actually highlights an improvement in how she sees the others before her apologizing to ragatha or taking kingers hand. because she puts herself BACK into (percieved, since its not actual sure WHAT the angels intentions were her) danger in order to get kinger away too

(theres probably a case to be made that ragatha didnt seem to be in immediate danger- she was in pain, that much was clear, but kaufmo had ran away by then. but even still, pomni couldnt have known kaufmo would shift gears and start chasing her instead of ragatha that first time. and i dont know if she actually knew death wasnt possible here yet. which isnt very flattering for pomni but also people do not act in flattering ways under extreme stress, esp given a predisposition to not trusting others, which ill elaborate more on in a second here- not that pomnis abandonment was ok OR that it was like evil of her or smth. shes just a person. there is no way she was prepared to know how to act correctly in this situation, and she didnt)

which is SUBTLE but highlights a genuine increase in trust even before their heart to heart. now that she knows the cast (save for jax, who she seems to react to the harshest, which is worth noting imo) are not acting solely in their own best interest, that they WILL consider the wellbeing of those around them including her, that their concern for one another is genuine (which is concerning that she even assumes that to begin with, which ill circle back to momentarily), she very clearly has way more faith in them and the idea that she should stick around the others for safety

and of course, ive said it before, but her taking kingers hand has little to do with her enjoying holding hands. its her knowing that, if kingers wrong, this is going to end very, very badly. if holding their breath isnt the solution theyre BOTH going to get possessed, and who knows how theyd get out of that situation. but she decides in that moment that her trust in the others isnt ONLY about looking out for them and believing that theyre sincere in their concern for her. but that she is willing to let the others put her at a potential massive risk. getting possessed was a blatantly immediately traumatic experience- and she lets kinger put her at risk of it happening again. THATS why she holds his hand, at least symbolically. she doesnt like contact. but she can brave something that she doesnt like, she can let him lead her into and through something potentially horrific, because shes deciding to trust him and the others, that theyre not just people she can interact with without fear of ill intentions, but that theyre people who she is going to coexist with. the best thing she can do for herself and the others is trust them and work with them actively

anyway that got off-track, the point being that her having to have these ideas instilled in her at all through shared experiences and trauma implies that, while these issues with distrust may have been exacerbated by the stress of everything, they didnt come from nowhere. these are problems she likely already had to some degree. its great that theres been improvement but that improvement directly implies thesse were improvements that needed to be made to begin with. and the fact that the person she gets repeatedly most startled by is jax. who, even with episode 2, she explicitly doesnt trust. in the pilot, at least, her distrust is more vague (i think the dream sequence in ep 2 IS what highlights it best) so her flinching from jax can be passed off as related to a general lack of adjustment to the new environment and situation shes in. but it happens again with jax in episode 3 (and, notably, she pauses afterwards but it takes a moment for her to relax even knowing its just jax), after shes adjusted somewhat, and after shes gained some trust with everyone except for jax (given his absence from the scene at the end of ep 2). it also happens when barons voice plays abruptly next to her

point being that imo, she IS naturally jumpy. she says herself that she doesnt handle jumpscares well, which somewhat implies this even outside of the circumstances of the circus. but with how she reacts to things, it feels like her general jumpiness is far, far worse when it comes to people she doesnt trust (be it because jax is Like That, or because shes not familiar with baron). the way i see it, then, her distrust extends to perceiving physical threats easily around people she hasnt ensured are safe to be around. she IS able to gain this trust in people, but she seems to automatically place the intents of others as being Potentially Unsafe from the jump, especially under stress. she can jump back from it fairly quickly for what its worth, but to be honest, it seems more like she operates on some general, everpresent level of hypervigilance thats just sometimes worse based on the situation

and frankly i dont think we know enough about her as of ep 4 to fully determine if there IS a reason for this. because someone can have a reason to be this jumpy around others, or they can just... be nervous and dislike people moving suddenly near them. combined with the dissociation thing, though, im inclined to think the circus did not cause this, just made it more extreme with more unpleasant stakes. there is hardly any time between her entering the circus and this happening. she hadnt even seen kaufmo yet in that very first example, but she was already on alert for a physical threat, and i just. i think about it all the time...

i think the main takeaway from all of this is that i think she isnt necessarily jumpy like that all the time, but i think trust is not a given with pomni, and her jumpiness massively depends on how much she trusts people near her and the situation shes in to not be a physical threat to her. its definitely worse in the circus, but i think it was probably still something present in a different context in the real world, too

How do you think Atsushi and Akutagawa will react to themselves?

Personally, in the current moment we are and all the stress it must be for everyone involved I doubt they are on all their senses and thinking clearly to realize how gay they are acting / recognize their feelings, so how do you think they will act when they are home and actually process what's going on

It's hard to tell... Are we talking about canon or fanon? In canon, I think from now on they're just going to lean more towards a friendly rivalry. Still competing, but it's apparent to everyone they don't hate each other anymore. They've also matured immensely since the beginning, so I can't see them interact in the violent childish way they did in the beginning (which is absolutely heartbreaking for me since I love drama. But alas). By the way things are looking now, it also seems hard that the post six months fight will take place (equally heartbreaking news for me): hard to believe they'd seriously try to kill each other after they've both given their lives to save the other. More so when Akutagawa was shown so evidently regretting the thought of having to kill Atsushi in chapter 122. I can picture at some point them bringing up the fight again, some tense panels of them looking at each other, until Akutagawa turns around with a “forget about it”. I suppose a development of this kind makes sense if you put it in the picture of sskk becoming the new skk and outclassing their predecessors as the new powerful duo meant to protect the city (terrible. I like blood-soaked sskk much more than sskk who get along. But good for them I guess (╥ ᴗ ╥) )

Fanon wise: wishful thinking on my end, but I think they'd talk about it over tea eventually (more like over a rooftop or before the Yokohama bay at night because they can't be normal). Again, what's been going on between them is too big to ignore, they're not that stupid– I mean, Akutagawa is. Akutagawa would go on ignoring it, pretending like he still can't stand Atsushi, even. It's definitely going to be Atsushi who's going to be like “Wait a second. We need to talk.”

Which tbhhhhh I don't think is organic sskk development. I think sskk would normally go on pinning for YEARS before even considering they can get together, aka before Atsushi falls for Akutagawa back AND realizes that Akutagawa loves him romantically. And the whole process would be much more violent. The thing is, that's what would have happened if only they didn't die for each other? But what's happened in the last arc is just too big for Atsushi to not realize. So ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
