Steven Universe and plurality

Is Steven Universe a good representation for OSDD1? Cause the fusion, the way you have to work together to fuse, the way Steven was created out of Rose and now Rose is gone, the way people expect Steven to be Rose, the struggles with identity and memorys, its all so fitting to me.

the ruby squad fictives in our system all have their own hobbies

(they don't use the nicknames Steven gave them in-source, they all just go by "Ruby", but sometimes we/they add their gem placement to avoid confusion- i.e. "Eye Ruby", "Leg Ruby", etc)

Chest Ruby ("Doc") loves to read books in headspace. She enjoys picture books and children's non-fiction. She's been reading books since she got here. She likes to spend most of her time alone.

Eye Ruby ("Eyeball") likes baking. Also she might be in a relationship with Arm Ruby? It's complicated. They trade stuff a lot, and they enjoy spending time together. Her and Chest Ruby were in a relationship shortly after they got here, but they split up.

Leg Ruby ("Leggy") spends all her time with (our fictive of) Peridot, chatting and helping her out, since they're in love.

Belly Ruby ("Navy") spends all her time around a headspace representation of our close (singlet) friend's home, specifically in a treehouse outside, since she and the singlet friend are in a relationship.

Arm Ruby ("Army") likes to make jewelry. She also likes to train and spar with (our fictive of) Finn Mertens. They're really good friends. She also likes to hang out with Eye Ruby.

Our Rubies all use she/her since that what they're used to, but a couple of them identify as boys, or don't care about gender, or what have you. They mostly see gender as a frivolous identity thing, like one's favorite color, birthday, or clothing. That's been the case for all the gems to join our system.

Another interesting factoid about our Rubies is that they all seem to enjoy music by the band Smash Mouth, more than the rest of our system.

As with all of our fictives, they have exomemories, some more than others. And some of them enjoy those memories more than others. They also all have different ages, and therefore different gem abilities.

i am 22 and a polyfragmanted autistic system, our headcount was 87 last time we checked. due to the autism we are very introject heavy and we tend to get many introjects from the same media. our special interest is my little pony (which is also the system theme) and we have 13 introjects of my little pony. we also are massive fans of steven universe and anime (danganronpa, sailor moon etc). we are genderfluid and many of us use xenopronouns (cus gender isn't real in a system duh!) we also use parts language (parts, introjects)

and we are so cringe so so so cringe and we are so so free !!!! obviously there are many struggles we face being a system and that's why we are so strictly anti-endo. SO PLEASE!! if you are cringe interact!!!

Our ships: We are a polyshipper and a multishipper. We ship multiple characters together in the same context, in the same relationship, in the same fics etc.

A "ship" for us does not equal in OTP or an ideal relationship.
